| CVE-2026-53598 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Prompty is a markdown file format (.prompty) for LLM prompts. Prior to 2.0.0-beta.2, Prompty loaders expanded ${file:...} references in .prompty frontmatter without enforcing that resolved paths stayed within the prompt directory or allowed roots, allowing an attacker-controlled prompt file to read local files through absolute paths, .. traversal, or symlink escapes. This issue is fixed in versions 2.0.0-beta.2. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-72602 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | A path traversal vulnerability in AsyncFuncAI deepwiki-open through commit 16f35a0 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to obtain directory listings for arbitrary filesystem paths via the local-repository structure endpoint. The endpoint accepts an absolute filesystem path parameter and returns a directory listing without authentication, as WIKI_AUTH_MODE defaults to false. An attacker can enumerate sensitive directory contents on the host system. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-72571 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | A path traversal vulnerability in mustafaakin/cast-localvideo (all versions) allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to read arbitrary files from the server. The app.js handler at lines 151-153 passes the user-supplied req.body.dir parameter directly to res.sendFile() without sanitization, enabling directory traversal via absolute paths or ../ sequences to read sensitive system files. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-56671 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | ComfyUI is a modular diffusion model GUI, api and backend with a graph/nodes interface. Prior to 0.28.0, get_model_preview in app/model_manager.py joins an unrestricted filename route capture to a selected model directory without a containment check, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to use traversal, encoded traversal, absolute paths, or an unbounded path_index to read image-decodable files and enumerate host paths. get_model_preview (app/model_manager.py) built the path with os.path.join(folder, filename) where filename is an unrestricted {filename:.*} route capture. Literal ../, percent-encoded %2e%2e%2f, and absolute paths all escaped the model directory; path_index was also unbounded. The target file is piped through Pillow and re-encoded as WEBP, so disclosure is limited to image-decodable files plus a file-existence/enumeration oracle (and internal-path leakage via path_index errors). This issue is fixed in version 0.28.0. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107377 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | datamodel-code-generator generates Python data models from schema definitions. From 0.59.0 until 0.81.0, an attacker-controlled Protobuf schema can supply absolute or parent-directory paths captured by WEAK_IMPORT_PATTERN and consumed by _write_missing_weak_imports in src/datamodel_code_generator/parser/protobuf.py. Exploitation requires a victim or automated job to process the attacker-controlled schema with Protobuf input support, which requires the grpcio-tools package. The paths escape the weak_imports temporary directory before protoc runs, allowing creation of directory trees and new files or overwrite of existing writable files with a generated Protobuf syntax declaration. The effect persists when later Protobuf compilation fails. The written content is limited to a proto2 or proto3 syntax declaration, and direct arbitrary code execution has not been demonstrated. This issue is fixed in version 0.81.0. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-65161 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | NVIDIA AIStore for Linux contains a vulnerability in the Promote API where an unauthenticated remote attacker may read files accessible to the target process by supplying a crafted absolute source path. A successful exploit may lead to information disclosure. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-57403 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | abelche, cola_dnslog | Cola Dnslog v1.3.2 is vulnerable to Directory Traversal. When a DNS query for a TXT record is processed, the application concatenates the requested URL (or a portion of it) directly with a base path using os.path.join. This bypass allows directory traversal or absolute path injection, leading to the potential exposure of sensitive information. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-67818 | 7.2 high | 1.0% | weaviate | An issue was discovered in Weaviate OSS before 1.33.4. An attacker with access to insert data into the database can craft an entry name with an absolute path (e.g., /etc/...) or use parent directory traversal (../../..) to escape the restore root when a backup is restored, potentially creating or overwriting files in arbitrary locations within the application's privilege scope. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-6968 | 7.1 high | 1.0% | amazon, tough, tuftool | Incomplete path traversal fixes in awslabs/tough before tough-v0.22.0 allow remote authenticated users with delegated signing authority to write files outside intended output directories via absolute target names in copy_target/link_target, symlinked parent directories in save_target, or symlinked metadata filenames in SignedRole::write, because write paths trust the joined destination path without post-resolution containment verification. We recommend you upgrade to tough-v0.22.0 / tuftool-v0.15.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-59510 | 7.1 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | AIL Framework contains a path traversal vulnerability in its PDF object handling. Prior to commit 14c618fce4d1df02358717c48ea903706abecdf2, the PDF.get_filepath() function constructed a file path by joining the configured PDF storage directory with a path derived from a PDF object identifier, without verifying that the resolved path remained within the intended PDF_FOLDER directory. An authenticated attacker able to invoke PDF object operations with a crafted identifier could use relative traversal sequences or absolute path components to cause AIL Framework to open files located outside the PDF storage directory. This could allow disclosure of files readable by the AIL process, including application configuration, credentials, or other sensitive local data. This vulnerability is potential due to additional errors before being able to be executed. The fix canonicalises the resulting path with os.path.realpath() and rejects paths whose common directory is outside the configured PDF directory. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-59863 | 7.0 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Kiota is an OpenAPI based HTTP Client code generator. Prior to 1.29.1 and 1.32.5, Kiota honored a poisoned .kiota/workspace.json workspace configuration without validating per-client or per-plugin outputPath values during kiota client generate and kiota plugin generate, allowing a malicious repository or pull request to use absolute paths, rooted POSIX / paths, UNC \\ or // paths, Windows drive X:\ paths, or .. traversal segments to write generated client files outside the workspace root on a developer or CI host. This issue is fixed in version 1.29.1 and 1.32.5. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54659 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Pagy is agnostic pagination in plain Ruby. From 43.0.0 until 43.5.6, Pagy::I18n.locale= in gem/lib/pagy/modules/i18n/i18n.rb stored locale values verbatim and later used them as <locale>.yml path components, allowing untrusted params[:locale] values with absolute paths or ../ sequences to create a file existence and readability oracle for YAML files. This issue is fixed in version 43.5.6. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-105660 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Improper Validation of Syntactic Correctness of Input vulnerability in mtrudel bandit allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to set conn.host and conn.port to values outside the RFC 3986 host grammar via the authority of an HTTP/1 absolute-form or authority-form request target. Bandit validates the Host header and answers 400 when it is malformed, but when the request target carries its own authority that authority takes precedence, as RFC 9112 requires, and Bandit.Pipeline.determine_host_and_port!/4 in lib/bandit/pipeline.ex passes it to the application unchecked. A request line such as GET http://[email protected]/x HTTP/1.1 with a valid Host header yields a conn.host of [email protected], and the same path admits NUL, DEL and non-ASCII bytes, invalid IP literals and ports outside 1..65535. The HTTP/1.0 clause needs no Host header at all, and CONNECT places the unparsed port string in conn.port. Applications that build absolute URLs from conn.host, such as through Plug.Conn.request_url/1 or Phoenix URL helpers, emit links whose authority the attacker chose. Message framing is unaffected, and no CR or LF can reach conn.host. This issue affects bandit: from 0.6.0 before 1.13.0. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-45099 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Terragrunt is a flexible orchestration tool that allows Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform to scale. Prior to 1.0.4, Terragrunt trusts paths decoded from a downloaded module's .terragrunt-module-manifest during fileManifest.Clean() in internal/util/file.go. A malicious or compromised external module can place absolute or traversal paths in the manifest, causing cleanup to delete files outside the module cache that are accessible to the Terragrunt process before OpenTofu or Terraform executes. This deletion-only primitive can remove local source code or configuration and disrupt CI/CD pipelines. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.4. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-83683 | 6.5 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Absolute path traversal in Windows Encrypting File System (EFS) allows an authorized attacker to disclose information over a network. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-103975 | 6.5 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Appium is a cross-platform automation framework for all kinds of apps, built on top of the W3C WebDriver protocol. Prior to 7.2.6, @appium/support ZIP extraction accepts an archive entry that creates a symbolic link to a location outside the extraction directory and then accepts a later regular-file entry whose legitimate name resolves through that link. The lexical containment check examines entry names without validating the symlink target or the real destination, so an attacker-controlled archive can write files to arbitrary locations writable by the Appium process. This is distinct from the earlier parent-directory entry-name traversal fixed in 7.0.6 because the bypass uses no parent-directory or absolute entry name. Depending on the writable destination, the arbitrary file write can overwrite configuration, startup scripts, or executables and lead to code execution. This issue is fixed in version 7.2.6. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-39807 | 6.3 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Reliance on Untrusted Inputs in a Security Decision vulnerability in mtrudel bandit allows unauthenticated transport-state spoofing on plaintext HTTP connections. 'Elixir.Bandit.Pipeline':determine_scheme/2 in lib/bandit/pipeline.ex returns the client-supplied URI scheme verbatim, ignoring the transport's secure? flag. HTTP/1.1 absolute-form request targets (e.g. GET https://victim/path HTTP/1.1) and the HTTP/2 :scheme pseudo-header are both attacker-controlled strings that flow through this function. Over a plaintext TCP connection, a client can declare https and Bandit will set conn.scheme = :https even though no TLS was negotiated. Downstream Plug consumers that branch on conn.scheme are silently misled: Plug.SSL's already-secure branch skips its HTTP→HTTPS redirect, cookies emitted with secure: true are sent over plaintext, audit logs record requests as having arrived over HTTPS, and CSRF/SameSite gating may make incorrect decisions. This issue affects bandit: from 1.0.0 before 1.11.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-112946 | 6.3 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Vite is a frontend tooling framework for JavaScript. Prior to 6.4.4, 7.3.7, 8.1.6, 8.2.4, and 8.3.3, import analysis can record a root-relative browser URL in safeModulePaths instead of the cleaned resolved module identifier. On a network-accessible, non-Windows development server, an imported project file whose URL matches an absolute host path can authorize a later raw-filesystem request for that host file, provided server.fs.deny does not block it. The request can disclose the matching file outside the project root, but it does not allow arbitrary path traversal because the host path must correspond to a project-relative URL authorized by the application graph. This issue is fixed in versions 6.4.4, 7.3.7, 8.1.6, 8.2.4, and 8.3.3. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2026-3087 | 6.0 medium | 1.0% | python | If `shutil.unpack_archive()` is given a ZIP archive with an absolute Windows path containing a drive (`C:\\...`) then the archive will be extracted outside the target directory which is different than other operating systems. Only Windows is affected by this vulnerability. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-103537 | 5.4 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Thelia 2.6.1 contains an absolute path traversal vulnerability in its Smarty template handling that enables SSTI and remote code execution. The `checkTemplate()` validation restricts relative directory traversal sequences such as `../` but does not reject absolute paths, allowing an authorized user to supply an arbitrary filesystem path as a template. Smarty then loads and compiles the referenced file without an effective security policy, so depending on filesystem layout and deployment configuration, template code in the file can be executed with the web server's privileges. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-48049 | 5.3 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | @hapi/inert provides static file and directory handlers for hapi.js. From 4.0.0 to 7.1.0, @hapi/inert serves static files from a directory configured with path in the directory or file handlers or relativeTo for h.file(), with confinement enforced by the confine option, but the confinement check compared the resolved absolute path against the confine directory using a raw string-prefix test, so a sibling directory such as /app/static-secret next to /app/static was incorrectly accepted and could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to read files via /..%2fstatic-secret/secret.txt. This issue is fixed in version 7.1.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42213 | 5.1 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | SolidCAM-GPPL-IDE is an unofficial, independently developed extension, Postprocessor IDE for SolidCAM. From version 1.0.0 to before version 1.0.2, the inc "filename" directive in GPPL postprocessor files is resolved by GpplDocumentLinkHandler into a clickable link (VS Code textDocument/documentLink). The handler accepted arbitrary paths — absolute, relative with parent-directory segments (..\..\..\), UNC (\\server\share\), and arbitrary subfolders — and called File.Exists on each to decide whether to render the link. Two distinct attack surfaces resulted: information disclosure via File.Exists probing and NTLM hash leak via UNC path probing. This issue has been patched in version 1.0.2. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-53906 | 5.1 medium | 1.0% | mycomplianceoffice | MCO is vulnerable to Path Disclosure and Path Traversal in file handling functionality related to data export and upload. Improper validation of the filename parameter allows writing files to arbitrary locations as well as indirect disclosure of absolute server paths through error messages. Because vendor contact attempts were unsuccessful, the vulnerability has only been confirmed in version 25.3.3.1 but may also affect other versions. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-63302 | 5.1 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Quick.CMS is vulnerable to Local File Inclusion (LFI) in the admin.php endpoint via the p parameter. An authenticated attacker with admin privileges can include arbitrary files located within the application's directory structure via a crafted HTTP request. Successful exploitation allows disclosure of the server's directory structure and absolute file paths (path disclosure). The vendor assessed the likelihood of exploitation as very low and determined that a fix is not necessary. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2025-58161 | 1.3 low | 1.0% | opensecurity, mobile_security_framework | MobSF is a mobile application security testing tool used. In version 4.4.0, the GET /download/ route uses string path verification via os.path.commonprefix, which allows an authenticated user to download files outside the DWD_DIR download directory from "neighboring" directories whose absolute paths begin with the same prefix as DWD_DIR (e.g., .../downloads_bak, .../downloads.old). This is a Directory Traversal (escape) leading to a data leak. This issue has been patched in version 4.4.1. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-63190 | 9.4 critical | — | no CPE yet | FearlessCMS is a flat-file `content` management system centered on simplicity and open source. Prior to version 0.1.4, five debug/test PHP scripts under `admin/` perform privileged operations without `isLoggedIn()` authentication checks, CSRF protection or adequate `path` validation. On PHP's built-in development server, including the default Docker deployment, `router.php` checks an unnormalized admin URI prefix while the filesystem resolves dot segments, so `/./admin/` bypasses the admin login gate and executes those scripts directly. In `admin/debug_save_flow.php`, attacker-controlled `path` and `content` reach `file_put_contents` for arbitrary `.md` writes under `content`/ or outside it through `path` traversal, enabling site defacement and stored JavaScript in public pages; `print_r($_POST)` output without `htmlspecialchars` escaping also causes reflected cross-site scripting. The `admin/debug_content.php` `path` parameter reaches `scandir()`, `file_get_contents()` and `posix_getpwuid()`, permitting arbitrary directory enumeration and `.md` file reads that expose absolute paths, ownership, permissions, hashes and `content` previews. The `admin/preview-handler.php` endpoint accepts JSON `content` and `title` and writes enumerable files under `content/_preview/`, enabling stored cross-site scripting and disk exhaustion. The `admin/testdebug.php` endpoint appends to `admin/testdebug.log` without authentication, also enabling disk exhaustion. The `admin/test_redirect.php` script exposes a test artifact but escapes its inputs and is not itself an XSS sink. Stored script execution can steal sessions and compromise administrators when they view affected `content`. Reads and writes execute with PHP's privileges; the tested deployment runs PHP as root, amplifying filesystem impact. This issue is fixed in version 0.1.4. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40576 | 9.4 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | excel-mcp-server is a Model Context Protocol server for Excel file manipulation. A path traversal vulnerability exists in excel-mcp-server versions up to and including 0.1.7. When running in SSE or Streamable-HTTP transport mode (the documented way to use this server remotely), an unauthenticated attacker on the network can read, write, and overwrite arbitrary files on the host filesystem by supplying crafted filepath arguments to any of the 25 exposed MCP tool handlers. The server is intended to confine file operations to a directory set by the EXCEL_FILES_PATH environment variable. The function responsible for enforcing this boundary — get_excel_path() — fails to do so due to two independent flaws: it passes absolute paths through without any check, and it joins relative paths without resolving or validating the result. Combined with zero authentication on the default network-facing transport and a default bind address of 0.0.0.0 (all interfaces), this allows trivial remote exploitation. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.1.8. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109569 | 9.3 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | sandboxed.sh through 1.3.0 contains a container escape vulnerability that allows code in container workspaces to access the host filesystem because nsenter attaches without --root. Agent-run code in a container workspace can resolve absolute paths on the host to read and modify host files, bypassing documented isolation. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-115353 | 9.2 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Mistune before 3.3.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the RST include directive that allows attackers to read arbitrary files by supplying relative or absolute paths. Attackers can submit markdown containing include directives referencing ../ sequences or absolute paths to embed sensitive files like credentials or environment data in rendered HTML. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-73642 | 9.2 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Dayforce ESS Excelity is vulnerable to Path Traversal in file download functionality. An unauthenticated attacker can sent GET request with file path parameter set to any path including an absolute local file path. This issue was fixed in version V4. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-112362 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | @fastify/express is a Fastify plugin that runs Express middleware inside Fastify. In versions 4.0.5 through 4.0.8, when Fastify runs with the non-default ignoreDuplicateSlashes option enabled, the plugin matches path-scoped Express middleware against a URL whose duplicate-slash normalization has also collapsed the separator after an absolute-form request target's scheme, so Fastify's router resolves the request to the scoped path and runs the handler while the Express layer no longer sees that path. As a result, a request using an absolute-form target can reach a handler on a scoped route such as an admin path while the middleware for authentication, authorization, or rate limiting is skipped. An unauthenticated attacker needs only the non-default ignoreDuplicateSlashes option to be enabled. The issue is fixed in @fastify/express 4.0.9, and users should upgrade to 4.0.9 or later. As a workaround, enforce authentication in a Fastify hook such as preHandler that runs after the router resolves the request, or leave ignoreDuplicateSlashes at its default. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-68083 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: fix path resolution in ksmbd_vfs_kern_path_create The SMB2 open lookup is rooted at the share with LOOKUP_BENEATH, but the create/mkdir/hardlink sink is not: ksmbd_vfs_kern_path_create() builds an absolute path with convert_to_unix_name() and resolves it from AT_FDCWD via start_creating_path(), so a ".." component is walked from the real filesystem root and escapes the export. An authenticated client races a missing path component so the rooted open lookup returns -ENOENT (taking the create branch) while the same component is present (a directory) when the create walk runs; the create then resolves ".." out of the share. Root the create walk at the share like the lookup and rename paths already are: resolve the parent with vfs_path_parent_lookup(..., LOOKUP_BENEATH, &share_conf->vfs_path) and create the final component with start_creating_noperm(). convert_to_unix_name() then has no callers and is removed. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12999 | 9.1 critical | 0.00% | no CPE yet | UrlUtil.getBaseUrl builds the absolute URLs in a response — download links, icons, asset and API URLs — from the X-Forwarded-Host, X-Forwarded-Proto and X-Forwarded-Prefix request headers, with no check on whether the sender was a trusted proxy, falling back to the client-supplied Host header. Those responses are cached under keys that do not include the host (extension.json since 0.6.0, namespace.details.json since 0.9.0, sitemap since 0.14.5, latest.extension.version.vscode since 0.34.2). A single request carrying a forged header therefore places attacker-chosen URLs into an entry served to every other client for the lifetime of that entry — one hour by default, and cluster-wide where ovsx.redis.enabled is set. The VSIX download URL, its signature URL and the public key URL are all derived from the same base URL, so extension signing does not limit the impact: an attacker who poisons an entry supplies the package, the signature over it, and the key used to verify it. Exploitability depends on deployment topology. A server reachable directly by clients, or fronted by a proxy that relays the client's X-Forwarded-Host rather than overwriting it, is exploitable by an unauthenticated remote attacker. A proxy that overwrites the header is not. An unauthenticated attacker can poison Open VSX's per-extension metadata cache with attacker-controlled download, signature, and public-key URLs by supplying a crafted X-Forwarded-Host header, causing downstream VS Code-compatible editors to fetch and install a malicious VSIX. Workarounds (unpatched versions) 1. Configure the reverse proxy to set rather than relay X-Forwarded-Host, X-Forwarded-Proto and X-Forwarded-Prefix — note that nginx's $host is the client's Host header and is not a safe value. 2. Ensure the server is not reachable except through that proxy. 3. Flush the caches afterwards; poisoned entries survive the configuration change. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-89009 | 8.8 high | — | wavlink technology, wn535m1, wn535m3 | WAVLINK WN535M1 and WN535M3 routers running firmware prior to M35M1_V250922 contain an unauthenticated arbitrary file write vulnerability that allows remote attackers to overwrite any file on the device by sending a crafted payload to the sync_server daemon on TCP port 13136. The daemon, which runs as root and requires no authentication, accepts a 100-byte filename field in its protocol header without path canonicalization, allowing attackers to supply an absolute path and write arbitrary content to overwrite startup scripts or credential stores to achieve persistent system compromise. | 6 h ago |
| CVE-2026-60009 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | eclipse, theia | In Eclipse Theia versions up to and including 1.73.1, the `@theia/filesystem` backend binds `POST /file-upload` in every filesystem-enabled deployment. The handler takes an attacker-supplied absolute path from the multipart `uri` field and calls `fs.move(tmp, target, { overwrite: true })` with no workspace confinement and no authentication. In browser (non-Electron) deployments the connection token is enforced only on WebSocket upgrades; the HTTP middleware in `@theia/core` re-issues the cookie and calls `next()` without rejecting tokenless HTTP requests. Because `multipart/form-data` is a CORS-safelisted request type, a cross-origin web page can trigger the write with no preflight and no credentials, resulting in an unauthenticated arbitrary file write outside the workspace to any absolute path the backend process can write. This can escalate to remote code execution, for example by overwriting a startup-executed file such as `~/.bashrc`. Electron mode uses a separate `ElectronSecurityToken` and is not affected via this path. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-13622 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A symlink following vulnerability was found in KubeVirt's virt-handler migration proxy. During live migration, virt-handler dials Unix sockets inside the target virt-launcher pod via /proc/<pid>/root/ paths using net.Dial() without symlink protection. These socket paths reside in qemu-owned directories writable by the virt-launcher user. An attacker with namespace edit and pods/exec permissions can replace a migration proxy socket with a symlink to the host CRI-O socket. Because virt-handler runs as root in the host mount namespace, absolute symlink targets resolve against the host filesystem, and the bidirectional io.Copy proxy relays attacker-controlled bytes to the container runtime, enabling full node compromise. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-33445 | 8.7 high | 0.00% | absolute, secure_access | CVE-2026-33445 is a memory management vulnerability in Secure Access servers prior to 14.55. Attackers with an intimate knowledge of and total control over the tunnel protocol can create a persistent DoS against the server. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44174 | 8.7 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Kirby is an open-source content management system. Prior to 4.9.1 and 5.4.1, Kirby did not validate the model attributes that were used in its collection queries, allowing attackers to include arbitrary model methods in their queries. This includes methods with sensitive data such as password() (disclosing the password hash) or root() (disclosing the absolute filesystem path on the server) as well as methods that perform impactful actions such as loginPasswordless() (causing a privilege escalation to another user) or delete() (deleting all queried models in one go if the authenticated user has appropriate permissions). This issue has been fixed in versions 4.9.1 and 5.4.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-86055 | 8.7 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.13.3, Part-DB builds the absolute URL of the password-reset link it emails to a user from the client-supplied HTTP Host header, with no trusted-host validation. An unauthenticated attacker who submits a forgot-password request for a known account while sending a spoofed Host header causes Part-DB to email that account a reset link whose hostname is attacker-controlled, while still embedding the genuine reset token. When the victim opens the link (or an automated inbound mail-security scanner dereferences it), the valid token is disclosed to the attacker, who replays it against the real instance to set a new password and take over the account. Because the seeded admin account can be targeted, this yields full pre-authentication administrative account takeover. This issue has been patched in version 2.13.3. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-33451 | 8.5 high | 0.00% | absolute, secure_access | CVE-2026-33451 is an arbitrary read/write vulnerability in the Secure Access Windows client prior to 14.50. Attackers with local control of the Windows client can send malformed data to an API and elevate their level of privilege to system. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40952 | 8.5 high | 0.00% | absolute, secure_access | CVE-2026-40952 is a privilege misconfiguration in the Secure Access installer for the Windows client and server prior to version 14.55. Attackers with local access to the client or server can use it to elevate privileges to Administrator when Secure Access is installed in a non-default location. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-78680 | 8.5 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | NLTK versions before 3.10.3 fail to use validated absolute paths when invoking the Graphviz dot binary in dependencygraph.dot2img and AlignedSent._repr_svg_, allowing attackers to execute arbitrary code by placing a malicious dot binary in the search path or current working directory. Attackers can exploit bare-name binary resolution on Windows via the current working directory or on Unix-like systems via relative PATH entries to execute their binary instead of the legitimate Graphviz tool. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-41211 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | voidzero, vite\+ | Vite+ is a unified toolchain and entry point for web development. Prior to version 0.1.17, `downloadPackageManager()` accepts an untrusted `version` string and uses it directly in filesystem paths. A caller can supply `../` segments or an absolute path to escape the `VP_HOME/package_manager/<pm>/` cache root and make Vite+ delete, replace, and populate directories outside the intended cache location. Version 0.1.17 contains a patch. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44334 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | praison, praisonai | PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.139 to before version 4.6.32, CVE-2026-40287's fix gated tools.py auto-import behind PRAISONAI_ALLOW_LOCAL_TOOLS=true in two files (tool_resolver.py, api/call.py). A third import sink in praisonai/templates/tool_override.py was missed and remains unguarded. It is reached by the recipe runner on every recipe execution and is remotely triggerable through POST /v1/recipes/run with a recipe value pointing at any local absolute path or any GitHub repo (because SecurityConfig.allow_any_github defaults to True). The attacker drops a tools.py next to TEMPLATE.yaml; the server exec_module()s it. No auth required by default, no environment opt-in required. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.32. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-74033 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Wazuh from 4.1.1 before 4.14.8 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the get_lists() and delete_list_file() CDB list handlers that allows compromised cluster workers to read or delete master files. Attackers can send traversal or absolute-path filenames through the internal cluster RPC path, bypassing REST validation and RBAC to delete files like rbac.db. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-46345 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | compliance-trestle is a tooling platform for managing compliance as code. Prior to versions 3.12.2 and 4.0.3, the `-o/--output` argument in `trestle author jinja` allows writing files outside the intended workspace. The application does not properly validate, `../`, `..\`, or absolute paths. This allows arbitrary file write to attacker-controlled locations. Versions 3.12.3 and 4.0.3 patch the issue. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-52875 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Streambert is a cross-platform Electron Desktop App to stream and download video content. Prior to 2.6.0, the perform-scheduled-backup IPC handler in src/ipc/storage.js takes settings.path from a renderer-supplied object and uses the resulting directory for fs.mkdirSync, fs.writeFileSync, fs.readdirSync, and fs.unlinkSync operations without checking that it is inside an authorized backup location. A compromised renderer can choose an absolute path or a relative traversal path to create directories and write a streambert-backup-[timestamp].json file containing renderer-controlled data. The pruning loop can also delete files in that directory whose names begin with streambert-backup- and end with .json. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.6.0. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-60084 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | SiYuan versions before v3.7.4 contain an arbitrary file deletion vulnerability in the /api/search/removeTemplate endpoint that accepts an unvalidated path parameter passed directly to os.RemoveAll. Authenticated admin attackers can supply absolute filesystem paths to recursively delete any file or directory the kernel process has permission to remove, anywhere on the host filesystem. | 12 Oct |
| CVE-2026-28518 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | volcengine, openviking | OpenViking versions 0.2.1 and prior, fixed in commit 46b3e76, contain a path traversal vulnerability in the .ovpack import handling that allows attackers to write files outside the intended import directory. Attackers can craft malicious ZIP archives with traversal sequences, absolute paths, or drive prefixes in member names to overwrite or create arbitrary files with the importing process privileges. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-45017 | 8.2 high | 0.00% | jg-rp, python_liquid | Python Liquid is a Python engine for the Liquid template language. Prior to 2.2.0, the built-in FileSystemLoader and CachingFileSystemLoader do not guard against reading files outside their search paths when given an absolute path to resolve. This allows malicious template authors to load and render arbitrary files via the {% include %} and {% render %} tags. Targeted files would need to contain valid Liquid markup and be readable by the application process. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.2.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
