CVE-2024-9675 7.8 high — red hat, red hat enterprise linux 8, red hat enterprise linux 8.6 advanced mission critical update support, red hat enterprise linux 8.6 telecommunications update service A vulnerability was found in Buildah. Cache mounts do not properly validate that user-specified paths for the cache are within our cache directory, allowing a `RUN` instruction in a Container file to mount an arbitrary directory from the host (read/write) into the container as long as those files can be accessed by the user running Buildah. 2 h ago
CVE-2026-110732 7.5 high — tigroumeow, ai engine – mcp server & ai chatbot for wordpress, with claude, chatgpt & gemini The AI Engine – The Chatbot, AI Framework & MCP for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.6 This is due to the MCP module's OAuth 2.1 Dynamic Client Registration endpoint (/wp-json/mcp/v1/oauth/register) being registered with a permission_callback of __return_true, allowing an unauthenticated user to register an active OAuth client with an attacker-controlled redirect URI. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to obtain an administrator-bound MCP access token, and thereby full administrator-level control through the MCP tools (including user creation and option updates), once an administrator approves the attacker's client on the OAuth consent screen. The consent page is additionally served without X-Frame-Options or Content-Security-Policy frame-ancestors, so that approval can be obtained via clickjacking. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-31707 7.1 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: validate response sizes in ipc_validate_msg() ipc_validate_msg() computes the expected message size for each response type by adding (or multiplying) attacker-controlled fields from the daemon response to a fixed struct size in unsigned int arithmetic. Three cases can overflow: KSMBD_EVENT_RPC_REQUEST: msg_sz = sizeof(struct ksmbd_rpc_command) + resp->payload_sz; KSMBD_EVENT_SHARE_CONFIG_REQUEST: msg_sz = sizeof(struct ksmbd_share_config_response) + resp->payload_sz; KSMBD_EVENT_LOGIN_REQUEST_EXT: msg_sz = sizeof(struct ksmbd_login_response_ext) + resp->ngroups * sizeof(gid_t); resp->payload_sz is __u32 and resp->ngroups is __s32. Each addition can wrap in unsigned int; the multiplication by sizeof(gid_t) mixes signed and size_t, so a negative ngroups is converted to SIZE_MAX before the multiply. A wrapped value of msg_sz that happens to equal entry->msg_sz bypasses the size check on the next line, and downstream consumers (smb2pdu.c:6742 memcpy using rpc_resp->payload_sz, kmemdup in ksmbd_alloc_user using resp_ext->ngroups) then trust the unverified length. Use check_add_overflow() on the RPC_REQUEST and SHARE_CONFIG_REQUEST paths to detect integer overflow without constraining functional payload size; userspace ksmbd-tools grows NDR responses in 4096-byte chunks for calls like NetShareEnumAll, so a hard transport cap is unworkable on the response side. For LOGIN_REQUEST_EXT, reject resp->ngroups outside the signed [0, NGROUPS_MAX] range up front and report the error from ipc_validate_msg() so it fires at the IPC boundary; with that bound the subsequent multiplication and addition stay well below UINT_MAX. The now-redundant ngroups check and pr_err in ksmbd_alloc_user() are removed. This is the response-side analogue of aab98e2dbd64 ("ksmbd: fix integer overflows on 32 bit systems"), which hardened the request side. 7 h ago
CVE-2026-119601 6.9 medium — sshock, afflib AFFLIB through 3.7.22 contains a heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in af_get_page() that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory by supplying crafted AFF images with mismatched page and sector sizes. Attackers can set a page size larger than and not a multiple of the sector size, causing the sector zero-fill loop to write past the buffer and crash forensic tools. 6 h ago
CVE-2026-61789 6.1 medium — bytebase, dbhub DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Prior to 0.22.6, read-only SQL validation can be bypassed on the MySQL and MariaDB connectors. In `src/utils/sql-parser.ts`, `scanSingleLineComment` treats every double dash as a comment start, whereas MySQL and MariaDB require following whitespace, a control character, or the end of the line. The read-only check in `src/tools/execute-sql.ts` validates split statements with `isReadOnlySQL`, but `src/connectors/mysql/index.ts` and `src/connectors/mariadb/index.ts` execute the original string with `multipleStatements` enabled. A double dash followed by a non-whitespace character can therefore hide a subsequent write or destructive DDL statement from the validator while the database interprets the dashes as minus operators and executes both statements. Anyone able to influence the assistant's SQL, including through prompt injection in content the assistant reads, can bypass read-only mode to modify or drop database data, subject to the database account's privileges. PostgreSQL is not affected by this path because its double-dash parsing agrees with the checker and its connector executes individual split statements. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.6. 3 h ago
