| CVE-2026-114646 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A data-validation flaw exists in the BSON handling and binary serialization path of the MongoDB C# Driver. When an application constructs a raw or lazy BSON document object from externally supplied binary data, the driver does not verify that the size quantity declared inside that data matches the amount of data actually provided, and it copies the data onto the wire unchanged. An unauthenticated party who can supply binary content to such an application can thereby cause additional elements to be inserted into, or existing elements to be removed from, the database command the application issues, without needing any database credentials of their own. This can result in unauthorized modification of stored data and disclosure of data outside the intended scope of the application's request, bounded by the database privileges the application itself holds. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114650 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A flaw in the client-side encryption support of the MongoDB .NET/C# driver can cause data designated for client-side field-level encryption to be written without encryption. Under certain platform text-encoding configurations, an internal name conversion loses information, so the encryption layer fails to associate the operation with its configured encryption rules and the operation proceeds without an error being raised. An application user with the ability to write data through an affected application can therefore have sensitive fields persisted in plaintext, defeating the confidentiality guarantee that client-side encryption is intended to provide. No integrity or availability impact was observed. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114654 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A numeric-type conversion flaw in the BSON handling library of the MongoDB C# Driver allows an out-of-range binary subtype value supplied through untrusted textual input to bypass the library's binary-element integrity checks. When such a value is later encoded, it is narrowed to a smaller wire representation, producing binary elements that misdeclare their type or length. An unauthenticated party able to supply text parsed by an affected application can cause it to emit and persist malformed binary data, which subsequent readers either reject with an error or silently interpret as shorter than the data that was validated. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-87110 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, ops_manager | An unauthenticated user with network access to the Ops Manager web port can repeatedly request monitoring endpoints that perform costly work without rate limiting. This can temporarily slow other traffic served by the same process while requests continue. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-19502 | 6.8 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, sql_schema_builder_cli | MongoDB SQL Schema Builder CLI records its startup configuration to standard output and, when file logging is enabled, to a log file on disk. Certain connection settings were written without redaction, so authentication material supplied by the operator could appear in plaintext in that diagnostic output. A local user with read access to the terminal session or the log directory, or anyone with access to a location where those logs are subsequently collected, could obtain those values. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55369 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Waline is a comment system with backend support. Prior to version 1.41.1, the login endpoint POST /api/token reads the email field from the request body without checking its type and passes it straight into the MongoDB storage query. When email is not a string (for example a JSON object such as {"$ne": null}), the MongoDB storage adapter's parseWhere silently DROPS the field rather than rejecting the request, producing an empty filter that matches ALL users. The endpoint then verifies the submitted password against the FIRST user returned (user[0]), which in Waline is the first-registered user — the site administrator. This is a PARTIAL authentication bypass, not a full one. The attacker still needs a valid password for that first user; this is not a zero-knowledge bypass and it does not disclose passwords. Its concrete effects are: (1) the email/identifier factor is removed for the administrator account, (2) user enumeration (a non-string email never fails the "no such user" branch), and (3) credential-stuffing amplification — an attacker can test a leaked or weak password against the administrator account without knowing the administrator's email. This issue has been patched in version 1.41.1. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54313 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | n8n | n8n is an open source workflow automation platform. Prior to 2.24.0, an authenticated user with workflow edit access could supply a malicious filter value in the MongoDB node's Find And Replace operation. The value was not validated before being passed to MongoDB as a query filter, allowing unintended documents to be matched and overwritten with attacker-controlled content. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.24.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54029 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | librechat | LibreChat is an enhanced ChatGPT clone that supports multiple AI providers. Prior to 0.8.4-rc1, the DELETE /api/messages/:conversationId/:messageId endpoint allows any authenticated user to delete any other user's messages. The validateMessageReq middleware only validates that the conversationId belongs to the requesting user, but the handler calls deleteMessages({ messageId }) using only the messageId as the MongoDB filter — without adding a user constraint. An attacker provides their own valid conversationId (to pass validation) and the victim's messageId (to target deletion), resulting in permanent, irrecoverable message deletion. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.4-rc1. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2025-11979 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An authorized user may crash the MongoDB server by causing buffer over-read. This can be done by issuing a DDL operation while queries are being issued, under some conditions. This issue affects MongoDB Server v7.0 versions prior to 7.0.25, MongoDB Server v8.0 versions prior to 8.0.15, and MongoDB Server version 8.2.0. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116164 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Parse Server before 8.6.100 and 9.0.0 before 9.10.4-alpha.3 does not reject reserved internal field names in client object writes, allowing clients to store or clear internal fields. Attackers can write a reserved field that makes reads of an object fail on MongoDB, disrupting queries on that class for all users, or clear their own account lockout state and password history to bypass lockout and password policies. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114651 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A memory-handling weakness in the BSON deserialization component of the MongoDB C# Driver may cause data left over from previously processed content to be returned when specially crafted serialized input is parsed. An unauthenticated party able to supply serialized data to an application that maps certain primitive collection types can cause residual bytes from unrelated data processed earlier on the same execution thread to be surfaced as legitimate values. This can result in disclosure of a limited amount of information belonging to other requests or principals of the consuming application. No authentication or special privileges within the application are required. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106436 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, php_driver | The BSON encoder in the MongoDB PHP Driver does not check some return values after a document exceeds libbson's size limit. This can leave the encoder in an invalid state. An unauthenticated actor who can cause an affected application to encode an unusually large data structure can terminate the PHP worker or cause the resulting document to omit fields. No MongoDB server connection or database authentication is required. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106428 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | An out-of-bounds read in SCRAM authentication response parsing in the MongoDB C Driver can read one byte beyond a fixed-size buffer when processing a malformed server-final message. A server or network intermediary able to provide this message before server-signature verification can cause the application using the driver to terminate. The extra byte is not returned through the protocol. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-8201 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | A use-after-free vulnerability exists in MongoDB's Field-Level Encryption (FLE) query analysis component, affecting client-side uses of mongocryptd and crypt_shared. Triggering this vulnerability requires control over the structure of a client's FLE-related query. This issue impacts MongoDB Server’s mongocryptd component v7.0 versions prior to 7.0.34, v8.0 versions prior to 8.0.23, v8.2 versions prior to 8.2.9 and v8.3 versions prior to 8.3.2. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6811 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, php_driver | Stack exhaustion vulnerability in the MongoDB PHP driver can cause application crashes when processing deeply nested BSON documents in unusual circumstances when the source of these BSON documents is not MongoDB Server. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13057 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An issue in the server’s Atlas Search integration allows an authenticated user to bypass per-user access controls. In sharded topologies, the $search and $searchMeta aggregation stages use internal routing that is normally populated only by the trusted router during sharded search planning. Due to insufficient input validation, an authenticated client can supply these fields directly. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13070 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | A MongoDB server initiating an outbound TLS connection may terminate abnormally when processing a malformed OCSP response from a remote peer during the TLS handshake. OCSP stapling validation is enabled by default for outgoing TLS connections. Affected scenarios require the remote peer to hold a certificate issued by the cluster's trusted certificate authority, or for the connection to traverse an untrusted network path. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18699 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An issue in MongoDB Server's query planner could allow an authenticated user with read-level privileges to cause the server process to terminate unexpectedly by submitting a specially formed query against a collection with a text index. This could result in a denial of service, affecting connected clients and in-flight operations. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18700 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An issue in MongoDB Server's geospatial validation could allow an authenticated user with write privileges to cause an internal reference to be used after the underlying memory has been freed, through concurrent operations against a collection using a certain type of validator. This could result in a server crash, leading to a denial of service. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-96297 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Use of freed memory in the aggregation feature of MongoDB Server can cause the server to read data from a memory area after it has been released. When an internal aggregation stage is combined with a batch size of 0, the server may read from memory that is no longer in use. Because that memory can be reused for other data before it is read, query results returned to the client may contain unrelated data from the server process. Depending on the state of memory at the time, the server process may also terminate unexpectedly. The behavior can occur when an authenticated user with read privileges runs an aggregate command that combines these two settings. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-87109 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, ops_manager | An authenticated Ops Manager organization member can retrieve another member's pending authenticator enrollment seed through user-listing endpoints while that member's enrollment is unconfirmed. This results in disclosure of secret authentication material to another member of the same organization or project. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106430 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The MongoDB C++ Driver discards content after an embedded NUL byte in certain field and collection names accepted by the collection API. This can cause the driver and the calling application to interpret the same name differently. An authenticated actor who can influence a name passed by an affected application can cause the application to read distinct values from an unintended field or rename an unintended collection. These operations use the application's existing database credentials. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106437 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, c_driver | The BSON buffer-reservation API in the MongoDB C Driver can record a length smaller than the five-byte BSON minimum. Later append or comparison operations can underflow unsigned length calculations and read or write outside the document buffer. An actor who can influence the length supplied by an embedding application can cause the application to terminate or read or corrupt adjacent process memory. Reaching this issue requires the application to pass an undersized value to bson_reserve_buffer and then perform an affected operation. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18709 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An issue in MongoDB Server could allow an authenticated user with direct network access to a shard to improperly commit or abort an in-progress prepared transaction, bypassing the intended transaction coordination process. This could result in cross-shard data inconsistency, cluster clock corruption, and violation of transaction atomicity guarantees. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12657 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | The KMIP response parser built into mongo binaries is overly tolerant of certain malformed packets, and may parse them into invalid objects. Later reads of this object can result in read access violations. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106435 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, python_driver | The MongoDB Python Driver's binary accelerator can read outside a buffer when an application decodes malformed BSON containing a truncated regular-expression element without a trailing NUL byte. An actor who can supply BSON to the documented decode or decode_all API can cause the application process to terminate when the C extension is loaded. The driver's normal database wire-protocol path does not reach this code. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106431 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | An off-by-one error in the BSON bulk document writer in the MongoDB C Driver can write one zero byte immediately past a heap allocation when a document ends at a specific buffer boundary. An actor who can influence the size of documents serialized by an embedding application can corrupt adjacent process memory or terminate the process. Reaching this issue requires the application to use the BSON bulk-writer API and produce a precise cumulative document size. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114645 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A 32-bit integer wraparound in the MongoDB C Driver's Windows-only Kerberos/SSPI authentication code can cause an undersized heap buffer to be allocated when an excessively long credential value is supplied in the client's connection configuration. A party able to control that client-side configuration, in conjunction with the affected authentication mechanism, can cause the driver to write outside the bounds of the allocated buffer. This may result in corruption of client process memory and denial of service of the client application. The issue affects only client builds compiled with the Windows-native authentication backend. | Thu 29 Oct |
| CVE-2026-118643 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | n8n before 1.123.85, 2.x before 2.43.5, and 2.44.x before 2.44.1 stores credential secrets in execution error data when operations fail in the Git, MongoDB Atlas Vector Store, and Google Cloud Storage nodes. Users who can view a workflow's executions but cannot read the credential can recover Git passwords or tokens, MongoDB database passwords, or Google access tokens from that data. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6231 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, c_driver | The bson_validate function may return early on specific inputs and incorrectly report success. This behavior could result in skipping validation for BSON data, allowing malformed or invalid UTF-8 sequences to bypass validation and be processed incorrectly. The issue may affect applications that rely on these functions to validate untrusted BSON data before further processing. This issue affects MongoDB C Driver versions prior to 1.30.5, MongoDB C Driver version 2.0.0 and MongoDB C Driver version 2.0.1 | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-39857 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | apostrophecms | ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Versions 4.28.0 and prior contain an authorization bypass vulnerability in the choices and counts query parameters of the REST API, where these query builders execute MongoDB distinct() operations that bypass the publicApiProjection restrictions intended to limit which fields are exposed publicly. The choices and counts parameters are processed via applyBuildersSafely before the projection is applied, and MongoDB's distinct operation does not respect projections, returning all distinct values directly. The results are returned in the API response without any filtering against publicApiProjection or removeForbiddenFields. An unauthenticated attacker can extract all distinct field values for any schema field type that has a registered query builder, including string, integer, float, select, boolean, date, slug, and relationship fields. Fields protected with viewPermission are similarly exposed, and the counts variant additionally reveals how many documents have each distinct value. Both the piece-type and page REST APIs are affected. This issue has been fixed in version 4.29.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6915 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An authorization flaw in the user management command could allow an authenticated user to make limited changes to authentication-related data associated with another user account. This could affect how authentication is performed for the impacted account. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-8202 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | Using a densely populated chars mask and a large input string in the MongoDB aggregation operators $trim, $ltrim, and $rtrim, an authenticated user with aggregation permissions can pin CPU utilization at 100% for an extended period of time. This issue impacts MongoDB Server v7.0 versions prior to 7.0.34, v8.0 versions prior to 8.0.23, v8.2 versions prior to 8.2.9 and v8.3 versions prior to 8.3.2. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13061 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An authenticated user may be able to view session metadata belonging to other users on the system through the $listSessions aggregation stage. This information is normally restricted to users with cluster-level administrative privileges, and includes active session identifiers, associated usernames, and activity timestamps. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13063 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An authenticated user with standard read/write privileges can cause the mongod process to terminate due to an out-of-memory condition by sending a crafted aggregation command. MongoDB's libmongocrypt library insufficiently validates payload-supplied values, which can result in an excessively large memory allocation. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13073 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An authenticated user with read-only privileges can cause the mongod process to terminate abnormally by issuing a crafted aggregation command, resulting in denial of service for all connected clients until the process is restarted. The issue stems from an internal engine selection inconsistency triggered by a specific combination of aggregation options. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18698 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An issue in MongoDB Server could allow an authenticated user with a limited database-scoped role to perform an action against protected system collections that should require more specific privileges. This could result in exposure of collection metadata and, on certain deployment configurations, unauthorized modification of system collection data. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18702 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | An issue in MongoDB Server could allow an authenticated user with limited, database-scoped privileges to modify diagnostic logging settings that affect the entire server rather than just the intended database. This could allow suppression of diagnostic logging server-wide, potentially obscuring unauthorized activity, or degrade operational monitoring by causing excessive log volume. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114643 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The MongoDB C# Driver writes GeoJSON extra members without checking whether their names collide with reserved GeoJSON members such as type and coordinates. An application that places user-supplied field names into these extra members can store documents with duplicate geometry fields, so the server and the driver resolve different values for the same record. Affected records can also become unreadable through the driver, interrupting application code that reads them. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-114647 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The MongoDB C# Driver does not reject replacement documents whose top-level field names begin with a dollar sign in FindOneAndReplace, unlike other replace operations. An application that builds such a document from user-supplied field names can have the server apply update operators instead of a full replacement. The effect is limited to the document matched by the application's own filter, whose contents can be modified in ways the application did not intend. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-103965 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | An issue in MongoDB Server's aggregation framework can cause certain constant values to be handled incorrectly during internal query rewriting. Under certain conditions, an authenticated user with read access may receive field values in aggregation output that the query did not intend to return. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106434 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The explicit decryption component of MongoDB libmongocrypt can return an unrecognized encrypted payload unchanged instead of returning a decryption error. An actor who can modify stored encrypted fields, such as a database writer, server, or network intermediary, can cause an affected application to process the supplied bytes as decrypted plaintext. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-106438 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | mongodb, c_driver | An incorrect calculation in Decimal128 string parsing in the MongoDB C Driver can accept certain over-precision inputs containing leading zeros instead of rejecting them. This produces a value different from the supplied text. An actor who can provide a decimal string to an embedding application, including through Extended JSON parsing, can cause the application to store or use an incorrect numeric value. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-8200 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | mongodb | When schema validation is enabled on a collection and an update or insert would violate the collection's schema, the local server log message generated may not have all user data redacted. This issue impacts MongoDB Server v7.0 versions prior to 7.0.34, v8.0 versions prior to 8.0.23, v8.2 versions prior to 8.2.9 and v8.3 versions prior to 8.3.2. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-65645 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | rocket.chat | Rocket.Chat in versions before 8.8.0, 8.7.1, 8.6.2, 8.5.3, 8.4.6. 8.3.8, 8.2.8, 8.1.8, and 7.10.15, the Meteor DDP methods getThreadsList and getThreadMessages accept rid / tmid as raw, untyped parameters with no schema validation. A MongoDB operator object (e.g. {"$gt": "4"}) can be substituted for a string room-id or message-id. The authorization check resolves to a room the attacker already has access to, while the downstream data query fans out across all rooms - disclosing private thread parents and their full reply content to any low-privilege authenticated user. The REST route chat.getThreadsList was patched in v5.0 (HackerOne report #1446767) by adding rid: {type:'string'} AJV validation. The equivalent DDP method was never given the same fix and remains exploitable | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-113665 | 3.7 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Prior to 4.33.0, the notification module exposes PATCH and DELETE REST endpoints that perform operations directly on the underlying MongoDB collection without verifying that the requester is authenticated or owns the target notification. As a result, an unauthenticated attacker who obtains a valid notification ID can modify or permanently delete another user's notification. This issue is fixed in version 4.33.0. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-33877 | 3.7 low | 0.00% | apostrophecms | ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Versions 4.28.0 and prior contain a timing side-channel vulnerability in the password reset endpoint (/api/v1/@apostrophecms/login/reset-request) that allows unauthenticated username and email enumeration. When a user is not found, the handler returns after a fixed 2-second artificial delay, but when a valid user is found, it performs a MongoDB update and SMTP email send with no equivalent delay normalization, producing measurably different response times. The endpoint also accepts both username and email via an $or query, and has no rate limiting as the existing checkLoginAttempts throttle only applies to the login flow. This enables automated enumeration of valid accounts for use in credential stuffing or targeted phishing. Only instances that have explicitly enabled the passwordReset option are affected, as it defaults to false. This issue has been fixed in version 4.29.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-34049 | 3.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. From 4.0.0-beta.451 through 4.0.0-beta.470, database backup handling for MongoDB collection names did not fully validate shell metacharacters, allowing a highly privileged attacker who can configure backup inputs to inject commands. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.471. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-34149 | 3.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.471, DatabaseBackupJob interpolates user-controlled database credentials and MongoDB collection exclusion names into backup shell commands without adequate escaping, allowing an authenticated user with database management permissions to execute commands on managed servers. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.471. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13068 | 2.3 low | 0.00% | mongodb | An authenticated user holding cursor termination privileges on one database may incorrectly be permitted to terminate active cursors on a separate database, disrupting ongoing query operations for other users. The behavior stems from an authorization check that does not correctly scope privileges to the appropriate namespace. | Sat 24 Oct |
