| CVE-2026-111887 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | phpMyFAQ before 4.1.9 and 4.2.0-alpha before 4.2.0-beta contains an account enumeration vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to confirm registered display names and emails via a distinct HTTP 409 response. Attackers can submit guest comments to the comment create endpoint with candidate user and mail values to link names to emails for targeted phishing. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111661 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | waynboot-mall through 2.0.0 contains a missing authentication vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to send arbitrary email by calling the anonymously mapped /callback/email endpoint. Attackers can POST caller-supplied subject, content, and recipient to EmailController.sendEmail, sending messages from the operator's SMTP account for phishing, spam, and mail quota exhaustion. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2025-53881 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A UNIX Symbolic Link (Symlink) Following vulnerability in logrotate config in the exim package allowed privilege escalation from mail user/group to root. This issue affects Tumbleweed: from ? before 4.98.2-lp156.248.1. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-75575 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Rocket.Chat exposes the sendForgotPasswordEmail Meteor method without a DDP rate limit, so an unauthenticated caller may invoke it as often as it likes. The method is reachable over DDP and over the HTTP route POST /api/v1/method.callAnon/sendForgotPasswordEmail, and it triggers a password reset message for any address that matches an account. With no DDPRateLimiter rule registered for it, a caller can drive an unbounded volume of reset mail at a chosen address from the deployment's own mail sender, and can probe addresses at scale: the method answers true for an address with no account and for a successful send, but false when the address belongs to an account that authenticates through an external provider and Accounts_AllowPasswordChangeForOAuthUsers is off, so repeated calls distinguish that class of account. Later versions register a rule permitting ten calls per minute per client address. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115786 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A mailbox quota-accounting vulnerability in Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows an authenticated user to consume another user’s mailbox quota by repeatedly sharing and revoking a document. Creation of the recipient’s shared-file record charges the document size to mailbox-wide usage. Revocation deletes the record and reverses its folder counters without reversing the mailbox-wide charge. Repeated normal share notifications therefore accumulate quota usage after the visible records are gone. On accounts with a finite quota, this can prevent incoming mail and other size-increasing operations without recipient interaction. The issue affects ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.20. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115194 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A path traversal vulnerability exists in the Mautic Asset API. When creating a local asset through the API, the supplied file path is not restricted to the asset upload directory. An authenticated API user with permission to create assets can register any file that is readable by the web server process as a Mautic asset. When the asset is published, its public download URL serves the contents of that file without authentication. This allows the attacker to read arbitrary files from the server, including Mautic configuration files containing the database password, secret key, and mail (SMTP) credentials, as well as system files and any other file readable by the web server user. Exposed credentials can be used to access the database or other connected services, and anyone with the public asset URL can retrieve the file contents. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2023-0430 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | mozilla, thunderbird | Certificate OCSP revocation status was not checked when verifying S/Mime signatures. Mail signed with a revoked certificate would be displayed as having a valid signature. Thunderbird versions from 68 to 102.7.0 were affected by this bug. This vulnerability affects Thunderbird < 102.7.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107568 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Missing authorization in the Sieve notify action (6.2.22 through 6.3.6) and in the mail-rule Reply action (6.0.0 through 6.3.6) of Progressive Robot hMailServer allows an authenticated user to send mail through the server as any address. A Sieve notify sends a notification message, and its :from tag names the sender; the server set the notification's From header to that :from as the script wrote it, without checking that the address belongs to the account - the check that the Sieve vacation action applies to its own :from, and that the server applies to the sender of mail queued over COM or sent from the webmail. An account that can store a Sieve script (over ManageSieve, the REST API's self-service filter, or the administration interface) could therefore have the server send a notification from any address, on this server or anywhere; and where the claimed address is at a domain the server hosts with DKIM signing enabled, the server signed the notification with that domain's DKIM key, because it signs by the From header's domain, producing forged mail aligned to pass the domain's DMARC policy. The notify action and this behaviour were introduced in 6.2.22. In the mail-rule engine, a rule's Reply was likewise sent from whatever address the action named, whoever the rule belonged to, so that an account acting on its own rules over COM, a domain administrator, or an API key confined to a domain (over the REST API from 6.3.4) could have a domain's or an account's rule reply from any address, signed, where that address is at a domain the server hosts with DKIM signing enabled, with that domain's key. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107566 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Missing authorization in the Sieve editheader action (6.2.22 through 6.3.6) and in the mail-rule Set header value action (6.0.0 through 6.3.6) of Progressive Robot hMailServer allows an authenticated user to make the server send mail as any address, DKIM-signed where the address is at a domain the server signs for. A Sieve script's editheader (addheader/deleteheader) could add or delete any header field except Received and Return-Path, and the server applies a script's header edits before it queues a redirect, so the redirected copy is sent as the script left it. The server signs a message's first delivery pass as the domain named in its From header wherever it signs DKIM for that domain and the message carries no signature of it. A script could therefore delete and re-add From - another account's address, or anyone's at a hosted domain - and redirect, so the server sent the message in that name and, for a hosted domain, signed it with that domain's DKIM key, a forgery aligned to pass the domain's DMARC; or, where another sender's domain is one the server signs for, delete the DKIM-Signature that sender's message arrived with, alter a field, and redirect, so the server re-signed the altered message as that sender's domain. editheader placed no restriction on From, Sender, Resent-From, Resent-Sender or DKIM-Signature. The editheader action was introduced in 6.2.22. In the mail-rule engine, a domain's or an account's rule's Set header value action could likewise set From, Sender, Resent-From, Resent-Sender or DKIM-Signature ahead of a forward or a copy, whoever the rule belonged to, so that an account acting on its own rules over COM, a domain administrator, or an API key confined to a domain (over the REST API from 6.3.4) could have the server forward or copy a message in the name of any address, signed, where that address is at a domain the server hosts with DKIM signing enabled, with that domain's key. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111106 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Mail Mint plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'filters' parameter of the /wp-json/mrm/v1/segments/contacts REST endpoint in versions up to, and including, 1.31.4 This is due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied filter 'value' before it is appended to a SQL query in SegmentFilterService::get_meta_join_query() at line 797, where the value is string-interpolated into the WHERE fragment in a numeric (unquoted) context and the surrounding $wpdb->prepare() calls do not cover the injected value. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with the custom 'mint_read_contacts' capability (granted to Administrators by default, and configurable to lower roles via the plugin's role manager), to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111092 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In JetBrains YouTrack before 2026.2.19575 2026.3.16075 2026.3.16397 2026.3.16402 mail rules allowed a project admin to execute cross-project issue commands | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2025-58018 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Richard Leishman Mail Subscribe List mail-subscribe-list allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Mail Subscribe List: from n/a through <= 2.1.10. | 11 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107572 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Inefficient complexity in the Sieve filter evaluation of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.2.24 through 6.3.5 allows an authenticated account holder to make the mail services unavailable with their own filter. A ':matches' pattern was matched by a backtracking descent whose time grew with the matched value's length raised to the number of wildcards, so a pattern such as '*a*a*a*b' over 800 characters took 44 seconds; and 'deleteheader' erased the fields it removed one at a time, so removing many fields of one name over a message's header cost O(N^2) (80,000 fields took 18.8 seconds). Sieve filters run on the small, shared delivery thread pool, so an account holder whose active script does this, fed a few messages they can send themselves, empties the pool and stops delivery for the whole server. The script is the account holder's own and cannot be set for another user. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-119417 | 6.3 medium | — | cakephp | CakePHP 4.5.12, 4.6.5, 5.1.8 through 5.1.10, 5.2.14 through 5.2.15, 5.3.7, and 5.4.0 through 5.4.3 contain an email header injection vulnerability because SmtpTransport and MailTransport strip only CRLF pairs from header values, an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-77634. Attackers controlling custom headers set via Message::setHeaders() or Message::addHeaders() can insert a bare CR or LF to inject headers like Bcc, redirecting or altering outgoing mail. | 4 h ago |
| CVE-2026-33586 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Authenticated users are able to manipulate both the SMTP envelope “Envelope-from” and “From” fields when sending emails through OVH mail servers. Due to OVH's default SPF configuration, which commonly includes include:mx.ovh.com, any authenticated user with a valid OVH email account can send messages that appear to originate from any OVH-hosted domains using the default SPF record. Since the SPF policy explicitly authorizes OVH mail servers (mx.ovh.com) to send mail on behalf of these domains, forged messages successfully pass SPF validation despite not being authorized by the impersonated domain owner. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-59025 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Malicious e-mail content can be used to execute script code. Unintended actions can be executed in the context of the users account, including exfiltration of sensitive information. Sanitization has been updated to avoid such bypasses. No publicly available exploits are known | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40874 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | mailcow: dockerized is an open source groupware/email suite based on docker. In versions prior to 2026-03b, no administrator verification takes place when deleting Forwarding Hosts with `/api/v1/delete/fwdhost`. Any authenticated user can call this API. Checks are only applied for edit/add actions, but deletion can still significantly disrupt the mail service. Version 2026-03b fixes the vulnerability. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114474 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Use of a less trusted source for the envelope sender in the external-account download of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to have mail they write in the name of a domain the server hosts sent on by the server with an envelope sender at that domain, so that it passes the domain's SPF and DMARC at other receivers. A message the server downloads from an external POP3 or IMAP account has no SMTP envelope of its own, and the server took the address in its From header as its envelope sender, whatever that address was. A forward or redirect of the downloaded message to an outside address then left with that address as its envelope sender, which the Sender Rewriting Scheme leaves alone for a hosted domain, so that the receiver's SPF check passed for the forged domain, aligned even under strict alignment, with no non-default setting, host name record or DMARC policy needed. An attacker needs to know a mailbox elsewhere that an account here collects and forwards to an outside address; an account holder who adds an external account of their own can collect from a server of their own, which matters where SmtpAuthenticatedSenderCheck holds signed-in senders to their own addresses. | 23 h ago |
| CVE-2026-114478 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Insufficient preservation of the original sender in the forwarding of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to have mail they write, naming in its From an address at a domain the server hosts, delivered to other receivers as passing that domain's DMARC policy. When the server sent on a copy of mail that came from outside - an account's forward, a mail rule's forward, a Sieve redirect, a list's copy, or an alias or list expanding to an outside address - it could give the copy an SMTP identity in the organisation of the domain the copy's From names, whatever the message's origin: with the Sender Rewriting Scheme or the rewrite of the envelope sender on forwarding enabled (both off by default), an address at the forwarding domain; for a list, its bounce address; for a message with an empty envelope sender, none, under the server's own host name; and an envelope sender the message came with at a subdomain of a hosted domain was kept. Where that identity's SPF record authorises the server, other receivers' SPF check of the copy passed for a domain aligned with the From, and DMARC passed with it, although the message had not passed DMARC when the server received it. Exploitation needs a forward, redirect, alias or list that carries the hosted domain's mail to an outside address, and one of: SRS or the envelope rewrite enabled; a list whose bounce address is in the domain's organisation; an envelope sender at a subdomain whose SPF record authorises the server; or, for an empty envelope sender, an SPF record that authorises the server under its host name. The DKIM route to the same result is CVE-2026-107567. | 23 h ago |
| CVE-2026-41319 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | jstedfast, mailkit | MailKit is a cross-platform mail client library built on top of MimeKit. A STARTTLS Response Injection vulnerability in versions prior to 4.16.0 allows a Man-in-the-Middle attacker to inject arbitrary protocol responses across the plaintext-to-TLS trust boundary, enabling SASL authentication mechanism downgrade (e.g., forcing PLAIN instead of SCRAM-SHA-256). The internal read buffer in `SmtpStream`, `ImapStream`, and `Pop3Stream` is not flushed when the underlying stream is replaced with `SslStream` during STARTTLS upgrade, causing pre-TLS attacker-injected data to be processed as trusted post-TLS responses. Version 4.16.0 patches the issue. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111450 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Wheels through 4.1.1 derives its default production error-email address from the Host header of the request that starts the application. If no explicit error-email recipient is configured, a mail server is configured, and the server accepts an attacker-chosen Host, an attacker whose request triggers a cold start can direct later error emails to an address under their control for that application's lifetime. Emails disclose error and request metadata; on engines/versions where scope dumps render, they may also disclose configuration secrets and other users' session/cookie data. On the Lucee 7 engine, scope dumps fail to render, limiting disclosure to header fields. This is fixed in 4.1.2. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107587 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Improper certificate validation in the webmail of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.2 through 6.3.5 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to have S/MIME-encrypted mail that the account later sends to another correspondent also encrypted to the attacker's key. When its recipient opened a signed message, the webmail kept the signer's certificate for encrypting replies whether or not the server found its chain trusted, under the first e-mail address the certificate listed rather than the message's From address, and beside any certificate already held for that address. Encrypted mail later sent from the webmail to that address was encrypted to every certificate held for it, so a holder of the kept certificate's key who obtains a copy of such a message can read it. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114726 | 5.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by a mail header injection vulnerability in the Bounce (resend) action. rcube_mime::decode_address_list() did not strip control characters from the decoded display name, so a received message whose From display-name carries CRLF sequences in an encoded word could inject arbitrary headers into the message emitted when the user bounces it. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix mail header injection via the From display-name in the Bounce (resend) action”. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114479 | 5.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Not failing securely in the anti-virus attachment-stripping action of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to have a message that the server's virus scanner found infected delivered to the recipient's mailbox unchanged. With virus scanning enabled and its action set to remove attachments and deliver the text (the default action deletes the message), the server keeps one text part of an infected message and replaces every attachment with a note. A message whose single part is not text - a program or an archive sent as the whole message, a message carried whole, a file declared an attachment, or an S/MIME message signed as one part, whose content the recipient's mail client opens - had no part the action could pick out, and was delivered as it arrived, with the content the scanner had found and nothing but a line in the application log to show it. Any sender can write such a message. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-7227 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was detected in SourceCodester Pizzafy Ecommerce System 1.0. Impacted is the function Login of the file /admin/ajax.php?action=login. The manipulation of the argument e-mail results in sql injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-7386 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A flaw has been found in fatbobman mail-mcp-bridge up to 1.3.3. Affected is an unknown function of the file src/mail_mcp_server.py. Executing a manipulation of the argument message_ids can lead to path traversal. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 1.3.4 is able to address this issue. This patch is called 638b162b26532e32fa8d8047f638537dbdfe197a. Upgrading the affected component is recommended. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42185 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | People is an application to handle users and teams, and distribute permissions across La Suite. Prior to version 1.25.0, a user holding the Administrator role on a mail domain could send a crafted invitation request to promote any existing user (including users with no current domain access) to the Owner role. The exploit requires a single authenticated HTTP request and grants full domain ownership immediately, without any acceptance step from the target. This issue has been patched in version 1.25.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-7226 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A security vulnerability has been detected in SourceCodester Pizzafy Ecommerce System 1.0. This issue affects the function login2 of the file /admin/ajax.php?action=login2. The manipulation of the argument e-mail leads to sql injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-15907 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A flaw has been found in H3C SecPath F1000-C8300 up to 20260522. This impacts an unknown function of the file /webui/?g=log_fw_nbc_mail_jsondata. Executing a manipulation of the argument subject can lead to sql injection. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure and confirmed the existence of the vulnerability. A technical fix is planned to be released. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-108799 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was determined in jackq XCMS up to 3fab5342cc509945a7ce1b8ec39d19f701b89261. Impacted is the function PublicController::sendFindPwdMail of the file Admin/Home/Controller/PublicController.class.php of the component Password Recovery Mail Endpoint. This manipulation of the argument email causes sql injection. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10651 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Welcart e-Commerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'order_mail' setting in versions up to, and including, 2.11.22. This is due to insufficient sanitization on the order_mail field and a lack of escaping on output. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Editor-level permissions and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts via the General Setting page that will execute when an administrator accesses the E-mail Setting page. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-100175 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Postie plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Email Body URL Autolink in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.87 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. This is possible because the ?postie=get-mail endpoint is reachable by unauthenticated users with no capability check, and the email processing path removes WordPress's kses output filters before saving raw markup, allowing the unescaped href attribute value to be stored as post content. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2025-61597 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | emlog | Emlog is an open source website building system. In versions 2.5.21 and below, an HTML template injection allows stored cross‑site scripting (XSS) via the mail template settings. Once a malicious payload is saved, any subsequent visit to the settings page in an authenticated admin context will execute attacker‑controlled JavaScript, enabling session/token theft and full admin account takeover. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.22. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-55155 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | mantisbt | Mantis Bug Tracker (MantisBT) is an open source issue tracker. In versions 2.27.1 and below, when a user edits their profile to change their e-mail address, the system saves it without validating that it actually belongs to the user. This could result in storing an invalid email address, preventing the user from receiving system notifications. Notifications sent to another person's email address could lead to information disclosure. This issue is fixed in version 2.27.2. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-66514 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | nextcloud, mail | Nextcloud Mail is the mail app for Nextcloud, a self-hosted productivity platform. Prior to 5.5.3, a stored HTML injection in the Mail app's message list allowed an authenticated user to inject HTML into the email subjects. Javascript was correctly blocked by the content security policy of the Nextcloud Server code. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-119761 | 5.3 medium | — | axigen, axigen mail server | Axigen Mail Server WebMail before 10.6.39 and 10.7.1 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to inject script via unescaped sender display names in the conversation view. Attackers can send an email with HTML and script in the From display name that executes when the recipient opens the folder, enabling mailbox content theft or redirection. | 3 h ago |
| CVE-2026-105454 | 5.3 medium | — | best practical solutions, request tracker | RT's automatic link creation for URLs in HTML ticket content does not HTML-escape the URL it places in the link. A URL crafted to break out of the link's address can add a script that runs when the ticket history is displayed, with no further action by the viewer. Anyone who can add HTML content to a ticket can plant it. That includes an unauthenticated sender of HTML email to any queue that grants CreateTicket or ReplyToTicket to Everyone, which is routine for a queue that accepts mail from the public. The script runs in the session of any user who views the ticket, and can act in RT with that user's authority. This issue was fixed in version 5.0.11 and 6.0.4 | 3 h ago |
| CVE-2026-45007 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | phpMyFAQ before 4.1.2 contains missing permission checks in ConfigurationTabController.php where 12 endpoints use userIsAuthenticated() instead of userHasPermission(CONFIGURATION_EDIT). Any authenticated user can enumerate system configuration metadata including permission model, cache backend, mail provider, and translation provider by querying /admin/api/configuration endpoints, violating least privilege access control. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-27859 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | dovecot, open-xchange | A mail message containing excessive amount of RFC 2231 MIME parameters causes LMTP to use too much CPU. A suitably formatted mail message causes mail delivery process to consume large amounts of CPU time. Use MTA capabilities to limit RFC 2231 MIME parameters in mail messages, or upgrade to fixed version where the processing is limited. No publicly available exploits are known. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-11944 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | os4ed, opensis | openSIS Classic 9.3 contains an authenticated path traversal vulnerability in the legacy messaging sent-mail attachment download functionality that allows an authenticated attacker to read arbitrary files on the server via crafted path traversal sequences. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115479 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | baserCMS is a website development framework. In versions 5.2.5 before 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 before 5.4.2, an unauthenticated visitor can supply a comma-separated address list in a public mail form's email field and cause a single auto-reply to be addressed to multiple third parties. MailMessageMailer::sendFormToUser() passes the visitor-controlled userMail value to parseAndNormalizeMailAddresses(), which splits it with explode(',') and supplies every resulting address to setTo(). Newly created forms with an email-type field are affected when the separate, optional VALID_EMAIL server-side validation is not enabled; browser type=email validation does not prevent crafted requests. The bundled contact form enables VALID_EMAIL and is not affected. The auto-reply uses the site's sender identity and includes partially attacker-controlled content, allowing abuse of the site to deliver unsolicited mail. This issue has been patched in versions 5.3.2 and 5.4.2. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115480 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | baserCMS is a website development framework. In versions 5.0.0 before 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 before 5.4.2, the public POST /baser/api/bc-mail/mail_messages/add/{mailContentId}.json endpoint accepts submissions without enforcing the form's auth_captcha setting. BcMail\Controller\Api\MailMessagesController::add() and MailMessagesService::create() omit the BcCaptchaService::check() verification of captcha_id and auth_captcha performed by MailController::submit() in the web UI. An unauthenticated attacker who can reach the API can therefore automate submissions without solving the enabled image challenge. The API disables FormProtection and has no rate limit; submissions can generate administrator-inbox spam, send attacker-influenced auto-replies to third parties when an email field is present, and accumulate mail_messages database records when save_info is enabled. The API already enforces the isAccepting() check added for CVE-2026-30878; the missing CAPTCHA check is a separate control failure. This issue has been patched in versions 5.3.2 and 5.4.2. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-112784 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OpenCATS before 0.10.0 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in ajax/testEmailSettings.php that allows any authenticated user to send mail through the configured SMTP relay. Read-level users can supply testEmailAddress and fromAddress parameters to send the fixed test message to any recipient with a spoofed From address. | 20 Oct |
