CVE-2026-75926 9.3 critical 0.00% gohugo, hugo Hugo 0.161.0 placed the Node asset pipelines behind the Node.js permission model so that code running through PostCSS, Babel, or TailwindCSS could not reach the file system outside the project directory. Hugo 0.162.0 added tailwindcss to the AllowChildProcess default in config/security/securityConfig.go, which makes nodePermissionArgs in common/hexec/exec.go append --allow-child-process whenever the tool being launched is named tailwindcss. TailwindCSS loads the site's tailwind.config.js through require at startup, so top-level code in that file executes inside the permitted Node process and can call child_process to spawn a shell. The spawned process is not a Node process and inherits none of the permission flags, so it runs with the full privileges of the account performing the build. Building a site whose theme, module, or starter template supplies the Tailwind configuration therefore yields arbitrary command execution rather than the confined file access the permission model was introduced to enforce. Hugo 0.165.0 removes tailwindcss from the default security.exec.allow list, so the tool is no longer launched under the default configuration. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-89918 9.3 critical 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: Correctly handle end of VA space TLBI invalidation Our TLB invalidation by VA code is based on comparing two ranges, one defined by the TLB, and one defined by the TLBI instruction. Each range is defined by a start and a size. However, the way the comparison is done doesn't account for address rollover, as it compares an address with (base + size). This works nicely until this expression represent the last page/block in the TTBR1 VA space, as the result is a big fat 0. And a failed TLB invalidation. Rewrite the comparison in a way that is immune to the address rollover (making the end address inclusive instead of exclusive), and move this into a common helper that is used by both VA and IPA invalidations, as suggested by Hyunwoo Kim (although the IPA version didn't suffer from this particular problem, obviously). 19 Oct
CVE-2026-73251 9.3 critical 0.00% cesanta, mongoose Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to 7.23, a network attacker can impersonate a TLS server to a Mongoose client configured with a multi-certificate CA bundle. In src/tls_builtin.c, the mg_tls_init() function stores the bundle in tls->ca_bundle_der while tls->ca_der.len remains zero, and mg_tls_recv_cert() uses tls_bundle_find() to accept a Common Name match without calling mg_tls_verify_cert_signature(). A forged self-signed certificate can therefore satisfy hostname and CertificateVerify checks and enable interception, credential disclosure, traffic modification, and malicious responses. This issue is fixed in version 7.23. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-16436news ×2 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Weak Password Recovery Mechanism for Forgotten Password vulnerability in Mitsubishi Electric GENESIS versions 11.03 and prior, GENESIS64 versions 10.97.3 and prior, ICONICS Suite versions 10.97.3 and prior, Hyper Historian versions 10.97.3 and prior, AnalytiX versions 10.97.3 and prior, MobileHMI 10.97.3 and prior, IoTWorX 10.97.3 and prior, MC Works64 all versions, GENESIS32 all versions, BizViz all versions, Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions GENESIS versions 11.03 and prior, GENESIS64 versions 10.97.3 and prior, ICONICS Suite versions 10.97.3 and prior, Hyper Historian versions 10.97.3 and prior, AnalytiX versions 10.97.3 and prior, MobileHMI 10.97.3 and prior, IoTWorX 10.97.3 and prior, GENESIS32 all versions, and BizViz all versions allows a remote attacker to unlock the system by obtaining the challenge response by some means. The challenge response used to unlock the system is common to all users and fixed. As a result, the attacker may disclose, tamper with, destroy, or delete internal information, or cause the affected system to enter a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-44699 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet LibJWT is a C JSON Web Token Library. From 3.0.0 to 3.3.2, libjwt accepts an RSA JWK that does not contain an alg parameter as the verification key for an HS256/HS384/HS512 token. In the OpenSSL backend, this causes HMAC verification to run with a zero-length key, so an attacker can forge a valid JWT without knowing any secret or RSA private key. This is an algorithm-confusion authentication bypass. It affects applications that load RSA keys from JWKS where alg is omitted, which is valid JWK syntax and common in real deployments, and then choose the verification algorithm from the JWT header, for example in a kid lookup callback. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.3. Mon 26 Oct

CVE-2026-42550 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Flight is an extensible micro-framework for PHP. Prior to 3.18.1, SimplePdo::insert(), SimplePdo::update(), and SimplePdo::delete() build SQL statements by concatenating the $table argument and the keys of the $data array directly into the query, with no identifier quoting and no validation. When an application forwards user-controlled data shapes to these helpers — a common and documented pattern, e.g. $db->insert('users', $request->data->getData()) — an attacker can inject arbitrary SQL by crafting malicious array keys. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.18.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-49759 8.8 high 0.00% erlang, erlang\/otp, erts Stack-based Buffer Overflow vulnerability in Erlang OTP erts (inet_drv) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to crash the BEAM VM by sending a crafted SCTP ERROR chunk. The sctp_parse_error_chunk function in erts/emulator/drivers/common/inet_drv.c parses SCTP ERROR chunks and writes cause codes into a fixed-size stack-allocated ErlDrvTermData spec[] array without checking bounds. A remote attacker who has established an SCTP association to a listening port can send a single crafted SCTP ERROR chunk containing enough cause codes to overflow the stack buffer, crashing the VM. The attacker can only write 16-bit values interleaved with a fixed tag, so the overflow does not provide a controlled return address, limiting exploitation to Denial of Service. A crafted SCTP ERROR chunk may also leak bits and pieces of Erlang VM memory into the received error packet observed by the Erlang process. Such data is already readable by the user running the Erlang VM, so the disclosure scope is limited. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 27.3.4.13, OTP 28.5.0.2, and OTP 29.0.2, corresponding to erts from 6.0 before 15.2.7.9, 16.4.0.2, and 17.0.2. Whether OTP before OTP 17.0, corresponding to erts before 6.0, is affected is unknown. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-54639 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Style Dictionary, a build system for creating cross-platform styles, has a prototype pollution vulnerability starting in version 4.3.0 and prior to version 5.4.4. Impact users have: direct usage of `convertTokenData(tokens, { output: 'object' });`; indirect usage, via using Expand API; and/or indirect usage via SD's transform lifecycle. Impact is high for this when style-dictionary is used as an integration in a NodeJS server application. Impact is moderate for when style-dictionary is used as an integration in a Web application. Impact is low for most common cases where the user of style-dictionary also maintains the tokens, and access is limited via read/write access to the repository/workflows where it is used. A patch has been published in version `5.4.4`. The only known workaround is to sanitize token data first. Whether using DTCG format or old Style Dictionary format, check the token data object recursively for any object keys that include `__proto__`. Sun 25 Oct

CVE-2026-55888 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet XDG Desktop Portal is a desktop integration portal. Prior to version 1.22.1, malicious sandboxed applications can use the FileChooser.SaveFiles method to gain arbitrary file access to non-existing files on the host (limited to files the user has access to). The FileChooser.SaveFiles method takes optional filenames which get appended to the selected directory by backends. The backends are supposed to check that the file does not exist yet. The filenames are not validated by the frontend and also not by common backends. This issue has been patched in version 1.22.1. 23 Oct

CVE-2026-97527 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: qla2xxx: Serialize NVMe unsol ctx list with a per-fcport lock The fcport->unsol_ctx_head list is modified from several contexts without a common lock. Entries are added in qla2xxx_process_purls_iocb() from the response queue ISR (under the qpair qp_lock), while they are removed from qla2xxx_process_purls_pkt() (DPC/purex worker), qla_nvme_xmt_ls_rsp() (NVMe-FC transport callback) and qla_nvme_release_lsrsp_cmd_kref() (SRB completion). The qpair qp_lock cannot serialize this per-fcport list since multiqueue adapters add entries through different qpairs, so a concurrent add and delete (or two concurrent deletes) can corrupt the list pointers. Introduce a dedicated per-fcport spinlock, unsol_ctx_lock, initialized in qla2x00_alloc_fcport(), and take it around every list_add_tail()/list_del() on unsol_ctx_head. The add nests under the existing qp_lock; no delete path takes qp_lock, so the lock order is consistent and deadlock free. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-68471 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ieee80211: validate MLE common info length ieee80211_mle_common_size() uses the first common-info octet as the common information length for all known MLE types. However, ieee80211_mle_size_ok() only validates that octet for Basic, Probe Request, and TDLS MLEs. Reconfiguration MLEs also skipped the length octet when calculating the minimum common size, and Priority Access MLEs skipped validation of the advertised common information length. Account for the Reconfiguration common-info length octet and validate the advertised common information length for all known MLE types. Keep unknown-type handling unchanged. CVE-2026-68329 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: iommu/amd: Wait for completion instead of returning early in iommu_completion_wait() need_sync is a per-IOMMU flag shared by all domains and devices behind that IOMMU. It is set whenever a command is queued with sync == true and cleared when a completion-wait (CWAIT) command is queued. However, a cleared need_sync only means that a covering CWAIT has been queued, not that all previously queued commands have actually completed in hardware. iommu_completion_wait() read need_sync locklessly and returned early when it was false. This breaks the "block until all previously queued commands have completed" contract in a multi-CPU scenario: CPU2: queue inv-B => need_sync = true CPU1: queue CWAIT(N); need_sync = false; then wait_on_sem(N) CPU2: read need_sync == false => return 0 (no wait!) CPU2 returns without waiting for any sequence number even though its inv-B may not have completed yet (CWAIT(N), queued after inv-B, has not been signaled). CPU2 then proceeds to, for example, free page-table pages while the IOMMU can still walk stale translations, opening a use-after-free window. This is a logical race in the meaning of the flag, not a memory-visibility issue, so barriers alone do not help. Fix it without losing the optimization of avoiding redundant CWAIT commands: take iommu->lock before testing need_sync, and when it is false do not return early but wait for the last allocated sequence number (cmd_sem_val). Since need_sync == false implies no sync command was queued after the last CWAIT, that CWAIT is FIFO-ordered after every not-yet-completed command, so waiting for its sequence number guarantees all prior commands (possibly queued by another CPU) have completed. The common path with pending work is unchanged and no extra hardware command is issued. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53354 8.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: errata: Mitigate TLBI errata on various Arm CPUs A number of CPUs developed by Arm suffer from errata whereby a broadcast TLBI;DSB sequence may complete before the global observation of writes which are translated by an affected TLB entry. These errata ONLY affect the completion of memory accesses which have been translated by an invalidated TLB entry, and these errata DO NOT affect the actual invalidation of TLB entries. TLB entries are removed correctly. This issue has been assigned CVE ID CVE-2025-10263. To mitigate this issue, Arm recommends that software follows any affected TLBI;DSB sequence with an additional TLBI;DSB, which will ensure that all memory write effects affected by the first TLBI have been globally observed. The additional TLBI can use any operation that is broadcast to affected CPUs, and the additional DSB can use any option that is sufficient to complete the additional TLBI. The ARM64_WORKAROUND_REPEAT_TLBI workaround is sufficient to mitigate the issue. Enable this workaround for affected CPUs, and update the silicon errata documentation accordingly. Note that due to the manner in which Arm develops IP and tracks errata, some CPUs share a common erratum number. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53275 8.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: mcast: Fix use-after-free when processing MLD queries When processing an MLD query, a pointer to the multicast group address is retrieved when initially parsing the packet. This pointer is later dereferenced without being reloaded despite the fact that the skb header might have been reallocated following the pskb_may_pull() calls, leading to a use-after-free [1]. Fix by copying the multicast group address when the packet is initially parsed. In addition, check the bus_hung flag in mt7921_mac_reset_work() before attempting the reset sequence, reject MCU messages while the bus is hung, and install no-op bus operations when an unrecoverable AER error is detected, preventing further invalid hardware accesses. Due to hardware limitations - such as the lack of a connected hardware reset pin or the absence of host re-probe functionality - affected Wi-Fi devices may not fully recover to a normal operational state after certain errors, even with AER enabled. 19 Oct
