CVE-2026-46529exploit 8.4 high 1.0% no CPE yet Atril Document Viewer is the default document reader of the MATE desktop environment for Linux. A single-click remote code execution vulnerability in versions prior to 1.26.3 and 1.28.4 allows an attacker to achieve arbitrary code execution as the user by tricking them into clicking a link inside a malicious PDF document. The PDF can be packaged as a polyglot file that is simultaneously a valid PDF and a valid ELF shared library, making the attack a single-file, single-click, configuration-independent RCE on stock atril installations. The root cause is `shell/ev-application.c:ev_spawn`, which builds a command line from attacker-controlled PDF link-destination fields without applying `g_shell_quote`. The cmdline is then handed to `g_app_info_create_from_commandline`, which shell-parses it back into argv — splitting any embedded `--gtk-module=PATH` into a separate argv element. GTK then `dlopen()`s the path during init, running any `__attribute__((constructor))` it finds. Versions 1.26.3 and 1.28.4 contain a patch for the issue. This is the same defect class as CVE-2023-51698 (CBT `--checkpoint-action` injection in `comics-document.c`, fixed in 1.6.2) but in a different code path (`shell/ev-application.c`) that the original patch did not touch. CVE-2026-58586 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Image::WebP versions before 0.3.0 for Perl bundle a vulnerable version of libwebp. Image::WebP does not link to the system libwebp. Instead, it uses a bundled copy of libwebp 0.3.0 (released 2013-03-20). That version has multiple known vulnerabilities, including CVE-2023-4863. Any caller that decodes an untrusted WebP image reaches the bundled decoder. Because the library is compiled into the module, upgrading the system libwebp does not remediate this. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-43897 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Link Preview JS extracts web links information. Prior to 4.0.1, the library did not check for IPv6 loopback attacks. There was also a DNS attack, where an address could be resolved into an internal IP. This could cause internal data leaks. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.0.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-64194 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Net::DNS versions through 1.55 for Perl allow Denial of Service via deep DNS compression pointer chains. Net::DNS::DomainName::decode follows RFC 1035 compression pointers by recursing into itself with no depth limit. It is possible to construct a name which saturates the call stack (at least with larger TCP responses), leading to a potential Denial of Service. The guard `$link < $offset` prevents forward and circular chains, but still allows arbitrarily long backward chains. The per-offset cache (`$cache`) is populated at the start of each call and short-circuits only re-traverses of the same offset - the initial descent through a fresh chain still recurses at full depth. A crafted packet can chain two-byte compression pointers so that each one points two bytes earlier than the previous, producing a chain length of `offset / 2`. For the 14-bit pointer field (max offset 16383) this gives up to ~8191 recursive frames. For a TCP DNS message the limit is the 16-bit length field (~32767 frames). Perl's default C stack handles only a few thousand frames; beyond that the process receives SIGSEGV or similar, which is a denial-of-service for any application parsing untrusted DNS data. The vulnerability is triggered by `Net::DNS::Packet->new(\$wire)` i.e. any point where the library decodes a DNS message from the network. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-66901 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Google::Auth versions before 0.09 for Perl allow server side request forgery and credential exfiltration via unvalidated URLs taken from the credentials JSON. The URLs the library requests are read from the credentials JSON, and their hosts were not checked against the universe domain before the request. For an external_account configuration, retrieve_subject_token fetched credential_source.url with headers from the same JSON, and fetch_access_token posted the subject token to token_url, then sent the STS access token it received to service_account_impersonation_url in an Authorization: Bearer header. The authorized_user, impersonated_service_account and service_account configurations posted the client secret and refresh token, the source access token, and a signed JWT assertion to their own JSON-supplied token_uri or impersonation URL. Any caller that builds credentials from a configuration it does not fully control issues those requests from the application's network position, reaching hosts the configuration names, including internal services and link-local metadata endpoints, and hands them the credentials each request carries. The service_account assertion is bound to aud, so it is not replayable against Google. Version 0.06 added a _validate_url host check to the external_account class, keyed on a universe_domain read from the same credentials JSON. Version 0.07 gated a JSON-supplied universe domain behind GOOGLE_EXTERNAL_ACCOUNT_ALLOW_CUSTOM_UNIVERSES=1, deriving the pin flag from arguments that an earlier BUILDARGS pass had already merged on the make_creds path. Version 0.08 passed the pin decision through as an explicit constructor argument and moved _validate_url to Google::Auth::Credentials, adding the call to UserRefreshCredentials and ImpersonatedServiceAccountCredentials, and 0.09 added it to ServiceAccountCredentials. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2025-11849 5.4 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Versions of the package mammoth from 0.3.25 and before 1.11.0; versions of the package mammoth from 0.3.25 and before 1.11.0; versions of the package mammoth before 1.11.0; versions of the package org.zwobble.mammoth:mammoth before 1.11.0 are vulnerable to Directory Traversal due to the lack of path or file type validation when processing a docx file containing an image with an external link (r:link attribute instead of embedded r:embed). The library resolves the URI to a file path and after reading, the content is encoded as base64 and included in the HTML output as a data URI. An attacker can read arbitrary files on the system where the conversion is performed or cause an excessive resources consumption by crafting a docx file that links to special device files such as /dev/random or /dev/zero. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-114607 9.1 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Better Auth is an authentication and authorization library for TypeScript. From 1.4.0-beta.18 until 1.7.7, deployments that enable Magic Link with storeToken set to plain, or with storeToken set to hashed and the global verification.storeIdentifier setting also set to hashed, enable a built-in social or Generic OAuth provider, and use account.storeStateStrategy set to database can accept an OAuth sign-in state value as a Magic Link token. These settings can cause Magic Link verification records and OAuth state to resolve to the same stored identifier, allowing an unauthenticated attacker to start OAuth sign-in for a known email address and redeem the returned state through Magic Link without controlling the mailbox or completing the provider callback. The attacker can obtain a normal session for an existing user, or create an account incorrectly marked as email verified when sign-up is enabled. This issue is fixed in version 1.7.7. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-62857 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Fedify is a TypeScript library for building federated server apps powered by ActivityPub. From version 1.2.0 through the affected 1.9, 1.10, 2.0, 2.1, 2.2, and 2.3 maintenance lines, getNodeInfo() follows an attacker-controlled links[].href value from /.well-known/nodeinfo without scheme, redirect, or private-address validation, allowing requests to loopback, link-local, cloud metadata, and private-network services and returning their response bodies. This issue is fixed in versions 1.9.13, 1.10.12, 2.0.22, 2.1.18, 2.2.7, and 2.3.2. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-63626 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to 7.23, ppp_handle_ipv6cp() in src/l2_ppp.c trusts the 16-bit IPv6CP len field without checking it against the received payload size. On a PPP or PPPoE link using MG_ENABLE_TCPIP and MG_ENABLE_IPV6, an unauthenticated adjacent peer can complete the required LCP exchange and send a short Configure-Request with an oversized length, causing ppp_tx_frame() to read beyond recv_queue.buf and write beyond tx.buf. The same length misuse can also expose adjacent heap bytes in a reply or hang the event loop through find_opt(). This issue is fixed in version 7.23. 16 Oct
CVE-2025-68481 8.8 high 0.00% fastapi-users_project, fastapi_users FastAPI Users allows users to quickly add a registration and authentication system to their FastAPI project. Prior to version 15.0.2, the OAuth login state tokens are completely stateless and carry no per-request entropy or any data that could link them to the session that initiated the OAuth flow. `generate_state_token()` is always called with an empty `state_data` dict, so the resulting JWT only contains the fixed audience claim plus an expiration timestamp. On callback, the library merely checks that the JWT verifies under `state_secret` and is unexpired; there is no attempt to match the state value to the browser that initiated the OAuth request, no correlation cookie, and no server-side cache. Any attacker can hit `/authorize`, capture the server-generated state, finish the upstream OAuth flow with their own provider account, and then trick a victim into loading `.../callback?code=<attacker_code>&state=<attacker_state>`. Because the state JWT is valid for any client for \~1 hour, the victim’s browser will complete the flow. This leads to login CSRF. Depending on the app’s logic, the login CSRF can lead to an account takeover of the victim account or to the victim user getting logged in to the attacker's account. Version 15.0.2 contains a patch for the issue. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-102438 8.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet An uncontrolled search path element vulnerability in ASUS Armoury Crate allows local users to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges via replacement of a dynamic-link library (DLL) that is later loaded by a high-privilege process. Refer to the ' Security Update for Armoury Crate App ' section on the ASUS Security Advisory for more information. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-118255 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet Highcharts JS is a JavaScript charting library based on SVG. From 2.0.0 until 3.2.0, Highcharts Grid applies credits.href to the credits link without validating the URL scheme. An attacker who controls Grid configuration can provide a javascript URL, and activating the credits link runs script in the origin of the hosting page with access to that application's data and session state. This issue is fixed in Grid Pro 3.2.0. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-49825 8.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet lxml is a library for processing XML and HTML in the Python language. Prior to 6.1.1, link attributes in ``lxml.html.defs.link_attrs`` were missing ``xlink:href``, which can be used for URL bypass attacks in embedded SVG/MathML/etc. content. This vulnerability was fixed in lxml 6.1.1 and lxml_html_clean 0.4.5. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-23879 8.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet py7zr is a Python-based library and utility to support 7zip archive compression, decompression, encryption and decryption. Versions 1.1.2 and below contain an an arbitrary file write vulnerability, which allows symbolic links to be recreated outside the destination directory via crafted malicious symbolic link chains. When using extractall to extract an archive, the library restores these symbolic links, linking them to arbitrary directories on the host file system. During extraction, the program only checks the link arcname within the destination directory, but ignores the combined symlink path resolution. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by constructing malicious archives, thereby bypassing the directory boundary restrictions implemented by the extractor. Subsequent extraction of regular files through these symbolic links can result in arbitrary file writes. This vulnerability may lead to remote code execution, privilege escalation, data corruption, or denial of service. This issue has been fixed in version 1.1.3. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-40779 7.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet Contributor Arbitrary File Deletion in Link Library <= 7.8.8 versions. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-115909 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet zip is a zip library for Rust that supports reading and writing simple ZIP files. From 1.3.0 until 9.0.0, ZipArchive::extract in src/read/mod.rs calls Vec::with_capacity for a symbolic link target using the attacker-controlled ZIP64 uncompressed_size before reading entry data. A small archive can request an impossible capacity, causing the infallible allocation path to abort the process before the entry is validated. The failure cannot be contained with catch_unwind or a worker thread, allowing repeated denial of service in archive-processing applications. This issue is fixed in version 9.0.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-102941 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet The package github.com/gomarkdown/markdown is a Go library for parsing Markdown text and rendering as HTML. Prior to 0.0.0-20260724235538-61af6e1e6971, parser.IsSafeURL in parser/parser.go slices url[:nPath] before the len(url) >= nPath guard. A short destination causes a slice-bounds panic when the loop reaches a relative-path prefix for which len(url) < nPath and cap(url) < nPath. The one-byte destination / is an explicit non-panic counterexample because it matches the first valid path and returns before a longer prefix is sliced. Demonstrated panic cases include empty, ., and .. destinations under those conditions. The panic is reachable when markdown.ToHTML renders untrusted Markdown with html.Safelink enabled, including an empty link destination, and is also reachable by callers that pass a short attacker-controlled URL directly to the exported parser.IsSafeURL function. An uncaught panic can terminate the calling process and cause denial of service. This issue is fixed in 0.0.0-20260724235538-61af6e1e6971. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-15090 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet The Link Library plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to time-based SQL Injection via the 'link_url' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 7.9.2 due to insufficient escaping on the user supplied parameter and lack of sufficient preparation on the existing SQL query. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to append additional SQL queries into already existing queries that can be used to extract sensitive information from the database. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-115908 7.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet zip is a zip library for Rust that supports reading and writing simple ZIP files. From 7.2.0 until 9.0.0, ZipArchive::extract and ZipArchive::extract_unwrapped_root_dir use safe_prepare_path in src/read/zipfile.rs and simplified_components in src/path.rs to validate symbolic link targets with a lexical prefix comparison rather than resolving each intermediate link. An attacker who knows or can guess the absolute extraction destination can create a chain whose apparent target remains under the destination while an intermediate symlink resolves outside it, allowing attacker-controlled files to be created or overwritten with the extracting process's privileges. On Windows, discarded drive and UNC prefixes can permit a single-link escape when the process has SeCreateSymbolicLinkPrivilege, such as through administrator rights or Developer Mode. This regression is distinct from CVE-2025-29787. This issue is fixed in version 9.0.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-16519 7.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet A DLL hijacking vulnerability exists in the GeoVision GV-IP Device Utility desktop application. The application loads one or more dynamic-link libraries (DLLs) from an unsafe search path, allowing a local attacker to place a malicious DLL in a location searched before the legitimate library location. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-18755 7.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet A DLL hijacking vulnerability in GeoVision GV-ASManager allows a local attacker with write access to an unsafe search directory to execute arbitrary code. By placing a crafted dynamic-link library (DLL) file into the application search path prior to the legitimate library, the malicious code is loaded and executed under the security privileges of the GV-ASManager process. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-116796 7.2 high 0.00% no CPE yet Highcharts JS is a JavaScript charting library based on SVG. From 10.3.2 until 11.4.9, 12.6.2, and 13.1.1, Highcharts accepts an SVG anchor xlink:href attribute without applying the allowed-scheme check used for href and src. An attacker who controls a chart text option can preserve a javascript URL in serialized chart output. When exported or server-rendered SVG is parsed again and a user activates the link, script runs in the origin of that document. This issue is fixed in 11.4.9, 12.6.2 and 13.1.1. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-55153 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet mchange-commons-java is a Java library of shared utility classes used by mchange projects like the c3p0 connection pool. Prior to version 0.6.0, its JNDI ObjectFactory implementation (com.mchange.v2.naming.JavaBeanObjectFactory) will construct objects of arbitrary classes and initialize "JavaBean"-style properties, which for certain classes enables JNDI injection and "deserialization gadgets." Such initialization is unsafe for some classes: for example, setting the contentType property of a Swing JEditorPane to text/html and its text property to HTML containing a stylesheet <link> will provoke an HTTP GET on an arbitrary URL, potentially from within a trusted security domain. The problem is aggravated by the library's ReferenceIndirector, through which malicious JNDI Reference objects can be smuggled in for dereferencing wherever an application reads a Java-serialized object. This has been resolved in version 0.6.0. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-50163 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet oras-go is a Go library for managing OCI artifacts. Prior to 2.6.2, ensureLinkPath in content/file/utils.go:262-275 validates a hardlink target relative to the extract base but returns the unresolved target, causing os.Link("victim.secret", "<extract_base>/payload.tar.gz/evil_cwd_link") to resolve header.Linkname against the process current working directory for a Typeflag=TypeLink entry such as Name=payload.tar.gz/evil_cwd_link and Linkname="victim.secret" with io.deis.oras.content.unpack: "true", which can expose or tamper with files such as .env, .git/config, .aws/credentials, and ~/.ssh/config. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.2. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-53655 6.9 medium 0.00% isaacs, tar node-tar is a full-featured Tar for Node.js. Prior to 7.5.16, tar (node-tar) applies a PAX extended header's size= record (and other PAX overrides) to the next header entry of any type, including intermediary metadata headers such as a GNU long-name (L) or long-link (K) entry. Per POSIX pax, a PAX extended header (x) describes the next file entry, not the intermediary extension headers that may sit between the x header and the file it annotates. Because node-tar lets the PAX size override the byte length of an intervening L/K/x header, an attacker can desynchronize node-tar's stream cursor relative to every other mainstream tar implementation (GNU tar, libarchive/bsdtar, Python tarfile, and the now-fixed tar-rs / astral-tokio-tar). The result is a tar parser interpretation differential (CWE-436): a single crafted archive yields a different set of members under node-tar than under the reference tar tools. An attacker can use this to hide a member from one parser while it is visible to another, which defeats security tooling whose scanner and extractor disagree on archive contents (e.g. a malware/secret scanner that lists entries with one library while a downstream step extracts with another) This vulnerability is fixed in 7.5.16. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-78392 6.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Link Library WordPress plugin before 7.9.6 does not sanitise and escape a link field before outputting it inside an attribute of a link preview, allowing users with the Contributor role and above to perform Stored Cross-Site Scripting attacks. The preview is generated without authentication and without checking whether the link has been published, so an unapproved submission is enough to reach any visitor who opens it. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-18197 6.4 medium 0.00% ylefebvre, link_library Improper neutralization of input during web page generation ('cross-site scripting') vulnerability in Link Library allows Cross-Site Scripting (XSS). This issue affects Link Library: before 7.9.4. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-71478 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet league/commonmark is a PHP library for parsing and rendering CommonMark Markdown. From 1.5.0 until 2.9.0, the AttributesExtension's href and src unsafe-link filter can be bypassed by embedding control bytes, such as a tab, carriage return, line feed, or leading C0 control character, in a javascript: URL that browsers discard before parsing the scheme, causing the browser to still execute the script even when the unsafe-link filter is enabled. This issue is fixed in 2.9.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-104250 6.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The unstructured library provides open-source components for ingesting and pre-processing images and text documents, such as PDFs, HTML, Word docs, and many more. Prior to 0.24.1, partition_html(html_parser_version="v2") and the VLM partitioner can preserve untrusted document tags, attributes, text, and link targets in metadata.text_as_html, while elements_to_html() emits the result as an HTML document. The to_html() path in unstructured/documents/ontology.py does not escape output or reject unsafe URL schemes, allowing event-handler attributes, attribute breakout markup, and javascript: links to survive parsing. When the generated HTML or text_as_html is rendered in a browser, attacker-controlled script can execute in the viewer's origin, including in document-ingestion workflows where a privileged reviewer opens submitted content. This issue is fixed in version 0.24.1. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-55187 5.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Mailpit is an email testing tool and API for developers. Prior to 1.30.2, the remediation shipped for CVE-2026-27808 is incomplete because the tools.IsInternalIP deny-list in internal/tools/net.go relies on Go's standard library classification helpers and does not block IPv6 transition mechanisms or prefixes such as NAT64, 6to4, IPv4-compatible IPv6, ISATAP, fec0::/10, and 2001:db8::/32. An attacker who can deliver email and invoke POST /api/v1/message/{ID}/link-check can coerce the Link Check API's safeDialContext path into dialing internal destinations and can use status-code and error feedback to map internal service reachability, including cloud metadata endpoints. This issue is fixed in version 1.30.2. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-102740 5.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The AsyncHttpClient library allows Java applications to execute HTTP requests and asynchronously process HTTP responses. From 2.0.0 until 2.16.1 and 3.0.12, PropertiesBasedResumableProcessor stores resumable download state at the predictable shared path $java.io.tmpdir/ahc/ResumableAsyncHandler.properties with default permissions and link-following file operations. A local user who can read the shared store can see download URLs, including embedded user information or query tokens. A local user who can write within or pre-create the affected shared store directory can plant a symbolic link that the client follows when saving state, truncating and overwriting a target file writable by the client process. The filesystem path is used when ResumableAsyncHandler decorates another AsyncHandler, while the no-argument constructors use a no-op processor and are unaffected. This issue is fixed in versions 2.16.1 and 3.0.12. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-114620 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Authlib is a Python library which builds OAuth and OpenID Connect servers. Prior to 1.9.0, Authlib's RFC 9101 JWTAuthenticationRequest passes the unauthenticated, client-controlled request_uri parameter to the abstract get_request_object() hook before applying a destination or registration policy; the hook itself performs no network request, while the documentation demonstrates an unrestricted HTTP fetch. In deployments whose integrator implements that hook as an unrestricted outbound fetch, a remote attacker who knows a valid public client identifier can make the authorization server request internal, link-local, or otherwise unintended URLs and can distinguish fetch outcomes through different error responses and timing. Deployments whose custom hook already applies a secure allowlist, destination controls, and retrieval limits are not affected. The JWTAuthenticationRequest implementation in authlib/oauth2/rfc9101/authorization_server.py forwards request_uri to get_request_object() before an application-approved retrieval policy accepts the destination. This issue is fixed in version 1.9.0. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-73254 5.4 medium 0.00% cesanta, mongoose Mongoose is an embedded web server and network library. Prior to 7.22, an attacker who can create a file with an HTML payload in its name can trigger stored cross-site scripting when a user browses a directory served with MG_ENABLE_DIRLIST. The printdirentry() path called by listdir() in src/http.c URL-encodes the href but inserts the raw filesystem filename into the HTML link text. The browser executes the injected markup in the Mongoose origin, which can expose session data or permit actions as the victim. This issue is fixed in version 7.22. 18 Oct
CVE-2026-102342 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet ammonia is a Rust library for repairing and securing untrusted HTML. Prior to 3.3.3, 4.0.3, and 4.1.4, applications that allow the SVG animate or set elements can retain an animation whose attributeName targets href and whose value uses the javascript scheme. The sanitized SVG can therefore create a script-bearing link, and a user who clicks the link can execute attacker-controlled script in the application's origin, enabling stored cross-site scripting. This issue is fixed in versions 3.3.3, 4.0.3, and 4.1.4. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-18416 5.3 medium 0.00% zephyrproject, zephyr The CoAP link-format helper match_path_uri() in subsys/net/lib/coap/coap_link_format.c compares a registered resource path against the URI carried in a Uri-Query href= option. That URI is not NUL terminated, but the inner character loop advanced its index k once per path character without ever testing it against the option length len. When a registered path segment is longer than the supplied URI and the URI is a prefix of it, the loop reads uri[len] and beyond, past the end of the option value. The path is reached from coap_well_known_core_get_len() and coap_well_known_core_get() via match_queries_resource(), i.e. by any unauthenticated GET /.well-known/core?href=/<prefix> request to a device that serves /.well-known/core (for the CoAP server subsystem, CONFIG_COAP_SERVER_WELL_KNOWN_CORE, default y) and has at least one resource that declares struct coap_core_metadata attributes. The over-read does not reach the receive buffer. The well-known-core builders parse the query into a stack-local struct coap_option, whose value is a fixed array (value[12], or CONFIG_COAP_EXTENDED_OPTIONS_LEN_VALUE bytes) that the option bytes are copied into, so uri points into that copy. Reading past len therefore reads the unused, uninitialized tail of the array and, when the option fills it, the bytes just past it in the same stack frame. (In the ZoAP library of v1.8.0 to v1.9.x the option value was instead a pointer into the received packet, and the over-read ran past the option inside the packet buffer.) The impact is bounded. The number of bytes read past the end is limited by the length of the resource path segment, and each additional byte is only read if it happens to equal the next path character, so in practice the over-read is one byte. It also cannot influence the response: returning a match requires the final compared index to be len - 1 or len, both in bounds, so out-of-bounds bytes only ever steer the loop to the next candidate resource. The consequence is undefined behaviour, not information disclosure and not a matching error. The fix adds a k >= len guard at the top of the inner loop, so every uri[k] dereference is within the option value while still allowing a trailing * wildcard to match a longer path. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-42338 5.3 medium 0.00% beaugunderson, ip-address ip-address is a library for parsing and manipulating IPv4 and IPv6 addresses in JavaScript. Prior to 10.1.1, Address6.group() and Address6.link() do not HTML-escape attacker-controlled content before embedding it in the HTML strings they return, and AddressError.parseMessage (emitted by the Address6 constructor for invalid input) can contain unescaped attacker-controlled content in one branch. An application that (1) passes untrusted input to Address6 and (2) renders the output of these methods, or the thrown error's parseMessage, as HTML (e.g. via innerHTML) is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability is fixed in 10.1.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-48591 4.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Neutralization of Script in Attributes in a Web Page vulnerability in pragdave earmark allows stored cross-site scripting via unescaped HTML attribute values. 'Elixir.Earmark.Transform':_make_att1/2 in lib/earmark/transform.ex splices attribute values verbatim between two literal " bytes: [" ", name, "=\"", value, "\""]. Text nodes are routed through the existing escape function which encodes " as &quot;, but attribute values never visit that path. A markdown link whose URL or title contains a bare " closes the attribute early and lets the trailing bytes be parsed by the browser as fresh HTML attributes. For example, [click](http://example.com/?a=x" onerror="alert(1)) renders as <a href="http://example.com/?a=x" onerror="alert(1)">click</a>, executing arbitrary JavaScript in the victim's browser. The earmark library is no longer maintained and has been retired on Hex. No patched version will be released. All releases from 1.4.1 onward are affected, and users should migrate to a maintained Markdown library such as MDEx. This issue affects earmark from 1.4.1 onward. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-103875 4.7 medium 0.00% dglingren, media library assistant The Media Library Assistant plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Reflected Cross-Site Scripting via the 'search-string' parameter in all versions up to, and including, 3.42 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that execute if they can successfully trick a user into performing an action such as clicking on a link. Exploitation requires the targeted site to have a publicly accessible page containing an [mla_gallery] shortcode configured with a pagination output mode and an mla_link_href template that reflects a {+request:...+} token, along with enough attachments to trigger pagination. 23 h ago
CVE-2026-78395 unscored 0.00% unknown, link library The Link Library WordPress plugin before 7.10.0 does not re-check the selected library's own login requirement when processing its front-end link submission, allowing unauthenticated users to submit links to a library configured to require login by reusing a form token obtained from another library that does not. 22 h ago
CVE-2026-78396 unscored 0.00% unknown, link library The Link Library WordPress plugin before 7.10.0 does not verify that a requested link belongs to the settings set whose display template is used to render it, allowing unauthenticated users to disclose the telephone number, e-mail address and submitter name stored with links that the settings set is configured not to display. 22 h ago
