| CVE | CVSS | EPSS | Vendor, product | Description | Modified |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2026-40088 | 9.6 critical | 0.00% | praison, praisonai | PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.121, the execute_command function and workflow shell execution are exposed to user-controlled input via agent workflows, YAML definitions, and LLM-generated tool calls, allowing attackers to inject arbitrary shell commands through shell metacharacters. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.121. | 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55518 | 9.6 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Avo is a framework to create admin panels for Ruby on Rails apps. Prior to 3.32.1 and 4.0.0.beta.51, Avo's association attach workflow checks attach_<association>? in the UI and GET /resources/:resource/:id/:related/new path, but the actual write endpoint, POST /resources/:resource/:id/:related, does not run the same authorization check before mutating the association through Avo::AssociationsController#create. An authenticated low-privileged Avo user can bypass hidden or disabled attach controls and directly attach related records to a parent record by sending a crafted POST request, which can lead to privilege escalation and cross-tenant data exposure where associations represent authorization-bearing relationships. This issue is fixed in versions 3.32.1 and 4.0.0.beta.51. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-47174 | 9.5 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In Duck Site before version 1.0.1, the repository has a deploy workflow that runs after the build workflow completes. The build workflow runs on pull requests, while the deploy workflow runs with package-write permissions and deployment secrets. If an attacker can make a pull request build satisfy the deploy workflow’s main branch condition, the deploy job checks out the triggering workflow commit, builds it into a Docker image, pushes it as latest, and triggers Dokploy deployment. This can allow attacker-controlled pull request code to become the deployed production site image without being merged. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.1. | 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-58053 | 9.4 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Gitea act_runner with the Docker backend (through act 0.262.0) passes a workflow's container.options string to the Docker job container's HostConfig and, when configured with privileged: false, forces only the Privileged flag off while merging options such as --pid=host, --cap-add, and --security-opt unchanged. A user who can run a workflow on a Docker-backed runner can create a job container with host namespaces and broad capabilities and escape to the host as root despite privileged mode being disabled. | 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-118762 | 9.3 critical | 0.00% | monkeytypegame, monkeytype | Monkeytype is a minimalistic and customizable typing test. Prior to 26.43.0, the .github/workflows/fix-formatting.yml workflow runs on pull_request_target with repository write permissions, checks out a fork pull request, installs dependencies from the fork's package.json, and invokes the fork-controlled oxfmt binary. Because actions/checkout persists the elevated GITHUB_TOKEN in Git configuration until after untrusted code executes, an external contributor whose pull request receives the format label can run arbitrary code, read or exfiltrate the token, and push repository content or modify pull requests and issues. The issue affects the repository CI workflow, not the Monkeytype application or user data. This issue is fixed in version 26.43.0. | Thu 29 Oct |
| CVE-2026-50562 | 9.3 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | FastGPT is a knowledge-based AI application platform. At commit 22ebfacbb43311e9b73294040ae0eb87390c6bba and earlier, artifacts built from untrusted pull request code in .github/workflows/preview-docs-build.yml and .github/workflows/preview-fastgpt-build.yml can be downloaded by privileged workflow_run jobs in .github/workflows/preview-docs-push.yml and .github/workflows/preview-fastgpt-push.yml, allowing attacker-controlled Docker images from the document/ tree or FastGPT build context to be pushed to GHCR and, for documentation previews, deployed with secrets.KUBE_CONFIG_CN. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40313 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | praison, praisonai | PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions 4.5.139 and below, the GitHub Actions workflows are vulnerable to ArtiPACKED attack, a known credential leakage vector caused by using actions/checkout without setting persist-credentials: false. By default, actions/checkout writes the GITHUB_TOKEN (and sometimes ACTIONS_RUNTIME_TOKEN) into the .git/config file for persistence, and if any subsequent workflow step uploads artifacts (build outputs, logs, test results, etc.), these tokens can be inadvertently included. Since PraisonAI is a public repository, any user with read access can download these artifacts and extract the leaked tokens, potentially enabling an attacker to push malicious code, poison releases and PyPI/Docker packages, steal repository secrets, and execute a full supply chain compromise affecting all downstream users. The issue spans numerous workflow and action files across .github/workflows/ and .github/actions/. This issue has been fixed in version 4.5.140. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40903 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | goshs | goshs is a SimpleHTTPServer written in Go. Prior to 2.0.0-beta.6, goshs has an ArtiPACKED vulnerability. ArtiPACKED can lead to leakage of the GITHUB_TOKEN through workflow artifacts, even though the token is not present in the repository source code. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.0-beta.6. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42193 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Plunk is an open-source email platform built on top of AWS SES. Prior to version 0.9.0, the /webhooks/sns endpoint accepts Amazon SNS notification payloads from unauthenticated requests without verifying the SNS signature, certificate, or topic ARN, meaning anyone can forge a valid-looking webhook request. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to spoof SNS events to trigger workflow automations, unsubscribe contacts, manipulate email delivery metrics, and potentially exhaust billing credits. This issue has been patched in version 0.9.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-52723 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | ePA 3.x Integration implements the authorization workflow and writes Medical Information Objects to Germany's electronic patient record. Prior to 1.3.0, ePA 3.x Integration performs VAU server certificate validation in app/vau/VAUProtokoll.py without anchoring the signed_vau_server_pub_keys and AUT_VAU_CertData certificate path to independent trusted material. A network-positioned attacker between the DiGA backend and the ePA system can intercept the VAU handshake, supply attacker-controlled certificate and key material, and satisfy the circular trust relationship. Because TLS certificate verification is also disabled in affected versions, no independent server-authentication layer prevents the attack. The attacker can impersonate the VAU server, control the negotiated session keys, and read or modify all encrypted VAU traffic. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.0. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2025-11957 | 9.0 critical | 0.00% | devolutions, devolutions_server | Improper authorization in the temporary access workflow of Devolutions Server 2025.2.12.0 and earlier allows an authenticated basic user to self-approve or approve the temporary access requests of other users and gain unauthorized access to vaults and entries via crafted API requests. | 8 Oct |
