CVE-2026-24907 5.1 medium 0.00% octobercms, october October is a Content Management System (CMS) and web platform. Versions prior to 3.7.14 and 4.1.10 contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Event Log mail preview feature. When viewing logged mail messages, HTML content was rendered in an iframe without proper sandboxing, allowing JavaScript execution in the viewer's browser context. This issue has been fixed in versions 3.7.14 and 4.1.10. If users are unable to update immediately, workarounds include restricting mail template editing permissions to fully trusted administrators only and restricting Event Log viewing permissions to minimize exposure. CVE-2026-115507 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Vikunja 2.2.0 before 2.7.1 contains an HTML injection vulnerability in CreateConversationalHeader in pkg/notifications/mail.go that interpolates display names and task and project titles raw into email anchors. Authenticated users can craft titles or display names that close the anchor and inject phishing links into task-comment and task-mention notification emails sent to project members. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-65053 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Horde IMP's AppleDouble MIME viewer writes an attacker-controlled attachment name into an HTML status block without escaping it. In lib/Mime/Viewer/Appledouble.php, _IMPrender() obtains the name of the data part with IMP_Contents::getPartName(), which returns the MIME part's own name parameter as supplied by the message, and passes it through sprintf into the text of an IMP_Mime_Status object. IMP_Mime_Status::__toString() concatenates each text entry directly into the surrounding table markup, so the value reaches the rendered page verbatim. A message crafted as multipart/appledouble whose data part carries markup in its name parameter therefore executes script in the context of any user who views it, and the payload persists in the mailbox. Exploitation requires no account on the target system, only the ability to send mail to a user. Version 7.2.0 escapes the value with htmlspecialchars(). The researcher additionally chains this flaw with the arbitrary file read of CVE-2026-58451, and reports that script running in an administrator's session can reach an application code-execution path. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-114473 5.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Incorrect authorization in the Sender Rewriting Scheme (SRS) of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.2.1 through 6.3.6 allows a remote attacker to relay mail through the server to outside addresses. With SRS enabled, the server rewrites the envelope sender of mail it forwards to a signed SRS address at the forwarding domain, and passes a bounce to that address back to the original sender; but it took every message to a valid SRS address, whatever its sender, as delivery to a local recipient, so the relay rules and the SMTP authentication they require were not applied, and the message was delivered to the outside address the SRS address encodes. Anyone holding a valid SRS address of the server, such as the recipient of a forwarded message, could have the server relay mail to the address it encodes for 21 days, and an account holder whose account forwards to an outside mailbox could obtain one for any address. SRS is off by default. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-114725 5.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by a mail header injection vulnerability. rcmail_sendmail stripped newline characters only from the Subject and Organization headers, leaving other header values taken from request parameters unsanitized, so a remote authenticated attacker could inject arbitrary headers into an outgoing message via the References, In-Reply-To, Message-ID and From parameters. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix mail header injection via References/In-Reply-To/Message-ID/From parameters”, which normalizes whitespace in every string header value. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-115774 4.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to 26.10.0rc1, twisted.mail.imap4.IMAP4Server reaches twisted.mail.imap4.parseNestedParens with a negative literal size in an authenticated SEARCH command after the client enters the selected mailbox state. The negative size moves the parser cursor below zero, and Python's negative indexing prevents the synchronous scanning loop from terminating. The loop freezes the single-threaded reactor, stopping other IMAP connections and any SMTP or POP3 services hosted in the same process until restart. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.0rc1. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2025-43280 4.7 medium 0.00% apple, ipados, iphone_os The issue was resolved by not loading remote images. This issue is fixed in iOS 18.6 and iPadOS 18.6. Forwarding an email could display remote images in Mail in Lockdown Mode. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-93636 4.3 medium 0.00% synacor, zimbra_collaboration_suite An LDAP filter injection vulnerability in Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows an authenticated user to query otherwise unreturned attributes of calendar resources through SearchCalendarResourcesRequest. Zimbra escapes search values but inserts the supplied attribute names directly into LDAP filter expressions without validation. An attacker can inject additional conditions and use repeated matching queries to recover readable resource attributes such as internal mailbox hostnames and mail transport routes. The search remains restricted to calendar-resource objects and the LDAP service account's access rights. ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.21 are affected. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-11592 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Email Subscribers & Newsletters – Email Marketing, Post Notifications & Newsletter Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 5.9.27. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to overwrite plugin mail settings (from name and from email address), create audience lists, insert arbitrary contacts into those lists, create and overwrite newsletter broadcasts and post notifications, add workflows, and queue and dispatch mass email to arbitrary recipients. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-59994 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Prior to 9.3.9, an unauthenticated remote attacker can send an email to a monitored group or IMAP address, including an email-to-Case address, and place arbitrary HTML in its plain-text body. EspoCRM stores that body and renders it without escaping in Email Received stream notification emails sent to users following the related record, allowing HTML injection and, in mail clients that execute it, JavaScript execution. Earlier sanitization for Post and Mention notifications did not cover this notification path. This issue is fixed in version 9.3.9. 20 Oct
CVE-2025-68624 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet N-able Mail Assure through April 2026 contains a design-level authorization flaw that allows an authenticated SMTP user to send outbound email using MAIL FROM addresses belonging to other tenants. When connecting to the SMTP TCP port and performing SMTP AUTH with valid credentials, the server accepts arbitrary sender domains without enforcing any domain-to-account binding. As a result, an attacker from any tenant can impersonate other tenant domains, producing messages that pass SPF and DMARC validation. NOTE: N-able's position is that the behavior is intended functionality of its shared SMTP relay architecture and that the service does not represent that it enforces per-tenant sender-domain binding. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-94235 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The MemberHero WordPress plugin through 6.9 does not perform any capability or nonce check on one of its AJAX actions, allowing any authenticated user, such as a subscriber, to make the site send arbitrary HTML emails to arbitrary recipients from its own mail system, which can be abused to relay phishing carrying the site's identity and domain reputation. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-114717 4.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Roundcube Webmail before 1.6.20 and 1.7.x before 1.7.5 is affected by a mail header injection vulnerability when a message is forwarded as an attachment. The subject of the forwarded message was used verbatim to generate the attachment name, so a received message whose subject contains CRLF sequences could inject arbitrary MIME part headers into the outgoing message. Upstream fixed this in the commit “Fix mail header injection via subject of a message forwarded as attachment”, which collapses whitespace in the generated name. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-91831 3.8 low 0.00% no CPE yet The Subscribe to Comments WordPress plugin before 2.3.3 does not sanitise newline characters from a notification sender-name setting before using it in e-mail headers, allowing users with Author-level access and above to inject arbitrary e-mail headers, such as a hidden Bcc, and to spoof the sender. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-114472 3.7 low 0.00% no CPE yet Insufficient resource pool in the ACME HTTP-01 challenge responder of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a certificate issuance or renewal to fail. When the server obtains or renews a TLS certificate over ACME it runs an HTTP-01 challenge responder on port 80 for the certificate authority to read the challenge token; the responder served one connection at a time, accepting a socket, waiting up to five seconds to receive a request, answering it, and only then accepting the next. A client that connected and sent nothing held the single worker for the whole timeout, so enough idle connections during a validation keep the certificate authority's own request from being answered in time and the validation fails. Sustained across a certificate's renewals this leads to the certificate expiring, after which clients refuse the server's TLS; the mail service itself continues on its current certificate until then. No authentication is required to connect to the responder. Version 6.3.7 serves up to 64 connections at once and closes a connection past that, so that where a handful of idle connections, one after another, sufficed before, a client must keep 64 idle connections open at once throughout a validation to have the certificate authority's connection closed. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-47086 3.5 low 0.00% no CPE yet An issue was discovered in cyrus-imapd in Cyrus IMAP through 3.12.2. GENURLAUTH-issued tokens can bypass ACLs. Any authenticated user could mint a URLAUTH token (via the GENURLAUTH command) for any mailbox they could name, even without read access on it. This would allow reading mail from mailboxes despite having no granted permissions. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-83813 3.1 low 0.00% no CPE yet Twisted is an event-based framework for internet applications, supporting Python 3.6+. Prior to 26.10.0rc1, twisted.names.dns.DNSDatagramProtocol accepts a UDP DNS response for a pending query when its 16-bit transaction ID matches but does not verify that the response came from the queried host and port. An attacker able to deliver a packet to the resolver's listening port with the correct transaction ID can inject a forged answer. The standard twisted.names.client.Resolver uses a new random source port for each query, increasing off-path attack complexity, while applications that reuse a DNSDatagramProtocol instance expose only the transaction-ID search space after the first query. A successful forgery can redirect hostname resolution and enable mail interception, server-side request forgery, or man-in-the-middle positioning. This issue is fixed in version 26.10.0rc1. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-47081 3.1 low 0.00% no CPE yet An issue was discovered in cyrus-imapd in Cyrus IMAP through 3.12.2. There is an XAPPLEPUSHSERVICE folder existence oracle and push hijack. An authenticated IMAP user could probe for the existence of arbitrary mailboxes on other users' accounts via the XAPPLEPUSHSERVICE command and then create Apple Push Notification Service notifications for new mail in those mailboxes to their own APNS device. This did not leak any data about the content of mailboxes. Instead, a "mailbox has changed" notice would be pushed when the mailbox modseq changed. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-62366 2.9 low 0.00% no CPE yet mailgen is a Node.js package that generates responsive HTML e-mails for sending transactional mail. Mailgen versions through 2.0.30 contain an HTML injection vulnerability in plaintext emails produced by the generatePlaintext method when user‑generated content is supplied. The function attempts to remove HTML tags, but if tags are provided as encoded HTML entities they are not removed and are later decoded, resulting in active HTML (for example an img tag with an event handler) in the supposed plaintext output. In contexts where the generated plaintext string is subsequently rendered as HTML, this can allow execution of attacker‑controlled JavaScript. Versions 2.0.31 and later contain a fix. No known workarounds exist. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-62380 2.9 low 0.00% no CPE yet mailgen is a Node.js package that generates responsive HTML e-mails for sending transactional mail. Mailgen versions through 2.0.31 contain an HTML injection vulnerability in plaintext emails generated with the generatePlaintext method when user generated content is supplied. The plaintext generation code attempts to strip HTML tags using a regular expression and then decodes HTML entities, but tags that include certain Unicode line separator characters are not matched and removed. These encoded tags are later decoded into valid HTML content, allowing unexpected HTML to remain in output intended to be plaintext. Projects are affected if they call Mailgen.generatePlaintext with untrusted input and then render or otherwise process the returned string in a context where HTML is interpreted. This can lead to execution of attacker supplied script in the victim’s browser. Version 2.0.32 fixes the issue. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-109401 2.7 low 0.00% no CPE yet The WP Mail Logging plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Sensitive Information Exposure in all versions up to, and including, 1.17.0 via the 'email_address' parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to extract complete logged mail rows belonging to other users — including recipient addresses, message subjects, full message bodies, and any URLs contained therein — whose addresses happen to match the wildcard. Exploitation requires an administrator to process a personal-data export request for the attacker's email address via the standard WordPress privacy workflow, and the attacker's address must contain a LIKE wildcard character (such as an underscore) that matches at least one other user's address in the mail log. 16 Oct
CVE-2025-59526 2.7 low 0.00% no CPE yet mailgen is a Node.js package that generates responsive HTML e-mails for sending transactional mail. Prior to version 2.0.30, there is an HTML injection vulnerability in plaintext e-mails generated by Mailgen. Projects are affected if the Mailgen.generatePlaintext(email) method is used and given user-generated content. This vulnerability has been patched in version 2.0.30. A workaround involves stripping all HTML tags before passing any content into Mailgen.generatePlaintext(email). 11 Oct
CVE-2026-63228 2.6 low 0.00% no CPE yet An unrestricted image upload vulnerability in Koollab LMS allowed an authenticated attacker to upload malicious content disguised as an image file via the feedback mail registration endpoint, potentially enabling further attacks on the server. 23 Oct

The exploit has been disclosed to the public and may be used. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-7013 1.9 low 0.00% no CPE yet A security vulnerability has been detected in MaxSite CMS up to 109.3. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the component mail_send Plugin. The manipulation of the argument f_subject/f_files/f_from leads to cross site scripting. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. Upgrading to version 109.4 can resolve this issue. The identifier of the patch is 8a3946bd0a54bfb72a4d57179fcd253f2c550cd7. It is advisable to upgrade the affected component. The vendor was informed early about this issue. They classify it as a "Self-XSS". They deployed a countermeasure: "Nevertheless, we consider this a violation of secure coding standards. The lack of filtering via `htmlspecialchars()` has already been fixed in the latest patch to prevent incorrect data display." Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-18648 1.9 low 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability was detected in Blix Email Blue Mail Calendar App 2.2.305. Impacted is the function FileDirectory.getDataColumn/FileDirectory.getFileFromUri of the component react-native-receive-sharing-intent. The manipulation of the argument _display_name results in path traversal. The attack is only possible with local access. The exploit is now public and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-115299 unscored 0.00% unknown, contact form by supsystic The Contact Form by Supsystic WordPress plugin before 1.11.1 does not verify a CSRF nonce before saving its mail settings, allowing an attacker to overwrite the site's outbound mail configuration, including the SMTP server, its credentials and the notification recipient, by tricking a logged-in administrator into visiting a crafted page, which can route the Contact Form by Supsystic WordPress plugin before 1.11.1's contact-form notifications through infrastructure the attacker controls. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-78396 unscored 0.00% unknown, link library The Link Library WordPress plugin before 7.10.0 does not verify that a requested link belongs to the settings set whose display template is used to render it, allowing unauthenticated users to disclose the telephone number, e-mail address and submitter name stored with links that the settings set is configured not to display. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2023-54322 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: set __exception_irq_entry with __irq_entry as a default filter_irq_stacks() is supposed to cut entries which are related irq entries from its call stack. And in_irqentry_text() which is called by filter_irq_stacks() uses __irqentry_text_start/end symbol to find irq entries in callstack. But it doesn't work correctly as without "CONFIG_FUNCTION_GRAPH_TRACER", arm64 kernel doesn't include gic_handle_irq which is entry point of arm64 irq between __irqentry_text_start and __irqentry_text_end as we discussed in below link. https://lore.kernel.org/all/CACT4Y+aReMGLYua2rCLHgFpS9io5cZC04Q8GLs-uNmrn1ezxYQ@mail.gmail.com/#t This problem can makes unintentional deep call stack entries especially in KASAN enabled situation as below. CVE-2026-116272 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl do not flag a duplicate boundary parameter whose name contains a nested comment. A parameter written boundary((c))="A" or boundary(\))="A" is stored under that literal name rather than as boundary. A second boundary parameter is then not reported as a duplicate, and MIME::Parser splits the message on it. Readers that skip comments as RFC 5322 allows take the first boundary instead. A remote sender can hide an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-116269 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl turn an RFC 2231 filename with a hyphenated language tag into an empty recommended filename. A parameter such as filename*=utf-8'en-US'payload.exe is converted to an encoded word with the language tag appended to the charset. The decoder strips the language suffix only when it is a single word, so it cannot resolve the charset UTF-8*EN-US and returns an empty string. The recommended_filename() method returns that empty string rather than falling back to the name parameter. Other mail readers return payload.exe. A remote sender can get an attachment past a policy that checks file extensions on the recommended filename. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-116266 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet MIME::Head versions from 5.518 before 5.521 for Perl decode a partly encoded multipart boundary without flagging the parse as ambiguous. The multipart_boundary() method decodes RFC 2047 encoded words anywhere in the boundary, but the ambiguity check only fires when the whole value is one encoded word. A boundary such as abc=?us-ascii?Q?def?= is used as abcdef, and ambiguous_content() returns false. Encoded words are not allowed in parameters, so other mail readers split the message on the literal value. A remote sender can hide an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-116265 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl do not flag an ambiguous multipart boundary written as RFC 2231 continuations. The boundary ambiguity checks look only at a plain boundary= parameter, and a boundary split into RFC 2231 sections (boundary*0=, boundary*1= and so on) is joined after they have run. A repeated section number is concatenated rather than reported as a duplicate. From version 5.518, an encoded word or trailing whitespace in such a boundary also goes unflagged, although multipart_boundary() decodes or strips it. A remote sender can make MIME::Parser split a message on a different boundary than other mail readers, hiding an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-116264 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet MIME::Field::ParamVal versions before 5.521 for Perl allow one invalid Content-Type parameter to hide the parameters after it, including the multipart boundary. Parameter parsing stops at the first parameter whose name it cannot read, such as x:y=1 or a name containing an 8-bit byte, and drops every parameter after it. When the boundary is among them, MIME::Parser keeps the multipart body as a single undecoded part without marking the parse as ambiguous. Mail readers that skip the invalid parameter still find the boundary. A remote sender can hide an attachment from a filter that relies on ambiguous_content() while the recipient's mail client shows it. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2025-40237 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs/notify: call exportfs_encode_fid with s_umount Calling intotify_show_fdinfo() on fd watching an overlayfs inode, while the overlayfs is being unmounted, can lead to dereferencing NULL ptr. Fix it by protecting calling exportfs_encode_fid() from show_mark_fhandle() with s_umount lock. This form of fix was suggested by Amir in [1]. CVE-2026-93259 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: powerpc/irq: Fix missing r2 clobber in PCREL inline assembly In CONFIG_PPC_KERNEL_PCREL mode, r2 is no longer reserved for the TOC pointer and is available as a caller-saved register [0]. Both call_do_irq() and call_do_softirq() use inline assembly to call functions with stack switching, but fail to list r2 in their clobber lists. This causes the compiler to assume r2 is preserved across these calls, leading to register corruption when the called functions (__do_irq and __do_softirq) clobber r2. As a result of this kernel crash during interrupt handling is seen and the kernel fails to boot: BUG: Unable to handle kernel data access on write at 0xc000000404697638 Faulting instruction address: 0xc0000000000181ec Oops: Kernel access of bad area, sig: 11 [#1] NIP [c0000000000181ec] __do_IRQ+0x6c/0xc0 With older GCC, the compiler would conservatively allocate callee-saved registers (like r31) for values spanning function calls, accidentally avoiding the bug: <__do_IRQ>: 00 00 00 60 nop a6 02 08 7c mflr r0 f8 ff e1 fb std r31,-8(r1) f0 ff c1 fb std r30,-16(r1) 2d 03 10 06 pla r31,53297316 ... 3d e8 ff 4b bl c0000000000165ac <__do_irq> 00 00 21 e8 ld r1,0(r1) 28 00 4d e9 ld r10,40(r13) 40 00 21 38 addi r1,r1,64 2a f9 aa 7f stdx r29,r10,r31 With newer GCC 14, the compiler uses r2 for such values, exposing the missing clobber specification: <__do_IRQ>: 00 00 00 60 nop a6 02 08 7c mflr r0 f0 ff c1 fb std r30,-16(r1) f8 ff e1 fb std r31,-8(r1) 29 02 10 06 pla r2,36252592 # c0000000022aadc0 <__irq_regs> ... 85 dc ff 4b bl c000000000015ee0 <__do_irq> 00 00 21 e8 ld r1,0(r1) 28 00 2d e9 ld r9,40(r13) 30 00 21 38 addi r1,r1,48 2a 11 c9 7f stdx r30,r9,r2 Fix this by adding r2 to the clobber list for both call_do_irq() and call_do_softirq() when CONFIG_PPC_KERNEL_PCREL is enabled. CVE-2025-68216 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: LoongArch: BPF: Disable trampoline for kernel module function trace The current LoongArch BPF trampoline implementation is incompatible with tracing functions in kernel modules. This causes several severe and user-visible problems: * The `bpf_selftests/module_attach` test fails consistently. * Kernel lockup when a BPF program is attached to a module function [1]. * Critical kernel modules like WireGuard experience traffic disruption when their functions are traced with fentry [2]. Given the severity and the potential for other unknown side-effects, it is safest to disable the feature entirely for now. This patch prevents the BPF subsystem from allowing trampoline attachments to kernel module functions on LoongArch. This is a temporary mitigation until the core issues in the trampoline code for kernel module handling can be identified and fixed.
