CVE-2025-65095 9.4 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Lookyloo is a web interface that allows users to capture a website page and then display a tree of domains that call each other. Prior to version 1.35.1, there is potential cross-site scripting on index and tree page. This issue has been patched in version 1.35.1. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-75531 7.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet Pandora contains a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the rendering of URL observables. A URL extracted from or associated with an analyzed file was inserted directly into the inline JavaScript onclick handler used by the Submit to Lookyloo action. Although the value was subject to HTML escaping by the template engine, it was embedded inside a JavaScript string within an HTML attribute. An attacker-controlled URL containing specially crafted characters could therefore break out of the JavaScript string and inject arbitrary JavaScript code. The malicious script would execute in the context of the Pandora web application when a victim interacts with the affected Submit to Lookyloo control. Successful exploitation could allow an attacker to access information available to the victim's browser or perform actions using the victim's authenticated Pandora session. The patch removes the observable value from the inline JavaScript handler. The URL is instead stored in an HTML data-url attribute and retrieved through the DOM dataset API when needed. Additional uses of innerHTML were also replaced with textContent as defensive hardening. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-55835 6.9 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Lookyloo is a web interface that allows users to capture a website page and then display a tree of domains that call each other. Prior to version 1.39.4, an unauthenticated user can trigger Lookyloo's "report a capture" email on demand (this is expected). The /json/<uuid>/report API endpoint (CaptureReport) is incorrectly passing the email and comment parameters, overwriting as_admin. When True, as_admin will trigger a search query on a MISP instance (if configured) and add a list of matching URLs in the email sent to the analyst (not the submitter, so there is no risk of leaking information) . It could potentially cause a DoS on the MISP instance. This issue has been patched in version 1.39.4. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-44439 6.6 medium 0.00% lookyloo, playwright_capture PlaywrightCapture is a simple replacement for splash using playwright. Prior to 1.39.6, PlaywrightCapture did not sufficiently restrict navigations and resource requests initiated by rendered pages. An attacker-controlled page could abuse browser-side redirection mechanisms, such as window.location.href, to make the capture process open file:// URLs or request resources hosted on private, loopback, link-local, or otherwise non-public IP addresses. In deployments where PlaywrightCapture processes untrusted URLs, this could allow a remote attacker to perform server-side request forgery against internal services or attempt to access local files from the capture environment. Depending on what capture artifacts are generated and exposed, responses from those resources could potentially be leaked through screenshots, saved page content, logs, or other capture outputs. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.39.6. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-73210 5.1 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) vulnerability existed in Lookyloo's PlaywrightCapture when the only_global_lookup option was enabled. PlaywrightCapture implements this option to prevent captures from accessing local, loopback, or otherwise non-public network resources. However, favicon retrieval was performed separately from the browser request-routing protections. Favicon URLs extracted from rendered HTML were resolved and subsequently fetched directly using an aiohttp.ClientSession. An attacker able to supply or control a web page processed by PlaywrightCapture could include a crafted favicon reference, for example pointing to a loopback address, private IP address, or another resource reachable only from the PlaywrightCapture host. When the page was processed, the favicon retrieval routine could issue an HTTP request to this destination despite only_global_lookup being enabled. This bypass could therefore be used to make the PlaywrightCapture host interact with internal network services that should not be reachable through a capture. Depending on the targeted service and its response, this could enable internal service discovery, access to internal resources, or interaction with HTTP endpoints available only from the capture infrastructure. The patch introduces a common URL validation routine and applies it to favicon retrieval. Direct non-global IP addresses, localhost, .local domains, malformed URLs, and other explicitly non-public destinations are rejected before the favicon request is performed. This fix is a complementary fix to CVE-2026-44439 - GCVE-0-2026-44439 - GHSA-687H-XW6F-Q2QW 24 Oct
