| CVE-2025-53521KEV | 9.3 critical | 2.0% | f5, big-ip_access_policy_manager | When a BIG-IP APM access policy is configured on a virtual server, specific malicious traffic can lead to Remote Code Execution (RCE). Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42945exploit ×49 | 9.2 critical | 68.0% | f5, dos, nginx_gateway_fabric, nginx_ingress_controller | NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_rewrite_module module. This vulnerability exists when the rewrite directive is followed by a rewrite, if, or set directive and an unnamed Perl-Compatible Regular Expression (PCRE) capture (for example, $1, $2) with a replacement string that includes a question mark (?). An unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond its control can exploit this vulnerability by sending crafted HTTP requests. This may cause a heap buffer overflow in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42530exploit ×5 | 9.2 critical | 6.0% | f5, nginx_gateway_fabric, nginx_ingress_controller, nginx_instance_manager | NGINX Open Source has a vulnerability in the ngx_http_v3_module module. When NGINX Open Source is configured to use the HTTP/3 QUIC module, a remote unauthenticated attacker along with conditions beyond their control can use a specially crafted HTTP/3 session to reopen a QPACK encoder stream. This may cause a Use-after-Free in the NGINX worker process leading to a restart. Additionally, attackers can execute code on systems with Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) disabled or when the attacker can bypass ASLR. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40701exploit | 6.3 medium | 1.0% | f5, dos, nginx_gateway_fabric, nginx_ingress_controller | NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_ssl_module module when the ssl_verify_client directive is set to "on" or "optional," and the ssl_ocsp directive is set to "on" or the leaf parameters are configured with a resolver. With this configuration, an unauthenticated attacker can send requests along with conditions beyond its control that may cause a heap-use-after-free error in the NGINX worker process. This vulnerability may result in limited modification of data or the NGINX worker process restarting. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42926exploit | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | f5, nginx_gateway_fabric, nginx_open_source, nginx_instance_manager | When NGINX Open Source is configured to proxy HTTP/2 traffic by setting proxy_http_version to 2, and also uses proxy_set_body, an attacker may be able to inject frame headers and payload bytes to the upstream peer. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-60013exploit | 4.6 medium | 0.00% | f5, f5os-a | When a highly-privileged, authenticated attacker attempts to initialize the rSeries FIPS module using a password with special shell metacharacters, arbitrary system commands may be executed, and the FIPS hardware security module (HSM) may fail to initialize. A successful exploit can allow the attacker to cross a security boundary. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2019-5436 | 7.8 high | 50.0% | haxx, opensuse, libcurl, leap, fedora | A heap buffer overflow in the TFTP receiving code allows for DoS or arbitrary code execution in libcurl versions 7.19.4 through 7.64.1. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2019-13565 | 7.5 high | 5.0% | openldap, canonical, ubuntu_linux, debian_linux | An issue was discovered in OpenLDAP 2.x before 2.4.48. When using SASL authentication and session encryption, and relying on the SASL security layers in slapd access controls, it is possible to obtain access that would otherwise be denied via a simple bind for any identity covered in those ACLs. After the first SASL bind is completed, the sasl_ssf value is retained for all new non-SASL connections. Depending on the ACL configuration, this can affect different types of operations (searches, modifications, etc.). In other words, a successful authorization step completed by one user affects the authorization requirement for a different user. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2023-54258 | 9.8 critical | 1.0% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: cifs: fix potential oops in cifs_oplock_break With deferred close we can have closes that race with lease breaks, and so with the current checks for whether to send the lease response, oplock_response(), this can mean that an unmount (kill_sb) can occur just before we were checking if the tcon->ses is valid. | CVE-2026-41957 | 8.7 high | 1.0% | f5, big-ip_access_policy_manager, big-ip_advanced_firewall_manager, big-ip_advanced_web_application_firewall | An authenticated remote code execution vulnerability through undisclosed vectors exists in the BIG-IP and BIG-IQ Configuration utility. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55723 | 8.7 high | 1.0% | f5, nginx_ingress_controller | When NGINX Ingress Controller is configured with Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) or Ingress annotations, an injection vulnerability exists in the configuration generator of NGINX Ingress Controller. Multiple user-controllable fields are written into the generated NGINX configuration without sanitization. An authenticated attacker with permission to create or modify these CRDs or annotations may craft values that inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives. Impact: An authenticated attacker granted write access to NGINX Ingress Controller CRDs or Ingress annotations through the Kubernetes API may be able to inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives, create or delete files, or disable services. There is no data plane exposure; this is a control plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-11311 | 8.6 high | 1.0% | f5, nginx_gateway_fabric | When NGINX Plus is configured as the data plane for NGINX Gateway Fabric, an injection vulnerability exists in the NGINX configuration generator component of NGINX Gateway Fabric. User-supplied string values from the NginxProxy Custom Resource Definition serverTokens field and the AuthenticationFilter Custom Resource Definition extraAuthArgs field are rendered directly into NGINX configuration templates without sanitization or escaping. An authenticated attacker with permission to create or modify these Custom Resource Definitions may craft values that inject arbitrary NGINX configuration directives. This is a control plane issue; there is no data plane exposure from the vulnerability trigger itself. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-34176 | 8.5 high | 1.0% | f5, big-ip_access_policy_manager, big-ip_advanced_firewall_manager, big-ip_advanced_web_application_firewall | When running in Appliance mode, an authenticated remote command injection vulnerability exists in an undisclosed iControl REST endpoint. A successful exploit can allow the attacker to cross a security boundary. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42946 | 8.3 high | 1.0% | f5, dos, nginx_gateway_fabric, nginx_ingress_controller | A vulnerability exists in the ngx_http_scgi_module and ngx_http_uwsgi_module modules that may result in excessive memory allocation or an over-read of data. When scgi_pass or uwsgi_pass is configured, an unauthenticated attacker with man-in-the-middle (MITM) ability to control responses from an upstream server may be able to read the memory of the NGINX worker process or restart it. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2023-22839 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | f5, big-ip_domain_name_system, big-ip_local_traffic_manager, big-ip_10000s_firmware | On BIG-IP versions 17.0.x before 17.0.0.2, 16.1.x before 16.1.3.3, 15.1.x before 15.1.8.1, 14.1.x before 14.1.5.3, and all version of 13.1.x, when a DNS profile with the Rapid Response Mode setting enabled is configured on a virtual server with hardware SYN cookies enabled, undisclosed requests cause the Traffic Management Microkernel (TMM) to terminate. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | 22 h ago |
| CVE-2026-46052 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: only d_add() negative dentries when they are unhashed Ceph can call d_add(dentry, NULL) on a negative dentry that is already present in the primary dcache hash. In the current VFS that is not safe. d_add() goes through __d_add() to __d_rehash(), which unconditionally reinserts dentry->d_hash into the hlist_bl bucket. If the dentry is already hashed, reinserting the same node can corrupt the bucket, including creating a self-loop. Once that happens, __d_lookup() can spin forever in the hlist_bl walk, typically looping only on the d_name.hash mismatch check and eventually triggering RCU stall reports like this one: rcu: INFO: rcu_sched self-detected stall on CPU rcu: 87-....: (2100 ticks this GP) idle=3a4c/1/0x4000000000000000 softirq=25003319/25003319 fqs=829 rcu: (t=2101 jiffies g=79058445 q=698988 ncpus=192) CPU: 87 UID: 2952868916 PID: 3933303 Comm: php-cgi8.3 Not tainted 6.18.17-i1-amd #950 NONE Hardware name: Dell Inc. A Ceph lookup or atomic_open can be handed a negative dentry that is already hashed, and fs/ceph/dir.c then hits one of two paths that incorrectly assume "negative" also means "unhashed": - ceph_finish_lookup(): MDS reply is -ENOENT with no trace -> d_add(dentry, NULL) - ceph_lookup(): local ENOENT fast path for a complete directory with shared caps -> d_add(dentry, NULL) Both paths can therefore re-add an already-hashed negative dentry. Ceph already uses the correct pattern elsewhere: ceph_fill_trace() only calls d_add(dn, NULL) for a negative null-dentry reply when d_unhashed(dn) is true. Fix both fs/ceph/dir.c sites the same way: only call d_add() for a negative dentry when it is actually unhashed. If the negative dentry is already hashed, leave it in place and reuse it as-is. This preserves the existing behavior for unhashed dentries while avoiding d_hash list corruption for reused hashed negatives. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-52865 | 7.1 high | 1.0% | f5, nginx_ingress_controller | When NGINX Ingress Controller processes Ingress or TransportServer resources, an authenticated, remote attacker with permission to create or modify Ingress or TransportServer resources can cause the NGINX Ingress Controller process to terminate. Impact: The NGINX Ingress Controller control plane process terminates and enters a persistent crash loop while the malformed Ingress or TransportServer resource remains in the cluster. This vulnerability allows a remote, authenticated attacker with at least Ingress or TransportServer resource write access to cause a denial-of-service (DoS) on the NGINX Ingress Controller system. There is no data plane exposure; this is a control plane issue only. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-24464 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | f5, big-ip_access_policy_manager, big-ip_advanced_firewall_manager, big-ip_advanced_web_application_firewall | When running in Appliance mode, a directory traversal vulnerability exists in an undisclosed iControl REST endpoint that may allow an authenticated attacker with administrator role privileges to cross a security boundary and delete files. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42780 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | f5, big-ip_ssl_orchestrator | A directory traversal vulnerability exists in BIG-IP SSL Orchestrator that allows an authenticated attacker with high privilege to overwrite, delete or corrupt arbitrary local files. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-54755 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | f5, big-ip_access_policy_manager, big-ip_advanced_firewall_manager, big-ip_advanced_web_application_firewall | A directory traversal vulnerability exists in TMUI that allows a highly privileged authenticated attacker to access files which are not limited to the intended files. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42934 | 6.3 medium | 1.0% | f5, dos, nginx_gateway_fabric, nginx_ingress_controller | NGINX Plus and NGINX Open Source have a vulnerability in the ngx_http_charset_module module. When charset, source_charset, and charset_map and proxy_pass with disabled buffering ("off") directives are configured, unauthenticated attackers can send requests that with conditions beyond the attackers' control to cause a heap buffer over-read in the NGINX worker process, leading to limited disclosure of memory or a restart. Note: Software versions which have reached End of Technical Support (EoTS) are not evaluated. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-38181 | 5.5 medium | 1.0% | linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: calipso: Fix null-ptr-deref in calipso_req_{set,del}attr(). syzkaller reported a null-ptr-deref in sock_omalloc() while allocating a CALIPSO option. [0] The NULL is of struct sock, which was fetched by sk_to_full_sk() in calipso_req_setattr(). Since commit a1a5344ddbe8 ("tcp: avoid two atomic ops for syncookies"), reqsk->rsk_listener could be NULL when SYN Cookie is returned to its client, as hinted by the leading SYN Cookie log. Here are 3 options to fix the bug: 1) Return 0 in calipso_req_setattr() 2) Return an error in calipso_req_setattr() 3) Alaways set rsk_listener 1) is no go as it bypasses LSM, but 2) effectively disables SYN Cookie for CALIPSO. 3) is also no go as there have been many efforts to reduce atomic ops and make TCP robust against DDoS. See also commit 3b24d854cb35 ("tcp/dccp: do not touch listener sk_refcnt under synflood"). As of the blamed commit, SYN Cookie already did not need refcounting, and no one has stumbled on the bug for 9 years, so no CALIPSO user will care about SYN Cookie. Let's return an error in calipso_req_setattr() and calipso_req_delattr() in the SYN Cookie case. This can be reproduced by [1] on Fedora and now connect() of nc times out.
