| CVE-2020-36962 | 5.3 medium | 12.0% | tendenci | Tendenci 12.3.1 contains a CSV formula injection vulnerability in the contact form message field that allows attackers to inject malicious formulas during export. Attackers can submit crafted payloads like '=10+20+cmd|' /C calc'!A0' in the message field to trigger arbitrary command execution when the CSV is opened in spreadsheet applications. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-89533 | 9.8 critical | 1.0% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: svcrdma: Fix offset arithmetic in read_chunk_range svc_rdma_read_chunk_range() walks a Read chunk's segment list to build a sub-range starting at byte offset and spanning length bytes for a Position-Zero or Call chunk. Two arithmetic defects in the per-segment loop produce wrong DMA lengths and a u32 underflow: pcl_for_each_segment(segment, chunk) { if (offset > segment->rs_length) { offset -= segment->rs_length; continue; } dummy.rs_handle = segment->rs_handle; dummy.rs_length = min_t(u32, length, segment->rs_length) - offset; dummy.rs_offset = segment->rs_offset + offset; First, the skip predicate uses '>' instead of '>='. When offset equals the segment's full rs_length, the segment is fully consumed and should be skipped, but the loop falls through into the body. The resulting dummy.rs_length is min_t(u32, length, rs_length) - rs_length, which underflows to a near-UINT_MAX u32 when length is smaller than rs_length, or is zero otherwise. Second, the length formula subtracts offset from the min_t() result rather than from segment->rs_length before the cap. For offset > 0 the segment's residual is rs_length - offset, not rs_length, so the cap must be applied to the residual. With the current bracketing, whenever length is smaller than rs_length - offset the per-segment length becomes length - offset instead of length, silently dropping offset bytes from the rebuilt chunk. Combined with the boundary case above it also enables the u32 underflow path, which propagates a huge nr_bvec into svc_rdma_build_read_segment() and a multi-MiB kmalloc_array_node() in svc_rdma_get_rw_ctxt(). Additionally, svc_rdma_read_call_chunk() can invoke this function with length == 0 when the last Read chunk ends exactly at the end of the Call chunk. With the corrected >= predicate, every segment is skipped and the function returns the initial -EINVAL, rejecting a valid request. Return success immediately when length is zero. Also break out of the loop once length is fully consumed to avoid passing zero-length segments to svc_rdma_build_read_segment(). Fix by using '>=' so a fully-consumed segment is skipped, by moving '- offset' inside min_t() so the cap is applied to the segment's residual length, by returning success for zero-length requests, and by stopping iteration when the requested range has been consumed. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2023-47534 | 8.8 high | 1.0% | fortinet, forticlient_endpoint_management_server | A improper neutralization of formula elements in a csv file vulnerability in Fortinet FortiClientEMS 7.2.0 through 7.2.2, FortiClientEMS 7.0.0 through 7.0.10, FortiClientEMS 6.4 all versions, FortiClientEMS 06.02 all versions, FortiClientEMS 6.2 all versions, FortiClientEMS 06.00 all versions, FortiClientEMS 6.0 all versions allows attacker to execute unauthorized code or commands via specially crafted packets. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-85610 | 8.7 high | 1.0% | openpanel-dev, openpanel | OpenPanel before 2.3.0 fails to properly validate chart formula expressions, allowing authenticated project members with read access to execute arbitrary code by recovering the native JavaScript Function constructor through mathjs matrix objects. Attackers can use the recovered constructor to load Node.js built-ins and execute operating system commands with the privileges of the API process, bypassing organization authorization boundaries. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55665 | 8.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Grist is spreadsheet software using Python as its formula language. Prior to 1.7.15, Grist contained two cross-site scripting vulnerabilities where an attacker-controlled value reached a link's href without scheme validation, so a javascript URL could run in a victim's Grist origin on a single click. On the account-selection page, /welcome/select-account used its next query parameter as the account buttons' link target. In document tours, the GristDocTour table's Link_URL column became a clickable button, allowing an editor of a shared document to store a javascript URL there that ran when another user opened the document and clicked the tour link. Because the script runs in the victim's authenticated session, it can call Grist APIs as the victim, reading or modifying data and changing sharing settings and access rules. A document editor could therefore escalate to owner-level access. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.15. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2023-25166 | 6.5 medium | 1.0% | hapi, formula | formula is a math and string formula parser. In versions prior to 3.0.1 crafted user-provided strings to formula's parser might lead to polynomial execution time and a denial of service. Users should upgrade to 3.0.1+. There are no known workarounds for this vulnerability. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-35157 | 9.8 critical | 0.00% | dell, elastic_cloud_storage, objectscale | Dell ECS versions 3.8.1.0 through 3.8.1.7 and Dell ObjectScale versions prior to 4.3.0.0, contains an improper neutralization of formula elements in a CSV File vulnerability in the UI. An unauthenticated attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to remote execution. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5242 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Improper neutralization of formula elements in a CSV file vulnerability in MIA Technology Inc. Pizzy Library allows Code Injection. This issue affects Pizzy Library: from 1.0.0.26250 before 1.3.9.26250. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-31706 | 8.8 high | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ksmbd: validate num_aces and harden ACE walk in smb_inherit_dacl() smb_inherit_dacl() trusts the on-disk num_aces value from the parent directory's DACL xattr and uses it to size a heap allocation: aces_base = kmalloc(sizeof(struct smb_ace) * num_aces * 2, ...); num_aces is a u16 read from le16_to_cpu(parent_pdacl->num_aces) without checking that it is consistent with the declared pdacl_size. An authenticated client whose parent directory's security.NTACL is tampered (e.g. via offline xattr corruption or a concurrent path that bypasses parse_dacl()) can present num_aces = 65535 with minimal actual ACE data. This causes a ~8 MB allocation (not kzalloc, so uninitialized) that the subsequent loop only partially populates, and may also overflow the three-way size_t multiply on 32-bit kernels. Additionally, the ACE walk loop uses the weaker offsetof(struct smb_ace, access_req) minimum size check rather than the minimum valid on-wire ACE size, and does not reject ACEs whose declared size is below the minimum. Reproduced on UML + KASAN + LOCKDEP against the real ksmbd code path. A legitimate mount.cifs client creates a parent directory over SMB (ksmbd writes a valid security.NTACL xattr), then the NTACL blob on the backing filesystem is rewritten to set num_aces = 0xFFFF while keeping the posix_acl_hash bytes intact so ksmbd_vfs_get_sd_xattr()'s hash check still passes. A subsequent SMB2 CREATE of a child under that parent drives smb2_open() into smb_inherit_dacl() (share has "vfs objects = acl_xattr" set), which fails the page allocator: WARNING: mm/page_alloc.c:5226 at __alloc_frozen_pages_noprof+0x46c/0x9c0 Workqueue: ksmbd-io handle_ksmbd_work __alloc_frozen_pages_noprof+0x46c/0x9c0 ___kmalloc_large_node+0x68/0x130 __kmalloc_large_node_noprof+0x24/0x70 __kmalloc_noprof+0x4c9/0x690 smb_inherit_dacl+0x394/0x2430 smb2_open+0x595d/0xabe0 handle_ksmbd_work+0x3d3/0x1140 With the patch applied the added guard rejects the tampered value with -EINVAL before any large allocation runs, smb2_open() falls back to smb2_create_sd_buffer(), and the child is created with a default SD. No warning, no splat. Fix by: 1. Validating num_aces against pdacl_size using the same formula applied in parse_dacl(). 2. Replacing the raw kmalloc(sizeof * num_aces * 2) with kmalloc_array(num_aces * 2, sizeof(...)) for overflow-safe allocation. 3. Tightening the per-ACE loop guard to require the minimum valid ACE size (offsetof(smb_ace, sid) + CIFS_SID_BASE_SIZE) and rejecting under-sized ACEs, matching the hardening in smb_check_perm_dacl() and parse_dacl(). v1 -> v2: - Replace the synthetic test-module splat in the changelog with a real-path UML + KASAN reproduction driven through mount.cifs and SMB2 CREATE; Namjae flagged the kcifs3_test_inherit_dacl_old name in v1 since it does not exist in ksmbd. - Drop the commit-hash citation from the code comment per Namjae's review; keep the parse_dacl() pointer. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2026-19754 | 8.6 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Baserow versions 2.2.0 through 2.3.3 contain an SQL injection vulnerability in the index() formula function. A low-privileged authenticated user who can create or modify Formula fields can provide an undocumented fourth argument that is treated as a SQL template and interpolated directly into a PostgreSQL expression. The generated SQL executes through Baserow's database connection with the Baserow PostgreSQL role permissions, allowing data outside the user's workspace permissions to be read or modified. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-40614 | 8.5 high | 0.00% | pjsip | PJSIP is a free and open source multimedia communication library written in C. In 2.16 and earlier, there is a buffer overflow when decoding Opus audio frames due to insufficient buffer size validation in the Opus codec decode path. The FEC decode buffers (dec_frame[].buf) were allocated based on a PCM-derived formula: (sample_rate/1000) * 60 * channel_cnt * 2. At 8 kHz mono this yields only 960 bytes, but codec_parse() can output encoded frames up to MAX_ENCODED_PACKET_SIZE (1280) bytes via opus_repacketizer_out_range(). The three pj_memcpy() calls in codec_decode() copied input->size bytes without bounds checking, causing a heap buffer overflow. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-104078 | 8.4 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Obsidian Desktop before 1.14.0 contains a filter bypass vulnerability in the bundled MathJax 3.2.2 Safe component that allows attackers to execute arbitrary code by embedding a crafted \href value with a TAB byte in the URL scheme, causing filterURL to produce an empty protocol that bypasses the configured safeProtocols restrictions. Attackers can craft a note containing a malicious MathJax formula that renders as a javascript: URL anchor, which when clicked by the victim in Live Preview executes in the Node-integration-enabled vault renderer via require('child_process'), achieving arbitrary operating system command execution as the desktop user. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55659 | 7.7 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Grist is spreadsheet software using Python as its formula language. Prior to 1.7.15, several server-rendered Grist pages embedded user-controlled values into the page and into inline scripts without fully escaping them, allowing cross-site scripting. On the main application page, a document's name or description, set by a document editor, is rendered into the page that other users load when opening the document. On the OAuth2 end-of-flow page, the openerOrigin request parameter was reflected back into the served page. Injected script runs in the victim's Grist origin and can act through the authenticated session, reading or modifying data and changing sharing settings and access rules. A document editor could therefore escalate to owner-level access. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.15. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-118037 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In Progress® Telerik® Document Processing Libraries prior to version 2026.3.1027, uncontrolled recursion, infinite loop, unchecked loop condition and inefficient regular expression vulnerabilities in RadSpreadProcessing and RadSpreadStreamProcessing allow an unauthenticated attacker to terminate or hang the host process via a crafted XLSX or XLS workbook or formula. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2025-51735 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | hcltech, unica | CSV formula injection vulnerability in HCL Technologies Ltd. Unica 12.0.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-33710 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | chamilo, chamilo_lms | Chamilo LMS is a learning management system. Prior to 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3, REST API keys are generated using md5(time() + (user_id * 5) - rand(10000, 10000)). The rand(10000, 10000) call always returns exactly 10000 (min == max), making the formula effectively md5(timestamp + user_id*5 - 10000). An attacker who knows a username and approximate key creation time can brute-force the API key. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107216 | 7.5 high | 0.00% | excelize | Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.8.1 to 2.11.0, ANCHORARRAY recursively calls the exported CalcCellValue function, creating a fresh calculation context at each cycle and bypassing in-flight and iteration controls. ANCHORARRAY calls CalcCellValue instead of cellResolver, so each recursive hop receives a new calcContext and loses cycle state. When mutually referencing dynamic-array formulas are evaluated directly or through formula-evaluating APIs, each recursion hop resets the cycle budget and prevents completion-based caches from breaking the cycle, allowing an attacker to cause a fatal Go stack overflow and abort the process. No fixed version is available as of this review. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-63920 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ipv6: validate extension header length before copying to cmsg ip6_datagram_recv_specific_ctl() builds IPV6_{HOPOPTS,DSTOPTS,RTHDR} cmsgs (and their IPV6_2292* legacy counterparts) by trusting the on-wire hdrlen byte (ptr[1]) when computing the put_cmsg() length. The length was validated only at parse time (ipv6_parse_hopopts(), etc.). An nftables payload-write expression can rewrite hdrlen after parsing and before the skb reaches recvmsg; the write itself is in-bounds but put_cmsg() then reads up to ((hdrlen+1) << 3) = 2040 bytes from an 8-byte header. nftables is reachable from an unprivileged user namespace, so this is an unprivileged slab-out-of-bounds read: BUG: KASAN: slab-out-of-bounds in put_cmsg+0x3ac/0x540 put_cmsg+0x3ac/0x540 udpv6_recvmsg+0xca0/0x1250 sock_recvmsg+0xdf/0x190 ____sys_recvmsg+0x1b1/0x620 Add ipv6_get_exthdr_len() which validates that at least two bytes are accessible before reading the hdrlen field, then checks the computed length against skb_tail_pointer(skb), returning 0 on failure. Extension headers are kept in the linear skb area by pskb_may_pull() during input, so skb_tail_pointer() is the correct bound. Use ipv6_get_exthdr_len() at all non-AH call sites: the five standalone cmsg blocks (HbH, 2292HbH, 2292DSTOPTS x2, 2292RTHDR) and the three standard cases in the extension-header walk loop (DSTOPTS, ROUTING, default). AH retains an inline bounds check because its length formula differs ((ptr[1]+2)<<2). The walk loop also gets a pre-read bounds check at the top to validate ptr before any case accesses ptr[0] or ptr[1]. When the walk loop detects a corrupted header, return from the function instead of continuing to process later socket options. | Tue 27 Oct |
| CVE-2025-62496 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | quickjs_project, quickjs | A vulnerability exists in the QuickJS engine's BigInt string parsing logic (js_bigint_from_string) when attempting to create a BigInt from a string with an excessively large number of digits. The function calculates the necessary number of bits (n_bits) required to store the BigInt using the formula: $$\text{n\_bits} = (\text{n\_digits} \times 27 + 7) / 8 \quad (\text{for radix 10})$$ * For large input strings (e.g., $79,536,432$ digits or more for base 10), the intermediate calculation $(\text{n\_digits} \times 27 + 7)$ exceeds the maximum value of a standard signed 32-bit integer, resulting in an Integer Overflow. * The resulting n_bits value becomes unexpectedly small or even negative due to this wrap-around. * This flawed n_bits is then used to compute n_limbs, the number of memory "limbs" needed for the BigInt object. Since n_bits is too small, the calculated n_limbs is also significantly underestimated. * The function proceeds to allocate a JSBigInt object using this underestimated n_limbs. * When the function later attempts to write the actual BigInt data into the allocated object, the small buffer size is quickly exceeded, leading to a Heap Out-of-Bounds Write as data is written past the end of the allocated r->tab array. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-62417 | 7.1 high | 0.00% | webkul, bagisto | Bagisto is an open source laravel eCommerce platform. When product data that begins with a spreadsheet formula character (for example =, +, -, or @) is accepted and later exported or saved into a CSV and opened in spreadsheet software, the spreadsheet will interpret that cell as a formula. This allows an attacker to supply a CSV field (e.g., product name) that contains a formula which may be evaluated by a victim’s spreadsheet application — potentially leading to data exfiltration and remote command execution (via older Excel exploits / OLE/cmd constructs or Excel macros). This vulnerability is fixed in 2.3.8. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107222 | 6.5 medium | 0.00% | excelize | Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.7.0 to 2.11.0, conditional-format extraction indexes required child slices or dereferences an optional colorScale child without validating malformed rule structure. GetConditionalFormats reaches extractCondFmtCellIs and also indexes ColorScale.Cfvo, DataBar.Cfvo, and DataBar.Color without complete structural checks. When a crafted worksheet supplies a cellIs, dataBar, or colorScale rule missing expected children and the application calls GetConditionalFormats, missing formula, color, value-object, or colorScale data reaches an out-of-range index or nil dereference, allowing an attacker to panic and terminate an unprotected process. No fixed version is available as of this review. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54243 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Statamic is a Laravel and Git powered content management system (CMS). Prior to 5.73.24 and 6.20.1, form submission values in src/Forms/Exporters/CsvExporter.php were not neutralized for spreadsheet formula characters when exported to CSV. A submission containing a value beginning with a formula trigger character, such as =, +, -, or @, could be interpreted as a live formula when a Control Panel user opens the export in a spreadsheet application. Form submissions can come from unauthenticated front-end visitors, so the malicious value can be supplied by an anonymous user and is later triggered by an editor opening the export. This issue is fixed in versions 5.73.24 and 6.20.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-93581 | 6.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | User-controlled values are not sufficiently neutralized when included in CSV exports. Values originating from user input, including data submitted by authenticated users or received through external communication channels such as email, may be stored in fields that are later included in CSV exports. An attacker can therefore inject values beginning with spreadsheet formula characters such as =, +, -, or @. An attacker does not necessarily require an authenticated account if the affected field can be populated through an external input channel such as incoming email. When an affected CSV file is opened in spreadsheet software, the application may interpret these values as formulas instead of plain text. Depending on the spreadsheet application and its security configuration, a malicious formula may cause unintended actions, disclose information, or invoke external functionality. Exploitation may require the user opening the exported CSV file to confirm one or more security warning dialogs. The vulnerability does not execute code on the OTRS server; any additional impact occurs in the spreadsheet application used to process the exported file. This issue affects OTRS: * 7.0.X * 8.0.X * 2023.X * 2024.X * 2025.X * 2026.X before 2026.7.X Please note that ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6.x and before are vulnerable. Products based on the ((OTRS)) Community Edition also very likely to be affected | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2025-62493 | 5.9 medium | 0.00% | quickjs_project, quickjs | A vulnerability exists in the QuickJS engine's BigInt string conversion logic (js_bigint_to_string1) due to an incorrect calculation of the required number of digits, which in turn leads to reading memory past the allocated BigInt structure. * The function determines the number of characters (n_digits) needed for the string representation by calculating: $$ \\ \text{n\_digits} = (\text{n\_bits} + \text{log2\_radix} - 1) / \text{log2\_radix}$$ $$$$This formula is off-by-one in certain edge cases when calculating the necessary memory limbs. For instance, a 127-bit BigInt using radix 32 (where $\text{log2\_radix}=5$) is calculated to need $\text{n\_digits}=26$. * The maximum number of bits actually stored is $\text{n\_bits}=127$, which requires only two 64-bit limbs ($\text{JS\_LIMB\_BITS}=64$). * The conversion loop iterates $\text{n\_digits}=26$ times, attempting to read 5 bits in each iteration, totaling $26 \times 5 = 130$ bits. * In the final iterations of the loop, the code attempts to read data that spans two limbs: C c = (r->tab[pos] >> shift) | (r->tab[pos + 1] << (JS_LIMB_BITS - shift)); * Since the BigInt was only allocated two limbs, the read operation for r->tab[pos + 1] becomes an Out-of-Bounds Read when pos points to the last valid limb (e.g., $pos=1$). This vulnerability allows an attacker to cause the engine to read and process data from the memory immediately following the BigInt buffer. This can lead to Information Disclosure of sensitive data stored on the heap adjacent to the BigInt object. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-37984 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: crypto: ecdsa - Harden against integer overflows in DIV_ROUND_UP() Herbert notes that DIV_ROUND_UP() may overflow unnecessarily if an ecdsa implementation's ->key_size() callback returns an unusually large value. Herbert instead suggests (for a division by 8): X / 8 + !!(X & 7) Based on this formula, introduce a generic DIV_ROUND_UP_POW2() macro and use it in lieu of DIV_ROUND_UP() for ->key_size() return values. Additionally, use the macro in ecc_digits_from_bytes(), whose "nbytes" parameter is a ->key_size() return value in some instances, or a user-specified ASN.1 length in the case of ecdsa_get_signature_rs(). | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2022-50167 | 5.5 medium | 0.00% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: fix potential 32-bit overflow when accessing ARRAY map element If BPF array map is bigger than 4GB, element pointer calculation can overflow because both index and elem_size are u32. Fix this everywhere by forcing 64-bit multiplication. Extract this formula into separate small helper and use it consistently in various places. Speculative-preventing formula utilizing index_mask trick is left as is, but explicit u64 casts are added in both places. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-8357 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | LibreOffice Calc compiles cell formulas when opening a spreadsheet. A heap buffer overflow existed when compiling a very long formula made up of many opening tokens. The array that tracks nesting depth was allocated one element too small for that worst case, so such a formula wrote one element past its end. In fixed versions the array is sized to hold the largest possible nesting. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55154 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | EspoCRM is an open source customer relationship management application. Prior to 9.3.9, application/Espo/Tools/Export/Format/Csv/Processor.php, application/Espo/Tools/Export/Format/Xlsx/OpenSpoutProcessor.php, and application/Espo/Tools/Export/Format/Xlsx/PhpSpreadsheetProcessor.php inspect only the first byte in sanitizeCellValue(). An authenticated low-privileged user can store a free-text value whose formula trigger is preceded by whitespace or a control character, causing CSV or XLSX export to omit the leading single-quote formula-neutralization prefix. When a privileged user opens the exported file and accepts applicable spreadsheet security prompts, spreadsheet software can ignore the whitespace or control-character prefix and evaluate the cell as a formula, permitting outbound data disclosure and, on legacy configurations with DDE enabled, command execution. This issue is fixed in version 9.3.9. | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-102799 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Joomla Extension - icagenda.com - CSV formula injection in the registrations export in iCagenda 3.5.0 to 4.0.16 | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-39424 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | maxkb | MaxKB is an open-source AI assistant for enterprise. In versions 2.7.1 and below, the chat export feature is vulnerable to Improper Neutralization of Formula Elements in a CSV File. When an administrator exports the application chat history to an Excel file (.xlsx) via the /admin/api/workspace/{workspace_id}/application/{application_id}/chat/export endpoint, strings starting with formula characters are written directly without proper sanitization. Opening this file in spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel can lead to Arbitrary Code Execution (RCE) on the administrator's workstation via Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE). The issue is a variant of CVE-2025-4546, which fixed the exact same pattern in apps/dataset/serializers/document_serializers.py but missed the application chat export sink. This issue has been fixed in version 2.8.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107218 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | excelize | Excelize is a Go language library for reading and writing Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. From 2.10.1 to 2.11.0, RIGHT validates the requested length with UTF-16 code-unit counts but slices a rune array using Unicode code-point counts. RIGHT reaches leftRight through CalcCellValue, where countUTF16String validates one unit but utf8.RuneCountInString supplies the slice index in another. When RIGHT evaluates supplementary-plane text with a requested character count between the rune count and UTF-16 code-unit count, the inconsistent units produce a negative rune-slice index, allowing an attacker to panic during formula evaluation. No fixed version is available as of this review. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2026-67310 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OpenRemote (org.openremote:openremote) versions <= 1.26.2 contain an insecure direct object reference vulnerability in the setAssetLinks endpoint of AlarmResourceImpl. The realm access check validates only a single realm obtained via realms.stream().findFirst() on a HashSet of realms from the request, rather than all realms. Because HashSet iteration order is non-deterministic, an authenticated attacker who includes alarm-asset links from both their own realm and a victim realm can, with roughly 50% probability per request (retryable), persist cross-tenant links and disclose victim asset names (returned via @Formula fields) through GET requests on the attacker's own alarm. Fixed in 1.27.0. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2025-11498 | 5.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | An Improper Neutralization of Formula Elements in a CSV File vulnerability exists in System Diagnostics Manager (SDM) of B&R Automation Runtime versions before 6.4 enabling a remote attacker to inject formula data into a generated CSV file. The exploitation of this vulnerability requires the attacker to create a malicious link. The user would need to click on this link, after which the resulting CSV file addi-tionally needs to be manually opened. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-67187 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Ninja Forms plugin for WordPress before 3.15.4 contains an incomplete server-side validation vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to submit arbitrary values to Checkbox List, Multi-Select List, Image List, Country, and State fields because NF_Abstracts_List falls through to a validate() method that only checks required-field presence. Attackers can submit crafted formula payloads through the unauthenticated nf_ajax_submit endpoint that bypass CSV escaping applied only to Textbox and Textarea fields, resulting in CSV injection when an administrator downloads and opens the exported submissions file. | Wed 28 Oct |
| CVE-2026-12862 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Untrusted user data was passed verbatim to Excel exports for administrators. This allowed formula injection which can be used to compromise the environment of the user loading the file or other data in the file. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-18738 | 5.1 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Shlink versions 5.0.0 through 5.1.5 contain a CSV formula injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated remote attackers to plant spreadsheet formulas into exported visit data by supplying malicious values in User-Agent, Referer, or request path headers beginning with formula-triggering characters such as =, +, -, or @. Attackers can craft a single unauthenticated request against any short URL to embed DDE or WEBSERVICE formula payloads into CSV cells, which are then executed on an administrator's client machine when the exported CSV file is opened in a spreadsheet application that evaluates formulas. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55452 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | snipeitapp, snipe-it | Snipe-IT is an IT asset/license management system. Prior to 8.5.0, Actionlog::logaction() stores the request User-Agent header and ReportsController::postActivityReport() writes that value to the Activity Report CSV without formula escaping, allowing a low-privileged authenticated user to store a formula-like User-Agent that may execute when a report viewer opens the exported CSV in spreadsheet software. This issue is fixed in version 8.5.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-46672 | 4.6 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Actual is a local-first personal finance app. Prior to 26.6.0, @actual-app/cli ships a hand-rolled CSV serializer in packages/cli/src/output.ts used whenever the global --format csv option is passed, whose escapeCsv helper only handles RFC 4180 delimiter, quote, and newline escaping and does not neutralize standard CSV formula-injection prefixes. Any CLI command that streams an object array containing user-controlled strings, including transactions list, accounts list, payees list, categories list, tags list, category-groups list, rules list, schedules list, and query, can emit cells that auto-evaluate when the resulting CSV is opened in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets, enabling data exfiltration and arbitrary formula execution. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-86020 | 4.6 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Part-DB is an open source inventory management system for electronic components. Prior to version 2.13.2, Part-DB contains a spreadsheet formula injection vulnerability in the part import/export workflow. An authenticated user with permission to import parts can import a CSV file containing formula-prefixed values, such as =1+1, into user-controlled part fields. When the affected part is later exported as an XLSX spreadsheet, Part-DB writes the attacker-controlled value using PhpSpreadsheet's setCellValue() method without neutralising spreadsheet formula characters. As a result, the exported XLSX file contains an executable spreadsheet formula cell rather than a plain text value. If another user exports and opens the spreadsheet, the formula may be evaluated by their spreadsheet software. This issue has been patched in version 2.13.2. | Fri 23 Oct |
| CVE-2026-55664 | 4.3 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Grist is spreadsheet software using Python as its formula language. Prior to 1.7.15, the GET /forms endpoint read table and column metadata without applying the document's access rules and did not check that the requested section was actually a form. A user with only partial read access, including public access on a publicly viewable document, could request the metadata of any widget and reveal table and column structure that access rules would otherwise hide, even in documents that contain no forms. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.15. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-50179 | 4.2 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Actual is a local-first personal finance tool. Prior to 26.6.0, exportToCSV and exportQueryToCSV in packages/loot-core/src/server/transactions/export/export-to-csv.ts pass user-controlled Payee, Notes, Account, and Category strings to csv-stringify with no cast callback and no formula-prefix neutralization. Strings that begin with equals sign, plus, minus, at sign, tab, or carriage return survive verbatim into the exported CSV, and when a recipient opens the file in Excel, LibreOffice Calc, or Google Sheets, the strings are interpreted as formulas, enabling transaction data exfiltration and attacker-chosen spreadsheet display values. This issue is fixed in version 26.6.0. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2026-108579 | 2.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OpenPanel through 2.3.0 contains a CSV formula injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated attackers to embed spreadsheet formulas by supplying crafted profile IDs to the /track endpoint. Attackers can send tracking events with profile IDs like =HYPERLINK(...) matching a cohort, so exported cohort CSVs execute formulas that exfiltrate adjacent cell data. | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-109396 | 2.3 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Thelia before 3.1.2 and 3.2.x before 3.2.1 contains a CSV formula injection vulnerability that allows unauthenticated visitors to inject spreadsheet formulas by supplying crafted registration, checkout or newsletter fields. Attackers can submit names, addresses or phone values starting with =, +, - or @ that CSVSerializer exports verbatim, executing formulas in the administrator's spreadsheet application. | 13 Oct |
| CVE-2025-9608 | 2.1 low | 0.00% | portabilis, i-educar | A vulnerability has been found in Portabilis i-Educar up to 2.10. This affects an unknown part of the file /module/FormulaMedia/view of the component Formula de Cálculo de Média Page. The manipulation of the argument ID leads to sql injection.
