CVE-2019-5482 9.8 critical 18.0% haxx, fedoraproject, curl, fedora, leap Heap buffer overflow in the TFTP protocol handler in cURL 7.19.4 to 7.65.3. 14 Oct
CVE-2021-21409 5.9 medium 5.0% netty, debian, debian_linux, oncommand_api_services Netty is an open-source, asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. In Netty (io.netty:netty-codec-http2) before version 4.1.61.Final there is a vulnerability that enables request smuggling. The content-length header is not correctly validated if the request only uses a single Http2HeaderFrame with the endStream set to to true. This could lead to request smuggling if the request is proxied to a remote peer and translated to HTTP/1.1. This is a followup of GHSA-wm47-8v5p-wjpj/CVE-2021-21295 which did miss to fix this one case. This was fixed as part of 4.1.61.Final. 8 Oct
CVE-2021-22925 5.3 medium 5.0% haxx, fedoraproject, curl, fedora, cloud_backup curl supports the `-t` command line option, known as `CURLOPT_TELNETOPTIONS`in libcurl. This rarely used option is used to send variable=content pairs toTELNET servers.Due to flaw in the option parser for sending `NEW_ENV` variables, libcurlcould be made to pass on uninitialized data from a stack based buffer to theserver. Therefore potentially revealing sensitive internal information to theserver using a clear-text network protocol. This could happen because curl did not call and use sscanf() correctly whenparsing the string provided by the application. 14 Oct
CVE-2021-22898 3.1 low 5.0% haxx, debian, curl, debian_linux, fedora curl 7.7 through 7.76.1 suffers from an information disclosure when the `-t` command line option, known as `CURLOPT_TELNETOPTIONS` in libcurl, is used to send variable=content pairs to TELNET servers. Due to a flaw in the option parser for sending NEW_ENV variables, libcurl could be made to pass on uninitialized data from a stack based buffer to the server, resulting in potentially revealing sensitive internal information to the server using a clear-text network protocol. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-19348 8.9 high 4.0% no CPE yet A security flaw has been discovered in Shenzhen Aitemi M300 Wi-Fi Repeater r0-ea7890a. Impacted is the function sprintf of the file /protocol.csp?fname=net&opt=smacfilter_conf&function=set&act=add&name=test&enable=1. Performing a manipulation of the argument enable/name/mac results in command injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. 23 Oct
CVE-2022-42915 8.1 high 4.0% haxx, fedoraproject, curl, fedora, h300s_firmware curl before 7.86.0 has a double free. If curl is told to use an HTTP proxy for a transfer with a non-HTTP(S) URL, it sets up the connection to the remote server by issuing a CONNECT request to the proxy, and then tunnels the rest of the protocol through. An HTTP proxy might refuse this request (HTTP proxies often only allow outgoing connections to specific port numbers, like 443 for HTTPS) and instead return a non-200 status code to the client. Due to flaws in the error/cleanup handling, this could trigger a double free in curl if one of the following schemes were used in the URL for the transfer: dict, gopher, gophers, ldap, ldaps, rtmp, rtmps, or telnet. The earliest affected version is 7.77.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2020-29363 7.5 high 4.0% p11-kit_project, debian, p11-kit, debian_linux, communications_cloud_native_core_policy An issue was discovered in p11-kit 0.23.6 through 0.23.21. A heap-based buffer overflow has been discovered in the RPC protocol used by p11-kit server/remote commands and the client library. When the remote entity supplies a serialized byte array in a CK_ATTRIBUTE, the receiving entity may not allocate sufficient length for the buffer to store the deserialized value. 14 Oct
CVE-2018-12123 4.3 medium 4.0% nodejs, node.js Node.js: All versions prior to Node.js 6.15.0, 8.14.0, 10.14.0 and 11.3.0: Hostname spoofing in URL parser for javascript protocol: If a Node.js application is using url.parse() to determine the URL hostname, that hostname can be spoofed by using a mixed case "javascript:" (e.g. "javAscript:") protocol (other protocols are not affected). If security decisions are made about the URL based on the hostname, they may be incorrect. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-59834 9.8 critical 3.0% srmorete, adb_mcp_server ADB MCP Server is a MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for interacting with Android devices through ADB. In versions 0.1.0 and prior, the MCP Server is written in a way that is vulnerable to command injection vulnerability attacks as part of some of its MCP Server tool definition and implementation. This issue has been patched via commit 041729c. 11 Oct
CVE-2026-113802 9.3 critical 3.0% no CPE yet Wavlink WL-WN530BE1-A firmware through M30BE1_V251117 contains an OS command injection vulnerability in the sub_23B54 function of the ioos binary, which passes the unsanitized file_id parameter of /protocol.csp?opt=ovpn_file requests with type=del to popen(). A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a forged IP-FROM: 127.0.0.1 header to bypass login and execute arbitrary commands as root. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-34599 8.8 high 3.0% no CPE yet Coolify is an open-source and self-hostable tool for managing servers, applications, and databases. Prior to 4.0.0-beta.471, there is an authenticated command injection vulnerability in the GetLogs Livewire component which allows users with team membership (lowest privilege member role) to execute arbitrary commands as root on managed servers. The $container Livewire public property is interpolated directly into shell commands (docker logs, docker service logs) without sanitization, and can be modified by any client via the Livewire wire protocol because it lacks the #[Locked] attribute. This issue is fixed in version 4.0.0-beta.471. 25 Oct
CVE-2020-11501 7.4 high 3.0% gnu, canonical, gnutls, ubuntu_linux, debian_linux GnuTLS 3.6.x before 3.6.13 uses incorrect cryptography for DTLS. The earliest affected version is 3.6.3 (2018-07-16) because of an error in a 2017-10-06 commit. The DTLS client always uses 32 '\0' bytes instead of a random value, and thus contributes no randomness to a DTLS negotiation. This breaks the security guarantees of the DTLS protocol. 14 Oct
CVE-2021-43797 6.5 medium 3.0% netty, quarkus, oncommand_workflow_automation Netty is an asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. Netty prior to version 4.1.71.Final skips control chars when they are present at the beginning / end of the header name. It should instead fail fast as these are not allowed by the spec and could lead to HTTP request smuggling. Failing to do the validation might cause netty to "sanitize" header names before it forward these to another remote system when used as proxy. This remote system can't see the invalid usage anymore, and therefore does not do the validation itself. Users should upgrade to version 4.1.71.Final. 8 Oct
CVE-2015-7575 5.9 medium 3.0% mozilla, opensuse, network_security_services, leap Mozilla Network Security Services (NSS) before 3.20.2, as used in Mozilla Firefox before 43.0.2 and Firefox ESR 38.x before 38.5.2, does not reject MD5 signatures in Server Key Exchange messages in TLS 1.2 Handshake Protocol traffic, which makes it easier for man-in-the-middle attackers to spoof servers by triggering a collision. 14 Oct
CVE-2021-4189 5.3 medium 3.0% python, debian, debian_linux, software_collections A flaw was found in Python, specifically in the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) client library in PASV (passive) mode. The issue is how the FTP client trusts the host from the PASV response by default. This flaw allows an attacker to set up a malicious FTP server that can trick FTP clients into connecting back to a given IP address and port. This vulnerability could lead to FTP client scanning ports, which otherwise would not have been possible. 14 Oct
CVE-2025-66401 9.8 critical 2.0% kapilduraphe, mcp_watch MCP Watch is a comprehensive security scanner for Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. In 0.1.2 and earlier, the MCPScanner class contains a critical Command Injection vulnerability in the cloneRepo method. The application passes the user-supplied githubUrl argument directly to a system shell via execSync without sanitization. This allows an attacker to execute arbitrary commands on the host machine by appending shell metacharacters to the URL. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-109390 9.8 critical 2.0% no CPE yet AnyDesk before 8.0.3 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to execute arbitrary code via a heap-based buffer overflow, as demonstrated on Linux for command execution as root without the victim approving desktop control. In the stream packet handler for mode 5 in the session protocol, a payload length value is not validated. 16 Oct
CVE-2022-37897 9.8 critical 2.0% arubanetworks, sd-wan, arubaos There is a command injection vulnerability that could lead to unauthenticated remote code execution by sending specially crafted packets destined to the PAPI (Aruba Networks AP management protocol) UDP port (8211). Successful exploitation of this vulnerability results in the ability to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user on the underlying operating system. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-23455 9.1 critical 2.0% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: netfilter: nf_conntrack_h323: check for zero length in DecodeQ931() In DecodeQ931(), the UserUserIE code path reads a 16-bit length from the packet, then decrements it by 1 to skip the protocol discriminator byte before passing it to DecodeH323_UserInformation(). If the encoded length is 0, the decrement wraps to -1, which is then passed as a large value to the decoder, leading to an out-of-bounds read. Add a check to ensure len is positive after the decrement. 19 Oct
CVE-2023-27533 8.8 high 2.0% haxx, fedoraproject, curl, fedora, active_iq_unified_manager A vulnerability in input validation exists in curl <8.0 during communication using the TELNET protocol may allow an attacker to pass on maliciously crafted user name and "telnet options" during server negotiation. The lack of proper input scrubbing allows an attacker to send content or perform option negotiation without the application's intent. This vulnerability could be exploited if an application allows user input, thereby enabling attackers to execute arbitrary code on the system. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-58000 8.7 high 2.0% no CPE yet luci-proto-openvpn through 0.11.1, fixed in commit e4ff45e, contains a command injection vulnerability in the generateKey ubus method where the cl_meta parameter is interpolated into a shell command without proper escaping or quoting. An authenticated LuCI user with OpenVPN protocol configuration access can inject arbitrary shell metacharacters into cl_meta to execute commands as root via the popen function. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-7838 8.7 high 2.0% uvnc, ultravnc UltraVNC viewer through 1.8.2.2 contains an integer overflow leading to a heap buffer overflow in the RFB protocol failure-response parsing path. In vncviewer/ClientConnection.cpp, the 4-byte network-supplied reasonLen field (type CARD32) is passed as reasonLen+1 to CheckBufferSize(). Because both operands are unsigned 32-bit, a reasonLen of 0xFFFFFFFF overflows to 0, causing CheckBufferSize to allocate only 256 bytes. The subsequent ReadString(m_netbuf, reasonLen) call then performs ReadExact for the original 4 GiB length into that 256-byte heap buffer. This overflow is reachable via rfbConnFailed (auth-scheme negotiation) and rfbVncAuthFailed (post-handshake) message types without successful authentication. A malicious VNC server, or any man-in-the-middle on the RFB stream, can trigger this condition when the victim viewer connects, potentially resulting in remote code execution as the user running the viewer. The crash was confirmed with AddressSanitizer on a portable reproduction harness (heap-buffer-overflow WRITE at offset 256). 25 Oct
CVE-2023-4807 7.8 high 2.0% openssl Issue summary: The POLY1305 MAC (message authentication code) implementation contains a bug that might corrupt the internal state of applications on the Windows 64 platform when running on newer X86_64 processors supporting the AVX512-IFMA instructions. Impact summary: If in an application that uses the OpenSSL library an attacker can influence whether the POLY1305 MAC algorithm is used, the application state might be corrupted with various application dependent consequences. The POLY1305 MAC (message authentication code) implementation in OpenSSL does not save the contents of non-volatile XMM registers on Windows 64 platform when calculating the MAC of data larger than 64 bytes. Before returning to the caller all the XMM registers are set to zero rather than restoring their previous content. The vulnerable code is used only on newer x86_64 processors supporting the AVX512-IFMA instructions. The consequences of this kind of internal application state corruption can be various - from no consequences, if the calling application does not depend on the contents of non-volatile XMM registers at all, to the worst consequences, where the attacker could get complete control of the application process. However given the contents of the registers are just zeroized so the attacker cannot put arbitrary values inside, the most likely consequence, if any, would be an incorrect result of some application dependent calculations or a crash leading to a denial of service. The POLY1305 MAC algorithm is most frequently used as part of the CHACHA20-POLY1305 AEAD (authenticated encryption with associated data) algorithm. The most common usage of this AEAD cipher is with TLS protocol versions 1.2 and 1.3 and a malicious client can influence whether this AEAD cipher is used by the server. This implies that server applications using OpenSSL can be potentially impacted. However we are currently not aware of any concrete application that would be affected by this issue therefore we consider this a Low severity security issue. As a workaround the AVX512-IFMA instructions support can be disabled at runtime by setting the environment variable OPENSSL_ia32cap: OPENSSL_ia32cap=:~0x200000 The FIPS provider is not affected by this issue. 14 Oct
CVE-2020-12062 7.5 high 2.0% openbsd, openssh The scp client in OpenSSH 8.2 incorrectly sends duplicate responses to the server upon a utimes system call failure, which allows a malicious unprivileged user on the remote server to overwrite arbitrary files in the client's download directory by creating a crafted subdirectory anywhere on the remote server. The victim must use the command scp -rp to download a file hierarchy containing, anywhere inside, this crafted subdirectory. NOTE: the vendor points out that "this attack can achieve no more than a hostile peer is already able to achieve within the scp protocol" and "utimes does not fail under normal circumstances. 14 Oct
CVE-2023-6129 6.5 medium 2.0% openssl Issue summary: The POLY1305 MAC (message authentication code) implementation contains a bug that might corrupt the internal state of applications running on PowerPC CPU based platforms if the CPU provides vector instructions. Impact summary: If an attacker can influence whether the POLY1305 MAC algorithm is used, the application state might be corrupted with various application dependent consequences. The POLY1305 MAC (message authentication code) implementation in OpenSSL for PowerPC CPUs restores the contents of vector registers in a different order than they are saved. Thus the contents of some of these vector registers are corrupted when returning to the caller. The vulnerable code is used only on newer PowerPC processors supporting the PowerISA 2.07 instructions. The consequences of this kind of internal application state corruption can be various - from no consequences, if the calling application does not depend on the contents of non-volatile XMM registers at all, to the worst consequences, where the attacker could get complete control of the application process. However unless the compiler uses the vector registers for storing pointers, the most likely consequence, if any, would be an incorrect result of some application dependent calculations or a crash leading to a denial of service. The POLY1305 MAC algorithm is most frequently used as part of the CHACHA20-POLY1305 AEAD (authenticated encryption with associated data) algorithm. The most common usage of this AEAD cipher is with TLS protocol versions 1.2 and 1.3. If this cipher is enabled on the server a malicious client can influence whether this AEAD cipher is used. This implies that TLS server applications using OpenSSL can be potentially impacted. However we are currently not aware of any concrete application that would be affected by this issue therefore we consider this a Low severity security issue. 14 Oct
CVE-2021-21290 5.5 medium 2.0% netty, debian, debian_linux, quarkus Netty is an open-source, asynchronous event-driven network application framework for rapid development of maintainable high performance protocol servers & clients. In Netty before version 4.1.59.Final there is a vulnerability on Unix-like systems involving an insecure temp file. When netty's multipart decoders are used local information disclosure can occur via the local system temporary directory if temporary storing uploads on the disk is enabled. On unix-like systems, the temporary directory is shared between all user. As such, writing to this directory using APIs that do not explicitly set the file/directory permissions can lead to information disclosure. Of note, this does not impact modern MacOS Operating Systems. The method "File.createTempFile" on unix-like systems creates a random file, but, by default will create this file with the permissions "-rw-r--r--". Thus, if sensitive information is written to this file, other local users can read this information. This is the case in netty's "AbstractDiskHttpData" is vulnerable. This has been fixed in version 4.1.59.Final. As a workaround, one may specify your own "java.io.tmpdir" when you start the JVM or use "DefaultHttpDataFactory.setBaseDir(...)" to set the directory to something that is only readable by the current user. 8 Oct
CVE-2020-29362 5.3 medium 2.0% p11-kit_project, p11-kit An issue was discovered in p11-kit 0.21.1 through 0.23.21. A heap-based buffer over-read has been discovered in the RPC protocol used by thep11-kit server/remote commands and the client library. When the remote entity supplies a byte array through a serialized PKCS#11 function call, the receiving entity may allow the reading of up to 4 bytes of memory past the heap allocation. 14 Oct
CVE-2024-2004 3.5 low 2.0% haxx, fedoraproject, curl, fedora, macos When a protocol selection parameter option disables all protocols without adding any then the default set of protocols would remain in the allowed set due to an error in the logic for removing protocols. The below command would perform a request to curl.se with a plaintext protocol which has been explicitly disabled. curl --proto -all,-http http://curl.se The flaw is only present if the set of selected protocols disables the entire set of available protocols, in itself a command with no practical use and therefore unlikely to be encountered in real situations. The curl security team has thus assessed this to be low severity bug. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-75011 2.1 low 2.0% no CPE yet A flaw has been found in kylecui NetForensicMCP 2.1.0. Impacted is the function execAsync of the file index.js. Executing a manipulation of the argument interface/protocol can lead to command injection. The attack may be launched remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-49257 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet mcp-pinot is a Python-based Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for interacting with Apache Pinot. In versions 3.0.1 and below, mcp-pinot defaults to running an HTTP MCP server bound to 0.0.0.0:8080 with no authentication enabled. All MCP tools, including SQL query execution, schema creation, and table-config mutation, are reachable by any network-adjacent caller. The server proxies these calls using server-side Pinot credentials, producing a confused-deputy condition that yields full read/write access to the configured Pinot cluster. This issue has been fixed in version 3.1.0 Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-57216 10.0 critical 1.0% broadcom, rabbitmq_server RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6, AMQP 0-9-1, AMQP 1.0, and Stream Protocol authentication can allow a loopback-restricted user such as guest to connect remotely when traffic is accepted through a trusted PROXY-protocol path and the backend listener is loopback-bound because the loopback check uses the listener-side socket address instead of the real client source. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, and 4.2.6. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-56843 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Incorrect authorization in the XML-RPC API of WebPros Plesk before 18.0.78.4 allows a low-privileged authenticated customer to look up domains they do not own, because ownership is enforced only for certain lookup filters and schema validation is bypassed for legacy protocol versions. This results in cross-tenant disclosure of other tenants' FTP credentials stored in cleartext, which can be leveraged to execute code as another tenant's system user. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-113709 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes. From 2.1.0 until 3.3.15, 3.4.10, 3.5.4, and 3.6.0-rc2, when an operator has enabled --enable-helm for kustomize build, helmGlobals.configHome can point Helm's config and data directories at a repository-controlled location. Helm automatically loads a downloader plugin from `<configHome>/.data/plugins` without a separate plugin-install step and executes its program inside argocd-repo-server when a helmCharts repository URL uses the plugin's protocol. The command runs as the repo-server user and can read repository credentials and other process-accessible data. An attacker can commit the Kustomization and plugin to a Git repository that an Application builds or upload the files through POST /api/v1/applications/manifestsWithFiles, also exposed by argocd app diff --local --server-side-generate. The upload path requires only Application get permission on an existing Application, without Application update or sync permission or repository write access. Both delivery paths require prior operator enablement of --enable-helm; deployments that do not enable it are not affected. Kustomize 4.1.0 first passed helmGlobals.configHome through to Helm. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.15, 3.4.10, 3.5.4, and 3.6.0-rc2. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-48753 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Incus is a system container and virtual machine manager. Prior to version 7.1.0, the S3 protocol upload endpoint is vulnerable to path traversal and allows creation of arbitrary files on the host. This behavior could lead to arbitrary command execution. Version 7.1.0 fixes the issue. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-73009 9.8 critical 1.0% microsoft, windows 10 version 1607, windows 10 version 1809, windows 10 version 21h2 Use after free in Windows Secure Socket Tunneling Protocol (SSTP) allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. Sat 31 Oct
CVE-2026-79858 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet An unauthenticated SQL injection vulnerability exists in the PAPI protocol in AOS-8. Successful exploitation could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to obtain and modify sensitive information in the underlying database and to interrupt the normal operation of the affected service. Fri 30 Oct
CVE-2026-79860 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Buffer overflow vulnerabilities exist in an underlying service of AOS-8 that could lead to unauthenticated remote code execution by sending specially crafted packets destined to the PAPI (Aruba's access point management protocol) UDP port 8211. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user on the underlying operating system. Fri 30 Oct
CVE-2026-3960 9.8 critical 1.0% h2o A critical remote code execution vulnerability exists in the unauthenticated REST API endpoint /99/ImportSQLTable in H2O-3 version 3.46.0.9 and prior. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient security controls in the parameter blacklist mechanism, which only targets MySQL JDBC driver-specific dangerous parameters. An attacker can bypass these controls by switching the JDBC URL protocol to jdbc:postgresql: and exploiting PostgreSQL JDBC driver-specific parameters such as socketFactory and socketFactoryArg. This allows unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary code on the H2O-3 server with the privileges of the H2O-3 process. The issue is resolved in version 3.46.0.10. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-63888 9.8 critical 1.0% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: target: iscsi: Fix CRC overread and double-free in iscsit_handle_text_cmd() Two latent bugs in the Text-phase handler, both present since the original LIO integration in commit e48354ce078c ("iscsi-target: Add iSCSI fabric support for target v4.1"): 1) DataDigest CRC buffer overread (4 bytes past text_in). text_in is kzalloc()'d at ALIGN(payload_length, 4). rx_size is then incremented by ISCSI_CRC_LEN to make room for the received DataDigest in the iovec, but the same (now-bumped) rx_size is passed as the buffer length to iscsit_crc_buf(): if (conn->conn_ops->DataDigest) { ... rx_size += ISCSI_CRC_LEN; } ... if (conn->conn_ops->DataDigest) { data_crc = iscsit_crc_buf(text_in, rx_size, 0, NULL); iscsit_crc_buf() walks rx_size bytes of text_in with crc32c(), so when DataDigest is negotiated it reads 4 bytes past the end of the text_in allocation. KASAN reproduces this directly on the unpatched mainline tree as slab-out-of-bounds in crc32c() called from the Text PDU path. The OOB bytes feed crc32c() and are then compared against the initiator-supplied checksum, so the value does not flow back to the attacker, but the kernel does read past the buffer on every Text PDU with DataDigest=CRC32C. Fix by passing the actual padded payload length (ALIGN(payload_length, 4)) that was used for the kzalloc(). 2) Stale cmd->text_in_ptr re-free (double-free) on ERL>0 bad DataDigest drop. On DataDigest mismatch with ErrorRecoveryLevel > 0 the handler silently drops the PDU and lets the initiator plug the CmdSN gap: kfree(text_in); return 0; cmd->text_in_ptr still points at the freed buffer. The next Text Request on the same ITT re-enters iscsit_setup_text_cmd(), which unconditionally does kfree(cmd->text_in_ptr); cmd->text_in_ptr = NULL; freeing the same pointer a second time. Session teardown via iscsit_release_cmd() has the same shape and hits the same double-free if the connection is dropped before a second Text Request arrives. On an unmodified mainline tree the bug-1 CRC overread fires first on the initial valid Text Request and perturbs the subsequent state, so #4 was isolated by building a kernel with only the bug-1 hunk of this patch applied plus temporary printk() observability around the three relevant kfree() sites. The observability prints are not part of this patch. On that build, a three-PDU Text Request sequence after login produces two back-to-back splats: BUG: KASAN: double-free in iscsit_setup_text_cmd+0x?? BUG: KASAN: double-free in iscsit_release_cmd+0x?? showing the same pointer freed in the ERL>0 drop path and again in iscsit_setup_text_cmd() (next Text Request on the same ITT) and once more in iscsit_release_cmd() (session teardown). On distro kernels with CONFIG_SLAB_FREELIST_HARDENED=y (default) the double-free becomes a remote kernel BUG(); on non-hardened kernels it corrupts the slab freelist. Fix by clearing cmd->text_in_ptr after the kfree() in the ERL>0 drop path. With both hunks applied #4 is directly observable on the stock tree without observability printks; fixing bug-1 alone would mask #4 less, not more, so the hunks are submitted together. Both fixes are one-liners. The Text PDU state machine is unchanged and the wire protocol is unaffected. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-79856 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet A buffer overflow vulnerability exists in the PAPI protocol of AOS-8 that could allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to circumvent existing authentication controls. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to gain administrative access, modify system configurations, and access or manipulate sensitive data. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-79857 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet There is a command injection vulnerability in the PAPI protocol (Aruba's access point management protocol) of AOS-8 that could lead to unauthenticated remote code execution by sending specially crafted packets to the affected UDP port. Successful exploitation of this vulnerability results in the ability to execute arbitrary code as a privileged user on the underlying operating system. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-48773 9.8 critical 1.0% proxysql ProxySQL is a proxy for MySQL and its forks, as well as PostgreSQL. Versions 2.0.18 through 3.0.8 have a pre-authentication heap memory corruption vulnerability in the MySQL and PostgreSQL protocol first-read paths. A remote unauthenticated client can declare an oversized first packet length, and ProxySQL passes that attacker-controlled length directly to `recv()` while writing into a fixed 32 KB input queue. CVE-2026-53633 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Vitest is a testing framework powered by Vite. From 3.0.0 until 3.2.5, 4.1.8, and 5.0.0-beta.4, Vitest Browser Mode exposed a cdp() API that forwarded raw Chrome DevTools Protocol methods without being gated by allowWrite or allowExec, allowing a remote client with exposed browser API metadata to use CDP Page.setDownloadBehavior and Runtime.evaluate to overwrite vite.config.ts and execute attacker-controlled Node.js code. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.5, 4.1.8, and 5.0.0-beta. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-41252 9.8 critical 1.0% neutrinolabs, xrdp xrdp is an open source RDP server. Versions 0.10.6 and prior contain a missing bounds check in xrdp, which allows a heap-based buffer overflow when operating in vnc-any mode. The issue occurs during the handling of RFB protocol color map messages from a VNC server, where incoming color indices are not properly validated. A malicious VNC server can exploit this flaw by sending crafted messages with out-of-range values, leading to an out-of-bounds write on the heap. This memory corruption can result in a denial of service (DoS) or potentially allow remote code execution (RCE) prior to authentication. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6.1. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-98548 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sctp: discard the rest of the packet on a stale-cookie error When an association is in COOKIE-ECHOED state and the peer sends a bundled [ERROR(Stale Cookie)][DATA] packet from one of its non-primary addresses, processing the ERROR chunk takes the non-fatal stale-cookie retry path sctp_sf_do_5_2_6_stale(), which queues SCTP_CMD_DEL_NON_PRIMARY while keeping the association alive. sctp_cmd_del_non_primary() removes every non-primary transport - including the very transport this packet arrived on, which is still referenced by the receive lookup and shared by all chunks of the packet via chunk->transport. sctp_assoc_rm_peer() does redirect asoc->peer.last_data_from away from the removed transport, but right afterwards the bundled DATA chunk makes sctp_assoc_bh_rcv() re-register asoc->peer.last_data_from = chunk->transport unconditionally, undoing the redirection with the just-removed transport. Once the packet is done, the receive reference is dropped and the transport is RCU-freed, while the surviving association keeps the dangling last_data_from. A later FWD-TSN (or the delayed SACK timer) makes sctp_gen_sack() dereference it (->param_flags and friends), and sctp_make_sack()/sctp_outq_select_transport() may write to the freed object and link it into the live transport list. This is a use-after-free triggerable by any malicious SCTP peer (or a local unprivileged user acting as one) with no capabilities required: BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in sctp_do_sm+0x498a/0x5660 Read of size 4 at addr ffff88800e1e356c by task poc/115 Call Trace: sctp_do_sm <- sctp_assoc_bh_rcv <- sctp_inq_push <- sctp_rcv <- ip_protocol_deliver_rcu <- ip_rcv Allocated: sctp_transport_new <- sctp_assoc_add_peer <- sctp_process_init (INIT-ACK processing) Freed: kfree <- sctp_transport_destroy_rcu <- rcu_core (call_rcu queued by sctp_transport_put at end of sctp_rcv) The buggy address is located 364 bytes inside of freed 1024-byte region [ffff88800e1e3400, ffff88800e1e3800), cache kmalloc-1k Note that commit 03a9d10ecf71 ("sctp: drop a chunk if its transport was removed") only covers the window between the receive lookup and the chunk processing (e.g. an ASCONF DEL-IP racing the socket backlog); here the transport is removed *while* the packet is being processed, by an earlier chunk of the same packet, so the drop in sctp_inq_push() does not reach this path. Verified with the bundled [ERROR(Stale Cookie)][DATA] + FWD-TSN reproducer: the KASAN report above still fires with that commit applied, and is gone with this patch on top. Fix it by discarding the rest of the packet on this path, as suggested by Xin. After the stale-cookie ERROR has sent the association back to COOKIE-WAIT and removed the non-primary transports, the remaining chunks of the packet can only run against the restarted handshake while referencing the removed arrival transport through chunk->transport: besides the last_data_from registration above, sctp_cmd_setup_t2() and the sctp_make_*() reply builders would also copy that pointer into association-lifetime state that sctp_assoc_rm_peer() has already sanitized. Let the peer retransmit them, in line with what sctp_inq_push() does for chunks whose transport was removed before processing. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-34265 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet SAP NetWeaver Application Server ABAP allows an unauthenticated attacker to exploit logical errors in DIAG protocol parsing, resulting in memory corruption. This vulnerability could potentially disclose sensitive system information or crash the system, leading to a high impact on the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the application. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-64102 9.8 critical 1.0% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/siw: Reject MPA FPDU length underflow before signed receive math A malicious connected siw peer can send an iWARP FPDU whose MPA length field (c_hdr->mpa_len, 16 bit big-endian, peer-controlled) is smaller than the fixed DDP/RDMAP header for the announced opcode. Soft-iWARP parses the full header in siw_get_hdr() based on iwarp_pktinfo[opcode] .hdr_len, but never compares mpa_len against that header length. siw_tcp_rx_data() then derives srx->fpdu_part_rem = be16_to_cpu(mpa_len) - fpdu_part_rcvd + MPA_HDR_SIZE; where fpdu_part_rcvd equals iwarp_pktinfo[opcode].hdr_len at this point. For a tagged WRITE (hdr_len 16, MPA_HDR_SIZE 2) the smallest on-wire mpa_len of 0 yields fpdu_part_rem = -14, and any mpa_len below hdr_len - MPA_HDR_SIZE underflows to a negative int. The signed value then flows into siw_proc_write()/siw_proc_rresp() as bytes = min(srx->fpdu_part_rem, srx->skb_new); is handed to siw_check_mem() as an int len (whose interval check addr + len > mem->va + mem->len is satisfied for a valid base when len is negative), and reaches siw_rx_data() -> siw_rx_kva() / siw_rx_umem() -> skb_copy_bits() as a signed copy length. The header copy branch in skb_copy_bits() promotes that to size_t, producing a multi-gigabyte read. KASAN under a KUnit harness that drives the real kernel TCP receive path -- a loopback AF_INET socketpair, the malformed FPDU written via kernel_sendmsg, sk_data_ready firing in softirq, tcp_read_sock dispatching to siw_tcp_rx_data -- reports: BUG: KASAN: use-after-free in skb_copy_bits+0x284/0x480 Read of size 4294967295 at addr ffff888... Call Trace: skb_copy_bits siw_rx_kva siw_rx_data siw_check_mem siw_proc_write siw_tcp_rx_data __tcp_read_sock siw_qp_llp_data_ready tcp_data_ready tcp_data_queue Add the missing invariant at the earliest point where the peer header is fully assembled. iwarp_pktinfo[*].hdr_len - MPA_HDR_SIZE is exactly the value the siw transmitter uses as the minimum mpa_len for each opcode (drivers/infiniband/sw/siw/siw_qp.c:33), so this matches the protocol contract. Out-of-range FPDUs terminate the connection with TERM_ERROR_LAYER_LLP / LLP_ETYPE_MPA / LLP_ECODE_FPDU_START -- which is RFC 5044 Section 8 error code 3 ("Marker and ULPDU Length fields do not agree on the start of an FPDU"), the correct framing-error class for this inconsistency. 19 Oct

CVE-2026-90235 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: sunrpc: xprtsock: annotate shared socket callbacks with READ_ONCE/WRITE_ONCE xprtsock replaces and restores sk->sk_data_ready and sk->sk_write_space on live sockets with plain stores, and xs_udp_do_set_buffer_size() invokes sk->sk_write_space via a plain load. These callback pointers are shared with generic socket and protocol paths that may read or invoke them concurrently, so xprtsock needs the same READ_ONCE()/WRITE_ONCE() callback visibility contract that the validated 4022 family applied elsewhere. When SUNRPC takes over an AF_LOCAL, UDP, or TCP socket and later restores the lower-socket callbacks during teardown, another CPU may still hold an earlier callback snapshot. The plain replace/restore pattern leaves the same visibility hole as the validated 4022 family, so a stale snapshot can still invoke xs_data_ready() or xs_udp_write_space() after the live callback fields have already been restored to the lower-socket handlers. Use WRITE_ONCE() for the shared sk_data_ready and sk_write_space stores in xs_local_finish_connecting(), xs_udp_finish_connecting(), xs_tcp_finish_connecting(), and xs_restore_old_callbacks(). Use READ_ONCE() for the direct sk_write_space invocation in xs_udp_do_set_buffer_size(). This matches the required callback visibility contract while leaving adjacent sk_state_change and sk_error_report handling unchanged. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89653 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: reject export_targets ranks >= CEPH_MAX_MDS in mdsmap decode MDSMap export_targets entries are monitor controlled. check_new_map() uses each entry as a bit number in a fixed stack bitmap, so a rank outside the protocol namespace can make set_bit() write past the end of the array. Reject ranks outside CEPH_MAX_MDS while decoding the map. Do not validate against possible_max_rank here because maps may legitimately reference ranks beyond a temporarily reduced max_mds. 19 Oct
