| CVE | CVSS | EPSS | Vendor, product | Description | Modified |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2025-13069 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Enable SVG, WebP, and ICO Upload plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.3. This is due to insufficient file type validation detecting ICO files, allowing double extension files with the appropriate magic bytes to bypass sanitization while being accepted as a valid ICO file. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12138 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The URL Image Importer plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to insufficient file type validation in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.6. This is due to the plugin relying on a user-controlled Content-Type HTTP header to validate file uploads in the 'uimptr_import_image_from_url()' function which writes the file to the server before performing proper validation. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible via the uploaded PHP file. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12181 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The ContentStudio plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the cstu_update_post() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.7. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. CVE-2025-67910 is likely a duplicate of this. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-92553 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The YaySMTP – WP Mail SMTP with Email Logs, Tracking & Reports plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.7 via the putFile function. This is due to insufficient file type validation in the putFile function, as sanitize_file_name() does not strip executable extensions and no allow-list, MIME check, or safe-extension rename is applied. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The only server-side guard is a .htaccess file containing 'Require all denied' written by writeGuards(), which is silently ignored by nginx and by Apache configured with AllowOverride None, meaning RCE is fully achievable on those server configurations. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111311 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The DoubleScale | All-in-One CRM – Sales, Multi-Channel Marketing, Newsletter, Booking, Helpdesk, Automation, MCP & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 1.5.1 via the store_upload function. This is due to a fail-open extension allow-list in extension_is_allowed() that returns true when wp_check_filetype() yields an empty type for unrecognized extensions such as .php, combined with magic-byte-only MIME detection and no capability check beyond is_user_logged_in(). This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the Helpdesk module to be enabled, as the vulnerable REST endpoint is only registered when that module is active. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12966 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The All-in-One Video Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the resolve_import_directory() function in versions 4.5.4 to 4.5.7. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-86461 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The FV Flowplayer Video Player plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Limited Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 7.5.54.7212 via the check_mimetype function. This is due to incomplete file type validation in the check_mimetype function — while some extension checking is present, it can be bypassed, allowing attacker-supplied remote file content to be written with insufficient extension enforcement and no MIME check or WordPress upload helper. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the plugin's 'profile videos on bio' option to be enabled, as this causes the nonce to be emitted on the subscriber-accessible profile page; without this setting, authenticated users below Editor cannot obtain the required nonce. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9561 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The AP Background plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing authorization and insufficient file validation within the advParallaxBackAdminSaveSlider() handler in versions 3.8.1 to 3.8.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-17196 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Super Forms – Drag & Drop Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unrestricted File Type Upload in all versions up to, and including, 6.3.316 via the upload_files function. This is due to missing file type validation in the upload_files function, which reads and applies an attacker-controlled extensions string from _super_elements post meta verbatim as the allowed MIME type map. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The attack requires a preceding step: poisoning the _super_elements post meta via the super_save_form AJAX handler, which lacks a capability and nonce check but requires the attacker to be authenticated as at minimum a Subscriber-level user; the subsequent file upload via super_upload_files requires no authentication at all. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115346 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | themefusion, avada | website builder for wordpress & woocommerce | The Avada | Website Builder For WordPress & WooCommerce theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in versions up to, and including, 7.16.2 via the convert_palette_images_to_truecolor() function. This is due to insufficient file type validation before processing uploaded files. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. | Fri 30 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18781 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for Contact Form 7 WordPress plugin before 1.3.9.9 does not validate the final name of an uploaded file after stripping characters from it, allowing unauthenticated users to defeat its file type restrictions and execute arbitrary code on the server. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12974 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the legacy chunked upload mechanism in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.21.1. This is due to the extension blacklist not including .phar files, which can be uploaded through the chunked upload mechanism. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload executable .phar files and achieve remote code execution on the server, granted they can discover or enumerate the upload path. In order for an attacker to achieve RCE, the web server needs to be set up to process .phar file as PHP via file handler mapping or similar. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-11521 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Astra Security Suite – Firewall & Malware Scan plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to insufficient validation of remote URLs for zip downloads and an easily guessable key in all versions up to, and including, 0.2. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12528 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Pie Forms for WP plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 1.6 via the format_classic function. This is due to insufficient file type validation where the validate_classic method validates file extensions and sets error messages but does not prevent the file upload process from continuing. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files with dangerous extensions such as PHP, which makes remote code execution possible. In order to exploit this vulnerability, the attacker needs to guess the directory in which the file is placed (which is a somewhat predictable hash). In addition to that, the file name is generated using a secure hash method, limiting the exploitability of this vulnerability. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-13516 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The SureMail – SMTP and Email Logs Plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type in versions up to and including 1.9.0. This is due to the plugin's save_file() function in inc/emails/handler/uploads.php which duplicates all email attachments to a web-accessible directory (wp-content/uploads/suremails/attachments/) without validating file extensions or content types. Files are saved with predictable names derived from MD5 hashes of their content. While the plugin attempts to protect this directory with an Apache .htaccess file to disable PHP execution, this protection is ineffective on nginx, IIS, and Lighttpd servers, or on misconfigured Apache installations. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to achieve Remote Code Execution by uploading malicious PHP files through any public form that emails attachments, calculating the predictable filename, and directly accessing the file to execute arbitrary code granted they are exploiting a site running on an affected web server configuration. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-13322 | 8.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The WP AUDIO GALLERY plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in all versions up to, and including, 2.0. This is due to the `wpag_uploadaudio_callback()` AJAX handler not properly validating user-supplied file paths in the `audio_upload` parameter before passing them to `unlink()`. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to delete arbitrary files on the server, which can easily lead to remote code execution when critical files like wp-config.php are deleted. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-76012 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | smub, photo gallery, sliders, proofing and themes – nextgen gallery | The Photo Gallery, Sliders, Proofing and Themes – NextGEN Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Remote Code Execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.4.1 via the legacy_render function. This is due to broken authorization on the Lightroom gallery_edit endpoint combined with mass assignment of gallery path and unrestricted file upload into a registered template directory, whose extension check uses a substring match that accepts sanitized .php_ filenames as valid templates. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to execute code on the server. Exploitation requires the authenticated attacker to be the stored author of at least one existing NextGEN gallery, as ownership of that gallery is the sole authorization check gating the mass-assignment and upload steps. | Fri 30 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111255 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The affiliate-toolkit – Multi-Network Affiliate & Amazon Product Display plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.9.2 via the upload_image function. This is due to insufficient file type validation in upload_image due to a weak Content-Type prefix check and extension derivation from the attacker-controlled URL path, with no dangerous-extension stripping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Exploitation requires the "import product image" option to be enabled in the plugin settings, as this activates the image download pipeline triggered on product post save. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13369 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Ninja Forms - File Uploads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Read via the attach_files() function in versions up to, and including, 3.3.29. This is due to the get_files_for_attachment() function accepting a raw attacker-controlled 'files' array when the process() method returns early due to a client-supplied saveProgress flag, bypassing all upload validation, path normalization, and database record creation steps, and allowing an attacker-supplied file_path value to reach wp_mail() as an email attachment with only a file_exists() check. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files on the affected site's server. | 25 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9212 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The WP Dispatcher plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the wp_dispatcher_process_upload() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Subscriber-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. The directory does have an .htaccess file which limits the ability to achieve remote code execution. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2025-13376 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The ProjectList plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in all versions up to, and including, 0.3.0. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Editor-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-104752 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Rank Math SEO WordPress plugin before 1.0.280 does not correctly validate the type of a file uploaded through its settings import feature, allowing users with administrator-level access to upload a PHP file and achieve remote code execution. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10747 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The WP-DownloadManager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the download-add.php file in all versions up to, and including, 1.68.11. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 11 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10051 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Demo Import Kit plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.0 via the import functionality. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10754 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The DocoDoco Store Locator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the zip upload functionality in all versions up to, and including, 1.0.1. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Editor-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-11889 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The AIO Forms – Craft Complex Forms Easily plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the import functionality in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.18. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-13646 | 6.6 medium | 1.0% | wpchill, modula_image_gallery | The Modula Image Gallery plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the 'ajax_unzip_file' function in versions 2.13.1 to 2.13.2. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files with race condition on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-104763 | 4.9 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The Post Export Import with Media plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Directory Traversal in all versions up to, and including, 1.17.1 via the 'file_path' parameter parameter. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with administrator-level access and above, to read the contents of arbitrary files on the server, which can contain sensitive information. This requires the attacker to upload a crafted ZIP archive containing a media_metadata.json file with path traversal sequences in the file_path field while specifying an allowed file extension for the destination filename to bypass the extension guard introduced in version 1.13.2. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107594 | 10.0 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The File Upload to Order WordPress plugin before 1.1.4 does not validate or confine a file path taken from attacker-controlled session data before deleting the file, and the action that performs the deletion is reachable by unauthenticated users, allowing them to delete arbitrary files on the server, including files whose removal leads to full site compromise. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-84999 | 9.8 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Pie Register Premium plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Unrestricted File Type Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.4.0 via the piereg_file_upload function. This is due to the plugin performing file type validation via wp_check_filetype and wp_check_filetype_and_ext but never checking whether those validation calls produced errors before move_uploaded_file() is called, combined with no nonce or capability check on the AJAX handler. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files of dangerous types (e.g. PHP scripts) that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. The server returns the generated destination filename in the response, giving the attacker the exact path needed to trigger the uploaded file. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-66447 | 9.3 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Unauthenticated SQL Injection in WordPress File Upload <= 5.1.7 versions. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2025-11087 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Zegen Core plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery to Arbitrary File Upload in versions up to, and including, 2.0.1. This is due to missing nonce validation and missing file type validation in the '/custom-font-code/custom-fonts-uploads.php' file. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-14390 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Video Merchant plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in version <= 5.0.4. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation on the video_merchant_add_video_file() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files that make remote code execution possible via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-96227 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Piotnet Forms WordPress plugin through 1.0.30 does not authenticate or validate a form-submission file-upload request and permits browser-renderable file types to be stored, allowing unauthenticated attackers to store a file that executes arbitrary JavaScript in the site's origin when it is opened (Stored XSS). | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-89301 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to limited file deletion due to insufficient file path validation in the process function in all versions up to, and including, 4.7.13 This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary safe files on the server.. The public nonce (rtmedia_upload_nonce) is emitted into frontend JavaScript on any page rendering the rtMedia gallery or upload shortcode, making it retrievable by unauthenticated visitors without any prior authentication or privileged action. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-4212 | 7.2 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Checkout Files Upload for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via file uploads in all versions up to, and including, 2.2.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in image files that will execute whenever a user accesses the injected page. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-13692 | 7.2 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Unlimited Elements For Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via SVG File uploads in all versions up to, and including, 2.0 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the SVG file. A form with a file upload field must be created with the premium version of the plugin in order to exploit the vulnerability. However, once the form exists, the vulnerability is exploitable even if the premium version is deactivated and/or uninstalled. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-103999 | 7.2 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Ultra Addons for Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 3.5.54 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The extension blocklist gatekeeper is bypassed by uploading text-type files (.txt, .csv, .vtt, .srt, .asc) whose contents begin with an HTML payload such as '<BODY onload=…>', as the check classifies these files as text/plain without inspecting their byte content. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-66570 | 7.1 high | — | nickboss, wordpress file upload | Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting') vulnerability in Nickboss WordPress File Upload wp-file-upload allows Stored XSS.This issue affects WordPress File Upload: from n/a through 5.2.1. | 13 h ago |
| CVE-2026-18202 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The JetEngine WordPress plugin before 3.8.14 adds SVG to the site-wide list of allowed upload types without sanitising the file contents, allowing users with the upload files capability, such as Authors, to upload a file containing malicious JavaScript that executes in the browser of any user who opens it (Stored Cross-Site Scripting). On multisite, this also overrides an upload-type restriction set by the network administrator. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106933 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Blaze Demo Importer WordPress plugin before 1.0.17 does not sanitize uploaded SVG files and registers the SVG MIME type for the WordPress media library unconditionally, allowing authenticated users with the Author role or higher to upload a crafted SVG that executes arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any user who opens the file. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5461 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | wpmudev, forminator forms – contact form, payment form & custom form builder | The Forminator Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Limited File Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.55.0.2. This is due to the plugin accepting arbitrary upload field metadata from POST requests in draft submissions without proper validation, which is then used to delete files when a subsequent draft references the poisoned draft via the previous_draft_id parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary non-PHP files within the wp-content/uploads/ directory. | Fri 30 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6262 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Betheme theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Deletion in versions up to, and including, 28.4. This is due to the upload_icons() function workflow using a user-controlled upload path (`mfn-icon-upload`) in a filesystem move operation without constraining it to the uploads directory. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to move/delete arbitrary local files via path traversal. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-81812 | 6.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Elementor Website Builder WordPress plugin before 4.3.5 does not sanitize uploaded SVG files on every upload route, allowing users with the Author role and above to upload a file containing JavaScript, which will run in the browser of any user who opens it. Exploitation requires unfiltered file uploads to be enabled in the Elementor Website Builder WordPress plugin before 4.3.5 settings, which is not the default. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12457 | 6.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Enable SVG, WebP, and ICO Upload plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via SVG File uploads in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Author-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the SVG file. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10000 | 6.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Qyrr – simply and modern QR-Code creation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the blob_to_file() function in all versions up to, and including, 2.0.7. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Contributor-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. | 9 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9163 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Houzez theme for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via SVG File uploads in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.6 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping in the houzez_property_img_upload() and houzez_property_attachment_upload() functions. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses the SVG file. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-110251 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | villatheme, revopic – photo reviews for woocommerce | The Photo Reviews for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized Media Library File Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.2.31. This is due to the `delete_reviews_image()` function's `delete_comment` hook trusting attachment IDs supplied via the `wcpr_image_upload_id` POST parameter that were stored in comment meta without any ownership or capability check — `viwcpr_filter_review_image_ids()` verifies only that each submitted ID refers to an attachment post type, not that the submitter uploaded or owns it. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to permanently delete any WordPress media library attachment — including its files on disk as recorded by `wp_delete_attachment()` — by embedding attacker-chosen attachment IDs into a review comment, then waiting for a moderator to remove the review or for WordPress core's `wp_scheduled_delete` cron to purge it after `EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS`. The nonce required to submit the parameter (`wcpr_image_upload`) is a shared public value printed on every product page for guest commenters and does not function as an authentication barrier, making this trivially exploitable without any account. | Sat 31 Oct |
| CVE-2026-104022 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Academy LMS – AI Course Builder, Quizzes, Certificates & eLearning plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.0.3. This is due to the `add_child()` function calling `add_role('academy_student')` on any existing account resolved from the attacker-supplied `email` parameter before `Store::link()` validates the guardian-ward relationship, and failing to roll back that role write when `Store::link()` returns a `WP_Error`. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with the `academy_guardian` role or higher to elevate any existing WordPress account — including their own — to the `academy_student` role, gaining `edit_posts` (Contributor-equivalent) capabilities and, when the student file-upload setting is enabled, `upload_files` (Author-equivalent) capabilities not granted to the guardian role. When a guardian supplies their own email address, `email_exists()` resolves to their own user ID, causing `Store::link()` to reject the self-link, but because the `add_role()` call has already executed and is never reversed, the academy_student role grant on their own account persists permanently. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-3717 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The CV Builder – Professional Resume Builder SaaS plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized arbitrary file upload due to a missing capability check on the 'wp_save_signature_image' function in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.1. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary content to the WordPress uploads directory as png files. | 13 Oct |
