CVE-2026-109162 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Forms using FileUpload or ImageUpload elements with a custom saveToFileMount configured stored uploaded files in the default storage folder 1:/user_upload/ instead of the configured destination. This could cause uploaded files to end up in a publicly accessible storage even though a restricted, non-public storage had been configured. Files stored this way are served directly, without the access checks applied to non-public storages. Forms that use the default value for saveToFileMount are not affected. This issue affects TYPO3 CMS versions 14.0.0-14.3.8. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-110240 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Lancet through 2.3.9 contains an SSRF protection bypass vulnerability in netutil.IsInternalIP that misclassifies IPv6 private, link-local, CGNAT and transition addresses as external. Attackers can supply hostnames resolving to these address forms, including NAT64, 6to4 or Teredo embedding internal IPv4, to reach internal services or cloud metadata endpoints. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-91152 6.1 medium 0.00% wpeverest, everest forms – contact form, payment form, quiz, survey & custom form builder with ai The Everest Forms – Contact Form, Payment Form, Quiz, Survey & Custom Form Builder with AI plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'evf_toast_type' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.6.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires the sibling evf_toast parameter to decode successfully via atob(), but this is a trivially attacker-controlled prerequisite. 18 h ago
CVE-2026-92098 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Webheadcoder Multi-Step Forms for Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'l10n_print_after' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 4.7 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Successful exploitation requires that the targeted site has at least one Contact Form 7 form configured with a [multistep] form-tag, as the canonicalization introduced in version 4.7 blocks the attack path on non-multistep forms. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-15128 6.1 medium 0.00% google, chrome Inappropriate implementation in Forms in Google Chrome prior to 150.0.7871.115 allowed a remote attacker to inject arbitrary scripts or HTML (UXSS) via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-49458 6.1 medium 0.00% cure53, dompurify DOMPurify is a DOM-only cross-site scripting sanitizer for HTML, MathML, and SVG. Prior to 3.4.6, DOMPurify.sanitize(node, { IN_PLACE: true }) accepted same-origin foreign-realm DOM nodes while follow-on checks used parent-realm constructors, causing instanceof checks for forms, named node maps, document fragments, and elements to fail and skip clobber, template-content, and shadow-DOM sanitization branches so executable markup could survive. This issue is fixed in version 3.4.6. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-54243 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.73.24 and 6.20.1, form submission values in src/Forms/Exporters/CsvExporter.php were not neutralized for spreadsheet formula characters when exported to CSV. A submission containing a value beginning with a formula trigger character, such as =, +, -, or @, could be interpreted as a live formula when a Control Panel user opens the export in a spreadsheet application. Form submissions can come from unauthenticated front-end visitors, so the malicious value can be supplied by an anonymous user and is later triggered by an editor opening the export. This issue is fixed in versions 5.73.24 and 6.20.1. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-59259 6.0 medium 0.00% n8n n8n before versions 1.123.61, 2.27.4, and 2.28.1 contains a permission bypass vulnerability in external secrets handling caused by a mismatch between the static validation check and the runtime expression engine. An authenticated user with credential create or update permissions but without the externalSecret:list scope can embed external secret references into credentials in forms the static validation does not detect; these references resolve at workflow execution time, exposing secret values the user is not authorized to access. This issue only affects instances where an external secrets provider is configured and Advanced Permissions are in use. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-55600 5.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.12.2, Part-DB renders BOM validation information messages using Twig's |raw filter. These messages include translated placeholders populated with user-controlled Part names. A user who can edit a Part name can store HTML markup in the Part name. When another user imports a BOM CSV referencing that Part ID, the malicious Part name is rendered as HTML in the victim's BOM validation result page. This results in a cross-user stored HTML injection issue. JavaScript execution appears to be blocked by the current Content Security Policy, but arbitrary HTML links, forms, images, and CSS-based UI elements can still be injected into a trusted Part-DB page. This issue has been patched in version 2.12.2. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2025-8871 5.6 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Everest Forms (Pro) plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 1.9.7 via deserialization of untrusted input in the mime_content_type() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a PHP Object. This vulnerability may be exploited by unauthenticated attackers when a form is present on the site with a non-required signature form field along with an image upload field. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present. This vulnerability is only exploitable in PHP versions prior to 8. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-35373 5.5 medium 0.00% uutils, coreutils A logic error in the ln utility of uutils coreutils causes the program to reject source paths containing non-UTF-8 filename bytes when using target-directory forms (e.g., ln SOURCE... DIRECTORY). While GNU ln treats filenames as raw bytes and creates the links correctly, the uutils implementation enforces UTF-8 encoding, resulting in a failure to stat the file and a non-zero exit code. In environments where automated scripts or system tasks process valid but non-UTF-8 filenames common on Unix filesystems, this divergence causes the utility to fail, leading to a local denial of service for those specific operations. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-11334 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability was detected in tittuvarghese CollegeManagementSystem 3e476335cfbfb9a049e09f474c7ec885f69a9df3/a38852979f7e27ae67b610dce5979500ef8ebe01. This affects an unknown function of the file dashboard_page/forms/fetch.php. Performing a manipulation of the argument department_code results in sql injection. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. Continious delivery with rolling releases is used by this product. Therefore, no version details of affected nor updated releases are available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42842 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The form plugin for Grav adds the ability to create and use forms. Prior to 9.1.0, a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the Grav CMS Form plugin's select field template. Taxonomy tag and category values are rendered with the Twig |raw filter in the admin panel, bypassing the global autoescape protection. An editor-level user can inject arbitrary JavaScript that executes in any administrator's browser session when they view or edit any page in the admin panel. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.1.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2023-22972 5.4 medium 0.00% open-emr, openemr A Reflected Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in interface/forms/eye_mag/php/eye_mag_functions.php in OpenEMR < 7.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject arbitrary web script or HTML via the REQUEST_URI. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-74004 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Subscriber Broken Access Control in Gravity Booster &#8211; Styles &amp; Layouts for Gravity Forms <= 6.0 versions. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-15178 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Fluent Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 6.2.5. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Custom-level access and above, to read private form submissions, change submission statuses, permanently delete submissions, and modify global plugin settings. 13 Oct
CVE-2025-10498 5.4 medium 0.00% ninjaforms, ninja_forms The Ninja Forms – The Contact Form Builder That Grows With You plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Cross-Site Request Forgery in versions up to, and including, 3.12.0. This is due to missing or incorrect nonce validation when exporting CSV files. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to delete those files granted they can trick an administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-39782 5.3 medium — kaliforms, kali forms Missing Authorization vulnerability in Kaliforms Kali Forms kali-forms allows Exploiting Incorrectly Configured Access Control Security Levels. This issue affects Kali Forms: from n/a through 2.4.27. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-44306 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.73.21 and 6.15.0, responses from the forgot password forms hinted at whether an account existed for a given email address. An unauthenticated attacker could use this to enumerate valid users, which can aid in follow-up credential-based attacks. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.73.21 and 6.15.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-111976 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The GiveWP WordPress plugin before 4.19.0.1 does not perform any status or capability check when rendering a donation form on a public front-end route, allowing unauthenticated visitors to view the content and settings of unpublished (draft, pending, private and scheduled) donation forms that WordPress core otherwise keeps non-public. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-12557 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Ninja Forms - File Uploads plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to authorization bypass in all versions up to, and including, 3.3.29. This is due to the plugin not properly verifying that a user is authorized to perform an action. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to read all plugin debug log entries stored in the wp_nf3_log table or permanently delete all rows from that table. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-71434 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.74.3 and 6.24.2, public frontend forms did not enforce the file upload restrictions that the Control Panel enforces, so an unauthenticated visitor could upload file types an administrator had intended to disallow through a form's assets or files field, and for assets fields, files could be stored on a public, web-accessible disk, though the application's global upload allowlist still blocked executable types such as .php and .html. This issue is fixed in versions 5.74.3 and 6.24.2. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-115479 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet baserCMS is a website development framework. In versions 5.2.5 before 5.3.2 and 5.4.0 before 5.4.2, an unauthenticated visitor can supply a comma-separated address list in a public mail form's email field and cause a single auto-reply to be addressed to multiple third parties. MailMessageMailer::sendFormToUser() passes the visitor-controlled userMail value to parseAndNormalizeMailAddresses(), which splits it with explode(',') and supplies every resulting address to setTo(). Newly created forms with an email-type field are affected when the separate, optional VALID_EMAIL server-side validation is not enabled; browser type=email validation does not prevent crafted requests. The bundled contact form enables VALID_EMAIL and is not affected. The auto-reply uses the site's sender identity and includes partially attacker-controlled content, allowing abuse of the site to deliver unsolicited mail. This issue has been patched in versions 5.3.2 and 5.4.2. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-55444 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, the legacy RSS servlet (RssResolver, GET /rss/) accepts the q and filterQuery parameters and concatenates them into Solr queries without validation. The servlet predates the REST API layer and lacks the input validation present in GET /api/v1/records/rss. q forms the main query body (wrapped only in literal parentheses); filterQuery is passed directly as a Solr fq. An unauthenticated attacker can inject Solr boolean operators to break out of the wrapping and render the trailing access-condition filter-query suffix optional, so that access-restricted records are included in the generated RSS feed. The q and filterQuery parameters are the same underlying vulnerability in the same servlet; q (the main query body) has the broader scope. This issue has been patched in version 26.05. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2025-34402 5.3 medium 0.00% mailenable MailEnable versions prior to 10.54 contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the FieldCc parameter of /Mondo/lang/sys/Forms/AddressBook.aspx. The FieldCc value is not properly sanitized when processed via a GET request and is reflected inside a <script> block in the JavaScript variable var CCFieldProvided. By supplying a crafted payload that terminates the existing LoadCurAddresses() function, inserts attacker-controlled script, and comments out remaining code, a remote attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in a victim’s browser when the victim attempts to send an email. Successful exploitation can redirect victims to malicious sites, steal non-HttpOnly cookies, inject arbitrary HTML or CSS, and perform actions as the authenticated user. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-10873 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The ElementInvader Addons for Elementor WordPress plugin before 1.4.1 allows unauthenticated user to send arbitrary e-mails to arbitrary addresses due to missing authorization on the elementinvader_addons_for_elementor_forms_send_form action. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-65105 5.3 medium 0.00% lfprojects, apptainer Apptainer is an open source container platform. In Apptainer versions less than 1.4.5, a container can disable two of the forms of the little used --security option, in particular the forms --security=apparmor:<profile> and --security=selinux:<label> which otherwise put restrictions on operations that containers can do. The --security option has always been mentioned in Apptainer documentation as being a feature for the root user, although these forms do also work for unprivileged users on systems where the corresponding feature is enabled. Apparmor is enabled by default on Debian-based distributions and SElinux is enabled by default on RHEL-based distributions, but on SUSE it depends on the distribution version. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.5. 18 Oct
CVE-2025-34398 5.3 medium 0.00% mailenable MailEnable versions prior to 10.54 contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the AddressesBcc parameter of /Mondo/lang/sys/Forms/AddressBook.aspx. The AddressesBcc value is not properly sanitized when processed via a GET request and is reflected within a <script> block in the JavaScript variable var sAddrBcc. By supplying a crafted payload that terminates the existing LoadCurAddresses() function, inserts attacker-controlled script, and comments out remaining code, a remote attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in a victim’s browser when the victim attempts to send an email. Successful exploitation can redirect victims to malicious sites, steal non-HttpOnly cookies, and perform actions as the authenticated user. 18 Oct
CVE-2025-34399 5.3 medium 0.00% mailenable MailEnable versions prior to 10.54 contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the AddressesCc parameter of /Mondo/lang/sys/Forms/AddressBook.aspx. The AddressesCc value is not properly sanitized when processed via a GET request and is reflected within a <script> block in the JavaScript variable var sAddrCc. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-109165 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet TDuck survey form through 6.0 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows authenticated users to add fields to other users' forms via POST /user/form/item/batch/create. Attackers can submit an array whose first element references their own form and later elements reference a victim's formKey, injecting attacker-chosen fields onto the victim's public fill page. 16 Oct

CVE-2025-13748 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Fluent Forms – Customizable Contact Forms, Survey, Quiz, & Conversational Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Insecure Direct Object Reference in all versions up to, and including, 6.1.7 via the 'submission_id' parameter due to missing validation on a user controlled key within the confirmScaPayment() function. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to mark arbitrary submissions as failed via crafted requests to the endpoint granted they can guess or enumerate a valid submission identifier. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-107652 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Database Addon for Contact Form 7 – CFDB7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Deletion in versions up to, and including, 1.4.1. This is due to the plugin storing arbitrary (non-form-tag) submission fields in its db7_forms row and the process_bulk_action() delete handler then matching any stored key whose name contains the substring 'cfdb7_file' and passing the stored value directly to unlink() without validating that the file actually belongs to the submission being deleted or constraining the filename with basename()/realpath(). This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject a crafted multipart field. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-34400 5.3 medium 0.00% mailenable MailEnable versions prior to 10.54 contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the AddressesTo parameter of /Mondo/lang/sys/Forms/AddressBook.aspx. The FieldBcc value is not properly sanitized when processed via a GET request and is reflected inside a <script> block in the JavaScript variable var BCCFieldProvided. By supplying a crafted payload that terminates the existing LoadCurAddresses() function, inserts attacker-controlled script, and comments out remaining code, a remote attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in a victim’s browser during normal email composition. Successful exploitation can redirect victims to malicious sites, steal non-HttpOnly cookies, inject arbitrary HTML or CSS, and perform actions as the authenticated user. 14 Oct
CVE-2025-34403 5.3 medium 0.00% mailenable MailEnable versions prior to 10.54 contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the FieldTo parameter of /Mondo/lang/sys/Forms/AddressBook.aspx. The FieldTo value is not properly sanitized when processed via a GET request and is reflected inside a <script> block in the JavaScript variable var fieldTo. By supplying a crafted payload that terminates the existing Finish() function, inserts attacker-controlled script, and comments out remaining code, a remote attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in a victim’s browser when the victim attempts to send an email. Successful exploitation can redirect victims to malicious sites, steal non-HttpOnly cookies, inject arbitrary HTML or CSS, and perform actions as the authenticated user. 14 Oct
CVE-2025-34404 5.3 medium 0.00% mailenable MailEnable versions prior to 10.54 contain a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the InstanceScope parameter of /Mondo/lang/sys/Forms/CAL/compose.aspx. Successful exploitation can redirect victims to malicious sites, steal non-HttpOnly cookies, inject arbitrary HTML or CSS, and perform actions as the authenticated user. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-47674 5.3 medium 0.00% hono Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.12.21, the ip-restriction middleware (hono/ip-restriction) compares incoming IP addresses against configured deny and allow rules using string equality after partial normalization. Non-canonical IPv6 representations of an address already listed in a static rule — such as compressed forms, explicit-zero forms, or hex-notation IPv4-mapped addresses — do not match the normalized rule entry, causing the rule to be silently skipped. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.12.21. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-108705 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet CordysCRM through 1.9.3 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the POST /custom-form/data/import endpoint that allows authenticated users to import data into any custom form by customFormId.
