| CVE-2026-59774exploit ×4 | 9.8 critical | 28.0% | no CPE yet | Gitea's Org-mode markup renderer processes INCLUDE directives supplied to the repository markup endpoint without preventing access to server-side files. An unauthenticated attacker can use a suitable public repository to read files accessible to the Gitea service account. If the disclosed files include app.ini and its INTERNAL_TOKEN, the attacker can chain the disclosure with internal logger access to modify a Git hook and execute commands as the Gitea service account. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-46420exploit | 9.8 critical | 2.0% | shivammathur, setup_php | setup-php is a GitHub action to set up PHP with extensions, php.ini configuration, coverage drivers, and tools. From 2.25.0 prior to 2.37.1, shivammathur/setup-php resolves the PHP version from repository-controlled files such as .php-version, composer.lock through platform-overrides.php, and composer.json through config.platform.php, and insufficiently constrains those values before incorporating them into generated shell or PowerShell setup scripts, allowing command injection on a GitHub Actions runner when workflows such as pull_request_target check out attacker-controlled contents before invoking setup-php. This issue is fixed in version 2.37.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107806exploit | 9.4 critical | 1.0% | nginxui, nginx_ui | Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. From 2.3.8 until 2.5.0, an authenticated administrator with an active secure session can submit attacker-controlled portable backup key material and a matching manifest to POST /api/restore. The restore flow trusts the supplied key, decrypts attacker-controlled contents, and replaces the live app.ini, including protected nginx command settings such as TestConfigCmd. Triggering POST /api/nginx/test then executes the restored command in the Nginx UI runtime context, affecting confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This issue is fixed in version 2.5.0. | 20 Oct |
| CVE-2017-5674 | 9.8 critical | 22.0% | embedthis, goahead | A vulnerability in a custom-built GoAhead web server used on Foscam, Vstarcam, and multiple white-label IP camera models allows an attacker to craft a malformed HTTP ("GET system.ini HTTP/1.1\n\n" - note the lack of "/" in the path field of the request) request that will disclose the configuration file with the login password. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2020-7788 | 9.8 critical | 4.0% | ini_project, debian, ini, debian_linux | This affects the package ini before 1.3.6. If an attacker submits a malicious INI file to an application that parses it with ini.parse, they will pollute the prototype on the application. This can be exploited further depending on the context. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2024-35845 | 9.1 critical | 1.0% | linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: wifi: iwlwifi: dbg-tlv: ensure NUL termination The iwl_fw_ini_debug_info_tlv is used as a string, so we must ensure the string is terminated correctly before using it. | 15 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42238 | 9.0 critical | 1.0% | nginxui, nginx_ui | Nginx UI is a web user interface for the Nginx web server. Prior to version 2.3.8, nginx-ui exposes a backup restore endpoint (POST /api/restore) that is completely unauthenticated during the first 10 minutes after process startup on any fresh installation. An unauthenticated remote attacker can upload a crafted backup archive that overwrites the application's configuration file (app.ini) and SQLite database. Because the attacker controls the restored app.ini, they can inject an arbitrary OS command into the TestConfigCmd setting. After the application automatically restarts to apply the restored config, a single follow-up request triggers that command as the user running nginx-ui — typically root in Docker deployments. This issue has been patched in version 2.3.8. | Sun 25 Oct |
| CVE-2021-48015 | 8.7 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | JeeWMS before commit 0a610e8 contains an unauthenticated path traversal vulnerability that allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files via the dbPath parameter. Attackers can send GET requests to /systemController/showOrDownByurl.do with ../ sequences in dbPath, which bypasses AuthInterceptor, to retrieve files like win.ini. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-17. | 22 Oct |
| CVE-2026-42845 | 7.7 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | The form plugin for Grav adds the ability to create and use forms. Prior to 9.1.0 , there is an unauthenticated page-content overwrite via file upload (GHSA-w4rc-p66m-x6qq). Public form uploads now strip path components from the POST-supplied filename and hard-block page-content extensions (`md`, `yaml`, `yml`, `json`, `twig`, `ini`) regardless of the configurable dangerous-extensions list. A permissive `accept` policy combined with the default `destination: self@` could otherwise let an attacker overwrite the page's own `.md` and pivot to super-admin via a `process: save` action. This vulnerability is fixed in 9.1.0. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111222 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | pfsense | Netgate pfSense CE through 2.9.0 contains a php.ini injection vulnerability that allows authenticated users with General Setup privileges to inject directives by submitting an unvalidated timezone value. Attackers can embed a quote and newline to add auto_prepend_file pointing at /var/db/zoneinfo, executing PHP as root after php.ini is regenerated at boot or php-fpm restart. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2026-64048 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | linux, linux_kernel | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net/smc: reject CHID-0 ACCEPT that matches an empty ism_dev slot On the SMC-D client, slot 0 of ini->ism_dev[]/ini->ism_chid[] is reserved for an SMC-Dv1 device. smc_find_ism_v2_device_clnt() populates V2 entries starting at index 1, so when no V1 device is selected slot 0 is left in its kzalloc()'ed state with ism_dev[0] == NULL and ism_chid[0] == 0. smc_v2_determine_accepted_chid() then matches the peer's CHID against the array starting from index 0 using the CHID alone. A malicious peer replying to a SMC-Dv2-only proposal with d1.chid == 0 matches the empty slot, ini->ism_selected becomes 0, and the subsequent ism_dev[0]->lgr_lock dereference in smc_conn_create() faults at offsetof(struct smcd_dev, lgr_lock) == 0x68: BUG: KASAN: null-ptr-deref in _raw_spin_lock_bh+0x79/0xe0 Write of size 4 at addr 0000000000000068 by task exploit/144 Call Trace: _raw_spin_lock_bh smc_conn_create (net/smc/smc_core.c:1997) __smc_connect (net/smc/af_smc.c:1447) smc_connect (net/smc/af_smc.c:1720) __sys_connect __x64_sys_connect do_syscall_64 Require ism_dev[i] to be non-NULL before accepting a CHID match. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-58760 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | tautulli | Tautulli is a Python based monitoring and tracking tool for Plex Media Server. The `/image` API endpoint in Tautulli v2.15.3 and earlier is vulnerable to path traversal, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the application server's filesystem. In Tautulli, the `/image` API endpoint is used to serve static images from the application's data directory to users. This endpoint can be accessed without authentication, and its intended purpose is for server background images and icons within the user interface. Attackers can exfiltrate files from the application file system, including the `tautulli.db` SQLite database containing active JWT tokens, as well as the `config.ini` file which contains the hashed admin password, the JWT token secret, and the Plex Media Server token and connection details. If the password is cracked, or if a valid JWT token is present in the database, an unauthenticated attacker can escalate their privileges to obtain administrative control over the application. Version 2.16.0 contains a fix for the issue. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2025-58761 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | tautulli | Tautulli is a Python based monitoring and tracking tool for Plex Media Server. The `real_pms_image_proxy` endpoint in Tautulli v2.15.3 and prior is vulnerable to path traversal, allowing unauthenticated attackers to read arbitrary files from the application server's filesystem. The `real_pms_image_proxy` is used to fetch an image directly from the backing Plex Media Server. The image to be fetched is specified through an `img` URL parameter, which can either be a URL or a file path. There is some validation ensuring that `img` begins with the prefix `interfaces/default/images` in order to be served from the local filesystem. However this can be bypassed by passing an `img` parameter which begins with a valid prefix, and then adjoining path traversal characters in order to reach files outside of intended directories. An attacker can exfiltrate files on the application file system, including the `tautulli.db` SQLite database containing active JWT tokens, as well as the `config.ini` file which contains the hashed admin password, the JWT token secret, and the Plex Media Server token and connection details. If the password is cracked, or if a valid JWT token is present in the database, an unauthenticated attacker can escalate their privileges to obtain administrative control over the application. Version 2.16.0 contains a fix for the issue. | 19 Oct |
| CVE-2026-95124 | 7.5 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | Buffer Overflow vulnerability in madmurphy libconfini v.1.16.4 allows a remote attacker to cause a denial of service via an allocation-size mismatch between its bundled load_ini_buffer utility and strip_ini_cache() | 16 Oct |
| CVE-2026-44978 | 5.3 medium | 1.0% | neutrinolabs, xrdp | xrdp is an open source RDP server. Versions 0.10.6 and prior contain a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability within the FIPS-specific receive paths. This vulnerability does not affect the default configuration of xrdp. The vulnerability is only exploitable when the security layer is set to security_layer=negotiate or security_layer=rdp, and the crypto level is changed to crypt_level=fips in xrdp.ini. In this specific non-default mode, the server fails to validate the FIPS padding length field, leading to a pointer underflow and a subsequent negative length calculation. An unauthenticated remote attacker can exploit this by sending a crafted FIPS-protected PDU, causing a heap out-of-bounds read that results in a process crash and denial of service (DoS). However, since xrdp forks a new process for each connection by default, an out-of-bounds read causing a process crash is unlikely to bring down the entire xrdp service. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-32105 | 9.3 critical | 0.00% | neutrinolabs, xrdp | xrdp is an open source RDP server. In versions through 0.10.5, xrdp does not implement verification for the Message Authentication Code (MAC) signature of encrypted RDP packets when using the "Classic RDP Security" layer. While the sender correctly generates signatures, the receiving logic lacks the necessary implementation to validate the 8-byte integrity signature, causing it to be silently ignored. An unauthenticated attacker with man-in-the-middle (MITM) capabilities can exploit this missing check to modify encrypted traffic in transit without detection. It does not affect connections where the TLS security layer is enforced. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6. If users are unable to immediately upgrade, they should configure xrdp.ini to enforce TLS security (security_layer=tls) to ensure end-to-end integrity. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2025-34196 | 9.3 critical | 0.00% | vasion, virtual_appliance_application, virtual_appliance_host | Vasion Print (formerly PrinterLogic) Virtual Appliance Host versions prior to 25.1.102 and Application prior to 25.1.1413 (Windows client deployments) contain a hardcoded private key for the PrinterLogic Certificate Authority (CA) and a hardcoded password in product configuration files. The Windows client ships the CA certificate and its associated private key (and other sensitive settings such as a configured password) directly in shipped configuration files (for example clientsettings.dat and defaults.ini). An attacker who obtains these files can impersonate the CA, sign arbitrary certificates trusted by the Windows client, intercept or decrypt TLS-protected communications, and otherwise perform man-in-the-middle or impersonation attacks against the product's network communications. This vulnerability has been identified by the vendor as: V-2022-001 — Configuration File Contains CA & Private Key. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2026-54209 | 8.9 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Tobit Laboratories AG TeamDavid's Webbox application handles password changes using a function triggered by including the string "(editini)" in the file path, writing the new password to the specified "Archive.ini" file. However, the application does not verify that the provided path actually refers to an "Archive.ini" file. If an attacker specifies a different file with excessive size, a buffer overflow occurs. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to crash the server, resulting in denial of service. This issue affects TeamDavid before Rollout 528. Starting with Rollout 528 (June 30, 2026), the affected functionality is disabled by default and the vulnerabilities are therefore no longer exposed through this functionality. | Sat 24 Oct |
| CVE-2026-41570 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | phpunit_project, phpunit | PHPUnit is a testing framework for PHP. In versions 12.5.21 and 13.1.5, PHPUnit forwards PHP INI settings to child processes (used for isolated/PHPT test execution) as -d name=value command-line arguments without neutralizing INI metacharacters. Because PHP's INI parser interprets " as a string delimiter, ; as the start of a comment, and most importantly a newline as a directive separator, a value containing a newline is parsed by the child process as multiple INI directives. An attacker able to influence a single INI value can therefore inject arbitrary additional directives into the child's configuration, including auto_prepend_file, extension, disable_functions, open_basedir, and others. Setting auto_prepend_file to an attacker-controlled path yields remote code execution in the child process. This issue has been patched in versions 12.5.22 and 13.1.6. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107573 | 7.8 high | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Incorrect default permissions in the Windows installer of Progressive Robot hMailServer 6.0.0 through 6.3.5 allow a local authenticated user to read the mail server's data. The installer created the data, log, temp, database and event folders and the hMailServer.INI configuration file with the permissions inherited from the installation folder, by default under Program Files, which give the local Users group read access. Any user who can sign in to the computer could read every stored message, the logs, the built-in database with the accounts' password hashes whenever the service is stopped, and the configuration file, including the database password, which is sealed only with the machine's DPAPI key and can be unsealed by any local account; with an external database that password gives full control of it. The Linux AppImage of 6.3.0 through 6.3.5 likewise created its per-user data folders readable by other local users. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-111130 | 6.9 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | OpenSlide through 4.0.1 contains a heap out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the MIRAX reader that allows attackers to read past the slide_positions array via crafted Slidedat.ini values. Attackers can supply a MIRAX slide whose CameraImageDivisionsPerSide does not evenly divide the image counts, crashing applications that open it and corrupting tile geometry. | 21 Oct |
| CVE-2026-32624 | 6.3 medium | 0.00% | neutrinolabs, xrdp | xrdp is an open source RDP server. Versions through 0.10.5 contain a heap-based buffer overflow vulnerability in its logon processing. In environments where domain_user_separator is configured in xrdp.ini, an unauthenticated remote attacker can send a crafted, excessively long username and domain name to overflow the internal buffer. This can corrupt adjacent memory regions, potentially leading to a Denial of Service (DoS) or unexpected behavior. The domain_name_separator directive is commented out by default, systems are not affected by this vulnerability unless it is intentionally configured. This issue has been fixed in version 0.10.6. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-107735 | 5.4 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | SumatraPDF is a multi-format reader for Windows. In 3.6.1 and earlier, InitializePolicies() starts the sumatrapdfrestrict.ini path with gPolicyRestrictions set to Perm::All and only ORs permission bits, so the INI file never revokes permissions. Deploying SumatraPDF with this INI file, including a malformed file or zero-valued permission settings, can silently bypass configured disk, network, printing, registry, clipboard, preference, and fullscreen restrictions. The -restrict command-line path works correctly and is not affected. No fixed version is available as of this review. | 9 Oct |
| CVE-2025-12609 | 2.0 low | 0.00% | codeastro, gym_management_system | A vulnerability was found in CodeAstro Gym Management System 1.0. Affected by this issue is some unknown functionality of the file /admin/update-progress.php. Performing a manipulation of the argument id/ini_weight results in sql injection. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-10824 | 1.9 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was determined in axboe fio up to 3.41. This impacts the function __parse_jobs_ini of the file init.c. Executing manipulation can lead to use after free. The attack needs to be launched locally. The exploit has been publicly disclosed and may be utilized. | 11 Oct |
| CVE-2026-5310 | 1.1 low | 0.00% | no CPE yet | A vulnerability was identified in Enter Software Iperius Backup up to 8.7.2. This impacts an unknown function of the file IperiusAccounts.ini. Such manipulation leads to use of hard-coded cryptographic key . The attack must be carried out locally. This attack is characterized by high complexity. The exploitability is said to be difficult. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. Upgrading to version 8.7.4 will fix this issue. It is suggested to upgrade the affected component. The vendor was contacted early, responded in a very professional manner and quickly released a fixed version of the affected product. | Mon 26 Oct |
| CVE-2026-98815 | unscored | 0.00% | no CPE yet | In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme: fix cdev lifetime Sashiko bot reported a potential problem for the cdev lifetime in [0] - the code there is heavily based on the NVMe code. Currently the NS head .open and .release file_operations methods take and put a reference to the nvme_ns_head to ensure that this structure does not disappear while we open fds for that cdev. In multipath mode, when we teardown the NS head, we call nvme_cdev_del() -> cdev_device_del() -> cdev_del(). However after cdev_del() returns, cdevs already open will remain and their fops will still be callable. As such, we can still reference the cdev after the nvme_ns_head reference count drops to 0 (and is freed). This can be shown with an application which delays between opening the cdev and issuing the ioctl while the NS head is being torn down: # ./ioctl_file /dev/ng1n1 & # waiting 10 seconds .... # ./ini_nvme_teardown.sh [ 21.221718] nvme nvme1: Removing ctrl: NQN "nvme-test-target" [ 21.274609] nvme nvme2: Removing ctrl: NQN "nvme-test-target" # now going to issue ioctl ....
