CVE-2026-109997 7.2 high — kstover, ninja forms – contact form builder with calculators, quizzes, signatures & ai form builder The Ninja Forms – Contact Form Builder with Calculators, Quizzes, Signatures & AI Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via the 'formData.extra' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.15.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. The nf_ajax_submit endpoint issues a valid nonce to any requester on failure, effectively neutralizing the nonce check and making exploitation trivially achievable in a single unauthenticated request. 9 h ago
CVE-2026-100155 6.5 medium — kstover, ninja forms – contact form builder with calculators, quizzes, signatures & ai form builder The The Ninja Forms – Contact Form Builder with Calculators, Quizzes, Signatures & AI Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 3.15.5 This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to execute arbitrary shortcodes. 9 h ago
CVE-2026-100151 6.1 medium — kstover, ninja forms – contact form builder with calculators, quizzes, signatures & ai form builder The Ninja Forms – Contact Form Builder with Calculators, Quizzes, Signatures & AI Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected DOM-Based Cross-Site Scripting via 'querystring:<key>' URL Parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.15.5 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. This bypass is triggered when an attacker supplies a matching field:<key> URL parameter that causes the server to fully resolve the {field:*} placeholder, forcing the client-side else-branch to abandon the server-sanitized value and reconstruct field content from the raw query string. 5 h ago
CVE-2026-101326 5.4 medium — kstover, ninja forms – contact form builder with calculators, quizzes, signatures & ai form builder The The Ninja Forms – Contact Form Builder with Calculators, Quizzes, Signatures & AI Form Builder plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary shortcode execution in all versions up to, and including, 3.15.5 This is due to the software allowing users to execute an action that does not properly validate a value before running do_shortcode. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with subscriber-level access and above, to execute arbitrary shortcodes. Exploitation requires that an administrator has configured at least one Ninja Forms field with its Default Value set to the {wp:user_display_name} merge tag on a publicly accessible page; a Subscriber need only set their display_name to a shortcode string via their profile and then visit that page. 9 h ago
