| CVE-2023-48795exploit ×5 | 5.9 medium | 94.0% | openbsd, putty, openssh, filezilla_client | The SSH transport protocol with certain OpenSSH extensions, found in OpenSSH before 9.6 and other products, allows remote attackers to bypass integrity checks such that some packets are omitted (from the extension negotiation message), and a client and server may consequently end up with a connection for which some security features have been downgraded or disabled, aka a Terrapin attack. This occurs because the SSH Binary Packet Protocol (BPP), implemented by these extensions, mishandles the handshake phase and mishandles use of sequence numbers. For example, there is an effective attack against SSH's use of ChaCha20-Poly1305 (and CBC with Encrypt-then-MAC). The bypass occurs in [email protected] and (if CBC is used) the [email protected] MAC algorithms. This also affects Maverick Synergy Java SSH API before 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT, Dropbear through 2022.83, Ssh before 5.1.1 in Erlang/OTP, PuTTY before 0.80, AsyncSSH before 2.14.2, golang.org/x/crypto before 0.17.0, libssh before 0.10.6, libssh2 through 1.11.0, Thorn Tech SFTP Gateway before 3.4.6, Tera Term before 5.1, Paramiko before 3.4.0, jsch before 0.2.15, SFTPGo before 2.5.6, Netgate pfSense Plus through 23.09.1, Netgate pfSense CE through 2.7.2, HPN-SSH through 18.2.0, ProFTPD before 1.3.8b (and before 1.3.9rc2), ORYX CycloneSSH before 2.3.4, NetSarang XShell 7 before Build 0144, CrushFTP before 10.6.0, ConnectBot SSH library before 2.2.22, Apache MINA sshd through 2.11.0, sshj through 0.37.0, TinySSH through 20230101, trilead-ssh2 6401, LANCOM LCOS and LANconfig, FileZilla before 3.66.4, Nova before 11.8, PKIX-SSH before 14.4, SecureCRT before 9.4.3, Transmit5 before 5.10.4, Win32-OpenSSH before 9.5.0.0p1-Beta, WinSCP before 6.2.2, Bitvise SSH Server before 9.32, Bitvise SSH Client before 9.33, KiTTY through 0.76.1.13, the net-ssh gem 7.2.0 for Ruby, the mscdex ssh2 module before 1.15.0 for Node.js, the thrussh library before 0.35.1 for Rust, and the Russh crate before 0.40.2 for Rust. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42559exploit | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | RMCP is an official Rust SDK for the Model Context Protocol. Prior to version 1.4.0, the rmcp crate's Streamable HTTP server transport (crates/rmcp/src/transport/streamable_http_server/) did not validate the incoming Host header. This allowed a malicious public website, via a DNS rebinding attack, to send authenticated requests to an MCP server running on the victim's loopback or private-network interface. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.4.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55642 | 9.8 critical | 1.0% | no CPE yet | dbx is a cross-platform database client for databases. Prior to 0.5.51, dbx-web auth_middleware in crates/dbx-web/src/auth.rs passes every protected request to the handler chain when password_hash is None. A fresh deployment reaches that state when DBX_PASSWORD is unset and no stored password exists, while crates/dbx-web/src/main.rs binds the service to 0.0.0.0 on port 4224 by default. An unauthenticated network attacker can call the /api/connection/connect and /api/query/execute routes to use configured database credentials and execute arbitrary SQL, allowing disclosure, modification, or destruction of data in connected databases. The desktop Tauri application is not affected because it binds only to loopback. This issue is fixed in version 0.5.51. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-113704 | 6.9 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability has been found in a2aproject a2a-rs up to 0.4.3. This affects the function HttpPushSender of the file crates/server/src/push_notification_sender.rs of the component Push Notification Handler. Such manipulation of the argument TaskPushNotificationConfig leads to server-side request forgery. The attack may be launched remotely. The name of the patch is 2ba50176ea9f222d9a7d0f0e8cfe6fae7cf4c224. Applying a patch is advised to resolve this issue. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2026-116095 | 5.5 medium | 1.0% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was identified in smg-project smg 1.7.0/1.8.0/1.9.0/1.10.0/1.10.1. Affected is the function jpeg_turbo::decode_jpeg_rgb of the file crates/multimodal/src/jpeg_turbo.rs of the component llm-multimodal. The manipulation leads to uncontrolled memory allocation. The attack can be initiated remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 1.11.0 is able to address this issue. The identifier of the patch is 8f51b57e219a914089e345b704c3c8de37a3bb8e. It is advisable to upgrade the affected component. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-100406 | 8.2 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | dbt enables data analysts and engineers to transform their data using the same practices that software engineers use to build applications. From 2.0.0-alpha.0 until 2.0.0-alpha.5, dbt docs serve exposes the unauthenticated POST /api/v1/query endpoint in crates/dbt-docs-server/src/handlers/query.rs, which passes caller-supplied SQL to DuckDbViewsBackend::query_arrow() in crates/dbt-index-core/src/backend.rs without authorization or an allowlist. A client that can reach the server can invoke DuckDB filesystem-reading functions to read files available to the dbt process, including files outside the docs index directory. The server binds to localhost by default, but operators can expose it to a network through the host option or DBT_DOCS_HOST setting. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.0-alpha.5. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2026-47261 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | bytecodealliance, wasmtime | Wasmtime is a runtime for WebAssembly. In versions prior to 24.0.9, 36.0.10, and 44.0.2, when a filesystem preopen is given DirPerms::all() and FilePerms::READ without FilePerms::WRITE, this access control mechanism can be bypassed via the wasip2 descriptor.open-at or wasip1 path_open interfaces by opening a file with only the OpenFlags::TRUNCATE oflag. The root cause is that the clause handling OpenFlags::TRUNCATE in crates/wasi/src/filesystem.rs (Dir::open_at, lines 967–969) did not set open_mode |= OpenMode::WRITE;, which is later used for the access control check against FilePerms to determine whether opening the file is permitted; the single-line fix adds that missing assignment, after which the affected calls correctly fail with error-code.not-permitted and ERRNO_PERM respectively. Only wasmtime-wasi embeddings that combine DirPerms::MUTATE with FilePerms::READ are affected by this bug. In particular, the Wasmtime project's wasmtime-cli's use of wasmtime-wasi is not affected, because it always sets FilePerms::all() for all preopens. This issue has been fixed in versions 24.0.9, 36.0.10 and44.0.2. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-52834 | 7.3 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | jxl-oxide is a pure Rust implementation of a JPEG XL decoder. Prior to jxl-grid 0.6.2, decoding a crafted JPEG XL image on a 32-bit platform can overflow length calculations in AlignedGrid::with_alloc_tracker and related grid and subgrid arithmetic. A 65536 x 65536 frame can pass the frame-area limit while overflowing the usize element count, causing modular, VarDCT, or filter rendering paths to allocate a backing buffer smaller than the logical grid. A tiny bitstream-controlled cropped frame combined with a huge canvas or requested region can also reach the vulnerable composition path in crates/jxl-render/src/blend.rs through ordinary render_frame(). Later mutable subgrid and raw-pointer operations can then perform attacker-controlled out-of-bounds writes, causing memory corruption, denial of service, or arbitrary code execution. This issue is fixed in jxl-grid version 0.6.2. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-72718 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | goose is general-purpose AI agent that runs on your machine. Prior to 1.44.0, the `goose review` command runs the system `git` executable to gather the diff for review without stripping attacker-controlled Git configuration. A malicious repository whose `.git/config` sets [`core] fsmonitor = <command>` causes Git to execute that command on the host during the index refresh performed by `git diff HEAD`. The command runs before goose contacts a model and without a submitted prompt, model call, tool approval, or trust prompt. The context-gathering Git process is not sandboxed and is outside goose's tool-permission model. Arbitrary commands run with the privileges and environment of the user running goose, allowing file access or modification and exfiltration of environment secrets and provider API keys. The vulnerable Git invocations are built by git_command() in crates/goose-cli/src/commands/review/handler.rs and are used by touched_files() and collect_diff() for `git diff --name-only HEAD` and `git diff HEAD`. This issue is fixed in version 1.44.0. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107450 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In Stump through 0.1.10, the updateSmartList and deleteSmartList GraphQL mutations (crates/graphql/src/mutation/smart_lists.rs) depend only on the shared AccessSmartList permission and resolve the target list at Reader access (lacking a creator check). Any authenticated user with that permission can overwrite, delete, or take over another user's smart list. (updateSmartList sets creatorId to the caller identity, and can set visibility to PRIVATE, locking out the original owner.) NOTE: this is unrelated to the graphql crate on crates.io. | 8 Oct |
