CVE-2026-14499 8.8 high 1.0% langflow IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.1 Langflow could allow an authenticated user to execute arbitrary commands with elevated privileges on the system due to improper validation of user supplied input in the Python Interpreter component. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-9196 8.8 high 1.0% langflow IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.3 could allow an authenticated attacker to execute unintended code during Agentic Assistant validation due to improper handling of LLM‑generated components. The application executes model‑generated Python code in the backend during validation prior to user approval, which may allow an attacker to trigger side effects such as outbound network access, file system interaction, or data exfiltration with the privileges of the Langflow backend process. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-54653 8.8 high 1.0% koxudaxi, datamodel-code-generator datamodel-code-generator generates Pydantic v2 models, dataclasses, TypedDict, and msgspec.Struct from OpenAPI, JSON Schema, GraphQL, Avro, Protobuf, and raw JSON, YAML, or CSV. From 0.17.0 until 0.60.2, datamodel-code-generator preserves attacker-controlled default_factory values in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/jsonschema.py through JsonSchemaObject.init and get_field_extras and emits them into Field(default_factory=...) or field(default_factory=...), allowing Python expression execution when the generated model is imported. This issue is fixed in version 0.60.2. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-17632 8.8 high 1.0% langflow IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.3 could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code due to improper validation of Python code during AST-based security scanning. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-92207 8.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet MindsDB OpenBBtable Code Injection Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of MindsDB. Authentication is required to exploit this vulnerability. The specific flaw exists within the OpenBBtable class. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied string before using it to execute Python code. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the service account. Was ZDI-CAN-28388. 21 Oct
CVE-2025-62703 8.8 high 1.0% fugue-project, fugue Fugue is a unified interface for distributed computing that lets users execute Python, Pandas, and SQL code on Spark, Dask, and Ray with minimal rewrites. In version 0.9.2 and prior, there is a remote code execution vulnerability by pickle deserialization via FlaskRPCServer. The Fugue framework implements an RPC server system for distributed computing operations. In the core functionality of the RPC server implementation, I found that the _decode() function in fugue/rpc/flask.py directly uses cloudpickle.loads() to deserialize data without any sanitization. This creates a remote code execution vulnerability when malicious pickle data is processed by the RPC server. The vulnerability exists in the RPC communication mechanism where the client can send arbitrary serialized Python objects that will be deserialized on the server side, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary code on the victim's machine. This issue has been patched via commit 6f25326. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-41736 8.8 high 1.0% metz-connect, ewio2-m_firmware, ewio2-m-bm_firmware, ewio2-bm_firmware A low privileged remote attacker can upload a new or overwrite an existing python script by using a path traversal of the target filename in php resulting in a remote code execution. 18 Oct
CVE-2025-66448 8.8 high 1.0% vllm vLLM is an inference and serving engine for large language models (LLMs). Prior to 0.11.1, vllm has a critical remote code execution vector in a config class named Nemotron_Nano_VL_Config. When vllm loads a model config that contains an auto_map entry, the config class resolves that mapping with get_class_from_dynamic_module(...) and immediately instantiates the returned class. This fetches and executes Python from the remote repository referenced in the auto_map string. Crucially, this happens even when the caller explicitly sets trust_remote_code=False in vllm.transformers_utils.config.get_config. In practice, an attacker can publish a benign-looking frontend repo whose config.json points via auto_map to a separate malicious backend repo; loading the frontend will silently run the backend’s code on the victim host. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.11.1. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-62675 8.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet Omnigent is an open-source AI agent framework and meta-harness for orchestrating coding agents. Prior to 0.3.0, multipart POST /v1/sessions accepts an authenticated user's agent bundle and omnigent/server/bundles.py validate_agent_bundle does not reject a tools..callable dotted Python path. omnigent/runner/tool_dispatch.py _resolve_spec_callable imports the specified module and _execute_spec_callable_tool invokes the resolved function, allowing a bundle to select subprocess.check_output and execute a local command with the runner process permissions. This can expose runner files, environment variables, credentials, workspace data, internal services, and availability without administrator access. This issue is fixed in version 0.3.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-88064 8.8 high 1.0% linuxfoundation, backstage_plugin-techdocs-node, backstage Backstage is an open framework for building developer portals. Prior to 1.14.6 and from 1.15.0 until 1.15.4, the @backstage/plugin-techdocs-node package insufficiently validates mkdocs.yml supplied by an authenticated user who can register or modify a TechDocs source. Unsafe Python YAML tags, markdown_extensions names and configuration, theme options, and extra_templates values can reach the documentation generator and cause unintended code execution. The resulting impact is limited to the files, credentials, network access, and other resources available to the TechDocs backend or build container. This issue is fixed in versions 1.14.6 and 1.15.4. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-112399 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can allocate an APNG disposal background at the full canvas size before applying the decompression-bomb check. A crafted APNG with a small first frame, a very large declared canvas, and background disposal or first-frame OP_PREVIOUS reaches PngImageFile._seek while Image.open() positions frame zero. The full-canvas allocation occurs inside Image.open() without requiring pixel loading or frame iteration. This can exhaust memory and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-112402 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow can double free image memory when ImagingScaleAffine encounters a selective allocation failure. The affected fast path handles Transform.EXTENT or pure scale-and-translate Transform.AFFINE operations with the default NEAREST resampling. The output image allocation must succeed while the additional per-column lookup allocation fails, after which the error path deletes image storage that later cleanup releases again. An attacker who can drive such a large Image.transform() operation under memory pressure may trigger the failure. This can crash the process and may corrupt memory. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112400 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 9.2.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can retain a rejected GIF frame size after a decompression-bomb exception. In GifImageFile._seek, a crafted GIF can leave rejected dimensions stored after Image.DecompressionBombError; if an application catches that exception and continues processing the same image object, later seek or load operations allocate according to those dimensions and can exhaust memory, denying service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112397 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's ImageMorph.MorphOp.apply() can access memory before a row buffer for a zero-width image. PPM and PGM input can create an image with width zero, and the native morphology routine indexes outrow[width - 1] without rejecting that geometry. An attacker can supply such an image to an application that applies a morphology operation. This can crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112405 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 12.0.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's Image.merge() can dereference a null image8 plane. Validation skips the first input band, allowing a 32-bit integer or floating-point image backed by image32 storage to be merged as a narrower multiband image. A crafted IPTC file can reach this path when an application opens and loads it, or a caller can invoke Image.merge() directly with such a first band. This causes a native process crash. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112406 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can enter an infinite loop while rewriting PDF pages. PdfParser.rewrite_pages() follows Parent relationships without detecting a cycle in the page tree. An attacker can supply a cyclic PDF to an application that appends an image to that PDF. This can hold the worker at full CPU and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112892 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 4.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's MSP RLE decoder can expand a small file into an unbounded in-memory buffer. The decoder writes run-length output to BytesIO without limiting expansion to the declared image size. An attacker can supply a crafted MSP image to an application that loads its pixels. This can exhaust memory and deny service even when the declared pixel count passes the decompression-bomb check. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112894 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow takes quadratic time to reserve PDF object identifiers when saving many frames with save_all enabled. PdfParser.next_object_id() repeatedly rebuilds and scans all previously reserved identifiers for every object. An attacker can supply a multi-frame image, including a small APNG with a large declared frame count, to an application that converts it to a multipage PDF. This can consume excessive CPU and deny service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-112895 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can exhaust resources while parsing an existing PDF during an append operation. PdfParser follows page-tree child references without cycle or duplication tracking and follows previous-trailer chains with only an exact repeated-offset guard, so deep or cyclic page trees and long chains of unique trailer offsets can exhaust the Python stack. Repeated non-cyclic /Kids references can also cause super-linear CPU and memory use. An attacker can supply such a PDF to an application that calls Image.save with PDF append enabled. This can raise an uncaught RecursionError or consume excessive CPU and memory before output is written, causing denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-40192 8.7 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Versions 10.3.0 through 12.1.1 did not limit the amount of GZIP-compressed data read when decoding a FITS image, making them vulnerable to decompression bomb attacks. A specially crafted FITS file could cause unbounded memory consumption, leading to denial of service (OOM crash or severe performance degradation). If users are unable to immediately upgrade, they should only open specific image formats, excluding FITS, as a workaround. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44307 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Mako is a template library written in Python. Prior to 1.3.12, on Windows, a URI using backslash traversal (e.g. \..\..\ secret.txt) bypasses the directory traversal check in Template.__init__ and the posixpath-based normalization in TemplateLookup.get_template(), allowing reads of files outside the configured template directory. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.3.12. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-49851 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Mistune is a Python Markdown parser with renderers and plugins. Prior to 3.3.0, Mistune is vulnerable to a CPU exhaustion DoS due to superlinear (approximately O(n²)) behavior in parse_link_text. When parsing Markdown containing many consecutive [ characters, parse_link_text repeatedly scans the input using a regex search inside a loop. Each iteration re-scans a large portion of the remaining string, resulting in quadratic-time behavior. An attacker-controlled Markdown input can therefore trigger excessive CPU usage with a very small payload. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.3.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59935 8.7 high 1.0% pypdf_project, pypdf pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.14.2, an attacker can craft a PDF with a page content stream containing a not terminated inline image that uses the ASCII85 or ASCIIHex filters, causing an infinite loop during parsing such as when extracting page text. This issue is fixed in version 6.14.2. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-59936 8.7 high 1.0% pypdf_project, pypdf pypdf is a free and open-source pure-python PDF library. Prior to 6.14.1, an attacker can craft a PDF with a page content stream containing a not terminated inline image, causing an infinite loop during inline image end marker detection such as when extracting page text. This issue is fixed in version 6.14.1. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-15308 8.7 high 1.0% python The incremental HTML parser (html.parser.HTMLParser) allows for CPU denial-of-service through repeated unterminated markup declarations when processing uncontrolled data. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-43871 8.7 high 1.0% apache, thrift Loop with Unreachable Exit Condition ('Infinite Loop') vulnerability in Apache Thrift Python, Go, PHP and Java bindings. This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.24.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.24.0, which fixes the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-48586 8.7 high 1.0% apache, thrift Improper Handling of Highly Compressed Data (Data Amplification) vulnerability in Apache Thrift C++, Java, Python, Go, D, C/GLib bindings. This issue affects Apache Thrift: before 0.24.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 0.24.0, which fixes the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-67195 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Perspective 5.0.0 contains a remote code execution vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary operating system commands by submitting crafted expression strings to the PolarsVirtualServer backend, which passes client-supplied input directly to Python's eval() with only __builtins__={} cleared. Attackers can exploit Python object attribute traversal through the interpreter's loaded class list to reach subprocess.Popen via a TableValidateExprReq or TableMakeViewReq protobuf message, achieving arbitrary command execution in the Perspective host process. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-109440 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet LangAlpha through 2026.09.07 contains an indirect prompt injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute shell commands or Python by planting instructions in web content retrieved by the agent. Because Bash and ExecuteCode lack an allow-list and human-in-the-loop approval, attackers can run code in the workspace sandbox and exfiltrate vault secrets from _internal/.vault_secrets.json. Thu 22 Oct
CVE-2026-66393 8.7 high 1.0% nltk NLTK versions before 3.9.4 contain an unbounded recursion vulnerability in JSONTaggedDecoder.decode_obj() that allows attackers to cause denial of service by supplying deeply nested JSON structures. Attackers can craft JSON payloads exceeding the recursion limit to trigger an unhandled RecursionError that crashes the Python process. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-76841 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Xinference loads models with Hugging Face remote code execution unconditionally enabled, and before version 2.12.0 exposes no setting to disable it. Six loader call sites pass trust_remote_code=True as a literal or as an unconditional default: RerankModel._get_tokenizer in xinference/model/rerank/core.py, SentenceTransformerRerankModel.load in xinference/model/rerank/sentence_transformers/core.py, SentenceTransformerEmbeddingModel.load in xinference/model/embedding/sentence_transformers/core.py, FlagEmbeddingModel.load in xinference/model/embedding/flag/core.py, and two sites in xinference/model/llm/transformers/core.py where PytorchModel._sanitize_model_config and PytorchModel._get_components default the value to True. Because a caller with model launch access can register a model whose type is unknown and supply an arbitrary model path, the server reaches _auto_detect_type and then AutoTokenizer.from_pretrained, which imports and executes Python declared by the model directory's own tokenizer_config.json auto_map, running attacker-supplied code with the privileges of the worker process. Version 2.12.0 gates every site behind allow_trust_remote_code and the XINFERENCE_TRUST_REMOTE_CODE setting, permitting remote code only for bundled built-in models. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-10143 8.7 high 1.0% dpkp, kafka-python kafka-python prior to 2.3.2 contains a denial-of-service vulnerability in SCRAM authentication handling that allows a malicious or machine-in-the-middle broker to freeze the client event loop by supplying an excessively large iteration count. In scram.py, ScramClient.process_server_first_message() passes the broker-controlled SCRAM iteration count directly to hashlib.pbkdf2_hmac() without validation, blocking producer sends, consumer polls, admin operations, and heartbeats, which can cause consumer group eviction and repeated reconnect failures. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-12967 8.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet An issue in AWS Wrappers for Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL may allow for privilege escalation to rds_superuser role. A low privilege authenticated user can create a crafted function that could be executed with permissions of other Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS) users. We recommend customers upgrade to the following versions: AWS JDBC Wrapper to v2.6.5, AWS Go Wrapper to 2025-10-17, AWS NodeJS Wrapper to v2.0.1, AWS Python Wrapper to v1.4.0 and AWS PGSQL ODBC driver to v1.0.1 18 Oct
CVE-2026-76832 8.5 high 1.0% agno agi, agno Agno's PythonTools in libs/agno/agno/tools/python.py contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows attackers to read, write, or execute arbitrary files by supplying parent-directory traversal sequences in the file_name argument passed to read_file, save_to_file, or run_python_file tool actions. Attackers can inject traversal sequences such as '../../../../../../etc/passwd' through direct tool invocation or via prompt injection embedded in agent-processed content to escape the intended base_dir boundary and achieve arbitrary file read, arbitrary file write, or arbitrary Python code execution within the process user's authority. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-74860 8.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in libxml2 with Python bindings enabled. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by providing a specially crafted XML document containing a Document Type Definition (DTD) with enumerated attribute values. This triggers a double-free error in the SAX attributeDecl callback handler, where a string is freed twice. This flaw can lead to a denial of service (DoS) due to a reproducible crash in Python applications using the libxml2 SAX bindings. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-8596 8.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Cleartext storage of sensitive information in the ModelBuilder/Serve component in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK before v2.257.2 and v3 before v3.8.0 might allow a remote authenticated actor to extract the HMAC signing key from SageMaker API responses and forge valid integrity signatures for specially crafted model artifacts, achieving code execution in inference containers. This issue requires a remote authenticated actor with permissions to call SageMaker describe APIs and S3 write access to the model artifact path. To remediate this issue, we recommend upgrading to Amazon SageMaker Python SDK v2.257.2 or v3.8.0 and rebuild any models previously created with ModelBuilder using the updated SDK. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-55665 8.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Grist is spreadsheet software using Python as its formula language. Prior to 1.7.15, Grist contained two cross-site scripting vulnerabilities where an attacker-controlled value reached a link's href without scheme validation, so a javascript URL could run in a victim's Grist origin on a single click. On the account-selection page, /welcome/select-account used its next query parameter as the account buttons' link target. In document tours, the GristDocTour table's Link_URL column became a clickable button, allowing an editor of a shared document to store a javascript URL there that ran when another user opened the document and clicked the tour link. Because the script runs in the victim's authenticated session, it can call Grist APIs as the victim, reading or modifying data and changing sharing settings and access rules. A document editor could therefore escalate to owner-level access. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.15. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-44901 8.4 high 1.0% wazuh Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.0.0 until 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta2, AffectedItemsWazuhResult.merge() in framework/wazuh/core/results.py trusts the sort_casting field in a cluster worker's JSON response. During a distributed API merge, attacker-controlled type names are resolved through Python builtins without an allowlist. A compromised worker can set sort_casting to exec and place Python source in affected_items, causing the master to execute the payload as root when responses from multiple nodes are merged. This issue is fixed in versions 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-16796 8.4 high 1.0% no CPE yet Improper neutralization of argument delimiters in the install_packages() method in AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK before 1.18.1 might allow a remote authenticated user to execute arbitrary commands within the Code Interpreter sandbox via crafted package name arguments. To mitigate this issue, users should upgrade to the patched version 1.18.1. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-54058 8.3 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 12.3.0, when Pillow loads an uncompressed McIdas AREA image from a filename through the mmap raw codec path, attacker-controlled header words can set a row stride smaller than the natural row width, causing pixel access such as Image.tobytes(), getpixel, convert, or save to read beyond the mapped region and disclose adjacent process memory or fault. This issue is fixed in version 12.3.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-17497 8.3 high 1.0% notegen NoteGen before 0.32.0 grants the Tauri shell plugin shell:allow-execute capability for bash, python, and python3 with arbitrary arguments in the default desktop capabilities. JavaScript running in the application webview can therefore invoke plugin:shell|execute to run attacker-controlled operating system commands with the privileges of the NoteGen process. In combination with script execution in the webview (for example via chat XSS), this enables full remote code execution on the user's machine. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-65106 8.3 high 1.0% no CPE yet LangChain is a framework for building agents and LLM-powered applications. From versions 0.3.79 and prior and 1.0.0 to 1.0.6, a template injection vulnerability exists in LangChain's prompt template system that allows attackers to access Python object internals through template syntax. This vulnerability affects applications that accept untrusted template strings (not just template variables) in ChatPromptTemplate and related prompt template classes. This issue has been patched in versions 0.3.80 and 1.0.7. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-112893 8.2 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 10.0.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can free an invalid glyph pointer during FreeType rendering with an active stroker. If FT_Load_Glyph fails, cleanup may call FT_Done_Glyph on an uninitialized or stale glyph variable. An attacker can supply a malformed font as untrusted bytes to an application that draws text with a nonzero stroke width, forcing the glyph-load failure path. This can corrupt memory or crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-112395 8.2 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 8.2.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow's tiled-TIFF decoder can read past the tile buffer while copying four-byte pixels. In _decodeTile, libtiff can return a tile allocation smaller than the required row stride multiplied by the tile length, and Pillow's stride-and-copy loop walks beyond that allocation. An attacker can supply a crafted tiled TIFF to an application that loads it. This can expose adjacent heap data in pixels or crash the process. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-96640 8.2 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 5.1.0 until 13.0.0, PdfParser.linearize_page_tree() in src/PIL/PdfParser.py treats a PDF /Pages graph as a tree without tracking duplicate indirect references. When Image.save(..., format="PDF", append=True) processes an attacker-controlled existing PDF whose /Kids arrays repeatedly reference the same child /Pages node, Pillow expands the shared subtree as distinct pages. A compact malformed PDF can therefore create exponentially many page references and consume disproportionate CPU before the append completes. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-112392 8.2 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. Prior to 13.0.0, Pillow's rank-based filters can dereference invalid image storage for a zero-size image. ImagingExpand() allocates a non-empty output and then faults while replicating edges by reading the first pixel from empty input storage; ImagingRankFilter is never reached. An attacker can supply or cause creation of a zero-size image to an application that applies a rank, median, minimum, or maximum filter. This causes a native process crash. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45309 8.2 high 1.0% asyncssh_project, asyncssh AsyncSSH is a Python package which provides an asynchronous client and server implementation of the SSHv2 protocol on top of the Python asyncio framework. Prior to 2.23.0, AsyncSSH expands the OpenSSH-compatible AuthorizedKeysFile %u token in asyncssh/config.py, asyncssh/connection.py, asyncssh/auth_keys.py, and asyncssh/misc.py with the raw SSH username during pre-authentication server config reload, allowing a server configured with AuthorizedKeysFile authorized_keys/%u to read an authorized-keys file outside the intended directory when the SSH username contains /, \, or .. path traversal segments and authenticate with an attacker-selected key file. This issue is fixed in version 2.23.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-112390 8.2 high 1.0% python, pillow Pillow is a Python imaging library. From 7.2.0 until 13.0.0, Pillow can enter an infinite loop while determining the frame count of a MIC image. MicImageFile inherits TIFF frame traversal, but MicImageFile.tell reports the OLE stream index and its seek() resets TIFF frame state, so an embedded TIFF with at least three IFDs never advances. When an application with olefile installed reads n_frames or saves all frames from a crafted MIC file, the non-advancing traversal can hold a worker at full CPU indefinitely. This issue is fixed in version 13.0.0. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-11816 8.1 high 1.0% keras Keras versions prior to 3.14.0 are vulnerable to a path traversal issue in the archive extraction utilities located in `keras/src/utils/file_utils.py`. The functions `filter_safe_tarinfos()` and `filter_safe_zipinfos()` validate archive member paths against the process current working directory (CWD) instead of the actual extraction destination. When the process runs with CWD set to `/`, which is common in Docker containers, CI/CD runners, and Jupyter environments, the validation boundary becomes the filesystem root, allowing traversal paths to bypass the security check. Additionally, the zip filter contains a bug that causes an `AttributeError` when a blocked entry is encountered, leading to incomplete extraction. Furthermore, Python 3.11 installations lack the `filter="data"` safety net, leaving them entirely reliant on the flawed CWD-based filter. Exploitation of this vulnerability can result in arbitrary file writes outside the intended extraction directory, enabling attackers to overwrite configuration files, inject malicious code, or corrupt machine learning datasets and pipelines. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-61773 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet pyLoad is a free and open-source download manager written in Python. In versions prior to 0.5.0b3.dev91, pyLoad web interface contained insufficient input validation in both the Captcha script endpoint and the Click'N'Load (CNL) Blueprint. This flaw allowed untrusted user input to be processed unsafely, which could be exploited by an attacker to inject arbitrary content into the web UI or manipulate request handling. The vulnerability could lead to client-side code execution (XSS) or other unintended behaviors when a malicious payload is submitted. user-supplied parameters from HTTP requests were not adequately validated or sanitized before being passed into the application logic and response generation. This allowed crafted input to alter the expected execution flow. CNL (Click'N'Load) blueprint exposed unsafe handling of untrusted parameters in HTTP requests. The application did not consistently enforce input validation or encoding, making it possible for an attacker to craft malicious requests. Version 0.5.0b3.dev91 contains a patch for the issue. 19 Oct
