CVE-2026-29050 6.1 medium 0.00% chainguard, melange melange allows users to build apk packages using declarative pipelines. Starting in version 0.32.0 and prior to version 0.43.4, an attacker who can influence a melange configuration file — for example through pull-request-driven CI or build-as-a-service scenarios — could set `pipeline[].uses` to a value containing `../` sequences or an absolute path. The `(*Compiled).compilePipeline` function in `pkg/build/compile.go` passed `uses` directly to `filepath.Join(pipelineDir, uses + ".yaml")` without validating the value, so the resolved path could escape each `--pipeline-dir` and read an arbitrary YAML-parseable file visible to the melange process. Because the loaded file is subsequently interpreted as a melange pipeline and its `runs:` block is executed via `/bin/sh -c` in the build sandbox, this additionally allowed shell commands sourced from an out-of-tree file to run during the build, bypassing the review boundary that normally covers the in-tree pipeline definition. The issue is fixed in melange v0.43.4 via commit 5829ca4. The fix rejects `uses` values that are absolute paths or contain `..`, and verifies (via `filepath.Rel` after `filepath.Clean`) that the resolved target remains within the pipeline directory. As a workaround, only run `melange build` against configuration files from trusted sources. In CI systems that build user-supplied melange configs, gate builds behind manual review of `pipeline[].uses` values and reject any containing `..` or leading `/`. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40340 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet libgphoto2 is a camera access and control library. Versions up to and including 2.5.33 have an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in `ptp_unpack_OI()` in `camlibs/ptp2/ptp-pack.c` (lines 530–563). The function validates `len < PTP_oi_SequenceNumber` (i.e., len < 48) but subsequently accesses offsets 48–56, up to 9 bytes beyond the validated boundary, via the Samsung Galaxy 64-bit objectsize detection heuristic. Commit 7c7f515bc88c3d0c4098ac965d313518e0ccbe33 fixes the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-53766 6.1 medium 0.00% google, chrome-devtools-mcp Chrome DevTools for agents (chrome-devtools-mcp) lets your coding agent control and inspect a live Chrome browser. From 0.24.0 until 1.1.0, McpContext.validatePath() enforces workspace roots by checking whether path.resolve(filePath) textually falls under one of the configured root paths. path.resolve() does not canonicalize symbolic links. As a result, a symlink inside a configured workspace root can point to a file outside that root, pass validation, and then be followed by downstream file read/write operations. This bypass applies even when the MCP client correctly declares the roots capability with a non-empty list. It is separate from the documented legacy behavior where missing roots capability allows all paths. The practical impact is a workspace-boundary bypass. In the write direction, filePath-writing tools can overwrite out-of-root files through an in-root symlink. In the read direction, upload_file can read through the symlink and send the file to the currently selected web page. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.1.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-12232 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Intel ALH digital-audio-interface driver function dai_alh_get_properties() in drivers/dai/intel/alh/alh.c used a caller-supplied int stream_id with no range validation. The value indexes the fixed-size static const uint8_t alh_handshake_map[64] array and scales a FIFO register address, so an out-of-range stream_id produces an out-of-bounds read of one byte at an attacker-chosen signed offset from the array. That byte is written into prop->dma_hs_id and the resulting struct dai_properties is copied back to the caller, leaking it. dai_get_properties_copy() is a Zephyr __syscall, and its verifier z_vrfy_dai_get_properties_copy() (drivers/dai/dai_handlers.c) validates only the device-object permission and the destination buffer, not stream_id. A user-mode thread that has been granted access to the ALH DAI device object can therefore call the syscall with an arbitrary stream_id, crossing the userspace/kernel sandbox boundary. The impact is a one-byte-per-call arbitrary-offset kernel information disclosure (and leakage of a computed kernel address via fifo_address); a stream_id that resolves to an unmapped page faults in kernel context, giving a local denial of service. Exploitation requires CONFIG_USERSPACE and device access, making this a local, moderate-severity issue. The fix rejects negative and too-large stream_id values up front and returns NULL, which the copy wrapper maps to -ENOENT. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-62438 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw was found in GIMP. An attacker can cause a Denial of Service (DoS) or potentially disclose sensitive memory contents by convincing a user to open or preview a specially crafted Bohemia Interactive (PAA) texture file. Due to an integer overflow when calculating image dimensions during file decompression, the application allocates an undersized memory buffer. Subsequent processing reads memory past the buffer boundary, terminating the plug-in process unexpectedly. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-12527 6.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A broken authorization boundary in the RTSP media delivery pipeline of Shenzhen Liandian Communication Technology LTD V380 IP Camera firmware AppFHE1_V1.0.6.020230803 enables unauthenticated network actors to bypass the device’s credential-enforced live-view workflow and directly retrieve real-time video stream data. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-62213 6.0 medium 0.00% openclaw OpenClaw versions before 2026.5.27 contain a token leakage vulnerability in MS Teams outbound requests that allows lower-trust callers to expose Bot Framework tokens. Attackers can access configured input paths to retrieve credentials that should remain within the trusted boundary. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-62214 6.0 medium 0.00% openclaw OpenClaw versions before 2026.5.28 Bot Framework contains an improper input validation vulnerability that allows lower-trust callers to expose bot tokens and credentials by failing to properly validate serviceUrl parameters. Attackers can supply malicious serviceUrl values through configured input paths to retrieve sensitive authentication data outside the trusted boundary. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-111555 6.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw was found in luksmeta. Improper boundary validation of metadata slots allows an attacker capable of supplying or modifying a disk header to redirect wipe or load operations outside the intended metadata area. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by providing a crafted header with valid checksums to overwrite or zero out encrypted payload data, resulting in persistent data loss and corrupted storage. Exploitation typically requires privileged access to modify raw block devices or the ability to induce an administrator to process an untrusted disk image. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-119285 5.9 medium 0.00% gofiber, fiber Fiber is an Express inspired web framework written in Go. From 2.52.1 until 2.52.3, the CORS middleware's validateDomain wildcard matcher in middleware/cors/utils.go strips the scheme and checks only a host suffix without requiring a dot boundary. An application configured with a wildcard-subdomain AllowOrigins value and AllowCredentials enabled can reflect an unrelated attacker-controlled origin whose host merely ends with the configured base domain. A user who visits that origin can expose authenticated cross-origin responses to the attacker's page; empty-label origins and later comma-space parsing hardening are outside this advisory. This issue is fixed in version 2.52.3. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-119277 5.9 medium 0.00% mariadb-corporation, mariadb-connector-j MariaDB Connector/J is used to connect applications developed in Java to MariaDB and MySQL databases. From 3.0.0 until 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11, decoders for OK packet session-state blocks, column definition packets, text row data, or binary row data used server-declared lengths without confirming that the requested bytes remained in the receive buffer. The decoders could position reads, create sub-buffers, or decode strings beyond the packet boundary. A malicious or compromised server, or a machine-in-the-middle attacker, could trigger unchecked ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException or IllegalArgumentException failures inside JDBC calls and terminate connection handling. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.7, 3.4.5, and 3.5.11. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-41319 5.9 medium 0.00% jstedfast, mailkit MailKit is a cross-platform mail client library built on top of MimeKit. A STARTTLS Response Injection vulnerability in versions prior to 4.16.0 allows a Man-in-the-Middle attacker to inject arbitrary protocol responses across the plaintext-to-TLS trust boundary, enabling SASL authentication mechanism downgrade (e.g., forcing PLAIN instead of SCRAM-SHA-256). The internal read buffer in `SmtpStream`, `ImapStream`, and `Pop3Stream` is not flushed when the underlying stream is replaced with `SslStream` during STARTTLS upgrade, causing pre-TLS attacker-injected data to be processed as trusted post-TLS responses. Version 4.16.0 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-15712 5.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A heap buffer over-read vulnerability was discovered in libsoup's (versions: libsoup 3.0 to 3.7.0) HTTP/2 connection tracking framework. When the library processes an HTTP/2 GOAWAY frame, it improperly handles the "Additional Debug Data" payload by assuming the data stream is a safely NUL-terminated C-string. Because the parser lacks strict length-boundary verification before reading this data, a remote, unauthenticated attacker can intentionally send a malformed GOAWAY frame missing the appropriate null delimiter. This causes the library to read past the end of the allocated buffer, triggering an application crash that results in a denial of service (DoS), or potentially exposing fragments of memory contents. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-49244 5.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet SFTPGo is an open source, event-driven file transfer solution. From 2.2.0 until 2.7.3, the public web-client partial ZIP download endpoint for a browsable share validates client-supplied files entries with a raw byte-prefix comparison rather than a directory-boundary-aware check. An unauthenticated requester who can reach a public share can select a canonical path outside the shared directory when the target path begins with the shared directory's name, such as a sibling path that shares the same prefix. The endpoint then includes the out-of-scope file in the generated download, disclosing its contents. This issue is fixed in version 2.7.3. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-106431 5.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet An off-by-one error in the BSON bulk document writer in the MongoDB C Driver can write one zero byte immediately past a heap allocation when a document ends at a specific buffer boundary. An actor who can influence the size of documents serialized by an embedding application can corrupt adjacent process memory or terminate the process. Reaching this issue requires the application to use the BSON bulk-writer API and produce a precise cumulative document size. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-41504 5.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet OWASP Coraza WAF is a golang modsecurity compatible web application firewall library. From 3.0.0 until 3.8.0, the Native audit-log formatter in internal/auditlog/formats.go writes attacker-influenced request and response fields without neutralizing carriage returns or line feeds. When SecAuditLogFormat Native is enabled, injected line breaks can create forged lines inside a transaction record. An attacker who controls request or response body, header, error-message, or matched-rule data can inject carriage returns and line feeds that appear as forged audit lines within a transaction record. The forged content can mislead operators and line-oriented SIEM processing, although the unpredictable transaction boundary prevents straightforward impersonation of a separate complete session. This issue is fixed in version 3.8.0. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-14538 5.7 medium 0.00% google, mcp_toolbox_for_databases An improper authorization and security-boundary bypass vulnerability in the bigquery-execute-sql tool component of Google mcp-toolbox versions 0.16.1 through 1.4.0 allows an authenticated attacker to bypass allowedDatasets validation checks. The toolbox relies on the BigQuery dry-run API to enforce dataset restrictions, but due to a fail-open logic flaw, it bypasses validation when the API returns an empty array for specialized constructs. This allows the attacker to extract structural DDL schemas for explicitly excluded datasets via INFORMATION_SCHEMA, and access downstream federated row data via EXTERNAL_QUERY connections. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-102682 5.6 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Pipecat is an open-source Python framework for building real-time voice and multimodal conversational agents. From 0.0.98 until 1.6.0, the pipecat-ai package's built-in development runner exposes unauthenticated endpoints including /start, /daily, and /daily-dialin-webhook that can create bot sessions and Daily rooms. The runner binds to localhost by default and is intended only for local development, so exploitation requires an operator to expose it to untrusted traffic through --host 0.0.0.0, a published port, or a tunnel without access controls. An unauthenticated caller can consume local resources and third-party quotas and, depending on configuration, receive a room URL and join token. Version 1.6.0 adds a prominent development-runner banner and documentation that clarifies the unauthenticated boundary and directs production deployments to an authenticated dispatcher or managed runtime, while the endpoint behavior remains by design. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.0. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-34864 5.5 medium 0.00% huawei, harmonyos Boundary-unlimited vulnerability in the application read module. Impact: Successful exploitation of this vulnerability may affect availability. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-46383 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Microsoft APM is an open-source, community-driven dependency manager for AI agents. Prior to 0.13.0, Microsoft APM contains a Windows-specific archive extraction boundary failure in the legacy-bundle probe used by apm install <bundle> on supported Python 3.10 and 3.11 runtimes. When apm install is given a local .tar.gz that is not recognized as a plugin-format bundle, APM probes whether it is a legacy --format apm bundle. On Python versions earlier than 3.12, that probe extracts untrusted tar members with raw tar.extractall() without rejecting Windows absolute member names such as D:/.... This vulnerability is fixed in 0.13.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-10645 5.5 medium 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The Zephyr ext2 filesystem driver (subsys/fs/ext2) trusted the on-disk directory entry fields de_rec_len and de_name_len when walking a directory block. ext2_fetch_direntry() guarded only with de_name_len > EXT2_MAX_FILE_NAME, but de_name_len is a uint8_t and EXT2_MAX_FILE_NAME is 255, so the check is always false; the function then memcpy'd up to 255 name bytes and the lookup/readdir paths advanced traversal by an unvalidated de_rec_len. Each directory block is read into a block_size-sized slab buffer, and block_off can be driven near the block end by preceding entries' rec_len, so the 8-byte header read and the subsequent name memcpy can read up to ~263 bytes past the end of the block buffer into adjacent heap/slab memory. On the readdir path those bytes are returned to the caller in fs_dirent.name, leaking adjacent kernel heap memory; a de_rec_len of 0 also causes a zero-progress infinite loop (denial of service), and the unlink path's memmove(de, next, next_reclen) over unvalidated records is an additional OOB read/write source. The defect is reached by any path-based operation (open, stat, unlink, rename, mkdir) or directory listing on a mounted ext2 volume, so a crafted or corrupted ext2 image on attacker-supplied storage (SD card, USB mass storage, or otherwise mounted image) triggers it. Affected: Zephyr ext2 from its introduction in v3.5.0 through v4.4.0. The fix validates rec_len and name_len in the parser and rejects entries whose header does not fit the remaining block or whose rec_len crosses the block boundary in every traversal caller. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-10670 5.5 medium 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The CONFIG_USERSPACE verification handler for the k_thread_name_copy() system call (z_vrfy_k_thread_name_copy() in kernel/thread.c) calls k_object_find() on the caller-supplied thread pointer and then dereferences the returned struct k_object without checking it for NULL. k_object_find() returns NULL whenever the supplied pointer is not a registered (static or dynamic) kernel object. The pre-fix guard tested thread == NULL instead of ko == NULL, so an unprivileged user-mode thread that invokes k_thread_name_copy() with any non-NULL but unregistered pointer (e.g. an arbitrary address) passes the NULL test, after which the verifier reads ko->type through a NULL pointer. Because the syscall verifier runs in supervisor mode, this NULL dereference is a kernel-mode fault that halts or reboots the system, allowing untrusted user code to crash the kernel across the userspace security boundary (denial of service). The marshaller passes the thread argument to the verifier without any prior K_SYSCALL_OBJ validation, so the bad pointer reaches the defect directly. The flaw affects builds with CONFIG_USERSPACE and CONFIG_THREAD_NAME enabled and has been present since the special-case lookup was introduced around v2.0.0; it is present in v4.4.0 and earlier. The fix changes the guard to check the k_object_find() return value (ko == NULL) before dereferencing it. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-98125 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb/client: fix stale page cache in insert/collapse range smb3_insert_range() and smb3_collapse_range() use truncate_pagecache_range() to invalidate the affected page cache. However, if off or old_eof is not page-aligned, the boundary pages are only partially zeroed and remain uptodate. As a result, the client may return stale data after a successful insert/collapse range operation. For example, with 4K pages: page 0 page 1 page 2 0------4K 4K------8K 8K------12K ^ ^ off=2K old_eof=10K Page 1 is removed from the page cache, while the boundary pages are only partially zeroed. After COPYCHUNK moves the data on the server, these cached pages may still return stale data. This can be reproduced on a CIFS mount: bash -c ' FILE=/mnt/scratch/repro # Use a 6 KiB file so EOF is not page-aligned. dd if=/dev/urandom of=/tmp/src bs=1K count=6 status=none # Expected: a 4 KiB hole followed by the original data. rm -f /tmp/expected truncate -s 4K /tmp/expected cat /tmp/src >> /tmp/expected cp /tmp/src "$FILE" # Prime the page cache before moving data on the server. cat "$FILE" > /dev/null fallocate --insert-range -o 0 -l 4K "$FILE" if cmp -s /tmp/expected "$FILE"; then echo "readback: OK" else echo "readback: STALE DATA" fi ' Fix this by writing back dirty data and discarding the page cache from the start of the page containing off to EOF before moving data on the server. 22 Oct
CVE-2024-47661 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amd/display: Avoid overflow from uint32_t to uint8_t [WHAT & HOW] dmub_rb_cmd's ramping_boundary has size of uint8_t and it is assigned 0xFFFF. Fix it by changing it to uint8_t with value of 0xFF. This fixes 2 INTEGER_OVERFLOW issues reported by Coverity. 21 Oct
CVE-2025-38586 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf, arm64: Fix fp initialization for exception boundary In the ARM64 BPF JIT when prog->aux->exception_boundary is set for a BPF program, find_used_callee_regs() is not called because for a program acting as exception boundary, all callee saved registers are saved. find_used_callee_regs() sets `ctx->fp_used = true;` when it sees FP being used in any of the instructions. For programs acting as exception boundary, ctx->fp_used remains false even if frame pointer is used by the program and therefore, FP is not set-up for such programs in the prologue. This can cause the kernel to crash due to a pagefault. Fix it by setting ctx->fp_used = true for exception boundary programs as fp is always saved in such programs. 15 Oct
CVE-2022-49174 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: fix ext4_mb_mark_bb() with flex_bg with fast_commit In case of flex_bg feature (which is by default enabled), extents for any given inode might span across blocks from two different block group. ext4_mb_mark_bb() only reads the buffer_head of block bitmap once for the starting block group, but it fails to read it again when the extent length boundary overflows to another block group. Then in this below loop it accesses memory beyond the block group bitmap buffer_head and results into a data abort. for (i = 0; i < clen; i++) if (!mb_test_bit(blkoff + i, bitmap_bh->b_data) == !state) already++; This patch adds this functionality for checking block group boundary in ext4_mb_mark_bb() and update the buffer_head(bitmap_bh) for every different block group. w/o this patch, I was easily able to hit a data access abort using Power platform. <...> [ 74.327662] EXT4-fs error (device loop3): ext4_mb_generate_buddy:1141: group 11, block bitmap and bg descriptor inconsistent: 21248 vs 23294 free clusters [ 74.533214] EXT4-fs (loop3): shut down requested (2) [ 74.536705] Aborting journal on device loop3-8. CVE-2024-40984 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ACPICA: Revert "ACPICA: avoid Info: mapping multiple BARs. Your kernel is fine." Undo the modifications made in commit d410ee5109a1 ("ACPICA: avoid "Info: mapping multiple BARs. Your kernel is fine.""). The initial purpose of this commit was to stop memory mappings for operation regions from overlapping page boundaries, as it can trigger warnings if different page attributes are present. However, it was found that when this situation arises, mapping continues until the boundary's end, but there is still an attempt to read/write the entire length of the map, leading to a NULL pointer deference. For example, if a four-byte mapping request is made but only one byte is mapped because it hits the current page boundary's end, a four-byte read/write attempt is still made, resulting in a NULL pointer deference. Instead, map the entire length, as the ACPI specification does not mandate that it must be within the same page boundary. It is permissible for it to be mapped across different regions. 15 Oct
CVE-2024-35807 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ext4: fix corruption during on-line resize We observed a corruption during on-line resize of a file system that is larger than 16 TiB with 4k block size. With having more then 2^32 blocks resize_inode is turned off by default by mke2fs. The issue can be reproduced on a smaller file system for convenience by explicitly turning off resize_inode. An on-line resize across an 8 GiB boundary (the size of a meta block group in this setup) then leads to a corruption: dev=/dev/<some_dev> # should be >= 16 GiB mkdir -p /corruption /sbin/mke2fs -t ext4 -b 4096 -O ^resize_inode $dev $((2 * 2**21 - 2**15)) mount -t ext4 $dev /corruption dd if=/dev/zero bs=4096 of=/corruption/test count=$((2*2**21 - 4*2**15)) sha1sum /corruption/test # 79d2658b39dcfd77274e435b0934028adafaab11 /corruption/test /sbin/resize2fs $dev $((2*2**21)) # drop page cache to force reload the block from disk echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches sha1sum /corruption/test # 3c2abc63cbf1a94c9e6977e0fbd72cd832c4d5c3 /corruption/test 2^21 = 2^15*2^6 equals 8 GiB whereof 2^15 is the number of blocks per block group and 2^6 are the number of block groups that make a meta block group. The last checksum might be different depending on how the file is laid out across the physical blocks. The actual corruption occurs at physical block 63*2^15 = 2064384 which would be the location of the backup of the meta block group's block descriptor. During the on-line resize the file system will be converted to meta_bg starting at s_first_meta_bg which is 2 in the example - meaning all block groups after 16 GiB. However, in ext4_flex_group_add we might add block groups that are not part of the first meta block group yet. In the reproducer we achieved this by substracting the size of a whole block group from the point where the meta block group would start. This must be considered when updating the backup block group descriptors to follow the non-meta_bg layout. The fix is to add a test whether the group to add is already part of the meta block group or not. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-63004 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Unleash is an open-source feature management platform. Prior to 7.5.2, 7.6.5, and 8.0.2, the addon and integration subsystem passes the operator-controlled parameters.url value from src/lib/addons/webhook.ts and the Slack, Microsoft Teams, Datadog, and New Relic integrations to Addon.fetchRetry in src/lib/addons/addon.ts without restricting loopback, link-local, private, or cloud metadata addresses. An authenticated actor with the root CREATE_ADDON or UPDATE_ADDON permission can cause the server to send requests from inside its network boundary, use integration event status as a blind probing oracle, forward Authorization, customHeaders, or DD-API-KEY values to an attacker-observed host, and deliver the feature-event JSON body to internal services. This issue is fixed in versions 7.5.2, 7.6.5, and 8.0.2. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-108522 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability was found in Studio-Saelix Sencho up to 0.94.1. This affects an unknown part of the file /api/auth/login of the component Login Endpoint. Performing a manipulation of the argument X-Forwarded-For results in improper authentication. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The patch is named 79b86ddcd4aefdd6941f098e35990ab397b13c72. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The vendor confirms: "The login limiter relied on client-supplied X-Forwarded-For data without an explicit trusted-proxy boundary, allowing an attacker to rotate the apparent client address. The remediation now ignores forwarding headers by default, accepts them only from explicitly configured proxy CIDRs, and adds a separate failed-attempt limit keyed by normalized account identity." 14 Oct
CVE-2026-12330 5.4 medium 0.00% mozilla, firefox, thunderbird Incorrect boundary conditions in the Internationalization component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 140.12, Firefox ESR 115.37, and Thunderbird 140.12. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-59992 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Tina is a headless content management system. Prior to next-tinacms-s3 23.0.4, next-tinacms-dos 23.0.4, next-tinacms-azure 14.0.4, and next-tinacms-cloudinary 26.0.4, the first-party production media adapters pass attacker-controlled object keys to storage SDK upload and delete operations without enforcing the operator's configured mediaRoot. In packages/next-tinacms-s3/src/handlers.ts, createMediaHandler accepts req.query.key for a signed PutObject URL and the DELETE path uses req.query.media as the DeleteObjectCommand key. The same missing key-boundary check exists in packages/next-tinacms-dos/src/handlers.ts, packages/next-tinacms-azure/src/handlers.ts, and packages/next-tinacms-cloudinary/src/handlers.ts. An authenticated CMS editor can therefore create or delete objects anywhere the deployment's storage credential can reach, including other tenants' or non-media objects. These issues are fixed in next-tinacms-s3 23.0.4, next-tinacms-dos 23.0.4, next-tinacms-azure 14.0.4, and next-tinacms-cloudinary 26.0.4. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-106463 5.4 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, backstage\/plugin-catalog-backend-module-gitlab, backstage Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.8.7, the @backstage/plugin-catalog-backend-module-gitlab package is affected by improper authorization in gitlab organizational user ingestion. Deployments that enable GitLab organization event ingestion and rely on scoped catalog users as an access boundary may admit an unintended catalog identity. Depending on sign-in and permission configuration, this may allow unauthorized access with the permissions of a standard authenticated user. This issue is fixed in version 0.8.7. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-109731 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Incorrect boundary conditions in the Graphics: Canvas2D component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158, Firefox ESR 153.5, Thunderbird 158, and Thunderbird 153.5. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-70396 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Gitea's organization repository-creation API requires write:organization but omits the write:repository token scope enforced by other repository-creation routes. A personal access token or OAuth application token without repository-write scope can therefore create organization-owned repositories if the authorizing user has permission to do so. This bypasses the token's delegated scope boundary while remaining subject to the user's organization permissions. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-109714 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Incorrect boundary conditions in the Layout component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 158 and Thunderbird 158. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-116677 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet OpenWISP Controller is a network and WiFi controller for provisioning, configuration management, updates, and PKI management. From 1.0.0 until 1.3.2, the GET /api/v1/controller/ca/<integer-id>/crl endpoint allows an authenticated organization manager with CA view permission to retrieve another organization's certificate revocation list by requesting its sequential CA identifier. CrlDownloadView.retrieve resolves the CA directly instead of using the organization-scoped object retrieval enforced by FilterByOrganizationManaged, bypassing the endpoint's intended authorization boundary. The response can disclose CA issuer information and revoked certificate serial numbers, but it does not expose CA private keys or allow modification. This issue is fixed in version 1.3.2. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-32147 5.3 medium 0.00% erlang, erlang\/otp, erlang\/ssh Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Erlang OTP ssh (ssh_sftpd module) allows an authenticated SFTP user to modify file attributes outside the configured chroot directory. The SFTP daemon (ssh_sftpd) stores the raw, user-supplied path in file handles instead of the chroot-resolved path. When SSH_FXP_FSETSTAT is issued on such a handle, file attributes (permissions, ownership, timestamps) are modified on the real filesystem path, bypassing the root directory boundary entirely. Any authenticated SFTP user on a server configured with the root option can modify file attributes of files outside the intended chroot boundary. The prerequisite is that a target file must exist on the real filesystem at the same relative path. Note that this vulnerability only allows modification of file attributes; file contents cannot be read or altered through this attack vector. If the SSH daemon runs as root, this enables direct privilege escalation: an attacker can set the setuid bit on any binary, change ownership of sensitive files, or make system configuration world-writable. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/ssh/src/ssh_sftpd.erl and program routines ssh_sftpd:do_open/4 and ssh_sftpd:handle_op/4. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 28.4.3, OTP 27.3.4.11 and OTP 26.2.5.20, corresponding to ssh from 3.0.1 before 5.5.3, 5.2.11.7 and 5.1.4.15. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-6829 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet nesquena hermes-webui contains a trust-boundary failure vulnerability that allows authenticated attackers to set or change a session workspace to an arbitrary existing directory on disk by manipulating workspace path parameters in endpoints such as /api/session/new, /api/session/update, /api/chat/start, and /api/workspaces/add. Attackers can repoint a session workspace to a directory outside the intended trusted root and then use ordinary file read and write APIs to access or modify files outside the intended workspace boundary within the permissions of the hermes-webui process. CVE-2026-40347 5.3 medium 0.00% fastapiexpert, python-multipart Python-Multipart is a streaming multipart parser for Python. Versions prior to 0.0.26 have a denial of service vulnerability when parsing crafted `multipart/form-data` requests with large preamble or epilogue sections. Upgrade to version 0.0.26 or later, which skips ahead to the next boundary candidate when processing leading CR/LF data and immediately discards epilogue data after the closing boundary. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-6775 5.3 medium 0.00% mozilla, firefox, thunderbird Incorrect boundary conditions in the WebRTC component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150 and Thunderbird 150. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-6783 5.3 medium 0.00% mozilla, firefox, thunderbird Incorrect boundary conditions, integer overflow in the Audio/Video: Playback component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 150 and Thunderbird 150. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-41495 5.3 medium 0.00% n8n-mcp n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations. Prior to version 2.47.11, when n8n-mcp runs in HTTP transport mode, incoming requests to the POST /mcp endpoint had their request metadata written to server logs regardless of the authentication outcome. In deployments where logs are collected, forwarded to external systems, or viewable outside the request trust boundary (shared log storage, SIEM pipelines, support/ops access), this can result in disclosure of: bearer tokens from the Authorization header, per-tenant API keys from the, x-n8n-key header in multi-tenant setups, JSON-RPC request payloads sent to the MCP endpoint. Access control itself was not bypassed — unauthenticated requests were correctly rejected with 401 Unauthorized — but sensitive values from those rejected requests could still be persisted in logs. This issue has been patched in version 2.47.11. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-6729 5.3 medium 0.00% hkuds, openharness HKUDS OpenHarness prior to PR #159 remediation contains a session key derivation vulnerability that allows authenticated participants in shared chats or threads to hijack other users' sessions by exploiting a shared ohmo session key that lacks sender identity verification. Attackers can reuse another user's conversation state and replace or interrupt their active tasks by colliding into the same session boundary through the shared chat or thread scope. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-12050 5.3 medium 0.00% pgadmin, pgadmin_4 SQL injection in pgAdmin 4's named restore point endpoint (POST /browser/server/restore_point/{gid}/{sid}). The user-supplied 'value' field was interpolated directly into the SQL string with str.format() instead of being passed as a bound parameter, allowing an authenticated pgAdmin user with a connected PostgreSQL session to inject additional statements through that endpoint. The injected SQL executes under the database role the user is already authenticated as. The defect does not cross a privilege boundary -- the user already has direct SQL access to that role through the Query Tool -- so the attacker gains no capability beyond what their database role already grants them. The marginal impact accounts for the fact that the injection path is not the documented SQL-execution interface, so a deployment that gates the Query Tool at the application layer could see SQL executed through a path it did not anticipate. Fix passes the restore point name as a bound parameter and schema-qualifies the function call as pg_catalog.pg_create_restore_point so a non-default search_path on the connection cannot redirect the call to a shadow definition. A regression test asserts the value arrives as a bound parameter and not spliced into the SQL string. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: from 1.0 before 9.16. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-54282 5.3 medium 0.00% encode, starlette Starlette is a lightweight ASGI framework/toolkit. Prior to 1.3.0, the HTTP request path is not validated before being used to reconstruct request.url. Because request.url is rebuilt by concatenating {scheme}://{host}{path} and re-parsing the result, a path that does not begin with / (for example @google.com) moves the authority boundary during re-parsing, so request.url.hostname and request.url.netloc become attacker-controlled. Code that reads request.url.hostname (rather than the Host header or scope) can therefore be misled into trusting an attacker-supplied host. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.3.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-56778 5.3 medium 0.00% n8n n8n before 2.25.7 and 2.26.x before 2.26.2 contains an authorization bypass in the Public API execution retry endpoint, which authorizes access using the workflow:read scope instead of workflow:execute. An authenticated user with read-only access to a shared workflow can use the Public API to retry executions of that workflow, bypassing the intended permission boundary between read and execute access. This affects instances where workflows are shared with other users or across projects. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-10657 5.3 medium 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr Zephyr's DNS resolver detects mDNS (.local) queries in dns_resolve_name_internal() (subsys/net/lib/dns/resolve.c) with memcmp(strrchr(query, '.'), ".local", 7), which always reads a fixed 7 bytes from the suffix pointer. When the resolved hostname's final label is shorter than 7 bytes (e.g. names ending in .org, .com, .net, .io, or a trailing dot), the comparison reads 1-2 bytes past the string's NUL terminator. The hostname (query) is the caller-supplied name passed through the standard getaddrinfo()/dns_get_addr_info()/dns_resolve_name() path and is influenceable by operators or remote inputs (server names from configuration, parsed URLs, or app-facing interfaces). On a tightly-sized buffer with no slack (for example a userspace getaddrinfo call where the hostname is copied with k_usermode_string_alloc_copy to exactly strlen+1 bytes), the over-read crosses the allocation boundary; if that boundary is unmapped (guard page, memory-domain boundary under MPU, or an address sanitizer) the over-read faults, causing a denial of service. The over-read bytes are never returned, so there is no information disclosure. The flaw is compiled only when CONFIG_MDNS_RESOLVER is enabled, exists since v1.10.0, and is fixed by replacing the fixed-length memcmp with a NUL-safe strcmp(ptr, ".local"). Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-56252 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Capgo before 12.128.2 contains a scope isolation vulnerability in the POST /webhooks/test endpoint that allows app-scoped API keys to invoke org-scoped webhook operations. Attackers with app-scoped credentials can trigger signed outbound webhook deliveries for arbitrary organization webhooks outside their declared app boundary, bypassing the limited_to_apps authorization check. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-55639 5.3 medium 0.00% neutrinolabs, xrdp xrdp is an open source RDP server. Versions 0.10.6 and prior contain a vulnerability concerning the parsing of Client Security Data within the Client MCS Connect Initial PDU with GCC Conference Create Request during the connection sequence. During the initial capability and security negotiation phase, the parser fails to perform sufficient length validation for the incoming data block. A remote, unauthenticated attacker could potentially exploit this flaw by sending a specially crafted RDP packet containing malformed data. Due to missing bounds checks, the xrdp process may read a small number of bytes beyond the declared data block boundary, potentially disclosing process memory contents that could be combined with other vulnerabilities. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6.1. 24 Oct
