CVE-2026-68922 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet MobSF is a mobile application security testing tool used. Prior to 4.5.1, find_icon_path_zip in mobsf/StaticAnalyzer/views/android/icon_analysis.py uses the Android manifest android:icon value to construct paths under the scan resource directory without rejecting traversal or verifying containment, allowing an authenticated user to upload a crafted ZIP or APK that reads a server file with an ALLOWED_EXTENSIONS suffix, copies it to DWD_DIR as the predictable name -icon., and retrieves it through the /download/ endpoint. The same behavior provides a file-existence oracle through the icon_path report field. This issue is fixed in version 4.5.1. 22 Oct
CVE-2025-38507 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: nintendo: avoid bluetooth suspend/resume stalls Ensure we don't stall or panic the kernel when using bluetooth-connected controllers. This was reported as an issue on android devices using kernel 6.6 due to the resume hook which had been added for usb joycons. First, set a new state value to JOYCON_CTLR_STATE_SUSPENDED in a newly-added nintendo_hid_suspend. This makes sure we will not stall out the kernel waiting for input reports during led classdev suspend. The stalls could happen if connectivity is unreliable or lost to the controller prior to suspend. Second, since we lose connectivity during suspend, do not try joycon_init() for bluetooth controllers in the nintendo_hid_resume path. Tested via multiple suspend/resume flows when using the controller both in USB and bluetooth modes. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-23128 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: arm64: Set __nocfi on swsusp_arch_resume() A DABT is reported[1] on an android based system when resume from hiberate. This happens because swsusp_arch_suspend_exit() is marked with SYM_CODE_*() and does not have a CFI hash, but swsusp_arch_resume() will attempt to verify the CFI hash when calling a copy of swsusp_arch_suspend_exit(). Given that there's an existing requirement that the entrypoint to swsusp_arch_suspend_exit() is the first byte of the .hibernate_exit.text section, we cannot fix this by marking swsusp_arch_suspend_exit() with SYM_FUNC_*(). The simplest fix for now is to disable the CFI check in swsusp_arch_resume(). Mark swsusp_arch_resume() as __nocfi to disable the CFI check. CVE-2025-68712 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet SpSoft AppLock (com.sp.protector.free) 7.9.40 for Android allows a local attacker with physical access to bypass fingerprint or PIN authentication. Although the app integrates Android's biometric mechanisms, the lock is implemented with a custom overlay that fails to consistently enforce authentication. By navigating cascading interface flows - insecure navigation through exposed routes facilitates app control evasion {I.N.T.E.R.F.A.C.E] via advertisement or browser intents - an attacker can exit the lock interface without re-authentication and access protected apps (e.g., Chrome). This results in information disclosure and privilege escalation. 12 Oct

CVE-2026-8539 5.4 medium 0.00% google, chrome Script injection in SanitizerAPI in Google Chrome on Android prior to 148.0.7778.168 allowed a remote attacker to inject arbitrary scripts or HTML (UXSS) via a crafted HTML page. (Chromium security severity: High) Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47222 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet NanaZip is the 7-Zip derivative intended for the modern Windows experience. From version 3.0.1000.0 to before version 6.0.1698.0, a heap out-of-bounds read exists in the Android Verified Boot (AVB) vbmeta image parser in NanaZip (via the upstream 7-Zip AvbHandler). An unsigned integer underflow in a bounds check allows an attacker-controlled value_num_bytes field to pass validation, causing AddNameToString to read up to ~4 GiB past the end of a 64 KiB heap buffer. This causes a deterministic crash (denial of service) when opening a crafted .avb or .img file. This issue has been patched in stable version 6.0.1698.0 and preview version 6.5.1742.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47223 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet NanaZip is the 7-Zip derivative intended for the modern Windows experience. From version 3.0.1000.0 to before version 6.0.1698.0, a heap out-of-bounds read exists in the Android Verified Boot (AVB) vbmeta image parser in NanaZip (via the upstream 7-Zip AvbHandler). A 32-bit unsigned integer overflow in the bounds check pos + ht.salt_len > descSize allows an attacker-controlled salt_len field to bypass validation, causing CByteBuffer::CopyFrom to memcpy up to ~4 GiB past the end of a 64. This issue has been patched in stable version 6.0.1698.0 and preview version 6.5.1742.0. Mon 26 Oct

CVE-2026-71394 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet GNU Emacs for Android improperly validates the table header input in sfnt_read_table_directory() in src/sfnt.c. Due to an incorrect comparison variable in the read-length check, a crafted font file that claims to contain more table directory entries than actually present causes the parser to return a struct with uninitialized heap memory in the table directory entries. An attacker can deliver a malicious font file via email, EWW (Emacs Web Wowser), or documents with custom faces, causing Emacs to load it. This leads to the use of uninitialized heap data in subsequent table lookups, potentially resulting in information disclosure, crashes, or arbitrary memory access on 32-bit targets. This issue is fixed after commit 7621ee1d01229d50e5c0cddea6bf0b01095a62cf Sat 24 Oct
