CVE-2026-64435 8.2 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: audit: Fix data races of skb_queue_len() readers on audit_queue Multiple readers access audit_queue.qlen via skb_queue_len() without holding the queue lock or using READ_ONCE(), while kauditd writes to this field via the skb_dequeue() → __skb_unlink() path with WRITE_ONCE() protected by a spinlock. This constitutes data races. All affected skb_queue_len(&audit_queue) call sites: - kauditd_thread() wait_event_freezable() condition - audit_receive_msg() AUDIT_GET handler (s.backlog assignment) - audit_receive() backlog check - audit_log_start() backlog check and pr_warn() KCSAN reports the following conflicting access pattern (one example): ================================================================== BUG: KCSAN: data-race in audit_log_start / skb_dequeue write (marked) to 0xffffffff8512ee20 of 4 bytes by task 661 on cpu 57: skb_dequeue+0x70/0xf0 kauditd_send_queue+0x71/0x220 kauditd_thread+0x1cb/0x430 kthread+0x1c2/0x210 ret_from_fork+0x162/0x1a0 ret_from_fork_asm+0x1a/0x30 read to 0xffffffff8512ee20 of 4 bytes by task 36586 on cpu 1: audit_log_start+0x2a0/0x6b0 audit_core_dumps+0x64/0xa0 do_coredump+0x14b/0x1260 get_signal+0xeb2/0xf70 arch_do_signal_or_restart+0x41/0x170 exit_to_user_mode_loop+0xa2/0x1c0 do_syscall_64+0x1a3/0x1c0 entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x76/0xe0 value changed: 0x00000001 -> 0x00000000 ================================================================== Resolve the race by switching to lockless helper skb_queue_len_lockless(), which internally uses READ_ONCE() and properly pairs with the WRITE_ONCE() write accesses already present on the writer side. CVE-2026-68118 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tcp: challenge ACK for non-exact RST in SYN-RECEIVED The SYN-RECEIVED request-socket path in tcp_check_req() accepts an in-window RST without requiring SEG.SEQ to exactly match RCV.NXT. A non-exact RST therefore removes the request instead of eliciting a challenge ACK. RFC 9293 section 3.10.7.4 applies the RFC 5961 reset check in SYN-RECEIVED: an exact RST resets the connection, while a non-exact in-window RST must trigger a challenge ACK and be dropped. Apply that check before the ACK-field validation, following the RFC sequence-number, RST, then ACK processing order. Factor the per-netns challenge ACK quota out of tcp_send_challenge_ack() so request sockets can share it. Use the request socket's send_ack() callback and its own out-of-window ACK timestamp to send and rate-limit the response. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-67232 8.2 high 0.00% broadcom, rabbitmq_server RabbitMQ is a messaging and streaming broker. Prior to versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.0, The cowboy WebSocket options at line 117 set compress => true, enabling RFC 7692 permessage-deflate negotiation. The handler does not set max_frame_size, so cowboy's default of infinity applies. cowlib's cow_ws:parse_payload/9 calls zlib:inflate/2 on the compressed payload with no output-size limit. An attacker can negotiate permessage-deflate during the WebSocket upgrade and send a frame containing a zlib bomb (e.g. 50 KB → 5 GB). Decompression occurs in the connection process before websocket_handle/2 ever sees the MQTT bytes. An unauthenticated attacker can crash a RabbitMQ node running the Web-MQTT plugin by sending a single highly-compressed WebSocket frame (a few KB on the wire) that inflates to gigabytes in memory. The cowboy WebSocket handler decompresses the entire frame before the MQTT CONNECT packet is processed, so no credentials are required. Preconditions include rabbitmq_web_mqtt plugin enabled (not default, but common for browser clients) Network reachability to port 15675/15676 No authentication required. This issue is fixed in versions 3.13.15, 4.0.20, 4.1.11, 4.2.6, and 4.3.0. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-59595 8.2 high 0.00% absolute, secure_access CVE-2025-59595 is an internally discovered denial of service vulnerability in versions of Secure Access prior to 14.12. An attacker can send a specially crafted packet to a server in a non-default configuration and cause the server to crash. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-77584 8.2 high 0.00% torproject, tor Tor before 0.4.9.10 did not reject a CONFLUX_LINK cell that arrives on a circuit which already has attached streams. A malicious client could send a RELAY_COMMAND_BEGIN before the CONFLUX_LINK on the same circuit, attaching an exit stream that would later end up orphan leaving a dangling circuit back-pointer and a use-after-free (UAF) when the circuit is freed. This is TROVE-2026-025. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-77641 8.2 high 0.00% torproject, tor tor before 0.4.9.9 was prone to a NULL write after free when sending a CONFLUX_SWITCH cell fails. The return value of relay_send_command_from_edge() was ignored, so a send failure (which calls circuit_mark_for_close() and removes the leg via cfx_del_leg()) would go undetected, causing the caller to write to the now-freed current leg and resulting in a crash. This is TROVE-2026-017. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-74516 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: SVM: Update x2APIC MSR intercepts if AVIC is inhibited while L2 is active Always update x2APIC MSR intercepts for L1 when AVIC is deactivated, even if L2 is active and KVM is using a separate MSR bitmap to run L2. If AVIC is fully enabled prior to running L2, and is then inhibited while L2 is active (for a VM-scoped inhibit), then KVM will run L1 with AVIC disabled, but with x2APIC MSR intercepts disabled, i.e. will allow L1 to read most of the host's APIC state, send arbitrary interrupts, change task priority, and ultimately trivially DoS the host. E.g. sending a self-IPI in L1 on HYPERV_REENLIGHTENMENT_VECTOR, 0xee, with CONFIG_HYPERV=n in the host kernel as a "safe" PoC, yields: Spurious interrupt (vector 0xee) on CPU#425. CVE-2026-110843 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet n8n before 2.41.4 and 2.42.x before 2.42.1 contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in the unauthenticated OAuth authorize endpoint, which resolves clients by URL path but stores the caller's raw identifier as the record key. Unauthenticated attackers can send identifiers differing only in their query string to create unlimited first-party client records that bypass the registration cap, growing the database until the disk fills. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-107837 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet RIOT is an open-source microcontroller operating system designed for Internet of Things devices and other embedded systems. In 2026.07 and earlier, _receive() in sys/net/gnrc/network_layer/sixlowpan/gnrc_sixlowpan.c can route an undersized packet into SFF fragment handling after only a minimal payload check. The code then interprets the packet as a sixlowpan_frag_t or larger fragment header without verifying that the packet snip contains the required bytes. A remote attacker can send a malformed 6LoWPAN fragment that causes gnrc_sixlowpan_frag_recv() to read beyond the packet buffer, potentially disclosing memory and crashing the network stack. No fixed repository release is available as of this review. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-55383 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet InvoiceShelf is an open-source web & mobile app that helps track expenses, payments and create professional invoices and estimates. Prior to version 2.4.0, InvoiceShelf public customer invoice, estimate, and payment routes use an EmailLog token's numeric mailable_id without verifying mailable_type, and the JSON handlers do not enforce EmailLog::isExpired. A token issued for one document type can therefore disclose a different company's document when numeric identifiers collide, and an expired token can remain usable on the JSON routes GET /customer/invoices/{email_log:token}, GET /customer/estimates/{email_log:token}, and GET /customer/payments/{email_log:token}. View handlers can also mark a mismatched invoice or estimate as viewed and send a notification. This issue is fixed in version 2.4.0. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-96262 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet IBM Power Systems Firmware FW1060.00 through FW1060.81 is affected by a vulnerability in the service processor mailbox interface. An attacker with authenticated service-level access to the FSP can send a specially crafted mailbox message to overflow host firmware runtime attribute storage, allowing arbitrary code to be executed in the host firmware runtime. This gives the attacker full access to the managed system's memory and hardware interfaces, resulting in a confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact to the managed system. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-96264 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet IBM Power Systems Firmware FW1060.00 through FW1060.81 is affected by a vulnerability in the service processor mailbox interface. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-96265 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet IBM Power Systems Firmware FW1060.00 through FW1060.81 is affected by a vulnerability in the service processor mailbox interface. An attacker with authenticated service-level access to the FSP can send a specially crafted mailbox message to read or modify arbitrary regions of Hostboot memory, compromising the host firmware boot stack and the hypervisor subsequently loaded by it. Successful exploitation results in a confidentiality, integrity, and availability impact to the managed system. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-76876 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet Craftplan before 0.5.1 contains a broken access control vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to read sensitive credentials by exploiting an unconditional authorization policy on the Settings resource. Attackers can send a GET request to the settings API endpoint with a valid record ID to retrieve decrypted SMTP passwords, email API keys, and email API secrets due to the read policy using an always-allow authorization check that bypasses all identity verification. 12 Oct
CVE-2025-59845 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet Apollo Studio Embeddable Explorer & Embeddable Sandbox are website embeddable software solutions from Apollo GraphQL. Prior to Apollo Sandbox version 2.7.2 and Apollo Explorer version 3.7.3, a cross-site request forgery (CSRF) vulnerability was identified. The vulnerability arises from missing origin validation in the client-side code that handles window.postMessage events. A malicious website can send forged messages to the embedding page, causing the victim’s browser to execute arbitrary GraphQL queries or mutations against their GraphQL server while authenticated with the victim’s cookies. This issue has been patched in Apollo Sandbox version 2.7.2 and Apollo Explorer version 3.7.3. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-97714 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet CVE-2026-97714 is a is a vulnerability in the authentication sub-system of Secure Access servers prior to version 14.60. Attackers can send a malformed response during authentication and cause a persistent denial of service. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-114489 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Missing authorization in the REST and COM administration APIs of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.6 allows a remote authenticated user whose credential is confined to named domains to change mail routing and domain configuration beyond those domains on a multi-tenant server. A domain administrator, an account or API key given another role that manages accounts in named domains, or a full-scope API key issued for named domains could create a domain alias for any name (so that other tenants' mail for that name is diverted to an address the attacker controls, or denied), rename a domain to any name the server does not host, set a rule's bind-to-address, send-using-route or script-function action to reach one of the server's own addresses, a configured route's stored credentials or a function of the server's event script, and set the domain's relay host - which delivery then connects to with no address rule - to an address on the server's own network; and over the COM API any account could set the three rule actions on its own rules, where the script-function action runs at delivery. The authorization gate did not refuse these routes to a confined credential and the handlers were not given the caller; over COM the domain-alias save performed no authorization check at all, the domain rename required only a domain administrator, and a rule save required at most that the caller could change the rule's owner. CVE-2026-33599 8.1 high 0.00% powerdns, dnsdist A rogue backend can send a crafted SVCB response to a Discovery of Designated Resolvers request, when requested via either the autoUpgrade (Lua) option to newServer or auto_upgrade (YAML) settings. DDR upgrade is not enabled by default. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42084 8.1 high 0.00% openc3, cosmos OpenC3 COSMOS provides the functionality needed to send commands to and receive data from one or more embedded systems. Prior to versions 6.10.5 and 7.0.0-rc3, the OpenC3 password change functionality allows a user to change their password without providing the old password, by accepting a valid session token instead. In assumed breach scenarios, this behaviour can be exploited by an attacker who has already obtained a valid session token, to gain persistence in hijacked account (including admin) and prevent legitimate users from accessing the account. This issue has been patched in versions 6.10.5 and 7.0.0-rc3. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42088 8.1 high 0.00% openc3, cosmos OpenC3 COSMOS provides the functionality needed to send commands to and receive data from one or more embedded systems. Prior to version 7.0.0-rc3, the Script Runner widget allows users to execute Python and Ruby scripts directly from the openc3-COSMOS-script-runner-api container. Because all the docker containers share a network, users can execute specially crafted scripts to bypass the API permissions check and perform administrative actions, including reading and modifying data inside the Redis database, which can be used to read secrets and change COSMOS settings, as well as read and write to the buckets service, which holds configuration, log, and plugin files. These actions are normally only available from the Admin Console or with administrative privileges. Any user with permission to create and run scripts can connect to any service in the docker network. This issue has been patched in version 7.0.0-rc3. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45013 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system. Versions up to and including 4.29.0 have a password reset flow that constructs the reset URL using `req.hostname`, which is derived directly from the attacker-controlled HTTP `Host` header when `apos.baseUrl` is not explicitly configured. An unauthenticated attacker who knows a victim's email address can send a crafted reset request that causes the application to email the victim a reset link pointing to the attacker's domain. When the victim clicks the link, the valid reset token is delivered to the attacker, enabling full account takeover. As of time of publication, no known patched versions are available. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-52845 8.1 high 0.00% caddyserver, caddy Caddy is an extensible server platform that uses TLS by default. Prior to 2.11.4, forward_auth copy_headers deletes the exact client-supplied identity header before copying the trusted value from the auth gateway. But when the request later goes through php_fastcgi, Caddy normalizes HTTP headers into CGI variables by replacing - with _. This lets a client send an underscore alias that survives the forward_auth delete step but becomes the same PHP/FastCGI variable. Result: a remote client can inject or sometimes override identity/group headers trusted by PHP/FastCGI applications behind Caddy. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.11.4. 25 Oct
CVE-2026-5302 8.1 high 0.00% coolercontrol, coolercontrold CORS misconfiguration in CoolerControl/coolercontrold <4.0.0 allows unauthenticated remote attackers to read data and send commands to the service via malicious websites 23 Oct
CVE-2026-64547 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: usb: net1080: validate packet_len before pad-byte access in rx_fixup For an even packet_len, net1080_rx_fixup() reads the pad byte at skb->data[packet_len] before the skb->len != packet_len check further down, and packet_len is only bounded against NC_MAX_PACKET. A malicious NetChip 1080 device can send a short frame advertising a large even packet_len (e.g. 0x4000), so the pad-byte read lands past the end of the skb: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in net1080_rx_fixup Read of size 1 at addr ffff8880106c83c6 by task ksoftirqd/0/14 ... net1080_rx_fixup (drivers/net/usb/net1080.c:384) usbnet_bh (drivers/net/usb/usbnet.c:1589) process_one_work (kernel/workqueue.c:3322) bh_worker (kernel/workqueue.c:3708) tasklet_action (kernel/softirq.c:965) handle_softirqs (kernel/softirq.c:622) ... Reject the frame when packet_len >= skb->len before reading. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-64540 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: usbnet: gl620a: fix out-of-bounds read in genelink_rx_fixup() genelink_rx_fixup() splits an aggregated RX frame into its individual packets, using a per-packet length taken from device-supplied data. That length is only bounded by GL_MAX_PACKET_LEN (1514); it is never compared against how many bytes were actually received. A malicious GeneLink (GL620A) device can therefore send a short URB whose header claims packet_count > 1 and a first packet of up to 1514 bytes. skb_put_data(gl_skb, packet->packet_data, size); then copies past the end of the receive buffer and hands the adjacent slab contents up the network stack, an out-of-bounds read that leaks kernel heap. No privilege is required: the path runs in the usbnet RX softirq as soon as the interface is up. BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in genelink_rx_fixup (drivers/net/usb/gl620a.c:112) Read of size 1514 at addr ffff888011309708 by task ksoftirqd/0/14 Call Trace: ... __asan_memcpy (mm/kasan/shadow.c:105) genelink_rx_fixup (include/linux/skbuff.h:2814 drivers/net/usb/gl620a.c:112) usbnet_bh (drivers/net/usb/usbnet.c:572 drivers/net/usb/usbnet.c:1589) process_one_work (kernel/workqueue.c:3322) bh_worker (kernel/workqueue.c:3405) tasklet_action (kernel/softirq.c:965) handle_softirqs (kernel/softirq.c:622) run_ksoftirqd (kernel/softirq.c:1076) ... skb_pull() already verifies that the requested length fits the buffer and returns NULL otherwise. Move it ahead of the copy and check its result, so a packet that overruns the received data is rejected before it is read. Well-formed frames, whose packets are fully present, are unaffected. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53254 8.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: RFCOMM: validate skb length in MCC handlers The RFCOMM MCC handlers cast skb->data to protocol-specific structs without validating skb->len first. A malicious remote device can send truncated MCC frames and trigger out-of-bounds reads in these handlers. Fix this by using skb_pull_data() to validate and access the required data before dereferencing it. rfcomm_recv_rpn() requires special handling since ETSI TS 07.10 allows 1-byte RPN requests. Handle this by validating only the DLCI byte first, and validating the full struct only when len > 1. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53147 8.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: thunderbolt: Validate XDomain request packet size before type cast tb_xdp_handle_request() casts the received packet buffer to protocol-specific structs without verifying that the allocation is large enough for the target type. A peer can send a minimal XDomain packet that passes the generic header length check but is shorter than the struct accessed after the cast, causing out-of- bounds reads from the kmemdup allocation. Plumb the packet length through xdomain_request_work and validate it against the expected struct size before each cast. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-43362 8.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: smb: client: fix in-place encryption corruption in SMB2_write() SMB2_write() places write payload in iov[1..n] as part of rq_iov. smb3_init_transform_rq() pointer-shares rq_iov, so crypt_message() encrypts iov[1] in-place, replacing the original plaintext with ciphertext. On a replayable error, the retry sends the same iov[1] which now contains ciphertext instead of the original data, resulting in corruption. The corruption is most likely to be observed when connections are unstable, as reconnects trigger write retries that re-send the already-encrypted data. This affects SFU mknod, MF symlinks, etc. On kernels before 6.10 (prior to the netfs conversion), sync writes also used this path and were similarly affected. The async write path wasn't unaffected as it uses rq_iter which gets deep-copied. Fix by moving the write payload into rq_iter via iov_iter_kvec(), so smb3_init_transform_rq() deep-copies it before encryption. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-31513 8.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Bluetooth: L2CAP: Fix stack-out-of-bounds read in l2cap_ecred_conn_req Syzbot reported a KASAN stack-out-of-bounds read in l2cap_build_cmd() that is triggered by a malformed Enhanced Credit Based Connection Request. The vulnerability stems from l2cap_ecred_conn_req(). The function allocates a local stack buffer (`pdu`) designed to hold a maximum of 5 Source Channel IDs (SCIDs), totaling 18 bytes. When an attacker sends a request with more than 5 SCIDs, the function calculates `rsp_len` based on this unvalidated `cmd_len` before checking if the number of SCIDs exceeds L2CAP_ECRED_MAX_CID. If the SCID count is too high, the function correctly jumps to the `response` label to reject the packet, but `rsp_len` retains the attacker's oversized value. Consequently, l2cap_send_cmd() is instructed to read past the end of the 18-byte `pdu` buffer, triggering a KASAN panic. Fix this by moving the assignment of `rsp_len` to after the `num_scid` boundary check. If the packet is rejected, `rsp_len` will safely remain 0, and the error response will only read the 8-byte base header from the stack. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-98357 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: IB/isert: wait for deferred control PDU completions before releasing the connection isert_send_done() hands ISTATE_SEND_TASKMGTRSP, ISTATE_SEND_REJECT and ISTATE_SEND_TEXTRSP completions off to isert_comp_wq and returns. The work item then runs isert_completion_put() -> isert_put_cmd(), which reads isert_conn->conn and takes conn->cmd_lock. Nothing orders that work item against teardown. isert_wait_conn() queues isert_release_work, which frees isert_conn, and iscsit_close_connection() frees the iscsit_conn right after it returns, so the queued work can run against freed memory. Count the deferred control PDU completions per connection and let isert_wait_conn() wait for them before the release work is queued. ISTATE_SEND_LOGOUTRSP is deliberately not counted: that branch runs iscsit_logout_post_handler(), which ends up waiting for conn->conn_wait_comp, and that completion is only sent by iscsit_close_connection() after it has called iscsit_wait_conn(). Waiting for it here would deadlock. Its wait stays the existing isert_wait4logout(). CVE-2026-98070 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/rds: acquire RDS_IN_XMIT in rds_tcp_reset_callbacks() rds_tcp_reset_callbacks() quiesces the transmit path by setting the path state to RDS_CONN_RESETTING and then waiting for RDS_IN_XMIT to be sampled clear before swapping the underlying socket and calling rds_send_path_reset(). Sampling the bit clear is not the same as owning it: rds_send_xmit() can re-acquire RDS_IN_XMIT right after the wait_event() returns. Its state recheck after taking the lock is a store-buffering pattern (the resetter writes the state and reads the bit, the sender writes the bit and reads the state) and acquire_in_xmit() is only an acquire operation, so on weakly ordered architectures both sides can miss each other's write and the transmit path then runs concurrently with rds_send_path_reset() rewriting cp_xmit_* state - which is exactly what the comment above rds_send_path_reset() tells its callers to prevent. Take the lock instead, hold it across the socket swap and rds_send_path_reset(), and release it with a wake-up at the end. The lock-ordering constraint documented above the wait still holds: the lock is acquired before lock_sock(), so a sender inside tcp_sendmsg() can never be waited on while we hold the socket lock. Two details of the old code go away with the same change: - t_sock is now read only after the lock is acquired. The old code cached it before waiting; the teardown in rds_conn_shutdown() releases that socket and clears t_sock, so a pointer cached before the wait can be stale by the time the accept path resumes. Reading it under RDS_IN_XMIT is what makes the exclusion complete once the teardown owns the same lock, which the next patch arranges; until then the teardown still only samples the bit, and the two paths remain as exposed to each other as they are today. - The old !osock early path called rds_send_path_reset() with no serialization at all. It now runs under the lock like the normal path. The conditional RDS_CONN_RESETTING transition of the previous patch happens before the socket check either way: a path found without a socket is either still connecting (its reconnect worker blocked on t_conn_path_lock) and legitimately goes RESETTING -> UP on the new socket, or it has been torn down meanwhile and is dropped. The in-function comment describing the old wait-based quiesce is rewritten to describe the lock-based one, and the stale block comment above the function (which still described a return value and an incomplete list of t_sock writers) is refreshed to name all four writers - the connect, accept, teardown and swap paths - and what serializes each of them. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89999 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: HID: wacom: validate report length in wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_irq wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_irq() receives the wire report length in `len` but never consults it before parsing. After the report-id gate it unconditionally calls wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_pen() and then, selected by features.type, a fixed chain of sub-parsers, none of which receive `len`: wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_pen(wacom); if (type == INTUOSP2_BT || type == INTUOSP2S_BT) { wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_touch(wacom); wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_pad(wacom); wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_battery(wacom); } else { wacom_intuos_gen3_bt_pad(wacom); wacom_intuos_gen3_bt_battery(wacom); } Each sub-parser dereferences wacom->data at fixed offsets. The furthest byte touched on each branch is: INTUOSP2_BT / INTUOSP2S_BT: wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_pad() reads data[285] (the touchring byte), so the report must be at least 286 bytes; INTUOSHT3_BT ("gen3"): wacom_intuos_gen3_bt_battery() reads data[45], so the report must be at least 46 bytes. features.type is selected from the VID/PID id_table entry and wacom_setup_device_quirks() force-registers the pen/pad/touch inputs for that type independent of the report descriptor, so a malicious or malfunctioning paired/spoofed Bluetooth peripheral can advertise that VID/PID and send an undersized report that still satisfies the data[0] == 0x80/0x81 gate. The driver then reads past the received report and forwards the bytes to userspace via evdev (MSC_SERIAL / ABS_MISC / ABS_WHEEL on the pen and pad input nodes), an out-of-bounds read with a concrete userspace read-back channel, and a true out-of-bounds read on transports whose backing buffer is sized to the (small) report descriptor rather than a fixed-size staging buffer. This is the same class of bug commit 2f1763f62909 ("HID: wacom: fix out-of-bounds read in wacom_intuos_bt_irq") already hardened in the sibling wacom_intuos_bt_irq(), which guards each report id against its minimum length before parsing. Guard wacom_intuos_pro2_bt_irq() the same way: before parsing, reject reports shorter than the furthest offset the selected branch actually dereferences, warn, and bail out. Because the whole pen/touch/pad/ battery chain runs unconditionally per branch, a single up-front check against the maximum offset (286 bytes for INTUOSP2_BT/INTUOSP2S_BT, 46 bytes for the gen3 branch) bounds every sub-parser. Returning 0 on a short report also skips those calls for the same malformed report, which is the safe, conservative behavior. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-81003 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/iucv: filter frames in afiucv_hs_rcv() by ingress device afiucv_hs_rcv() selects a socket from iucv_sk_list by matching four 8-byte name fields in the transport header alone. No check is made against the net_device the frame arrived on. This can cause a frame arriving on any netdev to be delivered to an AF_IUCV socket. Three problems follow. First, a frame arriving over HiperSockets can be delivered to a socket bound to the classic z/VM IUCV transport, which has iucv->hs_dev == NULL. iucv_sock_bind() takes the classic path whenever the requested userid matches iucv_userid, even on a guest that also has a HiperSockets device carrying the same identifier. The child socket created by afiucv_hs_callback_syn() for such a match inherits hs_dev = NULL and transport = AF_IUCV_TRANS_HIPER, so the first send() on it returns -ENODEV. The socket delivered to accept() is unusable. Second, a frame arriving on one netdev can be delivered to a socket bound to a different IQD device. Which can lead to - Accept-queue exhaustion (DoS) - Attacker-controlled peer identity in the child socket - Data injection into existing sockets - Fabric noise on the IQD fabric, where bogus replies are sent - killing established connections Third, all AF_IUCV sockets live in init_net, as iucv_sock_alloc() calls sk_alloc(&init_net, ...). But even frames arriving on netdev devices in a namespace can be delivered to an IUCV socket. So a process in an unprivileged user and network namespace holding only the CAP_NET_RAW capability valid within that namespace can send a raw ETH_P_AF_IUCV frame on its own lo device and have it matched against init_net sockets. Fix all three by skipping any socket whose hs_dev does not match the ingress device. A classic z/VM IUCV socket has hs_dev == NULL; the ingress dev is never NULL, so classic sockets are skipped automatically. An unbound HIPER socket also has hs_dev == NULL and is skipped. A bound HIPER socket is only reachable from the exact IQD device it was bound to. Because hs_dev is always a device in init_net (iucv_sock_bind() scans for_each_netdev_rcu(&init_net, ...) exclusively), a frame whose ingress device belongs to another namespace never matches any socket. Note that AF_IUCV over HiperSockets provides no per-connection authentication: no sequence numbers, no TLS, no nonce. The four name fields identifying a connection are exchanged in plaintext on the shared HiperSockets segment (VCHID). Any host on the same HiperSockets segment could spoof any frame type against an existing connection. That is a protocol-level property unchanged by this patch. The fix reduces the attack surface to peers present on the same HiperSockets segment. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-104797 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Advanced Form Integration — Connect Forms to 300+ Apps plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Authentication Bypass via Unverified Password Change in all versions up to, and including, 2.9.0 The `adfoin_ultimatememberac_send_data` function, which powers the Ultimate Member "Update Profile Field" action, resolves the target WordPress user from an attacker-supplied email address and passes an attacker-controlled field key and value directly to `UM()->user()->update_profile()` in the `account` context — which explicitly bypasses Ultimate Member's banned-key validation — without performing any submitter identity verification, ownership check, capability check, current-password reauthentication, or restriction on sensitive keys such as `user_pass`. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to change the password of any WordPress user account, including Administrator accounts, by submitting a public Contact Form 7 form with a target email and `user_pass` as the field key, enabling full site takeover. Exploitation requires an administrator to have pre-configured a Contact Form 7 integration that maps the target email, field key, and value from public form inputs to the Ultimate Member Update Profile Field action — the exact workflow the plugin's own UI advertises for this action type. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-92975 8.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Groundhogg — CRM, Newsletters, and Marketing Automation plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Privilege Escalation in all versions up to, and including, 4.8.3 via the `create_support_user()` function. This is due to the function identifying the support account solely by matching against publicly hardcoded constants — `user_login` `'groundhogg'` and email addresses `'[email protected]'` / `'[email protected]'` — where the `in_array()` email-equality check at line 238 is not a security boundary because any user fully controls their own email value. This makes it possible for an attacker with an account whose `user_login` is `'groundhogg'` and whose `user_email` matches one of the hardcoded support constants to have that account silently promoted to administrator — and additionally to super admin on multisite when the triggering administrator holds `manage_network_options` — resulting in full site takeover. Exploitation requires a two-actor flow: the attacker must first obtain or pre-plant an account with the hardcoded credentials (possible when open user registration is enabled or another account-creation path exists), after which a legitimate administrator must invoke the support-access feature via the `submit_ticket` or `process_send_support_access` entry points to trigger the promotion. 13 Oct

CVE-2025-68713 8.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet An issue was discovered in Rakuten Send Anywhere (File Transfer) for Android (com.estmob.android.sendanywhere) 23.2.9. The vulnerability allows untrusted applications (with no permissions) to force arbitrary file downloads into the app's scoped storage. The resulting files appear in the application's trusted Received interface. These conditions establish a vector for arbitrary code execution if the payload is an APK file, or a denial-of-service condition through resource exhaustion from oversized transfers. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-103647 8.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet Cross-site scripting in the webmail of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.3.2 through 6.3.5 allows a remote attacker who can send a user an encrypted message to run script in the webmail's origin with that user's session. When the webmail decrypted an S/MIME message (from 6.3.2) or an OpenPGP message (from 6.3.4) in the browser, it offered each decrypted attachment as a blob URL of the media type the message declared for it. A click saved the file, but if the user opened the attachment in a new tab, a part declared as text/html was rendered as a document of the webmail's origin and its script could read the mailbox, send mail and change the account through the REST API. The webmail is served only when the REST API is enabled, which it is not by default. 8 Oct

CVE-2026-59176 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Functype is a family of TypeScript functional programming libraries. Prior to 1.4.4, the `set_functype_version` MCP tool in `functype-mcp-server` accepts an unconstrained `version` string using only `z.string()` validation in `packages/mcp-server/src/index.ts` and interpolates it into `functype@<version>` for `pnpm add`. Package-alias syntaxes such as `file:`, `npm:`, URLs, or paths can cause an arbitrary local or remote package to be installed as functype. Immediately afterward, `initDocsData(true)` in `packages/mcp-server/src/lib/docs/data.ts` resolves `functype/cli` and dynamically imports the newly installed module, executing attacker-controlled JavaScript with the MCP server process's privileges. Any MCP client able to send a `tools/call` request invoking the tool can exploit the flaw; the tool is enabled by default without authentication in `stdio` mode. A connected AI assistant susceptible to indirect prompt injection can also be induced to invoke it from a malicious document or web page. In non-default `TRANSPORT_TYPE=httpStream` deployments, a network-accessible attacker does not require local access. Successful execution can read process secrets, modify files, or terminate the server. This issue is fixed in `version` 1.4.4. Wed 28 Oct

CVE-2026-99054 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tipc: destroy topsrv workqueues before closing connections tipc_topsrv_stop() closed subscriber connections while the topology server's send and receive workqueues were still running. Socket callbacks and subscription events could then queue more work, and in-flight send/recv work could drop the last connection reference during the conn_idr walk. That race produced several teardown failures: refcount_t addition on 0 from conn_get() on a connection whose release was blocked on idr_lock, a subsequent use-after-free in tipc_conn_close(), queue_work() on an already destroyed workqueue from the listener data-ready callback, and an RCU stall in tipc_topsrv_exit_net() while the walk spun under idr_lock. Clear srv->listener under idr_lock so it acts as a shutdown flag, skip queue_work() once it is NULL, destroy the workqueues to flush in-flight work, and only then close the remaining connections. Refuse tipc_conn_lookup() after that flag is cleared, and drop idr_lock when the teardown walk finds no connection, so an in-flight subscription event cannot pin idr_in_use while the walk holds the lock. v3 supersedes the narrower in-thread diff Tung Quang Nguyen posted on 2026-09-23. It keeps his teardown order and adds the lookup refusal and the empty-idr unlock. 24 Oct

CVE-2026-23208 7.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ALSA: usb-audio: Prevent excessive number of frames In this case, the user constructed the parameters with maxpacksize 40 for rate 22050 / pps 1000, and packsize[0] 22 packsize[1] 23. The buffer size for each data URB is maxpacksize * packets, which in this example is 40 * 6 = 240; When the user performs a write operation to send audio data into the ALSA PCM playback stream, the calculated number of frames is packsize[0] * packets = 264, which exceeds the allocated URB buffer size, triggering the out-of-bounds (OOB) issue reported by syzbot [1]. Added a check for the number of single data URB frames when calculating the number of frames to prevent [1]. CVE-2025-38187 7.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/nouveau: fix a use-after-free in r535_gsp_rpc_push() The RPC container is released after being passed to r535_gsp_rpc_send(). When sending the initial fragment of a large RPC and passing the caller's RPC container, the container will be freed prematurely. Subsequent attempts to send remaining fragments will therefore result in a use-after-free. Allocate a temporary RPC container for holding the initial fragment of a large RPC when sending. Free the caller's container when all fragments are successfully sent. [ Rebase onto Blackwell changes. - Danilo ] 21 Oct
CVE-2026-93105 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: esp: do not unref managed frag pages in esp_ssg_unref() esp_ssg_unref() releases the page references held on the source scatterlist after the AEAD operation completes. It calls skb_page_unref() on every frag page for an out-of-place transform (req->src != req->dst), and in the error path of esp_output_tail() (already_unref == true) on the request's own scatterlist. This is wrong when the skb carries managed frags (SKBFL_MANAGED_FRAG_REFS). Managed frags are owned by a zerocopy ubuf and the skb does not hold a per-frag page reference; io_uring SEND_ZC with a registered buffer attaches the bvec pages this way via io_sg_from_iter(). The rest of the stack honours this invariant: skb_release_data() skips the per-frag unref when SKBFL_MANAGED_FRAG_REFS is set, and skb_zcopy_managed() is the guard used at the other unref sites. esp_ssg_unref() is missing that guard, so for a managed-frag skb it drops a page reference the skb never acquired. This can underflow the page reference count and free a page that is still in use. Guard the function with skb_zcopy_managed() so both unref paths are skipped for managed-frag skbs, matching skb_release_data(). 21 Oct
CVE-2026-90383 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: misc: sgi-gru: remove interrupt-context page-table walks The GRU TLB miss handler walks a process's page tables without holding page-table locks or a reference to the mapped page. It also uses a kernel page-table accessor on user page tables and supports only PMD-level large mappings on x86-64. Remove the direct walker. Send interrupt faults directly to user polling mode so the existing call-OS fallback retries them in process context. Remove the mmap-lock failure statistic that can no longer be incremented. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-80544 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: s390/zcrypt: Improve EP11 CPRB domain handling with ASN.1 parsing The zcrypt_msgtype6_send_ep11_cprb() function uses fragile struct overlays to access and modify the domain field in the EP11 CPRB payload, creating maintainability and security concerns: 1. Struct overlay approach (pld_hdr) assumes fixed payload structure and doesn't validate the actual ASN.1 encoding. 2. Complex length format detection logic is error-prone and doesn't properly validate bounds at each parsing step. 3. Direct struct member access bypasses proper ASN.1 validation. Fix by replacing struct overlays with explicit ASN.1 parsing that validates each field (payload tag/length, function tag/length/value, optional domain tag/length/value) with proper bounds checking at every step. Add asn1_int_encode() helper function to safely write integer values with correct endianness conversion. This makes the code consistent with the validation pattern introduced with the rework of the xcrb_msg_to_type6_ep11cprb_msgx() function. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-74747 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipvs: revalidate ihl to prevent out-of-bounds access While the outer IP header is already pulled into the skb head, we must be careful and revalidate the embedded headers after reading them from the skb frags to prevent out-of-bounds access. One such place reported by Sashiko is ip_vs_nat_icmp() where local process can change the ihl field and after skb_ensure_writable() we can see larger value which is a problem for the ip_send_check(cih) calls. Add check to drop the packet if the ihl field is changed. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-74506 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: afs: Fix UAF when sending a message In afs_make_call(), there's a race with async call reception and destruction. If a call is dispatched that doesn't have call->write_iter set (used to specify the data content for FS.StoreData), then the first rxrpc_kernel_send_data() will not set MSG_MORE in the msghdr. Once rxrpc_send_data() queues the last request packet, the response could come in at any time and cause the call to be completed and put. However, afs_make_call() will look at the call again to see it ->write_iter should be handled - something it's only allowed to do if it has its own ref on the call. Whilst this is the case for synchronous calls, it isn't true for async calls such as FS.FetchData. There's also a potential UAF in afs_make_call() in the event that an asynchronous call is being sent, but the call fails in some way (e.g. it gets aborted from the server). The problem there is that afs_make_call() tries to abort a call if the rxrpc send fails, but the asynchronous notification from rxrpc may have caused the afs_call to be torn down. generic/650 plays games with randomly taking CPUs offline, and can interject a significant delay such that the call is deallocated before afs_make_call() gets to check call->write_iter - and a UAF ensues (caught by KASAN). BUG: KASAN: slab-use-after-free in afs_make_call+0x1c90/0x2210 [kafs] Read of size 8 at addr ffff888035e050e8 by task fsstress/1409 Fix this by making afs_make_op_call() give the op->call its own ref rather than transferring the caller's ref to it and then dropping the ref when afs_make_call() returns. This also means that the afs_make_call() func never loses its ref on the call now. 21 Oct
