CVE-2026-111110 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Payment forms, Buy now buttons, and Invoicing System | GetPaid plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'mmdwqzpoxadd' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.61 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The required nonce (getpaid_form_nonce) is publicly emitted to all visitors via wp_localize_script as WPInv.formNonce, meaning no authentication or prior nonce leak is needed; the stored payload fires when an administrator views the affected invoice's Payment Form Details metabox. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-100186 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet The User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via First Name Field in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This vulnerability is only exploitable when the Email Confirmation feature is enabled in Profile Builder. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-95816 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Smart Forms – when you need more than just a contact form plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'formString' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.6.104 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The nonce check protecting the rednao_smart_forms_save_form_values AJAX handler is only enforced when the smart_forms_block_anonymous_submissions option is enabled, meaning default installations require no authentication or nonce verification whatsoever to submit and store malicious payloads. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-11204 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet The RegistrationMagic – Custom Registration Forms, User Registration, Payment, and User Login plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection in all versions up to, and including, 6.0.6.2 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator access or higher, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. An unauthenticated attacker could utilize an injected Cross-Site Scripting via user-agent on form submission to leverage this to achieve Reflected Cross-Site Scripting. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-115807 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet The User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Limited Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3. This is due to the Gutenberg Register block passing the attacker-controlled Assigned Role attribute directly into the `[wppb-register]` shortcode without server-side authorization. The role guard in the form builder only downgrades roles that carry the manage_options or remove_users capability, leaving the Editor role and other privileged non-Administrator roles completely unrestricted. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Author-level access and above to create new WordPress accounts bearing the Editor role (or any other role that lacks the two guarded capabilities). Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-57312 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in Everest Forms <= 3.4.8 versions. Sun 25 Oct

CVE-2026-65050 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Ninja Forms WordPress plugin version 3.14.8 and prior contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the render callback of the `ninja-forms/submissions-table` Gutenberg block that allows authenticated attackers with Author-level privileges to expose stored form submissions to unauthenticated visitors by embedding the block with an arbitrary formID on a published post. Attackers can retrieve the signed bearer token injected into every page visitor's browser via `wp_localize_script` and use it against the REST API submissions endpoint to access all saved form submission field values, including sensitive personally identifiable information such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-61947 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in Form Vibes – Database Manager for Forms <= 1.5.2 versions. Sat 24 Oct

It can be reproduced by following these steps(more details [1]): 1. Obtain more than 32 inputs that have similar hashes, which ends with the pattern '0xxxxxxxe6'. 2. Reboot and add the keys obtained in step 1. The reproducer demonstrates how this issue happened: 1. In the search_nested_keyrings function, when it iterates through the slots in a node(below tag ascend_to_node), if the slot pointer is meta and node->back_pointer != NULL(it means a root), it will proceed to descend_to_node. However, there is an exception. If node is the root, and one of the slots points to a shortcut, it will be treated as a keyring. 2. Whether the ptr is keyring decided by keyring_ptr_is_keyring function. However, KEYRING_PTR_SUBTYPE is 0x2UL, the same as ASSOC_ARRAY_PTR_SUBTYPE_MASK. 3. When 32 keys with the similar hashes are added to the tree, the ROOT has keys with hashes that are not similar (e.g. slot 0) and it splits NODE A without using a shortcut. When NODE A is filled with keys that all hashes are xxe6, the keys are similar, NODE A will split with a shortcut. Finally, it forms the tree as shown below, where slot 6 points to a shortcut. NODE A +------>+---+ ROOT | | 0 | xxe6 +---+ | +---+ xxxx | 0 | shortcut : : xxe6 +---+ | +---+ xxe6 : : | | | xxe6 +---+ | +---+ | 6 |---+ : : xxe6 +---+ +---+ xxe6 : : | f | xxe6 +---+ +---+ xxe6 | f | +---+ 4. As mentioned above, If a slot(slot 6) of the root points to a shortcut, it may be mistakenly transferred to a key*, leading to a read out-of-bounds read. To fix this issue, one should jump to descend_to_node if the ptr is a shortcut, regardless of whether the node is root or not. CVE-2026-62676 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, the shared shell-command parser in omnigent/policies/builtins/_shell.py fails to recognize combined interpreter flags, the timeout, nice, setsid, and stdbuf wrappers, command substitutions, and a single background control operator. A gated git push or gh write hidden with these forms produces no parsed operation, causing the github.py write_repos and write_branches allowlist and the working_dir.py workspace confinement policies to abstain and allow the command. An authenticated or prompt-injected agent can therefore push to an unauthorized repository or branch or escape the intended workspace. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-32574 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in EDGARROJAS Smart Forms smart-forms allows DOM-Based XSS.This issue affects Smart Forms: from n/a through 2.6.104. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-96607 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Basix NEX-Forms nex-forms-express-wp-form-builder allows Reflected XSS.This issue affects NEX-Forms: from n/a through 9.3.1. 9 Oct

CVE-2026-102109 7.1 high 0.00% accellion, kiteworks A SQL injection vulnerability existed in Kiteworks Secure Data Forms, where a value derived from the authenticated user's stored account data was incorporated into a database query without proper sanitization. An authenticated user could potentially influence that value to inject SQL. Exploitation requires an authenticated session and applies only to deployments where a specific optional feature is in use. 8 Oct
CVE-2015-20117 6.9 medium 0.00% next click ventures, realtyscript Next Click Ventures RealtyScript 4.0.2 contains a cross-site request forgery vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to create unauthorized user accounts and administrative users by crafting malicious forms. Attackers can submit hidden form data to /admin/addusers.php and /admin/editadmins.php endpoints to register new users with arbitrary credentials and escalate privileges to SUPERUSER level. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-115700 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Interpretation Conflict vulnerability in hackney_url in benoitc hackney allows Server Side Request Forgery via a percent-encoded bracketed IPv6 literal or an IP literal with a trailing dot. A host such as %5B%3A%3Affff%3A127%2E0%2E0%2E1%5D (decoding to [::ffff:127.0.0.1]) or 127.0.0.1. is not an IP address to a caller's allowlist built on uri_string:parse/1 and inet:parse_address/1, while hackney connects to the address it denotes. The same applies to a Location target when redirects are followed. The IP-literal gate that hackney_url:normalize/2 applies to a percent-decoded host, added to close the percent-encoded IP bypass of CVE-2026-47076, passes the decoded value to inet_parse:address/1 as is. The connect path in hackney_happy:parse_address/1 drops a surrounding bracket pair, and the resolver ignores a trailing dot, so both forms pass the gate and still reach the literal address. Domain names with a trailing dot and unencoded IPv6 literals are not affected. This issue affects hackney: from 4.0.1 before 4.9.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-65051 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Ninja Forms WordPress plugin version 3.14.8 contains a client-side enforcement of server-side security vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to bypass all form validation by merging attacker-controlled field metadata over server-loaded form definitions before validation runs. Attackers can craft a malicious AJAX submission overriding field types, removing required flags, and disabling CAPTCHA checks through the nopriv AJAX endpoint to trigger form actions such as email notifications and database storage with unverified, attacker-controlled content. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-112067 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The extension hides the correct answer to each CAPTCHA inside the image data of the CAPTCHA itself. Anyone who can request a CAPTCHA image can read the answer from it and submit it, so automated clients can pass the challenge. This applies to the default configuration, because the audio feature that causes the answer to be embedded is enabled by default. Forms that rely on the CAPTCHA as their only protection against automated submissions are exposed to abuse by bots. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-111278 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet NivoCart through 2.5.1 contains a CAPTCHA bypass vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to defeat form protection because the expected code is printed as plain text in the HTML. Attackers can fetch protected forms, extract the captcha_image value with a pattern match, and submit it to automate spam, registrations, reviews, and account deletion requests. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-19222 6.6 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Forminator Forms WordPress plugin before 1.57.0.7 does not consistently enforce the role restriction it applies to registration forms, allowing users who are permitted to build forms to configure one that assigns the administrator role to any visitor who registers through it. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-42703 6.5 medium — kaliforms, kali forms Missing Authorization vulnerability in Kaliforms Kali Forms kali-forms allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects Kali Forms: from n/a through 2.4.27. 2 h ago
CVE-2026-48196 6.5 medium — kaliforms, kali forms Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Kaliforms Kali Forms kali-forms allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Kali Forms: from n/a through 2.4.27. 2 h ago
CVE-2026-87835 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Front End Users WordPress plugin through 3.2.35 does not restrict which account attributes a visitor may set when registering through its front-end forms, allowing unauthenticated users to assign themselves an arbitrary membership level and to mark their own account as approved, confirmed and paid, bypassing the Front End Users WordPress plugin through 3.2.35's content restrictions and its registration gating. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47157 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet aiograpi is an asynchronous Instagram API for Python. aiograpi versions before 0.9.10 accepted server-supplied signup challenge paths and used them to build request URLs before validating that the paths were relative Instagram API paths. If an attacker can influence a challenge response, for example through a local network, DNS, or proxy compromise, challenge handling requests could be sent outside the intended Instagram host with the client's existing session headers. Version 0.9.10 validates challenge paths before building URLs, solving captcha challenges, or submitting phone/SMS challenge forms. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-63003 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet django CMS is an easy-to-use and developer-friendly enterprise content management system powered by Django. Prior to 5.0.9, page duplication lacks an object-level authorization check on the source page. In cms/admin/forms.py, DuplicatePageForm.source accepts any Page, the AddPageForm constructor does not narrow a hidden source field, AddPageForm.clean does not validate the source against the user, and AddPageForm.save calls from_source. In cms/admin/pageadmin.py, duplicate and PageAdmin.has_add_permission check only whether a staff user may add a page. A crafted source value can therefore copy every placeholder and plugin from an unauthorized page with permissions=False, stripping source view restrictions and exposing content across sites or restricted subtrees when CMS_PERMISSION is enabled. This issue is fixed in versions 5.0.9. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-66425 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Unauthenticated Broken Authentication in Gutena Forms – Contact Form, Survey Form, Feedback Form, Booking Form, and Custom Form Builder <= 1.9.0 versions. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-66639 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Contributor Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in WPZOOM Forms – Contact Form Plugin for Gutenberg <= 2.0.4 versions. Thu 22 Oct
CVE-2025-58842 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in givecloud Donation Forms WP by Givecloud donation-forms-by-givecloud allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Donation Forms WP by Givecloud: from n/a through <= 1.0.9. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-9441 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The iATS Online Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the ‘order' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 1.2 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-103911 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 1.58.1. This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. This is exploitable on any block-theme install via a single unauthenticated GET request to the search results page, or by submitting an anonymous comment on any post with comments enabled; no Forminator-specific content or configuration is required to trigger execution. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-101335 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Forminator Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form & Custom Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Shortcode Execution in versions up to, and including, 1.58.1. This is due to the forminator_replace_quiz_form_data() helper invoking do_shortcode() on the fully expanded notification body once the {quiz_result} merge tag has been substituted, while the earlier-substituted {user_agent} and {refer_url} merge tags carry unauthenticated attacker-controlled bytes (the User-Agent header and the referer_url POST parameter) through sanitize_text_field()/esc_html(), neither of which strip the '[' and ']' shortcode delimiters. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary WordPress shortcodes registered on the site by submitting a quiz whose notification template contains {quiz_result}; the resulting impact depends on the shortcodes exposed by other installed plugins/themes and can range from arbitrary content injection to information disclosure. 16 Oct
CVE-2025-59549 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in fatcatapps GetResponse Forms getresponse allows Stored XSS.This issue affects GetResponse Forms: from n/a through <= 2.6.0. 11 Oct
CVE-2025-11227 6.5 medium 0.00% givewp The GiveWP – Donation Plugin and Fundraising Platform plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 4.10.0 via the 'registerGetForm', 'registerGetForms', 'registerGetCampaign' and 'registerGetCampaigns' functions due to a missing capability check. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to extract data from private and draft donation forms, as well as archived campaigns. 11 Oct
CVE-2025-9544 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Doppler Forms WordPress plugin through 2.5.1 registers an AJAX action install_extension without verifying user capabilities or using a nonce. As a result, any authenticated user — including those with the Subscriber role — can install and activate additional Doppler Forms WordPress plugin through 2.5.1 (limited to those whitelisted by the main Doppler Forms WordPress plugin through 2.5.1). 8 Oct
CVE-2026-15161 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Ninja Forms - Excel Export plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 3.3.6. This is due to the save_filter() AJAX handler storing the raw $_POST['filter'] array into a WordPress option via update_option() without any capability check, nonce verification, or input sanitization, combined with the get_filter_row() method on the admin Excel Export screen concatenating the stored filter values (field_key, condition, value) directly into HTML attributes without esc_attr(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-13054 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the plugin's wppb-embed shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 3.14.8 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-107748 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The User Profile Builder – Beautiful User Registration Forms, User Profiles & User Role Editor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'display_name' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The payload persists in wp_comments.comment_author independently of the user account, so removing or changing the attacker's display name after the comment is posted does not neutralize the stored script. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-15305 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Users were able to upload files with arbitrary MIME types to forms using FileUpload or ImageUpload elements with allowedMimeTypes configured. The restriction was not enforced server-side because the MimeTypeValidator was registered during form building before concrete form definition properties were applied, resulting in the validator never being added to the processing pipeline. This issue affects TYPO3 CMS versions 14.2.0-14.3.4. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-59143 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Data::RoaringBitmap::Shared versions before 0.02 for Perl allow an out-of-bounds read via an unvalidated container offset and cardinality in rb_contains_locked. The attach-time validator rb_validate_header checks the header scalars and region layout against the file size, but does not validate the bucket contents it then trusts. rb_contains_locked forms a container pointer as pool + container_off * 8192 from a raw file-stored offset and then searches over a file-stored cardinality, neither bounded against the container pool capacity or the fixed 8192-byte slot size. A local peer that can write the backing file can leave the header valid while poisoning a bucket, so the next membership query dereferences a file-controlled wild pointer and scans a file-controlled count, reading adjacent memory or crashing the process. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-112991 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The html_to_markdown expansion module in MISP Modules contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in its is_safe_url() URL validation function. The BLOCKED_RANGES list used to reject unsafe destination addresses was incomplete, omitting several critical IP address ranges. Specifically, the following ranges were not blocked: 0.0.0.0/8 (unspecified, which routes to loopback on Linux), 100.64.0.0/10 (carrier-grade NAT per RFC 6598), ::/128 (IPv6 unspecified), fc00::/7 (IPv6 Unique Local Addresses), and fe80::/10 (IPv6 link-local). The existing list only covered IPv4 loopback (127.0.0.0/8), RFC 1918 private ranges, IPv4 link-local (169.254.0.0/16), and IPv6 loopback (::1/128). An authenticated user with the ability to create or modify MISP attributes that trigger the html_to_markdown expansion module could supply URLs pointing to these unblocked internal address ranges. Because the module fetches the URL server-side to convert HTML content to Markdown, the request is made from the MISP server's network context. This allows an attacker to probe and read responses from internal services, carrier-grade NAT infrastructure, or link-local endpoints that would otherwise be unreachable from external networks. IPv4-mapped IPv6 forms (e.g., [::ffff:0.0.0.0]) also bypassed the existing checks. The security impact is primarily confidentiality: an attacker can read data served by internal services reachable from the MISP server. The MISP instance itself is not compromised, but it is abused as a proxy to access otherwise restricted network resources. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-109162 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Forms using FileUpload or ImageUpload elements with a custom saveToFileMount configured stored uploaded files in the default storage folder 1:/user_upload/ instead of the configured destination. This could cause uploaded files to end up in a publicly accessible storage even though a restricted, non-public storage had been configured. Files stored this way are served directly, without the access checks applied to non-public storages. Forms that use the default value for saveToFileMount are not affected. This issue affects TYPO3 CMS versions 14.0.0-14.3.8. 16 Oct
