CVE-2026-107222 6.5 medium 0.00% excelize Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.7.0 to 2.11.0, conditional-format extraction indexes required child slices or dereferences an optional colorScale child without validating malformed rule structure. GetConditionalFormats reaches extractCondFmtCellIs and also indexes ColorScale.Cfvo, DataBar.Cfvo, and DataBar.Color without complete structural checks. When a crafted worksheet supplies a cellIs, dataBar, or colorScale rule missing expected children and the application calls GetConditionalFormats, missing formula, color, value-object, or colorScale data reaches an out-of-range index or nil dereference, allowing an attacker to panic and terminate an unprotected process. No fixed version is available as of this review. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-107224 6.5 medium 0.00% excelize Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.1.0 to 2.11.0, a Zip64 uncompressed size with the high bit set is converted from uint64 to a negative int64 before signed size-limit checks and allocation. ReadZipReader obtains UncompressedSize64 through FileInfo.Size and passes the wrapped negative value to readFile. When a crafted Zip64 entry declares an uncompressed size from 2^63 through 2^64-1 and the workbook is opened, the negative size bypasses unzip limits and reaches make as a negative capacity, allowing an attacker to panic during workbook opening. No fixed version is available as of this review. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-107225 6.5 medium 0.00% excelize Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.8.0 to 2.11.0, GetStyle's fill, border, and font extraction predicates check only upper bounds for attacker-controlled style-table indices. File.GetStyle relies on extractStyleCondFuncs predicates that allow negative FillID, BorderID, and FontID values to reach slice indexing. When a crafted styles.xml supplies a negative fillId, borderId, or fontId and the application reads the style, a negative identifier passes the upper-bound-only predicate and becomes a negative slice index, allowing an attacker to panic while reading cell styling. No fixed version is available as of this review. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-15161 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Ninja Forms - Excel Export plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting in versions up to, and including, 3.3.6. This is due to the save_filter() AJAX handler storing the raw $_POST['filter'] array into a WordPress option via update_option() without any capability check, nonce verification, or input sanitization, combined with the get_filter_row() method on the admin Excel Export screen concatenating the stored filter values (field_key, condition, value) directly into HTML attributes without esc_attr(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-18558 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Embed Any Document – Embed PDF, Word, PowerPoint and Excel Files plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'embeddoc' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.13 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. 13 Oct
CVE-2025-12096 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Simple Excel Pricelist for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'pricelist' shortcode in all versions up to, and including, 1.13 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping on user supplied attributes. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-55898 6.1 medium 0.00% microsoft, microsoft 365 apps for enterprise, microsoft excel 2016, microsoft office 2019 Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information locally. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-64955 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet When Microsoft Excel imports a CSV file, it executes cells beginning with certain characters as formulas, giving such CSV files arbitrary execution. Velociraptor fails to sanitize such cells when exporting to CSV from various places such as the GUI, offline collector or data exports. It is not clear if the vulnerability is actually in Microsoft Excel treating a CSV data file as executable content, or if Velociraptor should be sanitizing the data to prevent Excel from executing it. However, since this is such a common use case for Velociraptor we decided to highlight it in an advisory. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-54988 6.1 medium 0.00% microsoft, 365_apps, excel, microsoft_365 Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information locally. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-42832 5.5 medium 0.00% microsoft, excel, office, office_long_term_servicing_channel Improper access control in Microsoft Office allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing locally. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-97014 5.5 medium 0.00% microsoft, 365_apps, office_2021, office_2024 Out-of-bounds read in Microsoft Office Excel allows an unauthorized attacker to disclose information locally. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-39424 5.3 medium 0.00% maxkb MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In versions 2.7.1 and below, the chat export feature is vulnerable to Improper Neutralization of Formula Elements in a CSV File. When an administrator exports the application chat history to an Excel file (.xlsx) via the /admin/api/workspace/{workspace_id}/application/{application_id}/chat/export endpoint, strings starting with formula characters are written directly without proper sanitization. Opening this file in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel can lead to Arbitrary Code Execution (RCE) on the administrator's workstation via Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE). The issue is a variant of CVE-2025-4546, which fixed the exact same pattern in apps/dataset/serializers/document_serializers.py but missed the application chat export sink. This issue has been fixed in version 2.8.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-108647 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet JeecgBoot through 3.9.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability that allows low-privileged authenticated users to create validation rules through the SysCheckRuleController importExcel handler. Attackers can upload a crafted Excel workbook to bypass the system:checkRule:add permission and bulk-create system-wide encoding validation rules with arbitrary regular expression patterns. 18 Oct

Low-privileged attackers can upload a crafted Excel workbook to POST /sys/sysDepart/appImportExcel to create arbitrary sys_depart records in the administrator-maintained department tree. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-108646 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet JeecgBoot through 3.9.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the SysCategoryController importExcel handler that allows any authenticated user to import category dictionary entries. Low-privileged attackers can upload crafted Excel workbooks to bulk insert arbitrary nodes into the system-wide sys_category dictionary, including under existing parent nodes. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-108705 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet CordysCRM through 1.9.3 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the POST /custom-form/data/import endpoint that allows authenticated users to import data into any custom form by customFormId. Low-privileged attackers can upload Excel files with importType ADD or UPDATE to create records in, or overwrite existing records of, custom forms they cannot manage. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-108673 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet JeecgBoot through 3.9.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the AiragPromptsController exportXls handler that allows any authenticated user to export all AI prompts. Low-privileged attackers can request /airag/prompts/exportXls to download every user's prompts, including prompt content, model ids, and parameters, as an Excel workbook. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-108614 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet JeecgBoot through 3.9.5 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the AiragExtDataController exportXls handler that allows any authenticated user to export AI evaluator data. Low-privileged attackers can request /airag/extData/exportXls to download every user's airag_ext_data evaluator definitions and test-tracking records as an Excel workbook. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-107218 5.3 medium 0.00% excelize Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.10.1 to 2.11.0, RIGHT validates the requested length with UTF-16 code-unit counts but slices a rune array using Unicode code-point counts. RIGHT reaches leftRight through CalcCellValue, where countUTF16String validates one unit but utf8.RuneCountInString supplies the slice index in another. When RIGHT evaluates supplementary-plane text with a requested character count between the rune count and UTF-16 code-unit count, the inconsistent units produce a negative rune-slice index, allowing an attacker to panic during formula evaluation. No fixed version is available as of this review. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-12862 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Untrusted user data was passed verbatim to Excel exports for administrators. This allowed formula injection which can be used to compromise the environment of the user loading the file or other data in the file. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-46672 4.6 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Actual is a local-first personal finance app. Prior to 26.6.0, @actual-app/cli ships a hand-rolled CSV serializer in packages/cli/src/output.ts used whenever the global --format csv option is passed, whose escapeCsv helper only handles RFC 4180 delimiter, quote, and newline escaping and does not neutralize standard CSV formula-injection prefixes. Any CLI command that streams an object array containing user-controlled strings, including transactions list, accounts list, payees list, categories list, tags list, category-groups list, rules list, schedules list, and query, can emit cells that auto-evaluate when the resulting CSV is opened in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets, enabling data exfiltration and arbitrary formula execution. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-15159 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Ninja Forms - Excel Export plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.6 via the 'spreadsheet_export_form_id' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to enumerate any Ninja Forms form ID and download all stored submission data — including names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, and any other PII collected by site forms — as a downloadable XLSX file. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-50179 4.2 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Actual is a local-first personal finance tool. Prior to 26.6.0, exportToCSV and exportQueryToCSV in packages/loot-core/src/server/transactions/export/export-to-csv.ts pass user-controlled Payee, Notes, Account, and Category strings to csv-stringify with no cast callback and no formula-prefix neutralization. Strings that begin with equals sign, plus, minus, at sign, tab, or carriage return survive verbatim into the exported CSV, and when a recipient opens the file in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets, the strings are interpreted as formulas, enabling transaction data exfiltration and attacker-chosen spreadsheet display values. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.0. Sun 25 Oct
