CVE-2021-41277KEVexploit ×12 7.5 high 97.0% metabase Metabase is an open source data analytics platform. In affected versions a security issue has been discovered with the custom GeoJSON map (`admin->settings->maps->custom maps->add a map`) support and potential local file inclusion (including environment variables). URLs were not validated prior to being loaded. This issue is fixed in a new maintenance release (0.40.5 and 1.40.5), and any subsequent release after that. If you’re unable to upgrade immediately, you can mitigate this by including rules in your reverse proxy or load balancer or WAF to provide a validation filter before the application. 8 Oct
CVE-2018-1304exploit ×2 5.9 medium 17.0% apache, redhat, tomcat, jboss_enterprise_application_platform, jboss_enterprise_web_server The URL pattern of "" (the empty string) which exactly maps to the context root was not correctly handled in Apache Tomcat 9.0.0.M1 to 9.0.4, 8.5.0 to 8.5.27, 8.0.0.RC1 to 8.0.49 and 7.0.0 to 7.0.84 when used as part of a security constraint definition. This caused the constraint to be ignored. It was, therefore, possible for unauthorised users to gain access to web application resources that should have been protected. Only security constraints with a URL pattern of the empty string were affected. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-33453exploit ×2 10.0 critical 9.0% apache, camel Improperly Controlled Modification of Dynamically-Determined Object Attributes vulnerability in Apache Camel Camel-Coap component. Apache Camel's camel-coap component is vulnerable to Camel message header injection, leading to remote code execution when routes forward CoAP requests to header-sensitive producers (e.g. camel-exec) The camel-coap component maps incoming CoAP request URI query parameters directly into Camel Exchange In message headers without applying any HeaderFilterStrategy. Specifically, CamelCoapResource.handleRequest() iterates over OptionSet.getUriQuery() and calls camelExchange.getIn().setHeader(...) for every query parameter. CoAPEndpoint extends DefaultEndpoint rather than DefaultHeaderFilterStrategyEndpoint, and CoAPComponent does not implement HeaderFilterStrategyComponent; the component contains no references to HeaderFilterStrategy at all. As a result, an unauthenticated attacker who can send a single CoAP UDP packet to a Camel route consuming from coap:// can inject arbitrary Camel internal headers (those prefixed with Camel*) into the Exchange. When the route delivers the message to a header-sensitive producer such as camel-exec, camel-sql, camel-bean, camel-file, or template components (camel-freemarker, camel-velocity), the injected headers can alter the producer's behavior. In the case of camel-exec, the CamelExecCommandExecutable and CamelExecCommandArgs headers override the executable and arguments configured on the endpoint, resulting in arbitrary OS command execution under the privileges of the Camel process. The producer's output is written back to the Exchange body and returned in the CoAP response payload by CamelCoapResource, giving the attacker an interactive RCE channel without any need for out-of-band exfiltration. Exploitation prerequisites are minimal: a single unauthenticated UDP datagram to the CoAP port (default 5683). CoAP (RFC 7252) has no built-in authentication, and DTLS is optional and disabled by default. Because the protocol is UDP-based, HTTP-layer WAF/IDS controls do not apply. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.14.0 through 4.14.5, from 4.18.0 before 4.18.1, 4.19.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.18.1 or 4.19.0, fixing the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-46454exploit 9.8 critical 1.0% apache, camel Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache Camel Cometd Component. The camel-cometd component maps inbound Bayeux (CometD) message headers into the Camel Exchange without applying a HeaderFilterStrategy. CometdBinding.populateExchangeFromMessage copies the entire ext.CamelHeaders map supplied by the CometD client directly onto the Camel message (message.setHeaders), so any header name - including Camel-internal control headers such as CamelHttpUri, CamelFileName or CamelJmsDestinationName - is accepted unmodified. Because a CometdComponent installs no Bayeux SecurityPolicy by default, any client that can complete the Bayeux handshake against the CometD endpoint can publish such a message without authentication. An attacker can therefore inject arbitrary Camel control headers that influence the behaviour of downstream producers in the route (for example redirecting an HTTP producer, changing a file name, or overriding a JMS destination); the injected headers also persist across internal direct, seda and vm hops. The concrete downstream impact depends on which producers the route uses. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.0.0 before 4.14.8, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.3, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.21.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.14.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.14.8. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.3. The fix implements a HeaderFilterStrategy in the camel-cometd binding (a long-standing TODO in the code) that filters the Camel header namespace case-insensitively on inbound mapping, so client-supplied Camel* / camel* headers are no longer copied into the Exchange. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, strip the Camel control headers from inbound CometD messages before they reach any downstream producer (for example removeHeaders('Camel*') and removeHeaders('camel*') at the start of the route), and install an explicit Bayeux SecurityPolicy on the CometdComponent so that only authenticated clients can publish. CVE-2026-46591exploit 8.2 high 1.0% apache, camel Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Data Query Logic vulnerability in Apache Camel Neo4J component. The camel-neo4j producer builds the Cypher WHERE clause for its match/retrieve and delete operations from the CamelNeo4jMatchProperties map. CVE-2025-66169 addressed Cypher injection through the property values by binding them as query parameters ($paramN), but the property names (the JSON keys of that map) were still concatenated into the query string verbatim in Neo4jProducer.retrieveNodes() and deleteNode(). A property name containing Cypher syntax therefore alters the structure of the executed query. Where a route maps untrusted input into the CamelNeo4jMatchProperties map - for example by passing a request body as the match map, or from a consumer that does not filter inbound Camel* headers - an attacker who controls the JSON key names can inject arbitrary Cypher and read, modify or delete any node or relationship in the Neo4j database. The CamelNeo4jMatchProperties header is itself Camel-prefixed and is filtered by the HTTP header-filter strategy, so a plain HTTP client cannot set it directly; the issue is reachable through routes that deliberately or inadvertently carry untrusted data into that header. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.10.0 before 4.14.8, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.3, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, do not populate the CamelNeo4jMatchProperties map from untrusted input: validate or allow-list the property names (for example against ^[A-Za-z_][A-Za-z0-9_]*$) before the Neo4j producer, and ensure that any consumer feeding such a route filters inbound Camel* / camel* headers so the match header cannot be supplied by an external sender. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-46457exploit 7.5 high 1.0% apache, camel Improper Input Validation vulnerability in Apache Camel NATS component. The camel-nats component maps inbound NATS message headers into the Camel Exchange but defaulted its headerFilterStrategy to a bare new DefaultHeaderFilterStrategy() with no inbound rules configured (NatsConfiguration). With no inFilter, inFilterPattern or inFilterStartsWith set, DefaultHeaderFilterStrategy.applyFilterToExternalHeaders returns not filtered for every header name, so NatsConsumer copies every NATS message header - including Camel-internal control headers such as CamelHttpUri, CamelFileName or CamelSqlQuery - unmodified onto the Camel message. A client able to publish to the consumed NATS subject can therefore inject arbitrary Camel control headers that influence the behaviour of downstream producers in the route (for example redirecting an HTTP producer, changing a file name, or overriding a query); the injected headers also persist across internal direct, seda and vm hops. The concrete downstream impact depends on which producers the route uses. NATS message headers require NATS 2.2 or later, and the issue is reachable without credentials when the NATS server is configured without authentication (the NATS server default). The fix makes camel-nats default to a dedicated NatsHeaderFilterStrategy that filters the Camel header namespace case-insensitively on inbound mapping, so client-supplied Camel* / camel* headers are no longer copied into the Exchange. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, strip the Camel control headers from inbound NATS messages before they reach any downstream producer (for example removeHeaders('Camel*') and removeHeaders('camel*') at the start of the route), and enable authentication on the NATS server so that only trusted clients can publish to the consumed subject. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-63621exploit 5.3 medium 1.0% apache, camel Improper Input Validation, Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection') vulnerability in Apache Camel Knative component The Knative consumer in camel-knative maps inbound CloudEvent attributes onto Camel message headers. In binary content mode the HTTP-header path filters Camel-internal headers through KnativeHttpHeaderFilterStrategy, but in structured content mode (Content-Type application/cloudevents+json) the CloudEvent extension fields are read directly from the JSON body and every extension key is copied into the Exchange headers without applying any HeaderFilterStrategy (CloudEventProcessors, spec versions 1.0, 1.0.1 and 1.0.2). As a result, an unauthenticated attacker can inject Camel-internal headers (e.g. CamelHttpUri, CamelHttpPath, CamelFileName) via a structured-mode CloudEvent request, matched case-insensitively against Camel's header map. When a route forwards messages from a Knative consumer to a header-driven component such as camel-http or camel-file, the injected headers override configured values, enabling server-side request forgery (SSRF), path traversal or message-dispatch redirection depending on the route. This is an incomplete fix of the inbound header filtering previously added for the binary content-mode path, and is the same pattern addressed in camel-cxf/camel-knative (CVE-2026-47323), camel-undertow (CVE-2025-30177), the broader incoming-header filter (CVE-2025-27636 and CVE-2025-29891), and the non-HTTP strategies (CVE-2026-40453). This issue affects Apache Camel: from 3.15.0 before 4.14.9, from 4.15.0 before 4.18.4, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.22.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.4. If users are on the 4.14.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.14.9. The non-LTS releases 4.15.0 through 4.17.0 and 4.19.0 through 4.21.0 are affected but do not receive a maintenance fix; users on those versions should upgrade to 4.18.4 or 4.22.0. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-39492exploit 9.3 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Unauthenticated SQL Injection in WP Maps <= 4.9.1 versions. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-46316exploit 9.3 critical 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: KVM: arm64: vgic-its: Drop the translation cache reference only for the erased entry vgic_its_invalidate_cache() walks the per-ITS translation cache with xa_for_each() and drops the cache's reference on each entry with vgic_put_irq(). It puts the iterated pointer, though, rather than the value returned by xa_erase(). The function is called from contexts that do not exclude one another: the ITS command handlers hold its_lock, the GITS_CTLR write path holds cmd_lock, and the path that clears EnableLPIs in a redistributor's GICR_CTLR holds neither. Two or more of them can drain the same cache concurrently, and if each one observes the same entry, erases it and then puts it, the single reference the cache holds on that entry is dropped more than once. The entry can then be freed while an ITE still maps it. xa_erase() is atomic and returns the previous entry, so put only the entry that this context actually removed. The cache reference is then dropped exactly once per entry even when the invalidations run concurrently, and the behavior is unchanged when only one context runs. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-74580exploit ×4 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: vhost: reset the vring metadata cache on vring reconfiguration vq->meta_iotlb[] caches the vhost_iotlb_map that backs each vring metadata region, and iotlb_access_ok() returns early on a cache hit, taking the hit as proof that the region has already been validated: if (vhost_vq_meta_fetch(vq, addr, len, type)) return true; The cache is reset on VHOST_IOTLB_UPDATE and VHOST_IOTLB_INVALIDATE, on device IOTLB (re)initialisation and on vq reset, but not when VHOST_SET_VRING_ADDR replaces vq->desc, vq->avail and vq->used, nor when VHOST_SET_VRING_NUM changes the region sizes. With a device IOTLB attached both ioctls are accepted while the vq is live, and neither validates the addresses at ioctl time: vq_access_ok() and vq_log_used_access_ok() return true early because the addresses are GIOVAs, deferring validation to prefetch time. Once the cache has been populated that deferred validation no longer runs -- vq_meta_prefetch() hits the stale entry and returns true -- and vhost_vq_meta_fetch() keeps translating through the old mapping as map->addr + addr - map->start for an address the mapping no longer covers. vhost_copy_to_user() and vhost_copy_from_user() consume the result with __copy_to_user() and __copy_from_user(), which do not check it either, so a subsequent used ring update or descriptor fetch accesses memory outside the region the IOTLB actually maps. Reset the metadata cache whenever the vring is reconfigured, so the new addresses are pushed back through iotlb_access_ok()'s slow path. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2025-40123exploit 7.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Enforce expected_attach_type for tailcall compatibility Yinhao et al. recently reported: Our fuzzer tool discovered an uninitialized pointer issue in the bpf_prog_test_run_xdp() function within the Linux kernel's BPF subsystem. This leads to a NULL pointer dereference when a BPF program attempts to deference the txq member of struct xdp_buff object. The test initializes two programs of BPF_PROG_TYPE_XDP: progA acts as the entry point for bpf_prog_test_run_xdp() and its expected_attach_type can neither be of be BPF_XDP_DEVMAP nor BPF_XDP_CPUMAP. progA calls into a slot of a tailcall map it owns. progB's expected_attach_type must be BPF_XDP_DEVMAP to pass xdp_is_valid_access() validation. The program returns struct xdp_md's egress_ifindex, and the latter is only allowed to be accessed under mentioned expected_attach_type. progB is then inserted into the tailcall which progA calls. The underlying issue goes beyond XDP though. Another example are programs of type BPF_PROG_TYPE_CGROUP_SOCK_ADDR. sock_addr_is_valid_access() as well as sock_addr_func_proto() have different logic depending on the programs' expected_attach_type. Similarly, a program attached to BPF_CGROUP_INET4_GETPEERNAME should not be allowed doing a tailcall into a program which calls bpf_bind() out of BPF which is only enabled for BPF_CGROUP_INET4_CONNECT. In short, specifying expected_attach_type allows to open up additional functionality or restrictions beyond what the basic bpf_prog_type enables. The use of tailcalls must not violate these constraints. Fix it by enforcing expected_attach_type in __bpf_prog_map_compatible(). Note that we only enforce this for tailcall maps, but not for BPF devmaps or cpumaps: There, the programs are invoked through dev_map_bpf_prog_run*() and cpu_map_bpf_prog_run*() which set up a new environment / context and therefore these situations are not prone to this issue. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-56011exploit 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Unauthenticated Cross Site Scripting (XSS) in MapPress Maps for WordPress <= 2.97.3 versions. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2025-38502exploit 7.1 high 0.00% linux, debian, linux_kernel, debian_linux, simatic_cn_4100_firmware In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: bpf: Fix oob access in cgroup local storage Lonial reported that an out-of-bounds access in cgroup local storage can be crafted via tail calls. Given two programs each utilizing a cgroup local storage with a different value size, and one program doing a tail call into the other. The verifier will validate each of the indivial programs just fine. However, in the runtime context the bpf_cg_run_ctx holds an bpf_prog_array_item which contains the BPF program as well as any cgroup local storage flavor the program uses. Helpers such as bpf_get_local_storage() pick this up from the runtime context: ctx = container_of(current->bpf_ctx, struct bpf_cg_run_ctx, run_ctx); storage = ctx->prog_item->cgroup_storage[stype]; if (stype == BPF_CGROUP_STORAGE_SHARED) ptr = &READ_ONCE(storage->buf)->data[0]; else ptr = this_cpu_ptr(storage->percpu_buf); For the second program which was called from the originally attached one, this means bpf_get_local_storage() will pick up the former program's map, not its own. With mismatching sizes, this can result in an unintended out-of-bounds access. To fix this issue, we need to extend bpf_map_owner with an array of storage_cookie[] to match on i) the exact maps from the original program if the second program was using bpf_get_local_storage(), or ii) allow the tail call combination if the second program was not using any of the cgroup local storage maps. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-95628exploit 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Apache Camel Docling component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.15.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.2. DoclingProducer builds the command line of the external docling tool and appends to it the custom arguments supplied in the CamelDoclingCustomArguments header, a list of strings whose flags the fix for CVE-2026-40047 restricted to an allowlist. That fix also introduced validatePathSafety to keep path-like argument values inside the intended directory, but the method only looked for relative traversal: it rejected a value containing a traversal sequence such as ../ and a value whose normalized form still held a .. element. It never checked whether a value was an absolute path, and an absolute path without traversal segments contains neither, so it passed unchanged. Every path-like value went through this check, whether it was a separate list element following its flag or was attached to the flag after an equals sign, so an absolute path was accepted in either form, for example as the directory given to the allowlisted --artifacts-path flag, which tells docling where to find its model artifacts. Such a value reached the docling command line as given, so a party able to choose the custom arguments could point the docling process at any directory the Camel process can access, outside the working directory that the check was meant to keep path values in, which is the outcome the CVE-2026-40047 fix set out to prevent. Only the CLI mode, which is the default, passes custom arguments to docling. The header belongs to the Camel header namespace, which consumers applying Camel's default header filtering, such as the JMS and Kafka consumers, remove from incoming messages, so the issue is reached where a route forwards externally influenced values into the header or where a consumer maps incoming headers without that filtering. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.22.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.22.2. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.5. The 4.15.x to 4.17.x and 4.19.x to 4.21.x release lines reached end of life before this issue was resolved and will not receive a fix, so deployments on them must move to a supported release. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, do not build the CamelDoclingCustomArguments header from values that originate outside the deployment, remove that header from messages that arrive from outside before they reach a docling endpoint, and make sure that consumers which map incoming message headers drop the Camel header namespace, so that only the route itself chooses the custom arguments. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-95629exploit 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Improper Limitation of a Pathname to a Restricted Directory ('Path Traversal') vulnerability in Apache Camel Docling component. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.15.0 before 4.18.5, from 4.19.0 before 4.22.2. DoclingProducer runs the external docling tool in CLI mode, the default, and tells it where to write the converted document through the --output flag. When the CamelDoclingOutputFilePath header was set, addOutputDirectoryArguments handed its value to that flag verbatim: the value was not normalized, an absolute path or a path containing .. segments was accepted as given, and no endpoint option could confine it to a directory. The custom-argument validation added by the fix for CVE-2026-40047 refuses the --output and -o flags in the CamelDoclingCustomArguments header and tells callers to choose the output directory with this header instead, so the one value that decides where docling writes reached the command line without any of the checks applied to custom arguments. Docling writes the conversion result, as Markdown, HTML, JSON or text, into that directory, naming the file after the input file, and the producer afterwards removes only its own temporary directory, so the file is left in place. A party able to set the header could therefore have conversion output created in any directory the Camel process can write to. The content of such a file is the conversion of the document carried by the message, so it is shaped by whoever supplies that document without being written byte for byte, and when the document content arrives in the message body the producer stores it under a random temporary name, which the output file then carries. The header belongs to the Camel header namespace, which consumers applying Camel's default header filtering, such as the JMS and Kafka consumers, remove from incoming messages, so the issue is reached where a route forwards externally influenced values into the header or where a consumer maps incoming headers without that filtering. The docling-serve mode does not use the header. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.23.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.22.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.22.2. If users are on the 4.18.x releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.5. The fix adds an outputBaseDirectory endpoint option that is unset by default, so after upgrading, set it on every docling endpoint whose CamelDoclingOutputFilePath header can carry a value influenced from outside the deployment; without it the header is normalized but can still name any directory. The 4.15.x to 4.17.x and 4.19.x to 4.21.x release lines reached end of life before this issue was resolved and will not receive a fix, so deployments on them must move to a supported release. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, do not build the CamelDoclingOutputFilePath header from values that originate outside the deployment, remove that header from messages that arrive from outside before they reach a docling endpoint, and make sure that consumers which map incoming message headers drop the Camel header namespace, so that only the route itself chooses the output directory. CVE-2025-11307 8.8 high 2.0% no CPE yet The WP Go Maps (formerly WP Google Maps) WordPress plugin before 9.0.48 does not sanitize user input provided via an AJAX action, allowing unauthenticated users to store XSS payloads which are later retrieved from another AJAX call and output unescaped. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-109218 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet The Contact Manager plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Arbitrary File Upload in all versions up to, and including, 9.1.2 via the add_message function. This is due to an incomplete extension blacklist that fails to detect dangerous extensions when a trailing dot causes the extension-derivation routine to return an empty string, which sanitize_file_name() then silently removes before the file is written to disk. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload files that may be executable, which makes remote code execution possible. Successful code execution additionally requires the server to use Apache with libapache2-mod-php (which maps .phar to PHP by default) and the attacker to retrieve the uploaded file within the brief window before it is removed by unlink() at end of request. CVE-2026-72083 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: scsi: target: core: Fix iSCSI ISID use-after-free in REGISTER AND MOVE core_scsi3_emulate_pro_register_and_move() maps the PERSISTENT RESERVE OUT parameter list with transport_kmap_data_sg() and parses the destination TransportID with target_parse_pr_out_transport_id(). For an iSCSI TransportID (FORMAT CODE 01b), iscsi_parse_pr_out_transport_id() returns the ISID in iport_ptr as a raw pointer into that mapped buffer. The function then unmaps the buffer with transport_kunmap_data_sg() before dereferencing iport_ptr in strcmp(), __core_scsi3_locate_pr_reg() and core_scsi3_alloc_registration(). When the parameter list spans more than one page (PARAMETER LIST LENGTH > 4096), transport_kmap_data_sg() uses vmap() and transport_kunmap_data_sg() does vunmap(), so the kernel virtual address backing iport_ptr is torn down and every subsequent dereference is a use-after-free read of the unmapped region. Keep the parameter list mapped until iport_ptr is no longer needed: drop the early transport_kunmap_data_sg() and unmap once on the success path, right before returning. The error paths already unmap through the existing "if (buf) transport_kunmap_data_sg(cmd)" at the out: label, which now runs on every post-map error exit because buf is no longer cleared early. Only reads of the mapping happen while spinlocks are held; the map and unmap calls remain outside any lock. The sibling caller core_scsi3_decode_spec_i_port() already uses the buffer before unmapping it and is left unchanged. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89656 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: reject buckets with mismatched CRUSH ids crush_decode() stores bucket data by array slot, and the mapper later derives the per-bucket workspace index from the decoded bucket id. A malformed map can therefore make one bucket reuse another bucket's workspace by encoding an id different from -1 - slot. For uniform buckets, the second replica selection expands the source bucket's permutation into that aliased workspace buffer. If the source bucket is larger than the aliased bucket, the write runs past the smaller permutation array and can escape the kvmalloc'd CRUSH workspace. KASAN reports a slab OOB write of 4 bytes in bucket_perm_choose(). Reject buckets whose encoded id does not match their array slot. Valid CRUSH maps already use the canonical negative id corresponding to the bucket slot, so this restores the invariant expected by work->work[-1 - in->id] without changing valid map behavior. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89653 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: ceph: reject export_targets ranks >= CEPH_MAX_MDS in mdsmap decode MDSMap export_targets entries are monitor controlled. check_new_map() uses each entry as a bit number in a fixed stack bitmap, so a rank outside the protocol namespace can make set_bit() write past the end of the array. CVE-2026-72129 9.8 critical 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvmet-rdma: handle inline data with a nonzero offset nvmet_rdma_use_inline_sg() maps the host-controlled inline data offset into the per-command inline scatterlist. The bounds check admits any offset with off + len <= inline_data_size, but the mapping still assumes the data begins in the first inline page: sg->offset = off; sg->length = min_t(int, len, PAGE_SIZE - off); When a port is configured with inline_data_size > PAGE_SIZE (settable up to max(SZ_16K, PAGE_SIZE)), an offset in (PAGE_SIZE, inline_data_size] makes "PAGE_SIZE - off" underflow, so sg->length is set to ~4 GiB and the block backend reads far past the first inline page. num_pages(len) also ignores the offset, so an in-bounds offset whose [off, off+len) span crosses a page boundary under-counts the scatterlist. Map the offset properly: split it into a page index and an in-page offset, start the scatterlist at that page, and size the page count from page_off + len. Because the request scatterlist may now start at inline_sg[page_idx] rather than inline_sg[0], generalize the inline-SGL identity test in nvmet_rdma_release_rsp() to a range test; otherwise the persistent inline scatterlist is mistaken for an allocated one and nvmet_req_free_sgls() frees an inline page (and warns in free_large_kmalloc()). 16 Oct
CVE-2026-109432 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Camunda 7.24.0 before 7.24.14 and 7.23.0 before 7.23.17 contains an expression injection vulnerability where AdhocQueryValidator.validate() fails to check sub-query expression maps within the orQueries field exposed by TaskQueryDto, allowing authenticated users to bypass the enableExpressionsInAdhocQueries restriction. Attackers can supply a malicious JUEL expression such as dueAfterExpression inside an orQueries entry to achieve arbitrary Java reflection and invoke java.lang.Runtime.exec, resulting in operating-system command execution as the engine service user. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-52854 8.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet Maps is a MediaWiki extension that enables visualization of geographic data through dynamic embedded maps. Prior to version 12.1.3, the display_map parser function in the Leaflet service accepts attacker-controlled HTML in the overlays parameter, and resources/leaflet/jquery.leaflet.js uses the overlay name as a Leaflet layer-control label without escaping it. A wiki user with the edit permission can store malicious wikitext that causes script execution when another user previews or views the affected map. The script executes in the viewing user's browser session and can access data or perform actions available to that user. This issue is fixed in version 12.1.3. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-28808 8.3 high 1.0% erlang, erlang\/inets, erlang\/otp Incorrect Authorization vulnerability in Erlang OTP (inets modules) allows unauthenticated access to CGI scripts protected by directory rules when served via script_alias. When script_alias maps a URL prefix to a directory outside DocumentRoot, mod_auth evaluates directory-based access controls against the DocumentRoot-relative path while mod_cgi executes the script at the ScriptAlias-resolved path. This path mismatch allows unauthenticated access to CGI scripts that directory rules were meant to protect. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/inets/src/http_server/mod_alias.erl, lib/inets/src/http_server/mod_auth.erl, and lib/inets/src/http_server/mod_cgi.erl. This issue affects OTP from OTP 17.0 before OTP 26.2.5.19, OTP 27.3.4.10, and OTP 28.4.2, corresponding to inets from 5.10 before 9.1.0.6, 9.3.2.4, and 9.6.2. Whether OTP before OTP 17.0, corresponding to inets before 5.10, is affected is unknown. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-45742 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet Gotenberg is a Docker-powered stateless API for PDF files. From 8.10.0 until 8.33.0, the newContext function in pkg/modules/api/context.go starts one errgroup.Go goroutine for each multipart downloadFrom entry and allows those goroutines to concurrently write to the shared ctx.files, ctx.diskToOriginal, and ctx.filesByField maps and slices. Go maps and slices are not safe for concurrent mutation, so a crafted multipart request containing many downloadFrom entries can trigger a data race and terminate the process with a fatal concurrent map writes runtime error. The default configuration enables downloadFrom and disables authentication, allowing an unauthenticated remote attacker to crash an exposed conversion service and cause a denial of service. This issue is fixed in version 8.33.0. Tue 27 Oct
CVE-2026-68155 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: Reject monmaps advertising zero monitors A message of type CEPH_MSG_MON_MAP contains a monmap that is sent from a monitor to the client. This monmap contains information about the existing monitors in the cluster. Currently, a monmap indicating that there are zero monitors in the cluster is treated as valid. However, it is impossible to have zero monitors in the cluster and still receive a valid monmap from a monitor. Therefore, such a monmap must be corrupted and should be treated as invalid. Furthermore, a monmap with a monitor count of zero can subsequently crash the client when attempting to open a session with a monitor in __open_session(). This happens because the "BUG_ON(monc->monmap->num_mon < 1)" assertion in pick_new_mon() is triggered. This patch extends a check in ceph_monmap_decode() to also reject arriving mon_maps with num_mon == 0 rather than only with num_mon > CEPH_MAX_MON. [ idryomov: drop "log output for unusual values of num_mon" part ] 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53199 7.5 high 1.0% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: hv_netvsc: use kmap_local_page in netvsc_copy_to_send_buf netvsc_copy_to_send_buf() copies page buffer entries into the VMBus send buffer using phys_to_virt() on the entry PFN. Entries for the RNDIS header and the skb linear data come from kmalloc'd memory and are always in the kernel direct map, but entries for skb fragments reference page cache or user pages, which on 32-bit x86 with CONFIG_HIGHMEM=y can live above the LOWMEM boundary. For such a page phys_to_virt() returns an address outside the direct map and the subsequent memcpy() faults on the transmit softirq path, which is fatal. Map the pages with kmap_local_page() instead, handling two properties of the page buffer entries: - pb[i].pfn is a Hyper-V PFN at HV_HYP_PAGE_SIZE (4K) granularity, not a native PFN. Reconstruct the physical address first and derive the native page from it, so the mapping stays correct where PAGE_SIZE > HV_HYP_PAGE_SIZE (e.g. arm64 with 64K pages). - Since commit 41a6328b2c55 ("hv_netvsc: Preserve contiguous PFN grouping in the page buffer array"), an entry describes a full physically contiguous fragment and pb[i].len can exceed PAGE_SIZE, while kmap_local_page() maps a single page. Copy page by page, splitting at native page boundaries. The copy path only handles packets smaller than the send section size (6144 bytes by default); larger packets take the cp_partial path where only the RNDIS header is copied. So entries here are bounded by the section size and a copy is split at most once on 4K-page systems. On !CONFIG_HIGHMEM configs kmap_local_page() folds to page_address() and no mapping work is added. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-52954 7.5 high 1.0% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: handle rbtree insertion error in decode_choose_args() A message of type CEPH_MSG_OSD_MAP contains an OSD map that itself contains a CRUSH map. The received CRUSH map may optionally contain choose_args that get decoded in decode_choose_args(). In this function, num_choose_arg_maps is read from the message, and a corresponding number of crush_choose_arg_maps gets decoded afterwards. Each crush_choose_arg_map has a choose_args_index, which serves as the key when inserting it into the choose_args rbtree of the decoded crush_map. If a (potentially corrupted) message contains two crush_choose_arg_maps with the same index, the assertion in insert_choose_arg_map() triggers a kernel BUG when trying to insert the second crush_choose_arg_map. This patch fixes the issue by switching to the non-asserting rbtree insertion function and rejecting the message if the insertion fails. [ idryomov: changelog ] 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89657 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: libceph: validate OSD extent maps before cursor advance net/ceph/osd_client.c:osd_sparse_read() validates that the sparse-read data length matches the summed extent lengths, but it does not validate that each OSD-supplied extent is monotonic and lies inside the original request range. A malformed authenticated OSD reply can advertise a far-forward nonzero extent offset with a matching data length and make the client advance the message-data cursor beyond the request buffer. This reaches the BUG_ON(!*length) assertion in ceph_msg_data_next() from the client receive path. Impact: A malicious or compromised authenticated Ceph OSD peer can crash a kernel Ceph client via a malformed sparse-read reply. Reject sparse extent maps that overflow, move backwards, overlap, or extend outside the original sparse-read request before advancing the cursor. [ idryomov: perform sparse_extent_map_valid() check a bit earlier, in CEPH_SPARSE_READ_DATA_LEN instead of CEPH_SPARSE_READ_DATA_PRE state ] 19 Oct
CVE-2026-89483 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: nvme: zero the discard fallback page nvme_setup_discard() always maps sizeof(struct nvme_dsm_range) * NVME_DSM_MAX_RANGES = 4096 bytes as the DSM payload however many ranges the command declares, because some devices ignore the 'Number of Ranges' field - the Fixes: commit records two that read past the declared ranges. A single-range discard fills only the first 16 bytes. Normally the buffer comes from kzalloc() and the other 4080 bytes are zero. When that allocation fails the code falls back to the per-controller ctrl->discard_page, which nvme_init_ctrl() obtains with alloc_page(GFP_KERNEL) and nothing ever zeroes, so those 4080 bytes are whatever the page last held and are handed to the controller. Reaching it requires the kzalloc(GFP_ATOMIC | __GFP_NOWARN) to fail, that is memory pressure; it is not remotely triggerable. Failing the allocation under KMSAN reproduces it, with the leaked tail full of vmemmap struct page pointers. The extent in the report is a partial transfer of the payload, not the whole 4096 bytes; the 16-byte boundary in it is the one declared range: [ 11.991601] BUG: KMSAN: uninit-value in dma_map_phys+0x14c8/0x1900 [ 11.991969] dma_map_phys+0x14c8/0x1900 [ 11.992220] dma_map_page_attrs+0xcf/0x130 [ 11.992485] e1000_xmit_frame+0x4099/0x6d10 [ 11.992768] dev_hard_start_xmit+0x22f/0xa80 [ 11.993068] sch_direct_xmit+0x35c/0xcb0 [ 11.993315] __dev_queue_xmit+0x1ee5/0x5eb0 [ 11.993608] ip_finish_output2+0x1903/0x1c30 [ 11.993881] ip_finish_output+0x288/0x870 [ 11.994125] ip_output+0x15e/0x400 [ 11.994365] __ip_queue_xmit+0x1e85/0x1fb0 [ 11.994639] ip_queue_xmit+0x60/0x80 [ 11.994899] __tcp_transmit_skb+0x4e71/0x5fa0 [ 11.995210] tcp_write_xmit+0x3a36/0x9160 [ 11.995533] __tcp_push_pending_frames+0xc5/0x3c0 [ 11.995854] tcp_push+0x7dc/0x840 [ 11.996076] tcp_sendmsg_locked+0x766c/0x8400 [ 11.996371] tcp_sendmsg+0x4b/0x90 [ 11.996572] inet_sendmsg+0x134/0x2a0 [ 11.996823] __sock_sendmsg+0x265/0x360 [ 11.997076] sock_sendmsg+0x100/0x1e0 [ 11.997293] nvme_tcp_try_send+0x196f/0x6370 [ 11.997605] nvme_tcp_queue_rq+0x1d54/0x20b0 [ 11.997882] blk_mq_dispatch_rq_list+0x5ee/0x2e50 [ 11.998175] __blk_mq_sched_dispatch_requests+0x16dc/0x24a0 [ 11.998539] blk_mq_sched_dispatch_requests+0x11b/0x2c0 [ 11.998865] blk_mq_run_work_fn+0x13b/0x280 [ 11.999146] process_scheduled_works+0x966/0x1ad0 [ 11.999465] worker_thread+0xe44/0x1480 [ 11.999709] kthread+0x53b/0x600 [ 11.999927] ret_from_fork+0x29f/0x7c0 [ 12.000191] ret_from_fork_asm+0x1a/0x30 [ 12.000460] [ 12.000558] Uninit was created at: [ 12.000788] __alloc_frozen_pages_noprof+0x8bf/0xd30 [ 12.001096] alloc_pages_mpol+0x1d0/0x5f0 [ 12.001326] alloc_pages_noprof+0x102/0x290 [ 12.001627] nvme_init_ctrl+0x5a3/0x9f0 [ 12.001891] nvme_tcp_create_ctrl+0xd75/0x19b0 [ 12.002170] nvmf_dev_write+0x4c68/0x4fd0 [ 12.002426] vfs_write+0x587/0x1a10 [ 12.002636] __x64_sys_write+0x207/0x4f0 [ 12.002874] x64_sys_call+0x2ff0/0x3ea0 [ 12.003123] do_syscall_64+0x147/0x3b0 [ 12.003400] entry_SYSCALL_64_after_hwframe+0x77/0x7f [ 12.003680] [ 12.003777] Bytes 16-2843 of 2844 are uninitialized [ 12.004068] Memory access of size 2844 starts at ffff888109f82000 [ 12.004412] [ 12.004530] CPU: 0 UID: 0 PID: 101 Comm: kworker/0:1H Not tainted 7.2.0-rc5-NVMECTL-gf5098b6bae76 #1 PREEMPT(lazy) [ 12.005127] Hardware name: QEMU Ubuntu 24.04 PC v2 (i440FX + PIIX, arch_caps fix, 1996), BIOS 1.16.3-debian-1.16.3-2 04/01/2014 [ 12.005762] Workqueue: kblockd blk_mq_run_work_fn [ 12.006073] ===================================================== Allocate the page with __GFP_ZERO. CVE-2026-74396 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: RDMA/mlx5: Fix UMR XLT cleanup on ODP populate failure mlx5r_umr_update_xlt() allocates and DMA maps an XLT buffer with mlx5r_umr_create_xlt(). The buffer is released by the common cleanup path through mlx5r_umr_unmap_free_xlt(). After mlx5_odp_populate_xlt() became fallible, its error path returned directly and skipped that cleanup. This leaks the XLT DMA mapping and buffer. If the emergency XLT page was used, it also leaves xlt_emergency_page_mutex locked. Break out of the loop so execution falls through the existing cleanup path. 16 Oct

CVE-2026-74611 9.8 critical 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: tls: rx: restore msg_iter before TLS 1.3 optimistic retry tls_decrypt_sg() advances msg->msg_iter when it maps user pages for the optimistic TLS 1.3 zero-copy path. If the decrypted record turns out not to be unpadded application data, tls_decrypt_sw() retries into a kernel skb, but leaves the iterator advanced. The subsequent copy from the skb then writes decrypted bytes again at a later point in the caller iovecs while recvmsg() reports only the post-retry length. A TLS peer can trigger this after the receiver enables TLS_RX_EXPECT_NO_PAD. Revert the iterator by the number of bytes consumed by the optimistic mapping before retrying without zero-copy. Add a selftest which sends a TLS 1.3 control record with TLS_RX_EXPECT_NO_PAD enabled and verifies that recvmsg() does not overwrite later iovecs beyond the returned length. 21 Oct
CVE-2026-31649 9.8 critical 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: net: stmmac: fix integer underflow in chain mode The jumbo_frm() chain-mode implementation unconditionally computes len = nopaged_len - bmax; where nopaged_len = skb_headlen(skb) (linear bytes only) and bmax is BUF_SIZE_8KiB or BUF_SIZE_2KiB. However, the caller stmmac_xmit() decides to invoke jumbo_frm() based on skb->len (total length including page fragments): is_jumbo = stmmac_is_jumbo_frm(priv, skb->len, enh_desc); When a packet has a small linear portion (nopaged_len <= bmax) but a large total length due to page fragments (skb->len > bmax), the subtraction wraps as an unsigned integer, producing a huge len value (~0xFFFFxxxx). This causes the while (len != 0) loop to execute hundreds of thousands of iterations, passing skb->data + bmax * i pointers far beyond the skb buffer to dma_map_single(). On IOMMU-less SoCs (the typical deployment for stmmac), this maps arbitrary kernel memory to the DMA engine, constituting a kernel memory disclosure and potential memory corruption from hardware. Fix this by introducing a buf_len local variable clamped to min(nopaged_len, bmax). Computing len = nopaged_len - buf_len is then always safe: it is zero when the linear portion fits within a single descriptor, causing the while (len != 0) loop to be skipped naturally, and the fragment loop in stmmac_xmit() handles page fragments afterward. 19 Oct
