CVE-2024-50151 7.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix OOBs when building SMB2_IOCTL request When using encryption, either enforced by the server or when using 'seal' mount option, the client will squash all compound request buffers down for encryption into a single iov in smb2_set_next_command(). SMB2_ioctl_init() allocates a small buffer (448 bytes) to hold the SMB2_IOCTL request in the first iov, and if the user passes an input buffer that is greater than 328 bytes, smb2_set_next_command() will end up writing off the end of @rqst->iov[0].iov_base as shown below: mount.cifs //srv/share /mnt -o ...,seal ln -s $(perl -e "print('a')for 1..1024") /mnt/link BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in smb2_set_next_command.cold+0x1d6/0x24c [cifs] Write of size 4116 at addr ffff8881148fcab8 by task ln/859 CPU: 1 UID: 0 PID: 859 Comm: ln Not tainted 6.12.0-rc3 #1 Hardware name: QEMU Standard PC (Q35 + ICH9, 2009), BIOS 1.16.3-2.fc40 04/01/2014 Call Trace: <TASK> dump_stack_lvl+0x5d/0x80 ? smb2_set_next_command.cold+0x1d6/0x24c [cifs] print_report+0x156/0x4d9 ? smb2_set_next_command.cold+0x1d6/0x24c [cifs] ? __virt_addr_valid+0x145/0x310 ? __phys_addr+0x46/0x90 ? smb2_set_next_command.cold+0x1d6/0x24c [cifs] kasan_report+0xda/0x110 ? smb2_set_next_command.cold+0x1d6/0x24c [cifs] kasan_check_range+0x10f/0x1f0 __asan_memcpy+0x3c/0x60 smb2_set_next_command.cold+0x1d6/0x24c [cifs] smb2_compound_op+0x238c/0x3840 [cifs] ? kasan_save_track+0x14/0x30 ? kasan_save_free_info+0x3b/0x70 ? vfs_symlink+0x1a1/0x2c0 ? do_symlinkat+0x108/0x1c0 ? __pfx_smb2_compound_op+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? kmem_cache_free+0x118/0x3e0 ? cifs_get_writable_path+0xeb/0x1a0 [cifs] smb2_get_reparse_inode+0x423/0x540 [cifs] ? __pfx_smb2_get_reparse_inode+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? rcu_is_watching+0x20/0x50 ? __kmalloc_noprof+0x37c/0x480 ? smb2_create_reparse_symlink+0x257/0x490 [cifs] ? smb2_create_reparse_symlink+0x38f/0x490 [cifs] smb2_create_reparse_symlink+0x38f/0x490 [cifs] ? __pfx_smb2_create_reparse_symlink+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? find_held_lock+0x8a/0xa0 ? hlock_class+0x32/0xb0 ? __build_path_from_dentry_optional_prefix+0x19d/0x2e0 [cifs] cifs_symlink+0x24f/0x960 [cifs] ? __pfx_make_vfsuid+0x10/0x10 ? __pfx_cifs_symlink+0x10/0x10 [cifs] ? make_vfsgid+0x6b/0xc0 ? generic_permission+0x96/0x2d0 vfs_symlink+0x1a1/0x2c0 do_symlinkat+0x108/0x1c0 ? __pfx_do_symlinkat+0x10/0x10 ? strncpy_from_user+0xaa/0x160 __x64_sys_symlinkat+0xb9/0xf0 do_syscall_64+0xbb/0x1d0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x77/0x7f RIP: 0033:0x7f08d75c13bb 15 Oct
CVE-2026-91795 7.8 high 0.00% foxit, pdf_editor, pdf_reader Foxit PDF Editor/Reader's FileOpen plugin did not adequately validate certain encryption metadata in specially crafted PDF files. This could leave an internal pointer in an invalid state, resulting in chained read and write access violations and potentially enabling arbitrary code execution. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-29140 7.7 high 0.00% seppmail, secure_email_gateway SEPPmail Secure Email Gateway before version 15.0.3 allows an attacker to cause attacker-controlled certificates to be used for future encryption to a victim by adding the certificates to S/MIME signatures. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-13470 7.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet In RNP version 0.18.0 a refactoring regression causes the symmetric session key used for Public-Key Encrypted Session Key (PKESK) packets to be left uninitialized except for zeroing, resulting in it always being an all-zero byte array. Any data encrypted using public-key encryption in this release can be decrypted trivially by supplying an all-zero session key, fully compromising confidentiality. The vulnerability affects only public key encryption (PKESK packets). Passphrase-based encryption (SKESK packets) is not affected. Root cause: Vulnerable session key buffer used in PKESK packet generation. The defect was introduced in commit `7bd9a8dc356aae756b40755be76d36205b6b161a` where initialization logic inside `encrypted_build_skesk()` only randomized the key for the SKESK path and omitted it for the PKESK path. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-10680 7.6 high 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The Classic (BR/EDR) L2CAP signaling handlers l2cap_br_conf_req() and l2cap_br_conf_rsp() in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/l2cap_br.c validated the minimum command size against buf->len (the bytes remaining in the whole received PDU) instead of len (the per-command data length from the L2CAP signaling header). Because multiple signaling commands can be packed into one PDU, buf->len may exceed a command's len. An attacker can send a CONF_REQ command with a header length smaller than the configuration-request structure (e.g. 0), followed by another command so that buf->len still satisfies the check. The check then passes incorrectly and opt_len = len - sizeof(*req) underflows the uint16_t to a near-0xFFFF value. The configuration-option loop, which lacks an opt_len-versus-buf->len guard, then walks far past the end of the pooled ACL receive buffer using net_buf pull primitives that perform no runtime bounds check, producing an out-of-bounds read of host memory and, when the out-of-bounds option bytes encode an MTU or flush-timeout option, an out-of-bounds write. The BR/EDR signaling channel is processed before pairing/encryption and an L2CAP channel to an L0 service such as SDP can be opened without pairing, so an unauthenticated peer within radio range that can establish an ACL connection can trigger the flaw, leading to memory corruption and denial of service (host/device crash). The defect is present in released versions including v4.4.0. The fix validates against len instead of buf->len in both handlers. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-50044 7.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet Pronetiqs IntraVUE versions 3.2.1a14 and prior have an inadequate encryption strength vulnerability which could allow an attacker to steal admin credentials via weak hash or a pass-the-hash attack. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-119283 7.5 high 0.00% authlib, joserfc joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. Prior to 1.7.5, joserfc.jwe.decrypt_json() accepts a JWE General JSON Serialization recipients array without a count limit and calls decrypt_cek() for every entry. An unauthenticated attacker who can submit a JWE to an endpoint using an RSA key-management algorithm can choose the number of private-key decryption operations performed by one request. The verify_all_recipients option does not reduce this work because the affected loop processes every recipient before consulting that setting, allowing repeated requests to exhaust service CPU without affecting confidentiality or integrity. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.5. 9 h ago
CVE-2026-118782 7.5 high 0.00% digitalbazaar, forge Forge (also called node-forge) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to 1.4.1, node-forge accepted a PKCS#12 MAC or PKCS#12 password-based encryption iteration count of zero or less. pki.pbe.generatePkcs12Key() then returned a constant key independent of the password and salt, allowing crafted PKCS#12 input processed by forge.pkcs12.pkcs12FromAsn1() to bypass password-based integrity checks. Predictable encryption keys and IVs also affected PKCS#12 PBE using pbeWithSHAAnd3-KeyTripleDES-CBC or pbewithSHAAnd40BitRC2-CBC, including shrouded key bags, encrypted SafeContents, and PKCS#8 ENCRYPTED PRIVATE KEY input processed independently by forge.pki.decryptPrivateKeyInfo(). PBES2/PBKDF2-encrypted content is unaffected. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2024-29371 7.5 high 0.00% jose4j_project, jose4j In jose4j before 0.9.6, an attacker can cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition by crafting a malicious JSON Web Encryption (JWE) token with an exceptionally high compression ratio. When this token is processed by the server, it results in significant memory allocation and processing time during decompression. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-116587 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Go JOSE provides an implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption set of standards in Go, including support for JSON Web Encryption (JWE), JSON Web Signature (JWS), and JSON Web Token (JWT) standards. Prior to 4.1.6, go-jose parses attacker-controlled RSA modulus and prime values from JWKs without enforcing size and consistency bounds before passing them to crypto/rsa.PrivateKey.Validate. On Go 1.24 and later, crafted large or degenerate RSA parameters can make that validation consume cubic CPU time, allowing remote denial of service in applications that parse JWKs from untrusted sources. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.6. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-18449 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet The BMC does not correctly enforce integrity and encryption requirements for IPMI commands. An attacker may be able to craft packets that execute arbitrary commands on an active session. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-33266 7.5 high 0.00% apache, openmeetings Use of Hard-coded Cryptographic Key vulnerability in Apache OpenMeetings. The remember-me cookie encryption key is set to default value in openmeetings.properties and not being auto-rotated. In case OM admin hasn't changed the default encryption key, an attacker who has stolen a cookie from a logged-in user can get full user credentials. This issue affects Apache OpenMeetings: from 6.1.0 before 9.0.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 9.0.0, which fixes the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-32650 7.5 high 0.00% anviz, crosschex_standard Anviz CrossChex Standard is vulnerable when an attacker manipulates the TDS7 PreLogin to disable encryption, causing database credentials to be sent in plaintext and enabling unauthorized database access. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-9793 7.5 high 0.00% redhat, build_of_keycloak A flaw was found in Keycloak. When a JSON Web Encryption (JWE) encrypted request object is submitted, Keycloak may incorrectly process unsigned claims if the decrypted content is raw JSON, bypassing the configured signature policy. This allows a remote attacker to submit unauthorized claims, leading to a compromise of data integrity within the OpenID Connect (OIDC) authorization flow. While a redirect URI allowlist acts as a compensating control, this vulnerability violates OIDC Core and Financial-grade API (FAPI) signing requirements. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-37454 7.5 high 0.00% msi, center Insecure Permissions vulnerability in MSI NBFoundation Service v.2.0.2506.1201 allows a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information via the 3DES-ECB encryption Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-52945 7.5 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Revert "wireguard: device: enable threaded NAPI" This reverts commit 933466fc50a8e4eb167acbd0d8ec96a078462e9c which is commit db9ae3b6b43c79b1ba87eea849fd65efa05b4b2e upstream. We have had three independent production user reports in combination with Cilium utilizing WireGuard as encryption underneath that k8s Pod E/W traffic to certain peer nodes fully stalled. The situation appears as follows: - Occurs very rarely but at random times under heavy networking load. - Once the issue triggers the decryption side stops working completely for that WireGuard peer, other peers keep working fine. The stall happens also for newly initiated connections towards that particular WireGuard peer. - Only the decryption side is affected, never the encryption side. - Once it triggers, it never recovers and remains in this state, the CPU/mem on that node looks normal, no leak, busy loop or crash. - bpftrace on the affected system shows that wg_prev_queue_enqueue fails, thus the MAX_QUEUED_PACKETS (1024 skbs!) for the peer's rx_queue is reached. - Also, bpftrace shows that wg_packet_rx_poll for that peer is never called again after reaching this state for that peer. For other peers wg_packet_rx_poll does get called normally. - Commit db9ae3b ("wireguard: device: enable threaded NAPI") switched WireGuard to threaded NAPI by default. The default has not been changed for triggering the issue, neither did CPU hotplugging occur (i.e. 5bd8de2 ("wireguard: queueing: always return valid online CPU in wg_cpumask_choose_online()")). - The issue has been observed with stable kernels of v5.15 as well as v6.1. It was reported to us that v5.10 stable is working fine, and no report on v6.6 stable either (somewhat related discussion in [0] though). - In the WireGuard driver the only material difference between v5.10 stable and v5.15 stable is the switch to threaded NAPI by default. [0] https://lore.kernel.org/netdev/CA+wXwBTT74RErDGAnj98PqS=wvdh8eM1pi4q6tTdExtjnokKqA@mail.gmail.com/ Breakdown of the problem: 1) skbs arriving for decryption are enqueued to the peer->rx_queue in wg_packet_consume_data via wg_queue_enqueue_per_device_and_peer. 2) The latter only moves the skb into the MPSC peer queue if it does not surpass MAX_QUEUED_PACKETS (1024) which is kept track in an atomic counter via wg_prev_queue_enqueue. 3) In case enqueueing was successful, the skb is also queued up in the device queue, round-robin picks a next online CPU, and schedules the decryption worker. 4) The wg_packet_decrypt_worker, once scheduled, picks these up from the queue, decrypts the packets and once done calls into wg_queue_enqueue_per_peer_rx. 5) The latter updates the state to PACKET_STATE_CRYPTED on success and calls napi_schedule on the per peer->napi instance. 6) NAPI then polls via wg_packet_rx_poll. wg_prev_queue_peek checks on the peer->rx_queue. It will wg_prev_queue_dequeue if the queue->peeked skb was not cached yet, or just return the latter otherwise. (wg_prev_queue_drop_peeked later clears the cache.) 7) From an ordering perspective, the peer->rx_queue has skbs in order while the device queue with the per-CPU worker threads from a global ordering PoV can finish the decryption and signal the skb PACKET_STATE_CRYPTED out of order. 8) A situation can be observed that the first packet coming in will be stuck waiting for the decryption worker to be scheduled for a longer time when the system is under pressure. 9) While this is the case, the other CPUs in the meantime finish decryption and call into napi_schedule. 10) Now in wg_packet_rx_poll it picks up the first in-order skb from the peer->rx_queue and sees that its state is still PACKET_STATE_UNCRYPTED. The NAPI poll routine then exits e ---truncated--- 19 Oct
CVE-2026-31600 7.5 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: mm: Handle invalid large leaf mappings correctly It has been possible for a long time to mark ptes in the linear map as invalid. This is done for secretmem, kfence, realm dma memory un/share, and others, by simply clearing the PTE_VALID bit. CVE-2026-65629 7.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet Use of Password Hash With Insufficient Computational Effort in the jose library allows an attacker who obtains a password-encrypted private-key export to recover the private key through an offline password-cracking attack. When jose exports a password-encrypted private key with jose_jwk:to_der/2 (JOSE.JWK.to_der/2), the jose_jwk_der:to_binary/3 function in src/jwk/jose_jwk_der.erl serializes the key as a PKCS#8 EncryptedPrivateKeyInfo using the PBES2 scheme with hardcoded key-derivation parameters: PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256 with an iteration count of 2048 and an 8-byte (64-bit) random salt. Neither value can be overridden by the caller. Both values are far below current guidance (OWASP recommends on the order of 600,000 iterations for PBKDF2-HMAC-SHA256, and NIST recommends salts of at least 128 bits), so the key-stretching work factor is roughly 300 times lower than intended and the short salt reduces the cost of precomputation across keys. The symmetric encryption (AES-256-CBC with a 16-byte random IV) is not affected; the weakness is entirely in the derivation strength. An attacker who obtains one of these exported blobs (for example from a backup, configuration repository, object storage, or logs) can mount a cheap offline dictionary or brute-force attack against the export password, and success yields the full private key. This issue affects jose: from 1.10.0 before 1.11.13. Tue 27 Oct

CVE-2026-114653 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet A client-side encryption schema construction component in the MongoDB C# Driver places caller-supplied field identifiers into a position that is interpreted as a pattern expression, without normalizing or validating them. CVE-2026-63575 7.1 high 0.00% bouncycastle, bc-csharp Loop with unreachable exit condition in the PKCS#12 key derivation (Pkcs12ParametersGenerator) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows an attacker who can supply a PKCS#12 (PFX) file, or a PKCS#8 encrypted private key that uses a PKCS#12 password-based encryption algorithm, to cause a denial of service through CPU exhaustion via an iteration count of zero or below, because the derivation loop ran until its counter equalled the count, so for such a count it wrapped through about 2^32 iterations before the MAC or the password could be checked. A 75-byte PFX file with a negative MacData iteration count kept Pkcs12Store.Load busy for many minutes. Wed 28 Oct

This could allow network‑based interception of Solution Center traffic in Automate deployments. The issue has been resolved in Automate 2026.4 by enforcing secure communication for affected Solution Center connections. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-81038 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Object Transfer Service server builds its Object Action Control Point (OACP) response indication in oacp_ind_send() (subsys/bluetooth/services/ots/ots_oacp.c). Before this fix the four-byte Checksum Value field was appended whenever the requested op code was BT_GATT_OTS_OACP_PROC_CHECKSUM_CALC, regardless of the result code. The response payload is a bare, uninitialized four-byte stack buffer declared with NET_BUF_SIMPLE_DEFINE(resp_param, sizeof(uint32_t)) in bt_gatt_ots_oacp_write(), and it is filled only on the success path of oacp_checksum_proc_validate(). On every failure path the buffer is still empty, so net_buf_simple_pull_le32() was invoked on a zero-length buffer. The OACP characteristic and its client characteristic configuration descriptor are declared with BT_GATT_PERM_WRITE and BT_GATT_PERM_READ | BT_GATT_PERM_WRITE, so no pairing, encryption, or authentication is required. Any peer within radio range that can connect to a device running the OTS server can enable OACP indications and write a nine-byte Calculate Checksum command that fails validation — for example by issuing it with no object selected, which returns BT_GATT_OTS_OACP_RES_INV_OBJ. Because oacp_command_decode() accepts the Calculate Checksum op code unconditionally (it is not guarded by CONFIG_BT_OTS_OACP_CHECKSUM_SUPPORT), builds without checksum support are reachable too: they answer BT_GATT_OTS_OACP_RES_OPCODE_NOT_SUP and take the same bad path. On builds with CONFIG_ASSERT enabled, the zero-length pull trips the assertion inside net_buf_simple_pull_mem() and panics the device, giving a remotely triggered denial of service. On builds with assertions disabled there is no check: the pull returns the untouched stack array and four bytes of uninitialized stack memory are copied into the indication and transmitted to the peer, repeatable on every request. The disclosure is bounded to four bytes per request and the write stays inside the seven-byte res indication buffer, so there is no memory corruption; the impact is uninitialized-memory disclosure plus an availability loss in assertion-enabled configurations. CVE-2026-34022 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Wertheim SafeController Family 65000, Controller 65000 - AssemblyVersion 6.11.8130.22319, uses weak custom cryptographic algorithms with hard-coded cryptographic keys to protect communication. An attacker in an adversary-in-the-middle position can decrypt the data traffic. During reassessment, it was possible to break the encryption/decryption routine and decrypt messages without knowledge of the encryption key. It was also possible to gain knowledge about the encryption key by intercepting enough messages. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-4930 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet SYMCRYPTO is the SiXG301's host side hardware engine accessed by PSA crypto library that accelerates symmetric cryptographic operations (AES encryption/decryption and hashing). DPA Countermeasures on SYMCRYPTO can be weakened (reduced entropy) by forcing certain seed values if an attacker gains code execution capability on the impacted device. * Therefore, the keys loaded on SYMCRYPTO may be more vulnerable to extraction through DPA attacks than intended Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-65934 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet An unencrypted 'pause encryption request' message causes a denial of service in the BT122 module. See vulnerability B-E10 in the related paper below. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-13062 7.1 high 0.00% mongodb An authenticated user with write privileges on a Queryable Encryption-enabled collection may be able to modify internal encryption metadata fields that are intended to be server-controlled, by sending crafted write commands through the mongos router on a sharded cluster. CVE-2026-64436 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: af_key: initialize alg_key_len for IPComp states pfkey_msg2xfrm_state() handles the IPComp (SADB_X_SATYPE_IPCOMP) case by allocating x->calg and copying only the algorithm name: x->calg = kmalloc_obj(*x->calg); if (!x->calg) { err = -ENOMEM; goto out; } strcpy(x->calg->alg_name, a->name); x->props.calgo = sa->sadb_sa_encrypt; Unlike the authentication (x->aalg) and encryption (x->ealg) branches of the same function, the compression branch never initializes calg->alg_key_len. IPComp carries no key and the allocation only reserves sizeof(struct xfrm_algo) (i.e. no room for a key), so the field is left containing uninitialized slab data. calg->alg_key_len is later used as a length by xfrm_algo_clone() when an IPComp state is cloned during XFRM_MSG_MIGRATE: xfrm_state_migrate() xfrm_state_clone_and_setup() x->calg = xfrm_algo_clone(orig->calg); kmemdup(orig, xfrm_alg_len(orig)); where xfrm_alg_len() returns sizeof(*alg) + (alg_key_len + 7) / 8. With a non-zero garbage alg_key_len, kmemdup() reads past the end of the 68-byte calg object. Adding an IPComp SA via PF_KEY and then migrating it triggers (net-next, KASAN, init_on_alloc=0): BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in kmemdup_noprof+0x44/0x60 Read of size 4164 at addr ff11000025a74980 by task diag2/9287 CPU: 3 UID: 0 PID: 9287 Comm: diag2 7.1.0-rc6-g903db046d557 #1 Call Trace: <TASK> dump_stack_lvl+0x10e/0x1f0 print_report+0xf7/0x600 kasan_report+0xe4/0x120 kasan_check_range+0x105/0x1b0 __asan_memcpy+0x23/0x60 kmemdup_noprof+0x44/0x60 xfrm_state_migrate+0x70a/0x1da0 xfrm_migrate+0x753/0x18a0 xfrm_do_migrate+0xb47/0xf10 xfrm_user_rcv_msg+0x411/0xb50 netlink_rcv_skb+0x158/0x420 xfrm_netlink_rcv+0x71/0x90 netlink_unicast+0x584/0x850 netlink_sendmsg+0x8b0/0xdc0 ____sys_sendmsg+0x9f7/0xb90 ___sys_sendmsg+0x134/0x1d0 __sys_sendmsg+0x16d/0x220 do_syscall_64+0x116/0x7d0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x77/0x7f </TASK> Allocated by task 9287: kasan_save_stack+0x33/0x60 kasan_save_track+0x14/0x30 __kasan_kmalloc+0xaa/0xb0 pfkey_add+0x2652/0x2ea0 pfkey_process+0x6d0/0x830 pfkey_sendmsg+0x42c/0x850 __sys_sendto+0x461/0x4b0 __x64_sys_sendto+0xe0/0x1c0 do_syscall_64+0x116/0x7d0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x77/0x7f The buggy address belongs to the object at ff11000025a74980 which belongs to the cache kmalloc-96 of size 96 The buggy address is located 0 bytes inside of allocated 68-byte region [ff11000025a74980, ff11000025a749c4) Depending on the uninitialized value the same field can instead request an oversized kmemdup() allocation and make the migration clone fail. CVE-2026-96577 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw was found in oc-mirror. During mirroring operations, the embedded local cache registry binds to all network interfaces without authentication or encryption instead of restricting access to the local system. An unauthenticated attacker on an adjacent network can connect to the exposed service to push tampered container images, delete cached images, or access mirrored content. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-106145 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In Progress® Telerik® Report Server prior to version 12.2.26.1007, incorrect privilege assignment in the service-agent SignalR hub allows an authenticated user, including a low-privilege or guest account with a valid bearer token, to register as a trusted service agent. On the next server settings-synchronization event, the rogue agent receives storage settings and encryption private keys. This privilege escalation enables disclosure of protected secrets, including stored data-source credentials and connection strings, and allows agent impersonation and interference with task dispatch. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-9266 7.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet A Missing Required Cryptographic Step vulnerability has been identified in Moxa's embedded Linux firmware for industrial computers and controllers. This vulnerability represents an incomplete remediation of CVE-2026-0714. The firmware introduced TPM2 parameter encryption as a countermeasure against CVE-2026-0714. However, an omission in the authorization session configuration causes the parameter encryption to provide no effective protection. An attacker with invasive physical access to the device can still capture TPM communications on the SPI bus and derive the LUKS disk encryption key in plaintext. While successful exploitation results in full compromise of the encrypted disk volume, the attack requires invasive physical access, including opening the device and attaching external equipment to the SPI bus. Remote exploitation is not possible, and the attack does not affect any downstream systems. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-59042 7.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet PyInstaller bundles a Python application and all its dependencies into a single package. Due to a special entry being appended to `sys.path` during the bootstrap process of a PyInstaller-frozen application, and due to the bootstrap script attempting to load an optional module for bytecode decryption while this entry is still present in `sys.path`, an application built with PyInstaller < 6.0.0 may be tricked by an unprivileged attacker into executing arbitrary python code when **all** of the following conditions are met. First, the application is built with PyInstaller < 6.0.0; both onedir and onefile mode are affected. Second, the optional bytecode encryption code feature was not enabled during the application build. Third, the attacker can create files/directories in the same directory where the executable is located. Fourth, the filesystem supports creation of files/directories that contain `?` in their name (i.e., non-Windows systems). Fifth, the attacker is able to determine the offset at which the PYZ archive is embedded in the executable. The attacker can create a directory (or a zip archive) next to the executable, with the name that matches the format used by PyInstaller's bootloader to transmit information about the location of PYZ archive to the bootstrap script. If this directory (or zip archive) contains a python module whose name matches the name used by the optional bytecode encryption feature, this module will be loaded and executed by the bootstrap script (in the absence of the real, built-in module that is available when the bytecode-encryption feature is enabled). This results in arbitrary code execution that requires no modification of the executable itself. If the executable is running with elevated privileges (for example, due to having the `setuid` bit set), the code in the injected module is also executed with the said elevated privileges, resulting in a local privilege escalation. PyInstaller 6.0.0 (f5adf291c8b832d5aff7632844f7e3ddf7ad4923) removed support for bytecode encryption; this effectively removes the described attack vector, due to the bootstrap script not attempting to load the optional module for bytecode-decryption anymore. PyInstaller 6.10.0 (cfd60b510f95f92cb81fc42735c399bb781a4739) reworked the bootstrap process to avoid (ab)using `sys.path` for transmitting location of the PYZ archive, which further eliminates the possibility of described injection procedure. If upgrading PyInstaller is not feasible, this issue can be worked around by ensuring proper permissions on directories containing security-sensitive executables (i.e., executables with `setuid` bit set) should mitigate the issue. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-21079 7.0 high 0.00% samsung, smart_switch Missing encryption of sensitive data in Smart Switch prior to version 3.7.72.6 allows adjacent attackers to intercept transmitted data. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-116586 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Go JOSE provides an implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption set of standards in Go, including support for JSON Web Encryption (JWE), JSON Web Signature (JWS), and JSON Web Token (JWT) standards. Prior to 4.1.5, parsing attacker-controlled JSON through go-jose allows deeply nested arrays or objects to exceed Go's stack limit. The resulting stack overflow crashes the application and permits denial of service in applications that parse untrusted JSON through go-jose. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.5. 8 h ago
CVE-2026-119284 6.9 medium 0.00% authlib, joserfc joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. Prior to 1.7.6, joserfc compact JWS deserialization calls bytes.split() before enforcing the existing aggregate segment-size limits. When attacker-controlled compact serialization bytes reach deserialize_compact(), the split creates copies of the header, payload, and signature segments before ExceededSizeError rejects them, causing an additional allocation approximately proportional to the supplied token. Requests that exhaust available process memory can therefore cause an availability failure even though signature verification fails. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.6. 9 h ago
CVE-2026-116585 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Go JOSE provides an implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption set of standards in Go, including support for JSON Web Encryption (JWE), JSON Web Signature (JWS), and JSON Web Token (JWT) standards. Prior to 4.1.5, decrypting untrusted JWE ciphertext with A128CBC-HS256, A192CBC-HS384, or A256CBC-HS512 can pass an empty ciphertext buffer to CBC-HMAC unpadding. Insufficient validation allows the empty buffer to be indexed, causing a panic and denial of service. Applications that decrypt attacker-controlled ciphertext with one of these content-encryption algorithms are affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.1.5. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-25107 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet ELECOM wireless LAN access point devices use a hard-coded cryptographic key when creating backups of configuration files. An attacker who knows the encryption key can tamper the configuration file of the product, and a victim administrator may be tricked to use a crafted configuration file. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-67596 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet CSL 1010 M2M 3G WiFi Module firmware through 2.2.1.4 contains a weak encryption vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to recover all stored secrets in plaintext by reversing a single-byte XOR cipher that uses a static key to obfuscate the configuration backup file. Attackers can trivially decrypt the Router.cfg backup file to expose web administration and telnet passwords, WPA/WPA2 pre-shared keys, PPPoE and 3G/APN credentials, and SIM identifiers including IMSI and IMEI. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-114650 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw in the client-side encryption support of the MongoDB .NET/C# driver can cause data designated for client-side field-level encryption to be written without encryption. Under certain platform text-encoding configurations, an internal name conversion loses information, so the encryption layer fails to associate the operation with its configured encryption rules and the operation proceeds without an error being raised. An application user with the ability to write data through an affected application can therefore have sensitive fields persisted in plaintext, defeating the confidentiality guarantee that client-side encryption is intended to provide. No integrity or availability impact was observed. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-96293 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A cleartext storage of sensitive information vulnerability in WatchGuard Endpoint Security's Full Disk Encryption feature for macOS allows a local, unprivileged user or process to obtain a managed computer's FileVault Personal Recovery Key by reading a persistently written diagnostic log file left readable by all local users. 23 Oct
CVE-2025-64429 6.9 medium 0.00% duckdb DuckDB is a SQL database management system. DuckDB implemented block-based encryption of DB on the filesystem starting with DuckDB 1.4.0. There are a few issues related to this implementation. The DuckDB can fall back to an insecure random number generator (pcg32) to generate cryptographic keys or IVs. When clearing keys from memory, the compiler may remove the memset() and leave sensitive data on the heap. By modifying the database header, an attacker could downgrade the encryption mode from GCM to CTR to bypass integrity checks. There may be a failure to check return value on call to OpenSSL `rand_bytes()`. An attacker could use public IVs to compromise the internal state of RNG and determine the randomly generated key used to encrypt temporary files, get access to cryptographic keys if they have access to process memory (e.g. through memory leak),circumvent GCM integrity checks, and/or influence the OpenSSL random number generator and DuckDB would not be able to detect a failure of the generator. Version 1.4.2 has disabled the insecure random number generator by no longer using the fallback to write to or create databases. Instead, DuckDB will now attempt to install and load the OpenSSL implementation in the `httpfs` extension. DuckDB now uses secure MbedTLS primitive to clear memory as recommended and requires explicit specification of ciphers without integrity checks like CTR on `ATTACH`. Additionally, DuckDB now checks the return code. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-71422 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Contrast is a Kubernetes runtime for confidential containers. In versions before 1.12.1, the secure persistent volume feature is vulnerable to a malicious host supplying a crafted LUKS2 volume to a pod VM. LUKS2 volume metadata is not authenticated and, with cryptsetup versions prior to 2.8.1, a header specifying the null keyslot encryption algorithm (cipher_null-ecb) is accepted without error. Because the Contrast Initializer assumes a device is protected if `cryptsetup open` succeeds with the secret seed, the guest will open the attacker-supplied volume and write secret data in plaintext, or under a volume key known to the attacker, allowing the host to read confidential data that should have been encrypted. Contrast v1.12.1 ships cryptsetup 2.8.1, which disables null ciphers in keyslots when the passphrase is non-empty; v1.13.0 adds detached-header validation in guest memory and integrity protection for secure persistent storage. Contrast persistent volumes were not integrity protected, so integrity impact is not considered. 14 Oct
CVE-2025-68948 6.9 medium 0.00% b3log, siyuan SiYuan is self-hosted, open source personal knowledge management software. In versions 3.5.1 and prior, the SiYuan Note application utilizes a hardcoded cryptographic secret for its session store. This unsafe practice renders the session encryption ineffective. Since the sensitive AccessAuthCode is stored within the session cookie, an attacker who intercepts or obtains a user's encrypted session cookie (e.g., via session hijacking) can locally decrypt it using the public key. Once decrypted, the attacker can retrieve the AccessAuthCode in plain text and use it to authenticate or take over the session. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-92542 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The firewall rules which mark VXLAN datagrams for encryption indiscriminately match both authentic VXLAN datagrams sent from the kernel and forged datagrams sent by user processes. Any packet sent from the host network namespace of a Linux Swarm node is encrypted with the overlay-network IPsec parameters which meets the following criteria: - UDP datagram - Destination port is the Swarm data-path port - Datagram starts with a VXLAN header for the VNI of an encrypted overlay network which any running container on the node is connected to 8 Oct
CVE-2025-46636 6.6 medium 0.00% dell, encryption Dell Encryption, versions prior to 11.12.1, contain an Improper Link Resolution Before File Access ('Link Following') vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Information tampering. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-20042 6.5 medium 0.00% cisco, nexus_dashboard A vulnerability in the configuration backup feature of Cisco Nexus Dashboard could allow an attacker who has the encryption password and access to Full or Config-only backup files to access sensitive information. This vulnerability exists because authentication details are included in the encrypted backup files. An attacker with a valid backup file and encryption password from an affected device could decrypt the backup file. The attacker could then use the authentication details in the backup file to access internal-only APIs on the affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the underlying operating system as the root user. Mon 26 Oct
