CVE-2023-48795exploit ×5 5.9 medium 94.0% openbsd, putty, openssh, filezilla_client The SSH transport protocol with certain OpenSSH extensions, found in OpenSSH before 9.6 and other products, allows remote attackers to bypass integrity checks such that some packets are omitted (from the extension negotiation message), and a client and server may consequently end up with a connection for which some security features have been downgraded or disabled, aka a Terrapin attack. This occurs because the SSH Binary Packet Protocol (BPP), implemented by these extensions, mishandles the handshake phase and mishandles use of sequence numbers. For example, there is an effective attack against SSH's use of ChaCha20-Poly1305 (and CBC with Encrypt-then-MAC). The bypass occurs in [email protected] and (if CBC is used) the [email protected] MAC algorithms. This also affects Maverick Synergy Java SSH API before 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT, Dropbear through 2022.83, Ssh before 5.1.1 in Erlang/OTP, PuTTY before 0.80, AsyncSSH before 2.14.2, golang.org/x/crypto before 0.17.0, libssh before 0.10.6, libssh2 through 1.11.0, Thorn Tech SFTP Gateway before 3.4.6, Tera Term before 5.1, Paramiko before 3.4.0, jsch before 0.2.15, SFTPGo before 2.5.6, Netgate pfSense Plus through 23.09.1, Netgate pfSense CE through 2.7.2, HPN-SSH through 18.2.0, ProFTPD before 1.3.8b (and before 1.3.9rc2), ORYX CycloneSSH before 2.3.4, NetSarang XShell 7 before Build 0144, CrushFTP before 10.6.0, ConnectBot SSH library before 2.2.22, Apache MINA sshd through 2.11.0, sshj through 0.37.0, TinySSH through 20230101, trilead-ssh2 6401, LANCOM LCOS and LANconfig, FileZilla before 3.66.4, Nova before 11.8, PKIX-SSH before 14.4, SecureCRT before 9.4.3, Transmit5 before 5.10.4, Win32-OpenSSH before 9.5.0.0p1-Beta, WinSCP before 6.2.2, Bitvise SSH Server before 9.32, Bitvise SSH Client before 9.33, KiTTY through 0.76.1.13, the net-ssh gem 7.2.0 for Ruby, the mscdex ssh2 module before 1.15.0 for Node.js, the thrussh library before 0.35.1 for Rust, and the Russh crate before 0.40.2 for Rust. 15 Oct
CVE-2026-105014exploit ×2 9.1 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Improper neutralization of special elements used in a command ('command injection') in Azure Pipelines allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-41490exploit 8.3 high 0.00% no CPE yet Dagster is an orchestration platform for the development, production, and observation of data assets. Prior to Dagster Core version 1.13.1 and prior to Dagster libraries version 0.29.1, the DuckDB, Snowflake, BigQuery, and DeltaLake I/O managers constructed SQL WHERE clauses by interpolating dynamic partition key values into queries without escaping. A user with the Add Dynamic Partitions permission could create a partition key that injects arbitrary SQL, which would execute against the target database backend under the I/O manager's credentials. Only deployments that use dynamic partitions are affected. Pipelines using static or time-window partitions are not impacted. This issue has been patched in Dagster Core version 1.13.1 and Dagster libraries version 0.29.1. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-61808 9.8 critical 2.0% no CPE yet LightRAG provides simple and fast retrieval-augmented generation. Through version 1.5.4, the LightRAG API server binds to all network interfaces with authentication disabled by default, allowing an unauthenticated network attacker to read indexed document content, upload or delete documents, modify the knowledge graph, cancel pipelines, clear caches, and consume LLM resources. This issue is mitigated in version 1.5.5rc1. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-54680 9.9 critical 1.0% no CPE yet Logging operator automates the deployment and configuration of Kubernetes logging pipelines. Prior to 6.6.0, the Fluentd configuration renderer FluentRender in pkg/sdk/logging/model/render/fluent.go writes CRD strings such as Flow record_transformer.records values directly into fluent.conf without escaping, allowing a user who can create Flow resources to inject a Fluentd <match **> block using @type exec and execute arbitrary commands inside the Fluentd aggregator. This issue is fixed in version 6.6.0. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-40288 9.8 critical 1.0% praison, praisonai, praisonaiagents PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. In versions below 4.5.139 of PraisonAI and 1.5.140 of praisonaiagents, the workflow engine is vulnerable to arbitrary command and code execution through untrusted YAML files. When praisonai workflow run <file.yaml> loads a YAML file with type: job, the JobWorkflowExecutor in job_workflow.py processes steps that support run: (shell commands via subprocess.run()), script: (inline Python via exec()), and python: (arbitrary Python script execution)—all without any validation, sandboxing, or user confirmation. The affected code paths include action_run() in workflow.py and _exec_shell(), _exec_inline_python(), and _exec_python_script() in job_workflow.py. An attacker who can supply or influence a workflow YAML file (particularly in CI pipelines, shared repositories, or multi-tenant deployment environments) can achieve full arbitrary command execution on the host system, compromising the machine and any accessible data or credentials. This issue has been fixed in versions 4.5.139 of PraisonAI and 1.5.140 of praisonaiagents. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-5388 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet justhtml before 1.15.0 contains multiple security issues in URL sanitization helpers (clean_url_value/clean_url_in_js_string), HTML serialization, Markdown passthrough (html_passthrough=True), and several custom sanitization-policy edge cases. Depending on configuration, an attacker can bypass sanitization to inject active HTML and JavaScript — for example via encoded javascript: URLs, backslash-based relative URLs resolved as remote hosts, markup-breaking programmatic element/attribute names or HTML comments, raw </textarea> reintroduction through Markdown passthrough, or preserved <style>/<meta http-equiv=refresh>/<base href> tags in custom policies. Most custom-policy issues do not affect the default sanitize=True configuration; they primarily affect helper APIs, programmatic DOM construction, html_passthrough=True, and custom policies/transform pipelines. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-42584 9.1 critical 1.0% netty Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final, HttpClientCodec pairs each inbound response with an outbound request by queue.poll() once per response, including for 1xx. If the client pipelines GET then HEAD and the server sends 103, then 200 with GET body, then 200 for HEAD, the queue pairs HEAD with the first 200. The HEAD rule then skips reading that message’s body, so the GET entity bytes stay on the stream and the following 200 is parsed from the wrong offset. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-44827 8.8 high 1.0% huggingface, diffusers Diffusers is the a library for pretrained diffusion models. Prior to 0.38.0, diffusers 0.37.0 allows remote code execution without the trust_remote_code=True safeguard when loading pipelines from Hugging Face Hub repositories. The _resolve_custom_pipeline_and_cls function in pipeline_loading_utils.py performs string interpolation on the custom_pipeline parameter using f"{custom_pipeline}.py". When custom_pipeline is not supplied by the user, it defaults to None, which Python interpolates as the literal string "None.py". If an attacker publishes a Hub repository containing a file named None.py with a class that subclasses DiffusionPipeline, the file is automatically downloaded and executed during a standard DiffusionPipeline.from_pretrained() call with no additional keyword arguments. The trust_remote_code check in DiffusionPipeline.download() is bypassed because it evaluates custom_pipeline is not None as False (since the kwarg was never supplied), while the downstream code path that actually loads the module resolves the None value into a valid filename. An attacker can achieve silent arbitrary code execution by publishing a malicious model repository with a None.py file and a standard-looking model_index.json that references a legitimate pipeline class name, requiring only that a victim calls from_pretrained on the repository. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.38.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2025-58158 8.8 high 1.0% no CPE yet Harness Open Source is an end-to-end developer platform with Source Control Management, CI/CD Pipelines, Hosted Developer Environments, and Artifact Registries. Prior to version 3.3.0, Open Source Harness git LFS server (Gitness) exposes api to retrieve and upload files via git LFS. Implementation of upload git LFS file api is vulnerable to arbitrary file write. Due to improper sanitization for upload path, a malicious authenticated user who has access to Harness Gitness server api can use a crafted upload request to write arbitrary file to any location on file system, may even compromise the server. Users using git LFS are vulnerable. This issue has been patched in version 3.3.0. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53985 8.7 high 1.0% no CPE yet Ground Station prior to 0.6.0 contains an unauthenticated denial-of-service vulnerability in the Socket.IO server's service_control event handler that allows any unauthenticated network peer to forcibly terminate the ground-station process by sending a single restart_service command. Attackers can connect to the Socket.IO server on port 7000 without credentials due to disabled authentication enforcement and a wildcard CORS policy, then emit the service_control event to terminate all active satellite-tracking sessions, SDR recording pipelines, demodulators, decoders, and rotator controllers, with repeated triggering possible in Docker deployments to create a persistent denial-of-service condition. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-40938 8.5 high 1.0% linuxfoundation, tekton_pipelines Tekton Pipelines project provides k8s-style resources for declaring CI/CD-style pipelines. Starting in version 1.0.0 and prior to versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1, the git resolver's revision parameter is passed directly as a positional argument to git fetch without any validation that it does not begin with a - character. Because git parses flags from mixed positional arguments, an attacker can inject arbitrary git fetch flags such as --upload-pack=<binary>. Combined with the validateRepoURL function explicitly permitting URLs that begin with / (local filesystem paths), a tenant who can submit ResolutionRequest objects can chain these two behaviors to execute an arbitrary binary on the resolver pod. The tekton-pipelines-resolvers ServiceAccount holds cluster-wide get/list/watch on all Secrets, so code execution on the resolver pod enables full cluster-wide secret exfiltration. Versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1 fix the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-11816 8.1 high 1.0% keras Keras versions prior to 3.14.0 are vulnerable to a path traversal issue in the archive extraction utilities located in `keras/src/utils/file_utils.py`. The functions `filter_safe_tarinfos()` and `filter_safe_zipinfos()` validate archive member paths against the process current working directory (CWD) instead of the actual extraction destination. When the process runs with CWD set to `/`, which is common in Docker containers, CI/CD runners, and Jupyter environments, the validation boundary becomes the filesystem root, allowing traversal paths to bypass the security check. Additionally, the zip filter contains a bug that causes an `AttributeError` when a blocked entry is encountered, leading to incomplete extraction. Furthermore, Python 3.11 installations lack the `filter="data"` safety net, leaving them entirely reliant on the flawed CWD-based filter. Exploitation of this vulnerability can result in arbitrary file writes outside the intended extraction directory, enabling attackers to overwrite configuration files, inject malicious code, or corrupt machine learning datasets and pipelines. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-18621 7.6 high 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in Data Science Pipelines (DSP). An attacker with namespace editor privileges can bypass security hardening by submitting a malicious Argo Workflow through the V1 API path. This allows the API server to create pods with elevated privileges, acting as a 'confused deputy' on behalf of the attacker. Successful exploitation grants the attacker node-root access, enabling arbitrary code execution and full control over the underlying node. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-45099 6.9 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Terragrunt is a flexible orchestration tool that allows Infrastructure as Code written in OpenTofu or Terraform to scale. Prior to 1.0.4, Terragrunt trusts paths decoded from a downloaded module's .terragrunt-module-manifest during fileManifest.Clean() in internal/util/file.go. A malicious or compromised external module can place absolute or traversal paths in the manifest, causing cleanup to delete files outside the module cache that are accessible to the Terragrunt process before OpenTofu or Terraform executes. This deletion-only primitive can remove local source code or configuration and disrupt CI/CD pipelines. This issue is fixed in version 1.0.4. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-75926 9.3 critical 0.00% gohugo, hugo Hugo 0.161.0 placed the Node asset pipelines behind the Node.js permission model so that code running through PostCSS, Babel, or TailwindCSS could not reach the file system outside the project directory. Hugo 0.162.0 added tailwindcss to the AllowChildProcess default in config/security/securityConfig.go, which makes nodePermissionArgs in common/hexec/exec.go append --allow-child-process whenever the tool being launched is named tailwindcss. TailwindCSS loads the site's tailwind.config.js through require at startup, so top-level code in that file executes inside the permitted Node process and can call child_process to spawn a shell. The spawned process is not a Node process and inherits none of the permission flags, so it runs with the full privileges of the account performing the build. Building a site whose theme, module, or starter template supplies the Tailwind configuration therefore yields arbitrary command execution rather than the confined file access the permission model was introduced to enforce. Hugo 0.165.0 removes tailwindcss from the default security.exec.allow list, so the tool is no longer launched under the default configuration. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-27851 9.1 critical 0.00% dovecot, open-xchange When safe filter is used with variable expansion, all following pipelines on the same string are incorrectly interpreted as safe too, enabling unsafe data to be unescaped. This can enable SQL / LDAP injection attacks when used in authentication. Avoid using safe filter until on fixed version. No publicly available exploits are known. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-65172 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet NVIDIA AIStore for Linux and Kubernetes contains a missing authorization vulnerability in the ETL management API where an unauthenticated remote attacker may access ETL information or control existing ETL jobs by sending crafted GET or POST requests to an AIStore proxy. A successful exploit may lead to information disclosure and unauthorized start or stop operations that affect the integrity and availability of ETL data-processing pipelines. 13 Oct
CVE-2026-16301 8.5 high 0.00% gitlab GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions from 18.7 before 19.2.8, 19.3 before 19.3.5, and 19.4 before 19.4.2 that, under certain conditions, could have allowed an authenticated user with Developer role to execute CI/CD pipelines on protected branches without authorization due to improper authorization checks in the downstream pipeline creation service. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-45696 8.3 high 0.00% openexr OpenEXR is the reference implementation and specification for the EXR image format, widely used in the motion picture industry. In versions 3.4.0 through 3.4.11, the HTJ2K (High-Throughput JPEG 2000) decoder, ht_undo_impl() in OpenEXRCore is vulnerable to a heap-buffer-overflow READ. The ht_undo_imp function copies decoded pixels out of a per-line OpenJPH buffer using the EXR channel's declared width as the iteration count. The codestream embedded in the EXR chunk can declare different (smaller) tile/line dimensions than the EXR header advertises, but ht_undo_impl() does not validate this — it pulls width 32-bit samples from cur_line->i32[] without checking the OpenJPH line buffer's actual length. A crafted EXR file produces a 4-byte heap-buffer-overflow READ immediately after a buffer allocated by ojph::local::codestream::finalize_alloc(). The bug is reachable through the standard scanline-decode entry point used by every consumer of exr_decoding_run/Imf::checkOpenEXRFile, including thumbnailers, asset pipelines, and the exrcheck utility — i.e. any application that opens untrusted EXR files. The result is a deterministic crash (DoS) and potential adjacent-heap leak. This issue has been fixed in version 3.4.12. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-33941 8.2 high 0.00% handlebarsjs, handlebars Handlebars provides the power necessary to let users build semantic templates. In versions 4.0.0 through 4.7.8, the Handlebars CLI precompiler (`bin/handlebars` / `lib/precompiler.js`) concatenates user-controlled strings — template file names and several CLI options — directly into the JavaScript it emits, without any escaping or sanitization. An attacker who can influence template filenames or CLI arguments can inject arbitrary JavaScript that executes when the generated bundle is loaded in Node.js or a browser. Version 4.7.9 fixes the issue. Some workarounds are available. First, validate all CLI inputs before invoking the precompiler. Reject filenames and option values that contain characters with JavaScript string-escaping significance (`"`, `'`, `;`, etc.). Second, use a fixed, trusted namespace string passed via a configuration file rather than command-line arguments in automated pipelines. Third, run the precompiler in a sandboxed environment (container with no write access to sensitive paths) to limit the impact of successful exploitation. Fourth, audit template filenames in any repository or package that is consumed by an automated build pipeline. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-14814 8.2 high 0.00% gitlab GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions before 19.2.8, 19.3 before 19.3.5, and 19.4 before 19.4.2 that, under certain conditions, could have allowed a user to poison cached responses for raw repository files, causing targeted users' CI/CD pipelines to execute specially crafted content and potentially exposing protected environment variables, due to improper validation of repository references. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-47237 8.0 high 0.00% no CPE yet Kubeflow Community Distribution helps users to install Kubeflow Platform in popular Kubernetes clusters. Prior to version 26.03-rc.1, a Kubeflow setup based on the official manifests or most other packaged Kubeflow distributions is vulnerable to authorization token stealing from any user of the Kubeflow UI or APIs, such as the Dashboard, Pipelines API, or Notebooks. With this token, the attacker can take over the user's account and the data that is processed by that user. The attacker needs a valid user with the ``kubeflow-edit`` role / Contributor role in a random Kubeflow namespace to perform this attack. This is given if _Automatic Profile Creation_ is enabled. Version 26.03-rc.1 fixes the issue. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-81839 7.7 high 0.00% gitlab GitLab has remediated an issue in GitLab EE affecting all versions from 18.1 before 19.2.8, 19.3 before 19.3.5, and 19.4 before 19.4.2 that, under certain conditions, could have allowed an authenticated user to execute arbitrary CI/CD pipelines in a transferred project with the new group's privileges due to improper cleanup of scheduled pipeline execution policy records. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-6682 7.6 high 0.00% elm-chan, fatfs In FatFS R0.16 and earlier contains a FAT32 integer overflow bug in mount_volume() where fasize *= fs->n_fats can wrap, leading to attacker-controlled file-size metadata and unsafe read lengths in downstream callers. This maps to CWE-190 (Integer Overflow or Wraparound). Estimated CVSS v3.1 vector: CVSS:3.1/AV:P/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:C/C:H/I:H/A:H (7.6, High). Remote delivery is also possible in OTA/update pipelines. The estimated CISA SSVC vectors are Exploitation: PoC, Technical Impact: Total. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-118761 7.5 high — kubeflow, pipelines Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the API server decompressed uploaded pipeline archives without adequately bounding expanded data while locating or reading the pipeline file. A small ZIP or gzip-compressed tar archive can consume disproportionately large memory and exhaust API-server resources. Multipart pipeline and pipeline-version upload processing performs decompression before namespace authorization, so a reachable caller does not need a successful pipeline-create authorization decision. URL-import handlers authorize before fetching and decompressing a remote archive. The amount of expansion required to interrupt service depends on deployment resource limits and concurrent activity, and no specific archive is guaranteed to crash every deployment. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0. 16 h ago
CVE-2026-118758 7.5 high — kubeflow, pipelines Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the volume artifact handler for GET /artifacts/get?source=volume did not confine a caller-supplied file path to the selected volume. A caller who can reach the route and identify an existing mounted volume can use path traversal to read files outside that volume when the artifact-serving process can read them. The frontend pod serves the request when artifact proxying is disabled, while the selected namespace's artifact-service pod serves it when proxying is enabled. A deployment with authentication disabled requires no application credentials; in multi-user deployments, the caller ordinarily must be authorized for the supplied namespace. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0. 16 h ago
CVE-2026-118759 7.5 high — kubeflow, pipelines Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. Prior to 2.18.0, the API server's GET /apis/v1alpha1/runs/{run_id}/nodes/{node_id}/log handler retrieved logs without authorizing the caller against the selected run. A caller who can reach the backend and knows a victim run ID and suitable pod or node identifier can read live or archived logs with the API server's permissions. For live logs, the caller-controlled node ID was also accepted as a pod name without verifying that the pod belonged to the requested run, allowing a known run ID to select the namespace of an unrelated pod and read its main container logs. The handler does not authenticate requests itself, although an external authentication gate or network policy can limit reachability. Exposed logs can contain sensitive workload data or credentials. This issue is fixed in version 2.18.0. 20 h ago
CVE-2026-40164 7.5 high 0.00% no CPE yet jq is a command-line JSON processor. Before commit 0c7d133c3c7e37c00b6d46b658a02244fdd3c784, jq used MurmurHash3 with a hardcoded, publicly visible seed (0x432A9843) for all JSON object hash table operations, which allowed an attacker to precompute key collisions offline. By supplying a crafted JSON object (~100 KB) where all keys hashed to the same bucket, hash table lookups degraded from O(1) to O(n), turning any jq expression into an O(n²) operation and causing significant CPU exhaustion. This affected common jq use cases such as CI/CD pipelines, web services, and data processing scripts, and was far more practical to exploit than existing heap overflow issues since it required only a small payload. This issue has been patched in commit 0c7d133c3c7e37c00b6d46b658a02244fdd3c784. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-73495 7.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet blaze is a Scala library for building asynchronous pipelines, with a focus on network IO. Prior to 0.23.18 and 1.0.0-M42, blaze-server can merge HTTP/1.1 chunked-body trailer fields into Request.headers. Because trailer fields are attacker-controlled, an unauthenticated remote client can inject arbitrary header names and values, including X-Forwarded-For and internal authorization headers, that a fronting proxy sanitized from the request-header section, bypassing header-based trust decisions in the application. Any http4s application using BlazeServerBuilder over HTTP/1.1 whose routes or middleware trust proxy-set headers, including X-Forwarded-For, X-Real-IP, and X-Forwarded-Host, is affected. If a fronting proxy strips or normalizes those headers but forwards chunked bodies with trailers intact, an attacker can spoof client IP for allow-lists, rate limits, or auditing, forge the https scheme, or inject internal authorization headers. A promoted Connection: close trailer is also honored, allowing attacker-controlled termination of pooled backend connections. This issue is fixed in versions 0.23.18 and 1.0.0-M42. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-113606 7.1 high 0.00% no CPE yet Stirling-PDF 3.0.0 through 3.2.0 contains an authorization bypass vulnerability that allows authenticated users to access other users' stored files by pointing a processing folder at the server storage directory. Attackers can create a folder via POST /api/v1/processing-folders targeting storage/<victimUserId>, list files, and run pipelines to read, modify, or destroy victims' files. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-113604 6.8 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Ghidra 10.2 through 12.1.4 contains a denial of service vulnerability in the ELF loader's ElfHeader class that allocates arrays sized by unvalidated extended section and program header counts. Attackers can supply a crafted 128-byte ELF file that triggers an OutOfMemoryError during load-spec discovery at import or in headless analysis pipelines. 20 Oct
CVE-2025-61916 6.6 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, spinnaker Spinnaker is an open source, multi-cloud continuous delivery platform. Versions prior to 2025.1.6, 2025.2.3, and 2025.3.0 are vulnerable to server-side request forgery. The primary impact is allowing users to fetch data from a remote URL. This data can be then injected into spinnaker pipelines via helm or other methods to extract things LIKE idmsv1 authentication data. This also includes calling internal spinnaker API's via a get and similar endpoints. Further, depending upon the artifact in question, auth data may be exposed to arbitrary endpoints (e.g. GitHub auth headers) leading to credentials exposure. To trigger this, a spinnaker installation MUST have two things. The first is an artifact enabled that allows user input. This includes GitHub file artifacts, BitBucket, GitLab, HTTP artifacts and similar artifact providers. JUST enabling the http artifact provider will add a "no-auth" http provider that could be used to extract link local data (e.g. AWS Metadata information). The second is a system that can consume the output of these artifacts. e.g. Rosco helm can use this to fetch values data. K8s account manifests if the API returns JSON can be used to inject that data into the pipeline itself though the pipeline would fail. This vulnerability is fixed in versions 2025.1.6, 2025.2.3, and 2025.3.0. As a workaround, disable HTTP account types that allow user input of a given URL. This is probably not feasible in most cases. Git, Docker and other artifact account types with explicit URL configurations bypass this limitation and should be safe as they limit artifact URL loading. Alternatively, use one of the various vendors which provide OPA policies to restrict pipelines from accessing or saving a pipeline with invalid URLs. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-118760 6.5 medium — kubeflow, pipelines Kubeflow Pipelines enables users to build and deploy portable, scalable machine learning workflows. From 0.5.1 until 2.17.0, the frontend artifact routes did not check whether an authenticated user was authorized to access the requested namespace. A user who can reach the frontend and knows an artifact location can select another tenant's namespace, or omit the namespace and reach an unguarded direct handler, to read artifact contents such as datasets, models, or pipeline outputs. The issue applies to multi-user deployments that rely on Kubeflow Pipelines authorization for tenant isolation. Authentication at ingress identifies the caller but does not authorize access to the selected artifact namespace. The issue does not establish arbitrary Kubernetes Secret disclosure, storage modification, or server-side code execution. This issue is fixed in version 2.17.0. 20 h ago
CVE-2026-25542 6.5 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, tekton_pipelines Tekton Pipelines project provides k8s-style resources for declaring CI/CD-style pipelines. Starting in version 0.43.0 and prior to versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1, trusted resources verification policies match a resource source string (refSource.URI) against spec.resources[].pattern using regexp.MatchString. In Go, regexp.MatchString reports a match if the pattern matches anywhere in the string, so common unanchored patterns (including examples in tekton documentation) can be bypassed by attacker-controlled source strings that contain the trusted pattern as a substring. This can cause an unintended policy match and change which verification mode/keys apply. Versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1 fix the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40924 6.5 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, tekton_pipelines Tekton Pipelines project provides k8s-style resources for declaring CI/CD-style pipelines. Starting in version 1.0.0 and prior to versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1, the HTTP resolver's FetchHttpResource function calls io.ReadAll(resp.Body) with no response body size limit. Any tenant with permission to create TaskRuns or PipelineRuns that reference the HTTP resolver can point it at an attacker-controlled HTTP server that returns a very large response body within the 1-minute timeout window, causing the tekton-pipelines-resolvers pod to be OOM-killed by Kubernetes. Because all resolver types (Git, Hub, Bundle, Cluster, HTTP) run in the same pod, crashing this pod denies resolution service to the entire cluster. Repeated exploitation causes a sustained crash loop. The same vulnerable code path is reached by both the deprecated pkg/resolution/resolver/http and the current pkg/remoteresolution/resolver/http implementations. Versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1 fix the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-40161 6.5 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, tekton_pipelines Tekton Pipelines project provides k8s-style resources for declaring CI/CD-style pipelines. Starting in version 1.0.0 and prior to versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1, the Tekton Pipelines git resolver in API mode sends the system-configured Git API token to a user-controlled serverURL when the user omits the token parameter. A tenant with TaskRun or PipelineRun create permission can exfiltrate the shared API token (GitHub PAT, GitLab token, etc.) by pointing serverURL to an attacker-controlled endpoint. Versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1 fix the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-56144 6.5 medium 0.00% elastic, elasticsearch Incorrect Authorization (CWE-863) in Elasticsearch can allow an authenticated user with limited index privileges to exploit insufficient authorization controls in the ingest simulation feature. By targeting indices they are not authorized to access directly, the user can cause those indices' configured ingest pipelines to execute and return their output, potentially disclosing data processed or enriched by those pipelines. Additionally, the same feature can be used to retrieve index mapping metadata for indices the user are not authorized to access directly. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-12261 6.5 medium 0.00% nltk A vulnerability in `nltk.downloader` in nltk/nltk versions <= 3.9.4 allows for cross-package resource and model poisoning. The downloader extracts package archives into shared namespaces such as `corpora/` and `taggers/` instead of package-isolated roots, and validates package integrity only after the archive has been written and extracted. This design flaw enables one package to overwrite another package's trusted resources within the same namespace, making the changes immediately active through ordinary NLTK APIs. This issue persists across fresh interpreter restarts and can affect downstream workflows, including machine learning pipelines and reproducibility-sensitive environments. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-8723 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet ### Summary `qs.stringify` throws `TypeError` when called with `arrayFormat: 'comma'` and `encodeValuesOnly: true` on an array containing `null` or `undefined`. The throw is synchronous and not handled by any of qs's null-related options (`skipNulls`, `strictNullHandling`). ### Details In the comma + `encodeValuesOnly` branch, `lib/stringify.js:145` mapped the array through the raw encoder before joining: ```js obj = utils.maybeMap(obj, encoder); ``` `utils.encode` (`lib/utils.js:195`) reads `str.length` with no null guard, so a `null` or `undefined` element throws `TypeError`. `skipNulls` and `strictNullHandling` are both checked in the per-element loop below this line and never get a chance to run. Same class of bug as the filter-array path fixed in 0c180a4. The vulnerable shape of the comma + `encodeValuesOnly` branch was introduced in 4c4b23d ("encode comma values more consistently", PR #463, 2023-01-19), first released in v6.11.1. #### PoC ```js const qs = require('qs'); qs.stringify({ a: [null, 'b'] }, { arrayFormat: 'comma', encodeValuesOnly: true }); qs.stringify({ a: [undefined, 'b'] }, { arrayFormat: 'comma', encodeValuesOnly: true }); qs.stringify({ a: [null] }, { arrayFormat: 'comma', encodeValuesOnly: true }); // TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading 'length') // at encode (lib/utils.js:195:13) // at Object.maybeMap (lib/utils.js:322:37) // at stringify (lib/stringify.js:145:25) ``` #### Fix `lib/stringify.js:145`, applied in 21f80b3 on `main` and released as v6.15.2: ```diff - obj = utils.maybeMap(obj, encoder); + obj = utils.maybeMap(obj, function (v) { + return v == null ? v : encoder(v); + }); ``` `null` and `undefined` now pass through `maybeMap` unchanged and reach the `join(',')` step as-is. For `{ a: [null, 'b'] }` this produces `a=,b`, matching the non-`encodeValuesOnly` comma path (which already joins before encoding and produces `a=%2Cb` for the same input). Single-element `[null]` arrays still collapse via the existing `obj.join(',') || null` and remain subject to `skipNulls` / `strictNullHandling` in the main loop. ### Affected versions `>=6.11.1 <6.15.2` — fixed in v6.15.2. The vulnerable code shape was introduced in 4c4b23d and first shipped in v6.11.1. Earlier versions — including all of 6.7.x, 6.8.x, 6.9.x, 6.10.x, and 6.11.0 — implemented the comma + `encodeValuesOnly` path differently (joining before encoding) and are not affected. Empirically verified across released versions. ### Impact Application code that calls `qs.stringify` with both `arrayFormat: 'comma'` and `encodeValuesOnly: true` (both non-default) on input that may contain a `null` or `undefined` array element will throw synchronously instead of producing a query string. In a typical Node.js HTTP framework (Express, Fastify, Koa, hapi) the sync throw is caught by the framework's error boundary and the affected request returns a 500; the worker process does not exit and subsequent requests are unaffected. The "kills the worker process" framing applies only to call sites outside a request-handler error boundary (background jobs, startup paths, stream pipelines) or to deployments with framework error handling explicitly disabled. The vulnerable input is a `null` or `undefined` entry inside an array; this is reachable from JSON request bodies or from application code constructing arrays from user input, but not from standard HTML form submissions (which produce strings or omitted fields, not literal `null`). CVE-2026-44301 6.2 medium 0.00% gohugo, hugo Hugo is a static site generator. From 0.43 to before 0.161.0, when building a Hugo site that uses Node-based asset pipelines (PostCSS, Babel, TailwindCSS), Hugo invoked the configured Node tools without restrictions on file system access. As a result, executing hugo against an untrusted site could allow code running through these tools to read or write files outside the project's working directory. Users who do not use PostCSS, Babel, or TailwindCSS, or who only build trusted sites, are not affected. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.161.0. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-29050 6.1 medium 0.00% chainguard, melange melange allows users to build apk packages using declarative pipelines. Starting in version 0.32.0 and prior to version 0.43.4, an attacker who can influence a melange configuration file — for example through pull-request-driven CI or build-as-a-service scenarios — could set `pipeline[].uses` to a value containing `../` sequences or an absolute path. The `(*Compiled).compilePipeline` function in `pkg/build/compile.go` passed `uses` directly to `filepath.Join(pipelineDir, uses + ".yaml")` without validating the value, so the resolved path could escape each `--pipeline-dir` and read an arbitrary YAML-parseable file visible to the melange process. Because the loaded file is subsequently interpreted as a melange pipeline and its `runs:` block is executed via `/bin/sh -c` in the build sandbox, this additionally allowed shell commands sourced from an out-of-tree file to run during the build, bypassing the review boundary that normally covers the in-tree pipeline definition. The issue is fixed in melange v0.43.4 via commit 5829ca4. The fix rejects `uses` values that are absolute paths or contain `..`, and verifies (via `filepath.Rel` after `filepath.Clean`) that the resolved target remains within the pipeline directory. As a workaround, only run `melange build` against configuration files from trusted sources. In CI systems that build user-supplied melange configs, gate builds behind manual review of `pipeline[].uses` values and reject any containing `..` or leading `/`. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-35380 5.5 medium 0.00% uutils, coreutils A logic error in the cut utility of uutils coreutils causes the program to incorrectly interpret the literal two-byte string '' (two single quotes) as an empty delimiter. The implementation mistakenly maps this string to the NUL character for both the -d (delimiter) and --output-delimiter options. This vulnerability can lead to silent data corruption or logic errors in automated scripts and data pipelines that process strings containing these characters, as the utility may unintentionally split or join data on NUL bytes rather than the intended literal characters. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-35348 5.5 medium 0.00% uutils, coreutils The sort utility in uutils coreutils is vulnerable to a process panic when using the --files0-from option with inputs containing non-UTF-8 filenames. The implementation enforces UTF-8 encoding and utilizes expect(), causing an immediate crash when encountering valid but non-UTF-8 paths. This diverges from GNU sort, which treats filenames as raw bytes. A local attacker can exploit this to crash the utility and disrupt automated pipelines. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-12570 5.5 medium 0.00% no CPE yet A vulnerability in keras-team/keras versions <= 3.15.0 allows for a denial of service (DoS) attack when loading malicious .keras model files via the keras.models.load_model() function. The H5IOStore.__getitem__ method in keras/src/saving/saving_lib.py does not validate the shape or size of datasets, leading to unbounded memory allocation. A specially crafted .keras file can exploit this flaw to trigger an out-of-memory (OOM) condition, causing the process to be terminated (exit code 137). This issue bypasses the fix for CVE-2026-0897, which only addressed a similar vulnerability in KerasFileEditor. The attack vector includes poisoned models from public repositories or malicious model registries, posing a risk to machine learning pipelines that process untrusted models. Fri 23 Oct
CVE-2026-19548 5.5 medium 0.00% redhat, hardened_images, openshift_container_platform, enterprise_linux Multiple Use-After-Free vulnerabilities were found in the add_archive_element function in ld/ldmain.c of the GNU linker (ld), a component of binutils. The root cause is that plugin_maybe_claim() in ld/plugin.c frees the original BFD object via bfd_close/_bfd_delete_bfd when entry->the_bfd->my_archive == NULL, but the caller retains both the original abfd parameter and a shallow copy (orig_input.the_bfd) as dangling pointers. These dangling pointers are subsequently dereferenced at three distinct locations in add_archive_element: 1. Line ~1442: accessing abfd->my_archive via bfd_usrdata(abfd->my_archive) 2. Line ~1493: multiple accesses to abfd and abfd->my_archive in a conditional check and bfd_get_filename call 3. Line ~1525: dereferencing the shallow copy orig_input.the_bfd->my_archive in trace/verbose logging The vulnerability is triggered when LTO plugins are active (link_info.lto_plugin_active is true) and the input object has abfd->my_archive == NULL, which is a valid state for standalone object files. Red Hat builds binutils with --enable-plugins and --enable-lto, confirming the vulnerable code path is compiled in and reachable. An attacker who can supply a crafted object or archive file to a build process using LTO-enabled linking could exploit this flaw to cause a denial of service (linker crash via segmentation fault). Arbitrary code execution is theoretically possible through heap manipulation but is substantially mitigated by hardening measures including stack protector, FORTIFY_SOURCE, ASLR, and PIE. The attack surface is limited to build-time environments — the linker is a development tool not exposed in production runtime. The most realistic exploitation scenario is a supply chain attack introducing a crafted object file as a build dependency in CI/CD pipelines or development environments. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-40923 5.4 medium 0.00% linuxfoundation, tekton_pipelines Tekton Pipelines project provides k8s-style resources for declaring CI/CD-style pipelines. Starting in version 1.0.0 and prior to versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1, a validation bypass in the VolumeMount path restriction allows mounting volumes under restricted /tekton/ internal paths by using .. path traversal components. The restriction check uses strings.HasPrefix without filepath.Clean, so a path like /tekton/home/../results passes validation but resolves to /tekton/results at runtime. Versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1 fix the issue. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-76287 5.4 medium 0.00% no CPE yet In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, a user that holds a role with the preview_data_management_pipeline capability or edit_data_management_pipeline_job capability could read or delete Data Management SPL2 preview jobs and results outside their ownership scope. The vulnerability is possible because the Data Management Representational State Transfer (REST) API verifies the required capability but does not verify that the requested preview job belongs to the requester. The affected Data Management REST API is available only when the Edge Processor feature is turned on. The Edge Processor feature is turned off by default. For more information see Set up a data management control plane (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/getting-started/set-up-a-data-management-control-plane) and Getting sample data for previewing data transformations (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/process-data-at-the-edge/use-edge-processors-for-splunk-enterprise/10.4/working-with-pipelines/getting-sample-data-for-previewing-data-transformations) in the Splunk documentation. CVE-2026-41495 5.3 medium 0.00% n8n-mcp n8n-MCP is an MCP server that provides AI assistants access to n8n node documentation, properties, and operations. Prior to version 2.47.11, when n8n-mcp runs in HTTP transport mode, incoming requests to the POST /mcp endpoint had their request metadata written to server logs regardless of the authentication outcome. In deployments where logs are collected, forwarded to external systems, or viewable outside the request trust boundary (shared log storage, SIEM pipelines, support/ops access), this can result in disclosure of: bearer tokens from the Authorization header, per-tenant API keys from the, x-n8n-key header in multi-tenant setups, JSON-RPC request payloads sent to the MCP endpoint. Access control itself was not bypassed — unauthenticated requests were correctly rejected with 401 Unauthorized — but sensitive values from those rejected requests could still be persisted in logs. This issue has been patched in version 2.47.11. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-111672 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Cube-studio through 2026.09.01 contains a missing authorization vulnerability in myapp/views/view_pipeline.py that allows authenticated users to view or copy other project groups' pipelines by id. Attackers can enumerate sequential pipeline ids via the web, log, monitoring, pod, and copy_pipeline endpoints to expose DAGs, cluster names, namespaces, Argo workflow ids, and pod names, or clone pipelines. 16 Oct
