An attacker can craft a URL that executes arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any authenticated user with Forms Administration permissions who visits the link, enabling session hijacking. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-40508 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet OpenEMR before 8.3.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability in the patient portal template import handler that allows authenticated attackers with Forms Administration permissions to upload template files containing arbitrary HTML or JavaScript. Attackers can inject malicious scripts through the template upload functionality, which are stored without sanitization and execute in the browser of any other Forms Administration user who views the template in the HTML editor. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-43644 5.1 medium 0.00% stefanprodan, podinfo podinfo through 6.11.2 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in the /echo and /api/echo endpoints where the echoHandler writes request body content directly to the response without setting explicit Content-Type or X-Content-Type-Options headers. Attackers can craft cross-origin HTML pages with auto-submitting forms containing script payloads in the request body, which are served as text/html due to Go's content type detection, allowing the reflected script to execute in the podinfo origin context when victims visit the attacker's page. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-50235 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Lyrion Music Server 9.2.0 contains a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability in advanced search parameters that fail to properly sanitize user input before displaying it in search forms. Attackers can inject malicious scripts through unfiltered search parameters to execute arbitrary JavaScript in users' browsers and steal session information. Mon 26 Oct

CVE-2025-10317 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Quick.Cart is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in product creation functionality. Malicious attacker can craft special website, which when visited by the admin, will automatically send a POST request creating a malicious product with content defined by the attacker. This software does not implement any protection against this type of attack. All forms available in this software are potentially vulnerable. The vendor was notified early about this vulnerability, but didn't respond with the details of vulnerability or vulnerable version range. Only version 6.7 was tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested and might also be vulnerable. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-10185 4.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The NEX-Forms – Ultimate Forms Plugin for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to SQL Injection via the 'orderby' parameter in the action nf_load_form_entries in all versions up to, and including, 9.1.6 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. This may be exploitable by lower-level users if access is granted by a site administrator. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-94263 4.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Advanced Custom Fields: Extended and Advanced Custom Fields: Extended PRO WordPress plugins from 0.9.2.4 to 0.9.2.7 do not consistently disable shortcode processing in the confirmation message of their front-end forms, allowing unauthenticated visitors to have arbitrary shortcodes executed server-side when they submit a form whose stored configuration does not carry the relevant setting. Fri 23 Oct

The malicious payload is stored and executed without proper sanitization or escaping. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-61529 4.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Endatix is a self-hosted form and survey management platform with a headless API. Prior to 0.7.0, the anonymous `POST /forms/{formId}/submissions` endpoint stores attacker-controlled `JsonData` after checking only that the JSON is well formed. A file object with `name`, `type` and `content` fields can contain an HTTP or HTTPS URL. When a staff member with `submissions.view` permission invokes `POST /forms/{formId}/submissions/{submissionId}/files`, `GetFilesHandler` passes the stored data to `SubmissionFileExtractor` in `src/Endatix.Infrastructure/Features/Submissions/SubmissionFileExtractor.cs`, which calls `HttpClient.GetAsync` without validating the destination URL, host or resolved IP addresses against internal address ranges. This permits stored, second-order server-side GET requests to internal services, cloud metadata, loopback and link-local addresses from the server's network position. The form must have `IsPublic` and `IsEnabled` set, and an anonymous submission must pass reCAPTCHA v3 when configured. The fetched response is placed in the staff viewer's ZIP, not returned directly to the attacker, so disclosure to the attacker is blind or indirect through observable request behavior or information exposed by the viewer. No integrity or availability impact is asserted; data: and raw-base64 `content` are decoded locally without network requests. This issue is fixed in version 0.7.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-101921 4.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The WPForms – AI Form Builder for WordPress – Contact Forms, Payment Forms, Survey Form, Quiz & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'attacker-chosen key referenced by the smart tag (e.g. "x")' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires that a site administrator has previously saved a form whose description embeds a {query_var} Smart Tag inside an iframe srcdoc attribute and has enabled Show Description on a public-facing page. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-101324 4.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'any attacker-chosen name matching the {get.NAME} placeholder (PoC uses 'proof')' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.14 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires a site administrator to have configured a Custom HTML field on a published form containing a {get.*} SmartCode inside a URL-accepting attribute such as iframe src or a href — a documented Fluent Forms feature. 13 Oct

CVE-2026-53592 4.6 medium 0.00% no CPE yet FreeScout is a free help desk and shared inbox built with PHP's Laravel framework. A Prototype Pollution condition in the `getQueryParam` function `/public/js/main.js` and was addressed in version 1.8.139 by blocking URL query keys matching the pattern `__proto__`. However, this mitigation is incomplete: it only filters top-level `__proto__` keys and fails to sanitize nested forms such as `b[__proto__][polluted]=PWNED`. As a result, an attacker-controlled URL query string can still write into `Object.prototype` on any page that loads `main.js`. Version 1.8.223 contains a updated fix. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-113713 4.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. From 21.14.8 until 21.14.10, the app-data seeder can leave an environment linked to temporary package files that virtualenv deletes when creation finishes. The environment-variable and configuration-file forms of symlink_app_data can enable this state even though the command-line flag is disabled for temporary app-data. The resulting environment depends on a cache pathname that its owner no longer controls. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.10. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-93630 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A hostname canonicalization vulnerability in the email HTML sanitizers of Zimbra Collaboration Suite (ZCS) allows an unauthenticated sender to bypass the restriction on forms that target the Zimbra host. DefangFilter and the OWASP ActionAttributePolicy compare the form-action hostname with the request hostname before browser URL canonicalization. A percent-encoded hostname can therefore survive sanitization while the browser submits the form to the normal Zimbra origin with the recipient's authentication cookie. This permits authenticated form requests from a crafted email after the recipient opens it in Classic and submits the form. The issue is present in ZCS 10.1.16 and 10.1.21. It does not bypass an endpoint's CSRF-token checks; a state-changing attack additionally requires an endpoint that accepts the resulting request without that protection. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-55664 4.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Grist is spreadsheet software using Python as its formula language. Prior to 1.7.15, the GET /forms endpoint read table and column metadata without applying the document's access rules and did not check that the requested section was actually a form. A user with only partial read access, including public access on a publicly viewable document, could request the metadata of any widget and reveal table and column structure that access rules would otherwise hide, even in documents that contain no forms. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.15. Sun 25 Oct

CVE-2026-118256 2.1 low 0.00% no CPE yet Vue I18n is the internationalization plugin for Vue.js. From 9.0.0-beta.5 until 11.4.14 and 12.0.0-alpha.5, enabling escapeParameter, called escapeParameterHtml in the Legacy API, does not escape named interpolation values when the same translation call supplies both list and named values because escapeParams() processes only the list branch. Applications that render translations as HTML and pass untrusted named values with a list can insert attacker-controlled markup, including phishing links, forms, and layout changes, and can permit script execution when combined with the srcdoc sanitizer bypass or on releases without the sanitizer. This issue is fixed in versions 11.4.14 and 12.0.0-alpha.5. Wed 28 Oct

CVE-2026-115301 unscored 0.00% unknown, contact form by supsystic The Contact Form by Supsystic WordPress plugin before 1.11.1 does not sandbox the template engine used to render its forms and allows stored form-editor content to reach that engine as executable template code, enabling an administrator to perform server-side template injection and execute arbitrary code on the server. The injected template is compiled and executed whenever any visitor loads a page containing the form, so the stored payload also lets an unauthenticated visitor read server-side secrets such as authentication salts and database credentials. 18 h ago
CVE-2026-118337 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet Improper access control in Forms in Google Chrome prior to 156.0.8078.73 allowed a remote attacker to bypass web origin policy via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-86146 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet Inconsistent interpretation of HTTP requests (HTTP request/response smuggling) in the bundled HTTP/1.1 parser of Apache bRPC (version < 1.18.0) on all platforms allows remote attackers to smuggle requests and inject headers when bRPC is deployed behind a proxy or load balancer that parses the same bytes differently. Root Cause: The bRPC fork of http-parser accepts and acts on several HTTP/1.1 header forms that a conforming front-end either rejects or interprets differently, so the framing or the header set of a message can differ between the front-end and bRPC: 1. A space before the colon of framing headers (e.g. Content-Length : 5) is accepted; the value still drives bRPC's framing while the reported field name contains the trailing space. 2. Interior spaces inside a Content-Length value (e.g. Content-Length: 1 3) are skipped, so bRPC reads 13 where a front-end reads 1 or rejects the message (same class as CVE-2022-32213 in Node.js). 3. Obsolete line folding (obs-fold, RFC 7230 3.2.4) of Content-Length and Transfer-Encoding values is accepted, so a folded framing value drives bRPC's framing while a front-end that does not unfold sees a different message. 4. Chunked trailer fields are fed to the same header callbacks as the header section and are merged into the header map like real headers. A front-end only inspects the header section, so any chunked request can smuggle fields such as Authorization or X-Forwarded-For past it. 5. Transfer-Encoding lists with optional whitespace after a comma (e.g. Transfer-Encoding: gzip, chunked) are not recognized as chunked: such requests are rejected, and responses are read until connection close instead of as chunked, causing response desync. Affected Scenarios: bRPC server or client communicating over HTTP/1.1 with a front proxy, load balancer, or any peer that parses the message independently. An attacker able to send requests through the front-end can desynchronize the two parsers to smuggle requests, forge headers (e.g. Authorization, X-Forwarded-For) via chunked trailers, or desynchronize responses. How to Fix: (Choose one of the following options) 1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue. 2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3521 Note: After applying the fix, the four header forms above are rejected by default and chunked trailers are dropped instead of merged into the header map. Two gflags are provided for compatibility: http_allow_obs_fold=true restores acceptance of folded Content-Length/Transfer-Encoding values, and http_strict_header_token=true additionally rejects spaces inside any header field name (not only the ones that decide framing). Legitimate clients that do not use these obsolete forms are unaffected. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-90112 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: qlcnic: validate unified ROM sections before loading The unified ROM parser reads directory, product, and data-descriptor fields from the firmware file. Existing validation forms table and data ends with unchecked additions and multiplications. Malformed values can wrap before they are compared with the firmware size. The parser also dereferences typed pointers at firmware-controlled offsets. Valid descriptor extents alone are insufficient for the consumers. The loader reads a fixed-size bootloader regardless of its declared size, the version parser assumes a 17-byte tail, and a partial final firmware word is read as a full u64. A truncated image can therefore make the driver read beyond the firmware allocation during validation or loading. Replace the pointer-returning parser with bounded range helpers. Validate table entry sizes, descriptor indices, section ranges, the fixed bootloader load length, and the version tail before exposing any section. Read all file fields with unaligned little-endian accessors and assemble a partial final word from only the bytes that remain. Apply the same range checks to the legacy image before reading its fixed fields. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-74307 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: validate donor file superblock early in EXT4_IOC_MOVE_EXT Reject the EXT4_IOC_MOVE_EXT ioctl early if the donor file does not belong to the same superblock as the original file. Currently, this validation is performed inside ext4_move_extents() by mext_check_validity(), but only after lock_two_nondirectories() has already acquired the inode locks. When the donor fd refers to a file on a different filesystem (e.g., overlayfs), this late validation creates a circular lock dependency: CPU0 (overlayfs write) CPU1 (ext4 ioctl) ---- ---- inode_lock(ovl_inode) mnt_want_write_file(filp) sb_start_write(ext4_sb) [sb_writers] backing_file_write_iter() vfs_iter_write(real_file) file_start_write(real_file) sb_start_write(ext4_sb) [blocked by freeze] lock_two_nondirectories() inode_lock(ovl_inode) [blocked] With a concurrent freeze operation holding sb_writers write side, this forms a deadlock cycle: CPU0 waits for freeze to complete, freeze waits for CPU1's sb_writers reader to exit, CPU1 waits for CPU0's inode lock. Since EXT4_IOC_MOVE_EXT exchanges physical extents between two files, it fundamentally requires both files to reside on the same ext4 filesystem. Moving the superblock check before any lock acquisition is both semantically correct and eliminates the circular dependency by ensuring that cross-filesystem donor fds are rejected before sb_writers or inode locks are taken. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-98867 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dm-pcache: bound the logical key offset from persistent memory cache_key_decode() takes a key's logical off from the cache device and later indexes req_key_tree->subtrees[] by it in get_subtree(). An off past the device forms a subtree pointer outside the array, which rb_insert() writes through during replay. Reject a key of zero length, or whose off+len (computed in 64 bits) exceeds the device size, before it is used. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-98626 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Restrict CO-RE poisoning to relocatable instructions CO-RE relocation records can name any instruction offset. When a relocation cannot be resolved, bpf_core_patch_insn() currently poisons its target before checking whether that instruction is a valid relocation target. Malformed metadata can therefore replace jumps, calls, exits, register-source arithmetic, or non-immediate loads instead of failing at the relocation step. Handle poisoning only after the instruction has passed the same class and operand-form checks used for a resolved relocation. Route invalid forms through the existing diagnostic and return a hard error. Keep poisoning supported instructions, including both halves of a plain ldimm64, so an unresolved relocation in dead code remains valid. Extend bpf_core_poison_insn() to poison both halves of ldimm64, and return its status directly from each validated instruction case. This avoids routing the success path through a common label and leaves the helper free to report errors. The shared relocation code applies this restriction to both libbpf and in-kernel CO-RE. 19 Oct
