CVE-2025-21714 7.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/mlx5: Fix implicit ODP use after free Prevent double queueing of implicit ODP mr destroy work by using __xa_cmpxchg() to make sure this is the only time we are destroying this specific mr. Without this change, we could try to invalidate this mr twice, which in turn could result in queuing a MR work destroy twice, and eventually the second work could execute after the MR was freed due to the first work, causing a user after free and trace below. refcount_t: underflow; use-after-free. CVE-2025-40250 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/mlx5: Clean up only new IRQ glue on request_irq() failure The mlx5_irq_alloc() function can inadvertently free the entire rmap and end up in a crash[1] when the other threads tries to access this, when request_irq() fails due to exhausted IRQ vectors. This commit modifies the cleanup to remove only the specific IRQ mapping that was just added. This prevents removal of other valid mappings and ensures precise cleanup of the failed IRQ allocation's associated glue object. Note: This error is observed when both fwctl and rds configs are enabled. CVE-2026-74289 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv4: fib: Don't dump dying fib_info in fib_leaf_notify(). syzbot reported use-after-free in nsim_fib4_prepare_event(). [0] The problem is that the following functions call fib_info_hold() / refcount_inc() while dumping fib_info under RCU, which is unsafe. * mlxsw_sp_router_fib4_event() * rocker_router_fib_event() * nsim_fib4_prepare_event() refcount_inc_not_zero() must be used, but it would be too late there. Let's guarantee the lifetime of fib_info in fib_leaf_notify(). Note that IPv6 does not need the corresponding change since fib6_table_dump() holds fib6_table.tb6_lock. [0]: refcount_t: addition on 0; use-after-free. CVE-2026-64420 7.0 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: mfd: cros_ec: Delay dev_set_drvdata() until probe success If ec_device_probe() fails, cros_ec_class_release releases memory for the cros_ec_dev structure. However, because the drvdata was already set, sub-drivers like cros_ec_typec can still retrieve the stale pointer via the platform device. This leads to a use-after-free when cros_ec_typec attempts to access &typec->ec->ec->dev on a device that has already been released. Move dev_set_drvdata() to ensure that the pointer is only made available once all initialization steps have succeeded. sysfs: cannot create duplicate filename '/class/chromeos/cros_ec' Call trace: sysfs_do_create_link_sd+0x94/0xdc sysfs_create_link+0x30/0x44 device_add_class_symlinks+0x90/0x13c device_add+0xf0/0x50c ec_device_probe+0x150/0x4f0 platform_probe+0xa0/0xe0 ...
