CVE-2022-43760 8.4 high 1.0% suse, rancher An Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in SUSE Rancher allows users in some higher-privileged groups to to inject code that is executed within another user's browser, allowing the attacker to steal sensitive information, manipulate web content, or perform other malicious activities on behalf of the victims. This could result in a user with write access to the affected areas being able to act on behalf of an administrator, once an administrator opens the affected web page. This issue affects Rancher: from >= 2.6.0 before < 2.6.13, from >= 2.7.0 before < 2.7.4. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-69086 8.3 high 1.0% no CPE yet SiYuan versions before v3.7.3 fail to validate the avID parameter on all code branches in attribute-view read endpoints, allowing attackers to construct traversal paths that escape the storage directory. Authenticated users with RoleReader permissions or anonymous clients when publish authentication is disabled can read JSON files outside the attribute-view directory to disclose cross-scope database content. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-58499 8.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet EverOS is a memory runtime for agents. Prior to 1.0.1, EverOS is vulnerable to path traversal in the POST /api/v1/memory/add ingestion endpoint because the per-message sender_id field was not validated as a path-safe identifier, unlike app_id and project_id. During user-memory extraction, sender_id is used as owner_id and joined into the filesystem path where the extracted episode is persisted as a Markdown file, so a sender_id containing ../ sequences could direct writes outside the configured memory root and allow an unauthenticated caller to create or overwrite .md files at locations writable by the server process with partially attacker-influenced content. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.1. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-73031 8.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet telegram-search contains a stored cross-site scripting vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary JavaScript in victims' browsers by sending crafted messages containing unsanitized HTML to a shared Telegram group. The highlightKeyword function in MessageList.vue passes raw message content directly to v-html without HTML escaping or sanitization, enabling stored, cross-user, zero-click execution of injected payloads such as image onerror handlers when victims browse or search messages. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-84782 8.2 high 1.0% openssl Issue summary: The DTLS retransmission logic does not correctly handle a handshake message write that is suspended part-way through. The retransmitted message can be read past the message buffer and the retransmission overwrites the internal state the suspended write needs to resume correctly. Impact summary: The retransmitted message can disclose a heap memory to the peer as plaintext handshake data or cause a crash and a Denial of Service when the read reaches an unmapped memory region. CWE: CWE-125: Out-of-bounds Read Description: DTLS handshake messages can be written out in multiple fragments, and a write can suspend mid-message (returning WANT_WRITE) if the underlying transport temporarily cannot accept more data. While such a write is suspended, the DTLS retransmission timer may independently fire and ask the retransmission logic to resend an earlier, already-acknowledged-as-sent message from its retransmit queue. The retransmission logic reused the same internal buffer and position tracking as the message that was still being written, without resetting the position back to the start of the message being retransmitted. As a result the retransmission was read starting from wherever the suspended write had left off, producing a mislabelled message whose body was leftover bytes from the other, larger message still in flight - content that was never meant to be sent at that point, and which could run past the end of the allocated buffer. Separately, even when the retransmission is positioned correctly, allowing it to run to completion while another write is suspended overwrites the same shared bookkeeping that the suspended write depends on to resume. When the application later resumes the suspended write (via a subsequent SSL_read(), SSL_write(), SSL_accept(), or SSL_connect() call), it finds that bookkeeping in a state inconsistent with the message and aborts the process in a debugging build. The fix resets the retransmission's read position to the start of the message before resending, and skips retransmission entirely whenever a handshake write is still suspended, deferring to the next call that resumes it instead. FIPS impact: no The affected code is outside the FIPS module boundary. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-44574 8.1 high 1.0% vercel, next.js Next.js is a React framework for building full-stack web applications. From 15.4.0 to before 15.5.16 and 16.2.5, applications that rely on middleware to protect dynamic routes can be vulnerable to authorization bypass. In affected deployments, specially crafted query parameters can alter the dynamic route value seen by the page while leaving the visible path unchanged, which can allow protected content to be rendered without passing the expected middleware check. This vulnerability is fixed in 15.5.16 and 16.2.5. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45062 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet FrankenPHP is a modern application server for PHP. From version 1.11.2 to before version 1.12.3, the splitPos() function in cgi.go misuses golang.org/x/text/search with search.IgnoreCase when the request path contains a non-ASCII byte. Two distinct flaws in that fallback let an attacker mislead FrankenPHP into treating a non-.php file as a .php script. In any deployment where the attacker can place content into a file served by FrankenPHP (uploads, file storage, etc.), this can be escalated to remote code execution by crafting a URL whose path triggers either flaw. This issue has been patched in version 1.12.3. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-45135 8.1 high 1.0% caddyserver, caddy Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. From 2.7.0 until 2.11.3, the FastCGI transport's splitPos() in modules/caddyhttp/reverseproxy/fastcgi/fastcgi.go misuses golang.org/x/text/search with search.IgnoreCase when the request path contains a non-ASCII byte. Two distinct flaws in that fallback let an attacker mislead Caddy's FastCGI splitting into treating a non-.php (or other configured split_path extension) file as a script. In any deployment where the attacker can place content into a file served via FastCGI (uploads, file storage, etc.), this can be escalated to remote code execution by crafting a URL whose path triggers either flaw. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.11.3. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-58065 8.1 high 1.0% apache, apache-airflow-providers-git The Apache Airflow Git provider runs its git-over-SSH operations with `StrictHostKeyChecking=no` by default, disabling SSH host-key verification. An attacker who can intercept the network path between an Airflow worker and the Git server can impersonate the server (man-in-the-middle), capturing the SSH deploy key or injecting malicious repository content. Deployments that use the Git DAG bundle or Git provider to clone over SSH with a deploy key are affected. The fix changes the default to verify host keys; upgrade to apache-airflow-providers-git `0.4.1` or later and configure a `known_hosts` file. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-13185 8.1 high 1.0% progress, telerik_ui_for_asp.net_ajax In Progress® Telerik® UI for AJAX prior to v2026.2.708, applications using cookie-based storage in RadPersistenceManager or RadDockLayout deserialize attacker-controlled cookie content, allowing unauthenticated remote code execution. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-64665 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.74.1 and 6.24.0, when OAuth login was enabled with a provider that does not guarantee verified email addresses, an unauthenticated attacker could sign in as an existing user, potentially including a super admin, without knowing that user's password, because the application matched OAuth identities to accounts by email address alone. Exploitation requires OAuth to be explicitly enabled with such a provider. This issue is fixed in versions 5.74.1 and 6.24.0. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-17496 8.1 high 1.0% notegen NoteGen before 0.32.0 renders AI chat responses with markdown-it configured with html:true and injects the result into the DOM via dangerouslySetInnerHTML in chat-preview, without HTML sanitization and with CSP set to null. Attacker-controlled content that reaches the model prompt (for example a malicious skill REFERENCE.md that instructs the model to emit HTML) can cause the model response to include executable markup such as an img onerror handler. When the user views the chat response, that markup runs as JavaScript in the privileged Tauri webview, enabling arbitrary script execution in the application context (cross-site scripting). 24 Oct
CVE-2026-34783 8.1 high 1.0% montferret, ferret Ferret is a declarative system for working with web data. Prior to 2.0.0-alpha.4, a path traversal vulnerability in Ferret's IO::FS::WRITE standard library function allows a malicious website to write arbitrary files to the filesystem of the machine running Ferret. When an operator scrapes a website that returns filenames containing ../ sequences, and uses those filenames to construct output paths (a standard scraping pattern), the attacker controls both the destination path and the file content. This can lead to remote code execution via cron jobs, SSH authorized_keys, shell profiles, or web shells. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.0-alpha.4. 23 Oct
CVE-2025-61773 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. In versions prior to 0.5.0b3.dev91, pyLoad web interface contained insufficient input validation in both the Captcha script endpoint and the Click'N'Load (CNL) Blueprint. This flaw allowed untrusted user input to be processed unsafely, which could be exploited by an attacker to inject arbitrary content into the web UI or manipulate request handling. The vulnerability could lead to client-side code execution (XSS) or other unintended behaviors when a malicious payload is submitted. user-supplied parameters from HTTP requests were not adequately validated or sanitized before being passed into the application logic and response generation. This allowed crafted input to alter the expected execution flow. CNL (Click'N'Load) blueprint exposed unsafe handling of untrusted parameters in HTTP requests. The application did not consistently enforce input validation or encoding, making it possible for an attacker to craft malicious requests. Version 0.5.0b3.dev91 contains a patch for the issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-13516 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet The SureMail – SMTP and Email Logs Plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type in versions up to and including 1.9.0. This is due to the plugin's save_file() function in inc/emails/handler/uploads.php which duplicates all email attachments to a web-accessible directory (wp-content/uploads/suremails/attachments/) without validating file extensions or content types. Files are saved with predictable names derived from MD5 hashes of their content. While the plugin attempts to protect this directory with an Apache .htaccess file to disable PHP execution, this protection is ineffective on nginx, IIS, and Lighttpd servers, or on misconfigured Apache installations. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to achieve Remote Code Execution by uploading malicious PHP files through any public form that emails attachments, calculating the predictable filename, and directly accessing the file to execute arbitrary code granted they are exploiting a site running on an affected web server configuration. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-104899 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet The GeoDirectory – WP Business Directory Plugin and Classified Listings Directory plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion in all versions up to, and including, 2.8.187 via the 'design_type' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to include and execute arbitrary .php files on the server, allowing the execution of any PHP code in those files. This can be used to bypass access controls, obtain sensitive data, or achieve code execution in cases where .php file types can be uploaded and included. The required nonce is trivially obtainable by any anonymous visitor, as the geodir_basic_nonce value is localized to every public frontend page via the geodir_params script object, meaning no authentication, user interaction, or specific site content is required to exploit this vulnerability. 13 Oct
CVE-2025-9566 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet There's a vulnerability in podman where an attacker may use the kube play command to overwrite host files when the kube file container a Secrete or a ConfigMap volume mount and such volume contains a symbolic link to a host file path. In a successful attack, the attacker can only control the target file to be overwritten but not the content to be written into the file. Binary-Affected: podman Upstream-version-introduced: v4.0.0 Upstream-version-fixed: v5.6.1 8 Oct
CVE-2026-50197 7.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet Skipper is an HTTP router and reverse proxy for service composition. Prior to 0.26.10, zalando/skipper's OpenPolicyAgent integration silently bypasses request-body inspection on HTTP/1.1 Transfer-Encoding: chunked and HTTP/2 requests that omit the content-length pseudo-header, because the opaAuthorizeRequestWithBody filter and OpenPolicyAgentInstance.ExtractHttpBodyOptionally in filters/openpolicyagent/openpolicyagent.go produce an empty raw_body and input.parsed_body while the upstream service receives the full attacker-controlled body. This issue is fixed in version 0.26.10. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-39861 7.7 high 1.0% anthropic, claude_code Claude Code is an agentic coding tool. Prior to version 2.1.64, Claude Code's sandbox did not prevent sandboxed processes from creating symlinks pointing to locations outside the workspace. When Claude Code subsequently wrote to a path within such a symlink, its unsandboxed process followed the symlink and wrote to the target location outside the workspace without prompting the user for confirmation. This allowed a sandbox escape where neither the sandboxed command nor the unsandboxed app could independently write outside the workspace, but their combination could write to arbitrary locations, potentially leading to code execution outside the sandbox. Reliably exploiting this required the ability to add untrusted content into a Claude Code context window to trigger sandboxed code execution via prompt injection. Users on standard Claude Code auto-update have received this fix automatically. Users performing manual updates are advised to update to version 2.1.64 or later. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42845 7.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet The form plugin for Grav adds the ability to create and use forms. Prior to 9.1.0 , there is an unauthenticated page-content overwrite via file upload (GHSA-w4rc-p66m-x6qq). Public form uploads now strip path components from the POST-supplied filename and hard-block page-content extensions (`md`, `yaml`, `yml`, `json`, `twig`, `ini`) regardless of the configurable dangerous-extensions list. A permissive `accept` policy combined with the default `destination: self@` could otherwise let an attacker overwrite the page's own `.md` and pivot to super-admin via a `process: save` action. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.1.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42099 7.7 high 1.0% sparxsystems, pro_cloud_server Sparx Pro Cloud Server is vulnerable to a Race Condition in the /data_api/dl_internal_artifact.php endpoint. The application downloads the properties of the object pointed by guid parameter and saves loaded content in current location (__DIR__) under the specified name. An attacker with repository access can control both the filename and file contents, allowing the creation of a malicious PHP file in a current directory. Although the file is deleted after processing, a race condition exists: if the response transmission is delayed (e.g., via a large file or slow client connection), the file remains accessible. During this window, the attacker can issue a second request to execute the malicious PHP file, resulting in remote code execution. The vendor was notified early about this vulnerability, but didn't respond with the details of vulnerability or vulnerable version range. Only version 6.1 (build 167) and below were tested and confirmed as vulnerable, other versions were not tested and might also be vulnerable. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-55607 7.7 high 1.0% anthropic, claude_code Claude Code is an agentic coding tool. From 2.1.38 until 2.1.163, Claude Code's worktree handling allowed creation of worktrees named ".git" and navigation to worktrees outside the sandbox context, enabling git directory confusion attacks. By exploiting symlink manipulation and git fsmonitor execution during worktree operations, an attacker could overwrite files in the user's home directory (such as .zshenv), leading to code execution outside of seatbelt sandbox restrictions. Reliably exploiting this required the user to clone a malicious repository containing prompt injection content and run Claude Code against it. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.1.163. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-63764 7.7 high 1.0% internlm, lmdeploy LMDeploy through 0.14.0, fixed in commit 03c3130, contains a server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in the _load_http_url function within the connection.py media handler, where the private-IP guard validates only the original URL without re-validating hosts after HTTP redirects. An unauthenticated attacker can submit a crafted image_url to the chat completions endpoint pointing to an attacker-controlled host that returns a redirect to a private IP or cloud-metadata endpoint, causing the server to follow the redirect and expose internal service content through the model pipeline. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-72848 7.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet SitemapLoader.parse_sitemap in langchain_community/document_loaders/sitemap.py applies the documented restrict_to_same_domain control only to leaf url entries. The loop over url elements filters cross-domain locations, but the loop over nested sitemap elements passes the child loc straight to self.scrape_all([loc.text], "xml"), which reaches WebBaseLoader.scrape_all and an aiohttp GET, with no domain comparison and no check for private, loopback or link-local destinations. An attacker who controls or influences an ingested sitemap can therefore point a nested sitemap entry at an internal address and make the server fetch it even when the deploying application set restrict_to_same_domain to True specifically to confine outbound requests. The fetched content is parsed and surfaces in the returned Documents, so internal responses are disclosed to the caller rather than merely requested. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-116167 7.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet SiYuan from 2.9.0 before 3.8.7 contains a cross-site scripting vulnerability in the unauthenticated /check-auth page that assigns the to parameter to window.location.href without scheme validation. Attackers can send a crafted link with a javascript: URI that executes after victim login, invoking kernel APIs to read or modify workspace content and settings. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-114136 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Django REST framework is a toolkit for building Web APIs. From 3.6.4 until 3.18.2, JSONParser.parse in rest_framework/parsers.py uses the client-supplied Content-Type charset value with codecs.getreader, which accepts byte-transform codecs such as bz2_codec rather than only text encodings. A remote unauthenticated client can therefore cause a compressed JSON request body to be expanded after Django has enforced DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE against only the wire bytes, allowing a very small request to consume substantial per-worker memory. The default parser set is sufficient, and any reachable endpoint that accepts a JSON body is affected. This issue is fixed in version 3.18.2. Fri 30 Oct
CVE-2026-102834 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet JavaCV provides Java interfaces to OpenCV, FFmpeg, and other multimedia libraries. Prior to 1.5.14, IPCameraFrameGrabber doubles a 32-bit buffer capacity without checking for overflow or bounding the parsed Content-Length. An application consumes an MJPEG response from a malicious camera endpoint or a tampered plaintext stream. The source can return an oversized Content-Length header in an MJPEG stream. Successful exploitation can trap the frame-grabbing thread in a permanent CPU-spinning loop and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 1.5.14. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-111255 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet The affiliate-toolkit – Multi-Network Affiliate & Amazon Product Display plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.9.2 via the upload_image function. This is due to insufficient file type validation in upload_image due to a weak Content-Type prefix check and extension derivation from the attacker-controlled URL path, with no dangerous-extension stripping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the "import product image" option to be enabled in the plugin settings, as this activates the image download pipeline triggered on product post save. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-33034 7.5 high 1.0% djangoproject, django An issue was discovered in 6.0 before 6.0.4, 5.2 before 5.2.13, and 4.2 before 4.2.30. ASGI requests with a missing or understated `Content-Length` header could bypass the `DATA_UPLOAD_MAX_MEMORY_SIZE` limit when reading `HttpRequest.body`, allowing remote attackers to load an unbounded request body into memory. Earlier, unsupported Django series (such as 5.0.x, 4.1.x, and 3.2.x) were not evaluated and may also be affected. Django would like to thank Superior for reporting this issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-5440 7.5 high 1.0% orthanc-server, orthanc A memory exhaustion vulnerability exists in the HTTP server due to unbounded use of the `Content-Length` header. The server allocates memory directly based on the attacker supplied header value without enforcing an upper limit. A crafted HTTP request containing an extremely large `Content-Length` value can trigger excessive memory allocation and server termination, even without sending a request body. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-34665 7.5 high 1.0% adobe, c2pa, c2pa-web CAI Content Credentials versions [email protected], c2pa-v0.78.2 and earlier are affected by an Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability that could lead to application denial-of-service. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability to exhaust system resources, resulting in an application denial-of-service condition. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42587 7.5 high 1.0% netty Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final, HttpContentDecompressor accepts a maxAllocation parameter to limit decompression buffer size and prevent decompression bomb attacks. This limit is correctly enforced for gzip and deflate encodings via ZlibDecoder, but is silently ignored when the content encoding is br (Brotli), zstd, or snappy. An attacker can bypass the configured decompression limit by sending a compressed payload with Content-Encoding: br instead of Content-Encoding: gzip, causing unbounded memory allocation and out-of-memory denial of service. The same vulnerability exists in DelegatingDecompressorFrameListener for HTTP/2 connections. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-59725 7.5 high 1.0% socket, engine.io Socket.IO enables bidirectional and low-latency communication for every platform. From 4.1.0 before 6.6.7, Engine.IO protocol v4 polling transport does not properly close the HTTP response for invalid binary POST requests with Content-Type: application/octet-stream, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to exhaust server-side connections and sockets. This issue is fixed in version 6.6.7. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-20213 7.5 high 1.0% cisco, clamav, secure_endpoint A vulnerability in the PE file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition, or possibly other expanded impacts, resulting from memory corruption on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in PE files during scanning, which may result in an out-of-bounds buffer write. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains PE content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-20214 7.5 high 1.0% cisco, clamav, secure_endpoint A vulnerability in the FSG file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition, or possibly other expanded impacts, resulting from memory corruption on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in FSG files during scanning, which may result in an out-of-bounds buffer write. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains portable executable content compressed with FSG to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-20215 7.5 high 1.0% cisco, clamav, secure_endpoint A vulnerability in the 7z file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition, or possibly other expanded impacts, resulting from memory corruption on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in 7z files during scanning, which may result in an out-of-bounds buffer write. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains 7z content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-20243 7.5 high 1.0% cisco, clamav, secure_endpoint A vulnerability in the ALZ file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition, or possibly other expanded impacts, resulting from memory corruption on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in ALZ files during scanning, which may result in an out-of-bounds buffer write. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains ALZ content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-20244 7.5 high 1.0% cisco, clamav, secure_endpoint A vulnerability in the DMG file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition, or possibly other expanded impacts, resulting from memory corruption on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in DMG files during scanning, which may result in an integer overflow on 32-bit platforms only. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains DMG content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-15574 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in the vllm-orchestrator-gateway component. The system's production binary logs all incoming authorization headers and full chat payloads, which may contain personally identifiable information (PII) and secrets, to persistent logs. This sensitive data, including bearer tokens and chat content, can be accessed by any user with logging privileges. This vulnerability leads to information disclosure, potentially allowing an attacker to harvest credentials and sensitive conversation content. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-12617 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet The issue is unexpected program termination based on ordering and/or specific content in responses to queries for CNAME or DNAME, and A records. Specifically, if a client queries for a DNAME and A record below the DNAME to the resolver, and the authoritative server responds positively to the A query but delays the DNAME response and later responds negatively, `named` may quit unexpectedly. Or, if a client queries for a CNAME and A record for the same name to the resolver, and the authoritative server responds positively to the A query but delays the CNAME response and later responds with a self-referential CNAME, the same failure may occur. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.18.0 through 9.18.50, 9.20.0 through 9.20.24, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.50-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.24-S1. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-60023 7.5 high 1.0% apache, answer Exposure of Sensitive Information to an Unauthorized Actor vulnerability in Apache Answer. This issue affects Apache Answer: through 2.0.1. Deleted or pending answers could be retrieved by unauthorized users through the single-answer read path when the parent question remained visible, exposing answer content that should not have been accessible. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 2.0.2, which fixes the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-65432 7.5 high 1.0% apache, cxf Apache CXF reads a top-level WSDL through its hardened StaxUtils path, which disables XML DTDs and external entities. However, any <wsdl:import> or <xsd:import> referenced from that top-level WSDL is handed off to WSDL4J, which does not disable DOCTYPE declarations or external entities. As a result, the protections applied to the top-level document do not extend to imported documents, leaving imported WSDL/XSD content vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) attacks. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.3 or 4.1.8 or 3.6.12, which fix this issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-67422 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet pymdown-extensions is a collection of extensions for the Python Markdown library. In versions up to and including 11.0, four inline processors (caret, tilde, betterem, and magiclink) use regular expressions whose content groups can partition a run of delimiter characters in exponentially many ways, causing catastrophic backtracking. As a result, a single untrusted Markdown line under 50 bytes rendered with markdown.markdown() in each extension's default configuration drives the rendering thread into unbounded CPU usage that grows exponentially with input length, enabling an unauthenticated remote attacker who can submit Markdown to cause denial of service. The exposure is concrete for web applications that render user-supplied Markdown (comments, wikis, issue bodies, live preview), including any app using pymdownx.extra which bundles the vulnerable betterem default, as well as hosted docs/CI systems that build untrusted Markdown. The issue has been fixed in version 11.0.1. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-53599 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet REDAXO is a PHP-based content management system. From 5.18.2 until 5.21.1, rex_mediapool::isAllowedExtension in redaxo/src/addons/mediapool/lib/mediapool.php lets an authenticated backend user with media[upload] permission upload a JPEG/PHP polyglot named shell.php.any.jpg, which web servers with multi-extension PHP handlers can execute as the web-server user. This issue is fixed in version 5.21.1. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-10849 7.5 high 1.0% zephyrproject, zephyr The hawkBit device management client in subsys/mgmt/hawkbit accumulates the body of an HTTP response from the update server into a heap buffer in response_json_cb() (subsys/mgmt/hawkbit/hawkbit.c). The buffer is sized to hold the received body bytes but reserves no space for a terminating NUL. When the full response has arrived, the code writes response_data[downloaded_size] = '\0' — and whenever the accumulated body length equals the allocation, that terminator lands one byte past the end of the heap object (a heap-based out-of-bounds write, CWE-122 / CWE-787). The body length and fragmentation are taken directly from the parsed HTTP response (rsp->body_frag_start / rsp->body_frag_len) and are fully controlled by the remote hawkBit server, which chooses its own response length. The precise trigger depends on how the buffer grows, and both forms are remotely reachable. Since v4.0.0 the reallocation is sized to exactly downloaded_size + body_len, so any response body larger than the 1100-byte initial buffer makes the out-of-bounds write deterministic; such response sizes are normal for hawkBit deployment metadata. Before v4.0.0 the buffer grew by doubling and the growth check ((downloaded_size + body_len) > response_buffer_size) is false at equality, so a response body whose length is exactly the current allocation — 1100 bytes with the default initial buffer — skips the reallocation entirely and writes the terminator at response_data[1100] of an 1100-byte object. The HTTP length-mismatch check does not catch this, because the declared and received lengths genuinely agree. Either form is reachable by a malicious, compromised, or man-in-the-middle update server (TLS is optional and, when enabled, does not protect against a hostile server), with no authentication of response content and no client-side length cap protecting the write. The out-of-bounds write is a fixed single NUL byte immediately following the allocation, corrupting adjacent allocator metadata or the next allocation. The practical impact is heap corruption leading to denial of service (fault on a subsequent allocation or free), with the bounded, allocator-dependent possibility of further corruption. The fix sizes the buffer to the body length plus one and copies with memcpy, ensuring the terminator always lands within the allocation. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-20337 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A vulnerability in the zip archive parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in zip files during scanning, which may result in an out-of-bounds write condition. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted zip file for scanning. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-20338 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A vulnerability in the zip archive parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper memory handling when processing content in zip files during scanning. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted zip file for scanning. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the ClamAV scanning process to terminate as a result of a memory double-free, resulting in a DoS condition on the affected software. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-20339 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A vulnerability in the PESpin file format parser of ClamAV could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to cause a DoS condition or possibly other expanded impacts as a result of memory corruption on an affected device. This vulnerability is due to improper boundary checks for content in PESpin files during scanning, which may result in an integer overflow. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by submitting a crafted file that contains PESpin content to be scanned by ClamAV on an affected device.
