CVE-2026-16232KEVexploit ×4 9.3 critical 4.0% checkpoint, multi-domain_security_management, quantum_security_management An authentication bypass vulnerability in the Check Point SmartConsole login process allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to obtain an application login token and use it to authenticate with full administrative privileges. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to modify security policies and security configurations. Remote exploitation requires internet access to the Management Server IP address and a configuration that does not restrict Trusted Clients. Check Point is aware that this vulnerability is being exploited and has affected a very small number of customers. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2021-3449exploit 5.9 medium 64.0% openssl, debian, debian_linux, freebsd An OpenSSL TLS server may crash if sent a maliciously crafted renegotiation ClientHello message from a client. If a TLSv1.2 renegotiation ClientHello omits the signature_algorithms extension (where it was present in the initial ClientHello), but includes a signature_algorithms_cert extension then a NULL pointer dereference will result, leading to a crash and a denial of service attack. A server is only vulnerable if it has TLSv1.2 and renegotiation enabled (which is the default configuration). OpenSSL TLS clients are not impacted by this issue. All OpenSSL 1.1.1 versions are affected by this issue. Users of these versions should upgrade to OpenSSL 1.1.1k. OpenSSL 1.0.2 is not impacted by this issue. Fixed in OpenSSL 1.1.1k (Affected 1.1.1-1.1.1j). 8 Oct
CVE-2025-67644exploit 7.8 high 2.0% langchain, langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). Versions 3.0.0 and below are vulnerable to SQL injection through the checkpoint implementation. Checkpoint allows attackers to manipulate SQL queries through metadata filter keys, affecting applications that accept untrusted metadata filter keys (not just filter values) in checkpoint search operations. The _metadata_predicate() function constructs SQL queries by interpolating filter keys directly into f-strings without validation. This issue is fixed in version 3.0.1. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-46529exploit 8.4 high 1.0% no CPE yet Atril Document Viewer is the default document reader of the MATE desktop environment for Linux. A single-click remote code execution vulnerability in versions prior to 1.26.3 and 1.28.4 allows an attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution as the user by tricking them into clicking a link inside a malicious PDF document. The PDF can be packaged as a polyglot file that is simultaneously a valid PDF and a valid ELF shared library, making the attack a single-file, single-click, configuration-independent RCE on stock atril installations. The root cause is `shell/ev-application.c:ev_spawn`, which builds a command line from attacker-controlled PDF link-destination fields without applying `g_shell_quote`. The cmdline is then handed to `g_app_info_create_from_commandline`, which shell-parses it back into argv — splitting any embedded `--gtk-module=PATH` into a separate argv element. GTK then `dlopen()`s the path during init, running any `__attribute__((constructor))` it finds. Versions 1.26.3 and 1.28.4 contain a patch for the issue. This is the same defect class as CVE-2023-51698 (CBT `--checkpoint-action` injection in `comics-document.c`, fixed in 1.6.2) but in a different code path (`shell/ev-application.c`) that the original patch did not touch. CVE-2026-52923exploit 7.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipc: limit next_id allocation to the valid ID range The checkpoint/restore sysctl path can request the next SysV IPC id through ids->next_id. ipc_idr_alloc() currently forwards that request to idr_alloc() with an open-ended upper bound. If the valid tail of the SysV IPC id space is full, the allocation can spill beyond ipc_mni. The returned SysV IPC id still uses the normal index encoding, so later lookup and removal can target the wrong slot. This leaves the real IDR entry behind and breaks the IDR state for the object. The bug is in ipc_idr_alloc() in the checkpoint/restore path. 1. ids->next_id is passed to: idr_alloc(&ids->ipcs_idr, new, ipcid_to_idx(next_id), 0, ...) 2. The zero upper bound makes the allocation effectively open-ended. Once the valid SysV IPC tail is occupied, idr_alloc() can spill past ipc_mni and allocate an entry beyond the valid IPC id range. 3. The new object id is still encoded with the narrower SysV IPC index width: new->id = (new->seq << ipcmni_seq_shift()) + idx 4. Later removal goes through ipc_rmid(), which uses: ipcid_to_idx(ipcp->id) That truncates the real IDR index. An object actually stored at a high index can then be removed as if it lived at a low in-range index. 5. For shared memory, shm_destroy() frees the current object anyway, but the real high IDR slot is left behind as a dangling pointer. 6. A subsequent walk of /proc/sysvipc/shm reaches the stale IDR entry and dereferences freed memory. Prevent this by bounding the requested allocation to ipc_mni so the checkpoint/restore path fails once the valid range is exhausted. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-48121exploit 6.7 medium 0.00% no CPE yet @langchain/langgraph-checkpoint-mongodb provides a LangGraph.js CheckpointSaver implementation that uses MongoDB for storage. Versions 1.3.0 and below are vulnerable to NoSQL injection: checkpoint identifiers (thread_id, checkpoint_ns, checkpoint_id) from config.configurable are passed into MongoDB find() queries in MongoDBSaver.getTuple() without type enforcement. If an attacker supplies an object payload (such as MongoDB operators $gt or $ne) instead of a string, it can be interpreted as a query operator, bypassing thread scoping and leaking checkpoints, including pending writes, across tenants. Applications are at risk if they forward untrusted input into config.configurable without coercing it to strings or validating it against a schema, particularly in multi-tenant or user-isolated setups. Apps that only use server-issued, string-typed identifiers with schema validation rejecting non-string fields are not affected. This issue has been fixed in version 1.3.1. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-94603 10.0 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Podman is a tool for managing OCI containers and pods. From 4.4.0 until 5.8.8 and 6.1.3, podman run treats an image carrying the io.podman.annotations.checkpoint.runtime.name annotation as a checkpoint and silently ignores user-supplied container creation restrictions such as --cap-drop=ALL, allowing image-controlled checkpoint state to select weaker sandbox settings and capabilities. Rootless containers are not affected because checkpoint and restore are unavailable in that mode. This issue is fixed in versions 5.8.8 and 6.1.3. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-58659 8.4 high 1.0% lightningai, pytorch_lightning PyTorch Lightning through 2.6.5, fixed in commit d710d68, contains a remote code execution vulnerability in the _load_state function that imports and executes attacker-controlled module names from checkpoint _instantiator hyperparameters. Attackers can craft malicious checkpoint files that bypass weights_only=True protections to execute arbitrary code when LightningModule.load_from_checkpoint is called. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-13706 7.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet Tencent PatrickStar merge_checkpoint Deserialization of Untrusted Data Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Tencent PatrickStar. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the merge_checkpoint endpoint. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in deserialization of untrusted data. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of root. Was ZDI-CAN-27182. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-13708 7.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet Tencent NeuralNLP-NeuralClassifier _load_checkpoint Deserialization of Untrusted Data Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Tencent NeuralNLP-NeuralClassifier. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the _load_checkpoint function. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in deserialization of untrusted data. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of root. Was ZDI-CAN-27184. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-13709 7.8 high 1.0% tencent, tface Tencent TFace restore_checkpoint Deserialization of Untrusted Data Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of Tencent TFace. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the restore_checkpoint function. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of user-supplied data, which can result in deserialization of untrusted data. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of root. Was ZDI-CAN-27185. 19 Oct
CVE-2024-8676 7.4 high 1.0% no CPE yet A vulnerability was found in CRI-O, where it can be requested to take a checkpoint archive of a container and later be asked to restore it. When it does that restoration, it attempts to restore the mounts from the restore archive instead of the pod request. As a result, the validations run on the pod spec, verifying that the pod has access to the mounts it specifies are not applicable to a restored container. This flaw allows a malicious user to trick CRI-O into restoring a pod that doesn't have access to host mounts. The user needs access to the kubelet or cri-o socket to call the restore endpoint and trigger the restore. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-31222 8.8 high 0.00% snorkel The snorkel library thru v0.10.0 contains an insecure deserialization vulnerability (CWE-502) in the Trainer.load() method of the Trainer class. The method loads model checkpoint files using torch.load() without enabling the security-restrictive weights_only=True parameter. This default behavior allows the deserialization of arbitrary Python objects via the Pickle module. A remote attacker can exploit this by providing a maliciously crafted model file, leading to arbitrary code execution on the victim's system when the file is loaded via the vulnerable method. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-76066 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet IntentKit through 2.6.3, fixed in commit 5b91da5, contains an authorization bypass vulnerability where the executor validates tool calls against the full tool registry rather than the per-request narrowed tool advertisement enforced by ToolBindingMiddleware, allowing owner-only state-changing tools such as wallet transfer, posting, memory-write, and call-agent to execute without any human-in-the-loop or approval gate. An unauthenticated or public caller in WEB, API, TWITTER, or TELEGRAM contexts can exploit this by supplying the exact de-advertised tool name and arguments via indirect prompt injection or by replaying checkpoint and history data on a reused thread, achieving unauthorized execution of owner-restricted capabilities. Thu 22 Oct
CVE-2026-73325 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet Fujitsu Research's OneCompression library before 1.2.1 contains an unsafe deserialization vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by supplying a crafted model.pt checkpoint file, as QuantizedModelLoader.load_quantized_model_pt() unconditionally calls torch.load with weights_only=False, invoking Python's pickle machinery during deserialization. Attackers can embed malicious __reduce__ methods in a crafted model checkpoint to execute arbitrary Python code, including system commands, when the library loads the file from a caller-selected model directory. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-1839 7.8 high 0.00% huggingface, transformers A vulnerability in the HuggingFace Transformers library, specifically in the `Trainer` class, allows for arbitrary code execution. The `_load_rng_state()` method in `src/transformers/trainer.py` at line 3059 calls `torch.load()` without the `weights_only=True` parameter. This issue affects all versions of the library supporting `torch>=2.2` when used with PyTorch versions below 2.6, as the `safe_globals()` context manager provides no protection in these versions. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by supplying a malicious checkpoint file, such as `rng_state.pth`, which can execute arbitrary code when loaded. The issue is resolved in version v5.0.0rc3. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47749 7.8 high 0.00% leejet, stable-diffusion.cpp stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. Versions prior to master-584-0a7ae07 are vulnerable to heap buffer overflow in SHORT_BINUNICODE parsing for PyTorch checkpoint files. The pickle .ckpt parser in src/model.cpp contained a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the SHORT_BINUNICODE opcode handler. The issue was caused by sign confusion on the opcode length field. A crafted .ckpt file could trigger memcpy with a very large length derived from a negative signed value, causing immediate heap corruption. Any application using affected stable-diffusion.cpp releases to load untrusted .ckpt model files could be vulnerable. A malicious checkpoint file could cause heap corruption through memcpy with an attacker-controlled length. This may lead to process crash and could potentially be leveraged for code execution depending on heap layout. The attack requires the victim or application to load a .ckpt file from an untrusted source, such as a downloaded model from a model sharing site. The issue has been resolved in version master-584-0a7ae07. If developers are unable to immediately update their applications they can work around this issue by not loading .ckpt checkpoint files from untrusted sources, and referring to trusted model sources and safer formats such as .safetensors where possible. Sun 25 Oct

CVE-2026-47750 7.8 high 0.00% leejet, stable-diffusion.cpp stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. In versions prior to master-584-0a7ae07, the pickle .ckpt parser in src/model.cpp contained a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the GLOBAL opcode handler. The issue was caused by missing validation when searching for newline-delimited fields. A crafted .ckpt file without the expected newline could cause the parser to use -1 as a copy length, resulting in immediate heap corruption. The attack requires the victim or application to load a .ckpt file from an untrusted source, such as a downloaded model from a model sharing site. The issue has been resolved in version master-584-0a7ae07. If developers are unable to immediately update their applications they can work around this issue by following these instructions: do not load .ckpt checkpoint files from untrusted sources, and prefer trusted model sources and safer formats such as .safetensors where possible. CVE-2026-98869 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Infer zext_dst based on static register liveness analysis As reported in the thread [1], the verifier's 32-bit operations zero extension logic is broken. This logic is responsible for correct semantics of 32-bit operations on s390 architecture. According to BPF semantics, operation `w1 += 1` is supposed to zero extend the upper half of the register `r1`. On s390 the JIT relies on the verifier emitting explicit zero extension before such operations. The verifier attempts to minimize the amount of zero extensions inserted by tracking whether upper halves of the 64-bit registers are ever used. Previously such tracking worked as follows: - bpf_reg_state->subreg_def field was set by do_check_insn() for each operation defining lower but not the upper halves of the register. - Whenever an operation reading the whole register was verified, the verifier checked register's subreg_def and set bpf_insn_aux_data->zext_dst flag as true via a call to mark_insn_zext() function. - After the verification was complete, a special pass bpf_opt_subreg_zext_lo32_rnd_hi32() extended 32-bit operations with bpf_insn_aux_data->zext_dst set as true by adding explicit zero extension. Note that the logic above relies on bpf_reg_state->subreg_def, which is a property of a current verifier state. Before the commit [2] two additional steps happened: - The verifier tracked upper and lower register halves' liveness as flags REG_LIVE_READ{32,64} in bpf_reg_state->live. - The function propagate_liveness() called mark_insn_zext() in order to transfer the knowledge about which registers have their upper halves alive (and thus might require zero extension). The commit [2] removed the two steps described above, hence making possible a situation like below: - The register's upper half is set and is used on some verification path P1 and the register happens not to be marked as precise. - The checkpoint C is created while processing some instruction between register initialization and usage. - On some other verification path P2 the register's upper half is not initialized and that path ends hitting the checkpoint C. - In such a case the register's initialization on path P2 would lack zext_dst mark, making it possible for the program to inject an arbitrary value in the register's upper half. This commit replaces subreg_def based logic with computing zext_dst statically, as a part of the bpf_compute_live_registers() analysis: - The analysis now tracks usage of upper and lower halves of the registers separately. - If some instruction defines a 32-bit subregister, but not the whole register, *and* the upper half of the register is alive after that instruction, the instruction is marked as zext_dst. There is one notable drop in precision: whenever a BPF subprogram is called, all 64 bits of parameter registers are presumed to be used. The assumption is that such a drop in precision would not inflict a noticeable performance penalty. CVE-2026-74446 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: hold event_mutex while checkpointing CRIU events kfd_criu_checkpoint_events() counts the entries in p->event_idr via kfd_get_num_events(), allocates an array sized to that count, and then walks the same IDR to fill it. Neither the count nor the walk holds p->event_mutex. The CRIU checkpoint caller holds only p->mutex. Event create and destroy (kfd_event_create()/kfd_event_destroy()) take p->event_mutex and do not take p->mutex, so a second thread in the same process can insert or remove events between the count and the walk. If an event is inserted, the walk iterates more entries than were counted and writes past the end of the ev_privs allocation; if an event is removed, the walk dereferences an entry that is being freed. Hold p->event_mutex across the count and the walk so both observe a consistent view of p->event_idr. The lock is released before copy_to_user(), which only touches the local buffer. The caller already holds p->mutex and the create/destroy paths never take p->mutex, so the p->mutex -> p->event_mutex order is not inverted and no deadlock is introduced. CVE-2026-95837 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet containerd is an open-source container runtime. From 2.1.0 until 2.2.7 and 2.3.4, containerd's CRI CreateContainer checkpoint restore is vulnerable because CRIU restores process security state from checkpoint data instead of enforcing the destination ContainerConfig. An attacker who can create a container from a crafted checkpoint can supply restored credentials, capabilities, no_new_privs, and seccomp state. The restored process can run as root with full capabilities and no enforced seccomp filters while CRI status reports the requested configuration. Systems that do not use CRI checkpoint restore are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.7 and 2.3.4. 16 Oct
CVE-2024-34027 7.8 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: f2fs: compress: fix to cover {reserve,release}_compress_blocks() w/ cp_rwsem lock It needs to cover {reserve,release}_compress_blocks() w/ cp_rwsem lock to avoid racing with checkpoint, otherwise, filesystem metadata including blkaddr in dnode, inode fields and .total_valid_block_count may be corrupted after SPO case. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-65180 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet NVIDIA Megatron-LM contains a vulnerability in checkpoint loading where an Attacker may cause an RCE by convincing a user to load a maliciously crafted file. CVE-2026-112304 7.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet docTR through 1.1.0 contains an unsafe deserialization vulnerability in load_pretrained_params() that loads checkpoints with torch.load without weights_only=True. Attackers who control a local or URL-supplied checkpoint can embed a malicious pickle payload to execute Python code with the loading process's privileges on torch releases before 2.6. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-61609 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet Pterodactyl is a free, open-source game server management panel. From 1.7.0 until 1.13.0, the authentication rate limiter defined in RouteServiceProvider::configureRateLimiting() applied a single global bucket to the login and two-factor checkpoint endpoints instead of keying by IP or account: the fall-through Limit::perMinute(10) covering POST /auth/login and POST /auth/login/checkpoint omitted ->by(), so Laravel derived a constant cache key (md5('authentication')) shared by every request. An unauthenticated attacker sending roughly ten requests per minute from a single IP, most cheaply against the checkpoint endpoint (which has no reCAPTCHA), exhausts the shared counter and causes HTTP 429 for every user attempting to log in or complete two-factor authentication, a panel-wide authentication denial of service that also locks out administrators. This issue is fixed in version 1.13.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-8709 7.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet A SQL injection vulnerability exists in the langchain-ai/langchain repository, specifically in the LangGraph's SQLite store implementation. The affected version is langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 2.0.10. The vulnerability arises from improper handling of filter operators ($eq, $ne, $gt, $lt, $gte, $lte) where direct string concatenation is used without proper parameterization. This allows attackers to inject arbitrary SQL, leading to unauthorized access to all documents, data exfiltration of sensitive fields such as passwords and API keys, and a complete bypass of application-level security filters. 19 Oct
CVE-2025-64104 7.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet LangGraph SQLite Checkpoint is an implementation of LangGraph CheckpointSaver that uses SQLite DB (both sync and async, via aiosqlite). Prior to 2.0.11, LangGraph's SQLite store implementation contains SQL injection vulnerabilities using direct string concatenation without proper parameterization, allowing attackers to inject arbitrary SQL and bypass access controls. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.0.11. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-53368 7.1 high 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: f2fs: fix fsck inconsistency caused by incorrect nat_entry flag usage f2fs_need_dentry_mark() reads nat_entry flags without mutual exclusion with the checkpoint path, which can result in an incorrect inode block marking state. The scenario is as follows: create & write & fsync 'file A' write checkpoint - f2fs_do_sync_file // inline inode - f2fs_write_inode // inode folio is dirty - f2fs_write_checkpoint - f2fs_flush_merged_writes - f2fs_sync_node_pages - f2fs_fsync_node_pages // no dirty node - f2fs_need_inode_block_update // return true - f2fs_fsync_node_pages // inode dirtied - f2fs_need_dentry_mark //return true - f2fs_flush_nat_entries - f2fs_write_checkpoint end - __write_node_folio // inode with DENT_BIT_SHIFT set SPO, "fsck --dry-run" find inode has already checkpointed but still with DENT_BIT_SHIFT set The state observed by f2fs_need_dentry_mark() can differ from the state observed in __write_node_folio() after acquiring sbi->node_write. The root cause is that the semantics of IS_CHECKPOINTED and HAS_FSYNCED_INODE are only guaranteed after the checkpoint write has fully completed. This patch moves set_dentry_mark() into __write_node_folio() and protects it with the sbi->node_write lock. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-68447 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: drm/amdkfd: clamp v9 CRIU control stack checkpoint copy to BO size CRIU checkpoint copies the MQD control stack using cp_hqd_cntl_stack_size from hardware without bounding it to the allocated BO region. If the HW field is larger than the queue's control stack allocation, memcpy reads past the BO into adjacent GTT memory and can leak kernel data to userspace. Store the page-aligned control stack BO size in mqd_manager and clamp checkpoint copies and reported checkpoint sizes to min(cp_hqd_cntl_stack_size, mm->ctl_stack_size). Apply the same bound for multi-XCC v9.4.3 checkpoint layout. (cherry picked from commit 6c2abd0ec09e86c6323010673766f76050e28aa3) 21 Oct
CVE-2026-69112 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Hugging Face Accelerate through 1.14.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in load_checkpoint_in_model and load_checkpoint_and_dispatch functions that fail to sanitize weight_map entries from sharded checkpoint indexes. CVE-2026-75104 6.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Hugging Face Transformers fails to validate shard filenames in checkpoint index files, allowing attackers to read arbitrary files outside the model directory. Attackers can supply malicious index files with parent-directory references or absolute paths that are joined without validation, enabling file disclosure and filesystem reconnaissance. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-57208 6.2 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Entire CLI hooks into Git workflows to capture AI agent sessions. Prior to version 0.7.7, a path traversal vulnerability in Entire CLI allows an attacker with push access to the checkpoints repository to craft malicious checkpoint metadata that causes entire session resume or entire checkpoint rewind to write attacker-controlled transcript data outside of the expected session directory. The issue occurs because checkpoint metadata is fetched from the remote entire/checkpoints/v1 branch and the SessionID field was used to construct filesystem paths without validation in the restore path. A malicious SessionID containing absolute paths or path traversal sequences could cause arbitrary files on the victim’s machine to be overwritten. This issue has been patched in version 0.7.7. CVE-2026-110841 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet n8n before 2.41.4 and 2.42.0 contains an authorization bypass in the agent chat resume endpoint, which accepts a run identifier from the request body without verifying that the suspended checkpoint belongs to the caller. Authenticated project members can list and read other members' private agent conversations through project-scoped endpoints, then approve their pending tool calls, causing the tools to execute and write results into the victim's conversation. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-115883 6.0 medium 0.00% no CPE yet LangGraph checkpoint savers provide Postgres- and SQLite-backed state persistence for LangGraph workflows and agents. Prior to langgraph-checkpoint-postgres 3.1.3 and langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 3.1.2, PostgresStore, AsyncPostgresStore, SqliteStore, and AsyncSqliteStore flatten namespace labels with ".".join(namespace), while BaseStore validates labels only for put and aput. Unvalidated dotted labels passed through get, search, delete, list_namespaces, their asynchronous equivalents, or direct batch and abatch operations can resolve to another tenant's stored namespace, allowing cross-namespace reads, overwrites, or deletion. InMemoryStore is not affected because it compares namespace tuples. This issue is fixed in langgraph-checkpoint-postgres 3.1.3 and langgraph-checkpoint-sqlite 3.1.2. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47748 5.5 medium 0.00% leejet, stable-diffusion.cpp stable-diffusion.cpp is a pure C/C++ library for running diffusion model (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Wan, Qwen Image, Z-Image, and more) inference. Versions prior to master-584-0a7ae07 are vulnerable to an out-of-bounds reads error through PyTorch checkpoint pickle opcode parsing. The pickle .ckpt parser in src/model.cpp did not consistently check that enough input remained before reading opcode arguments or advancing the parser buffer with a crafted or truncated .ckpt file. Throughout the pickle parser, opcode handlers advanced the parser position with expressions such as buffer += N without first checking that buffer + N <= buffer_end. A truncated file could therefore cause reads past the end of the metadata buffer. LibFuzzer found crashes in under one second using malformed checkpoint inputs. Any application using affected stable-diffusion.cpp releases to load untrusted .ckpt model files could be vulnerable. The attack requires the victim or application to load a .ckpt file from an untrusted source, such as a downloaded model from a model sharing site. This issue has been fixed in version master-584-0a7ae07. If developers are unable to immediately update their applications, they can work around this issue by ensuring they do not load .ckpt checkpoint files from untrusted sources. They should prefer trusted model sources and safer formats such as .safetensors where possible. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-53017 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: f2fs: fix data loss caused by incorrect use of nat_entry flag Data loss can occur when fsync is performed on a newly created file (before any checkpoint has been written) concurrently with a checkpoint operation. The scenario is as follows: create & write & fsync 'file A' write checkpoint - f2fs_do_sync_file // inline inode - f2fs_write_inode // inode folio is dirty - f2fs_write_checkpoint - f2fs_flush_merged_writes - f2fs_sync_node_pages - f2fs_flush_nat_entries - f2fs_fsync_node_pages // no dirty node - f2fs_need_inode_block_update // return false SPO and lost 'file A' f2fs_flush_nat_entries() sets the IS_CHECKPOINTED and HAS_LAST_FSYNC flags for the nat_entry, but this does not mean that the checkpoint has actually completed successfully. However, f2fs_need_inode_block_update() checks these flags and incorrectly assumes that the checkpoint has finished. The root cause is that the semantics of IS_CHECKPOINTED and HAS_LAST_FSYNC are only guaranteed after the checkpoint write fully completes. This patch modifies f2fs_need_inode_block_update() to acquire the sbi->node_write lock before reading the nat_entry flags, ensuring that once IS_CHECKPOINTED and HAS_LAST_FSYNC are observed to be set, the checkpoint operation has already completed. 21 Oct

CVE-2025-39782 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: jbd2: prevent softlockup in jbd2_log_do_checkpoint() Both jbd2_log_do_checkpoint() and jbd2_journal_shrink_checkpoint_list() periodically release j_list_lock after processing a batch of buffers to avoid long hold times on the j_list_lock. However, since both functions contend for j_list_lock, the combined time spent waiting and processing can be significant. jbd2_journal_shrink_checkpoint_list() explicitly calls cond_resched() when need_resched() is true to avoid softlockups during prolonged operations. But jbd2_log_do_checkpoint() only exits its loop when need_resched() is true, relying on potentially sleeping functions like __flush_batch() or wait_on_buffer() to trigger rescheduling. If those functions do not sleep, the kernel may hit a softlockup. watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#3 stuck for 156s! CVE-2026-98132 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: don't downgrade half-dead scalar zero spills to STACK_ZERO states.c:__clean_func_state() can downgrade scalar zero spill to STACK_ZERO in the following case: *(u64 *)(r10 - 8) = 0; ... checkpoint ... r1 = *(u32 *)(r10 - 4); ... no reads from r10-8 ... Here 4 bytes at r10-8 are dead and verifier changes scalar spill to a combination: 0000pppp (p stands for poison). Such a change breaks precision propagation chains. All places that produce STACK_ZERO should call bpf_mark_chain_precision() for the zero source. This patch fixes the bug in a simplest way possible: avoids converting stack spills of zero to STACK_ZERO. Two smarter approaches are possible: - do bpf_mark_chain_precision() from __clean_func_state() - check slot liveness information in check_stack_write_fixed_off() I investigated both and the changes required are a bit tricky, hence go with a simple fix for the time being. 19 Oct

CVE-2026-10659 4.7 medium 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The Dhara flash translation layer disk driver (drivers/disk/ftl_dhara.c) implemented the dhara_nand_ callbacks so that, on a flash error, the error code was written unconditionally through the caller-supplied dhara_error_t err pointer (e.g. *err = DHARA_E_ECC in dhara_nand_read, and similar in dhara_nand_erase/prog/copy). The upstream Dhara library calls these callbacks with err == NULL along its journal-resume binary search: find_last_checkblock() invokes find_checkblock(j, mid, &found, NULL), which forwards the NULL pointer into dhara_nand_read(). This path runs during disk_ftl_access_init() -> dhara_map_resume() whenever the FTL disk is mounted/initialised. If a flash read error (uncorrectable ECC, bad block, controller error) occurs on one of the probed checkpoint pages, the driver dereferences and writes to NULL, faulting the kernel (denial of service). The trigger is conditioned on the NAND medium content/health, which can be influenced by media wear, induced faults, or a corrupted/crafted on-flash image. The fix routes all error assignments through the library's NULL-safe dhara_set_error() helper. Affects Zephyr v4.4.0, where the driver was introduced. Sun 25 Oct
