CVE-2025-38248exploit 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bridge: mcast: Fix use-after-free during router port configuration The bridge maintains a global list of ports behind which a multicast router resides. The list is consulted during forwarding to ensure multicast packets are forwarded to these ports even if the ports are not member in the matching MDB entry. When per-VLAN multicast snooping is enabled, the per-port multicast context is disabled on each port and the port is removed from the global router port list: # ip link add name br1 up type bridge vlan_filtering 1 mcast_snooping 1 # ip link add name dummy1 up master br1 type dummy # ip link set dev dummy1 type bridge_slave mcast_router 2 $ bridge -d mdb show | grep router router ports on br1: dummy1 # ip link set dev br1 type bridge mcast_vlan_snooping 1 $ bridge -d mdb show | grep router However, the port can be re-added to the global list even when per-VLAN multicast snooping is enabled: # ip link set dev dummy1 type bridge_slave mcast_router 0 # ip link set dev dummy1 type bridge_slave mcast_router 2 $ bridge -d mdb show | grep router router ports on br1: dummy1 Since commit 4b30ae9adb04 ("net: bridge: mcast: re-implement br_multicast_{enable, disable}_port functions"), when per-VLAN multicast snooping is enabled, multicast disablement on a port will disable the per-{port, VLAN} multicast contexts and not the per-port one. As a result, a port will remain in the global router port list even after it is deleted. This will lead to a use-after-free [1] when the list is traversed (when adding a new port to the list, for example): # ip link del dev dummy1 # ip link add name dummy2 up master br1 type dummy # ip link set dev dummy2 type bridge_slave mcast_router 2 Similarly, stale entries can also be found in the per-VLAN router port list. When per-VLAN multicast snooping is disabled, the per-{port, VLAN} contexts are disabled on each port and the port is removed from the per-VLAN router port list: # ip link add name br1 up type bridge vlan_filtering 1 mcast_snooping 1 mcast_vlan_snooping 1 # ip link add name dummy1 up master br1 type dummy # bridge vlan add vid 2 dev dummy1 # bridge vlan global set vid 2 dev br1 mcast_snooping 1 # bridge vlan set vid 2 dev dummy1 mcast_router 2 $ bridge vlan global show dev br1 vid 2 | grep router router ports: dummy1 # ip link set dev br1 type bridge mcast_vlan_snooping 0 $ bridge vlan global show dev br1 vid 2 | grep router However, the port can be re-added to the per-VLAN list even when per-VLAN multicast snooping is disabled: # bridge vlan set vid 2 dev dummy1 mcast_router 0 # bridge vlan set vid 2 dev dummy1 mcast_router 2 $ bridge vlan global show dev br1 vid 2 | grep router router ports: dummy1 When the VLAN is deleted from the port, the per-{port, VLAN} multicast context will not be disabled since multicast snooping is not enabled on the VLAN. As a result, the port will remain in the per-VLAN router port list even after it is no longer member in the VLAN. This will lead to a use-after-free [2] when the list is traversed (when adding a new port to the list, for example): # ip link add name dummy2 up master br1 type dummy # bridge vlan add vid 2 dev dummy2 # bridge vlan del vid 2 dev dummy1 # bridge vlan set vid 2 dev dummy2 mcast_router 2 Fix these issues by removing the port from the relevant (global or per-VLAN) router port list in br_multicast_port_ctx_deinit(). The function is invoked during port deletion with the per-port multicast context and during VLAN deletion with the per-{port, VLAN} multicast context. Note that deleting the multicast router timer is not enough as it only takes care of the temporary multicast router states (1 or 3) and not the permanent one (2). CVE-2026-97206exploit 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet NLnet Labs Unbound, 1.22.0 up to and including version 1.26.1, contains a DNS-over-QUIC (DoQ) lifetime bug reachable by a remote DoQ client under multi-threaded operation. A client-triggered QUIC path migration can enter stream/connection cleanup while a mesh reply still retains a pointer to the DoQ stream. Cleanup frees the DoQ stream and when the pending mesh reply later completes it dereferences a stale pointer leading to a crash. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-103039 9.8 critical — gravity forms The Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.2 via a Post Custom Field whose input type is List. This is due to GFFormsModel::create_post() passing the submitted value to WordPress' unrestricted global maybe_unserialize() rather than the plugin's own hardened GFCommon::maybe_unserialize(), which was added in 3.1.1 and passes allowed_classes => false precisely to prevent object instantiation. Where the field has a content template enabled, the submitted row reaches that call verbatim. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP object into post meta. No PHP Object Injection gadget chain is present in the plugin itself; however, if a gadget chain is present via an additional plugin or theme, it could allow the attacker to perform actions such as remote code execution. Where the custom field is mapped to the protected _wp_page_template meta key, WordPress itself supplies the chain: validate_file() accepts non-scalars, WP_Theme::__toString() then resolves an attacker-controlled path, and on hosts with a readable PEAR install and register_argc_argv enabled this yields remote code execution. 1 h ago
CVE-2026-80587 9.8 critical 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mptcp: avoid combining some incoming suboptions Some MPTCP suboptions are mutually exclusive according to the RFC8684, but also because in different places, the code doesn't expect some combinations to be present. That's specially true for suboptions that would be present twice, but with different attributes. The new restrictions are the same as the ones applied on the output side, with mptcp_write_options. The same rules can be reused with a small fix: an MP_FASTCLOSE can be used with a DSS when the sender picks this option [1], which is not the case on Linux. Here are the rules: Which options can be used together? X: mutually exclusive O: often used together C: can be used together in some cases P: could be used together but we prefer not to (optimisations) | Opt: | MPC | MPJ | DSS | ADD | RM | PRIO | FAIL | FC | |------|------|------|------|------|------|------|------|------| | MPC |------|------|------|------|------|------|------|------| | MPJ | X |------|------|------|------|------|------|------| | DSS | X | X |------|------|------|------|------|------| | ADD | X | X | P |------|------|------|------|------| | RM | C | C | C | P |------|------|------|------| | PRIO | X | C | C | C | C |------|------|------| | FAIL | X | X | C | X | X | X |------|------| | FC | X | X | P | X | X | X | X |------| | RST | X | X | X | X | X | X | O | O | |------|------|------|------|------|------|------|------|------| The only difference is with the 'P': another stack could send and ADD_ADDR with other suboptions (DSS, RM_ADDR), and this should be allowed. A few points of attention: - In theory, an MP_CAPABLE could be used with a RM_ADDR, but there is no reason to add it with a SYN. Note that even with a 4th ACK, it doesn't seem to be useful, except when IDs are known in advance via another channel. Better not to break that. - Now, combining both an MP_CAPABLE and an MP_JOIN will no longer result to a reject of the two options, but only the second suboption is ignored. That seems OK to do that for this unexpected error. At least now all inconsistent combinations are handled the same way. This could change later in next. This also means the explicit checks for having both MPC + MPJ in subflow.c will now be unreachable. That's fine, they will be removed in a follow-up patch. - In case of conflicting combinations, the extra suboption(s) is/are ignored: having such combinations either means the remote peer is buggy, or is evil. The simplest action is then taken in this case: stop processing the current suboption. - In mp_opt->suboptions, there is also a bit reserved to the checksum, which can be used in an MP_CAPABLE and a DSS. Each time a DSS option can be used in parallel with another option, the checksum can be set, so the verification is combined into a new OPTIONS_MPTCP_DSS macro. - An MP_CAPABLE ACK can carry a Data-Level Length, and an optional Checksum: they are the same as the ones found in a DSS, because a DSS cannot be used in parallel to an MP_CAPABLE. Similarly, even if there is room, a DSS cannot be used with an MP_JOIN. 5 h ago
CVE-2024-53095 9.8 critical — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: Fix use-after-free of network namespace. Recently, we got a customer report that CIFS triggers oops while reconnecting to a server. [0] The workload runs on Kubernetes, and some pods mount CIFS servers in non-root network namespaces. The problem rarely happened, but it was always while the pod was dying. The root cause is wrong reference counting for network namespace. CIFS uses kernel sockets, which do not hold refcnt of the netns that the socket belongs to. That means CIFS must ensure the socket is always freed before its netns; otherwise, use-after-free happens. The repro steps are roughly: 1. mount CIFS in a non-root netns 2. drop packets from the netns 3. destroy the netns 4. unmount CIFS We can reproduce the issue quickly with the script [1] below and see the splat [2] if CONFIG_NET_NS_REFCNT_TRACKER is enabled. When the socket is TCP, it is hard to guarantee the netns lifetime without holding refcnt due to async timers. Let's hold netns refcnt for each socket as done for SMC in commit 9744d2bf1976 ("smc: Fix use-after-free in tcp_write_timer_handler()."). Note that we need to move put_net() from cifs_put_tcp_session() to clean_demultiplex_info(); otherwise, __sock_create() still could touch a freed netns while cifsd tries to reconnect from cifs_demultiplex_thread(). Also, maybe_get_net() cannot be put just before __sock_create() because the code is not under RCU and there is a small chance that the same address happened to be reallocated to another netns. CVE-2024-38570 9.8 critical — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: gfs2: Fix potential glock use-after-free on unmount When a DLM lockspace is released and there ares still locks in that lockspace, DLM will unlock those locks automatically. Commit fb6791d100d1b started exploiting this behavior to speed up filesystem unmount: gfs2 would simply free glocks it didn't want to unlock and then release the lockspace. This didn't take the bast callbacks for asynchronous lock contention notifications into account, which remain active until until a lock is unlocked or its lockspace is released. To prevent those callbacks from accessing deallocated objects, put the glocks that should not be unlocked on the sd_dead_glocks list, release the lockspace, and only then free those glocks. As an additional measure, ignore unexpected ast and bast callbacks if the receiving glock is dead. 5 h ago
CVE-2026-97409 8.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme-fc: Do not cancel requests in io target before it is initialized A new nvme-fc controller in CONNECTING state sees admin request timeout schedules ctrl->ioerr_work to abort inflight requests. CVE-2026-89435 8.8 high — strategy11team, formidable forms – contact form, survey, quiz, payment, calculator form & custom form builder The Formidable Forms – WordPress Form Builder for Contact Forms, Calculators, Quizzes & More plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary Plugin Installation in all versions up to, and including, 6.35 via the 'file_url' parameter parameter. This is due to insufficient URL prefix validation in validate_url_is_in_s3_bucket() and a permission callback that relies solely on a shared token obtainable by any user with the delegable frm_view_forms capability, without checking install_plugins or activate_plugins capabilities. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to install arbitrary plugins on the server. Exploitation additionally requires that the site is free-only (Formidable Pro is NOT installed). 11 h ago
CVE-2026-104368 8.8 high — webtoffee, export and import users and customers The Export and Import Users and Customers plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.5 via the plugin's own export and re-import workflow. The vulnerability exists because of a CSV escape-character mismatch between the exporter and the importer: class-csvwriter.php writes cells with fputcsv() using PHP's default backslash (\) escape character, while class-csvreader.php parses the same file with fgetcsv() using a double-quote (") as the escape character. As a result, a crafted value stored in a Subscriber's Biographical Info field — containing a backslash-quote sequence followed by a newline — is written as a single quoted CSV field but parsed back as two separate rows on import. The injected second row is then processed by hf_create_customer() as a new user record whose user_login, user_pass, user_email, and role are entirely attacker-controlled, allowing the creation of an arbitrary Administrator account. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers with Subscriber-level access and above to escalate their privileges to Administrator. 13 h ago
CVE-2025-34458 8.7 high 0.00% wb2osz, dire wolf wb2osz/direwolf (Dire Wolf) versions up to and including 1.8.1, prior to commit 3658a87, contain a reachable assertion vulnerability in the APRS MIC-E decoder function aprs_mic_e() located in src/decode_aprs.c. When processing a specially crafted AX.25 frame containing a MIC-E message with an empty or truncated comment field, the application triggers an unhandled assertion checking for a non-empty comment. This assertion failure causes immediate process termination, allowing a remote, unauthenticated attacker to cause a denial of service by sending malformed APRS traffic. 20 h ago
CVE-2026-104615 7.9 high — suse, rancher A security vulnerability was discovered in SUSE Rancher Fleet's cluster registration flow, in Fleet versions before 0.12, 0.13.0 up to 0.13.17, 0.14.0 up to 0.14.12, 0.15.0 up t o 0.15.17 and 0.16.0 up to 0.16.3. The cluster identity claimed by a registration request was accepted without being bound to the registration token that the request was made with. As a result, a registration request could be associated with a managed cluster that was originally registered with a different registration token. 2 h ago
CVE-2026-80526 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: tas2562: Validate values for volume writes tas2562_volume_control_put() does not do any validation of the control value written by userspace, it uses it to look up a value in a fixed size array which can easily be overflowed and then writes whatever value it gets back to the device. Add validation that we are loading a value we have in the array. 5 h ago
CVE-2026-74417 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/radeon: fix integer overflow in radeon_align_pitch() radeon_align_pitch() has the same kind of overflow issue as the old amdgpu helper: both the alignment round-up add and the final 'aligned * cpp' calculation can overflow signed int. If that wraps, radeon_mode_dumb_create() can end up returning an invalid pitch or creating a zero-sized dumb buffer. Fix this by using check_add_overflow() for the alignment round-up and check_mul_overflow() for the final pitch calculation, returning 0 on overflow. Also reject zero pitch and size in radeon_mode_dumb_create(). Found via AST-based call-graph analysis using sqry. 5 h ago
CVE-2025-38675 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: xfrm: state: initialize state_ptrs earlier in xfrm_state_find In case of preemption, xfrm_state_look_at will find a different pcpu_id and look up states for that other CPU. If we matched a state for CPU2 in the state_cache while the lookup started on CPU1, we will jump to "found", but the "best" state that we got will be ignored and we will enter the "acquire" block. This block uses state_ptrs, which isn't initialized at this point. Let's initialize state_ptrs just after taking rcu_read_lock. This will also prevent a possible misuse in the future, if someone adjusts this function. 5 h ago

As a result, when the tcp sock in netns_1 processes the received message, it sends the message (FIN message) in the sending queue, and the tcp timer is re-established. When the network namespace is deleted, the net structure accessed by tcp's timer handler function causes problems. To fix this problem, let's hold netns refcnt for the tcp kernel socket as done in other modules. This is an ugly hack which can easily be backported to earlier kernels. A proper fix which cleans up the interfaces will follow, but may not be so easy to backport. 5 h ago
CVE-2024-46787 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: userfaultfd: fix checks for huge PMDs Patch series "userfaultfd: fix races around pmd_trans_huge() check", v2. The pmd_trans_huge() code in mfill_atomic() is wrong in three different ways depending on kernel version: 1. The pmd_trans_huge() check is racy and can lead to a BUG_ON() (if you hit the right two race windows) - I've tested this in a kernel build with some extra mdelay() calls. See the commit message for a description of the race scenario. On older kernels (before 6.5), I think the same bug can even theoretically lead to accessing transhuge page contents as a page table if you hit the right 5 narrow race windows (I haven't tested this case). 2. As pointed out by Qi Zheng, pmd_trans_huge() is not sufficient for detecting PMDs that don't point to page tables. On older kernels (before 6.5), you'd just have to win a single fairly wide race to hit this. I've tested this on 6.1 stable by racing migration (with a mdelay() patched into try_to_migrate()) against UFFDIO_ZEROPAGE - on my x86 VM, that causes a kernel oops in ptlock_ptr(). 3. On newer kernels (>=6.5), for shmem mappings, khugepaged is allowed to yank page tables out from under us (though I haven't tested that), so I think the BUG_ON() checks in mfill_atomic() are just wrong. I decided to write two separate fixes for these (one fix for bugs 1+2, one fix for bug 3), so that the first fix can be backported to kernels affected by bugs 1+2. This patch (of 2): This fixes two issues. I discovered that the following race can occur: mfill_atomic other thread ============ ============ <zap PMD> pmdp_get_lockless() [reads none pmd] <bail if trans_huge> <if none:> <pagefault creates transhuge zeropage> __pte_alloc [no-op] <zap PMD> <bail if pmd_trans_huge(*dst_pmd)> BUG_ON(pmd_none(*dst_pmd)) I have experimentally verified this in a kernel with extra mdelay() calls; the BUG_ON(pmd_none(*dst_pmd)) triggers. On kernels newer than commit 0d940a9b270b ("mm/pgtable: allow pte_offset_map[_lock]() to fail"), this can't lead to anything worse than a BUG_ON(), since the page table access helpers are actually designed to deal with page tables concurrently disappearing; but on older kernels (<=6.4), I think we could probably theoretically race past the two BUG_ON() checks and end up treating a hugepage as a page table. The second issue is that, as Qi Zheng pointed out, there are other types of huge PMDs that pmd_trans_huge() can't catch: devmap PMDs and swap PMDs (in particular, migration PMDs). On <=6.4, this is worse than the first issue: If mfill_atomic() runs on a PMD that contains a migration entry (which just requires winning a single, fairly wide race), it will pass the PMD to pte_offset_map_lock(), which assumes that the PMD points to a page table. Breakage follows: First, the kernel tries to take the PTE lock (which will crash or maybe worse if there is no "struct page" for the address bits in the migration entry PMD - I think at least on X86 there usually is no corresponding "struct page" thanks to the PTE inversion mitigation, amd64 looks different). If that didn't crash, the kernel would next try to write a PTE into what it wrongly thinks is a page table. As part of fixing these issues, get rid of the check for pmd_trans_huge() before __pte_alloc() - that's redundant, we're going to have to check for that after the __pte_alloc() anyway. Backport note: pmdp_get_lockless() is pmd_read_atomic() in older kernels. 5 h ago
CVE-2024-35951 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/panfrost: Fix the error path in panfrost_mmu_map_fault_addr() Subject: [PATCH] drm/panfrost: Fix the error path in panfrost_mmu_map_fault_addr() If some the pages or sgt allocation failed, we shouldn't release the pages ref we got earlier, otherwise we will end up with unbalanced get/put_pages() calls. We should instead leave everything in place and let the BO release function deal with extra cleanup when the object is destroyed, or let the fault handler try again next time it's called. 5 h ago
CVE-2024-35860 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: support deferring bpf_link dealloc to after RCU grace period BPF link for some program types is passed as a "context" which can be used by those BPF programs to look up additional information. E.g., for multi-kprobes and multi-uprobes, link is used to fetch BPF cookie values. Because of this runtime dependency, when bpf_link refcnt drops to zero there could still be active BPF programs running accessing link data. This patch adds generic support to defer bpf_link dealloc callback to after RCU GP, if requested. This is done by exposing two different deallocation callbacks, one synchronous and one deferred. If deferred one is provided, bpf_link_free() will schedule dealloc_deferred() callback to happen after RCU GP. BPF is using two flavors of RCU: "classic" non-sleepable one and RCU tasks trace one. The latter is used when sleepable BPF programs are used. bpf_link_free() accommodates that by checking underlying BPF program's sleepable flag, and goes either through normal RCU GP only for non-sleepable, or through RCU tasks trace GP *and* then normal RCU GP (taking into account rcu_trace_implies_rcu_gp() optimization), if BPF program is sleepable. We use this for multi-kprobe and multi-uprobe links, which dereference link during program run. We also preventively switch raw_tp link to use deferred dealloc callback, as upcoming changes in bpf-next tree expose raw_tp link data (specifically, cookie value) to BPF program at runtime as well. 5 h ago
CVE-2024-14040 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: nexthop: Increase weight to u16 In CLOS networks, as link failures occur at various points in the network, ECMP weights of the involved nodes are adjusted to compensate. With high fan-out of the involved nodes, and overall high number of nodes, a (non-)ECMP weight ratio that we would like to configure does not fit into 8 bits. Instead of, say, 255:254, we might like to configure something like 1000:999. For these deployments, the 8-bit weight may not be enough. To that end, in this patch increase the next hop weight from u8 to u16. Increasing the width of an integral type can be tricky, because while the code still compiles, the types may not check out anymore, and numerical errors come up. To prevent this, the conversion was done in two steps. First the type was changed from u8 to a single-member structure, which invalidated all uses of the field. This allowed going through them one by one and audit for type correctness. Then the structure was replaced with a vanilla u16 again. This should ensure that no place was missed. The UAPI for configuring nexthop group members is that an attribute NHA_GROUP carries an array of struct nexthop_grp entries: struct nexthop_grp { __u32 id; /* nexthop id - must exist */ __u8 weight; /* weight of this nexthop */ __u8 resvd1; __u16 resvd2; }; The field resvd1 is currently validated and required to be zero. We can lift this requirement and carry high-order bits of the weight in the reserved field: struct nexthop_grp { __u32 id; /* nexthop id - must exist */ __u8 weight; /* weight of this nexthop */ __u8 weight_high; __u16 resvd2; }; Keeping the fields split this way was chosen in case an existing userspace makes assumptions about the width of the weight field, and to sidestep any endianness issues. The weight field is currently encoded as the weight value minus one, because weight of 0 is invalid. This same trick is impossible for the new weight_high field, because zero must mean actual zero. With this in place: - Old userspace is guaranteed to carry weight_high of 0, therefore configuring 8-bit weights as appropriate. When dumping nexthops with 16-bit weight, it would only show the lower 8 bits. But configuring such nexthops implies existence of userspace aware of the extension in the first place. - New userspace talking to an old kernel will work as long as it only attempts to configure 8-bit weights, where the high-order bits are zero. Old kernel will bounce attempts at configuring >8-bit weights. Renaming reserved fields as they are allocated for some purpose is commonly done in Linux. Whoever touches a reserved field is doing so at their own risk. nexthop_grp::resvd1 in particular is currently used by at least strace, however they carry an own copy of UAPI headers, and the conversion should be trivial. A helper is provided for decoding the weight out of the two fields. Forcing a conversion seems preferable to bending backwards and introducing anonymous unions or whatever. 5 h ago
CVE-2023-52761 7.8 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: riscv: VMAP_STACK overflow detection thread-safe commit 31da94c25aea ("riscv: add VMAP_STACK overflow detection") added support for CONFIG_VMAP_STACK. If overflow is detected, CPU switches to `shadow_stack` temporarily before switching finally to per-cpu `overflow_stack`. If two CPUs/harts are racing and end up in over flowing kernel stack, one or both will end up corrupting each other state because `shadow_stack` is not per-cpu. This patch optimizes per-cpu overflow stack switch by directly picking per-cpu `overflow_stack` and gets rid of `shadow_stack`. Following are the changes in this patch - Defines an asm macro to obtain per-cpu symbols in destination register. - In entry.S, when overflow is detected, per-cpu overflow stack is located using per-cpu asm macro. Computing per-cpu symbol requires a temporary register. x31 is saved away into CSR_SCRATCH (CSR_SCRATCH is anyways zero since we're in kernel). Please see Links for additional relevant disccussion and alternative solution. CVE-2025-38590 7.5 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5e: Remove skb secpath if xfrm state is not found Hardware returns a unique identifier for a decrypted packet's xfrm state, this state is looked up in an xarray. However, the state might have been freed by the time of this lookup. Currently, if the state is not found, only a counter is incremented. The secpath (sp) extension on the skb is not removed, resulting in sp->len becoming 0. Subsequently, functions like __xfrm_policy_check() attempt to access fields such as xfrm_input_state(skb)->xso.type (which dereferences sp->xvec[sp->len - 1]) without first validating sp->len. This leads to a crash when dereferencing an invalid state pointer. This patch prevents the crash by explicitly removing the secpath extension from the skb if the xfrm state is not found after hardware decryption. This ensures downstream functions do not operate on a zero-length secpath. CVE-2026-110732 7.5 high — tigroumeow, ai engine – mcp server & ai chatbot for wordpress, with claude, chatgpt & gemini The AI Engine – The Chatbot, AI Framework & MCP for WordPress plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to, and including, 3.8.6 This is due to the MCP module's OAuth 2.1 Dynamic Client Registration endpoint (/wp-json/mcp/v1/oauth/register) being registered with a permission_callback of __return_true, allowing an unauthenticated user to register an active OAuth client with an attacker-controlled redirect URI. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to obtain an administrator-bound MCP access token, and thereby full administrator-level control through the MCP tools (including user creation and option updates), once an administrator approves the attacker's client on the OAuth consent screen. The consent page is additionally served without X-Frame-Options or Content-Security-Policy frame-ancestors, so that approval can be obtained via clickjacking. 11 h ago

This is possible because Post Excerpt, Post Custom Field, and Rich-Text-Editor-enabled Paragraph Text fields allow raw HTML submissions via allow_html(), and an entity-encoded payload stored in a data-dialog-confirm attribute evades wp_kses_post() at save time but is decoded into executable markup by the browser when the plugin's admin JavaScript passes the attribute value to insertAdjacentHTML(). 11 h ago
CVE-2026-111730 7.2 high — rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 does not validate the LengthPeerStationName field of a CheckPeers block in get_check_peer(). The received length (up to 255) was used to copy data into the 241-byte peer station name buffer and to place the terminating NUL byte, so a crafted block writes up to 15 bytes past the end of the buffer. This can lead to a crash (denial of service) or potentially arbitrary code execution. Requires establishment of session that needs ADJACENT network access. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-31707 7.1 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: validate response sizes in ipc_validate_msg() ipc_validate_msg() computes the expected message size for each response type by adding (or multiplying) attacker-controlled fields from the daemon response to a fixed struct size in unsigned int arithmetic. Three cases can overflow: KSMBD_EVENT_RPC_REQUEST: msg_sz = sizeof(struct ksmbd_rpc_command) + resp->payload_sz; KSMBD_EVENT_SHARE_CONFIG_REQUEST: msg_sz = sizeof(struct ksmbd_share_config_response) + resp->payload_sz; KSMBD_EVENT_LOGIN_REQUEST_EXT: msg_sz = sizeof(struct ksmbd_login_response_ext) + resp->ngroups * sizeof(gid_t); resp->payload_sz is __u32 and resp->ngroups is __s32. Each addition can wrap in unsigned int; the multiplication by sizeof(gid_t) mixes signed and size_t, so a negative ngroups is converted to SIZE_MAX before the multiply. A wrapped value of msg_sz that happens to equal entry->msg_sz bypasses the size check on the next line, and downstream consumers (smb2pdu.c:6742 memcpy using rpc_resp->payload_sz, kmemdup in ksmbd_alloc_user using resp_ext->ngroups) then trust the unverified length. Use check_add_overflow() on the RPC_REQUEST and SHARE_CONFIG_REQUEST paths to detect integer overflow without constraining functional payload size; userspace ksmbd-tools grows NDR responses in 4096-byte chunks for calls like NetShareEnumAll, so a hard transport cap is unworkable on the response side. For LOGIN_REQUEST_EXT, reject resp->ngroups outside the signed [0, NGROUPS_MAX] range up front and report the error from ipc_validate_msg() so it fires at the IPC boundary; with that bound the subsequent multiplication and addition stay well below UINT_MAX. The now-redundant ngroups check and pr_err in ksmbd_alloc_user() are removed. This is the response-side analogue of aab98e2dbd64 ("ksmbd: fix integer overflows on 32 bit systems"), which hardened the request side. 5 h ago
CVE-2024-26799 7.0 high — linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ASoC: qcom: Fix uninitialized pointer dmactl In the case where __lpass_get_dmactl_handle is called and the driver id dai_id is invalid the pointer dmactl is not being assigned a value, and dmactl contains a garbage value since it has not been initialized and so the null check may not work. Fix this to initialize dmactl to NULL. One could argue that modern compilers will set this to zero, but it is useful to keep this initialized as per the same way in functions __lpass_platform_codec_intf_init and lpass_cdc_dma_daiops_hw_params. Cleans up clang scan build warning: sound/soc/qcom/lpass-cdc-dma.c:275:7: warning: Branch condition evaluates to a garbage value [core.uninitialized.Branch] 5 h ago
CVE-2026-118698 6.5 medium — beardev, joomsport – for sports: team & league, football, hockey & more The JoomSport – for Sports: Team & League, Football, Hockey & more plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to generic SQL Injection via the 'pgroup' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 5.7.14 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. A Contributor-level user can trigger the vulnerable code path by authoring a post containing the [jsMatchPlayerList] shortcode with a malicious pgroup value and previewing it, as WordPress allows shortcode execution during post preview for the post's author. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-118194 6.5 medium — cyberlord92, page and post restriction The Page and Post Restriction plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in all versions up to, and including, 1.6.1 This is due to the `papr_restrict_page_post_rest_api()` function, hooked on `rest_pre_dispatch`, re-authenticating the current user from the `wordpress_logged_in` cookie via `wp_set_current_user()` for any GET or HEAD REST request where the current user is 0, without verifying a REST nonce — silently undoing the nonce-zeroing that WordPress core's `rest_cookie_check_errors()` performs on cookie-authenticated requests that lack an `X-WP-Nonce` header or `_wpnonce` parameter. Combined with WordPress's permissive REST CORS behavior — which echoes the request `Origin` and sets `Access-Control-Allow-Credentials: true` — this allows an unauthenticated attacker to read REST API GET responses as a logged-in victim, exposing role-restricted and private post/page content, victim user profile data via `/wp-json/wp/v2/users/me`, and comments the victim is authorized to see. This requires the attacker to lure a logged-in user into visiting an attacker-controlled page that issues credentialed cross-origin `fetch` requests against the target site's REST API; no nonce or further victim interaction beyond the page visit is needed. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-5461 6.5 medium — wpmudev, forminator forms – contact form, payment form & custom form builder The Forminator Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Limited File Deletion in all versions up to, and including, 1.55.0.2. This is due to the plugin accepting arbitrary upload field metadata from POST requests in draft submissions without proper validation, which is then used to delete files when a subsequent draft references the poisoned draft via the previous_draft_id parameter. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete arbitrary non-PHP files within the wp-content/uploads/ directory. 13 h ago
CVE-2026-50106 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet When NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including version 1.26.1 is configured with both a root trust anchor and an additional 'trust-anchor:' for an island-of-security zone whose parent is provably insecure under the root chain, a malicious actor who can deliver one forged NXDOMAIN response for a name inside the island, with the NSEC/SOA RRSIG 'SignerName' set to the insecure parent, tricks Unbound's validator to use the root trust anchor instead, and consecutively the insecure parent, thus causing that record to be treated as insecure and denying existence for records in the trust island. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-118500 6.4 medium — coolplugins, cool formkit lite – advanced form builder for elementor The Cool FormKit Lite – Advanced Form Builder for Elementor plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via the '_elementor_data.form_fields[].custom_id' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 2.7.9 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The esc_html() call applied at server emission is bypassed because the HTML fragment-serialization algorithm restores &quot; to a raw double-quote inside text nodes when jQuery .html() extracts the template, allowing the attacker-controlled custom_id to break out of an HTML attribute context within the plugin's own frontend script. 1 h ago
CVE-2026-118634 6.4 medium — liedekef, events made easy The Events Made Easy plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'width' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.1 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-119602 6.3 medium — kyz, libmspack libmspack through 0.11alpha contains an uninitialized memory disclosure vulnerability in the MS-ZIP decompressor that allows attackers to leak heap data via unchecked back-reference distances. Attackers can supply a crafted MS-ZIP CAB file whose first block begins with a back-reference, causing cabd->extract() to write up to 32 KiB of stale heap memory into extracted output. 1 h ago
CVE-2026-109821 6.3 medium — elixir-lang, elixir Improper Validation of Specified Quantity in Input vulnerability in the Elixir standard library's URI module allows an attacker who supplies a URL to cause a denial of service through CPU exhaustion. URI.parse/1 converts the port component with String.to_integer/1 in split_authority/1 (lib/elixir/lib/uri.ex) without bounding its length, so a port of up to 1,262,592 decimal digits produces a bignum of that size and a longer one raises SystemLimitError. Rendering the parsed URI back to text (URI.to_string/1, inspect/1, logging, error formatting) converts the bignum with :erlang.integer_to_binary/1, which is quadratic on Erlang/OTP 27, 28 and 29.0: a 400,000-digit port renders in about 2.6 seconds and a 1 MB port in about 18 seconds. Ports above 65535 are also accepted. This issue affects elixir: from 0.5.0 before 1.18.6, from 1.19.0-rc.0 before 1.19.7, and from 1.20.0-rc.0 before 1.20.5. 8 h ago
CVE-2026-104436 6.3 medium 0.00% zcashfoundation, zebra, zebra-chain Zebra before 4.5.0 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability that allows remote P2P peers to exhaust blocking-pool threads by sending oversized block locator vectors. Attackers can send getblocks or getheaders messages with up to 65,535 locator hashes, triggering per-hash chain lookups that degrade block validation, RPC, and mempool performance. 20 h ago
CVE-2025-30006 6.1 medium 0.00% xorcom, completepbx Xorcom CompletePBX is vulnerable to a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) in the administrative control panel. This issue affects CompletePBX: all versions up to and including 5.2.35 20 h ago
CVE-2026-92587 5.3 medium 0.00% n8n-io, n8n n8n is a workflow automation platform. In versions before 1.123.76, 2.37.7, and 2.38.2, the Git node validated a relative remote URL against the configured repositoryPath but then invoked git with that path as its working directory; git walked up to the enclosing repository's top level and resolved the same relative URL from there. An authenticated user (member) who nested the repository one level below the configured path could therefore make an identical URL string pass the file-access check while git resolved it outside the sandbox. A subsequent fetch or pull read a git repository outside N8N_RESTRICT_FILE_ACCESS_TO and merged its objects into the user's own repository, where their contents could be read back. The issue is fixed in n8n 1.123.76, 2.37.7, and 2.38.2, which resolve the remote reference from the directory git actually operates in before applying the sandbox check. As a workaround, the Git node can be disabled by adding n8n-nodes-base.git to NODES_EXCLUDE. 20 h ago
CVE-2026-96405 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including version 1.26.1 limits compression-pointer traversal for each individual domain-name operation but has no aggregate inbound decompression-work budget. Many chained compression pointers in a message results in a lot of CPU usage following them. A malicious actor with recursive-query access and control of an ordinarily delegated authority that serves specially crafted replies can exploit the vulnerability and degrade Unbound's general performance. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-109125 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet In NLnet Labs Unbound up to and including version 1.26.1, an observable cache-level side-channel can be exposed with 'unwanted-reply-threshold > 0' configurations (not a default configuration). If a response-like UDP datagram reaches the upstream source port currently used by a recursive query, but its TXID does not match any pending query, Unbound counts the packet as an unwanted reply. When the accumulated count reaches the configured threshold, Unbound clears the worker's RRset cache and message cache. This cache clear action does not destroy the current upstream UDP pending query. Therefore, an external observer can distinguish whether a candidate port matches the current upstream source port by checking whether an existing cached item has been cleared. This is a cache side-channel vulnerability that can be used to probe the upstream source port. Although the attack is not feasible on default configurations and the suggested value (10 million) makes it an ureliable attack on a public resolver, in scenarios where the attacker can keep a concurrent query window alive, the attacker can first filter the source port and then perform birthday-style guessing against the TXID, making cache poisoning a feasible attack path. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-109970 4.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw was found in the clevis PKCS#11 pin. The clevis-luks-pkcs11-askpin script writes the PKCS#11 token PIN in plaintext to a file without setting restrictive permissions. Under the default process umask, the file is world-readable. Additionally, the PIN file is not reliably cleaned up if the decryption script exits early, leaving the PIN accessible indefinitely. 10 h ago
CVE-2026-119087 4.3 medium — keywordrush, content egg – affiliate product importer & price comparison The Content Egg – Affiliate Product Importer & Price Comparison plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 12.0.0 This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with author-level access and above, to create posts attributed to another user's account — typically an administrator — by supplying an admin-owned preset_id, causing wp_insert_post to record the administrator as post_author. This includes the ability to create published posts when the attacker already holds publish_posts capability for the preset's post type, resulting in administrator-attributed published content created by a lower-privileged user. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-119059 4.3 medium — keywordrush, content egg – affiliate product importer & price comparison The Content Egg plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to unauthorized modification of data due to a missing per-post capability check on the ajaxUpdateProducts() function in versions up to, and including, 12.0.0. The handler verifies a static nonce ('contentegg_metabox') and the generic 'edit_posts' capability, but trusts the attacker-supplied $_POST['post_id'] verbatim and never calls current_user_can('edit_post', $post_id) — the per-object check that its sibling save_post handler saveMeta() correctly performs. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to modify Content Egg product data (_cegg_data_*) and update-timestamp post meta on arbitrary posts, including those owned by administrators. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-13116 4.3 medium — wpovernight, pdf invoices & packing slips for woocommerce The PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 5.14.0 via the generate_document_shortcode due to missing validation on a user controlled key. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with contributor-level access and above, to mint publicly accessible, session-free download links for arbitrary third-party orders, exposing customer names, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, order and invoice numbers, line items, totals, payment details, and customer notes contained in those orders' invoices and packing slips. Exploitation requires the plugin's Document link access type setting to be configured to 'full'; with the default 'logged_in' value, generated URLs are signed with a per-session nonce rather than the order_key, making the shortcode path unexploitable for unauthorized access to third-party orders. 18 h ago
CVE-2026-114472 3.7 low 0.00% no CPE yet Insufficient resource pool in the ACME HTTP-01 challenge responder of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause a certificate issuance or renewal to fail. When the server obtains or renews a TLS certificate over ACME it runs an HTTP-01 challenge responder on port 80 for the certificate authority to read the challenge token; the responder served one connection at a time, accepting a socket, waiting up to five seconds to receive a request, answering it, and only then accepting the next. A client that connected and sent nothing held the single worker for the whole timeout, so enough idle connections during a validation keep the certificate authority's own request from being answered in time and the validation fails. Sustained across a certificate's renewals this leads to the certificate expiring, after which clients refuse the server's TLS; the mail service itself continues on its current certificate until then. No authentication is required to connect to the responder. Version 6.3.7 serves up to 64 connections at once and closes a connection past that, so that where a handful of idle connections, one after another, sufficed before, a client must keep 64 idle connections open at once throughout a validation to have the certificate authority's connection closed. 20 h ago
CVE-2026-35501 3.7 low 0.00% no CPE yet When NLnet Labs Unbound 1.0.1 up to and including version 1.26.1 is configured with both a root trust anchor and an additional 'trust-anchor:' for an island-of-security zone whose parent is provably insecure under the root chain, a malicious actor with a forged NSEC reply with the SOA bit cleared can trick Unbound to treat the configured trust island as insecure. This happens because the DNSSEC validator in Unbound accepts and caches the NSEC insecure response bypassing the RRSIG validation that the validator was supposed to do. The acceptance of the NSEC record at the trust anchor apex was allowed due to and old fix for type DS and NSEC queries from clients when trust anchor for that name existed. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-118776 3.7 low — digitalbazaar, forge Forge (also called node-forge) is a native implementation of Transport Layer Security in JavaScript. Prior to 1.4.1, the affected implementation used decipher.finish(), CBC and ECB modes, PKCS#7 padding to process the relevant input or security decision. node-forge validated only the final byte of PKCS#7 padding during CBC and ECB decryption and accepted zero, oversized, or mismatched padding bytes. Malformed ciphertext could consequently be accepted and up to four plaintext blocks could be silently removed, causing an integrity failure in applications that treated successful decryption as proof of valid padding. This issue is fixed in version 1.4.1. 23 h ago
CVE-2026-115794 2.3 low — rt-labs, p-net P-Net before 1.0.3 passes the application alarm callback a data length derived from the variable part length field of a received RTA alarm frame without checking it against the length of the received frame. A short frame can make the callback receive a length of up to 65507 bytes. An application that copies the reported number of bytes reads past the end of the receive buffer. The attacker must have established an Application Relationship and requires ADJACENT network access. Applications that do not use the alarm data are not affected. Thu 29 Oct
CVE-2026-61916 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet Out-of-bounds reads in URL parsing and case-insensitive header lookup in Apache bRPC before version 1.18.0 on platforms where plain char is unsigned, such as ARM64, allow remote attackers to cause a process crash and denial of service by sending crafted input containing bytes with the high bit set. Root Cause: Two 256-entry lookup tables are accessed through pointers biased by 128 so that valid indices are in the range -128 to 127. Input bytes are promoted from plain char to int without first normalizing them to the signed-char range. On affected platforms, bytes in the range 0x80 to 0xFF therefore become indices 128 to 255 and read up to 127 bytes beyond the end of the underlying tables. Affected Scenarios: A remotely accessible bRPC HTTP server on an affected platform can reach the vulnerable URL lookup through an unauthenticated request URI containing a high-bit byte. The case-insensitive lookup is also reachable when untrusted header names are processed through APIs such as the HTTP/2 HPACK path. HTTP/1 header names containing high-bit bytes are rejected by the HTTP/1 parser before reaching the vulnerable lookup. Builds where plain char is signed, which commonly include x86_64 builds, are not affected by this issue. How to Fix: Choose one of the following options: 1. Upgrade Apache bRPC to version 1.18.0 or later. 2. Apply the patch from https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3376 . The fix normalizes lookup-table indices to the signed-char range before accessing the biased tables. 3 h ago
