CVE-2026-64824exploit 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Home Assistant Core before 2026.7.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in the backup-restore function that allows attackers to write files to arbitrary absolute filesystem paths by supplying a crafted tar archive with a SYMTYPE entry containing a benign member name paired with an absolute linkname pointing outside the extraction directory. Because the official Docker image runs the Home Assistant process as root and the subsequent regular-file entry is written through the unvalidated symlink, attackers can achieve remote code execution by overwriting auto-imported Python paths such as site-packages/sitecustomize.py or custom component directories. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-12973exploit 7.2 high 1.0% no CPE yet The S2B AI Assistant – ChatBot, ChatGPT, OpenAI, Content & Image Generator plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the storeFile() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.7.8. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Editor-level access and above, to upload arbitrary files on the affected site's server which may make remote code execution possible. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-17351exploit 9.4 critical 0.00% pgadmin, pgadmin_4 The fix for CVE-2026-12045 in pgAdmin 4 9.16 required the LLM-supplied query passed to the AI Assistant's execute_sql_query tool to parse, via sqlparse, as exactly one non-transaction-control statement before running it inside a BEGIN TRANSACTION READ ONLY wrapper. sqlparse's string-literal lexing can disagree with PostgreSQL's own parser: under standard_conforming_strings = on (PostgreSQL's default since 9.1), a backslash immediately before a quote is an ordinary character to PostgreSQL, but sqlparse treats it as escaping the quote. A payload such as SELECT '\';COMMIT;CREATE TABLE pwn(x int);SELECT 1 --' therefore parses as a single SELECT to sqlparse's validator, while PostgreSQL executes it as four statements: the smuggled COMMIT ends the wrapping read-only transaction, and the trailing ROLLBACK becomes a no-op. This reintroduces the same write/RCE bypass CVE-2026-12045 was meant to close, reachable via the same indirect prompt-injection delivery (an attacker plants the payload in any object the AI Assistant may read; the LLM emits it as a tool call). An initial candidate fix ran the query with psycopg's execute(..., prepare=True), intending to force PostgreSQL's own Parse step (extended query protocol) to reject multi-statement text regardless of sqlparse's classification. This candidate fix does not work as submitted: psycopg3's PrepareManager silently ignores the prepare argument whenever the connection's prepare_threshold is None, which is pgAdmin's default for every server connection (the per-server "Prepare threshold" field is blank unless an administrator explicitly sets it) -- psycopg3 falls back to the simple query protocol, the same multi-statement-capable path the bypass exploits, so the candidate fix closes nothing on any real-world default configuration. The corrected fix sets conn.prepare_threshold = 0 directly on the dedicated, single-use read-only connection the AI Assistant tool opens, structurally forcing the extended query protocol independent of any server-level configuration. Verified against a live PostgreSQL 18 instance: the payload executes successfully under the prepare_threshold=None (default) behavior, and is rejected with "cannot insert multiple commands into a prepared statement" once prepare_threshold=0 is set on that connection. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: from 9.13 before 9.17. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-34885 8.5 high 2.0% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability in David Lingren Media LIbrary Assistant allows SQL Injection. This issue affects Media LIbrary Assistant: from n/a through 3.34. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-62645 9.9 critical 1.0% rbi, restaurant_brands_international_assistant The Restaurant Brands International (RBI) assistant platform through 2025-09-06 allows a remote authenticated attacker to obtain a token with administrative privileges for the entire platform via the createToken GraphQL mutation. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-62650 9.9 critical 1.0% rbi, restaurant_brands_international_assistant The Restaurant Brands International (RBI) assistant platform through 2025-09-06 relies on client-side authentication for use of the diagnostic screen. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-66222 9.6 critical 1.0% thinkinai, deepchat DeepChat is a smart assistant uses artificial intelligence. In 0.5.0 and earlier, there is a Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Mermaid diagram renderer allows an attacker to execute arbitrary JavaScript within the application context. By leveraging the exposed Electron IPC bridge, this XSS can be escalated to Remote Code Execution (RCE) by registering and starting a malicious MCP (Model Context Protocol) server. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-12045 9.4 critical 1.0% pgadmin, pgadmin_4 Read-only transaction bypass in the pgAdmin 4 AI Assistant allows an attacker who can influence database content that the assistant reads to execute arbitrary SQL with the privileges of the pgAdmin user's database role. The AI Assistant's execute_sql_query tool runs LLM-generated SQL inside a BEGIN TRANSACTION READ ONLY wrapper to prevent data modification. The LLM-supplied query was forwarded to the database driver without restriction to a single statement or to read-only verbs, so a multi-statement payload beginning with COMMIT, END, ROLLBACK, or ABORT terminated the read-only transaction and ran subsequent statements in autocommit mode. The trailing ROLLBACK then had no effect. Delivery is via prompt injection: an attacker who can write content into any object the AI Assistant may inspect (a row, a column value, a comment) can cause the LLM to emit the multi-statement payload as a tool call. With ordinary write privileges on the pgAdmin user's role the attacker can perform unauthorised data modification. When the pgAdmin user's role is a PostgreSQL superuser or holds pg_execute_server_program, the chain extends to remote code execution on the database server host via COPY ... TO PROGRAM. Fix validates the LLM-supplied query up front: it must parse to exactly one non-empty / non-comment statement whose leading real token (after stripping whitespace, comments, and punctuation) is one of SELECT, WITH, EXPLAIN, SHOW, VALUES, or TABLE. Transaction-control verbs, DML, DDL, CALL, COPY, DO, SET/RESET, and everything else are rejected before any database work happens. PostgreSQL's READ ONLY mode continues to backstop data-modifying CTEs, EXPLAIN ANALYZE on writes, and volatile side effects. This issue affects pgAdmin 4: from 9.13 before 9.16. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-64825 9.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Home Assistant Core before 2026.6.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to write arbitrary files to any directory on the host filesystem by uploading a crafted backup archive during the initial onboarding window. Attackers can manipulate the 'name' field inside the uploaded archive's backup.json to supply an absolute path, causing pathlib.Path.__truediv__ to discard the configured backup directory prefix and write attacker-controlled content to arbitrary locations, with full filesystem access when the process runs as root. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-33654 8.9 high 1.0% nanobot nanobot is a personal AI assistant. Prior to version 0.1.6, an indirect prompt injection vulnerability exists in the email channel processing module (`nanobot/channels/email.py`), allowing a remote, unauthenticated attacker to execute arbitrary LLM instructions (and subsequently, system tools) without any interaction from the bot owner. By sending an email containing malicious prompts to the bot's monitored email address, the bot automatically polls, ingests, and processes the email content as highly trusted input, fully bypassing channel isolation and resulting in a stealthy, zero-click attack. Version 0.1.6 patches the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-9196 8.8 high 1.0% langflow IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.3 could allow an authenticated attacker to execute unintended code during Agentic Assistant validation due to improper handling of LLM‑generated components. The application executes model‑generated Python code in the backend during validation prior to user approval, which may allow an attacker to trigger side effects such as outbound network access, file system interaction, or data exfiltration with the privileges of the Langflow backend process. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-53455 8.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, Blueprint Studio generated a shell-based Git credential helper in custom_components/blueprint_studio/backend/git_manager.py by interpolating the configured Git username and token directly into executable helper script content without validating credential values. An attacker able to set Git credentials could include newline characters or shell syntax in a username or token. When Git executed the generated credential helper, the injected shell commands ran with the operating-system privileges of Home Assistant and could access or modify Home Assistant configuration data. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2. Thu 22 Oct

CVE-2025-62039 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Insertion of Sensitive Information Into Sent Data vulnerability in Ays Pro AI ChatBot with ChatGPT and Content Generator by AYS ays-chatgpt-assistant allows Retrieve Embedded Sensitive Data. This issue affects AI ChatBot with ChatGPT and Content Generator by AYS: from n/a through <= 2.6.6. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-16959 6.8 medium 1.0% no CPE yet The Media Library Assistant WordPress plugin before 3.40 does not validate a search parameter before concatenating it into a SQL query in one of its media-library query handlers, allowing users with the Author role to perform SQL injection. 18 Oct
CVE-2025-62649 5.8 medium 1.0% rbi, restaurant_brands_international_assistant The Restaurant Brands International (RBI) assistant platform through 2025-09-06 relies on client-side authentication for submission of equipment orders. 8 Oct
CVE-2020-6920 5.5 medium 1.0% hp, support_assistant Potential security vulnerabilities including compromise of integrity, and allowed communication with untrusted clients has been identified in HP Support Assistant software. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-53457 5.1 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, the legacy stateless terminal command execution path in custom_components/blueprint_studio/backend/terminal_manager.py accepted a cwd working-directory parameter and checked only whether the directory existed, without requiring it to remain inside the Home Assistant configuration directory. An administrator using the restricted terminal helper could select an existing directory outside the intended configuration boundary. Commands could then access or modify host paths permitted by the Home Assistant container and filesystem permissions, weakening the helper's expected filesystem restriction. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2. Thu 22 Oct
CVE-2026-22070 9.8 critical 0.00% oppo, coloros_assistant ColorOS Assistant has an unauthenticated start-download channel, leading to file path traversal. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-34205 9.6 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first. Home Assistant apps (formerly add-ons) configured with host network mode expose unauthenticated endpoints bound to the internal Docker bridge interface to the local network. On Linux, this configuration does not restrict access to the app as intended, allowing any device on the same network to reach these endpoints without authentication. Home Assistant Supervisor 2026.03.02 addresses the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45323 9.6 critical 0.00% jpettitt, meshcore_card MeshCore Card provides MeshCore Lovelace card for Home Assistant. Prior to 0.3.3, Meshcore node names are rendered without HTML escaping in meshcore-card, allowing any node within direct or indirect (repeated) radio range to execute arbitrary javascript in the Home Assistant frontend of anyone viewing the card. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.3.3. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-68669 9.6 critical 0.00% 5ire 5ire is a cross-platform desktop artificial intelligence assistant and model context protocol client. In versions 0.15.2 and prior, an RCE vulnerability exists in useMarkdown.ts, where the markdown-it-mermaid plugin is initialized with securityLevel: 'loose'. This configuration explicitly permits the rendering of HTML tags within Mermaid diagram nodes. This issue has not been patched at time of publication. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-2611 9.6 critical 0.00% lfprojects, mlflow In MLflow version 3.9.0, the MLflow Assistant feature introduced improper origin validation in its /ajax-api endpoints. This vulnerability allows a remote attacker to exploit cross-origin requests from a malicious webpage to interact with the MLflow Assistant running on a victim's local machine. By bypassing the loopback-only restriction, the attacker can modify the Assistant's configuration to enable full access, which in turn allows the execution of arbitrary commands via the Claude Code sub-agent. This issue is resolved in version 3.10.0. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-59177 8.8 high — no CPE yet ESPHome Device Builder Dashboard is a dashboard for the ESPHome home management software. Prior to 1.0.10, the `Home Assistant` add-on's trusted `ingress` site binds to `0.0.0.0` while intentionally skipping dashboard authentication because the supervisor is expected to authenticate requests upstream. Host networking, required for mDNS, also binds this no-auth site to the `Home Assistant` host's LAN interface. Any device on that local network can therefore connect directly to the `ingress` port, bypass the supervisor, and obtain the full dashboard without credentials or operator misconfiguration. Dashboard capability includes compile-time Python execution through `external_components:`, shell execution through compile and validation subprocesses, and arbitrary access to configuration and data files, compromising the mounted `Home Assistant` configuration and managed ESPHome devices. The standalone Docker dashboard and the password-gated public port 6052 are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.10. 17 h ago
CVE-2026-54149 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. Prior to 2.10.0-lts, MaxKB tool import functionality in apps/tools/serializers/tool.py and MCP referencing mode in apps/application/chat_pipeline/step/chat_step/impl/base_chat_step.py do not consistently validate MCP transport type, allowing an authenticated user to import a .tool file containing stdio transport with malicious commands and trigger the configuration through an AI Chat node so MultiServerMCPClient executes arbitrary system commands. This issue is fixed in version 2.10.0-lts. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-104723 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet The LifterLMS – WP LMS for eLearning, Online Courses, & Quizzes plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to PHP Object Injection in all versions up to, and including, 10.2.1 via deserialization of untrusted input . This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with custom-level access and above, to inject a PHP Object. No known POP chain is present in the vulnerable software, which means this vulnerability has no impact unless another plugin or theme containing a POP chain is installed on the site. If a POP chain is present via an additional plugin or theme installed on the target system, it may allow the attacker to perform actions like delete arbitrary files, retrieve sensitive data, or execute code depending on the POP chain present. This vulnerability is only exploitable during lesson creation when a temporary lesson ID triggers the custom metadata path, and requires the attacker to hold a role with the edit_course capability, such as Instructor, Instructor's Assistant, LMS Manager, or Administrator. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-19570 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet The LE Audio Broadcast Sink in subsys/bluetooth/audio/bap_broadcast_sink.c copies subgroup metadata from a received Basic Audio Announcement (BASE) into the static Broadcast Audio Scan Service parameter structure mod_src_param without any bounds check. In base_subgroup_meta_cb() the destination element was selected as mod_src_param.subgroups[mod_src_param.num_subgroups] with no test against ARRAY_SIZE(mod_src_param.subgroups) (sized by CONFIG_BT_BAP_BASS_MAX_SUBGROUPS, default 1), and the metadata was copied with memcpy() using the raw on-air length returned by bt_bap_base_get_subgroup_codec_meta() into a metadata array sized by CONFIG_BT_AUDIO_CODEC_CFG_MAX_METADATA_SIZE (default 4). The BASE validator bt_bap_base_get_base_from_ad() only checks structural consistency and permits up to ~24 subgroups and metadata LTVs of ~240 octets. The defect is reached from the periodic advertising receive callback: pa_recv() → bt_data_parse() → pa_decode_base() → update_recv_state_base() → bt_bap_base_foreach_subgroup() → base_subgroup_meta_cb(). Every broadcast sink registers a scan-delegator receive state at creation (bt_bap_broadcast_sink_create() calls broadcast_sink_add_src()), and CONFIG_BT_BAP_BROADCAST_SINK depends on CONFIG_BT_BAP_SCAN_DELEGATOR, so the path is active in every broadcast-sink build once the device is periodic-advertising-synced. An attacker in radio range who operates a broadcast source the device syncs to — or who impersonates the advertiser address and SID of one already in use, periodic advertising data being unauthenticated — can change the BASE at will; each new BASE is re-parsed. A crafted BASE therefore writes attacker-chosen bytes past the end of a fixed static object in .bss: up to roughly 236 bytes for an oversized metadata LTV, plus whole struct bt_bap_bass_subgroup records for each subgroup beyond CONFIG_BT_BAP_BASS_MAX_SUBGROUPS. This is memory corruption of adjacent Bluetooth-audio state reachable with no pairing, bonding or GATT connection, with a potential for remote code execution in the Bluetooth RX thread; in addition, the unvalidated metadata_len is forwarded to bt_bap_scan_delegator_mod_src(), which neither clamps it nor rejects it, leading to a further copy into the receive state and to out-of-bounds memory being disclosed in the BASS receive-state notification sent to a connected Broadcast Assistant. The fix rejects a BASE carrying more subgroups than the receive state can hold (discarding the update entirely) and omits metadata that does not fit rather than copying it, and additionally honours the previously-ignored error return of the subgroup decode pass. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-48716 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet nanobot is a personal AI assistant. In versions 0.1.5.post3 and prior, the WhatsApp bridge in bridge/src/whatsapp.ts constructs a filesystem path using the fileName field from an incoming WhatsApp document message without sanitization. The WhatsApp bridge downloads media attachments and writes them to disk using a filename derived from the sender's message via documentMessage.fileName, which is concatenated with a prefix and its raw value is passed directly to path.join(mediaDir, outFilename). Node.js path.join resolves .. components, allowing an attacker to escape the intended media/ directory by sending a document with a crafted fileName such as ../../../.ssh/authorized_keys. Because the attacker also controls the file content (the downloaded buffer), this is a write-anywhere primitive — both path and content are attacker-controlled. A fix for this issue is planned for version 0.1.5.post4. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-62328 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet 9Router through version 0.4.41 contain an unauthenticated information disclosure vulnerability that allows remote attackers to access sensitive user data by sending requests to unprotected API endpoints. Attackers can enumerate paginated request logs and retrieve complete AI conversation histories including system prompts, user messages, assistant responses, tool calls, and user email addresses by querying the request-logs and request-details API routes which lack authentication middleware. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-53453 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet Blueprint Studio is a VS Code-like file editor for Home Assistant configuration files. Prior to 2.5.2, Blueprint Studio exposed administrator-intended backend API actions to any authenticated Home Assistant user because the backend did not consistently enforce the panel's admin-only authorization boundary. Affected surfaces included the backend API, upload API, stream routes, terminal WebSocket, Blueprint Studio WebSocket subscriptions, call_service, render_template, global_replace, file and stream access paths, upload handling, and terminal helpers. A non-admin user could invoke arbitrary Home Assistant services, expose Home Assistant state through templates, modify configuration files, access streamed or downloaded configuration content, upload files, or reach terminal-related helpers. These actions could compromise the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the Home Assistant installation. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.2. Thu 22 Oct
CVE-2025-35990 8.7 high 0.00% intel, endpoint_management_assistant Improper input validation for some Intel Endpoint Management Assistant (EMA) software before version 1.14.5 within Ring 3: User Applications may allow an escalation of privilege. Unprivileged software adversary with an unauthenticated user combined with a low complexity attack may enable escalation of privilege. This result may potentially occur via adjacent access when attack requirements are not present without special internal knowledge and requires no user interaction. The potential vulnerability may impact the confidentiality (high), integrity (high) and availability (high) of the vulnerable system, resulting in subsequent system confidentiality (none), integrity (none) and availability (none) impacts. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-114354 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet Missing authorization in the native binder service 'android.dji.server' (transaction code 1018) in DJI CrystalSky ZS600C firmware v0.3.9.7 through v0.6.6.9 on Android allows a local application with no permissions to execute arbitrary OS commands as root, because the handler passes a caller-supplied string to system() in the root-privileged 'assistant' daemon without any caller-identity or permission check. 12 h ago
CVE-2026-72581 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet A server-side request forgery (SSRF) vulnerability in duhow/xiaoai-patch through commit fb07049 allows a remote attacker to make the Xiaomi smart speaker perform HTTP requests to arbitrary internal or external URLs. The /auth endpoint in api/main.py uses the user-supplied url POST parameter to redirect to a Home Assistant instance without validating the destination URL, enabling internal network scanning and access to internal services. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-62642 8.6 high 0.00% rbi, restaurant_brands_international_assistant The Restaurant Brands International (RBI) assistant platform through 2025-09-06 has an "Anyone Can Join This Party" signup API that does not verify user account creation, allowing a remote unauthenticated attacker to create a user account. 8 Oct
CVE-2025-62643 8.6 high 0.00% rbi, restaurant_brands_international_assistant The Restaurant Brands International (RBI) assistant platform through 2025-09-06 transmits passwords of user accounts in cleartext e-mail messages. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-115948 8.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability in David Lingren Media LIbrary Assistant media-library-assistant allows Blind SQL Injection. This issue affects Media LIbrary Assistant: from n/a through 3.42. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-56012 8.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an SQL Command ('SQL Injection') vulnerability in David Lingren Media LIbrary Assistant allows Blind SQL Injection. This issue affects Media LIbrary Assistant: from n/a through 3.35. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-67622 8.5 high 0.00% flowiseai, flowise Flowise through 3.1.4 contains an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in the OpenAI Assistants integration that allows authenticated attackers to access credentials belonging to other workspaces by supplying an arbitrary credential UUID to Assistants endpoints without workspace ownership verification. Attackers can enumerate cross-workspace assistant metadata, retrieve file and vector store listings, and upload files into victim workspaces by exploiting the missing workspace-scoped authorization check in the credential lookup logic. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-62172 8.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Home Assistant is open source home automation software that puts local control and privacy first. In versions 2025.1.0 through 2025.10.1, the energy dashboard is vulnerable to stored cross-site scripting. An authenticated user can inject malicious JavaScript code into an energy entity's name field, which is then executed when any user hovers over data points in the energy dashboard graph tooltips. The vulnerability exists because entity names containing HTML are not properly sanitized before being rendered in graph tooltips. This could allow an attacker with authentication to execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of other users' sessions. Additionally, if an energy provider (such as Tibber) supplies a malicious default name for an entity, the vulnerability can be exploited without direct user action when the default name is used. This issue has been patched in version 2025.10.2. No known workarounds exist. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-99042 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/net: populate CONNECT filter fields for 24-byte sockaddr_in6 io_connect_bpf_populate() fills connect.port and connect.v6_addr for AF_INET6 only when addr_len >= sizeof(struct sockaddr_in6), i.e. 28 bytes. The IPv6 connect paths accept SIN6_LEN_RFC2133 (24 bytes), which already holds sin6_port and sin6_addr. io_connect() passes addr_len to the socket layer unchanged. At addr_len 24 the filter sees family AF_INET6 with port and address zero, while the kernel connects to the real destination. A filter that denies an IPv6 port or address is bypassed. Denying connect.port == P rejects [::1]:P with -EACCES at addr_len 28 but connects at addr_len 24. Use SIN6_LEN_RFC2133 as the threshold. sin6_scope_id stays zero when absent. The threshold mismatch was found by an AI coding assistant (Claude Code) comparing this hook against the net/ipv6 length checks on my instructions; it also drafted the reproducer and this patch. I verified the bypass and the fix in a VM on 7.3-rc6 and that 7.2 has the same code. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-117494 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in the processing of SVG images submitted to the /api/v2/ai/sessions API in the format data:image/svg+xml;base64. Script tags embedded in the SVG are processed when the content is rendered in the assistant window, allowing JavaScript to be executed and the displayed content to be altered. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-62696 7.8 high 0.00% microsoft, windows 10 version 1607, windows 10 version 1809, windows 10 version 21h2 Integer underflow (wrap or wraparound) in Windows Program Compatibility Assistant Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. 13 h ago
CVE-2026-59176 7.8 high — no CPE yet Functype is a family of TypeScript functional programming libraries. Prior to 1.4.4, the `set_functype_version` MCP tool in `functype-mcp-server` accepts an unconstrained `version` string using only `z.string()` validation in `packages/mcp-server/src/index.ts` and interpolates it into `functype@<version>` for `pnpm add`. Package-alias syntaxes such as `file:`, `npm:`, URLs, or paths can cause an arbitrary local or remote package to be installed as functype. Immediately afterward, `initDocsData(true)` in `packages/mcp-server/src/lib/docs/data.ts` resolves `functype/cli` and dynamically imports the newly installed module, executing attacker-controlled JavaScript with the MCP server process's privileges. Any MCP client able to send a `tools/call` request invoking the tool can exploit the flaw; the tool is enabled by default without authentication in `stdio` mode. A connected AI assistant susceptible to indirect prompt injection can also be induced to invoke it from a malicious document or web page. In non-default `TRANSPORT_TYPE=httpStream` deployments, a network-accessible attacker does not require local access. Successful execution can read process secrets, modify files, or terminate the server. This issue is fixed in `version` 1.4.4. 17 h ago
CVE-2026-83781 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper null termination in Windows Program Compatibility Assistant Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally. 19 Oct
