| CVE-2026-2411 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | zephyrproject, zephyr | Zephyr's Bluetooth host declares a GATT characteristic as two consecutive attributes: a Characteristic Declaration whose permission is hard-coded to BT_GATT_PERM_READ, and a Characteristic Value attribute that carries the application-specified security permissions (e.g. BT_GATT_PERM_READ_ENCRYPT / READ_AUTHEN / READ_LESC). The public notify and indicate APIs explicitly accept either attribute, and passing the declaration is the documented, common idiom. Before sending each notification or indication, the host re-checks link security with bt_gatt_check_perm() against params->attr in gatt_notify(), gatt_indicate(), and gatt_notify_multiple_verify_params() (subsys/bluetooth/host/gatt.c). When the application passed the Characteristic Declaration attribute, the host correctly redirected the value handle but left params->attr pointing at the declaration, so the security check evaluated the declaration's permissions (no security required) instead of the value's. As a result the encryption/authentication/LESC requirement configured on the characteristic value was skipped. The Notify-Multiple path additionally used a mask that omitted the LE Secure Connections requirement. A remote peer triggers the disclosure by connecting (optionally without pairing or encryption) and writing the Client Characteristic Configuration descriptor to enable notifications or indications, causing the server to emit the protected value over a link that has not reached the required security level. The impact is information disclosure / access-control bypass for characteristic values the application intended to expose only over a secured link; exposure depends on the application declaring encrypt/authen-required notify/indicate characteristics and on the CCC being writable at a lower security tier. There is no memory-safety or availability impact. The fix adds bt_gatt_attr_resolve_value(), which maps a declaration attribute to the following value attribute before the permission check, and switches the Notify-Multiple path to the full BT_GATT_PERM_READ_ENCRYPT_MASK so the LESC requirement is also enforced. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-20294 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability in the web-based management interface of Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager could allow an authenticated, remote attacker to view sensitive information in clear text on an affected system. This vulnerability is due to insufficient access control enforcement for specific template types that are not included in the encryption allowlist. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability by viewing logs on the local system or on a remote logging server. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to view sensitive authentication credentials, which could lead to further compromise of network infrastructure and connected services. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-12236 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Bluetooth host GATT client function parse_read_std_char_desc() in subsys/bluetooth/host/gatt.c parses an ATT Read By Type Response received from a remote GATT server during BT_GATT_DISCOVER_STD_CHAR_DESC discovery. The per-entry stride rsp->len is taken directly from the peer's PDU, and the parse loop both tests its exit condition (length >= rsp->len) and advances (length -= rsp->len, pdu += rsp->len) using that value. The minimum value of rsp->len was never validated before the loop. A malicious or malfunctioning peer can reply with rsp->len = 0. Because length is unsigned and never decreases, the loop condition stays true forever and the read pointer never advances; as long as the body is at least a few bytes with a non-zero handle and a matching descriptor UUID, the host repeatedly re-parses the same bytes and invokes the discovery callback, never terminating. This hangs the Bluetooth host processing thread (CWE-835, loop with unreachable exit condition). The condition is reachable by any connected peer once the local device initiates standard-descriptor-value discovery; GATT discovery does not require bonding or encryption, so an unauthenticated adjacent attacker that the device connects to can trigger it. The impact is denial of service of the Bluetooth subsystem (and likely a watchdog reset on constrained targets); there is no memory disclosure or corruption. The fix adds a rsp->len < sizeof(struct bt_att_data) check before the loop, rejecting under-length responses so the stride is always non-zero and the loop terminates. The sibling parsers parse_include() and parse_characteristic() already validated rsp->len and are unaffected. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2025-50234 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | chshcms, mccms | MCCMS v2.7.0 has an SSRF vulnerability located in the index() method of the sys\apps\controllers\api\Gf.php file, where the pic parameter is processed. The pic parameter is decrypted using the sys_auth($pic, 1) function, which utilizes a hard-coded key Mc_Encryption_Key (bD2voYwPpNuJ7B8), defined in the db.php file. The decrypted URL is passed to the geturl() method, which uses cURL to make a request to the URL without proper security checks. An attacker can craft a malicious encrypted pic parameter, which, when decrypted, points to internal addresses or local file paths (such as http://127.0.0.1 or file://). By using the file:// protocol, the attacker can access arbitrary files on the local file system (e.g., file:///etc/passwd, file:///C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/hosts), allowing them to read sensitive configuration files, log files, and more, leading to information leakage or system exposure. The danger of this SSRF vulnerability includes accessing internal services and local file systems through protocols like http://, ftp://, and file://, which can result in sensitive data leakage, remote code execution, privilege escalation, or full system compromise, severely affecting the system's security and stability. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-89279 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Cross-Site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in AuthTake Technology Inc. Authtake allows Encryption Brute Forcing. This issue affects authtake: from v1.3 before v1.4. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-19740 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Link Layer Control Procedure (LLCP) implementation of the Zephyr software Bluetooth LE Controller retains the receive node that carried an accepted LL_PHY_UPDATE_IND so that it can later be reused for the host notification when the update instant is reached (llcp_rx_node_retain() in subsys/bluetooth/controller/ll_sw/ull_llcp.c, and the node is deliberately not recycled while marked NODE_RX_TYPE_RETAIN). The invalid-PDU arms of llcp_lp_pu_rx() and llcp_rp_pu_rx() in subsys/bluetooth/controller/ll_sw/ull_llcp_phy.c completed the procedure via llcp_lr_complete() / llcp_rr_complete() without first releasing that retained node, so the procedure context — the only remaining reference to the node — was freed while the node was still held out of the receive pool. A peer device on an established LE connection can drive this deterministically and without pairing or encryption. Against a peripheral it sends LL_PHY_REQ, receives LL_PHY_RSP, sends a valid LL_PHY_UPDATE_IND with an instant a few connection events in the future (so the node becomes retained), and then, before the instant is reached, sends any other LL Control PDU such as LL_LENGTH_REQ; ull_cp_rx() routes it to the active remote PHY Update procedure, which takes the invalid-PDU path. The mirror case applies to a locally initiated PHY Update followed by an LL_REJECT_IND. In the default configuration (CONFIG_BT_ASSERT and CONFIG_BT_CTLR_ASSERT_DEBUG both default y) the violated invariant in llcp_lr_check_done() / llcp_rr_check_done() triggers a controller assertion, ending in k_oops() (or k_panic()) — a single crafted PDU sequence from radio range faults the device. With those assertions compiled out, each attempt silently leaks one receive PDU node and its memq link; because the controller receive pool is small (PDU_RX_CNT, driven by CONFIG_BT_CTLR_RX_BUFFERS, which defaults to 1) and each attempt costs the attacker only a reconnect, a few repetitions exhaust the pool and leave Bluetooth inoperable until reboot. On releases v3.4.0 through v3.7.x the assertion is never reached, whatever the configuration, so every attempt leaks silently. The impact is limited to availability: the orphaned node leaves no dangling pointer that is later dereferenced and is never delivered to the host, so there is no memory corruption or information disclosure. The same pull request applies the identical release to the Connection Update and CIS-create procedures, whose invalid-PDU arms had the same omission. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-19739 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Bluetooth Link Layer control procedure code in subsys/bluetooth/controller/ll_sw/ull_llcp_conn_upd.c retains the received RX node while a Connection Update / Connection Parameter procedure waits for its instant, so the node can later carry the host notification (llcp_rx_node_retain(), which marks it NODE_RX_TYPE_RETAIN and thereby suppresses the normal recycling in ull.c). The default: arm of llcp_rp_cu_rx() and llcp_lp_cu_rx() — the "invalid PDU, terminate the connection" path — completed the procedure without releasing that retained node. llcp_rr_check_done() then dequeued and freed the procedure context with ctx->node_ref.rx still pointing at the retained node, dropping the last reference to it. A peer device in radio range can reach this without pairing, bonding, or encryption. Against a peripheral, the peer sends a well-formed LL_CONNECTION_UPDATE_IND with an instant a few connection events in the future (the node is retained and the procedure enters RP_CU_STATE_WAIT_INSTANT), then, before the instant is reached, sends any other LL Control PDU such as LL_LENGTH_REQ. ull_cp_rx() routes that PDU into the active remote Connection Update procedure, which takes the invalid-PDU path. The central role is reachable symmetrically after accepting an LL_CONNECTION_PARAM_REQ, and the local-procedure variant is reachable with LL_REJECT_IND. With CONFIG_BT_CTLR_ASSERT_DEBUG enabled (its default), the resulting state violates the invariant asserted in llcp_rr_check_done(), so the two-PDU sequence produces an immediate fatal error in the controller. With those asserts disabled, each occurrence permanently loses one node from the controller's small fixed RX pool (sized from CONFIG_BT_CTLR_RX_BUFFERS, which defaults to 1); repeating the sequence across reconnections exhausts the pool, after which the link-layer receive path operates on a NULL node. The impact is an unauthenticated, remotely triggerable denial of service persisting until reboot; there is no memory-disclosure or memory-corruption consequence, since the leaked node simply becomes unreachable. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-19738 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Bluetooth Link Layer Control Procedure (LLCP) implementation for Connected Isochronous Stream (CIS) creation retains an RX node (ctx->node_ref.rx, marked NODE_RX_TYPE_RETAIN) so it can later be reused as the host notification — on the peripheral while awaiting the Host's reply to an LL_CIS_REQ, and on the central for the whole duration of a locally initiated CIS Create. In subsys/bluetooth/controller/ll_sw/ull_llcp_cc.c, the "invalid PDU received" paths of llcp_rp_cc_rx() and llcp_lp_cc_rx() terminated the connection and completed the procedure without releasing that retained node, breaking the invariant checked in llcp_lr_check_done() and llcp_rr_check_done() and orphaning the node's memory. A peer device within radio range can reach this with a single extra LL Control PDU on an unauthenticated, unencrypted ACL link. Against a peripheral, the attacker sends a valid LL_CIS_REQ and then, before the Host replies, any unrelated LL Control PDU (for example LL_VERSION_IND), which ull_cp_rx() routes into the active remote procedure. Against a central performing a CIS Create, a malicious peripheral answers with LL_UNKNOWN_RSP for CIS_REQ, which is dispatched into the active local procedure. No pairing, encryption or user interaction is required; the code is compiled in when CONFIG_BT_CTLR_PERIPHERAL_ISO or CONFIG_BT_CTLR_CENTRAL_ISO is enabled. In default builds (CONFIG_BT_CTLR_ASSERT_DEBUG is default y) the retained-node assertion fires immediately, producing a controller fatal error and, typically, a system reset from one injected PDU. With the development assertions disabled, each attempt permanently loses one node from the controller's small LL notification pool (LL_PDU_RX_CNT, 2 * CONFIG_BT_CTLR_LLCP_CONN) together with its memq_link_t; repeating the connect-attack-reconnect cycle exhausts the pool, after which notification allocation always fails, RX flow control stalls, and the non-disableable LL_ASSERT_ERR() in llcp_lp_cc_flush() faults. The impact is limited to availability — the leaked node is orphaned, never reused or double-freed — and recovery requires a reboot. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9613 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | pcisig, pci_express_integrity_and_data_encryption | A vulnerability was discovered in the PCI Express (PCIe) Integrity and Data Encryption (IDE) specification, where insufficient guidance on tag reuse after completion timeouts may allow multiple outstanding Non-Posted Requests to share the same tag. This tag aliasing condition can result in completions being delivered to the wrong security context, potentially compromising data integrity and confidentiality. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9614 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | pcisig, pci_express_integrity_and_data_encryption | An issue was discovered in the PCI Express (PCIe) Integrity and Data Encryption (IDE) specification, where insufficient guidance on re-keying and stream flushing during device rebinding may allow stale write transactions from a previous security context to be processed in a new one. This can lead to unintended data access across trusted domains, compromising confidentiality and integrity. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-108064 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The WP Encryption WordPress plugin before 7.8.8.2 does not perform a capability or nonce check on one of the handlers that drives its SSL certificate-provisioning routine, allowing unauthenticated users to make the WP Encryption WordPress plugin before 7.8.8.2 overwrite the site's certificate private key and replace its pending Let's Encrypt order and challenge material with a single request. Repeated requests keep regenerating the material, preventing the administrator from completing certificate issuance. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-75509 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. Prior to version 1.7.3, JWTClaimsRegistry applies membership matching to list-valued iss and sub claims, allowing an array-valued iss that contains the expected issuer to pass an intended equality check and enabling issuer-validation bypass. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.3. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10540 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | iMonitor EAM 9.6394 transmits communication between the EAM client agent and the EAM server, as well as between the EAM monitor management software and the server, in plaintext without authentication or encryption. An attacker with network access can intercept sensitive information (such as credentials, keylogger data, and personally identifiable information) and tamper with traffic. This allows both unauthorized disclosure and modification of data, including issuing arbitrary commands to client agents. | 11 Oct |
| CVE-2020-3702 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | qualcomm, debian, apq8053_firmware, ipq4019_firmware, ipq8064_firmware | u'Specifically timed and handcrafted traffic can cause internal errors in a WLAN device that lead to improper layer 2 Wi-Fi encryption with a consequent possibility of information disclosure over the air for a discrete set of traffic' in Snapdragon Auto, Snapdragon Compute, Snapdragon Connectivity, Snapdragon Consumer IOT, Snapdragon Industrial IOT, Snapdragon Mobile, Snapdragon Voice & Music, Snapdragon Wearables, Snapdragon Wired Infrastructure and Networking in APQ8053, IPQ4019, IPQ8064, MSM8909W, MSM8996AU, QCA9531, QCN5502, QCS405, SDX20, SM6150, SM7150 | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-103011 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Heap-based buffer overflow in the legacy Blowfish encryption routine (BlowFishEncryptor::Encode, called by EncryptToString) in Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.5 allows an authenticated mailbox user to cause a denial of service (service crash), and possibly other unspecified impact. In 6.3.4 and 6.3.5, where the self-service REST API is enabled (it is off by default), the user does this remotely by adding a fetch account whose password is 129 to 247 characters long and not a multiple of 8, and then requesting their personal data export (GET /api/v1/me/export.zip), which encrypts that password with the legacy scheme. The same flaw is reachable on Windows by any local interactive user with no hMailServer credentials, through the COM method Utilities.BlowfishEncrypt, which checked no authentication. It is also reachable by every stored-secret write when ProtectStoredSecretsWithDPAPI is set to 0. For such a length, the routine's padding loop writes up to 7 zero bytes 2 to 232 bytes past the end of its 255-byte heap buffer. The ciphertext it returns is still correct. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-55039 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | apache, spark | This issue affects Apache Spark versions before 3.4.4, 3.5.2 and 4.0.0. Apache Spark versions before 4.0.0, 3.5.2 and 3.4.4 use an insecure default network encryption cipher for RPC communication between nodes. When spark.network.crypto.enabled is set to true (it is set to false by default), but spark.network.crypto.cipher is not explicitly configured, Spark defaults to AES in CTR mode (AES/CTR/NoPadding), which provides encryption without authentication. This vulnerability allows a man-in-the-middle attacker to modify encrypted RPC traffic undetected by flipping bits in ciphertext, potentially compromising heartbeat messages or application data and affecting the integrity of Spark workflows. To mitigate this issue, users should either configure spark.network.crypto.cipher to AES/GCM/NoPadding to enable authenticated encryption or enable SSL encryption by setting spark.ssl.enabled to true, which provides stronger transport security. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116844 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Fclairamb ftpserverlib through 0.32.4 contains a cleartext transmission vulnerability because TransferOpen checks only the transferTLS flag set by PROT, not whether the prepared data connection uses TLS. When a client sends PROT P after PASV or PORT, file contents and directory listings cross the network unencrypted, even with mandatory encryption, letting on-path attackers read or modify them. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9604 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was identified in coze-studio up to 0.2.4. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file backend/domain/plugin/encrypt/aes.go. The manipulation of the argument AuthSecretKey/StateSecretKey/OAuthTokenSecretKey leads to use of hard-coded cryptographic key . It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The vendor replied to the GitHub issue (translated from simplified Chinese): "For scenarios requiring encryption, we will implement user-defined key management through configuration and optimize the use of encryption tools, such as random salt." | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-84320 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. Prior to 2.4.3, Nginx UI validates an automatic backup's storage_path, but AutoBackup.GetName returns a user-controlled name without rejecting path separators or parent-directory components, and downstream filename formatting embeds that result in the final archive filename. An authenticated user who can create or modify an automatic backup can cause filepath.Join to resolve the generated archive path outside the validated storage directory, allowing backup archives to be written with the Nginx UI process privileges. For encrypted configuration backups, the adjacent encryption key file can also be written outside the validated directory. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.3. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44722 | 6.2 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | pyzipper is a replacement for Python's zipfile that can read and write AES encrypted zip files. Prior to 0.4.0, a Python operator precedence bug in pyzipper/zipfile_aes.py caused the AE-2 format to never be automatically selected during encryption, causing encrypted entries to be written in AE-1 format and exposing the plaintext CRC32 checksum in the ZIP header and, for unseekable zip archives, in the datadescripter section, allowing an attacker who possesses the archive to brute-force candidate plaintexts for small or low-entropy files by comparing CRC32 values. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.0. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-86375 | 6.2 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Dell Application Installer, versions prior to 26.09.0.1, contain a Missing Encryption of Sensitive Data vulnerability. An unauthenticated attacker with local access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Unauthorized access. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-53762 | 6.2 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | VeraCrypt provides disk encryption with strong security based on TrueCrypt. Prior to 1.26.29, non-default builds created with WOLFCRYPT=1 and WOLFCRYPT_BACKEND route SHA-256 and SHA-512 volume-header key derivation through derive_key_sha256 and derive_key_sha512 in src/Crypto/wolfCrypt.c, where the configured iterations value is discarded and wc_HKDF is used instead of PBKDF2-HMAC. Changing the PIM or iteration count therefore does not increase derivation cost, allowing an attacker with an affected container, disk image, or volume header to perform substantially cheaper offline password guesses. Official precompiled VeraCrypt binaries and normal distribution packages use the standard PBKDF2 backend and are not affected. Volumes created by an affected WOLFCRYPT=1 build require backup and recreation because corrected builds derive different keys. This issue is fixed in version 1.26.29. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-8201 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | A use-after-free vulnerability exists in MongoDB's Field-Level Encryption (FLE) query analysis component, affecting client-side uses of mongocryptd and crypt_shared. Triggering this vulnerability requires control over the structure of a client's FLE-related query. This issue impacts MongoDB Server’s mongocryptd component v7.0 versions prior to 7.0.34, v8.0 versions prior to 8.0.23, v8.2 versions prior to 8.2.9 and v8.3 versions prior to 8.3.2. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5039 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | tp-link, tl-wr841n_firmware | TP-Link TL-WR841N v13 uses DES-CBC encryption in the TDDPv2 debug protocol with a cryptographic key derived from default web management credentials, making the key predictable if device is left in default configuration. A network-adjacent attacker can exploit this weakness to gain unauthorized access to the protocol, read debug data, modify certain device configuration values, and trigger device reboot, resulting in loss of integrity and a denial-of-service condition. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116196 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | rclone | Rclone before v1.75.2 contains a credential exposure vulnerability in the b2 backend that leaks the live account Authorization token and SSE-C keys on HTTP redirects from --b2-download-url hosts. Attackers can observe a same-host HTTPS-to-HTTP downgrade redirect to capture the cleartext B2 token, or receive cross-host redirects disclosing SSE-C customer encryption keys. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-57952 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | its-a-feature, mythic | Mythic before 3.4.0.60 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in four REST endpoints (c2profile_config_check_webhook, c2profile_redirect_rules_webhook, c2profile_get_ioc_webhook, c2profile_sample_message_webhook) that fail to verify payload ownership. An operator in one operation can invoke these endpoints with a known payload UUID from another operation to access that operation's C2 profile configuration including encryption keys and callback parameters. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-108126 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | temporal-proxy 0.2.0 through 0.8.0 does not bind encrypted payloads to the namespace they were encrypted for. When payload encryption is enabled, the proxy chooses the decryption key by an identifier stored in the payload rather than by the namespace of the request, and nothing in the ciphertext records that namespace. A caller whom the proxy authorizes only for namespace B, and who has obtained an encrypted payload from namespace A, can therefore have the proxy decrypt it. In 0.8.0, the caller can submit the payload to the codec server's /decode endpoint. In every affected version, a caller who can also write to namespace B on the Temporal server directly can place the payload there and read it back through the proxy. This holds whether namespaces share the default key or each has its own, because a single proxy holds every key it is configured with. The issue does not give the attacker encrypted payloads they could not already obtain, and does not allow encrypted payloads to be modified. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-65626 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The pure-Erlang RSAES-PKCS1-v1_5 decryption in the jose_jwa_pkcs1 module is a Bleichenbacher padding oracle. eme_pkcs1_decode/2 returns the recovered message when a decrypted block has valid PKCS#1 v1.5 padding (a leading 0x00 0x02, a padding string of at least eight non-zero bytes, and a 0x00 separator) and returns a distinct error result otherwise, and rsaes_pkcs1_decrypt/2 additionally returns {error, {badsize, _}} when the length check fails. The implementation applies no implicit-rejection countermeasure (RFC 8017 §7.2.2): it does not substitute a deterministic pseudo-random plaintext on a padding failure, so a one-bit padding-conformance signal leaks to the caller. Because the underlying modular exponentiation in dp/2 is a raw, non-blinded crypto:mod_pow/3, the padding check also stays distinguishable by timing even when an application normalizes every failure to a single error value. An unauthenticated attacker who knows only the public RSA key and can submit ciphertexts to a decryption endpoint that unwraps RSA1_5 JWE keys (or otherwise calls decrypt_private/3 with rsa_pkcs1_padding) can use this oracle to recover the plaintext of intercepted ciphertexts, such as content-encryption keys and thus the protected message, or to forge signatures, through roughly 10^4 to 10^6 adaptive chosen-ciphertext queries. This issue affects jose: from 1.3.0 before 1.11.13. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-57082 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Net::BitTorrent versions before 2.1.0 for Perl generate the MSE Diffie-Hellman private key with a non-cryptographic PRNG. The MSE (Message Stream Encryption) handshake derives its 160-bit Diffie-Hellman private key from Perl's rand(), a non-cryptographic drand48-class generator seeded once per process, in KeyExchange.pm. The shared secret and the RC4 keys derived from it (the SHA-1 of "keyA" or "keyB", the shared secret, and the infohash) therefore depend entirely on a predictable PRNG. The same handshake sends, in cleartext, random padding drawn from the same rand() sequence in _random_pad, immediately after the public key and the private-key draw. A passive observer of the handshake recovers the PRNG state from the cleartext padding, reconstructs the private key, computes the shared secret from the peer's public key on the wire, derives the RC4 keys, and decrypts the connection, defeating the passive-observation obfuscation MSE provides. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-50721 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | libreswan | Libreswan, via the function RSA_authenticate_hash_signature_raw_rsa(), did not correctly verify the length of the authentication hash when the SIG payload of an IKEv1 packet was encoded using PKCS #1 RSA Encryption as per RFC 2313. A remote attacker can use a variation on the Bleichenbacher attack to forge the SIG payload when small public exponents are being used (e.g., e=3), which could lead to impersonation. Additionally, a remote attacker, by encoding a shorter than expected hash in the SIG payload, could trigger an assertion leading to denial-of-service. The daemon aborts and restarts; continued exploitation causes sustained denial of service. Remote code execution is not possible. X.509 certificate verifications of remote IKE peers are not affected. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13728 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | watchguard, fireware | In exception circumstances, WatchGuard Fireware OS on a FireCluster may use a hard-coded encryption key to encrypt saved credentials for Access Portal resources. This vulnerability does not affect devices that do not support the Access Portal feature or standalone Fireboxes not deployed in a FireCluster. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-101761 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Vulnerability in the MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster product of Oracle MySQL (component: Server: Security: Encryption). Supported versions that are affected are MySQL Server: 8.4.0-8.4.12, 9.7.0-9.7.3, 26.7.0-26.7.1; MySQL Cluster: 8.0.0-8.0.49, 8.4.0-8.4.12, 9.7.0-9.7.3 and 26.7.0-26.7.1. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via multiple protocols to compromise MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a hang or frequently repeatable crash (complete DOS) of MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 5.9 (Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H). | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2025-62796 | 5.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | PrivateBin is an online pastebin where the server has zero knowledge of pasted data. Versions 1.7.7 through 2.0.1 allow persistent HTML injection via the unsanitized attachment filename (attachment_name) when attachments are enabled. An attacker can modify attachment_name before encryption so that, after decryption, arbitrary HTML is inserted unescaped into the page near the file size hint, enabling redirect (e.g., meta refresh) and site defacement and related phishing attacks. Script execution is normally blocked by the recommended Content Security Policy, limiting confidentiality impact. The issue was introduced in 1.7.7 and fixed in 2.0.2. Update to 2.0.2 or later. | CVE-2026-6550 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Cryptographic algorithm downgrade in the caching layer of Amazon AWS Encryption SDK for Python before version 3.3.1 and before version 4.0.5 might allow an authenticated local threat actor to bypass key commitment policy enforcement via a shared key cache, resulting in ciphertext that can be decrypted to multiple different plaintexts. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to version 3.3.1, 4.0.5 or above. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-102539 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Super Productivity is an advanced todo list app with integrated timeboxing and time tracking capabilities. From 17.3.0 until 18.13.1, the SuperSync end-to-end encryption setup calls sync(true) before a user sets an encryption password, causing the operation-upload path to transmit and store all user operations in plaintext. The exposed operations can include private task content and connected issue-provider credentials, including reusable passwords, API tokens, and app passwords. Users who complete E2EE setup have the plaintext operations deleted, while users who leave the password-setting step can leave the data stored indefinitely. The Disable SuperSync action did not remove plaintext that had already been uploaded. Routing and causal metadata remain plaintext by design and are not part of this vulnerability. This issue is fixed in version 18.13.1. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107678 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | ffmpeg | FFmpeg through 9.0.2 contains a stack exhaustion vulnerability in av_encryption_init_info_free() in libavutil/encryption_info.c, which recursively frees AVEncryptionInitInfo linked lists built by the MOV demuxer's mov_read_pssh(). Attackers can supply a crafted MP4 file with tens of thousands of small pssh boxes to exhaust the stack and crash the process, while also causing quadratic CPU consumption. | 14 Oct |

| CVE-2024-43856 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dma: fix call order in dmam_free_coherent dmam_free_coherent() frees a DMA allocation, which makes the freed vaddr available for reuse, then calls devres_destroy() to remove and free the data structure used to track the DMA allocation. Between the two calls, it is possible for a concurrent task to make an allocation with the same vaddr and add it to the devres list. If this happens, there will be two entries in the devres list with the same vaddr and devres_destroy() can free the wrong entry, triggering the WARN_ON() in dmam_match. Fix by destroying the devres entry before freeing the DMA allocation. kokonut //net/encryption http://sponge2/b9145fe6-0f72-4325-ac2f-a84d81075b03 | 15 Oct |

| CVE-2024-26903 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: rfcomm: Fix null-ptr-deref in rfcomm_check_security During our fuzz testing of the connection and disconnection process at the RFCOMM layer, we discovered this bug. By comparing the packets from a normal connection and disconnection process with the testcase that triggered a KASAN report. We analyzed the cause of this bug as follows: 1. In the packets captured during a normal connection, the host sends a `Read Encryption Key Size` type of `HCI_CMD` packet (Command Opcode: 0x1408) to the controller to inquire the length of encryption key. After receiving this packet, the controller immediately replies with a Command Completepacket (Event Code: 0x0e) to return the Encryption Key Size. 2. In our fuzz test case, the timing of the controller's response to this packet was delayed to an unexpected point: after the RFCOMM and L2CAP layers had disconnected but before the HCI layer had disconnected. 3. After receiving the Encryption Key Size Response at the time described in point 2, the host still called the rfcomm_check_security function. However, by this time `struct l2cap_conn *conn = l2cap_pi(sk)->chan->conn;` had already been released, and when the function executed `return hci_conn_security(conn->hcon, d->sec_level, auth_type, d->out);`, specifically when accessing `conn->hcon`, a null-ptr-deref error occurred. To fix this bug, check if `sk->sk_state` is BT_CLOSED before calling rfcomm_recv_frame in rfcomm_process_rx. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5363 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | tp-link, archer_c7_firmware | Inadequate Encryption Strength vulnerability in TP-Link Archer C7 v5 and v5.8 (uhttpd modules) allows Password Recovery Exploitation. The web interface encrypts the admin password client-side using RSA-1024 before sending it to the router during login. An adjacent attacker with the ability to intercept network traffic could potentially perform a brute-force or factorization attack against the 1024-bit RSA key to recover the plaintext administrator password, leading to unauthorized access and compromise of the device configuration. This issue affects Archer C7: through Build 20220715. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-64711 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | privatebin | PrivateBin is an online pastebin where the server has zero knowledge of pasted data. Starting in version 1.7.7 and prior to version 2.0.3, dragging a file whose filename contains HTML is reflected verbatim into the page via the drag-and-drop helper, so any user who drops a crafted file on PrivateBin will execute arbitrary JavaScript within their own session (self-XSS). This allows an attacker who can entice a victim to drag or otherwise attach such a file to exfiltrate plaintext, encryption keys, or stored pastes before they are encrypted or sent. Certain conditions must exist for the vulnerability to be exploitable. Only macOS or Linux users are affected, due to the way the `>` character is treated in a file name on Windows. The PrivateBin instance needs to have file upload enabled. An attacker needs to have access to the local file system or somehow convince the user to create (or download) a malicious file (name). An attacker needs to convince the user to attach that malicious file to PrivateBin. Any Mac / Linux user who can be tricked into dragging a maliciously named file into the editor is impacted; code runs in the origin of the PrivateBin instance they are using. Attackers can steal plaintext, passphrases, or manipulate the UI before data is encrypted, defeating the zero-knowledge guarantees for that victim session, assuming counter-measures like Content-Security-Policy (CSP) have been disabled. If CSP is not disabled, HTML injection attacks may be possible - like redirecting to a foreign website, phishing etc. As the whole exploit needs to be included in the file name of the attached file and only affects the local session of the user (aka it is neither persistent nor remotely executable) and that user needs to interact and actively attach that file to the paste, the impact is considered to be practically low. Version 2.0.3 patches the issue. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-65777 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | microsoft, windows 11 version 23h2, windows 11 version 24h2, windows 11 version 25h2 | Inadequate encryption strength in Windows Active Directory allows an authorized attacker to bypass a security feature over a network. | 15 h ago |
| CVE-2024-29370 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | python-jose_project, python-jose | In python-jose 3.3.0 (specifically jwe.decrypt), a vulnerability allows an attacker to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS) condition by crafting a malicious JSON Web Encryption (JWE) token with an exceptionally high compression ratio. When this token is processed by the server, it results in significant memory allocation and processing time during decompression. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116198 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | snipeitapp, snipe-it | Snipe-IT before 8.7.0 contains a missing encryption vulnerability in Api\AssetsController::store that writes plaintext into encrypted-flagged custom-field columns when callers lack assets.view.encrypted_custom_fields. Authenticated API users without that permission can create assets whose sensitive custom-field values persist unencrypted in the database, exposing them through backups, replicas, or direct database access. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6146 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Amazon::Credentials versions through 1.2.0 for Perl uses rand to generate encryption keys. Amazon::Credentials stores credentials in an obfuscated form to prevent access to the secrets from a data dump of the object. Before version 1.3.0, the secrets were encrypted using a 64-bit key that was generated using the built-in rand function, which is predictable and unsuitable for cryptography. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-75525 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OpenReception's appointment booking software provides an end-to-end encrypted appointment booking platform. In versions 2.1.0 and prior, an unauthenticated attacker can store an arbitrary ML-KEM-768 public key under any existing user's identity in any tenant's staff-crypto recipient directory. The product's design guarantees that appointment data is end-to-end encrypted to staff members and that the staff recipient directory is not attacker-writable, so that even administrators and the operator cannot read patient data. This endpoint breaks that guarantee for an unauthenticated remote actor: it allows writing an arbitrary encryption recipient into the recipient directory of any tenant. The injected key receives the tunnel key of every appointment booked afterward in that tenant, because booking clients encrypt to all active staff keys. The attacker holds the corresponding secret key and is a persistent, unauthorized recipient of that key material. At time of publication, there are no publicly available patches. | Mon 26 Oct |
