|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CVE-2015-6748exploit | 6.1 medium | 2.0% | jsoup, debian, debian_linux | Cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in jsoup before 1.8.3. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2021-37714 | 7.5 high | 7.0% | jsoup, quarkus, banking_trade_finance | jsoup is a Java library for working with HTML. Those using jsoup versions prior to 1.14.2 to parse untrusted HTML or XML may be vulnerable to DOS attacks. If the parser is run on user supplied input, an attacker may supply content that causes the parser to get stuck (loop indefinitely until cancelled), to complete more slowly than usual, or to throw an unexpected exception. This effect may support a denial of service attack. The issue is patched in version 1.14.2. There are a few available workarounds. Users may rate limit input parsing, limit the size of inputs based on system resources, and/or implement thread watchdogs to cap and timeout parse runtimes. | 8 Oct |
| CVE-2026-75140 | 8.7 high | 1.0% | no CPE yet | jsoup through 1.23.2, fixed in commit 862ba2f, contains an uncontrolled resource consumption vulnerability in XmlTreeBuilder that allows remote attackers to exhaust JVM heap memory by supplying a deeply nested XML document with uniquely-namespaced elements. The builder copies the entire inherited namespace map on every start element, causing quadratic time and memory complexity, which attackers can exploit to trigger an OutOfMemoryError and terminate the application. | 18 Oct |
| CVE-2025-15022 | 4.8 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | Action captions in Vaadin accept HTML by default but were not sanitized, potentially allowing Cross-site Scripting (XSS) if caption content is derived from user input. In Vaadin Framework 7 and 8, the Action class is a general-purpose class that may be used by multiple components. The fixed versions sanitize captions by default and provide an API to explicitly enable HTML content mode for backwards compatibility. In Vaadin 23 and newer, the Action class is only used by the Spreadsheet component. The fixed versions sanitize HTML using Jsoup with a relaxed safelist. Vaadin 14 is not affected as Spreadsheet component was not supported. Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. Releases that have fixed this issue include: Product version Vaadin 7.0.0 - 7.7.49 Vaadin 8.0.0 - 8.29.1 Vaadin 23.1.0 - 23.6.5 Vaadin 24.0.0 - 24.8.13 Vaadin 24.9.0 - 24.9.6 Mitigation Upgrade to 7.7.50 Upgrade to 8.30.0 Upgrade to 23.6.6 Upgrade to 24.8.14 or 24.9.7 Upgrade to 25.0.0 or newer Artifacts Maven coordinatesVulnerable versionsFixed versioncom.vaadin:vaadin-server 7.0.0 - 7.7.49 ≥7.7.50 com.vaadin:vaadin-server 8.0.0 - 8.29.1 ≥8.30.0 com.vaadin:vaadin 23.1.0 - 23.6.5 ≥23.6.6 com.vaadin:vaadin24.0.0 - 24.8.13 ≥24.8.14 com.vaadin:vaadin24.9.0 - 24.9.6 ≥24.9.7 com.vaadin:vaadin-spreadsheet-flow 23.1.0 - 23.6.5 ≥23.6.6 com.vaadin:vaadin-spreadsheet-flow 24.0.0 - 24.8.13 ≥24.8.14 com.vaadin:vaadin-spreadsheet-flow 24.9.0 - 24.9.6 ≥24.9.7 | 14 Oct |
| CVE-2026-71497 | 4.7 medium | 0.00% | no CPE yet | jsoup is a Java library for working with real-world HTML. From 1.14.3 until 1.23.1, jsoup's HTML parser could incorrectly handle a malformed tag name ending in a control character, causing the tag to acquire the parsing behavior of a different element. When a custom Safelist permits certain raw-text elements, this misparsing can cause content that should remain inert text to be emitted as active markup after serialization, potentially resulting in cross-site scripting. jsoup's built-in Safelists are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 1.23.1. | Sat 24 Oct |
