CVE-2026-105757 6.5 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, structured-output request failures can escape request-scoped validation and reach the EngineCore fatal-error path. A per-request backend mismatch can re-raise a grammar compilation exception, padding produced by the ngram_gpu speculative-decoding mode can pass a negative token to guidance validation, and the Rust frontend can admit empty structured-output values that the Python frontend rejects, allowing ordinary constrained-generation requests to terminate the shared engine. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-114049 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet vLLM before 0.31.0 contains a cross-request mask leak in InputBatch.condense() that allows remote attackers to constrain other clients' outputs by leaving stale allowed_token_ids rows. Attackers can submit concurrent constrained generate requests, including via unauthenticated /invocations, so recycled batch slots apply their token allowlist to victims' unrestricted requests. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-73557 6.3 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.20.2rc0 until 0.26.0, safe_load_prompt_embeds in vllm/renderers/embed_utils.py uses torch.sparse.check_sparse_tensor_invariants, whose process-global save, enable, and restore state can be raced by concurrent prompt_embeds parts submitted to POST /v1/chat/completions through AsyncMultiModalItemTracker.resolve_items, asyncio.gather, and the default executor, allowing an invalid sparse tensor to reach tensor.to_dense despite the CVE-2025-62164 guard when enable_prompt_embeds is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 0.26.0. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-53923 5.3 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models (LLMs). From 0.5.5 until 0.23.1rc0, integer truncation of tensor dimensions in vLLM's GGUF dequantize kernels (csrc/quantization/gguf/gguf_kernel.cu) causes partial tensor processing. The output tensor is allocated at full size via torch::empty (uninitialized memory), but the dequantize CUDA kernel processes only a truncated number of elements. The unfilled portion of the output tensor retains whatever was previously in GPU memory. In multi-tenant inference deployments, this residual GPU memory may contain tensor data from other users' inference requests, constituting information disclosure. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.23.1rc0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-105760 5.3 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, a caller can use the request-level media_io_kwargs field to select the GLMGA video backend and supply large values for the fps and max_frames options without a strict work ceiling. GLMGA constructs and deduplicates an attacker-sized pre-decode frame-index list, allowing a compact request and tiny valid video to consume disproportionate CPU time and memory in the shared media-loading executor. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. 16 Oct
CVE-2025-71379 5.3 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM versions >= 0.6.3 and < 0.9.0 contain multiple regular expression denial of service (ReDoS) vulnerabilities. Several regex patterns — in vllm/lora/utils.py, the phi4mini tool parser, and the OpenAI-compatible serving chat endpoint — are susceptible to catastrophic backtracking. An attacker submitting crafted input with nested or repeated structures can trigger severe CPU consumption and performance degradation, resulting in denial of service. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-105758 5.3 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. From 0.24.0 until 0.30.0, the Qwen2VLVideoBackend and Qwen3VLVideoBackend classes accept request-level values for the media_io_kwargs.video.max_frames and media_io_kwargs.video.fps fields without enforcing server-side ceilings. An unauthenticated caller can submit these values to the /tokenize endpoint, causing the sampler to decode every frame selected from attacker-controlled video input, consume disproportionate frontend memory, and potentially terminate the API process before scheduling or admission control. The Rust frontend is not affected because it rejects the media_io_kwargs field. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-115917 4.7 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.32.0, the OpenAI-compatible server configures Starlette CORSMiddleware with allowed_origins set to a wildcard by default. A malicious web page can use a victim's browser to reach an unauthenticated vLLM server on localhost, an internal network, or a VPN, call endpoints including GET /v1/models and POST /v1/chat/completions, consume GPU resources, and read responses. Cookie-based cross-site request forgery does not apply because credentials are disabled by default, and deployments requiring bearer authentication are exposed only when the caller already has a usable token. This issue is fixed in version 0.32.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-71486 4.3 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.26.0, the /v1/completions/derender and /v1/chat/completions/derender endpoints accept caller-supplied GenerateResponse objects whose generate_responses, choices, token_ids, prompt_logprobs, logprobs.content, top_logprobs, and routed_experts structures are processed by OnlineDerenderer and tokenizer.decode before max_model_len, max_tokens, max_num_seqs, or response-size limits are enforced, allowing an authenticated API client to consume excessive CPU and memory and produce oversized responses. This issue is fixed in version 0.26.0. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-105755 4.2 medium 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, flash late-interaction scoring at the /score and /rerank endpoints derives each worker's query_key value from the caller-controlled X-Request-Id header. A concurrent request that reuses a victim's identifier can overwrite the cached query embedding so the victim's documents are scored against the attacker's query, and shared use counters can also cause a late-interaction cache-miss error. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-105752 3.1 low 0.00% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models. Prior to 0.30.0, Harmony tool continuations submitted through "POST /v1/responses" requests rebuild the next-turn engine input without preserving the cache_salt value, placing the continuation prefix in the global unsalted cache namespace even when the caller enabled salting. On deployments with prefix caching enabled, which is the default, an authenticated tenant who can reconstruct a victim's low-entropy post-tool history can submit the same continuation and use the cached_tokens_per_turn count to determine whether the prefix was previously processed, defeating the intended tenant isolation of salted prefix caching. This issue is fixed in version 0.30.0. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-105922 2.1 low 0.00% vllm A security flaw has been discovered in vllm-project vLLM up to 0.31.0. This impacts the function get_token_bin_counts_and_mask of the file vllm/model_executor/layers/utils.py of the component Penalty Handler. Performing a manipulation results in denial of service. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-105775 2.1 low 0.00% no CPE yet A security vulnerability has been detected in vllm-project vLLM up to 0.31.0. This impacts the function conv_ssm_forward of the file vllm/model_executor/layers/mamba/mamba_mixer2.py of the component Completions Request Handler. The manipulation leads to out-of-bounds read. The attack is possible to be carried out remotely. The exploit has been disclosed publicly and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-10813 1.1 low 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw has been found in LMCache up to 0.5.4. This affects the function hex_hash_to_int16 of the file lmcache/integration/vllm/utils.py of the component KV Cache Handler. Executing a manipulation can lead to use of weak hash. The attack needs to be launched locally. The attack requires a high level of complexity. It is indicated that the exploitability is difficult. The exploit has been published and may be used. Upgrading to version 0.5.5 is able to mitigate this issue. This patch is called ce08eea76ce5898200efee55f4932fd07a7cabeb. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. A contributor of the project confirms: "hex_hash_to_int16() was introduced in 0.3.1 (PR #882, commit f5174701). It is not present in 0.3.0, and it is still present in 0.4.7 through 0.5.4." 17 Oct
