CVE-2026-62183exploit 9.8 critical 1.0% apache, syncope Improper Privilege Management vulnerability in Apache Syncope. When: * the all-Java user workflow adapter is configured, or * the Flowable user workflow adapter is configured, bearing a BPMN definition not requiring admin approval for user self registration of self update requests the following scenario could happen. A REST API call can allow the user to grant themselves one or more of defined Roles, thus gaining their Entitlements and becoming in fact an administrator; the actual Entitlements gained depend on the Roles that are effectively defined on the specific Syncope deployment. This issue affects Apache Syncope: from 3.0.0-M0 through 3.0.16, from 4.0.0-M0 Through 4.0.6, from 4.1.0-M0 through 4.1.1. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.0.7 / 4.1.2, which fix this issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-44590exploit 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Sherlock hunts down social media accounts by username across social networks. Prior to 0.16.1, the GitHub Actions workflow validate_modified_targets.yml is vulnerable to command injection via the pull_request_target trigger. Any GitHub user can execute arbitrary commands on the CI runner and exfiltrate the GITHUB_TOKEN by opening a pull request. No approval, review, or merge is required. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.16.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44359 10.0 critical 2.0% no CPE yet Meshtastic is an open source mesh networking solution. Prior to version 2.7.21.1370b23, the Meshtastic GitHub repository's main_matrix.yml workflow is triggered by pull_request_target and multiple jobs check out the attacker's fork code and execute it with access to repository secrets and elevated GITHUB_TOKEN permissions. No approval gate exists. Pull requests from external users with author_association: "NONE" triggered the CI workflow automatically. The workflow directly executes attacker-controlled files from the fork checkout. This issue could have resulted in supply chain compromise, self-hosted runner compromise, and/or repository takeover for the repo. This issue is separate from GHSA-6mwm-v2vv-pp96, which addressed a command injection via github.head_ref in the setup job of the same workflow. That fix correctly moved to environment variables. However, the more critical fork checkout vulnerability across the check, build, and build-debian-src jobs was not addressed. Version 2.7.21.1370b23 contains a patch for thie issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47036 9.8 critical 1.0% oracle, siebel_crm Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Development product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Siebel Approval Manager). Supported versions that are affected are 17.0-26.3. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Siebel CRM Development. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Siebel CRM Development. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 9.8 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts). CVSS Vector: (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H). 24 Oct
CVE-2026-19593 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet OpenAI Codex Desktop for Windows and macOS automatically inspected Git metadata and working-tree status when a user opened a workspace. If the workspace contains a repository with preserved attacker-controlled .git/config, the attr.tree setting and a configured clean or process filter can cause Git to run an attacker-controlled program. The program runs outside Codex's command sandbox with the signed-in user's privileges, without a workspace-trust prompt, command approval, or interaction with a model. The attacker can read, modify, or delete files and access credentials available to that user. Exploitation requires Git to be available on PATH and the user to open the attacker-prepared repository with its local Git configuration intact. An ordinary Git clone does not copy the source repository's .git/config and is not sufficient by itself. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-69264 9.8 critical 1.0% pnpm pnpm is a package manager. Versions 10.0.0 through 10.25 allow git-hosted dependencies to execute arbitrary code during pnpm install, circumventing the v10 security feature "Dependency lifecycle scripts execution disabled by default". While pnpm v10 blocks postinstall scripts via the onlyBuiltDependencies mechanism, git dependencies can still execute prepare, prepublish, and prepack scripts during the fetch phase, enabling remote code execution without user consent or approval. This issue is fixed in version 10.26.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-94205 9.8 critical 1.0% gitea Gitea Actions decided whether a fork pull request run needed approval based on the user who triggered the event rather than the pull request author. For `pull_request` activity triggered by a maintainer during ordinary triage, such as adding a label, the run was created without requiring approval, while the workflow definition was still taken from the fork head. Where Actions is enabled and a matching runner is registered, fork-controlled workflow code could run on the base repository's runners without an explicit approval. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-45311 9.6 critical 1.0% no CPE yet CodeWhale is a DeepSeek + MiMo coding agent in terminal. From 0.3.0 to 0.8.23, the run_tests tool executes cargo test in the workspace with ApprovalRequirement::Auto, meaning it runs without any user approval prompt. cargo test compiles and executes arbitrary code: test binaries, build.rs build scripts, and proc macros. While auto-approving test execution is a deliberate design choice, it creates an inconsistency in the security boundary. However, in a malicious repository, test code can execute arbitrary shell commands, exfiltrate credentials, or establish persistence with zero approval. The attack is amplified by AGENTS.md (auto-loaded into the system prompt), which can instruct the model to run tests proactively at session start. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.23. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-64622 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Network-AI (npm: network-ai) versions 5.12.2 through 5.13.3 fail to apply the configured authorization check (checkAuth/secret) to the ApprovalInbox GET read routes, so even when an operator configures a secret, unauthenticated actors can access sensitive approval request details. The GET /approvals/?status=all, GET /approvals/:id, GET /approvals/stats, and GET /approvals/sse routes disclose full ApprovalEntry content including action/target shell-command strings, file paths, justifications, and risk levels. All responses also carry a hardcoded Access-Control-Allow-Origin: * header, enabling cross-origin disclosure from any website the operator visits. This is an incomplete fix for GHSA-mxjx-28vx-xjjj. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-77930 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet EvoScientist 0.1.0 before 0.2.5 contains an approval bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to run host shell commands by delegating them to async sub-agents lacking an interrupt_on gate. Attackers can plant instructions in ingested content such as fetched web pages, so the agent calls start_async_task and runs commands with user privileges and environment secrets. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-109444 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet OpenSRE through 0.1.2026.10.19 contains an approval gate bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to execute shell_run commands without confirmation because the headless presenter's execution_allowed() always returns True. Attackers can inject instructions into alerts or Slack messages triaged by the agent to run commands on the host and exfiltrate LLM, Slack and cloud credentials. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-109442 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet piflow 2.0.0 through 2.0.1 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in its DeepAgents chat agent, whose POST /chat and POST /chat/stream endpoints lack authentication. Attackers can instruct the agent to call the exec_shell tool, which runs arbitrary commands via subprocess.run without human approval or an allow-list, exposing environment secrets such as LLM API keys and database credentials. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-58370 9.2 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Woodpecker before 3.15.0 matches the ApprovalAllowedUsers bypass list against pipeline.Author. For the GitLab forge driver, pipeline.Author is populated from the git commit author name (commit.author.name) carried in the webhook payload, which is attacker-controlled and not verified by GitLab. A user who can open a merge request from a fork can set the commit author name to match an entry in ApprovalAllowedUsers, causing needsApproval to return false so the pipeline runs without the required approval. This defeats the fork-approval security boundary and allows execution of attacker-controlled pipeline steps on a Woodpecker agent and exfiltration of CI secrets exposed to the run. Other built-in forge drivers (Gitea, Forgejo, GitHub, Bitbucket) derive pipeline.Author from the forge-validated sender/actor identity and are not affected. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-119096 9.8 critical 0.00% uncannyowl, uncanny toolkit for learndash The Uncanny Toolkit for LearnDash plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass in versions up to, and including, 3.8.2 via the `email` parameter of the `uo_login_action()` function. This is due to a parser-differential flaw in which the plugin's account-verification gate resolves the submitted `email` value using the raw, unsanitized string passed to `get_user_by()`, while the subsequent `wp_signon()` call relies on WordPress core's internal `sanitize_user()` to strip appended junk characters — causing the gate lookup to fail and be skipped entirely while the real account is still resolved and authenticated. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to log in to unverified or administrator-suspended accounts whose credentials they already possess, obtaining a valid `wordpress_logged_in` session cookie and defeating the plugin's account-approval and account-suspension controls. The nonce required to reach the handler is freely obtainable in the same request from the unauthenticated `ult-refresh-nonce` endpoint, making exploitation trivial for any attacker with network access to the site and knowledge of a target account's credentials.
