| CVE-2026-47274 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | pam_usb provides hardware authentication for Linux using ordinary removable media. Prior to 0.9.0, multiple pam_usb helper tools resolved external binaries through the PATH environment variable rather than using absolute paths. An attacker who can influence the process environment during PAM authentication or tool execution could substitute malicious binaries. The affected tools are pamusb-check (src/tmux.c), pamusb-conf (tools/pamusb-conf), and pamusb-keyring-unlock-gnome (tools/pamusb-keyring-unlock-gnome). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.9.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55448 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | mise manages dev tools like node, python, cmake, and terraform. From 2026.3.15 until 2026.6.4, mise loads github.credential_command from local project config before any trust decision, then executes that value with sh -c when resolving a GitHub token. An attacker who can place a .mise.toml in a repository can execute arbitrary shell commands when the victim runs a GitHub-related mise command and no higher-priority GitHub token environment variable is set. This vulnerability is fixed in 2026.6.4. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44968 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | getdbt, dbt_mcp_server | dbt-mcp is a Model Context Protocol server for interacting with dbt. Prior to 1.17.1, _run_dbt_command() in src/dbt_mcp/dbt_cli/tools.py appended unsanitized node_selection and resource_type values to the dbt subprocess argument list, allowing an MCP client to inject dbt global flags such as --profiles-dir, --project-dir, and --target into subprocess.Popen even though shell=False prevents shell metacharacter injection. This issue is fixed in version 1.17.1. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-64650 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The `@ai-sdk/harness-opencode` tool is an HarnessV1 adapter backed by @openai/codex-sdk, which drives the codex command line interface. Prior to version 1.0.29, the tool relay authorizes requests from any process whose command line contains an allowed helper script path (the Codex CLI shim). This allows untrusted code executing in the sandbox to invoke arbitrary host-exposed tools, including secret lookups, deployment operations, and cloud API calls without a corresponding model-authorized tool-call event. Exploitation requires a Linux environment (the vulnerable fallback checks `process.platform === 'linux'` and reads `/proc`); an active harness session with one or more host-provided tools; and untrusted code executing in the sandbox (e.g. a malicious dependency, build script, or lifecycle hook) The fix in version 1.0.29 removes the process-path authorization fallback entirely. Relay requests are now only accepted after exact, short-lived, one-time authorization matching the tool name and input from a bridge-observed model event. Some workarounds are available. Do not run the Codex harness on untrusted repositories or with untrusted dependencies, and/or limit host-exposed tools to non-sensitive operations when working with untrusted code. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-64651 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The `@ai-sdk/harness-opencode` tool connects HarnessAgent to OpenCode through a sandboxed bridge. Prior to version 1.0.28, the tool relay authorizes requests from any process whose command line contains an allowed helper script path (`host-tool-mcp.mjs`). This allows untrusted code executing in the sandbox to invoke arbitrary host-exposed tools including secret lookups, deployment operations, and cloud API calls without a corresponding model-authorized tool-call event. Exploitation requires a Linux environment (the vulnerable fallback checks `process.platform === 'linux'` and reads `/proc`); an active harness session with one or more host-provided tools; and untrusted code executing in the sandbox (e.g. a malicious dependency, build script, or lifecycle hook) The fix in version 1.0.28 removes the process-path authorization fallback entirely. Relay requests are now only accepted after exact, short-lived, one-time authorization matching the tool name and input from a bridge-observed model event. Some workarounds are available. | CVE-2026-114386 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Pydantic AI Harness before 0.59.0 fails to enforce UsageLimits.tool_calls_limit on nested tool calls dispatched from run_code in the CodeMode toolset. Users or prompt-injected content can make the sandboxed program invoke tools via run_nested_call() without check_before_tool_call, exceeding operator limits on costly or side-effecting tools. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-110768 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | holaOS through 2026.822.1 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability in the channel-gateway Telegram connector that authorizes senders by mutable username rather than only numeric id. Attackers who register a released username listed in allowFrom can submit turns to the bound workspace agent, which runs configured tools on the operator's machine. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9604 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was identified in coze-studio up to 0.2.4. The impacted element is an unknown function of the file backend/domain/plugin/encrypt/aes.go. The manipulation of the argument AuthSecretKey/StateSecretKey/OAuthTokenSecretKey leads to use of hard-coded cryptographic key . It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The attack is considered to have high complexity. The exploitability is regarded as difficult. To fix this issue, it is recommended to deploy a patch. The vendor replied to the GitHub issue (translated from simplified Chinese): "For scenarios requiring encryption, we will implement user-defined key management through configuration and optimize the use of encryption tools, such as random salt." | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44301 | 6.2 medium | 0.00% | gohugo, hugo | Hugo is a static site generator. From 0.43 to before 0.161.0, when building a Hugo site that uses Node-based asset pipelines (PostCSS, Babel, TailwindCSS), Hugo invoked the configured Node tools without restrictions on file system access. As a result, executing hugo against an untrusted site could allow code running through these tools to read or write files outside the project's working directory. Users who do not use PostCSS, Babel, or TailwindCSS, or who only build trusted sites, are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.161.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-61789 | 6.1 medium | — | bytebase, dbhub | DBHub is a database MCP server for Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MariaDB, SQLite. Prior to 0.22.6, read-only SQL validation can be bypassed on the MySQL and MariaDB connectors. In `src/utils/sql-parser.ts`, `scanSingleLineComment` treats every double dash as a comment start, whereas MySQL and MariaDB require following whitespace, a control character, or the end of the line. The read-only check in `src/tools/execute-sql.ts` validates split statements with `isReadOnlySQL`, but `src/connectors/mysql/index.ts` and `src/connectors/mariadb/index.ts` execute the original string with `multipleStatements` enabled. A double dash followed by a non-whitespace character can therefore hide a subsequent write or destructive DDL statement from the validator while the database interprets the dashes as minus operators and executes both statements. Anyone able to influence the assistant's SQL, including through prompt injection in content the assistant reads, can bypass read-only mode to modify or drop database data, subject to the database account's privileges. PostgreSQL is not affected by this path because its double-dash parsing agrees with the checker and its connector executes individual split statements. This issue is fixed in version 0.22.6. | Fri 30 Oct |
| CVE-2026-91246 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Vulnerability in the Oracle WebCenter Portal product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Runtime Tools). | CVE-2026-53766 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | google, chrome-devtools-mcp | Chrome DevTools for agents (chrome-devtools-mcp) lets your coding agent control and inspect a live Chrome browser. From 0.24.0 until 1.1.0, McpContext.validatePath() enforces workspace roots by checking whether path.resolve(filePath) textually falls under one of the configured root paths. path.resolve() does not canonicalize symbolic links. As a result, a symlink inside a configured workspace root can point to a file outside that root, pass validation, and then be followed by downstream file read/write operations. This bypass applies even when the MCP client correctly declares the roots capability with a non-empty list. It is separate from the documented legacy behavior where missing roots capability allows all paths. The practical impact is a workspace-boundary bypass. In the write direction, filePath-writing tools can overwrite out-of-root files through an in-root symlink. In the read direction, upload_file can read through the symlink and send the file to the currently selected web page. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.1.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-46341 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Apify MCP server enables AI agents to extract data from websites using ready-made scrapers, crawlers, and automation tools available on the Apify Store. Prior to 0.9.21, the fetch-apify-docs tool in src/tools/common/fetch_apify_docs.ts validates allowlisted documentation domains with String.startsWith() rather than URL hostname comparison, allowing attacker-controlled URLs such as `https://docs.apify.com.evil.com/` and `https://[email protected]/` to pass the ALLOWED_DOC_DOMAINS check and return arbitrary fetched content to the LLM. This issue is fixed in version 0.9.21. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-101454 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Vulnerability in the Siebel CRM Development product of Oracle Siebel CRM (component: Configuration Tools). | CVE-2026-110841 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | n8n before 2.41.4 and 2.42.0 contains an authorization bypass in the agent chat resume endpoint, which accepts a run identifier from the request body without verifying that the suspended checkpoint belongs to the caller. Authenticated project members can list and read other members' private agent conversations through project-scoped endpoints, then approve their pending tool calls, causing the tools to execute and write results into the victim's conversation. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12416 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | The Pagerank Tools plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via Cross-Site Request Forgery in all versions up to, and including, 1.1.5. This is due to missing nonce validation on the pr_save_settings() function and insufficient input sanitization. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject malicious web scripts via a forged request granted they can trick a site administrator into performing an action such as clicking on a link. The injected scripts will execute whenever a user accesses the plugin's settings page. | 18 Oct |

| CVE-2026-118666 | 6.0 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | GraphQL Tools provides utilities for building, stitching, and mocking GraphQL schemas. Prior to version 1.1.36 of the GraphQL Tools legacy WebSocket executor package, buildWSLegacyExecutor in packages/executors/legacy-ws/src/index.ts reuses one WebSocket and replaces its single websocket.onmessage handler whenever a new overlapping subscription starts. The handler delivers LEGACY_WS.DATA frames to the newest observer without comparing data.id with the subscription operation id, so a caller using the same executor can receive another user's authorized subscription payload while the earlier caller's stream is starved. This issue is fixed in version 1.1.36 of the GraphQL Tools legacy WebSocket executor package. | Wed 28 Oct |

| CVE-2026-111449 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Wheels 3.0.0 through 4.1.1 can disclose detailed exceptions when allowIPBasedDebugAccess=true (disabled by default). An allowed administrator request changes error/debug-display settings in shared application scope. If it overlaps with an unauthorized client's request that raises an error, that client can receive full exception details, including tag context or a serialized exception, and any sensitive data they contain. | CVE-2026-55187 | 5.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Mailpit is an email testing tool and API for developers. Prior to 1.30.2, the remediation shipped for CVE-2026-27808 is incomplete because the tools.IsInternalIP deny-list in internal/tools/net.go relies on Go's standard library classification helpers and does not block IPv6 transition mechanisms or prefixes such as NAT64, 6to4, IPv4-compatible IPv6, ISATAP, fec0::/10, and 2001:db8::/32. An attacker who can deliver email and invoke POST /api/v1/message/{ID}/link-check can coerce the Link Check API's safeDialContext path into dialing internal destinations and can use status-code and error feedback to map internal service reachability, including cloud metadata endpoints. This issue is fixed in version 1.30.2. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-9680 | 5.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Improper exposure of the MCP server in alibabacloud-rds-openapi-mcp-server allows remote attackers to invoke exposed MCP tools via network access to an MCP endpoint listening on all network interfaces by default. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-108721 | 5.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Open Computer Use through 1.0.0 on macOS contains an improper case sensitivity handling vulnerability that allows local MCP callers to bypass the password-manager denylist using case-variant bundle identifiers. Attackers, including prompt-injected model turns, can pass identifiers like com.1Password.1Password to get_app_state and action tools to read accessibility trees, capture screenshots, and drive unlocked password manager interfaces. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-31951 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | librechat | LibreChat is a ChatGPT clone with additional features. In versions 0.8.2-rc1 through 0.8.3-rc1, user-created MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers can include arbitrary HTTP headers that undergo credential placeholder substitution. An attacker can create a malicious MCP server with headers containing `{{LIBRECHAT_OPENID_ACCESS_TOKEN}}` (and others), causing victims who call tools on that server to have their OAuth tokens exfiltrated. Version 0.8.3-rc2 fixes the issue. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-15737 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK is an open-source Python library that provides client tools for building AI agents on the Amazon Bedrock AgentCore platform. Unintended logging of sensitive user content in the OpenTelemetry instrumentation in AWS Bedrock AgentCore Python SDK versions 1.4.8 and 1.5.0 might allow a local authenticated user with access to CloudWatch Logs to access raw user prompts and agent responses containing sensitive data via span attributes. The SDK wrote raw user prompts and complete agent responses into OpenTelemetry span attributes on every invocation without filtering or masking. These spans flow into the customer's aws/spans CloudWatch log group, exposing sensitive content to any principal with log read access. We recommend you upgrade to version 1.5.1 or later. Users who ran affected versions should also review and purge sensitive content from their aws/spans CloudWatch log groups. | 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-53509 | 5.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | CKAN MCP Server is a tool for querying CKAN open data portals. A known vulnerability CVE-2026-33060 indicated tools including ckan_package_search and sparql_query that accept a base_url parameter had the risk of making HTTP requests to arbitrary endpoints without restriction. A fix was applied to filter out ip addresses. However, a method to bypass exists prior to version 0.4.106. CKAN MCP Server validates caller-supplied CKAN server URLs by inspecting only the parsed hostname string before issuing outbound HTTP requests. In `src/utils/http.ts`, hostname aliases such as `ip6-localhost` are not equal to `localhost`, are not dotted IPv4 literals, and are not bracketed IPv6 literals, so they pass the SSRF filter but can resolve to loopback when the server performs the request. A remote MCP caller that can invoke CKAN tools with a `server_url` can therefore make the server connect to local or private addresses and, for CKAN-shaped responses, receive response-derived data. The updated fix in version 0.4.106 replaced the single `hostname === 'localhost'` check with a blocked-hostname `Set` covering `ip6-localhost` and `ip6-loopback`. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-62250 | 5.5 medium | — | libredwg | LibreDWG is a free C library to read and write DWG files. Prior to 0.14.8413, a crafted pre-R13 DWG can make `decode_preR13_entities()` in `src/decode.c` enter a nonterminating loop that allocates a new object each iteration. `decode_preR13` in `src/decode_r11.c` computes `size` from the raw file-controlled `entities_start` and `entities_end` header bounds; the callee clamps `end` to `dat->size` but never recalculates `size`. At `end` of input, `bit_read_RC` and `bit_read_RS` stop advancing `dat->byte`, the overflow guard fails because `end` equals `dat->size`, and the no-advance check compares against `oldpos` saved before the loop instead of the previous iteration. This leaves repeated allocation of `dwg->object` entries until allocation fails or the process is OOM-killed, not merely a constant-memory CPU hang. The defect remains after the clamping and no-progress changes associated with the earlier issue 1131. Applications and tools calling `dwg_read_file()` on untrusted files, including `dwg2dxf`, `dwgread` and `dwg2svg`, can suffer denial of service when a user or automated pipeline opens a malformed file; no attacker credentials are required. This issue is fixed in repository nightly version 0.14.8413. | 23 h ago |
