CVE-2026-59937 6.9 medium 1.0% pypdf_project, pypdf pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.14.0, an attacker can craft a PDF with repeated malformed cross-reference streams that cause pypdf to spend long runtimes recovering broken cross-reference table entries. This issue is fixed in version 6.14.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59938 6.9 medium 1.0% pypdf_project, pypdf pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.14.0, an attacker can craft a PDF with declared image size values that are much too large compared to the actual data, causing large memory usage in pypdf image parsing. This issue is fixed in version 6.14.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59881 6.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.2, the WebSocket client accepts and decompresses frames with the RSV1 bit set even when the permessage-deflate extension was not negotiated, allowing a malicious server to cause unexpected CPU and memory consumption. This issue is fixed in version 3.14.2. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-54274 6.6 medium 1.0% aiohttp AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.1, if an attacker sends large incomplete websocket frame payloads, it may be possible to bypass the usual size limits on memory use. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.14.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-54277 6.6 medium 1.0% aiohttp AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.1, it is possible to bypass the max_line_size check in parts of an HTTP request in the C parser. If using the optimised C parser (the default in pre-built wheels), then an attacker may be able to send oversized lines through the HTTP parser and use an excessive amount of memory, potentially leading to DoS. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.14.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-54695 6.5 medium 1.0% pipecat Pipecat is an open-source Python framework for building real-time voice and multimodal conversational agents. Prior to 1.4.0, the pipecat development runner registers a /ws WebSocket endpoint for telephony testing that accepts connections without authentication, reads an attacker-supplied callSid from a Twilio stream-start handshake in src/pipecat/runner/utils.py, and passes it to TwilioFrameSerializer so the server can issue an authenticated Twilio REST API hang-up request with the server operator's credentials; equivalent unauthenticated call-control sinks exist for Telnyx and Plivo. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-107290 6.5 medium 1.0% pydantic, pydantic_ai Pydantic AI is a Python agent framework for building applications and workflows with Generative AI. From 1.77.0 until 1.107.6 and 2.44.0, the local web_fetch_tool and the WebFetch local fallback process server-controlled responses with quadratic title extraction, whitespace normalization, and ordered-list numbering. An attacker-controlled page of modest size can therefore block the event loop for an extended period, stalling other agent runs and requests, while unsupported codecs or excessive HTML or JSON nesting can abort an individual run. This issue is fixed in versions 1.107.6 and 2.44.0. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-8597 6.4 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Missing integrity verification in the Triton inference handler in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK v2 before v2.257.2 and v3 before v3.8.0 might allow a remote authenticated actor to achieve code execution in inference containers via replacement of model artifacts in S3 with a specially crafted pickle payload that is deserialized without verification. This issue requires a remote authenticated actor with S3 write access to the model artifact path. To remediate this issue, we recommend upgrading to Amazon SageMaker Python SDK v2.257.2 or v3.8.0 and rebuild any Triton models previously created with ModelBuilder using the updated SDK. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-112394 6.3 medium 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's P;2L and P;4L raw decoders can read past the end of an input buffer. ImagingRawDecode calculates a packed-pixel row size, while the unpackers read separately padded bit planes. A caller can supply a buffer and image dimensions whose accepted size is smaller than the unpacker's actual footprint. This can disclose up to three adjacent heap bytes in output pixels or crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-7210 6.3 medium 1.0% python `xml.parsers.expat` and `xml.etree.ElementTree` use insufficient entropy for Expat hash-flooding protection, which allows a crafted XML document to trigger hash flooding.\r\n\r\nFully mitigating this vulnerability requires both updating libexpat to 2.8.0 or later and applying this patch. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-112391 6.3 medium 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's PdfParser.get_value() can recurse without a limit while reading nested PDF objects. The parser follows attacker-controlled arrays and dictionaries when an existing PDF is opened for append. An attacker can provide a deeply nested PDF to an application that saves an image with PDF append enabled. This can raise an uncaught RecursionError or terminate the worker, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2025-61783 6.3 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Python Social Auth is a social authentication/registration mechanism. In versions prior to 5.6.0, upon authentication, the user could be associated by e-mail even if the `associate_by_email` pipeline was not included. This could lead to account compromise when a third-party authentication service does not validate provided e-mail addresses or doesn't require unique e-mail addresses. Version 5.6.0 contains a patch. As a workaround, review the authentication service policy on e-mail addresses; many will not allow exploiting this vulnerability. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-3087 6.0 medium 1.0% python If `shutil.unpack_archive()` is given a ZIP archive with an absolute Windows path containing a drive (`C:\\...`) then the archive will be extracted outside the target directory which is different than other operating systems. Only Windows is affected by this vulnerability. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-110248 6.0 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Insertion of sensitive information into log files in the git_utils[.]py component in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK V3 before 3.10.0 and V2 before 2.257.3 might allow an authenticated remote user to obtain plaintext repository credentials from CloudWatch Logs when a git clone operation fails, because the runclone_command() function does not redact credentials from subprocess error output. To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to Amazon SageMaker Python SDK V3 3.10.0 or V2 2.257.3. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-59927 5.3 medium 1.0% mistune_project, mistune Mistune is a Python Markdown parser with renderers and plugins. Prior to 3.3.0, the Include directive in src/mistune/directives/include.py detects only direct self-includes and not indirect cycles, allowing two markdown files that include each other to trigger unbounded recursion, raise RecursionError, and crash the rendering request. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-50269 2.7 low 1.0% aiohttp AIOHTTP is an asynchronous HTTP client/server framework for asyncio and Python. Prior to 3.14.0, attacker-controlled input included into multipart/payload headers can be used to modify a request to inject additional headers or similar. In the unlikely situation that an application is passing user-controlled strings into MultipartWriter.append(headers=...) or Payload.headers, then an attacker may be able to modify the request to inject headers or change the contents of the request. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.14.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2024-3220 2.3 low 1.0% no CPE yet There is a defect in the CPython standard library module “mimetypes” where on Windows the default list of known file locations are writable meaning other users can create invalid files to cause MemoryError to be raised on Python runtime startup or have file extensions be interpreted as the incorrect file type. This defect is caused by the default locations of Linux and macOS platforms (such as “/etc/mime.types”) also being used on Windows, where they are user-writable locations (“C:\etc\mime.types”). To work-around this issue a user can call mimetypes.init() with an empty list (“[]”) on Windows platforms to avoid using the default list of known file locations. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-107291 2.3 low 1.0% pydantic, pydantic_ai Pydantic AI is a Python agent framework for building applications and workflows with Generative AI. From 0.3.4 until 1.107.6 and 2.44.0, OpenTelemetry instrumentation configured with InstrumentationSettings(include_content=False) can still export sensitive agent content through exception.message and exception.stacktrace events, error status descriptions, and model_request_parameters containing instructions or the prompted_output_template. The exposed data is available to readers of the configured telemetry backend and can include tool feedback, provider error bodies, runtime instructions, and structured-output templates even though message attributes are redacted. This issue does not grant new access to agent data, and deployments that do not use include_content=False are not affected by the setting bypass. This issue is fixed in versions 1.107.6 and 2.44.0. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-4963 2.1 low 1.0% huggingface, smolagents A weakness has been identified in huggingface smolagents 1.25.0.dev0. This affects the function evaluate_augassign/evaluate_call/evaluate_with of the file src/smolagents/local_python_executor.py of the component Incomplete Fix CVE-2025-9959. This manipulation causes code injection. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit has been made available to the public and could be used for attacks. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-59821 2.1 low 1.0% litellm LiteLLM is a proxy server (AI Gateway) to call LLM APIs in OpenAI (or native) format. Prior to 1.82.0-stable, LiteLLM's Custom Code Guardrails production create and update paths did not apply the same sandboxing and validation used by the test endpoint, allowing a privileged user with access to create or update guardrails to submit custom Python code that executed in the LiteLLM proxy environment and could expose secrets available to the process. This issue is fixed in version 1.82.0-stable. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-16488 1.3 low 1.0% no CPE yet A vulnerability was determined in QUSETIONS MiniCode-Python 0.1.0. This vulnerability affects the function subprocess.Popen of the file minicode/config.py of the component Project File Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to os command injection. The attack may be launched remotely. A high complexity level is associated with this attack. It is stated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. Upgrading to version 0.1.0-rc1 is able to resolve this issue. This patch is called 9d868dc2550f426c6ddf8ee98f30ffe450ca5e32. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-89111 10.0 critical 0.00% no CPE yet The SAP Cloud SDK for Python contains an OAuth2 SSRF vulnerability affecting multi-tenant BTP applications. An attacker who controls the tenant_subdomain parameter can redirect OAuth2 token requests to an attacker-controlled server, causing client credentials to be exfiltrated. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-108263 9.9 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Astron Agent is an agentic workflow platform for building and running AI agents. Prior to 1.1.2, the default workflow code-node path through /console-api/workflow/code/run and /workflow/v1/run selects LocalExecutor in core/workflow/engine/nodes/code/code_node.py when CODE_EXEC_TYPE is not explicitly changed. LocalExecutor supplies complete Python builtins to dynamic code execution without the documented sandbox restrictions. An authenticated low-privilege tenant can execute code as root in the core-workflow container and use shared service and database credentials to bypass application-level tenant checks, read or modify other tenants' data, and disrupt shared services. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.2. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-41873 9.8 critical 0.00% apache, pony_mail ** UNSUPPORTED WHEN ASSIGNED ** Inconsistent Interpretation of HTTP Requests ('HTTP Request/Response Smuggling') vulnerability in Pony Mail leading to admin account takeover. This issue affects all versions of the Lua implementation of Pony Mail. There is a Python implementation under development under the name "Pony Mail Foal" that is not affected by this issue, but hasn't been released yet. As the Lua implementation of this project is retired, we do not plan to release a version that fixes this issue. Users are recommended to find an alternative or restrict access to the instance to trusted users. NOTE: This vulnerability only affects products that are no longer supported by the maintainer. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44888 9.8 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Pi.Alert is a WIFI / LAN intruder detector with web service monitoring. Prior to 2026-05-07, Pi.Alert's SaveConfigFile() endpoint writes user-supplied numeric config values (e.g., SMTP_PORT) directly into pialert.conf without validation. Since pialert.conf is loaded via Python's exec() every 3–5 minutes by the background cron process, an attacker can inject arbitrary Python code and achieve unauthenticated OS-level RCE. On default installations (PIALERT_WEB_PROTECTION = False), no credentials are required. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026-05-07. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-31217 9.8 critical 0.00% nebuly, optimate The _load_model() function in the neural_magic_training.py script of the optimate project in commit a6d302f912b481c94370811af6b11402f51d377f (2024-07-21) allows arbitrary code execution. When a user supplies a directory path via the --model command-line argument, the function reads a module.py file from that directory and executes its contents directly using Python's exec() function. This design does not validate or sanitize the file's content, allowing an attacker who controls the input directory to execute arbitrary Python code in the context of the process running the script. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-31239 9.8 critical 0.00% no CPE yet The mamba language model framework thru 2.2.6 is vulnerable to insecure deserialization (CWE-502) when loading pre-trained models from HuggingFace Hub. The MambaLMHeadModel.from_pretrained() method uses torch.load() to load the pytorch_model.bin weight file without enabling the security-restrictive weights_only=True parameter. This allows the deserialization of arbitrary Python objects via the pickle module. An attacker can exploit this by publishing a malicious model repository on HuggingFace Hub. When a victim loads a model from this repository, arbitrary code is executed on the victim's system in the context of the mamba process. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-15062 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet SQL injection vulnerabilities in the Snowflake Snowpark Python SDK (snowpark-python) versions prior to 1.53.0 could allow authenticated low-privilege users to execute SQL beyond their authorization scope. An attacker could exploit these vulnerabilities by embedding SQL payloads in source database column names to escalate privileges via the DataFrameReader.dbapi() API by supplying a specially crafted location parameter to DataFrameWriter write methods to redirect a COPY INTO to an arbitrary source query, or by including a backslash-single-quote sequence in an export path to defeat the normalize_path() sanitizer and inject SQL via DataFrame.to_csv(). Successful exploitation may result in source database compromise, unauthorized cross-tenant data exfiltration, or unauthorized read of Snowflake account data. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-33646 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. Prior to 2026.3.10, mise processes .tool-versions files through the Tera template engine during parsing, with the exec() function registered, enabling arbitrary command execution. Unlike .mise.toml files, .tool-versions files are not subject to trust verification in non-paranoid mode. This means an attacker can place a malicious .tool-versions file in a git repository, and when a victim with mise activated cds into the directory, arbitrary commands execute without any trust prompt. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.3.10. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-35044 9.6 critical 0.00% bentoml BentoML is a Python library for building online serving systems optimized for AI apps and model inference. Prior to 1.4.38, the Dockerfile generation function generate_containerfile() in src/bentoml/_internal/container/generate.py uses an unsandboxed jinja2.Environment with the jinja2.ext.do extension to render user-provided dockerfile_template files. When a victim imports a malicious bento archive and runs bentoml containerize, attacker-controlled Jinja2 template code executes arbitrary Python directly on the host machine, bypassing all container isolation. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.38. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-61444 9.4 critical 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI versions before 4.6.78 contain a code injection vulnerability in deploy/api.py where the agents_file parameter is directly interpolated into an f-string without sanitization. Attackers can inject arbitrary Python code that executes when the generated server code runs via subprocess.Popen(). Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-47407 9.4 critical 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Prior to version 0.1.4, the Platform server exposes resources under `/api/v1/workspaces/{workspace_id}/...` and protects them with a `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` FastAPI dependency. The dependency only checks that the caller is a member of the workspace_id in the URL prefix. The route handlers then look up the inner resource (`agent_id`, `issue_id`, `project_id`, `label_id`, `comment_id`, `dependency_id`) by primary key alone. The resource's own `workspace_id` is never compared to the URL's `workspace_id`. A user can therefore put their own workspace in the URL prefix and any other workspace's resource ID in the path. The auth check passes, since they really are a member of the prefix workspace. The service then returns the cross-tenant resource for read, update, or delete. There is a second bug in the member-management routes (`add_member`, `update_member_role`, `remove_member`, `update_workspace`, `delete_workspace`). Each one inherits the default `min_role="member"` from `require_workspace_member`. Any basic member can therefore promote themselves to admin or owner, demote or remove other members, and delete the workspace. The role hierarchy exists in the schema but is not enforced. Registration is open at `/api/v1/auth/register` with no email verification. The default server bind is `0.0.0.0:8000` (`python -m praisonai_platform`). One curl from any unauthenticated network position is enough to bootstrap into the system. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47708 9.3 critical 0.00% no CPE yet MCP-for-Stata is an MCP server for Stata to integrate Stata into an agent. Prior to version 1.17.3, the `log_file_name` parameter in the `stata_do` API and CLI is directly interpolated into a Stata command string without sanitization. The security guard (`GuardValidator`) only scans the do-file content but does not validate this parameter. An attacker can inject arbitrary Stata commands (including `shell`, `python`, `erase`, etc.) by crafting a malicious `log_file_name` containing quotes, newlines, or Stata command separators. Version 1.17.3 contains a patch for the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-114053 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet vLLM from 0.7.3 before 0.31.0 forwards the request-supplied mm_processor_kwargs.code_revision to Transformers AutoProcessor.from_pretrained, letting clients select which revision of a model's dynamic processor code is imported when trust_remote_code is enabled. An attacker controlling a revision in the served model repository can send a multimodal request to the unauthenticated /tokenize endpoint to execute arbitrary Python in the vLLM API process. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-15925 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Improper TLS hostname verification in Snowflake Connector for Python versions prior to 4.7.1 and 3.18.1 may have allowed a network-positioned attacker to bypass certificate hostname validation on HTTPS connections made by the connector. An attacker with on-path network access could exploit this by intercepting or redirecting network traffic and presenting a certificate signed by any trusted CA for any domain, causing the connector to accept connections without validating that the certificate matched the requested hostname. Successful exploitation requires an on-path traffic interception capability (e.g. ARP/DNS poisoning, rogue access point, BGP hijacking, or malicious proxy/exit node). This vulnerability may have exposed credentials, query data, and staged file contents to interception and tampering, and may have enabled the attacker to issue arbitrary SQL within the context of the victim's connector session. Impact is limited by the privileges of the affected Snowflake role. The fix is available in Snowflake Connector for Python versions 4.7.1 and 3.18.1. Users must manually upgrade. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-65015 9.2 critical 0.00% hsiaoming, joserfc joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. In versions from 1.3.3 to before 1.3.5 and from 1.4.0 to before 1.4.2, the ExceededSizeError exception messages are embedded with non-decoded JWT token parts and may cause Python logging to record an arbitrarily large, forged JWT payload. In situations where a misconfigured — or entirely absent — production-grade web server sits in front of a Python web application, an attacker may be able to send arbitrarily large bearer tokens in the HTTP request headers. When this occurs, Python logging or diagnostic tools (e.g., Sentry) may end up processing extremely large log messages containing the full JWT header during the joserfc.jwt.decode() operation. The same behavior also appears when validating claims and signature payload sizes, as the library raises joserfc.errors.ExceededSizeError() with the full payload embedded in the exception message. Since the payload is already fully loaded into memory at this stage, the library cannot prevent or reject it. This issue has been patched in versions 1.3.5 and 1.4.2. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-111391 9.2 critical 0.00% no CPE yet SGLang 0.5.10 through 0.5.22 contains a code injection vulnerability in _evaluate_filter() that allows remote attackers to execute Python code by escaping the eval() sandbox through re.search __globals__. Attackers can send a crafted filter expression to the unauthenticated /dumper/configure endpoint when DUMPER_SERVER_PORT is set, running code in the scheduler process on the next forward pass. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-40258 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet The Gramps Web API is a Python REST API for the genealogical research software Gramps. Versions 1.6.0 through 3.11.0 have a path traversal vulnerability (Zip Slip) in the media archive import feature. An authenticated user with owner-level privileges can craft a malicious ZIP file with directory-traversal filenames to write arbitrary files outside the intended temporary extraction directory on the server's local filesystem. Startig in version 3.11.1, ZIP entry names are now validated against the resolved real path of the temporary directory before extraction. Any entry whose resolved path falls outside the temporary directory raises an error and aborts the import. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-8470 9.1 critical 0.00% langflow IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.3, 1.0.0 through 1.10.3, 1.0.0 through 1.10.3, and 1.0.0 through 1.10.3 use Python's non-cryptographic random module for generating Fernet encryption keys from user secrets under 32 characters. The deterministic Mersenne Twister PRNG produces identical keys for identical seeds, allowing attackers to reproduce encryption keys and decrypt stored API keys and authentication tokens. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-108264 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Wizarr is an advanced user invitation and management system for Jellyfin, Plex, Emby, and other media servers. Prior to 2026.9.1, wizard step Markdown supplied through the editor or imported bundles was evaluated by app/blueprints/wizard/routes.py in the application's non-sandboxed Jinja2 environment with application globals exposed. An authenticated user able to create steps, or an administrator importing an untrusted bundle through POST /settings/wizard/import, could execute arbitrary Python when GET /wizard/{server}/{idx} rendered the stored step; app/jinja_filters.py and app/services/wizard_widgets.py contained additional evaluation sinks. This could execute operating-system commands as the application user, disclose the Flask SECRET_KEY, access connected service credentials and the database, and produce stored cross-site scripting. This issue is fixed in 2026.9.1. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-102946 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet joserfc is a Python library that provides an implementation of several JSON Object Signing and Encryption (JOSE) standards. Prior to 1.7.4, joserfc.jws.deserialize_json() accepts a JWS General JSON Serialization with an empty signatures array as authenticated. The verify_general_json() loop performs no iterations for the empty array and returns success because no signature check failed, allowing an attacker without a signing key to supply an arbitrary payload that relying applications may treat as authentic. The issue affects the General JSON Serialization path; compact JWS and JWT decoding, Flattened JSON serialization, and JWE JSON processing do not follow this vulnerable path. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.4. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-61707 9.0 critical — socfortress, copilot SOCFortress CoPilot focuses on providing a single pane of glass for all your security operations needs. Prior to 0.1.76, in the reported deployment, case-report templates uploaded by `customer_user`, the lowest-privilege portal role, are later executed by non-sandboxed Jinja2 engines when an admin or analyst generates a report. The `/case-report-template/upload` route in `backend/app/incidents/routes/db_operations.py` validates only the filename-derived MIME type, not the template content. Templates share a global store without customer_code scoping, and `customer_user` can also list, download and delete them, allowing an attacker to replace a legitimate default template under the same name. In `backend/app/incidents/services/reports.py`, `render_document_with_context` uses `DocxTemplate` without a sandbox; in `backend/app/incidents/services/reports_pdf.py`, `render_html_template` uses a non-sandboxed `Environment` without autoescaping. Normal privileged requests to `POST /api/incidents/report/generate-report-docx` or `/generate-report-pdf` therefore evaluate attacker-controlled Jinja expressions as Python on the backend. The reported deployment executes commands as root, exposing all tenants' incident and SIEM data and stored connector credentials. The HTML/PDF wkhtmltopdf renderer additionally permits local-file reads and requests to internal services. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.76. 11 h ago
CVE-2026-97689 8.9 high 0.00% python, urllib3 urllib3 is an HTTP client library for Python. From 1.10.3 until 2.8.0, the HTTPResponse.read_chunked and HTTPResponse.stream methods can allocate unbounded memory because the streaming chunk parser buffers the chunk-size field until newline or EOF without a length bound. The trigger is that a malicious server returns Transfer-Encoding: chunked followed by a very long run of bytes without a newline. The attack mechanism is that a malicious HTTP server sends a very long unterminated chunk-size line. The impact is that unbounded memory allocation can exhaust the client process. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.0. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-112404 8.8 high 0.00% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's TIFF tile and RGBA decode paths can read beyond row data produced by libtiff. In _decodeTile and the RGBA unpacker path, when Pillow and libtiff interpret duplicated PhotometricInterpretation or BitsPerSample tags differently, Pillow does not verify that the required input row fits inside the row libtiff produced, while the strip path has this validation. Loading pixels from such a crafted TIFF can expose adjacent heap data in output pixels or crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-116672 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Authlib is a Python library which builds OAuth and OpenID Connect servers. From 0.15 until 1.9.1, the documented ClientConfigurationEndpoint.authenticate_client and ClientConfigurationEndpoint.check_permission reference implementations look up a target client from request-controlled client_id data and check only whether that target is editable, without verifying that request.credential belongs to the target client. Deployments following both examples can allow a client holding any valid registration access token to read, modify, or delete another client's registration. Changing redirect_uris can enable authorization code or token interception, while deleting registrations can deny service to affected clients. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.1. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112896 8.8 high 0.00% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's TIFF encoder can read beyond a ColorMap buffer when retained TIFF metadata has a plane size inconsistent with BitsPerSample. A small TIFF can be opened normally and then retain a crafted ColorMap that is reused when the image is saved. An application that re-encodes the attacker's TIFF with libtiff can trigger the out-of-bounds read. This can disclose heap memory in the output or crash the process. CVE-2026-40316 8.8 high 0.00% owasp, owasp_blt OWASP BLT is a QA testing and vulnerability disclosure platform that encompasses websites, apps, git repositories, and more. Versions prior to 2.1.1 contain an RCE vulnerability in the .github/workflows/regenerate-migrations.yml workflow. The workflow uses the pull_request_target trigger to run with full GITHUB_TOKEN write permissions, copies attacker-controlled files from untrusted pull requests into the trusted runner workspace via git show, and then executes python manage.py makemigrations, which imports Django model modules including attacker-controlled website/models.py at runtime. Any module-level Python code in the attacker's models.py is executed during import, enabling arbitrary code execution in the privileged CI environment with access to GITHUB_TOKEN and repository secrets. The attack is triggerable by any external contributor who can open a pull request, provided a maintainer applies the regenerate-migrations label, potentially leading to secret exfiltration, repository compromise, and supply chain attacks. A patch for this issue is expected to be released in version 2.1.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-6859 8.8 high 0.00% redhat, instructlab, enterprise_linux_ai A flaw was found in InstructLab. The `linux_train.py` script hardcodes `trust_remote_code=True` when loading models from HuggingFace. This allows a remote attacker to achieve arbitrary Python code execution by convincing a user to run `ilab train/download/generate` with a specially crafted malicious model from the HuggingFace Hub. This vulnerability can lead to complete system compromise. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45830 8.8 high 0.00% trychroma, chromadb A lack of authorization validation in version 0.4.17 or later of the ChromaDB Python project allows any authenticated users to arbitrarily read, write, update, or delete data in any tenant's collection regardless of which tenant they belong to. CVE-2026-45831 8.8 high 0.00% trychroma, chromadb The SimpleRBACAuthorizationProvider authorization provider in versions 0.5.0 or later of the ChromaDB Python project evaluates whether a user holds a given permission but never checks which tenant, database, or collection that permission applies to allowing users to perform cross tenant actions.
