| CVE-2026-61546 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | AnkiMCP is an Anki addon that implements an MCP server, enabling AI assistants to interact with the Anki flashcard application. Prior to version 0.21.0, `anki_mcp_server/mcp_server.py` globally disables FastMCP DNS-rebinding protection through `TransportSecuritySettings` with `enable_dns_rebinding_protection=False`, including for the default local Streamable HTTP listener. The defaults in `anki_mcp_server/config.py` enable `http_enabled` on `127.0.0.1:3141`, with an empty `http_path` selecting the root endpoint. No bearer token, API key, session secret, strict `Host` allowlist or strict `Origin` allowlist is enforced before `initialize`, `tools/list` and `tools/call` reach MCP dispatch. A victim who visits a malicious web page while Anki and the listener are running can have browser requests rebound to loopback, allowing the attacker to `initialize` MCP, enumerate tools, read the local collection, and perform enabled non-destructive note/deck creation or updates. The attacker needs neither LAN position nor a local process. Available operations depend on enabled tool filters; destructive tools are hidden unless `enabled_destructive_tools` is opted into, limiting deletion-level impact but not the exposed read/write operations. The reported harness confirms real MCP tool dispatch with substituted Anki bridge responses rather than demonstrating destructive changes to a real collection. Disabling protection for tunnels/proxies also disables it for the normal loopback configuration. This issue is fixed in version 0.21.0. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2025-62185 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | ankitects, anki | In Ankitects Anki before 25.02.5, a crafted shared deck can place a YouTube downloader executable in the media folder, and this is executed for a YouTube link in the deck. The executable name could be youtube-dl.exe or yt-dlp.exe or yt-dlp_x86.exe. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-62186 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | ankitects, anki | Ankitects Anki before 25.02.5 allows a crafted shared deck on Windows to execute arbitrary commands when playing audio because of URL scheme mishandling. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-34501 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Deck Mate 2 is distributed with static, hard-coded credentials for the root shell and web user interface, while multiple management services (SSH, HTTP, Telnet, SMB, X11) are enabled by default. If an attacker can reach these interfaces - most often through local or near-local access such as connecting to the USB or Ethernet ports beneath the table - the built-in credentials permit administrative login and full control of the system. Once authenticated, an attacker can access firmware utilities, modify controller software, and establish persistent compromise. Remote attack paths via network, cellular, or telemetry links may exist in specific configurations but generally require additional capabilities or operator error. The vendor reports that USB access has been disabled in current firmware builds. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-34500 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Deck Mate 2's firmware update mechanism accepts packages without cryptographic signature verification, encrypts them with a single hard-coded AES key shared across devices, and uses a truncated HMAC for integrity validation. Attackers with access to the update interface - typically via the unit's USB update port - can craft or modify firmware packages to execute arbitrary code as root, allowing persistent compromise of the device's integrity and deck randomization process. Physical or on-premises access remains the most likely attack path, though network-exposed or telemetry-enabled deployments could theoretically allow remote exploitation if misconfigured. The vendor confirmed that firmware updates have been issued to correct these update-chain weaknesses and that USB update access has been disabled on affected units. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-34502 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Deck Mate 2 lacks a verified secure-boot chain and runtime integrity validation for its controller and display modules. Without cryptographic boot verification, an attacker with physical access can modify or replace the bootloader, kernel, or filesystem and gain persistent code execution on reboot. This weakness allows long-term firmware tampering that survives power cycles. The vendor indicates that more recent firmware updates strengthen update-chain integrity and disable physical update ports to mitigate related attack avenues. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-34503 | 7.0 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Deck Mate 1 executes firmware directly from an external EEPROM without verifying authenticity or integrity. An attacker with physical access can replace or reflash the EEPROM to run arbitrary code that persists across reboots. Because this design predates modern secure-boot or signed-update mechanisms, affected systems should be physically protected or retired from service. The vendor has not indicated that firmware updates are available for this legacy model. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-66548 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | nextcloud, deck | Nextcloud Deck is a kanban style organization tool aimed at personal planning and project organization for teams integrated with Nextcloud. Prior to 1.12.7, 1.14.4, and 1.15.1, file extension can be spoofed by using RTLO characters, tricking users into download files with a different extension than what is displayed. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.12.7, 1.14.4, and 1.15.1. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-108603 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | slide-maker through 5.8.0 contains a path traversal vulnerability in generate_images_openai.py that allows attackers to write image files outside the output directory via manifest-supplied filenames. Attackers can influence deck source material so the image prompt manifest contains ../ or symlinked filenames, creating directories and overwriting existing files at arbitrary paths. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2025-68334 | unscored | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: platform/x86/amd/pmc: Add support for Van Gogh SoC The ROG Xbox Ally (non-X) SoC features a similar architecture to the Steam Deck. While the Steam Deck supports S3 (s2idle causes a crash), this support was dropped by the Xbox Ally which only S0ix suspend. Since the handler is missing here, this causes the device to not suspend and the AMD GPU driver to crash while trying to resume afterwards due to a power hang. | 19 Oct |
