CVE-2026-78416 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Craft CMS versions from 4.0.0-RC1 before 4.18.2 and from 5.0.0-RC1 before 5.10.6 contain an authenticated remote code execution vulnerability in control panel element-search condition handling. A JSON cleanse bypass in condition.config allows Yii behavior/event configuration keys to be interpreted after decoding, enabling command execution as the PHP/web user. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-49143 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet BrowserStack Runner through 0.9.5 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in the /_log HTTP handler that allows unauthenticated network-adjacent attackers to execute arbitrary code by submitting crafted JSON request bodies to the handler, which passes user-supplied data to vm.runInNewContext() combined with eval(). Attackers can escape the Node.js vm sandbox by leveraging a host-context Function reference through util.format to access the host process via this.constructor.constructor, achieving full remote code execution on the underlying system without any authentication. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-40036 8.7 high 1.0% ryandfir, unfurl Unfurl before 2026.04 contains an unbounded zlib decompression vulnerability in parse_compressed.py that allows remote attackers to cause denial of service. Attackers can submit highly compressed payloads via URL parameters to the /json/visjs endpoint that expand to gigabytes, exhausting server memory and crashing the service. 8 Oct
CVE-2023-54393 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet PocketMine-MP versions before 4.20.5 contain a denial of service vulnerability in LoginPacket JSON parsing due to improper validation in the JsonMapper dependency. Attackers can send malformed JSON structures in LoginPacket to crash the server. 8 Oct
CVE-2023-54390 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet PocketMine-MP versions before 5.3.1 and 4.23.1 contain a denial of service vulnerability in LoginPacket JSON parsing due to improper null value handling in arrays. Attackers can send malformed JSON with unexpected null elements in LoginPacket to crash the server. 8 Oct
CVE-2022-51009 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet PocketMine-MP before 4.7.2 fails to properly handle exceptions from the adhocore/json-comment library when parsing skin geometry data. Attackers can send login or skin packets with invalid geometry JSON to trigger an unhandled RuntimeException, causing server crash. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-50733 8.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet Markdown Preview Enhanced before 0.8.28 parses WaveDrom diagrams by evaluating untrusted markdown content with eval(), allowing arbitrary JavaScript execution. The flaw affects every render path - the live preview (window.eval) and presentation mode plus HTML export (the bundled WaveDrom.ProcessAll()/eva() helpers) - and can also be triggered through a <script type="WaveDrom"> element injected via raw HTML in markdown. When a victim previews or exports a crafted markdown document, an attacker can execute arbitrary code, leading to arbitrary file write. Fixed in 0.8.28 by parsing with JSON5.parse() and sanitizing WaveDrom data scripts to inert strict JSON. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-10591 8.6 high 1.0% amazon, kiro_ide Insufficient access control restrictions in the file write tool in Amazon Kiro IDE before version 0.11 might allow remote unauthenticated actors to execute arbitrary commands via crafted instructions that cause writes to execution-sensitive paths (such as .vscode/tasks.json), enabling auto-execution on folder open. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to Kiro IDE version 0.11 or later. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-56076 8.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 1.5.128 contains a cross-origin agent execution vulnerability in the AGUI endpoint that allows remote attackers to trigger arbitrary agent execution. The POST /agui endpoint lacks authentication and hardcodes Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * headers, combined with Starlette's Content-Type-agnostic JSON parsing, enabling attackers to bypass CORS preflight checks via simple requests and exfiltrate sensitive agent responses including tool execution results and environment data. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-71332 8.5 high 1.0% flowiseai, flowise Flowise through 2.2.7 contains a SQL injection vulnerability in the importChatflows API. Due to insufficient validation of the chatflow.id value, an authenticated user can supply a crafted JSON import file whose id field is concatenated unsanitized into a SQL IN clause, allowing arbitrary SQL to be executed, including blind and error-based extraction of data from the credential table. 12 Oct
CVE-2025-9494 8.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet An OS command injection vulnerability has been discovered in the Vitogate 300, which can be exploited by malicious users to compromise affected installations. Specifically, the `/cgi-bin/vitogate.cgi` endpoint is affected, when the `form` JSON parameter is set to `form-0-2`. The vulnerability stems from the fact that that function at offset 0x21c24 does not properly sanitize supplied input before interpolating it into a format string which gets passed to `popen()`. Consequently, an authenticated attacker is able to inject arbitrary OS commands and thus gain code execution on affected devices. 11 Oct
CVE-2026-44901 8.4 high 1.0% wazuh Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.0.0 until 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta2, AffectedItemsWazuhResult.merge() in framework/wazuh/core/results.py trusts the sort_casting field in a cluster worker's JSON response. During a distributed API merge, attacker-controlled type names are resolved through Python builtins without an allowlist. A compromised worker can set sort_casting to exec and place Python source in affected_items, causing the master to execute the payload as root when responses from multiple nodes are merged. This issue is fixed in versions 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-69086 8.3 high 1.0% no CPE yet SiYuan versions before v3.7.3 fail to validate the avID parameter on all code branches in attribute-view read endpoints, allowing attackers to construct traversal paths that escape the storage directory. Authenticated users with RoleReader permissions or anonymous clients when publish authentication is disabled can read JSON files outside the attribute-view directory to disclose cross-scope database content. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-44981 8.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet CrowdSec offers crowdsourced protection against malicious IPs. From 1.7.0 until 1.7.8, the LAPI router used gin-contrib/gzip with DefaultDecompressHandle globally in pkg/apiserver/controllers/controller.go, causing /v1/watchers and /v1/watchers/login to decompress unauthenticated gzip-compressed JSON request bodies without enforcing a maximum decompressed size and allowing excessive heap allocation that can make LAPI unreachable. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.8. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-67216 8.2 high 1.0% davegamble, cjson cJSON through 1.7.19 contains an inefficient algorithmic complexity flaw in cJSON_Compare(). When comparing objects, the function recurses into each shared subtree twice, once in each direction, with no depth guard, making the running time exponential in nesting depth. A small, deeply nested document of a few hundred bytes (depth around 40) compared for equality consumes hours of CPU, and the cost roughly doubles with each additional level of nesting. An application that calls cJSON_Compare() on attacker-influenced JSON that is structurally equal to a reference document is exposed to a denial-of-service condition. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-104635 8.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet Uncontrolled Recursion vulnerability in Protobuf.JSON.Decode in elixir-protobuf protobuf allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to crash the decoding process via a deeply nested JSON document. Any application that decodes attacker-supplied JSON with Protobuf.JSON.decode/3, Protobuf.JSON.decode!/3, or Protobuf.JSON.from_decoded/3 into a schema that contains a self-referential or cyclic message type is affected. In lib/protobuf/json/decode.ex, the embedded-message clause of decode_singular/3 recurses into internal_from_json_data/3 once per nesting level without incrementing or checking the decoder's depth counter. The depth guard increase_depth_and_maybe_throw/1 covers only the Google.Protobuf.ListValue and Google.Protobuf.Struct clauses, so the recursion_limit option has no effect on user-defined message types. Each nesting level allocates a stack frame and heap objects, and a sufficiently deep document exhausts the memory of the decoding process. Confidentiality and integrity are not affected. This issue affects protobuf: from 0.8.0 before 0.17.1. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-108545 8.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet SillyTavern 1.12.13 through 1.19.0 contains a denial of service vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to exhaust resources because body-parser middleware runs before authentication and whitelist checks. Attackers can send large or compressed JSON or urlencoded bodies up to 500 MB, optionally in parallel, to exhaust memory and CPU and deny service. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-78381 8.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet RansomLook contains a path traversal vulnerability in the handling of the screen field associated with group posts. The GroupPost.get API handler concatenates the database-controlled screen value directly with the application's source/ directory and opens the resulting path without verifying that the resolved file remains within the intended directory. Because the screen field is free-form and can be populated either through the administrative post editor or through data imported from a remote RansomLook instance, a malicious upstream instance can provide traversal sequences such as ../config/generic.json. When the affected post is subsequently retrieved through the API, RansomLook resolves and reads the attacker-controlled path and returns the contents of the referenced file Base64-encoded in the API response. This can allow an attacker (being admin) controlling imported post data to read arbitrary files accessible to the RansomLook process, potentially exposing sensitive configuration data, API credentials, password hashes, or other application secrets. The attack does not require the malicious upstream to possess an account on the affected RansomLook instance. The vulnerability is addressed by resolving screen paths with os.path.realpath() and verifying that the resolved path remains beneath the application's source/ directory. Validation is performed both when values are written and immediately before files are read. Using canonical paths also prevents traversal through symbolic links that would bypass purely lexical path normalization checks. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-45152 7.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet uniget is a universal installer and updater for (container) tools. Prior to 0.27.1, a command injection vulnerability exists in uniget due to unsafe execution of the check field from metadata files using /bin/bash -c. Because the check field is loaded directly from untrusted JSON metadata without validation or sanitization, an attacker can craft malicious metadata that executes arbitrary shell commands on the victim’s system when common uniget operations such as describe, install, update, or inspect are performed. This vulnerability can lead to arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user running uniget. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.27.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42845 7.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet The form plugin for Grav adds the ability to create and use forms. Prior to 9.1.0 , there is an unauthenticated page-content overwrite via file upload (GHSA-w4rc-p66m-x6qq). Public form uploads now strip path components from the POST-supplied filename and hard-block page-content extensions (`md`, `yaml`, `yml`, `json`, `twig`, `ini`) regardless of the configurable dangerous-extensions list. A permissive `accept` policy combined with the default `destination: self@` could otherwise let an attacker overwrite the page's own `.md` and pivot to super-admin via a `process: save` action. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.1.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-114136 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Django REST framework is a toolkit for building Web APIs. From 3.6.4 until 3.18.2, JSONParser.parse in rest_framework/parsers.py uses the client-supplied Content-Type charset value with codecs.getreader, which accepts byte-transform codecs such as bz2_codec rather than only text encodings. A remote unauthenticated client can therefore cause a compressed JSON request body to be expanded after Django has enforced DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE against only the wire bytes, allowing a very small request to consume substantial per-worker memory. The default parser set is sufficient, and any reachable endpoint that accepts a JSON body is affected. This issue is fixed in version 3.18.2. 14 h ago
CVE-2026-32316 7.5 high 1.0% jqlang, jq jq is a command-line JSON processor. An integer overflow vulnerability exists through version 1.8.1 within the jvp_string_append() and jvp_string_copy_replace_bad functions, where concatenating strings with a combined length exceeding 2^31 bytes causes a 32-bit unsigned integer overflow in the buffer allocation size calculation, resulting in a drastically undersized heap buffer. Subsequent memory copy operations then write the full string data into this undersized buffer, causing a heap buffer overflow classified as CWE-190 (Integer Overflow) leading to CWE-122 (Heap-based Buffer Overflow). Any system evaluating untrusted jq queries is affected, as an attacker can crash the process or potentially achieve further exploitation through heap corruption by crafting queries that produce extremely large strings. The root cause is the absence of string size bounds checking, unlike arrays and objects which already have size limits. The issue has been addressed in commit e47e56d226519635768e6aab2f38f0ab037c09e5. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44573 7.5 high 1.0% vercel, next.js Next.js is a React framework for building full-stack web applications. From 12.2.0 to before 15.5.16 and 16.2.5, Applications using the Pages Router with i18n configured and middleware/proxy-based authorization can allow unauthorized access to protected page data through locale-less /_next/data/<buildId>/<page>.json requests. In affected configurations, middleware does not run for the unprefixed data route, allowing an attacker to retrieve SSR JSON for protected pages without passing the intended authorization checks. This vulnerability is fixed in 15.5.16 and 16.2.5. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-49451 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet The OpenAPI.NET SDK contains a useful object model for OpenAPI documents in .NET along with common serializers to extract raw OpenAPI JSON and YAML documents from the model. From 2.0.0-preview11 until 2.7.5 and 3.5.4, a small OpenAPI document containing a circular schema reference can cause process termination through stack overflow in Microsoft.OpenApi. The issue affects OpenAPI document parsing through public OpenAPI.NET reader APIs and has been confirmed across both JSON and YAML reader paths. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.7.5 and 3.5.4. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-48042 7.5 high 1.0% envoyproxy, envoy Envoy is an open source edge and service proxy designed for cloud-native applications. Prior to 1.35.11, 1.36.7, 1.37.3, and 1.38.1, destructor of JSON Object results in stack overflow when deeply O(100K) nested objects are present. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.35.11, 1.36.7, 1.37.3, and 1.38.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-52746 7.5 high 1.0% jsonata JSONata is a JSON query and transformation language. Prior to 2.2.0 and 1.8.9, malicious non-matching inputs to the $toMillis function can cause superlinear backtracking in the ISO-8601 validation regex, leading to denial of service in applications that evaluate user-provided JSONata expressions. This issue is fixed in version 2.2.0 and 1.8.9. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-45713 7.5 high 1.0% axllent, mailpit Mailpit is an email testing tool and API for developers. Prior to version 1.30.0, the Mailpit SMTP server has a Server.MaxSize int field that controls the maximum allowed DATA payload size, but the field is never assigned anywhere outside test code, leaving it at Go's zero value (0 ⇒ "no limit"). The same applies to the HTTP /api/v1/send endpoint, whose request body is decoded with json.NewDecoder(r.Body) and no http.MaxBytesReader. Because Mailpit's default listeners bind [::]:1025 (SMTP) and [::]:8025 (HTTP), with no authentication required on either, a single network-reachable attacker can push an arbitrarily large message into Mailpit and watch RAM consumption spike with a ~7-10× amplification factor (raw frame → enmime envelope tree → search-text index → zstd-encoded write to SQLite). Repeating the attack — or running it concurrently from multiple connections — drives the process to OOM-kill. Version 1.30.0 contains a patch. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-66901 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Google::Auth versions before 0.09 for Perl allow server side request forgery and credential exfiltration via unvalidated URLs taken from the credentials JSON. The URLs the library requests are read from the credentials JSON, and their hosts were not checked against the universe domain before the request. For an external_account configuration, retrieve_subject_token fetched credential_source.url with headers from the same JSON, and fetch_access_token posted the subject token to token_url, then sent the STS access token it received to service_account_impersonation_url in an Authorization: Bearer header. The authorized_user, impersonated_service_account and service_account configurations posted the client secret and refresh token, the source access token, and a signed JWT assertion to their own JSON-supplied token_uri or impersonation URL. Any caller that builds credentials from a configuration it does not fully control issues those requests from the application's network position, reaching hosts the configuration names, including internal services and link-local metadata endpoints, and hands them the credentials each request carries. The service_account assertion is bound to aud, so it is not replayable against Google. Version 0.06 added a _validate_url host check to the external_account class, keyed on a universe_domain read from the same credentials JSON. Version 0.07 gated a JSON-supplied universe domain behind GOOGLE_EXTERNAL_ACCOUNT_ALLOW_CUSTOM_UNIVERSES=1, deriving the pin flag from arguments that an earlier BUILDARGS pass had already merged on the make_creds path. Version 0.08 passed the pin decision through as an explicit constructor argument and moved _validate_url to Google::Auth::Credentials, adding the call to UserRefreshCredentials and ImpersonatedServiceAccountCredentials, and 0.09 added it to ServiceAccountCredentials. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47427 7.5 high 1.0% github, mcp_server GitHub MCP Server is GitHub's official MCP Server. Prior to 1.1.0, the CompletionsHandler function in pkg/github/server.go accesses params.Ref without first checking whether it is nil, so a completion/complete request with a missing or empty ref field triggers a nil pointer dereference and a Go runtime panic; because the crash occurs before any authentication or token validation, any unauthenticated client able to send JSON-RPC messages can crash the server, resulting in a complete denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-67432 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet MCP Ruby SDK is the official Ruby SDK for Model Context Protocol servers and clients. Prior to 0.23.0, MCP::Server::Transports::StreamableHTTPTransport in the mcp gem reads and parses an entire JSON-RPC POST body without a size limit, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to exhaust process memory. This issue is fixed in version 0.23.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2023-29105 7.5 high 1.0% siemens, 6gk1411-1ac00_firmware, 6gk1411-5ac00_firmware A vulnerability has been identified in SIMATIC Cloud Connect 7 CC712 (All versions >= V2.0 < V2.1), SIMATIC Cloud Connect 7 CC712 (All versions < V2.1), SIMATIC Cloud Connect 7 CC716 (All versions >= V2.0 < V2.1), SIMATIC Cloud Connect 7 CC716 (All versions < V2.1). The affected device is vulnerable to a denial of service while parsing a random (non-JSON) MQTT payload. This could allow an attacker who can manipulate the communication between the MQTT broker and the affected device to cause a denial of service (DoS). 23 Oct
CVE-2026-34986 7.5 high 1.0% go-jose_project, go-jose Go JOSE provides an implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption set of standards in Go, including support for JSON Web Encryption (JWE), JSON Web Signature (JWS), and JSON Web Token (JWT) standards. Prior to 4.1.4 and 3.0.5, decrypting a JSON Web Encryption (JWE) object will panic if the alg field indicates a key wrapping algorithm (one ending in KW, with the exception of A128GCMKW, A192GCMKW, and A256GCMKW) and the encrypted_key field is empty. The panic happens when cipher.KeyUnwrap() in key_wrap.go attempts to allocate a slice with a zero or negative length based on the length of the encrypted_key. This code path is reachable from ParseEncrypted() / ParseEncryptedJSON() / ParseEncryptedCompact() followed by Decrypt() on the resulting object. Note that the parse functions take a list of accepted key algorithms. If the accepted key algorithms do not include any key wrapping algorithms, parsing will fail and the application will be unaffected. This panic is also reachable by calling cipher.KeyUnwrap() directly with any ciphertext parameter less than 16 bytes long, but calling this function directly is less common. Panics can lead to denial of service. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.1.4 and 3.0.5. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-55389 7.5 high 1.0% koxudaxi, datamodel-code-generator datamodel-code-generator generates Pydantic v2 models, dataclasses, TypedDict, and msgspec.Struct from OpenAPI, JSON Schema, GraphQL, Avro, Protobuf, and raw JSON, YAML, or CSV. Prior to 0.62.0, datamodel-code-generator resolves JSON Schema $ref targets in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/jsonschema.py through is_url and _get_ref_body without containing file:// or ../ traversal references to the input directory and without honoring --no-allow-remote-refs, allowing arbitrary local file reads. This issue is fixed in version 0.62.0. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-10849 7.5 high 1.0% zephyrproject, zephyr The hawkBit device management client in subsys/mgmt/hawkbit accumulates the body of an HTTP response from the update server into a heap buffer in response_json_cb() (subsys/mgmt/hawkbit/hawkbit.c). The buffer is sized to hold the received body bytes but reserves no space for a terminating NUL. When the full response has arrived, the code writes response_data[downloaded_size] = '\0' — and whenever the accumulated body length equals the allocation, that terminator lands one byte past the end of the heap object (a heap-based out-of-bounds write, CWE-122 / CWE-787). The body length and fragmentation are taken directly from the parsed HTTP response (rsp->body_frag_start / rsp->body_frag_len) and are fully controlled by the remote hawkBit server, which chooses its own response length. The precise trigger depends on how the buffer grows, and both forms are remotely reachable. Since v4.0.0 the reallocation is sized to exactly downloaded_size + body_len, so any response body larger than the 1100-byte initial buffer makes the out-of-bounds write deterministic; such response sizes are normal for hawkBit deployment metadata. Before v4.0.0 the buffer grew by doubling and the growth check ((downloaded_size + body_len) > response_buffer_size) is false at equality, so a response body whose length is exactly the current allocation — 1100 bytes with the default initial buffer — skips the reallocation entirely and writes the terminator at response_data[1100] of an 1100-byte object. The HTTP length-mismatch check does not catch this, because the declared and received lengths genuinely agree. Either form is reachable by a malicious, compromised, or man-in-the-middle update server (TLS is optional and, when enabled, does not protect against a hostile server), with no authentication of response content and no client-side length cap protecting the write. The out-of-bounds write is a fixed single NUL byte immediately following the allocation, corrupting adjacent allocator metadata or the next allocation. The practical impact is heap corruption leading to denial of service (fault on a subsequent allocation or free), with the bounded, allocator-dependent possibility of further corruption. The fix sizes the buffer to the body length plus one and copies with memcpy, ensuring the terminator always lands within the allocation. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-70646 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet aiosend is a synchronous and asynchronous Crypto Pay API client. Pror to version 3.0.7, `WebhookHandler.feed_update()` deserializes the entire request body before verifying the HMAC signature. This allows an unauthenticated attacker to force expensive parsing of arbitrary JSON payloads that will ultimately be rejected, leading to unnecessary CPU and memory consumption. Version 3.0.7 fixes the issue. Some workarounds are available. Restrict request body size at the reverse proxy or web framework, rate-limit webhook endpoints, and/or reject oversized requests before JSON parsing. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-75887 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in the OpenShift console. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit a path traversal vulnerability by manipulating the `lng` and `ns` query parameters in the `/locales/resource.json` endpoint. This allows the attacker to read sensitive `*.json` files from the pod filesystem, including plugin manifests and configuration files. Furthermore, this flaw can enable path traversal against registered dynamic-plugin backends. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-68498 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet StreamReadConstraints.maxNameLength (default 50,000 characters) is intended to bound how much memory a single JSON Object property name can consume while being parsed, independently of the much larger maxStringLength (default 100,000,000 characters) that bounds ordinary string values. For parsers built over character input — Reader, String or char[] sources, all served by ReaderBasedJsonParser — that bound is not applied while the name is being accumulated. The code path instead re-uses the string-value length check, which is roughly 2000x larger by default. In the character-input slow path, ReaderBasedJsonParser._parseName2() accumulates the name into the TextBuffer and, when a segment fills, calls TextBuffer.finishCurrentSegment(), which validates only maxStringLength. The correct check, StreamReadConstraints.validateNameLength(int), is reached afterwards in CharsToNameCanonicalizer.findSymbol(), once the entire name has been scanned to its closing quote. By that point the full name — up to maxStringLength characters — has already been buffered in memory. A remote attacker who can have a single sufficiently long JSON Object property name parsed through this path can force allocation on the order of 100,000,000 characters (approximately 200 MB, with segment bookkeeping pushing real peak usage higher) before any StreamConstraintsException is thrown, instead of the approximately 50,000-character (about 100 KB) bound the API promises. Repeating this across concurrent requests can exhaust the heap and crash the process. No authentication or user interaction is required. Because StreamReadConstraints.maxDocumentLength is disabled by default (-1), nothing else bounds the token first, so the issue is exploitable under default configuration. Byte-input parsers are not affected: UTF8StreamJsonParser, UTF8DataInputJsonParser and the non-blocking (async) parsers re-validate maxNameLength on every growth of the name-decode buffer via ParserBase._growNameDecodeBuffer(), rejecting an oversized name after allocating only tens of kilobytes. Applications are exposed when untrusted JSON is parsed from a String, Reader or char[] — for example an HTTP request body already read into a String — rather than from raw UTF-8 bytes. This issue affects com.fasterxml.jackson.core:jackson-core from 2.16.0 and tools.jackson.core:jackson-core from 3.0.0. Releases before 2.16.0 are not affected, because StreamReadConstraints.maxNameLength was first introduced in jackson-core 2.16.0. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-97394 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet kin-openapi is a Go project for handling OpenAPI files. From 0.136.0 until 0.143.0, openapi3filter accepts OpenAPI 3.1 array schemas without an items keyword and then dereferences the nil Schema.Items value while decoding application/x-www-form-urlencoded or multipart/form-data request bodies, response headers, and other array parameter surfaces. A remote unauthenticated client can reach an affected operation with a nonempty request or matching response and deterministically trigger a nil-pointer panic during ValidateRequest or ValidateResponse. OpenAPI 3.0 documents are not affected because document validation rejects arrays without items, and JSON request bodies use a different decoder path. This issue is fixed in version 0.143.0. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-54554 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet FOG is a free open-source cloning/imaging/rescue suite/inventory management system. Prior to 1.5.10.1870, the management adInfo() endpoint in packages/web/lib/fog/fogpage.class.php was reported to return the FOG_AD_DEFAULT_PASSWORD value in its domainpass JSON field and to be dispatchable through node=ipxe without an authenticated session. The response was also consumed by host and group Active Directory configuration interfaces. This could disclose the default domain-join credential to a remote unauthenticated requester. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.10.1870. 20 Oct
CVE-2025-61590 7.5 high 1.0% anysphere, cursor Cursor is a code editor built for programming with AI. Versions 1.6 and below are vulnerable to Remote Code Execution (RCE) attacks through Visual Studio Code Workspaces. Workspaces allow users to open more than a single folder and save specific settings (pretty similar to .vscode/settings.json) for the folders / project. An untitled workspace is automatically created by VS Code (untitled.code-workspace), which contains all the folders and workspace settings from the user's current session, opening up an entire new attack vector if the user has a .code-workspace file in path (either untitled created automatically or a saved one). If an attacker is able to hijack the chat context of the victim (such as via a compromised MCP server), they can use prompt injection to make the Cursor Agent write into this file and modify the workspace. This leads to a bypass of CVE-2025-54130 which can lead to RCE by writing to the settings section. This issue is fixed in version 1.7. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-10858 7.5 high 1.0% gitlab An issue was discovered in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions before 18.2.7, 18.3 before 18.3.3, and 18.4 before 18.4.1 that allows unauthenticated users to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) condition while uploading specifically crafted large JSON files. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-59043 7.5 high 1.0% openbao OpenBao is an open source identity-based secrets management system. In OpenBao versions prior to 2.4.1, JSON objects after decoding may use significantly more memory than their serialized version. It is possible to craft a JSON payload to maximize the factor between serialized memory usage and deserialized memory usage, similar to a zip bomb, with factors reaching approximately 35. This can be used to circumvent the max_request_size configuration parameter which is intended to protect against denial of service attacks. The request body is parsed into a map very early in the request handling chain before authentication, which means an unauthenticated attacker can send a specifically crafted JSON object and cause an out-of-memory crash. Additionally, for requests with large numbers of strings, the audit subsystem can consume large quantities of CPU. The vulnerability is fixed in version 2.4.1. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-11447 7.5 high 1.0% gitlab GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 11.0 before 18.3.5, 18.4 before 18.4.3, and 18.5 before 18.5.1 that could have allowed an unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service condition by sending GraphQL requests with crafted JSON payloads. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-12044 7.5 high 1.0% hashicorp, vault Vault and Vault Enterprise (“Vault”) are vulnerable to an unauthenticated denial of service when processing JSON payloads. This occurs due to a regression from a previous fix for [+HCSEC-2025-24+|https://discuss.hashicorp.com/t/hcsec-2025-24-vault-denial-of-service-though-complex-json-payloads/76393] which allowed for processing JSON payloads before applying rate limits. This vulnerability, CVE-2025-12044, is fixed in Vault Community Edition 1.21.0 and Vault Enterprise 1.16.27, 1.19.11, 1.20.5, and 1.21.0. 18 Oct
CVE-2025-11230 7.5 high 1.0% haproxy, aloha_appliance, haproxy_enterprise Inefficient algorithm complexity in mjson in HAProxy allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service via specially crafted JSON requests. 18 Oct
CVE-2025-12571 7.5 high 1.0% gitlab GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 17.10 before 18.4.5, 18.5 before 18.5.3, and 18.6 before 18.6.1 that could have allowed an unauthenticated user to cause a Denial of Service condition by sending specifically crafted requests containing malicious JSON payloads. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-95115 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Buffer Overflow vulnerability in libwebsockets main 106d542c allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via the LEJP JSON parser 16 Oct
CVE-2026-110874 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Dolibarr before 23.0.4 contains a PHP object injection vulnerability in jsonOrUnserialize() in functions.lib.php, which calls unserialize() without class restrictions when json_decode() fails. Attackers able to write stored extrafields, export configurations or blocked log entries can plant serialized objects that trigger gadget chains for code execution or file manipulation. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-63462 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Unleash is an open-source feature management platform. Prior to 7.5.2, 7.6.5, and 8.0.2, the shared OpenAPI validation error path in src/lib/error/bad-data-error.ts passes a raw request value from lodash.get to JSON.stringify in genericErrorMessage and fromOpenApiValidationErrors without guarding stack exhaustion. An unauthenticated attacker can send a roughly 10 KB JSON value nested thousands of levels deep to POST /edge/validate, POST /edge/issue-token, or another OpenAPI-validated endpoint, causing RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded in openAPIValidationMiddleware and terminating the Node process because no uncaughtException handler recovers it. Replaying the request can sustain a complete service outage. This issue is fixed in versions 7.5.2, 7.6.5, and 8.0.2. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-76905 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet kin-openapi is a Go project for handling OpenAPI files. From 0.10.0 until 0.141.0, openapi3filter.convertParseError in openapi3filter/validation_error_encoder.go dereferences e.Parameter.In without checking whether e.Parameter is nil. A malformed non-string scalar field in a multipart/form-data request body produces a nested ParseError with a nil RequestError.Parameter, and applications that render the validation error through openapi3filter.ConvertErrors or ValidationErrorEncoder panic. An unauthenticated client can repeatedly send such requests to deny service when the application lacks a recovery boundary. JSON request bodies and applications that do not use these error-rendering helpers are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 0.141.0. 12 Oct
