CVE-2026-67567 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in the multicloud-operators-subscription component. This vulnerability allows a tenant, who has the ability to create HelmRelease custom resources (CRs), to bypass existing security controls. The system's HelmRelease controller processes Helm chart templates using its own elevated ServiceAccount privileges without proper validation. This enables the tenant to deploy arbitrary resources across the entire cluster, leading to a significant security compromise. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-113709 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes. From 2.1.0 until 3.3.15, 3.4.10, 3.5.4, and 3.6.0-rc2, when an operator has enabled --enable-helm for kustomize build, helmGlobals.configHome can point Helm's config and data directories at a repository-controlled location. Helm automatically loads a downloader plugin from `<configHome>/.data/plugins` without a separate plugin-install step and executes its program inside argocd-repo-server when a helmCharts repository URL uses the plugin's protocol. The command runs as the repo-server user and can read repository credentials and other process-accessible data. An attacker can commit the Kustomization and plugin to a Git repository that an Application builds or upload the files through POST /api/v1/applications/manifestsWithFiles, also exposed by argocd app diff --local --server-side-generate. The upload path requires only Application get permission on an existing Application, without Application update or sync permission or repository write access. Both delivery paths require prior operator enablement of --enable-helm; deployments that do not enable it are not affected. Kustomize 4.1.0 first passed helmGlobals.configHome through to Helm. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.15, 3.4.10, 3.5.4, and 3.6.0-rc2. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-10090 9.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in the Application Subscription controller (multicluster-operators-subscription) of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes (ACM). A user with namespace-scoped "edit" privileges in an ACM hub namespace can create a Channel resource pointing to a Helm repository they control and a Subscription resource referencing it. The app-subscription controller fetches and applies the Helm chart contents with its own elevated authority, without verifying whether the subscription creator holds the "open-cluster-management:subscription-admin" role and without restricting applied resources to the subscription namespace. This allows the attacker to include cluster-scoped resources in the Helm chart, such as a ClusterRoleBinding granting the attacker's ServiceAccount the "cluster-admin" ClusterRole. Successful exploitation results in full cluster-admin privilege escalation. This contradicts the ACM documentation which states that non-subscription-admin users should have resources deployed into the subscription namespace only. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-41050 9.9 critical 0.00% suse, rancher_fleet Fleet's Helm deployer did not fully apply ServiceAccount impersonation in two code paths, allowing a tenant with git push access to a Fleet-monitored repository to read secrets from any namespace on every downstream cluster targeted by their `GitRepo`. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44935 9.9 critical 0.00% suse, rancher_fleet Missing validation of "valuesFrom" references in Helm Deployer of SUSE Rancher Fleet 0.15 before 0.15.2, 0.14 before 0.14.6, 0.13 before 0.13.11 and 0.12 before 0.12.15 could be used by owners of one tenant to access fleet credentials of other tenants. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-113788 9.4 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Lagoon is an application delivery platform for Kubernetes. Versions prior to 2.33.1 have a vulnerability in the `ssh` service in Lagoon core that would allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code which could lead to, among other things, elevated administrative permissions. It is mitigated by the fact that an attacker must have a Lagoon user account. Exploitation may be detected by checking the container logs of the `ssh` service for: `too many arguments`. The vulnerability was fixed in Lagoon v2.33.2, which is included in the `lagoon/lagoon-core` helm chart v1.62.2. As a workaround, the `ssh` service in Lagoon core can be disabled. The `ssh-portal` service and components are not effected and can continue to be used. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-61850 9.3 critical 0.00% akuity, kargo Kargo manages and automates the promotion of software artifacts. From 0.6.0 until 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8, two authorization flaws in the `project-scoped RBAC API` let an authenticated user with delegated permission to manage a Project's `Roles` or `ServiceAccounts` confer permissions exceeding the user's own. A user authorized to edit `Roles` can create, replace, or add rules granting permissions not held by the user; a user authorized to edit a Role's ServiceAccount can bind an identity, including the user's own, to a more powerful Role. A Kargo Role comprises a `ServiceAccount, Role, and RoleBinding` in the Project namespace. Changes are written using the API server's broadly privileged credentials after only a coarse resource-kind edit check, rather than checking each permission being conferred. This permits escalation to Project-administrator access, disclosure of `Project Secrets` and credentials, and modification or deletion of Project resources. Stolen Git, container-registry, or Helm-registry credentials can extend confidentiality and integrity impacts to those external systems. Escalation remains limited to Projects where the attacker already has RBAC-management delegation and does not itself grant cluster-wide or cross-Project access. Default non-administrator roles do not permit these operations; exploitation requires an `administrator-created custom role` granting the relevant permissions and control of an account assigned that role. This issue is fixed in versions 1.8.14, 1.9.9, and 1.10.8. Fri 30 Oct
