CVE-2026-116584 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Seroval facilitates JavaScript value stringification, including complex structures beyond JSON.stringify capabilities. From 1.4.1 until 1.6.8, fromJSON and fromCrossJSON do not require an array node's element list to be an actual array. A small crafted payload can supply an attacker-controlled length that determines memory allocation and decoder iterations independently of payload size, allowing an unauthenticated request to exhaust the process or block its thread. This issue is a residual bypass of the remediation for CVE-2026-23957. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.8. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42855 7.5 high 0.00% espressif, arduino-esp32 arduino-esp32 is an Arduino core for the ESP32, ESP32-S2, ESP32-S3, ESP32-C3, ESP32-C6 and ESP32-H2 microcontrollers. Prior to 3.3.8, the WebServer Digest authentication implementation in arduino-esp32 computes the authentication hash using the URI field from the client's Authorization header, without verifying that it matches the actual requested URI. This allows an attacker who possesses any valid digest response (computed for URI-A) to authenticate requests to a completely different protected URI (URI-B), bypassing per-resource access control. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.8. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-48860 7.5 high 0.00% erlang, erlang\/otp, erlang\/ssl Reliance on IP Address for Authentication vulnerability in Erlang/OTP ssl (inet_tls_dist module) allows unauthenticated bypass of the distribution-over-TLS LAN allowlist. The inet_tls_dist:check_ip/1 function, which enforces a LAN allowlist for Erlang distribution over TLS, calls inet:sockname/1 instead of inet:peername/1 to obtain the peer's IP address. Because inet:sockname/1 returns the local socket address, both the local IP and the supposed peer IP resolve to the same value, causing the subnet mask comparison to always succeed regardless of the actual remote address. Any holder of a CA-signed TLS certificate can therefore bypass the LAN restriction and gain full Erlang distribution access to the node, including rpc:call/4 and code:load_binary/3. This vulnerability is associated with program file lib/ssl/src/inet_tls_dist.erl. This issue affects OTP from OTP 26.0 before OTP 27.3.4.13, OTP 28.5.0.2, and OTP 29.0.2, corresponding to ssl from 11.0 before 11.2.12.9, 11.6.0.2, and 11.7.2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-46643 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Snappy is a PHP library allowing thumbnail, snapshot or PDF generation from a url or a html page. Prior to version 1.7.1, on POSIX, escapeshellarg(‘/usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf’) returns the literal string ‘/usr/bin/wkhtmltopdf’ with the single-quote characters included. is_executable() then looks for a file whose actual name contains those quote characters, which essentially never exists. The safe branch is dead code and $command always falls through to the raw, unescaped value. The rest of the arguments (options, input, output) are escaped correctly, so injection has to land in the binary string itself. That happens whenever the binary path is sourced from configuration that is user-influenced, derived from environment variables that ultimately come from request data, or concatenated with any user-controlled fragment. This issue has been patched in version 1.7.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2025-13384 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet The CP Contact Form with PayPal plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Missing Authorization in all versions up to, and including, 1.3.56. This is due to the plugin exposing an unauthenticated IPN-like endpoint (via the 'cp_contactformpp_ipncheck' query parameter) that processes payment confirmations without any authentication, nonce verification, or PayPal IPN signature validation. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to mark form submissions as paid without making actual payments by sending forged payment notification requests with arbitrary POST data (payment_status, txn_id, payer_email). 18 Oct
CVE-2026-48503 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet libIEC61850 is an open-source implementation of IEC 61850 client and server protocols including MMS, GOOSE, Sampled Values, and R-Session. Prior to 1.6.2, the MMS file service in src/mms/iso_mms/server/mms_file_service.c accepts an out-of-range initialPosition in fileOpen and stores it in the file-read state. The fileRead path then subtracts the larger read position from the file size using unsigned arithmetic and fails to limit the response to the actual FileSystem_readFile return value. The oversized response can include stale bytes from the reused connection buffer after the requested file contents, disclosing prior response data and protocol fragments to an unauthenticated remote client when the file service is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.2. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-12423 7.5 high 0.00% redhat, theforeman, satellite, foreman A flaw was found in Foreman. The Red Hat Satellite /unattended/provision API endpoint is vulnerable to an authentication bypass due to a semantic logic flaw in host_verifier.rb. The application verifies the database state of a provisioning token rather than its actual presence in the incoming HTTP request. Because a host actively undergoing provisioning has an unexpired token in the database, the server's valid_host_token? method evaluates to true, granting access to the kickstart template even if the requester provides no token at all in the URL. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-50007 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet Actual is an open-source personal finance application. Prior to 26.7.0, a missing authorization issue allows a shared user with user_access on a budget file to perform owner-only file management actions. A non-owner shared user can call file-management endpoints intended for higher-privilege users, including /delete-user-file, /reset-user-file, and /user-create-key, because requireFileAccess treats ordinary shared access as sufficient for file-management operations that should be restricted to the file owner or an administrator. This issue is fixed in version 26.7.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-115505 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet libsmb2 before 6.3 contains integer overflow vulnerabilities in the DCE/RPC NDR decoder in lib/dcerpc.c that allow heap out-of-bounds reads and writes. A malicious SMB server or machine-in-the-middle on unsigned connections can send crafted NetrShareEnum replies with wrapping actual_count or max_count values when clients call smb2_share_enum_async(), corrupting heap memory. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-39976 7.1 high 0.00% laravel, passport Laravel Passport provides OAuth2 server support to Laravel. From 13.0.0 to before 13.7.1, there is an Authentication Bypass for client_credentials tokens. the league/oauth2-server library sets the JWT sub claim to the client identifier (since there's no user). The token guard then passes this value to retrieveById() without validating it's actually a user identifier, potentially resolving an unrelated real user. Any machine-to-machine token can inadvertently authenticate as an actual user. This vulnerability is fixed in 13.7.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-35602 7.1 high 0.00% vikunja Vikunja is an open-source self-hosted task management platform. Prior to 2.3.0, the Vikunja file import endpoint uses the attacker-controlled Size field from the JSON metadata inside the import zip instead of the actual decompressed file content length for the file size enforcement check. By setting Size to 0 in the JSON while including large compressed file entries in the zip, an attacker bypasses the configured maximum file size limit. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.3.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-61449 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Grav 2.0.1 contains a decompression-bomb size-cap bypass in ZipArchiver and GPM\Installer. The size bound introduced in 2.0.1 sums the uncompressed size declared in each entry's ZIP central-directory header (ZipArchive::statIndex()['size']) and rejects archives exceeding system.gpm.archive.max_uncompressed_size before extraction. Because this declared size is attacker-forgeable and is not cross-checked against the actual inflated stream, a crafted archive declaring tiny per-entry sizes passes the cap while extractTo() writes the real, much larger content, filling disk or exhausting inodes. The archive must be supplied by a package source or admin upload (admin/operator trust). Fixed in 2.0.2. This is an incomplete fix for GHSA-928x-9mpw-8h56. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-64014 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: usbtouchscreen - clamp NEXIO data_len/x_len to URB buffer size nexio_read_data() pulls data_len and x_len from a packed __be16 header in the device's interrupt packet and then walks packet->data[0..x_len) and packet->data[x_len..data_len) comparing each byte against a threshold. Both fields are 16-bit on the wire (max 65535). The existing adjustments shave at most 0x100 / 0x80 off, so the loop bound can still reach roughly 0xfeff. The URB transfer buffer for NEXIO is rept_size (1024) bytes from usb_alloc_coherent(), with the first 7 occupied by the packed header — so packet->data[] has 1017 valid bytes. read_data() callbacks are not given urb->actual_length, and nothing else bounds the walk. A device that lies about its length can get a ~64 KiB out-of-bounds read past the coherent DMA allocation. The first index whose byte exceeds NEXIO_THRESHOLD lands in begin_x / begin_y and from there into the reported touch coordinates, so adjacent kernel memory contents leak to userspace as ABS_X / ABS_Y events. Far enough out, the read can also hit an unmapped page and fault. Fix this all by clamping data_len to the buffer's data[] capacity and x_len to data_len. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-58262 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Klever-Go is the Go implementation of the Klever blockchain protocol. Prior to 1.7.20, header signature verification counts the unused padding bits of the PubKeysBitmap toward the two-thirds validator quorum. These padding bits do not correspond to any validator and are ignored by the actual BLS aggregate-signature check, so a malicious or compromised block producer can set them to reach the required quorum while gathering fewer genuine validator signatures than the protocol demands. As a result, nodes that import or intercept the header accept it as correctly signed without a real two-thirds quorum, weakening consensus safety and undermining finality. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.20. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-64833 7.1 high 0.00% ffmpeg FFmpeg versions 0.7.1 through 8.1.2 contain an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the S/PDIF muxer that allows attackers to access memory beyond buffer boundaries by supplying a crafted DTS stream with a core_size value larger than the actual packet length. Attackers can exploit the missing bounds check in the spdif_header_dts4 function by providing a malicious DTS-HD audio stream during S/PDIF re-muxing to trigger unauthorized memory reads beyond the packet buffer. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-99011 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: SCO: serialise sco_conn lifetime against sco_recv_scodata() sco_recv_scodata() upgrades the weak hcon->sco_data back-pointer to a strong reference under hdev->lock: hci_dev_lock(hdev); hcon = hci_conn_hash_lookup_handle(hdev, handle); ... conn = sco_conn_hold_unless_zero(hcon->sco_data); hci_dev_unlock(hdev); but the pointer is cleared from the other side without that lock. When the last sco_conn reference is dropped, sco_conn_free() ran conn->hcon->sco_data = NULL; with no hdev->lock held, so the RX path could read hcon->sco_data and call kref_get_unless_zero() on an sco_conn that was concurrently freed: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in sco_conn_hold_unless_zero+0xbe/0x160 Write of size 4 by task kworker/u17:0 Workqueue: hci0 hci_rx_work Call Trace: sco_conn_hold_unless_zero+0xbe/0x160 sco_recv_scodata+0x13f/0x490 hci_rx_work+0x3af/0x730 kref_get_unless_zero() only guards against a zero refcount, not against the backing memory already being freed. Give hcon->sco_data an actual reference on the sco_conn it points to, so the object cannot be freed while the pointer is still installed, and only clear and drop it from sco_conn_del(), which runs under hdev->lock (its callers, sco_connect_cfm() and sco_disconn_cfm(), hold it). The reader in sco_recv_scodata() also takes hdev->lock, so the store and the read are now serialised: the RX path either observes NULL or a reference that is guaranteed to stay valid until it drops its own. sco_conn_add() no longer hands its kref_init() reference to the caller as the connection's only reference; that initial reference is the one owned by hcon->sco_data, and callers get their own via sco_conn_hold(). Because the sco_conn can now outlive the socket (the association keeps it alive until the link goes down), the hci_conn can no longer be dropped from sco_conn_free() without regressing socket close: closing a connected SCO socket must still tear the link down. Move hci_conn ownership to the socket instead: __sco_chan_add() takes an hci_conn reference and it is released from sco_chan_del() and sco_sock_destruct(), exactly once. The sco_conn no longer owns an hci_conn reference, so sco_conn_add() stops consuming one and sco_connect() drops the hci_connect_sco() reference on every path; sco_connect_cfm() no longer needs its hci_conn_hold() dance. CVE-2026-80662 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cxl: Fix CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE to match RAS Capability size The CXL r4.0 8.2.4.17.7 RAS Capability Structure has total length 0x58 bytes (CXL_RAS_CAPABILITY_LENGTH); the Header Log occupies the trailing 64 bytes at offset 0x18. CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE was defined as SZ_512, eight times the actual on-device size. header_log_copy() reads CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE_U32 (128) dwords from the RAS capability iomap, overrunning the 88-byte mapping by 448 bytes. The cxl_aer_uncorrectable_error trace event memcpy()s CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE (512) bytes from its source. For the CPER caller the source is struct cxl_ras_capability_regs::header_log[16] (64 bytes) embedded in a stack-local cxl_cper_prot_err_work_data, so the memcpy reads 448 bytes of kernel stack into the trace event ring buffer where userspace can read it via tracefs. Set CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE to 64 and derive CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE_U32 from it, bringing all iomap readers into agreement on 16 dwords. Userspace tools such as rasdaemon have grown a dependency on the buggy 512-byte (128 u32) header_log layout in the cxl_aer_uncorrectable_error trace event. Add CXL_HEADERLOG_TRACE_SIZE_U32 = 128 and use it for the trace event __array and its memcpy to preserve that ABI. Both callers now pass a zero-filled u32[CXL_HEADERLOG_TRACE_SIZE_U32] staging buffer with only the first CXL_HEADERLOG_SIZE_U32 (16) entries populated from hardware; the remaining 112 u32s are zero-padded, keeping the 512-byte trace ring buffer layout intact. CVE-2026-68453 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/zcrypt: Fix buffer over-read in cca_cipher2protkey Add validation of both the actual key buffer size and token length fields in all the cca_check_sec*token() functions. Additionally check in cca_gencipherkey() for possible underflow with returned key size. The CCA token structures contain user-controlled len fields that were used in operations without proper validation against both the actual buffer size and minimum token structure size. An attacker could set this field larger than the actual buffer size, leading to reading beyond buffer boundaries. This may result in a kernel crash or exposure of memory via sending this as part of a request down to the crypto card. Also an attacker could have used a very small len value and thus enforce a buffer under-run which may produce similar effects as a over-read. So now a key must - key buf length must be at least sizeof the token struct - the key len field inside the token must fit into the range of sizeof key token struct ... key buf length 21 Oct
CVE-2025-38679 7.1 high 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: venus: Fix OOB read due to missing payload bound check Currently, The event_seq_changed() handler processes a variable number of properties sent by the firmware. The number of properties is indicated by the firmware and used to iterate over the payload. However, the payload size is not being validated against the actual message length. This can lead to out-of-bounds memory access if the firmware provides a property count that exceeds the data available in the payload. Such a condition can result in kernel crashes or potential information leaks if memory beyond the buffer is accessed. Fix this by properly validating the remaining size of the payload before each property access and updating bounds accordingly as properties are parsed. This ensures that property parsing is safely bounded within the received message buffer and protects against malformed or malicious firmware behavior. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53146 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thunderbolt: Limit XDomain response copy to actual frame size tb_xdomain_copy() copies req->response_size bytes from the received packet buffer regardless of the actual frame size. When a short response arrives, this reads past the valid frame data in the DMA pool buffer into stale contents from previous transactions. Use the minimum of frame size and expected response size for the copy length. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-71093 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: e1000: fix OOB in e1000_tbi_should_accept() In e1000_tbi_should_accept() we read the last byte of the frame via 'data[length - 1]' to evaluate the TBI workaround. CVE-2025-62496 7.1 high 0.00% quickjs_project, quickjs A vulnerability exists in the QuickJS engine's BigInt string parsing logic (js_bigint_from_string) when attempting to create a BigInt from a string with an excessively large number of digits. The function calculates the necessary number of bits (n_bits) required to store the BigInt using the formula: $$\text{n\_bits} = (\text{n\_digits} \times 27 + 7) / 8 \quad (\text{for radix 10})$$ * For large input strings (e.g., $79,536,432$ digits or more for base 10), the intermediate calculation $(\text{n\_digits} \times 27 + 7)$ exceeds the maximum value of a standard signed 32-bit integer, resulting in an Integer Overflow. * The resulting n_bits value becomes unexpectedly small or even negative due to this wrap-around. * This flawed n_bits is then used to compute n_limbs, the number of memory "limbs" needed for the BigInt object. Since n_bits is too small, the calculated n_limbs is also significantly underestimated. * The function proceeds to allocate a JSBigInt object using this underestimated n_limbs. * When the function later attempts to write the actual BigInt data into the allocated object, the small buffer size is quickly exceeded, leading to a Heap Out-of-Bounds Write as data is written past the end of the allocated r->tab array. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-98169 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix potential OOB read in smb3_enum_snapshots() If snapshot_array_size is smaller than GMT_TOKEN_SIZE, smb3_enum_snapshots() sets ret_data_len to sizeof(struct smb_snapshot_array) without verifying the actual length of the server's reply. Because SMB2_ioctl() places no lower bound on the server-supplied OutputCount and allocates retbuf to exactly that length, a short reply results in ret_data_len exceeding the size of retbuf. The subsequent copy_to_user() then reads past the end of retbuf, leaking adjacent slab memory to userspace. The subsequent clamp check is ineffective as it only reduces ret_data_len. Fix this by rejecting replies shorter than sizeof(struct smb_snapshot_array) with -EIO. Note that the bound is set to the 12-byte struct size rather than the 16-byte MIN_SNAPSHOT_ARRAY_SIZE defined in MS-SMB2 3.3.5.15.1, because 12 bytes is exactly what copy_to_user() attempts to read. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-93203 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: batman-adv: bla: avoid CRC corruption due to parallel claim add batadv_bla_add_claim() is used to add claims and modify the backbone of claims for CLAIM frames from remote backbones and local packets. When it handles a claim, it needs to either * add the new claim's CRC to the backbone CRC * remove the already existing claim's CRC from the old backbone and add it to the new backbone But when the "new" claim code was running in parallel to the "change backbone" code, it can happen that the CRC was invalid because the backbone_gw of the claim was changed twice in the "new" claim code path: * CPU0 creates the claim for gateway A and publishes it in the claim hash. The crc16 of the address has not yet been added to A's crc at this point. * CPU1 processes a claim frame of gateway B for the same client, finds the just published claim, and performs the ownership change: it switches the pointer to B, removes the crc16 from A's crc - which never contained it - and adds it to B's crc. * CPU0 continues behind the creation branch, unconditionally switches the pointer back to A without compensating B's crc (its remove_crc is false for the creation path), and finally adds the crc16 to A's crc The CRC is then wrong for both: * claim belongs to A: but CRC is not part of backbone A's CRC * claim doesn't belong to B: CRC is still part of backbone B's CRC This wrong CRC is never recomputated from the stored claims. For local backbone claims, this can also not recovered using syncs. To avoid this, split the functionality in clear separate parts: * new claim which always adds claim CRC to the backbone CRC (but never changes the already set backbone_gw of the claim back) * update of existing claim which automatically changes the backbone_gw entry and only updates both backbone CRCs when there was an actual change 19 Oct
CVE-2026-90223 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nfc: llcp: bound SNL TLV parsing to the skb and add length checks nfc_llcp_recv_snl() walked the SNL TLV list using a u16 offset/length pair derived from skb->len, without bounding reads to the actual skb data. Three problems followed: - For a short frame (skb->len < LLCP_HEADER_SIZE), tlv_len underflowed. - The per-TLV header (type, length) was read without checking that two bytes remained. - A declared TLV length could run past the end of the buffer, and an SDREQ with length == 0 made "service_name_len = length - 1" underflow (size_t), driving an out-of-bounds read in the following strncmp() / nfc_llcp_sock_from_sn(). The SDRES case likewise read tlv[2]/tlv[3] without a length check. A nearby NFC device can reach this without authentication; LLCP link activation happens automatically after NFC-DEP. Walk the TLV list by pointer, bounded by skb_tail_pointer() over the linear skb data, and validate each TLV declared length before use. Add explicit length checks for SDREQ (>= 1) and SDRES (exactly 2). Found by 0sec automated security-research tooling (https://0sec.ai). 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89608 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ecryptfs: pass packet set buffer size to parser ecryptfs_parse_packet_set() receives a pointer into the file header, but it calculates the remaining packet buffer size from PAGE_SIZE - 8. For version 1 headers the packet set starts later in the header, so this can overstate the available buffer. Pass the actual packet set buffer length from the caller and calculate per-packet limits from the remaining bytes in that buffer. Recompute the remaining length after consuming a tag 3 packet before parsing the following tag 11 packet. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-46190 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mtd: spi-nor: debugfs: fix out-of-bounds read in spi_nor_params_show() Sashiko noticed an out-of-bounds read [1]. In spi_nor_params_show(), the snor_f_names array is passed to spi_nor_print_flags() using sizeof(snor_f_names). Since snor_f_names is an array of pointers, sizeof() returns the total number of bytes occupied by the pointers (element_count * sizeof(void *)) rather than the element count itself. On 64-bit systems, this makes the passed length 8x larger than intended. Inside spi_nor_print_flags(), the 'names_len' argument is used to bounds-check the 'names' array access. An out-of-bounds read occurs if a flag bit is set that exceeds the array's actual element count but is within the inflated byte-size count. Correct this by using ARRAY_SIZE() to pass the actual number of string pointers in the array. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-46064 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ibmasm: fix heap over-read in ibmasm_send_i2o_message() The ibmasm_send_i2o_message() function uses get_dot_command_size() to compute the byte count for memcpy_toio(), but this value is derived from user-controlled fields in the dot_command_header (command_size: u8, data_size: u16) and is never validated against the actual allocation size. A root user can write a small buffer with inflated header fields, causing memcpy_toio() to read up to ~65 KB past the end of the allocation into adjacent kernel heap, which is then forwarded to the service processor over MMIO. Silently clamping the copy size is not sufficient: if the header fields claim a larger size than the buffer, the SP receives a dot command whose own header is inconsistent with the I2O message length, which can cause the SP to desynchronize. Reject such commands outright by returning failure. Validate command_size before calling get_mfa_inbound() to avoid leaking an I2O message frame: reading INBOUND_QUEUE_PORT dequeues a hardware frame from the controller's free pool, and returning without a corresponding set_mfa_inbound() call would permanently exhaust it. Additionally, clamp command_size to I2O_COMMAND_SIZE before the memcpy_toio() so the MMIO write stays within the I2O message frame, consistent with the clamping already performed by outgoing_message_size() for the header field. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-43052 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: mac80211: check tdls flag in ieee80211_tdls_oper When NL80211_TDLS_ENABLE_LINK is called, the code only checks if the station exists but not whether it is actually a TDLS station. This allows the operation to proceed for non-TDLS stations, causing unintended side effects like modifying channel context and HT protection before failing. Add a check for sta->sta.tdls early in the ENABLE_LINK case, before any side effects occur, to ensure the operation is only allowed for actual TDLS peers. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-23318 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: Use correct version for UAC3 header validation The entry of the validators table for UAC3 AC header descriptor is defined with the wrong protocol version UAC_VERSION_2, while it should have been UAC_VERSION_3. This results in the validator never matching for actual UAC3 devices (protocol == UAC_VERSION_3), causing their header descriptors to bypass validation entirely. A malicious USB device presenting a truncated UAC3 header could exploit this to cause out-of-bounds reads when the driver later accesses unvalidated descriptor fields. The bug was introduced in the same commit as the recently fixed UAC3 feature unit sub-type typo, and appears to be from the same copy-paste error when the UAC3 section was created from the UAC2 section. 15 Oct
CVE-2024-38621 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: media: stk1160: fix bounds checking in stk1160_copy_video() The subtract in this condition is reversed. The ->length is the length of the buffer. The ->bytesused is how many bytes we have copied thus far. When the condition is reversed that means the result of the subtraction is always negative but since it's unsigned then the result is a very high positive value. That means the overflow check is never true. Additionally, the ->bytesused doesn't actually work for this purpose because we're not writing to "buf->mem + buf->bytesused". Instead, the math to calculate the destination where we are writing is a bit involved. You calculate the number of full lines already written, multiply by two, skip a line if necessary so that we start on an odd numbered line, and add the offset into the line. To fix this buffer overflow, just take the actual destination where we are writing, if the offset is already out of bounds print an error and return. Otherwise, write up to buf->length bytes. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-40322 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: fbdev: bitblit: bound-check glyph index in bit_putcs* bit_putcs_aligned()/unaligned() derived the glyph pointer from the character value masked by 0xff/0x1ff, which may exceed the actual font's glyph count and read past the end of the built-in font array. Clamp the index to the actual glyph count before computing the address. This fixes a global out-of-bounds read reported by syzbot. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-57262 7.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability has been identified in LOGO! Soft Comfort (All versions < V9). Affected products use a static, hardcoded AES master key to encrypt project files. This could allow a local attacker to extract the master key from the application files or memory and use it to decrypt project files or remove project passwords entirely without knowing the actual user-defined password. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-18696 7.0 high 0.00% mongodb An issue in MongoDB Server's applyOps command could allow an authenticated user with specific non-default privileges to perform certain data-definition operations, such as dropping or modifying collections, against collections they do not have permission to manipulate. This is due to an inconsistency in how the target collection is determined between the authorization check and the actual operation. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-93121 7.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usb: gadget: f_fs: Fix fence cleanup in ffs_dmabuf_transfer() error paths The error paths for endpoint-disabled (ESHUTDOWN) and request-allocation failure (ENOMEM) in ffs_dmabuf_transfer() jump to err_fence_put which calls dma_fence_put() on the fence. However, at that point the fence has only been kmalloc'd — dma_fence_init() has not been called yet, so the refcount and the fence ops are uninitialized. Calling dma_fence_put() on such an object leads to undefined behavior. Use kfree() instead, since the fence is just a plain allocation at this stage, and rename the label to err_fence_free to reflect the actual cleanup action. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-59957 7.0 high 0.00% juniper, junos An Origin Validation Error vulnerability in an insufficient protected file of Juniper Networks Junos OS on EX4600 Series and QFX5000 Series allows an unauthenticated attacker with physical access to the device to create a backdoor which allows complete control of the system. When a device isn't configured with a root password, an attacker can modify a specific file. It's contents will be added to the Junos configuration of the device without being visible. This allows for the addition of any configuration unknown to the actual operator, which includes users, IP addresses and other configuration which could allow unauthorized access to the device. This exploit is persistent across reboots and even zeroization. The indicator of compromise is a modified /etc/config/<platform>-defaults[-flex].conf file. Review that file for unexpected configuration statements, or compare it to an unmodified version which can be extracted from the original Juniper software image file. For details on the extraction procedure please contact Juniper Technical Assistance Center (JTAC). To restore the device to a trusted initial configuration the system needs to be reinstalled from physical media. This issue affects Junos OS on EX4600 Series and QFX5000 Series: * All versions before 21.4R3, * 22.2 versions before 22.2R3-S3. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-42604 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Actual is a local-first personal finance tool. The `POST /openid/config` endpoint in Actual Budget's sync-server versions <= 26.4.0 exposes the full OpenID Connect configuration—including the OAuth2 `client_secret`—to any caller who knows the bootstrap password. The endpoint also lacks authentication and rate limiting, making the bootstrap password brute-forceable. Version 26.5.0 fixes the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-19027 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The H5Z__nbit_decompress_one_byte, H5Z__nbit_decompress_one_nooptype, and H5Z__nbit_decompress_one_atomic functions in H5Znbit.c in HDF5 prior to 2.3.0 advance a read index into the compressed chunk buffer without bounding it against the buffer's actual size. This allows attackers to cause an out-of-bounds heap read, and in constrained cases disclosure of adjacent heap memory into decompressed dataset values, via a crafted HDF5 file whose N-Bit filter parameters describe more decompressed data than the stored compressed chunk actually contains, triggered via H5Dread, e.g. by the h5ls or h5repack tools. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-105960 6.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PEAK-System PCAN contains a vulnerable operation involving a variable-length receive-record copy. The driver uses a requested or queued record count without sufficiently capping the copy to the actual caller-supplied output length. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-82943 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet SOEM version 2.0.0 and earlier contains vulnerabilities where a malicious device can send messages that cause the master to read data from memory locations beyond the intended buffer. The software uses length values from device responses without validating them against actual buffer sizes. An attacker can exploit this to extract up to 64KB of data from the master's memory. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-54288 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.25, the Body Limit Middleware trusts the request's Content-Length header to decide whether a body is within the limit. On AWS Lambda (API Gateway v1/v2, ALB, VPC Lattice, and Lambda@Edge) the body is delivered fully buffered and the adapter builds the request with the client-declared Content-Length, which need not match the actual payload. A client can declare a tiny Content-Length while sending a much larger body, slipping past the limit. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.25. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-10822 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet If BIND encounters a particular invalid data structure in a DNS record, it will accept the invalid data, and may subsequently abort and exit. BIND will first need to store a DNS record for a key (KEY, DNSKEY, etc.). That key must specify a PRIVATEDNS algorithm (253), and in the algorithm identifier, improperly give a length longer than the actual identifier data. The invalid identifier will be stored. If BIND later needs to render that record to text, it will use the invalid length during processing, leading to a consistency check failing. This issue affects BIND 9 versions 9.18.0 through 9.18.50, 9.20.0 through 9.20.24, 9.21.0 through 9.21.23, 9.18.11-S1 through 9.18.50-S1, and 9.20.9-S1 through 9.20.24-S1. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-101302 6.5 medium 0.00% freebsd TLS 1.3 embeds the actual record type as the last non-zero byte of the decrypted payload, optionally followed by zero padding. The code which searches for the inner record type had an off-by-one bug which could be triggered by an invalid frame, leading to an underflow followed by an unconditional NULL pointer dereference, causing a kernel panic. A remote TLS 1.3 peer can send a specially crafted record to trigger a kernel panic, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). 20 Oct
CVE-2025-64748 6.5 medium 0.00% monospace, directus Directus is a real-time API and App dashboard for managing SQL database content. A vulnerability in versions prior to 11.13.0 allows authenticated users to search concealed/sensitive fields when they have read permissions. While actual values remain masked (`****`), successful matches can be detected through returned records, enabling enumeration attacks on sensitive data. Version 11.13.0 fixes the issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-33388 6.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet An access control vulnerability was discovered in the Credentials Manager functionality due to insufficient validation of user privileges. A remote authenticated user with limited privileges can view a limited subset of the available entries in the Credentials Manager. The actual credential values are not directly visible, but the user can delete entries or edit their properties. An attacker who deletes or edits an entry can disrupt authentication for dependent devices, and one who manipulates an entry's configuration may be able to indirectly obtain the credentials. 15 Oct
CVE-2021-48019 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Vyper before 0.2.9 deploys forwarder proxies through the built-in create_forwarder_to function that report a fixed 4096-byte RETURNDATASIZE rather than the actual return data size. Calls through these proxies can yield corrupted data when a function returns more than 4096 bytes without return data sanitation, and fail strict return-size checks such as SafeERC20.safeTransfer. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-40881 6.3 medium 0.00% zfnd, zebra-network, zebrad ZEBRA is a Zcash node written entirely in Rust. Prior to zebrad version 4.3.0 and zebra-network version 5.0.1, when deserializing addr or addrv2 messages, which contain vectors of addresses, Zebra would fully deserialize them up to a maximum length (over 233,000) that was derived from the 2 MiB message size limit. This is much larger than the actual limit of 1,000 messages from the specification. Zebra would eventually check that limit but, at that point, the memory for the larger vector was already allocated. An attacker could cause out-of-memory aborts in Zebra by sending multiple such messages over different connections. This vulnerability is fixed in zebrad version 4.3.0 and zebra-network version 5.0.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-8803 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A flaw has been found in opensourcepos Open Source Point of Sale up to 3.4.2. Impacted is the function Login of the file app/Models/Employee.php of the component Employee Login. This manipulation causes use of weak hash. Remote exploitation of the attack is possible. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitability is considered difficult. The actual existence of this vulnerability is currently in question. The vendor explains: "[T]he code is still there to allow the upgrade path to work. The default password is initially seeded with the old hash function, but then migrated to a newer one after login. [T]he hash version check might be cleaned up in the future. Currently it's not actively in use as any password change will use a newer hash function." Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-15284 6.3 medium 0.00% qs_project, qs Improper Input Validation vulnerability in qs (parse modules) allows HTTP DoS.This issue affects qs: < 6.14.1. Summary The arrayLimit option in qs did not enforce limits for bracket notation (a[]=1&a[]=2), only for indexed notation (a[0]=1). This is a consistency bug; arrayLimit should apply uniformly across all array notations. Note: The default parameterLimit of 1000 effectively mitigates the DoS scenario originally described. With default options, bracket notation cannot produce arrays larger than parameterLimit regardless of arrayLimit, because each a[]=valueconsumes one parameter slot. The severity has been reduced accordingly. Details The arrayLimit option only checked limits for indexed notation (a[0]=1&a[1]=2) but did not enforce it for bracket notation (a[]=1&a[]=2). Vulnerable code (lib/parse.js:159-162): if (root === '[]' && options.parseArrays) { obj = utils.combine([], leaf); // No arrayLimit check } Working code (lib/parse.js:175): else if (index <= options.arrayLimit) { // Limit checked here obj = []; obj[index] = leaf; } The bracket notation handler at line 159 uses utils.combine([], leaf) without validating against options.arrayLimit, while indexed notation at line 175 checks index <= options.arrayLimit before creating arrays. PoC const qs = require('qs'); const result = qs.parse('a[]=1&a[]=2&a[]=3&a[]=4&a[]=5&a[]=6', { arrayLimit: 5 }); console.log(result.a.length); // Output: 6 (should be max 5) Note on parameterLimit interaction: The original advisory's "DoS demonstration" claimed a length of 10,000, but parameterLimit (default: 1000) caps parsing to 1,000 parameters. With default options, the actual output is 1,000, not 10,000. Impact Consistency bug in arrayLimit enforcement. With default parameterLimit, the practical DoS risk is negligible since parameterLimit already caps the total number of parsed parameters (and thus array elements from bracket notation). The risk increases only when parameterLimit is explicitly set to a very high value. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-112909 6.1 medium 0.00% tox-dev, filelock filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. Prior to 4.2.1, UnixFileLock can truncate a regular file renamed onto the lock path when another local user has actual rename permission, or hard-linked there under a permissive hard-link policy; when an explicit mode is requested, affected versions from 3.10.2 can also change that file's mode. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1. Tue 27 Oct
