CVE-2026-40287 8.4 high 0.00% praison, praisonai, praisonaiagents PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Versions 4.5.138 and below are vulnerable to arbitrary code execution through automatic, unsanitized import of a tools.py file from the current working directory. Components including call.py (import_tools_from_file()), tool_resolver.py (_load_local_tools()), and CLI tool-loading paths blindly import ./tools.py at startup without any validation, sandboxing, or user confirmation. An attacker who can place a malicious tools.py in the directory where PraisonAI is launched (such as through a shared project, cloned repository, or writable workspace) achieves immediate arbitrary Python code execution in the host environment. This compromises the full PraisonAI process, the host system, and any connected data or credentials. This issue has been fixed in version 4.5.139. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44334 8.4 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.139 to before version 4.6.32, CVE-2026-40287's fix gated tools.py auto-import behind PRAISONAI_ALLOW_LOCAL_TOOLS=true in two files (tool_resolver.py, api/call.py). A third import sink in praisonai/templates/tool_override.py was missed and remains unguarded. It is reached by the recipe runner on every recipe execution and is remotely triggerable through POST /v1/recipes/run with a recipe value pointing at any local absolute path or any GitHub repo (because SecurityConfig.allow_any_github defaults to True). The attacker drops a tools.py next to TEMPLATE.yaml; the server exec_module()s it. No auth required by default, no environment opt-in required. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.32. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-61429 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI versions before 1.6.78 contain a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the Crawl4AI/Chromium backend that allows attackers to bypass SSRF validation by exploiting DNS rebinding and HTTP redirects. Attackers can craft URLs that resolve to internal services after the initial validation check, enabling the headless browser to follow redirects and read internal responses including sensitive canary values. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-61430 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 1.6.78 contains a server-side request forgery vulnerability in the web_crawl tool that validates hostnames at check time but re-resolves them at connection time without IP pinning. Attackers can use DNS rebinding to bypass SSRF protection and retrieve internal HTTP response bodies from private or loopback services. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47415 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an Insecure Direct Object Reference. The issue CRUD endpoints (`GET / PATCH / DELETE /workspaces/{workspace_id}/issues/{issue_id}`) gate access on `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` only, then resolve `issue_id` through `IssueService.get(issue_id)` which is a primary-key lookup with no workspace constraint. A user who is a member of any workspace `W1` can read, modify, or delete issues that belong to a different workspace `W2`. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47419 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an* Insecure Direct Object Reference. The agent CRUD endpoints (`GET / PATCH / DELETE /workspaces/{workspace_id}/agents/{agent_id}`) gate access on `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` only, then resolve `agent_id` through `AgentService.get(agent_id)` which is a primary-key lookup with no workspace constraint. A user who is a member of any workspace `W1` can read, modify, or delete agents that belong to a different workspace `W2` by guessing or harvesting an agent UUID and calling `…/workspaces/W1/agents/<W2-agent-id>`. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-56835 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 3.11.0 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's Slack bot applies its configured allowed_users, allowed_channels, and unknown-user pairing policy in the normal Slack message event handler, but not in the adjacent Slack app_mention event handler. A Slack workspace user who can mention the bot in a channel where the Slack app is present can trigger the configured PraisonAI agent even when: the sender is not in BotConfig.allowed_users; the channel is not in BotConfig.allowed_channels; unknown_user_policy="deny" is configured; and the same event content is correctly dropped by the normal message handler. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-56836 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.112 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's installed console entrypoint is Typer-first. In current releases, the recipe command is registered in the Typer app and praisonai recipe serve dispatches to the deprecated Typer command in src/praisonai/praisonai/cli/commands/recipe.py. That Typer command can start the Recipe HTTP server on a non-localhost interface with no authentication. It prints a deprecation warning, and then launches the server. Because config.auth is absent, create_app() does not attach the API-key or JWT middleware. Unauthenticated requests can then reach the recipe API and, when enabled, /admin/reload. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-40113 8.1 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, deploy.py constructs a single comma-delimited string for the gcloud run deploy --set-env-vars argument by directly interpolating openai_model, openai_key, and openai_base without validating that these values do not contain commas. gcloud uses a comma as the key-value pair separator for --set-env-vars. A comma in any of the three values causes gcloud to parse the trailing text as additional KEY=VALUE definitions, injecting arbitrary environment variables into the deployed Cloud Run service. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-39307 8.1 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 1.5.113, The PraisonAI templates installation feature is vulnerable to a "Zip Slip" Arbitrary File Write attack. When downloading and extracting template archives from external sources (e.g., GitHub), the application uses Python's zipfile.extractall() without verifying if the files within the archive resolve outside of the intended extraction directory. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.113. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-41496 8.1 high 0.00% praison, praisonai, praisonaiagents PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to praisonai version 4.6.9 and praisonaiagents version 1.6.9, the fix for CVE-2026-40315 added input validation to SQLiteConversationStore only. Nine sibling backends — MySQL, PostgreSQL, async SQLite/MySQL/PostgreSQL, Turso, SingleStore, Supabase, SurrealDB — pass table_prefix straight into f-string SQL. Same root cause, same code pattern, same exploitation. 52 unvalidated injection points across the codebase. postgres.py additionally accepts an unvalidated schema parameter used directly in DDL. This issue has been patched in praisonai version 4.6.9 and praisonaiagents version 1.6.9. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47406 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an Insecure Direct Object Reference. The dependency endpoints (`POST/GET /workspaces/{workspace_id}/issues/{issue_id}/dependencies` and `DELETE .../dependencies/{dep_id}`) gate access on `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` only, then dispatch to `DependencyService` calls that take URL/body-supplied issue and dependency IDs without verifying any of them belong to the membership-checked workspace. Most damaging: `create_dependency` accepts `body.depends_on_issue_id` from the request body — that ID is checked against nothing — letting an attacker create a "blocks" or "related" link between any two issues anywhere in the database. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47409 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an authorization bypass enabling owner lockout. The `DELETE /workspaces/{workspace_id}/members/{user_id}` endpoint is gated only by `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` (default `min_role="member"`). Any member can remove any other member, including the workspace owner, using a single DELETE. There is no caller-role check, no target-role check, no "cannot remove last owner" guard. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47417 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an Insecure Direct Object Reference. The comment endpoints (`POST /workspaces/{workspace_id}/issues/{issue_id}/comments` and `GET .../comments`) gate access on `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` only, then call `CommentService.create(issue_id=issue_id, ...)` and `CommentService.list_for_issue(issue_id)` without verifying that `issue_id` belongs to `workspace_id`. A user who is a member of any workspace `W1` can read every comment on, and post new comments to, any issue in any other workspace `W2`. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47418 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an Insecure Direct Object Reference. The project CRUD endpoints (`GET / PATCH / DELETE /workspaces/{workspace_id}/projects/{project_id}` and `GET .../{project_id}/stats`) gate access on `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` only, then resolve `project_id` through `ProjectService.get(project_id)` / `update(project_id, ...)` / `delete(project_id)` / `get_stats(project_id)`. None of these calls thread `workspace_id` through to constrain the lookup. A user who is a member of any workspace `W1` can read, modify, delete, or read stats for projects that belong to a different workspace `W2`. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-57121 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 0.1.4 to before version 0.1.5 in praisonai-platform, a workspace member can permanently delete any resource — projects, agents, issues, labels, issue dependencies, and issue-label attachments — created by the workspace owner or other members. All six content DELETE endpoints enforce workspace membership but perform no ownership or role check. A single malicious or compromised member account can wipe an entire workspace's content irreversibly. This issue has been patched in version 0.1.5. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-57113 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 2.6.0 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's template loader accepts GitHub template URIs with refs, for example github:owner/repo/[email protected]. The resolver stores the user-controlled template path and ref verbatim, and the cache layer later joins those values into ~/.praison/cache/templates/github/<owner>/<repo>/<template>/<ref> without normalizing each segment or checking that the final path remains inside the template cache root. A crafted ref such as ../../../../../../outside-delete-target therefore escapes the cache directory. The first load can write .cache_meta.json outside the cache. If the normal cache hierarchy for the same owner/repo/template has already been created, the same path reaches shutil.rmtree(cache_path) and removes an attacker-selected outside directory before replacing it with cache metadata. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-40156 7.8 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, PraisonAI automatically loads a file named tools.py from the current working directory to discover and register custom agent tools. This loading process uses importlib.util.spec_from_file_location and immediately executes module-level code via spec.loader.exec_module() without explicit user consent, validation, or sandboxing. The tools.py file is loaded implicitly, even when it is not referenced in configuration files or explicitly requested by the user. As a result, merely placing a file named tools.py in the working directory is sufficient to trigger code execution. This behavior violates the expected security boundary between user-controlled project files (e.g., YAML configurations) and executable code, as untrusted content in the working directory is treated as trusted and executed automatically. If an attacker can place a malicious tools.py file into a directory where a user or automated system (e.g., CI/CD pipeline) runs praisonai, arbitrary code execution occurs immediately upon startup, before any agent logic begins. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40158 7.8 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, PraisonAI's AST-based Python sandbox can be bypassed using type.__getattribute__ trampoline, allowing arbitrary code execution when running untrusted agent code. The _execute_code_direct function in praisonaiagents/tools/python_tools.py uses AST filtering to block dangerous Python attributes like __subclasses__, __globals__, and __bases__. However, the filter only checks ast.Attribute nodes, allowing a bypass. The sandbox relies on AST-based filtering of attribute access but fails to account for dynamic attribute resolution via built-in methods such as type.getattribute, resulting in incomplete enforcement of security restrictions. The string '__subclasses__' is an ast.Constant, not an ast.Attribute, so it is never checked against the blocked list. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-55522 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions 3.9.26 through 4.6.57 of praiseonai and 0.12.12 through 1.6.57 of praiseonaiagents, the workflow "include" feature is vulnerable to code execution. Workflow._execute_include() implicitly imports and runs an included recipe's tools.py via a raw importlib.util.spec_from_file_location() and spec.loader.exec_module() call, without honoring the PRAISONAI_ALLOW_TEMPLATE_TOOLS/PRAISONAI_ALLOW_LOCAL_TOOLS autoload opt-in gates or routing through the centralized safe loader that protects the other tools.py autoload paths. As a result, a workflow that includes an attacker-controlled local recipe directory executes arbitrary module-level Python code during include setup, before any child workflow parsing or model call, and the same sink is reachable through the higher-level praisonai.recipe.run() recipe API. An attacker who can cause a victim process to run a workflow or recipe that includes an untrusted local recipe achieves arbitrary Python code execution as the PraisonAI process user, a variant that bypasses the hardening applied to the previously disclosed automatic tools.py RCE advisory family. This issue has been fixed in version 4.6.58 of praisonai and 1.6.58 of praisonaiagents. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-57142 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.87 to before version 4.6.61, PraisonAI recipe execution has a dangerous-tool policy that is supposed to block default-denied tools unless the caller explicitly passes allow_dangerous_tools=True. That policy only checks tools declared in TEMPLATE.yaml requires.tools. For steps-based recipes, the actual execution path loads workflow.yaml with YAMLWorkflowParser. That parser resolves agent-level tools: declarations and preserves top-level approve:. Workflow.start() then installs those YAML-approved tools into the approval context. As a result, an untrusted recipe can omit execute_command from TEMPLATE.yaml requires.tools, declare it in workflow.yaml agents.*.tools, and add top-level approve: [execute_command]. The caller did not set allow_dangerous_tools=True, but the recipe policy allows the recipe and the workflow approval path self-approves the critical shell tool. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.61. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-56838 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.87 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI recipe execution blocks default-denied dangerous tools unless the caller explicitly passes allow_dangerous_tools=True. The normal recipe.run() path enforces this with _check_tool_policy(). The streaming path, recipe.run_stream(), loads the same recipe, checks dependencies, and then calls _execute_recipe() without running the dangerous-tool policy check. As a result, a recipe that honestly declares execute_command in TEMPLATE.yaml requires.tools is denied by recipe.run(), but reaches the execution engine through recipe.run_stream() with allow_dangerous_tools=False. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-44335 7.7 high 0.00% praison, praisonaiagents PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to version 1.6.32, the URL checking logic in PraisonAI has a logical flaw that could be bypassed by attackers, leading to SSRF attacks. This issue has been patched in version 1.6.32. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-55523 7.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions 1.5.128 through 1.6.57, the praisonaiagents.tools.web_crawl_tools.web_crawl() function is vulnerable to server-side request forgery. While it validates the initially supplied URL and blocks direct loopback and private destinations, its default httpx fallback uses httpx.Client(follow_redirects=True) and does not revalidate intermediate or final redirect targets. An attacker who can influence a URL passed to web_crawl(), directly or through an agent or tool workflow, can supply an attacker-controlled public URL that passes the initial host check and then redirects to loopback, private-network, or cloud metadata endpoints reachable from the host, with the redirected response body returned in the web_crawl() result. This constitutes an incomplete fix and patch bypass for the previously disclosed web_crawl SSRF class (GHSA-qq9r-63f6-v542 / CVE-2026-40160 and GHSA-8f4v-xfm9-3244), since the guard validates only the requested URL and not the destination actually fetched after redirection. This issue has been fixed in version 1.6.58. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47414 7.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform is the platform layer for the PraisonAI multi-agent teams system. Versions prior to 0.1.4 have an Insecure Direct Object Reference. Five label endpoints — `PATCH /workspaces/{workspace_id}/labels/{label_id}`, `DELETE .../labels/{label_id}`, `POST .../issues/{issue_id}/labels/{label_id}`, `DELETE .../issues/{issue_id}/labels/{label_id}`, `GET .../issues/{issue_id}/labels` — gate access on `require_workspace_member(workspace_id)` only and pass URL-supplied `label_id` and `issue_id` straight through to `LabelService` without verifying either belongs to the workspace. PraisonAI Platform version 0.1.4 patches the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-40116 7.5 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, the /media-stream WebSocket endpoint in PraisonAI's call module accepts connections from any client without authentication or Twilio signature validation. Each connection opens an authenticated session to OpenAI's Realtime API using the server's API key. There are no limits on concurrent connections, message rate, or message size, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to exhaust server resources and drain the victim's OpenAI API credits. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40115 7.5 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, the WSGI-based recipe registry server (server.py) reads the entire HTTP request body into memory based on the client-supplied Content-Length header with no upper bound. Combined with authentication being disabled by default (no token configured), any local process can send arbitrarily large POST requests to exhaust server memory and cause a denial of service. The Starlette-based server (serve.py) has RequestSizeLimitMiddleware with a 10MB limit, but the WSGI server lacks any equivalent protection. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-55524 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions prior to 1.6.58, the web_crawl tool performs its SSRF check only on the initially supplied URL, allowing the protection to be bypassed so the tool connects to attacker-chosen internal destinations. The check resolves the hostname once with socket.gethostbyname and rejects private/loopback/link-local results, but then passes the URL to a fetcher using httpx.Client(follow_redirects=True) (or urllib.request.urlopen when httpx is absent, which also follows redirects) that re-resolves the hostname at connect time with no further validation. This validate-here/fetch-there gap is exploitable through both HTTP redirects and DNS rebinding. If an attacker can influence URLs passed to web_crawl(), directly or through an agent/tool workflow, they can cause the PraisonAI host to fetch loopback, private-network, or cloud metadata endpoints reachable from that host, with the response body returned in the web_crawl() result. This issue has been fixed in version 1.6.58. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-56833 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 3.8.1 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's Dynamic Context module provides filesystem-backed history and terminal-log storage. The module also exports agent-callable tool factories. Those tools accept run_id and agent_id arguments from the tool caller. The underlying stores join those values into filesystem paths without rejecting absolute paths or .. traversal. Because run_id can be an absolute path and agent_id can contain traversal, a lower-trust prompt/user that can call these tools can read .jsonl and .log files outside the configured Dynamic Context base directory. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-57146 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.115 to before version 4.6.61, the published A2U advisory GHSA-f292-66h9-fpmf says unauthenticated A2U event streaming was fixed in praisonai 4.5.115. Current head still exposes the same A2U subscription and event routes without authentication when the operator starts the documented CLI entrypoint. The current CLI wrapper does not expose --api-key, does not install the common API-key middleware, and does not generate a token for A2U. It calls create_a2u_routes(app) directly. That helper only enforces auth if A2U_AUTH_TOKEN is already present; if the variable is missing, _authenticate_request() returns None and treats auth as disabled. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.61. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-56834 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 3.8.1 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's Dynamic Context Discovery feature exposes artifact helper tools through ctx.get_tools(). The implemented artifact tools do not enforce that the supplied artifact_path is an artifact created by the configured store or that it lives under the configured artifact base directory. Instead, artifact_head, artifact_tail, artifact_grep, and artifact_chunk wrap the caller-supplied path directly into an ArtifactRef and then read it from the host filesystem. As a result, any prompt/user/tool-caller that can influence those tool arguments can read files readable by the PraisonAI process, such as project .env files, cloud credentials, SSH keys, source files, or other local data. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-39306 7.3 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 1.5.113, PraisonAI's recipe registry pull flow extracts attacker-controlled .praison tar archives with tar.extractall() and does not validate archive member paths before extraction. A malicious publisher can upload a recipe bundle that contains ../ traversal entries and any user who later pulls that recipe will write files outside the output directory they selected. This is a path traversal / arbitrary file write vulnerability on the client side of the recipe registry workflow. It affects both the local registry pull path and the HTTP registry pull path. The checksum verification does not prevent exploitation because the malicious traversal payload is part of the signed bundle itself. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.113. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40149 7.3 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.128, the gateway's /api/approval/allow-list endpoint permits unauthenticated modification of the tool approval allowlist when no auth_token is configured (the default). By adding dangerous tool names (e.g., shell_exec, file_write) to the allowlist, an attacker can cause the ExecApprovalManager to auto-approve all future agent invocations of those tools, bypassing the human-in-the-loop safety mechanism that the approval system is specifically designed to enforce. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40315 7.2 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 4.5.133, there is an SQL identifier injection vulnerability in SQLiteConversationStore where the table_prefix configuration value is directly concatenated into SQL queries via f-strings without any validation or sanitization. Since SQL identifiers cannot be safely parameterized, an attacker who controls the table_prefix value (e.g., through from_yaml or from_dict configuration input) can inject arbitrary SQL fragments that alter query structure. This enables unauthorized data access, such as reading internal SQLite tables like sqlite_master, and manipulation of query results through techniques like UNION-based injection. The vulnerability propagates from configuration input in config.py, through factory.py, to the SQL query construction in sqlite.py. Exploitation requires the ability to influence configuration input, and successful exploitation leads to internal schema disclosure and full query result tampering. This issue has been fixed in version 4.5.133. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-57114 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.5.126 to before version 4.6.59, PraisonAI's Async Jobs API validates webhook_url when a job request is parsed and again when the internal Job object is constructed. That validation blocks direct loopback/private targets, but it is not bound to the later network request. When a job completes, _send_webhook() passes the original hostname to httpx.AsyncClient.post() with no send-time validation, IP pinning, or guarded transport. An attacker-controlled hostname can therefore resolve to a public IP during Pydantic validation and later resolve to loopback/private/cloud-metadata infrastructure during webhook delivery. This bypasses the intended SSRF guard in current supported releases. This appears to be an incomplete fix / patch bypass for GHSA-8frj-8q3m-xhgm. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-39308 7.1 high 0.00% praison, praisonai PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 1.5.113, PraisonAI's recipe registry publish endpoint writes uploaded recipe bundles to a filesystem path derived from the bundle's internal manifest.json before it verifies that the manifest name and version match the HTTP route. A malicious publisher can place ../ traversal sequences in the bundle manifest and cause the registry server to create files outside the configured registry root even though the request is ultimately rejected with HTTP 400. This is an arbitrary file write / path traversal issue on the registry host. It affects deployments that expose the recipe registry publish flow. If the registry is intentionally run without a token, any network client that can reach the service can trigger it. If a token is configured, any user with publish access can still exploit it. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.113. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40160 7.1 high 0.00% praison, praisonaiagents PraisonAIAgents is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to 1.5.128, web_crawl's httpx fallback path passes user-supplied URLs directly to httpx.AsyncClient.get() with follow_redirects=True and no host validation. An LLM agent tricked into crawling an internal URL can reach cloud metadata endpoints (169.254.169.254), internal services, and localhost. The response content is returned to the agent and may appear in output visible to the attacker. This fallback is the default crawl path on a fresh PraisonAI installation (no Tavily key, no Crawl4AI installed). This vulnerability is fixed in 1.5.128. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-61441 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform (praisonai-platform) before 0.1.9 improperly authorizes deletion of issue dependencies. The DELETE dependency route accepts either endpoint of a dependency edge and checks delete permission only against the caller-selected URL issue. A workspace member who cannot delete a dependency through an owner-created issue endpoint (which returns 403) can delete the same dependency edge by targeting a related member-owned issue endpoint, because permission is validated against the member-owned issue's owner. This allows members to bypass owner/admin authorization and remove owner-created issue dependencies. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-61442 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform (praisonai-platform) before 0.1.9 fails to enforce owner/admin authorization on the PATCH routes for projects, issues, and agents, which only require workspace-member role. A workspace member can modify owner-created records; for projects, a member can reassign lead_id to their own user id and then delete the owner-created project, bypassing the delete route's owner/admin permission check. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-61440 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI Platform before 0.1.9 fails to properly authorize label and issue-label mutations, allowing workspace members to rename and recolor shared labels and add or remove labels on owner-created issues. Attackers with workspace member privileges can exploit PATCH and POST/DELETE endpoints to alter shared label taxonomy and manipulate issue-label associations without owner or admin authorization. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-47397 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. Prior to version 4.6.40, hidden metadata in a webpage causes PraisonAI agents to write attacker-controlled content to arbitrary paths. `write_file` skips path validation when `workspace=None` (always `None` in production). Version 4.6.40 fixes the issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-61438 7.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 4.6.78 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in JobWorkflowExecutor._exec_inline_python() due to insufficient AST validation of workflow script steps. Attackers can create malicious YAML workflow files with import os statements followed by os.system() calls that bypass sandbox checks and execute arbitrary OS commands with process privileges. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-61428 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI AgentMail versions before 4.6.78 lack signature verification in webhook mode, allowing unauthenticated attackers to inject messages with spoofed sender addresses. Attackers can POST crafted message.received events to the webhook endpoint to inject arbitrary content into the agent and trigger replies to attacker-controlled addresses, bypassing sender allow/block lists. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-60086 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 4.6.78 contains a prompt injection defense bypass vulnerability where the injection defense only blocks threats classified as CRITICAL, requiring three or more detector families to match simultaneously. Attackers can craft single or double-vector prompt injections that are classified as HIGH threat level and pass through unblocked to reach the model. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-60089 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI (pip package praisonaiagents) before 1.6.78 automatically loads defaults from a project-local .praisonai/config.toml when constructing an Agent, and does not validate the defaults.output.output_file path. A repository-controlled config file can set output_file to an absolute or '..' traversal path; when the developer subsequently calls agent.start() without explicitly passing an output parameter, PraisonAI writes the agent response to that path (creating parent directories as needed), allowing an untrusted checked-out project to overwrite files outside the project root with the privileges of the user running PraisonAI. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-60091 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 4.6.78 contains an unauthenticated server-side request forgery vulnerability in the Jobs API /api/v1/runs endpoint. The webhook_url parameter is validated at request time but re-resolved at connection time, allowing attackers to use DNS rebinding to reach internal services with a blind SSRF attack. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-61432 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI (praisonaiagents) before 1.6.78 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the FastContext feature (praisonaiagents.context.fast). FastContextAgent.execute_tool() prepends the configured workspace_path only for relative paths and neither rejects absolute paths nor canonicalizes joined paths before enforcing workspace containment. As a result, tool arguments or model-generated function calls to grep_search, glob_search, read_file, or list_directory can supply absolute paths or '../' traversal sequences to read, search, and enumerate files outside the intended workspace directory, with file contents returned to the caller or injected into the model's tool-result context. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-60087 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 1.6.78 caches tool approval decisions by tool name only, allowing attackers to reuse initial approvals for subsequent calls with arbitrary arguments. Attackers can exploit this by obtaining approval for a benign operation and then executing dangerous file write operations with unreviewed parameters in the same session. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-61427 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 4.6.78 exposes the MCP HTTP-stream transport without authentication by default: the CLI --api-key option defaults to None, and the server only enforces Authorization/Bearer checks when an API key is configured. When an operator runs 'praisonai mcp serve --transport http-stream' without an API key, an unauthenticated client (no Authorization header, and no Origin header, which is also permitted) can initialize a session, enumerate the available tools (tools/list), and invoke tools (tools/call). Additionally, the dispatcher forwards tool-call arguments to handlers without validating them against the advertised inputSchema. The server binds to 127.0.0.1 by default, so remote exploitation requires the operator to bind to a network-accessible address (e.g., --host 0.0.0.0). 24 Oct
CVE-2026-56074 6.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet PraisonAI before 1.5.128 caches tool approval decisions by tool name only, not by invocation arguments, allowing subsequent execute_command calls to bypass approval prompts. Attackers can exploit this by obtaining initial approval for a benign command, then silently exfiltrate API keys and credentials via subsequent shell commands without user consent. Mon 26 Oct
