CVE-2026-68294 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: qrtr: restrict socket creation to the initial network namespace QRTR keeps its entire port and node state in module-global variables that are not partitioned per network namespace: qrtr_local_nid is a single global node id (always 1) and qrtr_ports is a single global xarray. qrtr_port_lookup() and qrtr_local_enqueue() operate on that global state with no network-namespace check, and qrtr_create() places no restriction on the namespace a socket is created in. As a result an unprivileged process that creates an AF_QIPCRTR socket in a separate network namespace, e.g. via unshare(CLONE_NEWUSER | CLONE_NEWNET), can send QRTR datagrams - including control-plane messages such as QRTR_TYPE_NEW_SERVER - to QRTR sockets owned by another namespace, and vice versa. The receiving socket sees such a message as coming from node id 1, indistinguishable from a legitimate local client, breaking the isolation that network namespaces are expected to provide. QRTR is a transport to global hardware endpoints (the modem and other remote processors) and has no per-namespace semantics; its in-kernel name service already creates its socket in init_net only. Confine the socket family to the initial network namespace, as other non-namespace-aware socket families do (see llc_ui_create() and the ieee802154 socket code). 19 Oct
CVE-2026-68142 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: geneve: require CAP_NET_ADMIN in the device netns for changelink A tunnel changelink() operates on at most two netns, dev_net(dev) and the sticky underlay netns geneve->net. They differ once the device is created in or moved to a netns other than the one the request runs in. The rtnl changelink path checks CAP_NET_ADMIN only against dev_net(dev), so a caller privileged there but not in geneve->net can rewrite a geneve device whose underlay lives in geneve->net. geneve_changelink() applies the new configuration against geneve->net: geneve_link_config() and the geneve_quiesce()/geneve_unquiesce() pair reopen the underlay sockets in that netns (geneve_sock_add() uses geneve->net), so the same reasoning as the tunnel changelink series applies here. Gate geneve_changelink() with rtnl_dev_link_net_capable(), at the top of the op before any attribute is parsed, matching ipgre_changelink() and the rest of the "require CAP_NET_ADMIN in the device netns for changelink" series. Found by 0sec automated security-research tooling (https://0sec.ai). 19 Oct
CVE-2026-68140 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/iucv: fix use-after-free of a severed iucv_path af_iucv queues not-yet-received message notifications on iucv->message_q, each holding a raw pointer to the connection's iucv_path. When the peer severs the connection, iucv_sever_path() frees that path with iucv_path_free() but leaves the notifications queued. A later recvmsg() drains message_q via iucv_process_message_q() and hands the stale path to message_receive() -- a use-after-free of the freed iucv_path. Drop the queued notifications when the path is severed; once the path is gone they can no longer be received. This also frees the notifications leaked when a socket is closed with messages still queued. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-64554 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: bridge: fix stale prevhdr pointer in br_ip6_fragment() br_ip6_fragment() gets prevhdr, a pointer into the skb head, from ip6_find_1stfragopt(), then calls skb_checksum_help(). For a cloned skb skb_checksum_help() reallocates the head via pskb_expand_head(), leaving prevhdr dangling. It is later dereferenced in ip6_frag_next(), causing a use-after-free write. Save prevhdr's offset before skb_checksum_help() and recompute it after, like commit ef0efcd3bd3f ("ipv6: Fix dangling pointer when ipv6 fragment"). CVE-2026-53275 8.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: mcast: Fix use-after-free when processing MLD queries When processing an MLD query, a pointer to the multicast group address is retrieved when initially parsing the packet. This pointer is later dereferenced without being reloaded despite the fact that the skb header might have been reallocated following the pskb_may_pull() calls, leading to a use-after-free [1]. Fix by copying the multicast group address when the packet is initially parsed. Commit 61220ab34948 ("vti6: Enable namespace changing") dropped NETIF_F_NETNS_LOCAL from vti6 devices. A vti6 tunnel can then move through IFLA_NET_NS_FD. After the move dev_net(dev) points at the new netns while t->net stays at the creation netns. vti6_changelink() and vti6_update() still use dev_net(dev) and dev_net(t->dev). They unlink from one per netns hash and relink into another. The creation netns is left with a stale entry. cleanup_net() of that netns later walks freed memory. Reachable from an unprivileged user namespace (unshare --user --map-root-user --net). Cross tenant scope on container hosts. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53232 8.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: phy: clean the sfp upstream if phy probing fails Sashiko reported that we don't call sfp_bus_del_upstream() in the probe failure path, so let's add it, otherwise the sfp-bus is left with a dangling 'upstream' field, that may be used later on during SFP events. This issue existed before the generic phylib sfp support, back when drivers were calling phy_sfp_probe themselves. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-31570 8.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: can: gw: fix OOB heap access in cgw_csum_crc8_rel() cgw_csum_crc8_rel() correctly computes bounds-safe indices via calc_idx(): int from = calc_idx(crc8->from_idx, cf->len); int to = calc_idx(crc8->to_idx, cf->len); int res = calc_idx(crc8->result_idx, cf->len); if (from < 0 || to < 0 || res < 0) return; However, the loop and the result write then use the raw s8 fields directly instead of the computed variables: for (i = crc8->from_idx; ...) /* BUG: raw negative index */ cf->data[crc8->result_idx] = ...; /* BUG: raw negative index */ With from_idx = to_idx = result_idx = -64 on a 64-byte CAN FD frame, calc_idx(-64, 64) = 0 so the guard passes, but the loop iterates with i = -64, reading cf->data[-64], and the write goes to cf->data[-64]. This write might end up to 56 (7.0-rc) or 40 (<= 6.19) bytes before the start of the canfd_frame on the heap. The companion function cgw_csum_xor_rel() uses `from`/`to`/`res` correctly throughout; fix cgw_csum_crc8_rel() to match. CVE-2026-97957 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: hinic: fix mailbox segment buffer overflow check_mbox_seq_id_and_seg_len() validates that seq_id does not exceed SEQ_ID_MAX_VAL (42) and seg_len does not exceed MBOX_SEG_LEN (48). However, this allows the last segment (seq_id=42) to carry a full 48-byte payload, writing to offset 42*48=2016 for 48 bytes (ending at byte 2064). The receive buffer is only MBOX_MAX_BUF_SZ (2048) bytes, resulting in a 16-byte heap buffer overflow. The hinic3 driver already handles this correctly by defining MBOX_LAST_SEG_MAX_LEN and rejecting the last segment when it exceeds the remaining buffer space. Apply the same fix to the hinic driver. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89951 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: batman-adv: fix stale receive device on merged fragments Fragment reassembly reuses the skb from the highest-numbered buffered fragment as the merged packet. When that fragment was received on a hard interface which is deleted before the chain completes, the merged skb can re-enter the receive path with a stale skb->dev and skb_iif. batadv_batman_skb_recv() passes such merged packets through the normal receive handlers again. DAT and bridge loop avoidance both derive the ARP header length from skb->dev, so they can dereference the freed net_device before the packet reaches the local mesh interface. Refresh the receive device metadata from the current receive device before running the packet handlers. This keeps internally reinjected merged fragments consistent with the normal receive path after hard interface teardown. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-80989 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: thunderbolt: Mark the connection down when bringing it up fails Every failure path in tbnet_connected_work() undoes its own work and returns without clearing login_sent, so the connection still looks established. The next tbnet_tear_down() therefore takes its main branch and repeats a teardown that already happened: it stops rings that are already stopped, which is a dev_WARN() and fatal under panic_on_warn, and it releases net->remote_transmit_path even on the HopID mismatch path, where this connection never owned that id, silently freeing one that someone else is still using. Clear login_sent on those paths. That is enough for tbnet_tear_down() to leave the unwound state alone, and login_received has to stay set: it records that the peer has logged in and carries the transmit path it gave us, which nothing on this side can make the peer send again. Two things change beyond keeping the teardown out of the way: the logout request in that block is no longer sent, and the peer's next login request now re-queues our login work rather than connected_work, giving the connection a fresh login instead of a retry on stale state. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-80914 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: ISO: fix use-after-free of listener socket in iso_conn_ready iso_conn_ready() looks up the BIS listener socket with iso_get_sock(), which takes a reference, and then, without re-checking its state, creates a child socket from it: parent = iso_get_sock(hdev, ...); if (!parent) return; lock_sock(parent); sk = iso_sock_alloc(sock_net(parent), NULL, BTPROTO_ISO, ...); ... iso_chan_add(conn, sk, parent); ... release_sock(parent); sock_put(parent); If the listener socket is closed concurrently, between iso_get_sock() and lock_sock(), the reference taken by iso_get_sock() may be the last one: the close path drops the link-list reference, and once iso_conn_ready() drops its own reference at the end of the function the socket is freed. The child socket, however, is already linked to the freed parent, and a later disconnect of the child runs iso_chan_del() -> bt_accept_unlink(), which dereferences the dangling parent pointer into the freed accept queue (a use-after-free). The same dangling pointer is also dereferenced through parent->***() in iso_chan_del(). Fix it the same way the connected (non-BIS) path was fixed in commit 0d255e63fcf3 ("Bluetooth: ISO: hold sk properly in iso_conn_ready"): after taking the socket lock, re-check that the parent is still a listening, alive socket, and bail out otherwise. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-74629 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/dibs: Correct freeing of dmb_clientid_arr A dibs device interrupt handler can be active after dibs_dev_del() and may still access dmb_clientid_arr. (UAF) In case of a failure in dibs_dev_add() being called by dibs_lo_dev_probe() dmb_clientid_arr is freed twice (double free). Free dmb_clientid_arr in dibs_dev_release() after last reference is gone. Note that allocating in dibs_dev_add() instead of dibs_dev_alloc() is ok for now, because no dmbs can be registered before dibs_dev_add(). 16 Oct
CVE-2026-74413 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: rtw89: fix wrong pci_get_drvdata type in AER handlers rtw89 stores an ieee80211_hw pointer via pci_set_drvdata() at probe time, but io_error_detected() and io_resume() retrieve it as a net_device pointer. This causes netif_device_detach/attach to operate on an ieee80211_hw struct, reading and writing at wrong offsets. The adjacent io_slot_reset() already does it correctly. Use ieee80211_stop_queues/wake_queues instead, consistent with every other queue stop/start path in the driver. Tested on RTL8852CE by calling the handlers from a test module before and after the fix. 16 Oct

CVE-2026-72157 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: thunderbolt: Fix frags[] overflow by bounding frame_count tbnet_poll() assembles a multi-frame ThunderboltIP packet into one skb. The first frame goes into the skb linear area and every further frame is added as a page fragment. skb_add_rx_frag(skb, skb_shinfo(skb)->nr_frags, page, hdr_size, frame_size, TBNET_RX_PAGE_SIZE - hdr_size); A packet of frame_count frames therefore ends up with frame_count - 1 fragments. tbnet_check_frame() only bounds the peer supplied frame_count to TBNET_RING_SIZE / 4 (64), which is far above MAX_SKB_FRAGS (17 by default). A peer that sends a packet of 19 or more small frames pushes nr_frags past MAX_SKB_FRAGS, so skb_add_rx_frag() writes past skb_shinfo()->frags[] and corrupts memory after the shared info. Tighten the start of packet bound to MAX_SKB_FRAGS + 1 so a packet can never produce more fragments than frags[] can hold. This matches the recent skb frags overflow fixes in other receive paths, for example f0813bcd2d9d ("net: wwan: t7xx: fix potential skb->frags overflow in RX path") and 600dc40554dc ("net: usb: cdc-phonet: fix skb frags[] overflow in rx_complete()"). 16 Oct

They differ once the device is created in or moved to a netns other than the one the request runs in. CVE-2026-5068 8.8 high 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr A remote, unauthenticated BLE peer can trigger a 2-byte out-of-bounds write in the Bluetooth host during L2CAP LE CoC SDU reassembly. When the application enables segmentation (via chan_ops.alloc_buf) and the chosen RX pool has a user_data_size smaller than 2 bytes, the segmentation counter stored in the net_buf user_data area is written out of bounds in l2cap_chan_le_recv_seg (subsys/bluetooth/host/l2cap.c). The observed effects are an AddressSanitizer abort and, without ASan, heap corruption / fatal error. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-5066 8.8 high 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr A potential out-of-bounds write/read exists in the TLS socket connect path of the network sockets subsystem (subsys/net/lib/sockets/sockets_tls.c). When the TLS session cache is enabled, tls_session_store() and tls_session_restore() memcpy the caller-supplied address into a fixed-size buffer using the caller-controlled addrlen value without validating it against the destination size. struct net_sockaddr is an opaque type, so an application can pass an addrlen larger than sizeof(struct net_sockaddr) (for example 128 bytes into a 24-byte stack buffer), causing the memcpy to read and write past the end of the address memory used by the TLS session cache. This out-of-bounds write can lead to a crash and denial of service, and potentially to arbitrary code execution. 15 Oct

CVE-2023-53822 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: Ignore frags from uninitialized peer in dp. When max virtual ap interfaces are configured in all the bands with ACS and hostapd restart is done every 60s, a crash is observed at random times. In this certain scenario, a fragmented packet is received for self peer, for which rx_tid and rx_frags are not initialized in datapath. While handling this fragment, crash is observed as the rx_frag list is uninitialised and when we walk in ath11k_dp_rx_h_sort_frags, skb null leads to exception. To address this, before processing received fragments we check dp_setup_done flag is set to ensure that peer has completed its dp peer setup for fragment queue, else ignore processing the fragments. CVE-2023-53785 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mt76: mt7921: don't assume adequate headroom for SDIO headers mt7921_usb_sdio_tx_prepare_skb() calls mt7921_usb_sdio_write_txwi() and mt7921_skb_add_usb_sdio_hdr(), both of which blindly assume that adequate headroom will be available in the passed skb. This assumption typically is satisfied when the skb was allocated in the net core for transmission via the mt7921 netdev (although even that is only an optimization and is not strictly guaranteed), but the assumption is sometimes not satisfied when the skb originated in the receive path of another netdev and was passed through to the mt7921, such as by the bridge layer. Blindly prepending bytes to an skb is always wrong. This commit introduces a call to skb_cow_head() before the call to mt7921_usb_sdio_write_txwi() in mt7921_usb_sdio_tx_prepare_skb() to ensure that at least MT_SDIO_TXD_SIZE + MT_SDIO_HDR_SIZE bytes can be pushed onto the skb. Without this fix, I can trivially cause kernel panics by bridging an MT7921AU-based USB 802.11ax interface with an Ethernet interface on an Intel Atom-based x86 system using its onboard RTL8169 PCI Ethernet adapter and also on an ARM-based Raspberry Pi 1 using its onboard SMSC9512 USB Ethernet adapter. Note that the panics do not occur in every system configuration, as they occur only if the receiving netdev leaves less headroom in its received skbs than the mt7921 needs for its SDIO headers. Here is an example stack trace of this panic on Raspberry Pi OS Lite 2023-02-21 running kernel 6.1.24+ [1]: skb_panic from skb_push+0x44/0x48 skb_push from mt7921_usb_sdio_tx_prepare_skb+0xd4/0x190 [mt7921_common] mt7921_usb_sdio_tx_prepare_skb [mt7921_common] from mt76u_tx_queue_skb+0x94/0x1d0 [mt76_usb] mt76u_tx_queue_skb [mt76_usb] from __mt76_tx_queue_skb+0x4c/0xc8 [mt76] __mt76_tx_queue_skb [mt76] from mt76_txq_schedule.part.0+0x13c/0x398 [mt76] mt76_txq_schedule.part.0 [mt76] from mt76_txq_schedule_all+0x24/0x30 [mt76] mt76_txq_schedule_all [mt76] from mt7921_tx_worker+0x58/0xf4 [mt7921_common] mt7921_tx_worker [mt7921_common] from __mt76_worker_fn+0x9c/0xec [mt76] __mt76_worker_fn [mt76] from kthread+0xbc/0xe0 kthread from ret_from_fork+0x14/0x34 After this fix, bridging the mt7921 interface works fine on both of my previously problematic systems. The setup path has not: commit ff7cd07f3064 ("net: thunderbolt: Enable DMA paths only after rings are enabled") moved the path enable to the end of tbnet_connected_work() and documented why: /* Both logins successful so enable the rings, high-speed DMA * paths and start the network device queue. * * Note we enable the DMA paths last to make sure we have primed * the Rx ring before any incoming packets are allowed to * arrive. */ Teardown was never updated to match, so the rings and the paths now come down in the same order they go up instead of in reverse. On an ASMedia ASM4242 host router the 'pending' bit then never clears: every teardown burns the full 500 ms timeout and __tb_path_deactivate_hop() returns -ETIMEDOUT. Raising the timeout to 5 s does not help, so the hop is not slow to drain, it never drains at all. The failure is invisible above the thunderbolt core. __tb_path_deactivate_hops() is void and only calls tb_port_warn(); tb_path_deactivate(), tb_tunnel_deactivate() and __tb_disconnect_xdomain_paths() are void as well, and tb_disconnect_xdomain_paths() ends in an unconditional "return 0". So tb_xdomain_disable_paths() reports success and the netdev_warn() below it never fires. Repeated teardowns eventually take the XDomain control channel down, after which the peer node is gone and only a power cycle brings the controller back. Deactivating the paths first fixes it. Measured with kretprobes on a stock v6.17 tree with no other patches applied, on a link that was up and had just carried traffic: before: __tb_path_deactivate_hop() returns 0 for the first hop, then -ETIMEDOUT for the second 500335 us later after: 0 for both, 525 us apart Alternating the two orderings ABBA over three load levels, four teardowns per arm: every teardown failed before the change (21 of 21 that ran), none failed after (0 of 24). The before arms ran short because the link died partway through. The same split shows up when the interface is enslaved to a bond instead of just brought down, which is how I ran into this in the first place. Throughput and latency after the change are unchanged. Hosts whose routers drain the hop despite the stale descriptor base see no functional difference, since the paths end up deactivated either way. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-115793 8.7 high 0.00% rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 does not release the RPC session allocated for an RPC request that names an unknown interface or object UUID, and does not start a timeout for it. Repeated requests with different activity UUIDs exhaust the available sessions. Once they are exhausted the device no longer answers new RPC requests, including Endpoint Mapper Lookup and Connect, until it is restarted. A remote unauthenticated attacker can use this to cause a denial of service. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-111736 8.7 high 0.00% rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 dereferences a NULL AR pointer in pf_fspm_cm_read_ind() when handling an implicit read request without a valid target AR UUID for a user specific record index, if the application has registered a read callback. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send such a request to crash the device (denial of service). Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-112200 8.7 high 0.00% rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 does not release the Application Relationship (AR) and the RPC session when an RPC request is rejected because its data representation has incorrect endianness. The session and its AR remain allocated, so repeated requests exhaust the available sessions. Once they are exhausted the device no longer answers new RPC requests, including Connect, until it is restarted. A remote unauthenticated attacker can use this to cause a denial of service. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-111733 8.7 high 0.00% rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 dereferences a NULL AR pointer when handling an implicit read request without a valid target AR UUID for a record index that requires an AR (AR specific indices 0xE000-0xEFFF, and the expected identification data of a slot or subslot). A remote unauthenticated attacker can send such a request to crash the device (denial of service). Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-111731 8.7 high 0.00% rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 enters an infinite loop when handling a read request for the PDPortDataCheck record with subslot 0 (whole module). The loop over the ports never advanced to the next port, so the request never completes and the device stops responding. A remote unauthenticated attacker can use this to cause a denial of service. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-103600 8.7 high 0.00% bouncycastle, bc-csharp Uncontrolled recursion in the ASN.1 parser (Asn1InputStream, Asn1StreamParser) in Legion of the Bouncy Castle Inc. bc-csharp before 2.7.0 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service via a crafted ASN.1 encoding of deeply nested constructed elements (for example SEQUENCE inside SEQUENCE, in definite-length DER or indefinite-length BER form), because each nesting level is parsed by a further recursive call with no bound on depth. About 2,000 levels (8 KB of DER) are enough to exhaust a 1.5 MB thread stack, the .NET main-thread default on Windows, and raise a StackOverflowException, which .NET cannot catch and which terminates the whole process; on threads with larger stacks, parse time instead grows quadratically with depth (about 9 seconds of CPU for a 64 KB input). Any path that parses untrusted ASN.1 is exposed, including X.509 certificates and CRLs, CMS/PKCS#7, PKCS#8/PKCS#12, OCSP and TLS Certificate messages. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-7489 8.7 high 0.00% sun.net, ehrd_ctms CTMS developed by Sunnet has a SQL Injection vulnerability, allowing authenticated remote attackers to inject arbitrary SQL commands to read, modify, and delete database contents. Mon 26 Oct

CVE-2026-105299 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet Summary Before version 0.9.0, the HTTP/1 upstream path in pingora-proxy passed the downstream request through upstream_request_filter and wrote it to the upstream without removing the client's Connection header, other hop-by-hop headers, or the headers Connection nominated, although RFC 9110 Section 7.6.1 requires intermediaries to remove them. The HTTP/2 upstream path already removed Connection and related HTTP/1-specific headers. A client could therefore nominate a header that the application adds in upstream_request_filter (for example, Connection: keep-alive, X-Forwarded-For). A downstream HTTP/1 intermediary that honors Connection would then strip the Pingora-added header before it reached the origin. Impact Specifically affects chained deployments where an HTTP/1 intermediary between Pingora and the origin processes Connection nominations (for example, Go's net/http/httputil.ReverseProxy) and the origin trusts headers added by that intermediary (for example, X-Forwarded-For for IP-based authorization). A remote, unauthenticated attacker can have those headers removed, potentially bypassing authorization. The reporter demonstrated access to an IP-restricted endpoint using X-Forwarded-For for IP validation on the origin. This is the same class of issue as CVE-2022-31813 in Apache HTTP Server. Note that Cloudflare CDN customers were unaffected, as no such chained deployment as described above exists with internal Pingora services, and Connection headers are sanitized before arriving at Pingora gateways. Mitigation: * Upgrade to pingora 0.9.0 or later. By default, Pingora now removes hop-by-hop and Connection-nominated headers from upstream requests, and rejects requests whose Connection header nominates Host, X-Forwarded-For, X-Forwarded-Host, X-Forwarded-Proto, or a pseudo-header. This is controlled by PeerOptions::http_upstream_request_policy (HttpUpstreamRequestPolicy). Fix commits: https://github.com/cloudflare/pingora/commit/28c18e6b6b04dd0bd937234e5950049e6d74cded , https://github.com/cloudflare/pingora/commit/ca23f1668eca8e78be7ba62ef0edbd458b40eeee * Do not use HttpUpstreamRequestPolicy::preserve() if the origin relies on headers added by Pingora; it restores the old passthrough behavior. * If you cannot upgrade: in upstream_request_filter, remove the Connection header and every header it nominates before adding trusted headers. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-53230 8.7 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5: Fix slab-out-of-bounds in mlx5_query_nic_vport_mac_list mlx5_query_nic_vport_mac_list() sizes its firmware command buffer using the PF's log_max_current_uc/mc_list capabilities. This could allow an attacker who can manipulate the ticket response to write arbitrary files outside the intended download directory and, when overwriting is enabled, replace existing files accessible to the application. 16 Oct
CVE-2025-54459 8.7 high 0.00% vertikalsystems, hospital_manager_backend_services Prior to September 19, 2025, the Hospital Manager Backend Services exposed the ASP.NET tracing endpoint /trace.axd without authentication, allowing a remote attacker to obtain live request traces and sensitive information such as request metadata, session identifiers, authorization headers, server variables, and internal file paths. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-63346 8.6 high — christianhelle, refitter Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library. Prior to 2.1.2, the header parameter name in `parameters[].name` with `in: header` is emitted verbatim into a Refit `[Header("<name>")]` attribute string without escaping quotation marks. An attacker-influenced OpenAPI description can pass default validation without `--skip-validation` and break out from the parameter-list position by closing the parameter and method syntax, attribute, interface, and namespace. The generated file can remain valid C# while containing a top-level file class with a `[ModuleInitializer]` method, which executes attacker code when the compiled assembly is loaded at application startup, even if the client is never called. Query `AliasAs` and enum/default value sinks are escaped; this flaw is in header-name attribute-string emission. The behavior was verified with Refitter 2.0.0 and .NET 8. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.2. Fri 30 Oct
CVE-2026-63344 8.6 high — christianhelle, refitter Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library. Prior to 2.1.2, content-type keys in the content maps of `requestBody/responses` are emitted verbatim into a Refit `[Headers("Accept: <ct>", "Content-Type: <ct>")]` attribute string without escaping quotation marks. A crafted content-type key in an attacker-influenced OpenAPI description survives default validation without `--skip-validation`, breaks out of the attribute string and enclosing interface and namespace, and can introduce a top-level file class while leaving valid generated C#. A `[ModuleInitializer]` method in that class executes attacker code when the generated assembly is loaded at application startup, without requiring a call to the client. The behavior was verified with Refitter 2.0.0 and .NET 8. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.2. Fri 30 Oct
CVE-2026-63345 8.6 high — christianhelle, refitter Refitter is a tool for generating a C# REST API client using the Refit library. Prior to 2.1.2, OpenAPI `paths`-object keys are emitted verbatim into Refit route attributes such as `[Get("<path>")]` without escaping quotation marks or restricting characters. An attacker-influenced single-line, slash-prefixed path survives default validation without `--skip-validation` and can close the attribute string, interface, and namespace while introducing a top-level file class and reopening the generated structure to keep valid C#. A `[ModuleInitializer]` method executes attacker code when an application compiles and loads the generated assembly at startup, even without calling the generated client. The enum and default value sinks are escaped and are not the vulnerable path-emission sink. The behavior was verified on Refitter 2.0.0 with .NET 8. This issue is fixed in version 2.1.2. Fri 30 Oct
CVE-2026-7490 8.6 high 0.00% sun.net, ehrd_cpas, ehrd_ctms CTMS and CPAS developed by Sunnet has an Arbitrary File Upload vulnerability, allowing privileged remote attackers to upload and execute web shell backdoors, thereby enabling arbitrary code execution on the server. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47139 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet vm2 is an open source vm/sandbox for Node.js. Prior to version 3.11.4, NodeVM supports excluding public network builtins from the wildcard builtin option. With this configuration direct access to http, https, http2, net, dgram, tls, dns, and dns/promises is blocked. However, Node.js also exposes underscored internal HTTP builtins such as _http_client and _http_server. These are not blocked when the public modules are excluded. Sandboxed code can use these internal builtins to make outbound HTTP requests and open listening HTTP sockets even though the public network modules are denied. This issue has been patched in version 3.11.4. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-10848 8.6 high 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The OCPP 1.6 client in subsys/net/lib/ocpp parsed inbound WAMP RPC frames in parse_rpc_msg() (subsys/net/lib/ocpp/ocpp_j.c) using a hand-rolled helper, extract_string_field(), that copied the message's uid and action fields with strncpy(out_buf, token + 1, outlen - 1) and then scanned the result with strchr(out_buf, '"'). Because strncpy does not NUL-terminate the destination when the source is at least outlen - 1 (127) bytes long, the subsequent strchr reads past the 128-byte destination buffer into adjacent stack memory; if a " byte is found beyond the buffer, a one-byte out-of-bounds NUL write also occurs. A related defect in extract_payload() runs strchr/strrchr over the receive buffer, which may not be NUL-terminated when a maximal-length frame fills it. The parsed bytes come directly from the OCPP central-system server over a websocket: the reader thread fills recv_buf via websocket_recv_msg() and calls parse_rpc_msg() on each inbound DATA frame (subsys/net/lib/ocpp/ocpp.c). A malicious or compromised central server, or an on-path attacker (OCPP is commonly deployed over plain ws://), can send an RPC frame whose uid or action field is 127+ bytes with no closing quote, triggering the out-of-bounds access. The primary impact is a remotely triggerable denial of service: the unbounded scan can fault on an unmapped page, and the stray NUL write can corrupt adjacent stack state. The over-read data is not reflected to the peer, so disclosure is limited. The feature is EXPERIMENTAL and must be explicitly enabled (CONFIG_OCPP). The fix replaces the manual parser with the bounds-respecting json_mixed_arr_parse() and copies the extracted uid with an explicitly NUL-terminated buffer, eliminating both over-reads. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-53217 8.6 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: mvpp2: sync RX data at the hardware packet offset mvpp2 programs the RX queue packet offset, so hardware writes received data at dma_addr + MVPP2_SKB_HEADROOM. The current CPU sync starts at dma_addr and only covers rx_bytes + MVPP2_MH_SIZE bytes, which syncs the unused headroom and misses the same number of bytes at the packet tail. On non-coherent DMA systems this can leave the CPU reading stale cache contents for the end of the received frame. Use dma_sync_single_range_for_cpu() with MVPP2_SKB_HEADROOM as the range offset so the sync covers the Marvell header and packet data actually written by hardware. 19 Oct
