| CVE-2026-49392 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | wazuh | Wazuh is a free and open source platform used for threat prevention, detection, and response. From 4.6.0 until 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta3, DB::getFile() and DB::searchFile() in src/syscheckd/src/db/src/file.cpp concatenate a monitored file path into SQLite row filters. On non-Windows systems, FIMDBCreator::encodeString() does not escape the value. A local user who can create a filename in a File Integrity Monitoring directory can inject a UNION SELECT expression when wazuh-syscheckd processes or deletes that path. The confirmed primitive manipulates SELECT result sets consumed by the FIM code; stacked statements and remote code execution were not demonstrated. This issue is fixed in versions 4.14.6 and 5.0.0-beta3. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-12163 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | fortra, file_integrity_monitoring | Fortra File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), formerly Tripwire Enterprise, versions prior to 9.4.0.1 contain a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the Asset View UI component. An authenticated user with sufficient privileges to create or modify affected node or database configuration fields could store script content that may be rendered as HTML instead of safely escaped text when the affected Asset View UI content is displayed. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-12164 | 4.4 medium | 0.00% | fortra, file_integrity_monitoring | Fortra File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), formerly Tripwire Enterprise, versions prior to 9.4.0 may assign incorrect or elevated effective permissions to users created by the tetool import command while FIM is running, particularly when the import also creates or changes roles or role-permission relationships. | Sun 25 Oct |
