| CVE | CVSS | EPSS | Vendor, product | Description | Modified |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2026-46458 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | ICU Scandinavia Boomerang is vulnerable to an information disclosure flaw where sensitive credential files are exposed via static HTTP. This allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to retrieve plaintext service account and SMTP credentials by requesting specific XML files from the webroot. This issue has been fixed in version 2.4.18.029 | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-70448 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Jenkins Ivy Report Plugin 1.2 and earlier does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks when processing Ivy report files. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-90648 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | wasm2c in WebAssembly wabt through 1.0.41 allows sandbox escape in some situations that primarily involve 32-bit platforms, aka a "table flip" attack. It does not check the return value of calloc() in wasm_rt_allocate_funcref_table() (wasm2c/wasm-rt-impl-tableops.inc). When the funcref table allocation fails, table->data is left NULL while table->size keeps the guest-declared element count; thus, bounds checks still pass and table element accesses resolve to absolute memory addresses (i * sizeof(wasm_rt_funcref_t)). This gives arbitrary read and write of host process memory and - via table.get, table.set, and call_indirect - arbitrary code execution, defeating the isolation that wasm2c exists to provide (a full sandbox escape). wasm2c is used as an in-process sandboxing boundary by RLBox and WasmBoxC, including in Firefox, which compiles the Graphite, Hunspell, Ogg, Expat, and Woff2 libraries via wasm2c to contain untrusted font, media, and XML input. Therefore, sandboxing in these applications is potentially affected. Exploitation requires the funcref table allocation to fail, for example under an address-space limit (RLIMIT_AS), on 32-bit hosts, with vm.overcommit_memory=2, or under memory pressure. On 64-bit Linux with default overcommit the allocation succeeds and the defect is not triggered. The wasm2c memory allocator aborts on calloc failure in the same runtime; the table allocator lacks this abort behavior. This was introduced in commit ab9e0b55 (PR #813). | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2025-48304 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability in Gary Illyes Google XML News Sitemap plugin gn-xml-sitemap allows Stored XSS.This issue affects Google XML News Sitemap plugin: from n/a through <= 0.02. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-85970 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Progress MarkLogic Server 12.x releases before 12.1.0 and 11.x releases before 11.3.7 enable XML external entity processing by default in multiple server paths, which could allow crafted XML to cause server-side requests or disclosure of local files. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-110084 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Adobe Experience Manager is affected by an XML Injection (aka Blind XPath Injection) vulnerability that could result in a Security feature bypass. A low-privileged attacker could leverage this vulnerability to bypass security measures and gain unauthorized read and limited write access. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109169 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | LogicalDOC Community Edition through 9.3 contains a sql injection vulnerability that allows authenticated users to execute crafted SQL via the firstLetter parameter of TagsDataServlet. Low-privileged attackers can inject UNION SELECT statements returned in the XML tag list to read usernames, email addresses and password hashes from ld_user. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-52961 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | juniper, junos_os_evolved | An Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in the Connectivity Fault Management (CFM) daemon and the Connectivity Fault Management Manager (cfmman) of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved on PTX10001-36MR, PTX10002-36QDD, PTX10004, PTX10008, PTX10016 allows an unauthenticated, adjacent attacker to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS). An attacker on an adjacent device sending specific valid traffic can cause cfmd to spike the CPU to 100% and cfmman's memory to leak, eventually to cause the FPC crash and restart. Continued receipt and processes of these specific valid packets will sustain the Denial of Service (DoS) condition. An indicator of compromise is to watch for an increase in cfmman memory rising over time by issuing the following command and evaluating the RSS number. If the RSS is growing into GBs then consider restarting the device to temporarily clear memory. user@device> show system processes node fpc<num> detail | match cfmman Example: show system processes node fpc0 detail | match cfmman F S UID PID PPID PGID SID C PRI NI ADDR SZ WCHAN RSS PSR STIME TTY TIME CMD 4 S root 15204 1 15204 15204 0 80 0 - 90802 - 113652 4 Sep25 ? 00:15:28 /usr/bin/cfmman -p /var/pfe -o -c /usr/conf/cfmman-cfg-active.xml This issue affects Junos OS Evolved on PTX10001-36MR, PTX10002-36QDD, PTX10004, PTX10008, PTX10016: * from 23.2R1-EVO before 23.2R2-S4-EVO, * from 23.4 before 23.4R2-S4-EVO, * from 24.2 before 24.2R2-EVO, * from 24.4 before 24.4R1-S2-EVO, 24.4R2-EVO. This issue does not affect Junos OS Evolved on PTX10001-36MR, PTX10002-36QDD, PTX10004, PTX10008, PTX10016 before 23.2R1-EVO. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-64134 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | jenkins, jdepend | Jenkins JDepend Plugin 1.3.1 and earlier includes an outdated version of JDepend Maven Plugin that does not configure its XML parser to prevent XML external entity (XXE) attacks. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-50359 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | microsoft, windows 10 version 1607, windows 10 version 1809, windows 10 version 21h2 | Use after free in Microsoft XML Core Services allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6653 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | xmlsoft, libxml2 | Use After Free in libxml2's xmlParseInternalSubset from GNOME libxml2 version 2.9.11 to 2.11.0 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial-of-service via maliciously crafted XML input with improper entity resolution handling. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-102127 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | accellion, kiteworks | An XML parser used by Kiteworks Email Protection Gateway did not restrict external entity references. Where an optional, non-default message-processing feature is enabled, a remote and unauthenticated sender could potentially use a crafted message to read files accessible to the gateway service account, including cryptographic key material and credentials, and have them sent to a destination they control. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109266 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | ImageMagick before 6.9.13-57 and 7.x before 7.1.2-32 contains an XML injection vulnerability in the CIP encoder, which does not properly escape input-derived data when writing Cisco IP Phone XML output. Attackers can supply a crafted file that, when converted to CIP format, injects arbitrary markup into the generated XML. | 24 h ago |
| CVE-2026-117541 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | svg-sanitizer from 0.11.0 before 1.1.0 contains an uncaught exception vulnerability that allows attackers to crash callers by submitting well-formed XML without a top-level svg root. Attackers can supply documents with a non-svg root or nested svg element, causing Sanitizer::sanitize() to throw a LogicException instead of returning false, crashing workers or bypassing upload rejection. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5131 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | GREENmod uses named pipes for communication between plugins, the web portal, and the system service, but the access control lists for these pipes are configured incorrectly. This allows an attacker to communicate with the stream and upload any XML or JSON file, which will be processed by the named pipe with the privileges of the user under whose context the service is running. This allows for Server-Side Request Forgery to any Windows system on which the agent is installed and which provides communication via SMB or WebDav. This issue was fixed in version 2.8.33. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-32870 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | getkirby, kirby | Kirby is an open-source content management system. Kirby's `Xml::value()` method has special handling for `<![CDATA[ ]]>` blocks. If the input value is already valid `CDATA`, it is not escaped a second time but allowed to pass through. However, prior to versions 4.9.0 and 5.4.0, it was possible to trick this check into allowing values that only contained a valid `CDATA` block but also contained other structured data outside of the `CDATA` block. This structured data would then also be allowed to pass through, circumventing the value protection. The `Xml::value()` method is used in `Xml::tag()`, `Xml::create()` and in the `Xml` data handler (e.g. `Data::encode($string, 'xml')`). Both the vulnerable methods and the data handler are not used in the Kirby core. However they may be used in site or plugin code, e.g. to create XML strings from input data. If those generated files are passed to another implementation that assigns specific meaning to the XML schema, manipulation of this system's behavior is possible. Kirby sites that don't use XML generation in site or plugin code are not affected. The problem has been patched in Kirby 4.9.0 and Kirby 5.4.0. In all of the mentioned releases, Kirby has added additional checks that only allow unchanged `CDATA` passthrough if the entire string is made up of valid `CDATA` blocks and no structured data. This protects all uses of the method against the described vulnerability. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116154 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | ImageMagick before 6.9.13-58 and 7.x before 7.1.2-33 contains a memory leak in its XML parsing code, where allocated memory is not released when parsing reaches the nesting depth limit. Attackers can supply crafted, deeply nested XML data to trigger the leak, causing memory exhaustion and denial of service. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-49130 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Music Player Daemon (MPD) before version 0.24.11 contains a CRLF injection vulnerability in the xspf_char_data function within the XSPF playlist plugin that allows attackers to embed literal CR/LF bytes in URI fields by supplying a malicious XSPF playlist with XML numeric character references. Attackers can inject forged key-value lines through the location field into MPD protocol responses including playlistinfo, currentsong, and listplaylist outputs, as well as the state file writer, by exploiting Expat's decoding of numeric character references prior to the character data callback. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56406 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | libexpat_project, libexpat | libexpat before 2.8.2 has an integer overflow in XML_ParseBuffer because it lacked a check that was present in XML_Parse. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-104679 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | VOCALOID6 Editor provided by Yamaha Corporation improperly restricts XML external entity references. Loading a specially crafted project file may the product to initiate unintended communication, potentially leading to the leak of sensitive information from the device where the product is installed or resulting in a denial-of-service (DoS) condition. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9375 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | XML Injection vulnerability in xmltodict allows Input Data Manipulation. This issue affects xmltodict: from 0.14.2 before 0.15.1. NOTE: the scope of this CVE is disputed by the vendor on the grounds that xmltodict.unparse() delegates element-name handling to Python's xml.sax.saxutils.XMLGenerator, and that XMLGenerator should be the component performing validation. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-43801 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | liferay, digital_experience_platform, liferay_portal | Unchecked input for loop condition vulnerability in XML-RPC in Liferay Portal 7.4.0 through 7.4.3.111, and older unsupported versions, and Liferay DXP 2023.Q4.0, 2023.Q3.1 through 2023.Q3.4, 7.4 GA through update 92, 7.3 GA through update 35, and older unsupported versions allows remote attackers to perform a denial-of-service (DoS) attacks via a crafted XML-RPC request. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-101025 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Description NGINX JavaScript (njs) has a vulnerability where the built-in njs engine leaks a libxml2 parser context when xml.parse() fails. The failure path did not register cleanup and the context was not released for the lifetime of the process. An unauthenticated attacker may send requests with malformed XML and can cause unbounded memory growth in long-lived NGINX worker processes. Impact This vulnerability may allow remote attackers to send requests that trigger repeated parsing of malformed XML and may lead to NGINX worker termination or denial of service. There is no control plane exposure; this is a data plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-86432 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | commonmark versions from 2.0.0 before 2.8.4 contain a denial of service vulnerability in XmlRenderer that emits depth-proportional indentation for every XML tag. Attackers can provide deeply nested Markdown or AST structures to cause quadratic memory consumption and output amplification, exhausting server resources. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116728 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | libfvde through 20260923 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in libfvde_encrypted_metadata_read_type_0x0024() because xml_plist_data_size is not checked against the source metadata block. Attackers can supply a crafted FileVault 2 Core Storage volume that makes libfvde_volume_open() copy past the heap block buffer, crashing the application. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-49988 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | yamadashy, repomix | Repomix is a tool that packs repositories into AI-friendly files. Prior to 1.14.1, the Repomix MCP server attach_packed_output and read_repomix_output flow can register and read arbitrary local .json, .txt, .md, or .xml files without the file_system_read_file runSecretLint() safety check or Repomix packed-output validation, allowing MCP callers to bypass the local file-read secret-scanning boundary. This issue is fixed in version 1.14.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56389 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | gnu, bison | GNU Bison allows for an execution of an arbitrary program during HTML report generation due to improper handling of grammar-defined configuration variables. A grammar file can override the executable used for the XML‑to‑HTML transformation step via %define tool.xsltproc, which is accepted without restriction and passed directly to execvp(). When running bison --html on a attacker-provided grammar, this behavior allows execution of an arbitrary program with the privileges of the Bison process. Maintainers of this project were notified about this vulnerability, and fixed the issue in commit 3169c1e7a2c6acc4c59dfcf8b089896d6881925b. However, they did not provide vulnerable version range. Version 3.8.2 was tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested but might also be vulnerable. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-110600 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | xlsxio through 0.2.37 contains a NULL pointer dereference vulnerability in main_sheet_get_sheetfile_expat_callback_element_start() in lib/xlsxio_read.c that allows attackers to crash applications via crafted files. Attackers can supply a .xlsx file whose workbook.xml.rels contains a worksheet Relationship lacking an Id attribute, crashing the process when xlsxioread_sheet_open() is called. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44033 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Uncontrolled recursion in XMLNode::ParseXMLElement() and XMLNode::emptyTheNode() in the bundled XML parser (ofstd/libsrc/ofxml.cc) of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to cause a denial of service (stack exhaustion and process crash) via a crafted XML document with deeply nested elements. The parser is reachable through dcmencap when encapsulating a CDA document, and through any application that calls OFXMLParser::parseFile() or OFXMLParser::parseString() on untrusted input. The issue is fixed in commit d12e350e687530eb41e2b0c860aff4d8c04e5941. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44036 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Uncontrolled mutual recursion between DcmXMLParseHelper::parseDataSet() and DcmXMLParseHelper::parseSequence() in the XML-to-DICOM converter (dcmdata/libdcxml/xml2dcm.cc) of OFFIS DCMTK 3.7.0 allows an attacker to cause a denial of service (stack exhaustion and process crash) via a crafted XML file with deeply nested sequence and item elements. The xml2dcm tool and any service that converts untrusted XML to DICOM with this code are affected. The issue is fixed in commit 87f256d73e30656a822bf7d76d1cf1d9bb693954. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-48981 | 6.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | pam_usb provides hardware authentication for Linux using ordinary removable media. In versions prior to 0.9.2, pam_usb calls xmlReadFile() with flags=0 when loading the configuration file, allowing libxml2 to process external entity references (XXE), potentially making outbound network connections or local file reads at XML parse time from the context of the authenticating process. The vulnerability requires the configuration file to contain crafted XML entity references. Since pam_usb.conf is root-owned, direct exploitation requires prior write access to the config, but the defence-in-depth impact is significant given that pam_usb.so runs in setuid contexts (sudo, su). This issue has been fixed in version 0.9.2. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-82918 | 6.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | XG VisionTerminal, XG-X VisionTerminal, LJ Series Terminal-Software and WI Series Terminal-Software provided by Keyence Corporation improperly restrict XML external entity references. If a user opens a specially crafted setting file, the sensitive information stored in the system where the affected product is installed may be disclosed. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114610 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | fpdf2 is a PDF creation library for Python. From 2.5.0 until 2.8.8, fpdf2's SVGObject.build_xref() passes nested SVG <use> references to GraphicsContext.add_item(), whose default clone=True deep-copy behavior copies the complete referenced graphics tree during FPDF.image() processing. Repeating references at each nesting level makes the in-memory object count and processing work grow exponentially, allowing a small user-controlled SVG to consume excessive CPU and memory, raise MemoryError, fail PDF generation jobs, and reduce or exhaust worker capacity. ResourceAccessPolicy does not prevent the issue because the references are inline and require no external resource, XML entity, local file, or permissive network setting. This issue is fixed in version 2.8.8. | Thu 29 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13954 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | google, chrome | Insufficient policy enforcement in XML in Google Chrome on Android prior to 150.0.7871.47 allowed a remote attacker to obtain potentially sensitive information from process memory via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: Medium) | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-60673 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | oracle, bi_publisher | Vulnerability in the Oracle BI Publisher product of Oracle Analytics (component: XML Services). Supported versions that are affected are 8.2.0.0.0, 12.2.1.4.0 and 26.01.0.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle BI Publisher. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle BI Publisher accessible data. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Confidentiality impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:L/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N). | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-70439 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Jenkins XML Job to Job DSL Plugin 0.1.13 and earlier does not perform permission checks, allowing attackers lacking appropriate permissions to invoke the conversion functionality. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-72608 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A stored SQL injection vulnerability in Koha through 24.11.17, 25.05.12, 25.11.06, and 26.05.01 allows authenticated staff with the tools => label_creator permission to execute arbitrary SQL via the image_name field of a patron card layout. The image_name value is stored verbatim in the layout XML and later concatenated raw into a SQL query in patroncards/create-pdf.pl when a patron card batch is printed. An attacker can read the entire Koha database including patron PII and staff bcrypt password hashes via error-based or time-based blind injection. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54082 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | veraPDF validation model is an implementation of the veraPDF validation model. From 1.25.73 until 1.30.2 and 1.31.71, veraPDF-validation contains an XML External Entity vulnerability in PDFAValidator.validate(...) and GFPDAcroForm.getdynamicRender(), where default DocumentBuilderFactory parsing of rich-text annotation or form-field values and XFA configurations in untrusted PDFs can allow local file disclosure and outbound network requests. This issue is fixed in versions 1.30.2 and 1.31.71. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55862 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | pupnp_project, pupnp | pupnp is an SDK for development of UPnP device and control point applications. Prior to 2.0.0, multiple ixml DOM traversal functions process deeply nested XML with unbounded recursion. The iterative XML parser accepts the document, but ixmlPrintDomTreeRecursive in ixml/src/ixml.c and ixmlNode_getElementsByTagNameRecursive, ixmlNode_getElementsByTagNameNSRecursive, ixmlNode_cloneNodeTreeRecursive, and ixmlNode_isAncestor in ixml/src/node.c recurse over firstChild and nextSibling links. An unauthenticated peer on the local network can supply deeply nested XML through a SOAP request, exhaust a service thread's stack, and crash the UPnP service. This is an incomplete-fix case for CVE-2021-28302 because its remediation converted ixmlNode_free but left these traversal paths recursive. This issue is fixed in 2.0.0. | 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-101794 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Vulnerability in the MySQL Server, MySQL Cluster product of Oracle MySQL (component: Server: XML). CVSS 3.1 Base Score 6.5 (Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:H). | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2025-59938 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | wazuh | Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. In versions starting from 3.8.0 to before 4.11.0, wazuh-analysisd is vulnerable to a heap buffer overflow when parsing XML elements from Windows EventChannel messages. This issue has been patched in version 4.11.0. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-20369 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | splunk, splunk_cloud_platform | In Splunk Enterprise versions below 9.4.4, 9.3.6, and 9.2.8, and Splunk Cloud Platform versions below 9.3.2411.108, 9.3.2408.118 and 9.2.2406.123, a low privilege user that does not hold the "admin" or "power" Splunk roles could perform an extensible markup language (XML) external entity (XXE) injection through the dashboard tab label field. The XXE injection has the potential to cause denial of service (DoS) attacks. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107381 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | svg-sanitizer is a PHP SVG/XML sanitizer. Prior to 1.0.0, Resolver::processReferences() in src/ElementReference/Resolver.php builds the SVG <use> reference graph with a case-sensitive href attribute predicate before cleanHrefAttributes() normalizes mixed-case names. An attacker can provide xlink:HrEf on nested <use> elements so the graph omits those references, after which the sanitizer converts the attribute to canonical xlink:href and returns the live nesting structure without applying the useNestingLimit protection. A consuming application that renders the sanitized SVG can therefore be exposed to the resource exhaustion that control is designed to prevent. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.0. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111252 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A denial of service vulnerability exists in the XML parsing of multiple versions of OpenNMS Meridian and Horizon. OpenNMS parsed XML without an effective limit on entity expansion. A document with a DOCTYPE that declares internal entities can expand to a very large value and exhaust the server memory. An authenticated user with provisioning access can supply such a document through a requisition or foreign-source import, which includes a remote requisition URL that the server fetches and parses. Both deeply nested entities and a single large entity referenced many times cause the memory exhaustion. The fix caps the number of entity expansions for all XML parsing and rejects any DOCTYPE in requisition and foreign-source XML. The solution is to upgrade to Meridian 2024.3.14, 2025.0.11, 2026.0.1 and Horizon 36.0.5 or newer. Meridian and Horizon installation instructions state that they are intended for installation within an organization's private networks and should not be directly accessible from the Internet. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-105466 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | IBM Db2 11.5.0 through 11.5.9, and 12.1.0 through 12.1.5 is vulnerable to a denial of service when inserting into a table with XML columns under specific conditions. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107221 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | excelize | Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.0.0 to 2.11.0, checkRow sizes its target cell slice from the last cell in XML document order and then re-scatters every cell by its explicit column reference. GetCellValue reaches workSheetReader and checkRow, where targetList is too short for an earlier out-of-order cell. When a crafted row places a higher-column cell before a lower-column final cell and a non-streaming worksheet API reads the sheet, the earlier cell's column index exceeds the slice length derived from the final cell, allowing an attacker to cause an unrecovered panic and terminate the process. | CVE-2026-107225 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | excelize | Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.8.0 to 2.11.0, GetStyle's fill, border, and font extraction predicates check only upper bounds for attacker-controlled style-table indices. File.GetStyle relies on extractStyleCondFuncs predicates that allow negative FillID, BorderID, and FontID values to reach slice indexing. When a crafted styles.xml supplies a negative fillId, borderId, or fontId and the application reads the style, a negative identifier passes the upper-bound-only predicate and becomes a negative slice index, allowing an attacker to panic while reading cell styling.
