CVE-2026-19939 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The AVDTP signalling layer arms a 6-second command timeout (AVDTP_TIMEOUT) in avdtp_send_cmd() whenever the local device issues an AVDTP request. Every response handler in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/avdtp.c cancels session->timeout_work before clearing the pending request, but bt_avdtp_l2cap_disconnected() only cleared session->req and left the delayable work armed. The struct bt_avdtp session is the first member of struct bt_a2dp, whose instances live in a static per-connection array, and a2dp_get_connection() in subsys/bluetooth/host/classic/a2dp.c wipes a slot with memset() as soon as session->br_chan.chan.conn is NULL — which the L2CAP layer arranges immediately after the disconnect callback returns. A remote Bluetooth BR/EDR peer triggers the condition by opening the AVDTP signalling channel, letting the local application issue an AVDTP procedure (the standard A2DP flow issues bt_a2dp_discover() from the connected callback), then tearing the signalling channel down without responding and re-opening it within the remaining timeout window. The reconnect reaches a2dp_accept() → a2dp_get_connection(), which zeroes the whole struct bt_a2dp while the work item's struct _timeout is still linked into the kernel's global timeout list. Both the disconnect and the reconnect instants are chosen by the attacker, so no race has to be won; an encrypted BR/EDR link is required, and CONFIG_BT_A2DP (experimental) must be enabled. With the default CONFIG_TIMEOUT_BACKEND_DLIST backend the kernel decides a timeout is inactive by testing whether its list node is linked, so after the memset() the kernel treats a node that is still on the global timeout list as free: the announce path pops a node whose links and handler pointer are NULL, and the next bt_work_reschedule() on the recycled session re-inserts the same node into a list that already contains it. The consequence is corruption of the single kernel data structure every timer, timeslice and sleep depends on — writes through zeroed or stale list pointers and a NULL handler dispatch — producing a system-wide crash or hang rather than a fault confined to the A2DP session. The fix cancels session->timeout_work at the top of bt_avdtp_l2cap_disconnected() and moves k_work_init_delayable() from avdtp_send_cmd() to the session-establishment paths bt_avdtp_connect() and bt_avdtp_l2cap_accept(), so the work item is always initialized before a disconnect callback can run. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-33978 6.1 medium 0.00% streetwriters, notesnook_mobile Notesnook is a note-taking app focused on user privacy & ease of use. Prior to version 3.3.17, a stored XSS vulnerability exists in the mobile share / web clip flow because attacker-controlled clip metadata is concatenated into HTML without escaping and then rendered with innerHTML inside the mobile share editor WebView. An attacker can control the shared title metadata (for example through Android/iOS share metadata such as TITLE / SUBJECT, or through link-preview title data) and inject HTML such as . When the victim opens the Notesnook share flow and selects Web clip, the payload is inserted into the generated HTML and executed in the mobile editor WebView. This issue has been patched in version 3.3.17. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40302 6.1 medium 0.00% netfoundry, zrok zrok is software for sharing web services, files, and network resources. Prior to version 2.0.1, the proxyUi template engine uses Go's text/template (which performs no HTML escaping) instead of html/template. The GitHub OAuth callback handlers in both publicProxy and dynamicProxy embed the attacker-controlled refreshInterval query parameter verbatim into an error message when time.ParseDuration fails, and render that error unescaped into HTML. An attacker can deliver a crafted login URL to a victim; after the victim completes the GitHub OAuth flow, the callback page executes arbitrary JavaScript in the OAuth server's origin. Version 2.0.1 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44366 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Vvveb is a powerful and easy to use CMS with page builder to build websites, blogs or ecommerce stores. Prior to 1.0.8.1, a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Vvveb CMS comment submission flow. The author field is submitted by an unauthenticated user on any public post page, stored without sanitization, and later rendered unsanitized in two distinct sinks: This vulnerability is fixed in 1.0.8.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-48520 6.1 medium 0.00% langflow Langflow is a tool for building and deploying AI-powered agents and workflows. Prior to 1.10.0, the "Shareable Playground" (or "Public Flows" in code) contains a potential arbitrary file-read vulnerability, depending on the exact flow configuration used. By making a flow public, public execution of the flow is allowed. The execution request can contain a list of files that gets read by Langflow and fed into the LLM. The files path can be any path supported by the storage - it can be either a local file or S3 path if supported by the local configuration This vulnerability is fixed in 1.10.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-54714 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Logto is the modern, open-source auth infrastructure for SaaS and AI apps. Prior to 1.41.0, @logto/core reflected the SAML RelayState, SAMLResponse, and actionUrl into a Logto-origin auto-submit HTML form in packages/core/src/saml-application/SamlApplication/utils.ts without HTML-attribute escaping. A SAML application flow with a crafted RelayState from GET or POST /api/saml/:id/authn could inject script that runs on the Logto tenant origin after the user completes login. This issue is fixed in version 1.41.0. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-55461 6.1 medium 0.00% snipeitapp, snipe-it Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to 8.6.2, the user edit flow stores url()->previous() from the attacker-controlled Referer header into Laravel’s intended URL session value and later uses redirect()->intended(...) when redirect_option=back is submitted, allowing Snipe-IT to be used as a trusted redirector after a legitimate user edit action. This issue is fixed in version 8.6.2. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-21134 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Improper authentication in Samsung Flow prior to version 4.9.22.4 allows adjacent attackers to access sensitive information. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-73563 6.1 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, backstage\/plugin-auth-backend Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 0.29.2, the experimental dynamic client registration and client ID metadata document features in the @backstage/plugin-auth-backend use full-string matcher.isMatch glob matching for auth.experimentalDynamicClientRegistration.allowedRedirectUriPatterns and the auth.experimentalClientIdMetadataDocuments allowedClientIdPatterns and allowedRedirectUriPatterns options. A hostname wildcard can match across URL component boundaries, allowing an attacker-controlled redirect URI with a trusted hostname suffix in its path to pass the allowlist and receive an OAuth authorization code after a victim completes the flow. Patterns without an explicit protocol can match unintended protocols, and redirect URIs containing embedded credentials are accepted after user information is stripped for matching. The features are experimental and disabled by default; only deployments that enable them and configure custom wildcard-hostname or protocol-less patterns are affected. This issue is first fixed in prerelease version 0.29.2. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-105846 6.1 medium 0.00% payloadcms, payload Payload is a free and open source headless content management system. In versions from 3.40.0 before 3.88.0 and canary versions before 4.0.0-canary.27, an attacker can craft a redirect URL parameter that sends a guest user to an untrusted destination after the authentication flow completes. This issue is fixed in versions 3.88.0 and 4.0.0-canary.27. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-0209 6.1 medium 0.00% wso2, identity_server A reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the account registration flow of WSO2 Identity Server due to improper output encoding. A malicious actor can exploit this vulnerability by injecting a crafted payload that is reflected in the server response, enabling the execution of arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's browser. This vulnerability could allow attackers to redirect users to malicious websites, modify the user interface, or exfiltrate data from the browser. However, session-related sensitive cookies are protected using the httpOnly flag, which mitigates the risk of session hijacking. 11 Oct
CVE-2026-56275 6.0 medium 0.00% flowiseai, flowise Flowise before 3.1.0 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the Execute Flow node that allows attackers to bypass security validation by providing intranet addresses through the base URL field. Attackers can initiate HTTP requests to internal network addresses, access cloud metadata, and enumerate internal services by exploiting the missing secureFetch verification in httpSecurity.ts. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-57029 6.0 medium 0.00% juniper, junos_os_evolved A Missing Synchronization vulnerability in the flow collector handler of Juniper Networks Junos OS Evolved on QFX Series allows an adjacent, unauthenticated attacker to cause a Denial-of-Service (DoS). When the reachability of an sFlow collector changes, the corresponding next-hop entry is updated. If this update occurs simultaneously with the sFlow thread accessing the next-hop data (which is outside the attackers control), it causes the evo-pfemand process to crash, impacting all traffic forwarding until the automatic process restart has completed. This issue affects Junos OS Evolved on QFX Series: * all 23.2 versions, * 23.4 versions before 23.4R2-S7-EVO, * 24.2 versions before 24.2R2-S5-EVO, * 24.4 versions before 24.4R2-S3-EVO, * 25.2 versions before 25.2R2-EVO. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-34956 5.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw was found in Open vSwitch. When Open vSwitch is configured with a conntrack flow using FTP helpers over the userspace datapath, a remote attacker can send a specially crafted FTP stream with an EPASV command exceeding 255 characters. This heap access error can lead to a crash, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the affected system. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45027 5.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet WeGIA is a web manager for charitable institutions. In versions prior to 3.7.3, when a user logs in, html/login.php hashes the submitted password using PHP's hash() function with the SHA-256 algorithm and no salt before comparing it to the stored value. The password change flow in controle/FuncionarioControle.php follows the same pattern. SHA-256 is a general-purpose cryptographic hash built for speed, not password storage. Without a salt, identical passwords produce identical digests, making the entire hash database vulnerable to a single precomputed rainbow table lookup. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.7.3. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-72917 5.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet AnythingLLM is an application that turns pieces of content into context that any LLM can use as references during chatting. From 1.0.0 to 1.15.0, AnythingLLM's unauthenticated account-recovery flow in server/utils/PasswordRecovery/index.js uses recoverAccount() to deduplicate the raw recoveryCodes values before trimming them, so one valid code submitted twice with different surrounding whitespace can satisfy the two-code check. Each normalized value can also match the same stored hash instead of consuming a distinct hash. An attacker who knows the target username and one recovery code can call POST /api/system/recover-account in multi-user mode, receive a password-reset token, and use POST /api/system/reset-password to take over the account, including an administrator account. 24 Oct
CVE-2024-10302 5.8 medium 0.00% wso2, api_control_plane, api_manager, identity_server The user self-signup flow in multiple WSO2 products fails to adequately validate user-supplied input. This weakness allows arbitrary unvalidated data to be included within user claims, which are then used by downstream processes. Allowing unvalidated input into user claims can lead to various security risks. Malicious or malformed data injected during signup could be processed by other parts of the application, potentially enabling attacks such as content manipulation, redirection, user interface inconsistencies, unauthorized actions, and data exposure. The actual impact depends on how the compromised data is consumed and the privileges associated with the affected users. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-53723 5.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Guzzle Services provides an implementation of the Guzzle Command library that uses Guzzle service descriptions to describe web services, serialize requests, and parse responses into easy to use model structures. Versions prior ro 1.5.4 do not safely serialize scalar XML element values containing the CDATA terminator ``. The XML request serializer writes values containing `<`, `>`, or `&` with `XMLWriter::writeCData($value)`. If attacker-controlled input contains ``, the CDATA section closes early and the remainder is interpreted as XML markup. This is an outgoing request-body integrity issue, not a response parsing issue. The attacker does not need to control the service description or schema. Users are affected when all of the following are true: the application uses `guzzlehttp/guzzle-services` to serialize outgoing requests; a request parameter or `additionalParameters` schema uses `location: xml`; the value is serialized as XML element text, not an XML attribute; the value can contain attacker-controlled, user-controlled, tenant-controlled, or otherwise untrusted input; the value is not constrained by a safe `enum`, `pattern`, or custom filter that excludes ``; and the downstream service parses the generated XML structurally and may act on unexpected, duplicated, or injected elements. Applications that serialize untrusted input into `location: xml` request parameters can emit XML containing attacker-controlled elements outside the intended text node. Depending on the receiving service, this can alter operation semantics, smuggle privileged fields, bypass modeled parameter boundaries, or create conflicting duplicated elements. Fixed service descriptions are sufficient if they contain an XML element parameter populated from attacker-controlled input. Users are not directly affected if they only use Guzzle Services to deserialize HTTP response bodies. Response XML parsing uses the response XML location visitor and does not invoke the vulnerable request XML serializer. Response bodies matter only in a second-order flow, such as parsing attacker-controlled response XML, storing or forwarding a parsed string value, and later using it as a `location: xml` request parameter. The issue is patched in `1.5.3` and later by safely splitting embedded CDATA terminators before serialization. The fix preserves the original scalar value as XML text and prevents injected nodes. As a workaround, constrain attacker-controlled XML element values with a strict `enum`, `pattern`, or custom filter that excludes ``, or avoid serializing untrusted data into `location: xml` element text until patched. Where appropriate for the service schema, XML attributes are not affected because they are written with XMLWriter attribute APIs rather than CDATA sections. To determine whether action is needed, search service descriptions for request parameters using `location: xml`, including operation `parameters` and `additionalParameters`. Response-only `models` are not directly affected unless parsed values are reused for request serialization. For object and array parameters, review nested scalar properties because leaf element values can still be affected. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-31267 5.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Mercusys MW302R MW302R(EU)_V1_1.4.10 Build 231023 is vulnerable to Buffer Overflow in the administrative web interface. A stack buffer overflow vulnerability in the administrative web interface allows an authenticated attacker with administrative privileges to trigger a system crash by sending a specially crafted request. The vulnerability results in denial of service through control flow manipulation to an arbitrary instruction address. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-15737 5.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK is an open-source Python library that provides client tools for building AI agents on the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore platform. Unintended logging of sensitive user content in the OpenTelemetry instrumentation in AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK versions 1.4.8 and 1.5.0 might allow a local authenticated user with access to CloudWatch Logs to access raw user prompts and agent responses containing sensitive data via span attributes. The SDK wrote raw user prompts and complete agent responses into OpenTelemetry span attributes on every invocation without filtering or masking. These spans flow into the customer's aws/spans CloudWatch log group, exposing sensitive content to any principal with log read access. We recommend you upgrade to version 1.5.1 or later. Users who ran affected versions should also review and purge sensitive content from their aws/spans CloudWatch log groups. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-6608 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability was detected in lm-sys fastchat up to 0.2.36. Impacted is the function add_text of the component Arena Side-by-Side View Handler. The manipulation results in incorrect control flow. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. The root cause was fixed in commit 34eca62 for gradio_block_arena_named.py, but three other files were missed. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-5938 5.5 medium 0.00% foxit, pdf_editor, pdf_reader Improper control flow management allows a crafted document action chain to cause modal dialog reentry on the main thread, resulting in UI freeze and denial of service. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-7686 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability was found in eyeo Adblock Plus up to 4.36.2 on Chrome. Affected by this vulnerability is the function postMessage of the file premium.preload.js of the component Legacy Premium Activation. Performing a manipulation results in improper access controls. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been made public and could be used. Upgrading the affected component is recommended. The vendor provides additional details: "The affected code path is a legacy Premium activation flow that has been deprecated. eyeo has already migrated to a new user account-based licensing system. The exploit does not grant permanent Premium access. The licensing server issues a short-lived trial license (valid for approximately 24 hours) for any submitted userId. On the next license check, the server validates against a real subscription and the trial expires if no valid subscription is found. The researcher's claim of permanently unlocking all Premium features is therefore incorrect. (...) The old flow has been present for years and has not been weaponized at scale to our knowledge. The risk to eyeo and to users is minimal." Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-8738 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A security vulnerability has been detected in Sanluan PublicCMS 5.202506.d. Impacted is the function TradeOrderController.pay/TradePaymentController.pay/AccountGatewayComponent.pay of the file publiccms-trade/src/main/java/com/publiccms/controller/web/trade/TradeOrderController.java of the component Trade Payment Flow. The manipulation leads to business logic errors. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-10674 5.5 medium 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The NXP LPUART serial driver (drivers/serial/uart_mcux_lpuart.c), when CONFIG_UART_USE_RUNTIME_CONFIGURE is enabled, called LPUART_Deinit() at the start of mcux_lpuart_configure(), which disables the LPUART peripheral clocks. The requested configuration is validated only afterwards (in mcux_lpuart_configure_basic), and unsupported parity/data-bit/stop-bit/flow-control values return -ENOTSUP before the clock is re-enabled. As a result, a uart_configure() request with an unsupported configuration left the LPUART in a clock-disabled state; any subsequent access to LPUART registers (poll_out/poll_in, interrupt handling, or a later reconfigure) faults on the gated peripheral and escalates to a hard fault, crashing the system. uart_configure() is a Zephyr syscall whose verifier (z_vrfy_uart_configure) only checks that cfg is readable user memory and forwards the caller-supplied configuration unchanged, so an unprivileged userspace thread with access to an LPUART device can deterministically trigger the fault, a persistent system-wide denial of service. Introduced in v2.5.0 and present in all subsequent releases until this fix, which removes the LPUART_Deinit() call and instead only disables the transmitter/receiver, leaving the clock running. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-73973 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Linuxfabrik Monitoring Plugins provides monitoring plugins for Icinga, Nagios, and related systems. Prior to version 7.0.0, check-plugins/logfile/logfile accepted a free-form --filename path and opened it as root when invoked through the shipped nagios or icinga sudoers allowlist, without confining the resolved path to /var/log. An attacker who controls the monitoring account can select a root-readable file such as /etc/shadow and use --warning-regex . while leaving SUPPRESS_OUTPUT false, causing each nonempty line to be collected in warn_matches and returned through lib.base.oao(). The vulnerable flow passes the expanded scan_path directly to open(), and neither real-path containment nor an allowlist protects the sink. The same fix also confines mysql-logfile and openvpn-client-list paths, allows only documented log roots, and resolves symlinks and parent-directory traversal before checking containment. This issue is fixed in version 7.0.0. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-45877 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: intel-ish-hid: fix NULL-ptr-deref in ishtp_bus_remove_all_clients During a warm reset flow, the cl->device pointer may be NULL if the reset occurs while clients are still being enumerated. Accessing cl->device->reference_count without a NULL check leads to a kernel panic. This issue was identified during multi-unit warm reboot stress clycles. Add a defensive NULL check for cl->device to ensure stability under such intensive testing conditions. CVE-2026-43034 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bnxt_en: set backing store type from query type bnxt_hwrm_func_backing_store_qcaps_v2() stores resp->type from the firmware response in ctxm->type and later uses that value to index fixed backing-store metadata arrays such as ctx_arr[] and bnxt_bstore_to_trace[]. ctxm->type is fixed by the current backing-store query type and matches the array index of ctx->ctx_arr. Set ctxm->type from the current loop variable instead of depending on resp->type. Also update the loop to advance type from next_valid_type in the for statement, which keeps the control flow simpler for non-valid and unchanged entries. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-23276 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: add xmit recursion limit to tunnel xmit functions Tunnel xmit functions (iptunnel_xmit, ip6tunnel_xmit) lack their own recursion limit. When a bond device in broadcast mode has GRE tap interfaces as slaves, and those GRE tunnels route back through the bond, multicast/broadcast traffic triggers infinite recursion between bond_xmit_broadcast() and ip_tunnel_xmit()/ip6_tnl_xmit(), causing kernel stack overflow. The existing XMIT_RECURSION_LIMIT (8) in the no-qdisc path is not sufficient because tunnel recursion involves route lookups and full IP output, consuming much more stack per level. Use a lower limit of 4 (IP_TUNNEL_RECURSION_LIMIT) to prevent overflow. Add recursion detection using dev_xmit_recursion helpers directly in iptunnel_xmit() and ip6tunnel_xmit() to cover all IPv4/IPv6 tunnel paths including UDP encapsulated tunnels (VXLAN, Geneve, etc.). Move dev_xmit_recursion helpers from net/core/dev.h to public header include/linux/netdevice.h so they can be used by tunnel code. CVE-2025-38261 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: riscv: save the SR_SUM status over switches When threads/tasks are switched we need to ensure the old execution's SR_SUM state is saved and the new thread has the old SR_SUM state restored. The issue was seen under heavy load especially with the syz-stress tool running, with crashes as follows in schedule_tail: Unable to handle kernel access to user memory without uaccess routines at virtual address 000000002749f0d0 Oops [#1] Modules linked in: CPU: 1 PID: 4875 Comm: syz-executor.0 Not tainted 5.12.0-rc2-syzkaller-00467-g0d7588ab9ef9 #0 Hardware name: riscv-virtio,qemu (DT) epc : schedule_tail+0x72/0xb2 kernel/sched/core.c:4264 ra : task_pid_vnr include/linux/sched.h:1421 [inline] ra : schedule_tail+0x70/0xb2 kernel/sched/core.c:4264 epc : ffffffe00008c8b0 ra : ffffffe00008c8ae sp : ffffffe025d17ec0 gp : ffffffe005d25378 tp : ffffffe00f0d0000 t0 : 0000000000000000 t1 : 0000000000000001 t2 : 00000000000f4240 s0 : ffffffe025d17ee0 s1 : 000000002749f0d0 a0 : 000000000000002a a1 : 0000000000000003 a2 : 1ffffffc0cfac500 a3 : ffffffe0000c80cc a4 : 5ae9db91c19bbe00 a5 : 0000000000000000 a6 : 0000000000f00000 a7 : ffffffe000082eba s2 : 0000000000040000 s3 : ffffffe00eef96c0 s4 : ffffffe022c77fe0 s5 : 0000000000004000 s6 : ffffffe067d74e00 s7 : ffffffe067d74850 s8 : ffffffe067d73e18 s9 : ffffffe067d74e00 s10: ffffffe00eef96e8 s11: 000000ae6cdf8368 t3 : 5ae9db91c19bbe00 t4 : ffffffc4043cafb2 t5 : ffffffc4043cafba t6 : 0000000000040000 status: 0000000000000120 badaddr: 000000002749f0d0 cause: 000000000000000f Call Trace: [<ffffffe00008c8b0>] schedule_tail+0x72/0xb2 kernel/sched/core.c:4264 [<ffffffe000005570>] ret_from_exception+0x0/0x14 Dumping ftrace buffer: (ftrace buffer empty) ---[ end trace b5f8f9231dc87dda ]--- The issue comes from the put_user() in schedule_tail (kernel/sched/core.c) doing the following: asmlinkage __visible void schedule_tail(struct task_struct *prev) { ... if (current->set_child_tid) put_user(task_pid_vnr(current), current->set_child_tid); ... } the put_user() macro causes the code sequence to come out as follows: 1: __enable_user_access() 2: reg = task_pid_vnr(current); 3: *current->set_child_tid = reg; 4: __disable_user_access() The problem is that we may have a sleeping function as argument which could clear SR_SUM causing the panic above. This was fixed by evaluating the argument of the put_user() macro outside the user-enabled section in commit 285a76bb2cf5 ("riscv: evaluate put_user() arg before enabling user access")" In order for riscv to take advantage of unsafe_get/put_XXX() macros and to avoid the same issue we had with put_user() and sleeping functions we must ensure code flow can go through switch_to() from within a region of code with SR_SUM enabled and come back with SR_SUM still enabled. This patch addresses the problem allowing future work to enable full use of unsafe_get/put_XXX() macros without needing to take a CSR bit flip cost on every access. Make switch_to() save and restore SR_SUM. 21 Oct
CVE-2025-38042 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: dmaengine: ti: k3-udma-glue: Drop skip_fdq argument from k3_udma_glue_reset_rx_chn The user of k3_udma_glue_reset_rx_chn() e.g. ti_am65_cpsw_nuss can run on multiple platforms having different DMA architectures. On some platforms there can be one FDQ for all flows in the RX channel while for others there is a separate FDQ for each flow in the RX channel. So far we have been relying on the skip_fdq argument of k3_udma_glue_reset_rx_chn(). Instead of relying on the user to provide this information, infer it based on DMA architecture during k3_udma_glue_request_rx_chn() and save it in an internal flag 'single_fdq'. Use that flag at k3_udma_glue_reset_rx_chn() to deicide if the FDQ needs to be cleared for every flow or just for flow 0. CVE-2025-39768 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5: HWS, fix complex rules rehash error flow Moving rules from matcher to matcher should not fail. However, if it does fail due to various reasons, the error flow should allow the kernel to continue functioning (albeit with broken steering rules) instead of going into series of soft lock-ups or some other problematic behaviour. Similar to the simple rules, complex rules rehash logic suffers from the same problems. This patch fixes the error flow for moving complex rules: - If new rule creation fails before it was even enqeued, do not poll for completion - If TIMEOUT happened while moving the rule, no point trying to poll for completions for other rules. Something is broken, completion won't come, just abort the rehash sequence. - If some other completion with error received, don't give up. Continue handling rest of the rules to minimize the damage. - Make sure that the first error code that was received will be actually returned to the caller instead of replacing it with the generic error code. All the aforementioned issues stem from the same bad error flow, so no point fixing them one by one and leaving partially broken code - fixing them in one patch. 19 Oct

CVE-2025-39819 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fs/smb: Fix inconsistent refcnt update A possible inconsistent update of refcount was identified in `smb2_compound_op`. Such inconsistent update could lead to possible resource leaks. Why it is a possible bug: 1. In the comment section of the function, it clearly states that the reference to `cfile` should be dropped after calling this function. 2. Every control flow path would check and drop the reference to `cfile`, except the patched one. 3. Existing callers would not handle refcount update of `cfile` if -ENOMEM is returned. To fix the bug, an extra goto label "out" is added, to make sure that the cleanup logic would always be respected. As the problem is caused by the allocation failure of `vars`, the cleanup logic between label "finished" and "out" can be safely ignored. When the sync reset flow is initiated using the devlink reload fw_activate option, the PF already holds the devlink lock while handling unload event. CVE-2025-39950 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/tcp: Fix a NULL pointer dereference when using TCP-AO with TCP_REPAIR A NULL pointer dereference can occur in tcp_ao_finish_connect() during a connect() system call on a socket with a TCP-AO key added and TCP_REPAIR enabled. The function is called with skb being NULL and attempts to dereference it on tcp_hdr(skb)->seq without a prior skb validation. Fix this by checking if skb is NULL before dereferencing it. CVE-2025-38472 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_conntrack: fix crash due to removal of uninitialised entry A crash in conntrack was reported while trying to unlink the conntrack entry from the hash bucket list: [exception RIP: __nf_ct_delete_from_lists+172] [..] #7 [ff539b5a2b043aa0] nf_ct_delete at ffffffffc124d421 [nf_conntrack] #8 [ff539b5a2b043ad0] nf_ct_gc_expired at ffffffffc124d999 [nf_conntrack] #9 [ff539b5a2b043ae0] __nf_conntrack_find_get at ffffffffc124efbc [nf_conntrack] [..] The nf_conn struct is marked as allocated from slab but appears to be in a partially initialised state: ct hlist pointer is garbage; looks like the ct hash value (hence crash). ct->status is equal to IPS_CONFIRMED|IPS_DYING, which is expected ct->timeout is 30000 (=30s), which is unexpected. Everything else looks like normal udp conntrack entry. If we ignore ct->status and pretend its 0, the entry matches those that are newly allocated but not yet inserted into the hash: - ct hlist pointers are overloaded and store/cache the raw tuple hash - ct->timeout matches the relative time expected for a new udp flow rather than the absolute 'jiffies' value. If it were not for the presence of IPS_CONFIRMED, __nf_conntrack_find_get() would have skipped the entry. Theory is that we did hit following race: cpu x cpu y cpu z found entry E found entry E E is expired <preemption> nf_ct_delete() return E to rcu slab init_conntrack E is re-inited, ct->status set to 0 reply tuplehash hnnode.pprev stores hash value. cpu y found E right before it was deleted on cpu x. E is now re-inited on cpu z. cpu y was preempted before checking for expiry and/or confirm bit. ->refcnt set to 1 E now owned by skb ->timeout set to 30000 If cpu y were to resume now, it would observe E as expired but would skip E due to missing CONFIRMED bit. nf_conntrack_confirm gets called sets: ct->status |= CONFIRMED This is wrong: E is not yet added to hashtable. cpu y resumes, it observes E as expired but CONFIRMED: <resumes> nf_ct_expired() -> yes (ct->timeout is 30s) confirmed bit set. cpu y will try to delete E from the hashtable: nf_ct_delete() -> set DYING bit __nf_ct_delete_from_lists Even this scenario doesn't guarantee a crash: cpu z still holds the table bucket lock(s) so y blocks: wait for spinlock held by z CONFIRMED is set but there is no guarantee ct will be added to hash: "chaintoolong" or "clash resolution" logic both skip the insert step. reply hnnode.pprev still stores the hash value. unlocks spinlock return NF_DROP <unblocks, then crashes on hlist_nulls_del_rcu pprev> In case CPU z does insert the entry into the hashtable, cpu y will unlink E again right away but no crash occurs. Without 'cpu y' race, 'garbage' hlist is of no consequence: ct refcnt remains at 1, eventually skb will be free'd and E gets destroyed via: nf_conntrack_put -> nf_conntrack_destroy -> nf_ct_destroy. To resolve this, move the IPS_CONFIRMED assignment after the table insertion but before the unlock. Pablo points out that the confirm-bit-store could be reordered to happen before hlist add resp. the timeout fixup, so switch to set_bit and before_atomic memory barrier to prevent this. It doesn't matter if other CPUs can observe a newly inserted entry right before the CONFIRMED bit was set: Such event cannot be distinguished from above "E is the old incarnation" case: the entry will be skipped. Also change nf_ct_should_gc() to first check the confirmed bit. The gc sequence is: 1. Check if entry has expired, if not skip to next entry 2. Obtain a reference to the expired entry. 3. Call nf_ct_should_gc() to double-check step 1. nf_ct_should_gc() is thus called only for entries that already failed an expiry check. After this patch, once the confirmed bit check pas ---truncated--- 15 Oct
CVE-2025-38293 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: ath11k: fix node corruption in ar->arvifs list In current WLAN recovery code flow, ath11k_core_halt() only reinitializes the "arvifs" list head. This will cause the list node immediately following the list head to become an invalid list node. When a WLAN recovery occurs during the execution of a vif removal, and it happens before the spin_lock_bh(&ar->data_lock) in ath11k_mac_op_remove_interface(), list_del() will detect the previously mentioned situation, thereby triggering a kernel panic. The fix is to remove and reinitialize all vif list nodes from the list head "arvifs" during WLAN halt. So besides memcg complaining, adding the folio to be freed to the LRU is just an unnecessary step. The new flow resembles what we have in migrate_folio_move(): add the dst to the lru, rem ---truncated--- 15 Oct
CVE-2025-21802 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: hns3: fix oops when unload drivers paralleling When unload hclge driver, it tries to disable sriov first for each ae_dev node from hnae3_ae_dev_list. If user unloads hns3 driver at the time, because it removes all the ae_dev nodes, and it may cause oops. But we can't simply use hnae3_common_lock for this. Because in the process flow of pci_disable_sriov(), it will trigger the remove flow of VF, which will also take hnae3_common_lock. To fixes it, introduce a new mutex to protect the unload process. 15 Oct
CVE-2024-53042 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: ip_tunnel: Fix suspicious RCU usage warning in ip_tunnel_init_flow() There are code paths from which the function is called without holding the RCU read lock, resulting in a suspicious RCU usage warning [1]. Fix by using l3mdev_master_upper_ifindex_by_index() which will acquire the RCU read lock before calling l3mdev_master_upper_ifindex_by_index_rcu().
