CVE-2026-115408 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet In `github.com/eclipse-keypont/crypto11/v2` versions `>= 2.0.0-rc3, <= 2.0.0-rc8`, the ML-KEM key-pair lookup functions (`FindMLKEMKeyPair`, `FindMLKEMKeyPairs`, `FindMLKEMKeyPairsWithAttributes`) locate the public half of an ML-KEM key pair by `CKA_ID`/`CKA_LABEL` and never verify it against the private key. In addition, the "ID only" fallback search runs even when the private key has no `CKA_ID`, so the search template reduces to the public-key class and the ML-KEM key type and the first ML-KEM public key on the token is returned. `Encapsulate()` on the resulting key pair encrypts the fresh shared secret to that key, so its owner — not the holder of the private key the caller looked up — can recover the secret. An attacker who can open an unauthenticated session on the token and plant a public `CKK_ML_KEM` object carrying the victim's `CKA_ID`/`CKA_LABEL` receives the shared secrets for encapsulations performed through the substituted key pair, compromising the confidentiality of those secrets and of everything protected by keys derived from them. The v1 module paths have no ML-KEM support and are not affected. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-75058 5.5 medium 0.00% jetbrains, intellij_idea In JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA before 2026.2.1 xXE was possible in the Eclipse settings importers Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-4983 5.4 medium 0.00% eclipse, open_vsx Open VSX Registry does not sanitize SVG files uploaded as extension icons prior to storage, and serves them with Content-Type: image/svg+xml without security headers such as Content-Security-Policy or Content-Disposition: attachment. This allows an attacker to publish an extension with a malicious SVG icon and achieve stored cross-site scripting (XSS) when a user navigates directly to the icon URL. On deployments using local storage, script execution occurs within the Open VSX application origin, enabling session hijacking, authentication token theft, and unauthorized extension publishing. On deployments backed by external storage (such as open-vsx.org with an S3-backed CDN), execution is confined to the storage origin, reducing impact but still permitting phishing attacks and credential harvesting through attacker-crafted pages. CVE-2026-59328 5.4 medium 0.00% broadcom, spring_tools Spring Tools for Eclipse renders Spring Boot starter wizard dependency tooltips in a native embedded browser (SWT Browser) with JavaScript enabled. Using untrusted and compromised Initializr endpoints for the Spring Boot starter wizard can result in arbitrary script execution inside the embedded browser when a developer hovers a dependency checkbox in the New Spring Starter Project wizard. Impact is limited to in-IDE UI spoofing and outbound network beaconing rather than full code execution. Affected Spring Products and Versions: Spring Tools for Eclipse: 5.2.0 and earlier Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-6790 5.3 medium 0.00% eclipse, jetty In Eclipse Jetty, for HTTP/1, HTTP/2 and HTTP/3 requests, there is no strict check that the request authority (host and port) matches what provided in the Host header (if present). This was not enforced in earlier HTTP RFC (for example, in RFC 2616), but it is in the latest RFC (9110 and 9112). This mismatch can cause a number of problems that may be classified as vulnerabilities such as: * URI constructions (for example, for redirects -- this is typical for login pages) * Virtual host selection * Reverse proxying * Misleading logs * Etc. Given that the latest RFCs require that request authority and Host header must match, Jetty should enforce this invariant. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-8384 5.3 medium 0.00% eclipse, jetty In Eclipse Jetty, an HTTP URI of this form: /public;/../admin/secret.txt results in an unresolved path of: /public/../admin/secret.txt instead of the expected: /admin/secret.txt Jetty itself is not affected, as it will not serve the secret.txt file because it will not pass the alias checker (only resolved resources are served). However, web applications that rely on resolved paths being provided by Jetty may be confused when receiving an unresolved path. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-107597 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PIA's token verification (`verify_token` in `pia/oidc.py`) fetches the OIDC discovery document of an allowlisted issuer and then follows the `jwks_uri` contained in that response without parsing it as a URL, comparing it against the approved issuer's origin, or requiring HTTPS — the only check is that the field is non-empty (`pia/oidc.py:42-52`). An approved identity provider — and every registered per-project Jenkins instance under `https://ci.eclipse.org/<project>/oidc` is a separate such party (`pia/models.py`) — can therefore direct PIA to issue a GET request to an arbitrary host and port, including over plaintext `http`, from PIA's own network position. The fetch happens before any signature is verified, as a side effect of an unauthenticated `POST /v1/upload/sbom` request that is ultimately rejected with 401. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-14304 4.6 medium 0.00% eclipse, soumu, accessibility_tools_framework, michecker In Eclipse Accessibility Tools Framework (ACTF) versions up to 1.6.0 (including source code versions up to v20260630 and ACTF based application miChecker versions up to 3.1.0), it has been identified that an XML External Entity (XXE) vulnerability exists. If this vulnerability is exploited, a malicious third party could gain access to local resources or internal network resources via computer running applications that use Eclipse ACTF, including miChecker. CVE-2026-59327 4.4 medium 0.00% broadcom, spring_tools Spring Tools for Eclipse stores the Spring Boot DevTools remote secret (spring.devtools.remote.secret) as a plain string attribute on the "Spring Boot DevTools Client" launch configuration. Eclipse persists launch configuration attributes as cleartext XML, either to workspace metadata or, if the user marks the configuration as a shared file, directly into the project tree where it can be committed to version control. This secret is the sole credential protecting the DevTools remote restart/reload endpoint, which accepts and executes arbitrary class bytes on the target application. Anyone able to read the .launch file (via filesystem access, a workspace backup, or a shared VCS repository) can extract the secret and use it to achieve remote code execution against the associated Spring Boot application. Affected Spring Products and Versions: Spring Tools for Eclipse: 5.2.0 and earlier Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-16454 4.3 medium 0.00% eclipse, hawkbit In Eclipse hawkBit versions 1.0.3 and prior, a privilege escalation vulnerability (CWE-284 / CWE-862) has been identified in the Direct Device Integration (DDI) Controller. This vulnerability allows an authenticated device to escalate its permissions and bypass the strict boundaries of its assigned updates. Under normal operation, a device should be restricted strictly to the specific firmware artifacts explicitly assigned to it. However, this flaw enables any authenticated device to bypass this restriction and download any firmware artifact within the same tenant. This is not an authentication bypass; the requesting device must possess valid credentials for its respective tenant. Instead, the issue stems from a flaw in object-level authorization validation. A related, lower-severity helper issue exists in the listing software modules artifacts metadata endpoint. This endpoint does not enforce assignment checks, enabling an authenticated device to list and enumerate available firmware artifacts, which can facilitate targeted exfiltration using the main download authorization bypass. CVE-2025-55097 2.4 low 0.00% eclipse, threadx_usbx In USBX before 6.4.3, the USB support module for Eclipse Foundation ThreadX, there was a potential out of bound read issue in _ux_host_class_audio_streaming_sampling_get() when parsing a descriptor of an USB streaming device. 9 Oct
CVE-2025-55099 2.4 low 0.00% eclipse, threadx_usbx In USBX before 6.4.3, the USB support module for Eclipse Foundation ThreadX, there was a potential out of bound read issue in _ux_host_class_audio_alternate_setting_locate() when parsing a descriptor with attacker-controlled frequency fields. 9 Oct
CVE-2025-11966 2.3 low 0.00% eclipse, vert.x In Eclipse Vert.x versions [4.0.0, 4.5.21] and [5.0.0, 5.0.4], when "directory listing" is enabled, file and directory names are inserted into generated HTML without proper escaping in the href, title, and link attributes. An attacker who can create or rename files or directories within a served path can craft filenames containing malicious script or HTML content, leading to stored cross-site scripting (XSS) that executes in the context of users viewing the affected directory listing. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-55096 2.1 low 0.00% eclipse, threadx_usbx In USBX before 6.4.3, the USB support module for Eclipse Foundation ThreadX, there was a potential out of bound read issue in _ux_host_class_hid_report_descriptor_get() when parsing a descriptor of an USB HID device. 9 Oct
