CVE-2023-48795exploit ×5 5.9 medium 94.0% openbsd, putty, openssh, filezilla_client The SSH transport protocol with certain OpenSSH extensions, found in OpenSSH before 9.6 and other products, allows remote attackers to bypass integrity checks such that some packets are omitted (from the extension negotiation message), and a client and server may consequently end up with a connection for which some security features have been downgraded or disabled, aka a Terrapin attack. This occurs because the SSH Binary Packet Protocol (BPP), implemented by these extensions, mishandles the handshake phase and mishandles use of sequence numbers. For example, there is an effective attack against SSH's use of ChaCha20-Poly1305 (and CBC with Encrypt-then-MAC). The bypass occurs in [email protected] and (if CBC is used) the [email protected] MAC algorithms. This also affects Maverick Synergy Java SSH API before 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT, Dropbear through 2022.83, Ssh before 5.1.1 in Erlang/OTP, PuTTY before 0.80, AsyncSSH before 2.14.2, golang.org/x/crypto before 0.17.0, libssh before 0.10.6, libssh2 through 1.11.0, Thorn Tech SFTP Gateway before 3.4.6, Tera Term before 5.1, Paramiko before 3.4.0, jsch before 0.2.15, SFTPGo before 2.5.6, Netgate pfSense Plus through 23.09.1, Netgate pfSense CE through 2.7.2, HPN-SSH through 18.2.0, ProFTPD before 1.3.8b (and before 1.3.9rc2), ORYX CycloneSSH before 2.3.4, NetSarang XShell 7 before Build 0144, CrushFTP before 10.6.0, ConnectBot SSH library before 2.2.22, Apache MINA sshd through 2.11.0, sshj through 0.37.0, TinySSH through 20230101, trilead-ssh2 6401, LANCOM LCOS and LANconfig, FileZilla before 3.66.4, Nova before 11.8, PKIX-SSH before 14.4, SecureCRT before 9.4.3, Transmit5 before 5.10.4, Win32-OpenSSH before 9.5.0.0p1-Beta, WinSCP before 6.2.2, Bitvise SSH Server before 9.32, Bitvise SSH Client before 9.33, KiTTY through 0.76.1.13, the net-ssh gem 7.2.0 for Ruby, the mscdex ssh2 module before 1.15.0 for Node.js, the thrussh library before 0.35.1 for Rust, and the Russh crate before 0.40.2 for Rust. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-46448 8.5 high 0.00% openstack, nova In OpenStack Nova before 33.0.2, the server create API does not strip certain hint data. The resulting instance has no Placement allocation. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-32993 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet Improper sanitization of the `status` query parameter of the `/unprotected/nova_error` endpoint allows unauthenticated attacker to inject arbitrary HTTP header to the response. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-42202 6.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet nova-toggle-5 enables fliping booleans in the index. Prior to version 1.3.0, the toggle endpoint (POST/nova-vendor/nova-toggle/toggle/{resource}/{resourceId}) was protected only by web + auth:<guard> middleware. Any user authenticated on the configured guard could call the endpoint and flip boolean attributes on any Nova resource — including users who do not have access to Nova itself (for example, frontend customers sharing the web guard with the Nova admin area). The endpoint also accepted an arbitrary attribute parameter, which meant a valid caller could toggle any boolean column on the underlying model — not just columns exposed as Toggle fields on the resource. This issue has been patched in version 1.3.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-7668 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability was identified in MikroTik RouterOS 6.49.8. This vulnerability affects the function ASN1_STRING_data in the library nova/lib/www/scep.p of the component SCEP Endpoint. The manipulation of the argument transactionID/messageType leads to out-of-bounds read. The attack may be initiated remotely. The exploit is publicly available and might be used. You should upgrade the affected component. The vendor recommends to "use the latest v6.x or 7.x MikroTik RouterOS version, the reported issue should be fixed there." Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2024-57977 5.5 medium 0.00% linux, linux_kernel In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: memcg: fix soft lockup in the OOM process A soft lockup issue was found in the product with about 56,000 tasks were in the OOM cgroup, it was traversing them when the soft lockup was triggered. watchdog: BUG: soft lockup - CPU#2 stuck for 23s! As a result, this lead to soft lockup in the OOM process. To fix this issue, call 'cond_resched' in the 'mem_cgroup_scan_tasks' function per 1000 iterations. For global OOM, call 'touch_softlockup_watchdog' per 1000 iterations to avoid this issue. 15 Oct
CVE-2025-62178 5.4 medium 0.00% wegia WeGIA is an open source Web Manager for Institutions with a focus on Portuguese language users. Prior to 3.5.1, a Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability was identified in the /html/atendido/cadastro_atendido_parentesco_pessoa_nova.php endpoint of the WeGIA application. This vulnerability allows attackers to inject malicious scripts in the idatendido parameter. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.5.1. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-29203 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A chmod call in the cPanel Nova plugin's Cpanel::Nova::Connector follows symlinks, allowing setting root permissions on arbitrary system files or directories. That can cause DoS or local privilege escalation when an authenticated cPanel user places a symlink at a user-controlled legacy Nova path under their home directory. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-87846 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet The Shipping for Nova Poshta WordPress plugin through 1.19.8 does not perform any authorisation, nonce or ownership checks on one of its AJAX actions available to unauthenticated users, allowing anyone to delete the shipment records of arbitrary orders and to make the store issue the carrier's waybill-deletion request for those orders using the store's own stored API credentials. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-84748 unscored 0.00% no CPE yet Improper authorization in Apache bRPC (versions < 1.18.0) on all platforms allows remote attackers to access builtin services through the public port. Root Cause: ServerOptions.internal_port is documented to make builtin services (and Tabbed services) reachable only from the internal port, and the HTTP/h2 dispatch path enforced this. However, all protobuf-based protocol dispatch paths (baidu_std, hulu_pbrpc, sofa_pbrpc, and the nshead-based protocols public_pbrpc, nshead_mcpack, nova_pbrpc and ubrpc2pb) computed the security_mode flag but never enforced it between method resolution and method invocation. Since builtin services share the method map with user services, a client able to reach the public port could invoke builtin services such as brpc.vars or hotspots by name over these pb protocols and disclose sensitive runtime information (metrics, flags, profiler data) that the operator intended to expose only via the internal port. Affected Scenarios: Use a bRPC server with ServerOptions.internal_port configured (or with builtin/Tabbed services otherwise expected to be gated by it) while the public port is reachable from an untrusted network and any pb-based protocol is enabled. How to Fix: (Choose one of the following options) 1. Upgrade bRPC to version 1.18.0, which fixes this issue. 2. Apply this patch: https://github.com/apache/brpc/pull/3511 Mon 26 Oct
