CVE-2026-16232KEVexploit ×4 9.3 critical 4.0% checkpoint, multi-domain_security_management, quantum_security_management An authentication bypass vulnerability in the Check Point SmartConsole login process allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to obtain an application login token and use it to authenticate with full administrative privileges. Successful exploitation allows the attacker to modify security policies and security configurations. Remote exploitation requires internet access to the Management Server IP address and a configuration that does not restrict Trusted Clients. Check Point is aware that this vulnerability is being exploited and has affected a very small number of customers. 24 Oct
CVE-2023-0464exploit 7.5 high 4.0% openssl A security vulnerability has been identified in all supported versions of OpenSSL related to the verification of X.509 certificate chains that include policy constraints. Attackers may be able to exploit this vulnerability by creating a malicious certificate chain that triggers exponential use of computational resources, leading to a denial-of-service (DoS) attack on affected systems. Policy processing is disabled by default but can be enabled by passing the `-policy' argument to the command line utilities or by calling the `X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_policies()' function. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-46590exploit 8.8 high 1.0% apache, camel Deserialization of Untrusted Data vulnerability in Apache Camel PQC component. The camel-pqc component persists post-quantum key metadata (KeyMetadata) through pluggable KeyLifecycleManager implementations. HashicorpVaultKeyLifecycleManager and AwsSecretsManagerKeyLifecycleManager read that metadata back from the configured secret backend by deserializing a Base64-wrapped value with a raw java.io.ObjectInputStream.readObject() and no ObjectInputFilter or class allow-list; the cast to KeyMetadata happens only after readObject() returns, so any readObject() side effects in a crafted object run before the type check. The same unfiltered legacy-migration read also remained in FileBasedKeyLifecycleManager (for the stored KeyPair and KeyMetadata). A principal who can write to the operator-controlled backend that holds these values - the HashiCorp Vault KV path, or the AWS Secrets Manager secret (requiring a Vault token or secretsmanager:PutSecretValue) - could store a crafted serialized object that is deserialized during normal key-lifecycle operations, potentially leading to code execution in the context of the application that manages the keys. This is an incomplete-remediation follow-on to CVE-2026-40048 (CAMEL-23200), which changed FileBasedKeyLifecycleManager to store metadata as JSON / PKCS#8 / X.509 but did not add an ObjectInputFilter, did not cover the Vault and AWS sibling managers, and left FileBasedKeyLifecycleManager's own legacy-migration deserialization unfiltered. This issue affects Apache Camel: from 4.18.0 before 4.18.3, from 4.19.0 before 4.21.0. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 4.21.0, which fixes the issue. If users are on the 4.18.x LTS releases stream, then they are suggested to upgrade to 4.18.3. For deployments that cannot upgrade immediately, restrict write access to the key backend so that only the application's own identity can write the camel-pqc secrets (least-privilege HashiCorp Vault policies and secretsmanager:PutSecretValue IAM), and keep the PQC key material in a backend separate from any data that less-trusted principals can write. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2025-62506exploit 8.1 high 1.0% no CPE yet MinIO is a high-performance object storage system. In all versions prior to RELEASE.2025-10-15T17-29-55Z, a privilege escalation vulnerability allows service accounts and STS (Security Token Service) accounts with restricted session policies to bypass their inline policy restrictions when performing operations on their own account, specifically when creating new service accounts for the same user. The vulnerability exists in the IAM policy validation logic where the code incorrectly relied on the DenyOnly argument when validating session policies for restricted accounts. When a session policy is present, the system should validate that the action is allowed by the session policy, not just that it is not denied. An attacker with valid credentials for a restricted service or STS account can create a new service account for itself without policy restrictions, resulting in a new service account with full parent privileges instead of being restricted by the inline policy. This allows the attacker to access buckets and objects beyond their intended restrictions and modify, delete, or create objects outside their authorized scope. The vulnerability is fixed in version RELEASE.2025-10-15T17-29-55Z. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-53959exploit ×2 6.5 medium 1.0% no CPE yet 4gaBoards is a boards system for realtime project management. Prior to 3.3.9, 4gaBoards allows any authenticated user to enumerate account information for every user through GET /api/users and retrieve arbitrary accounts through GET /api/users/:id. The users/index and users/show actions rely only on the default is-authenticated policy in server/config/policies.js, and server/api/controllers/users/index.js returns the result of sails.helpers.users.getMany() without requester-specific authorization or response sanitization. Responses expose email, phone, organization, name, isAdmin, ssoGoogleEmail, ssoGithubEmail, and other SSO-linked email fields, including data for administrators. This enables instance-wide user enumeration, privacy loss, and targeted phishing reconnaissance. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.9. 22 Oct
CVE-2026-100833exploit 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet Contrast (edgelesssys/contrast) versions 1.14.0 before 1.23.1 generate runtime policies that fail to detect all container image substitutions. A bad rebase during a Kata Containers update accidentally introduced an `allow_storage` rule that accepts storage entries using the `image_guest_pull` driver without verifying the image digest. An attacker with access to the Kata agent API — for example, a Kubernetes cluster administrator in Contrast's threat model — can therefore substitute a container image with an exploit payload, provided the substituted image satisfies the remaining policy rules, undermining the confidential container's integrity guarantees. 9 Oct
CVE-2026-58040exploit ×4 6.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet An incomplete fix has been identified in Node.js: HTTPS Agent TLS session reuse skips hostname verification across identity policies (incomplete fix of CVE-2026-48934). This vulnerability affects Node.js **22.x**, **24.x**, and **26.x**. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-66746exploit 5.3 medium 0.00% no CPE yet Rouille 0.4.0 through 3.6.2 contains an HTTP response splitting vulnerability that allows remote attackers to inject arbitrary response headers by embedding carriage return (0x0D) or line feed (0x0A) bytes into attacker-controlled input. Attackers can exploit percent-decoded query parameters reflected into response headers or inject bare LF characters into Cookie header values that are interpolated directly into Set-Cookie response headers, enabling cache poisoning, session fixation, and security header override attacks such as bypassing CSP or CORS policies. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-62201exploit 4.9 medium 0.00% openclaw OpenClaw versions before 2026.6.6 contain a network policy bypass vulnerability in the sandbox exec-server that allows lower-trust callers to reach internal network destinations blocked by OpenClaw policy. Attackers can send HTTP requests through the exec-server to access network resources that should have been restricted by configured policies. 24 Oct
CVE-2023-5009 8.2 high 10.0% gitlab An issue has been discovered in GitLab EE affecting all versions starting from 13.12 before 16.2.7, all versions starting from 16.3 before 16.3.4. It was possible for an attacker to run pipeline jobs as an arbitrary user via scheduled security scan policies. This was a bypass of [CVE-2023-3932](https://cve.mitre.org/cgi-bin/cvename.cgi?name=CVE-2023-3932) showing additional impact. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-93567 7.5 high 3.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in Netty's HTTP/2 codec. When converting HTTP/1 CONNECT requests to HTTP/2, the component incorrectly uses the Host header instead of the CONNECT authority-form request-target for the tunnel authority. A remote attacker can exploit this by supplying a different Host header, leading to a malformed HTTP/2 CONNECT request. This can bypass security controls such as tunnel allow-lists or egress policies, resulting in integrity loss. 19 Oct
CVE-2023-0466 5.3 medium 2.0% openssl The function X509_VERIFY_PARAM_add0_policy() is documented to implicitly enable the certificate policy check when doing certificate verification. However the implementation of the function does not enable the check which allows certificates with invalid or incorrect policies to pass the certificate verification. As suddenly enabling the policy check could break existing deployments it was decided to keep the existing behavior of the X509_VERIFY_PARAM_add0_policy() function. Instead the applications that require OpenSSL to perform certificate policy check need to use X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_policies() or explicitly enable the policy check by calling X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set_flags() with the X509_V_FLAG_POLICY_CHECK flag argument. Certificate policy checks are disabled by default in OpenSSL and are not commonly used by applications. 14 Oct
CVE-2023-0465 5.3 medium 2.0% openssl Applications that use a non-default option when verifying certificates may be vulnerable to an attack from a malicious CA to circumvent certain checks. Invalid certificate policies in leaf certificates are silently ignored by OpenSSL and other certificate policy checks are skipped for that certificate. A malicious CA could use this to deliberately assert invalid certificate policies in order to circumvent policy checking on the certificate altogether. Policy processing is disabled by default but can be enabled by passing the `-policy' argument to the command line utilities or by calling the `X509_VERIFY_PARAM_set1_policies()' function. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-9135 9.9 critical 1.0% langflow IBM Langflow OSS 1.0.0 through 1.10.0 Langflow versions up to 1.9.2 (commit 94981c443d4918517b9e8163d70fc598dc33a32d) contain a code injection vulnerability in the Policies component's ToolGuard integration that bypasses the allow_custom_components=false security control. The vulnerability exists because the validation mechanism only checks the main component source code in node_template["code"]["value"] but fails to validate dynamic CodeInput fields that store generated ToolGuard Python files. Attackers can embed malicious Python code in these unvalidated dynamic fields, which are persisted in Flow.data and later executed server-side when a guarded tool is invoked through the ToolGuard runtime. This allows authenticated users with flow creation privileges to achieve arbitrary Python code execution on the backend despite custom component restrictions. The vulnerability can be escalated through cross-tenant flow manipulation via the agentic MCP update_flow_component_field tool, which accepts attacker-controlled user_id parameters, enabling attackers to inject malicious code into victim users' flows. When combined with publicly accessible flows and specific misconfigurations (AUTO_LOGIN=true, NEW_USER_IS_ACTIVE=true), the attack can be conducted with reduced authentication requirements. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-70398 9.6 critical 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in multicloud-integrations, a component of Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management (RHACM). This vulnerability allows an authenticated user, referred to as a tenant, to manipulate the GitOpsCluster controller. By exploiting this, a tenant can redirect sensitive spoke cluster bearer tokens from secure locations to a namespace they control. This unauthorized access to tokens can lead to the disclosure of critical information and bypass security policies within ArgoCD AppProjects. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-5388 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet justhtml before 1.15.0 contains multiple security issues in URL sanitization helpers (clean_url_value/clean_url_in_js_string), HTML serialization, Markdown passthrough (html_passthrough=True), and several custom sanitization-policy edge cases. Depending on configuration, an attacker can bypass sanitization to inject active HTML and JavaScript — for example via encoded javascript: URLs, backslash-based relative URLs resolved as remote hosts, markup-breaking programmatic element/attribute names or HTML comments, raw </textarea> reintroduction through Markdown passthrough, or preserved <style>/<meta http-equiv=refresh>/<base href> tags in custom policies. Most custom-policy issues do not affect the default sanitize=True configuration; they primarily affect helper APIs, programmatic DOM construction, html_passthrough=True, and custom policies/transform pipelines. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-7808 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet justhtml before 1.16.0 contains multiple HTML sanitization bypass issues that can allow active/dangerous content (e.g., script or style) to survive sanitization, potentially leading to cross-site scripting. The issues primarily affect advanced usage rather than the default JustHTML(..., sanitize=True) path for ordinary parsed HTML: mutating or reusing sanitization policy objects (including exported defaults) could weaken later sanitization; programmatic DOM input to sanitize()/sanitize_dom() could miss mixed-case tag names (e.g., ScRiPt, StYlE); crafted programmatic doctype names could serialize into active markup; and custom policies preserving SVG or MathML could allow animation elements, presentation attributes with external url(...) references, or DOM trees mislabeled as namespace="html" to bypass foreign-content checks. Fixed in 1.16.0. 12 Oct
CVE-2026-82860 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet @hulumi/policies versions before 1.3.2 fail to fully inspect inline and attached IAM policy evidence for the administrator-policy guardrail. Attackers can craft admin-equivalent policy paths that bypass policy evaluation controls. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-82856 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet @hulumi/policies versions before 1.3.2 fail to properly validate set-qualified AWS IAM condition operators in GitHub OIDC trust policies. Attackers can use ForAnyValue:StringLike operators to hide wildcard GitHub Actions OIDC subject conditions from security guardrails. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-82855 9.3 critical 1.0% no CPE yet @hulumi/policies versions before 1.3.2 contain an evidence validation bypass vulnerability in Cloudflare and deployment-governance validators that allows attackers to suppress violations by submitting unrelated compliant evidence. Attackers can use evidence from different zones, hostnames, origins, or repositories to bypass security guardrails for unrelated resources in the same stack. 8 Oct
CVE-2023-3932 8.2 high 1.0% gitlab An issue has been discovered in GitLab EE affecting all versions starting from 13.12 before 16.0.8, all versions starting from 16.1 before 16.1.3, all versions starting from 16.2 before 16.2.2. It was possible for an attacker to run pipeline jobs as an arbitrary user via scheduled security scan policies. Wed 28 Oct
CVE-2026-9800 8.1 high 1.0% redhat, build_of_keycloak A flaw was found in Keycloak Policy Enforcer. This vulnerability allows any authenticated user to bypass all authorization policies, including role, scope, and User-Managed Access (UMA) permission checks. By including the configured access-denied page path within a request URL, either as a path segment or a query parameter, an attacker can gain unauthorized access to protected resources. 20 Oct
CVE-2026-41135 7.5 high 1.0% free5gc, pcf free5GC UDR is the Policy Control Function (PCF) for free5GC, an an open-source project for 5th generation (5G) mobile core networks. A memory leak vulnerability in versions prior to 1.4.3 allows any unauthenticated attacker with network access to the PCF SBI interface to cause uncontrolled memory growth by sending repeated HTTP requests to the OAM endpoint. The root cause is a `router.Use()` call inside an HTTP handler that registers a new CORS middleware on every incoming request, permanently growing the Gin router's handler chain. This leads to progressive memory exhaustion and eventual Denial of Service of the PCF, preventing all UEs from obtaining AM and SM policies and blocking 5G session establishment. Version 1.4.3 contains a patch. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-50559 7.5 high 1.0% quarkus Quarkus is a Java framework for building cloud-native applications. Prior to versions 3.37.0, 3.36.3, 3.33.2.1, 3.33.3, 3.27.4.1, 3.27.5, and 3.20.6.2, Quarkus HTTP path-based authorization policies can be bypassed using encoded semicolons (%3B) to smuggle matrix parameters past the security layer, and using encoded slashes (%2F) or backslashes (%5C) to access protected static resources. This is a distinct issue from CVE-2026-39852, which addressed only literal semicolon stripping. Versions 3.37.0, 3.36.3, 3.33.2.1, 3.33.3, 3.27.4.1, 3.27.5, and 3.20.6.2 contain a patch. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-66142 7.5 high 1.0% apache, neethi Apache Neethi is vulnerable to uncontrolled recursion when parsing policies that lack policy Ids or with deeply nested structures, which may lead to a denial of service attack when parsing policies due to runtime memory exhaustion. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.2.3, which fixes this issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-66143 7.5 high 1.0% apache, neethi It is possible to bypass the maximum number of normalized policy alternatives that was introduced in Apache Neethi 3.2.2 via certain crafted policies, which may lead to a denial of service attack via resource consumption. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 3.2.3, which fixes this issue. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-93568 7.5 high 1.0% no CPE yet A flaw was found in Netty. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending specially crafted HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 Extended CONNECT requests. Netty's HTTP-object conversion path incorrectly processes these requests as regular HTTP/1.1 CONNECT requests, leading to a loss of critical protocol and path information. This misinterpretation can allow attackers to bypass security policies, such as routing or authorization logic, in applications that rely on Netty for HTTP/2 or HTTP/3 communication, resulting in integrity loss. 19 Oct
CVE-2026-9640 7.2 high 1.0% canonical, lxd A privilege escalation vulnerability exists in LXD from 6.0 before 6.9, 5.21.0 before 5.21.5, and 5.0.0 before 5.0.7 regarding the handling of project-restriction policies during snapshot restoration.. An authenticated project operator in a restricted multi-tenant environment can bypass policy restrictions by importing a maliciously crafted instance backup containing restricted configuration keys within a snapshot. When the snapshot is restored, these restricted keys are applied to the live instance without policy validation. Starting the modified instance grants the operator unauthorized host root access. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-68979 5.9 medium 1.0% apache, nifi Apache NiFI 1.10.0 through 2.10.0 provide a Parameter Context update REST API method that does not enforce authorization checking on components referencing Parameter values. Updating a Parameter Context can change parameter values that affect referencing components, but framework authorization was limited to read and write privileges on the Parameter Context itself. As a result of the missing authorization, an authenticated user authorized to modify a Parameter Context, but not authorized on referencing components, could alter Parameter values affecting those components. In deployments where a Parameter value contains executable scripting content, updating a Parameter can result in code execution during automatic component validation, without starting the referencing component. The impact was limited to stopped components by existing verification checks, and the issue applies only to deployments that use component-level authorization policies. Upgrading to Apache NiFi 2.11.0 is the recommended mitigation, which aligns the Parameter Context update method authorization with other methods, adding authorization checking on affected components. 23 Oct
CVE-2025-61926 4.6 medium 1.0% no CPE yet Allstar is a GitHub App to set and enforce security policies. In versions prior to 4.5, a vulnerability in Allstar’s Reviewbot component caused inbound webhook requests to be validated against a hard-coded, shared secret. The value used for the secret token was compiled into the Allstar binary and could not be configured at runtime. In practice, this meant that every deployment using Reviewbot would validate requests with the same secret unless the operator modified source code and rebuilt the component - an expectation that is not documented and is easy to miss. All Allstar releases prior to v4.5 that include the Reviewbot code path are affected. Deployments on v4.5 and later are not affected. Those who have not enabled or exposed the Reviewbot endpoint are not exposed to this issue. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-105932 2.3 low 1.0% no CPE yet The Apache Pulsar broker admin REST API provides endpoints to read, set and remove the topic-level entry filter policy of a topic. For persistent topics these endpoints check that the caller is authorized for the entry filters topic policy operation. The corresponding endpoints for non-persistent topics (/admin/v2/non-persistent/{tenant}/{namespace}/{topic}/entryFilters) do not perform this authorization check. The only authorization check these endpoints perform is an indirect lookup permission check, made while the topic's partition metadata is retrieved; it is present in all affected versions. As a result, when authentication and authorization are enabled, an authenticated user who has been granted produce or consume permission on a non-persistent topic, or on its namespace, but not permission to manage the topic's policies can read, replace or remove the topic-level entry filter policy of that topic. These operations should be restricted to users with the tenant admin role or the superuser role. This impact analysis assumes that Pulsar has been configured with the default authorization provider. For custom authorization providers, the impact could be slightly different. The practical impact is limited by two broker configuration requirements, neither of which is met by default: - Entry filters must have been installed by the operator. Entry filter implementations are loaded only at broker startup from the broker's entry filters directory, which is empty by default. A request can only select among entry filters the operator has already deployed; setting any other filter name is rejected. The issue does not allow a caller to install or load entry filter code or to run arbitrary code in the broker. - Topic-level entry filter policies must be allowed to override the broker-level configuration (allowOverrideEntryFilters, which is disabled by default). When this setting is disabled, the topic-level entry filter policy has no effect on message dispatch. In deployments where both conditions are met, an unauthorized user can remove the topic-level entry filter policy of a non-persistent topic, for example one used to restrict which messages are delivered to consumers, or apply a different installed entry filter that withholds messages from subscriptions of that topic. Removing it makes the topic fall back to the namespace-level or broker-level entry filters, which are not removed. A changed policy affects only subscription dispatchers created after the change, for example for new subscriptions or when a subscription is re-created after all of its consumers have disconnected; dispatchers that already exist keep the entry filters they were created with. Because non-persistent topics do not store messages, messages withheld by an entry filter are not delivered. Reading the policy discloses only the names of the configured entry filters. The issue does not allow reading message contents, and entry filters cannot modify message payloads. Persistent topics and namespace-level entry filter policies are not affected. Apache Pulsar versions before 3.3.0 are not affected, because in those versions the entry filters topic policy check is made in code shared by the persistent and non-persistent endpoints. This issue affects Apache Pulsar versions from 3.3.0 before 4.0.14 and from 4.1.0 before 4.2.5. - 3.3.x and 4.0.x version users should upgrade to at least 4.0.14. - 4.1.x and 4.2.x version users should upgrade to at least 4.2.5. Users operating versions prior to those listed above should upgrade to the aforementioned patched versions or newer versions. The currently supported Apache Pulsar release lines are 4.0.x and 5.0.x. The supported versions schedule is available at https://pulsar.apache.org/contribute/release-policy/. Users who cannot upgrade immediately and have deployed entry filters should keep allowOverrideEntryFilters at its default value of false, so that topic-level entry filter policies do not affect message dispatch. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-105938 2.3 low 1.0% no CPE yet Apache Pulsar namespaces can restrict which roles may use a subscription, either with the Prefix subscription authentication mode, which requires a subscription name to start with the role name, or by granting permission on a subscription to specific roles. Topic-level subscription operations, such as consuming, skipping messages, resetting a cursor or deleting a subscription, apply these subscription policies. Several admin REST API operations that act on subscriptions did not apply them: - the namespace-level and bundle-level clear backlog operations, both for a named subscription and for all subscriptions; - the namespace-level and bundle-level unsubscribe operations; - the topic-level operation that expires messages for all subscriptions of a topic. With the default authorization provider, the namespace-level operations require only consume permission granted on the namespace, and the expire-all operation requires only consume permission on the topic. As a result, when authentication and authorization are enabled and a namespace uses the Prefix subscription authentication mode or subscription permissions, an authenticated user with such consume permission can clear the backlog of, expire messages of, or delete a subscription that the policies would deny to that user. Tenant admin or superuser access is not required. The clear backlog operations can also be applied to the cursors used for geo-replication, so that messages not yet replicated to a remote cluster are skipped. Deployments that do not configure the Prefix subscription authentication mode or subscription permissions (the defaults) are not affected by this bypass, because consume permission on the namespace or topic already allows these operations there. This impact analysis assumes that Pulsar has been configured with the default authorization provider. For custom authorization providers, the impact could be different. The impact is on the integrity of subscription state. Clearing or expiring the backlog moves the subscription's cursor forward, so unacknowledged messages are no longer delivered to the subscription's consumers. The unsubscribe operation deletes a subscription that has no connected consumers. Skipped messages can be permanently deleted once no other subscription or the namespace's retention policy keeps them. The issue does not allow reading message contents, changing permissions or policies, or accessing other namespaces, and it does not affect the availability of the broker. In fixed versions, the namespace-level and bundle-level operations for a named subscription apply the subscription policies to that subscription, and the operations for all subscriptions, when requested by a user who is not a tenant admin or superuser, only act on the subscriptions that the user may access. Clearing the backlog of geo-replication cursors requires tenant admin or superuser access. Topic-level subscription operations apply the subscription policies for all types of authentication data, including that of the anonymous user role. This issue affects Apache Pulsar versions from 2.8.0 before 4.0.14 and from 4.1.0 before 4.2.5. - 4.0.x version users should upgrade to at least 4.0.14. - 4.1.x and 4.2.x version users should upgrade to at least 4.2.5. All brokers in a cluster must be upgraded before relying on the namespace-level restrictions, because brokers that have not been upgraded do not apply them when they receive the internal per-bundle requests. Users who cannot upgrade immediately can reduce exposure by restricting network access to the broker's admin REST API to trusted administrative clients. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-42810 9.4 critical 0.00% apache, polaris Apache Polaris accepts literal `*` characters in namespace and table names. When it later builds temporary S3 access policies for delegated table access, those same characters appear to be reused unescaped in S3 IAM resource patterns and `s3:prefix` conditions. In S3 IAM policy matching, `*` is treated as a wildcard rather than as ordinary text. That means temporary credentials issued for one crafted table can match the storage path of a different table. In private testing against Polaris 1.4.0 using Polaris' AWS S3 temporary- credential path on both MinIO and real AWS S3, credentials returned for crafted tables such as `f*.t1`, `f*.*`, `*.*`, and `foo.*` could reach other tables' S3 locations. The confirmed behavior includes: - reading another table's metadata control file ([Iceberg metadata JSON]); - listing another table's exact S3 table prefix ([table prefix]); - and, when write delegation was returned for the crafted table, creating and deleting an object under another table's exact S3 table prefix. A control case using ordinary different names did not allow the same cross-table access. A least-privilege AWS S3 variant was also confirmed in which the attacker principal had no Polaris permissions on the victim table and only the minimal permissions required to create and use a crafted wildcard table (namespace-scoped `TABLE_CREATE` and `TABLE_WRITE_DATA` on `*`). In that setup, direct Polaris access to `foo.t1` remained forbidden, but the attacker could still create and load `*.*`, receive delegated S3 credentials, and use those credentials to list, read, create, and delete objects under `foo.t1`. In Iceberg, the metadata JSON file is a control file: it tells readers which data files belong to the table, which snapshots exist, and which table version to read. So unauthorized access to it is already a meaningful confidentiality problem. The confirmed write-capable variant means the issue is not limited to disclosure. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-56081 9.3 critical 0.00% no CPE yet Cap-go before 12.128.2 contains an authentication logic flaw that lets an attacker register and control an account bound to a victim's email address before that email is verified. By enabling two-factor authentication on the pre-registered account, the attacker gains control over the account claimed under the victim's identity, allowing them to read and modify its state and enforce organization-level policies, while the legitimate user is denied access to the account tied to their own email. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-16390 9.1 critical 0.00% mozilla, firefox, thunderbird Mitigation bypass in the Enterprise Policies component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 153, Firefox ESR 140.13, Thunderbird 153, and Thunderbird 140.13. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-71575 9.1 critical 0.00% apache, cxf The max_age authentication-freshness check in OidcClientCodeRequestFilter was inoperative due to a milliseconds/seconds unit mismatch and an inverted comparison polarity. Any relying party using setMaxAgeOffset to enforce re-authentication would silently accept sessions of any age, bypassing step-up authentication policies. Users are recommended to upgrade to versions 4.2.4 or 4.1.9 or 3.6.13, which fix this issue. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-103090 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Missing Authentication for Critical Function (CWE-306) and Insufficiently Protected Credentials (CWE-522) in the control plane enrollment status handler (HandleEnrollStatus at GET /enroll/status in internal/controlplane/server.go) in Google OSS Agent Mesh (SAM) versions 0.1.0-alpha.1 through 0.1.0-alpha.8 allow an unauthenticated remote attacker to retrieve an approved bootstrap-enrolled peer's signed Biscuit identity token by supplying a peer_id obtainable from the unauthenticated GET /info endpoint. A related flaw in POST /enroll allowed any bootstrap-token holder to re-fetch another peer's credential. An attacker can replay the disclosed Biscuit token as a bearer credential on /policies to read mesh authorization policies and on /routers/lease to overwrite advertised router multiaddrs. Users should upgrade to version 0.1.0-alpha.9 or later, which requires cryptographic proof of possession of the enrollment private key on credential-releasing endpoints, enforces rate limiting, and validates router lease addresses. CVE-2026-44938 8.8 high 0.00% suse, rancher_fleet A vulnerability has been identified in Fleet's agent-side deployer, which did not filter security-sensitive keys from namespaceLabels in fleet.yaml (or BundleDeployment.spec.options.namespaceLabels) when applying them to the target namespace. An attacker with git push access to a Fleet-monitored repository could overwrite Pod Security Standards (PSS) enforcement labels on a target namespace. This allows the attacker to weaken admission controls and deploy workloads that PSS policies would otherwise block. Sun 25 Oct
CVE-2026-49473 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet @cedar-policy/authorization-for-expressjs is an open-source Express.js middleware that integrates Cedar authorization into Express applications by mapping HTTP requests to Cedar actions and evaluating authorization policies before allowing requests to proceed. Versions prior to 0.3.0 have an issue where, under certain circumstances, the middleware matches incoming requests against Cedar action mappings using req.originalUrl, which includes the query string, while Express routes requests using only the path component. The middleware uses req.originalUrl to match incoming requests against Cedar action mappings. In Express, req.originalUrl includes the query string, while route matching uses only the path. This creates a divergence between what Cedar authorizes and what Express executes. When an application defines separate actions for overlapping path prefixes with different authorization requirements (for example, GET /users for listing all users with admin-only access, and GET /users/{id} for retrieving a single user with any authenticated user access), an actor can append a query string to bypass the more restrictive policy. Sending GET /users/?x=1 causes the middleware to match against /users/{id} (with id parameter set to ?x=1) and evaluate the less restrictive action, while Express routes the request to the /users list handler. This allows inappropriate access to the more restrictive endpoint. This issue has been addressed in version 0.30. Some workarounds are available. Validate and sanitize incoming request paths before they reach the authorization middleware. Ensure that applications do not rely solely on the middleware for authorization when defining multiple actions on overlapping path prefixes with different permission levels. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-65604 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet Skipper contains an incomplete fix for CVE-2026-50197 in which oversized request bodies bypass Open Policy Agent (OPA) deny-on-presence Rego policies. When a request body exceeds the configured maxBodyBytes limit, Skipper forwards the full payload to the upstream service while OPA evaluates against an empty parsed_body, so policies that deny requests based on body content are not enforced and forbidden actions proceed. No fixed version is available; v0.27.26 adds documentation guidance only. 24 Oct
CVE-2025-68736 8.8 high 0.00% no CPE yet In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: landlock: Fix handling of disconnected directories Disconnected files or directories can appear when they are visible and opened from a bind mount, but have been renamed or moved from the source of the bind mount in a way that makes them inaccessible from the mount point (i.e. out of scope). Previously, access rights tied to files or directories opened through a disconnected directory were collected by walking the related hierarchy down to the root of the filesystem, without taking into account the mount point because it couldn't be found. This could lead to inconsistent access results, potential access right widening, and hard-to-debug renames, especially since such paths cannot be printed. For a sandboxed task to create a disconnected directory, it needs to have write access (i.e. FS_MAKE_REG, FS_REMOVE_FILE, and FS_REFER) to the underlying source of the bind mount, and read access to the related mount point. Because a sandboxed task cannot acquire more access rights than those defined by its Landlock domain, this could lead to inconsistent access rights due to missing permissions that should be inherited from the mount point hierarchy, while inheriting permissions from the filesystem hierarchy hidden by this mount point instead. Landlock now handles files and directories opened from disconnected directories by taking into account the filesystem hierarchy when the mount point is not found in the hierarchy walk, and also always taking into account the mount point from which these disconnected directories were opened. This ensures that a rename is not allowed if it would widen access rights [1]. The rationale is that, even if disconnected hierarchies might not be visible or accessible to a sandboxed task, relying on the collected access rights from them improves the guarantee that access rights will not be widened during a rename because of the access right comparison between the source and the destination (see LANDLOCK_ACCESS_FS_REFER). It may look like this would grant more access on disconnected files and directories, but the security policies are always enforced for all the evaluated hierarchies. This new behavior should be less surprising to users and safer from an access control perspective. Remove a wrong WARN_ON_ONCE() canary in collect_domain_accesses() and fix the related comment. Because opened files have their access rights stored in the related file security properties, there is no impact for disconnected or unlinked files. 16 Oct
CVE-2026-8957 8.8 high 0.00% mozilla, firefox, thunderbird Privilege escalation in the Enterprise Policies component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 151, Firefox ESR 140.11, Thunderbird 151, and Thunderbird 140.11. 14 Oct
CVE-2026-59251 8.7 high 0.00% erlang, erlang\/otp, erlang\/public_key Allocation of resources without limits in Erlang/OTP public_key certificate path validation allows a remote unauthenticated attacker to cause denial of service by sending a crafted X.509 certificate chain during the TLS handshake. During RFC 5280 policy processing in public_key:pkix_path_validation/3, the certificate policy tree maintained by pubkey_policy_tree grows without an upper bound. When a certificate chain contains M policies per certificate and K certificates, the tree grows on the order of M^K nodes because pubkey_policy_tree:add_leaves/2 and pubkey_policy_tree:add_leaf_siblings/2 extend the tree per policy per certificate. A modest chain with many policies per certificate is enough to pin BEAM schedulers and exhaust the node's memory, taking down the entire VM. The attacker only needs to be able to present a certificate chain to the victim, which is the normal precondition for a TLS handshake, so exploitation succeeds against any incoming or outgoing TLS connection that validates the peer's chain (the default for SSL/TLS clients and mutual-TLS servers). This is the same vulnerability class as OpenSSL's X509_verify_cert policy tree DoS. This vulnerability is associated with program files lib/public_key/src/pubkey_policy_tree.erl and program routines pubkey_policy_tree:add_leaves/2 and pubkey_policy_tree:add_leaf_siblings/2. This issue affects OTP from OTP 26.2 before OTP 29.0.4, OTP 28.5.0.4 and OTP 27.3.4.15, corresponding to public_key from 1.15 before 1.21.4, 1.20.3.4 and 1.17.1.5. 24 Oct
CVE-2026-82861 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet @hulumi/policies versions before 1.3.2 contain a parent spoof bypass vulnerability that allows attackers to submit spoofed SecureBucket parent evidence during policy evaluation. Attackers can bypass security policy checks by providing falsified evidence, causing the validator to miss unsafe bucket configurations. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-100575 8.7 high 0.00% no CPE yet OpenClaw Slack versions before 2026.8.1 fail to properly enforce sender allowlists in multi-person direct messages. CVE-2026-62185 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet Argo CD Helm Chart before 10.0.0 fails to install network policies by default, allowing any pod on a cluster to access repo-server and other Argo APIs. Attackers can exploit this unrestricted network access through combined attacks to achieve cluster compromise and remote code execution. Sat 24 Oct
CVE-2026-100838 8.6 high 0.00% no CPE yet Contrast is a confidential-computing runtime for Kubernetes. In versions before 1.19.1, the Kata agent policies generated by the Contrast CLI contained a flaw in the CopyFile verification that allowed arbitrary writes to the guest root filesystem. A malicious process on the untrusted host able to connect to the Kata agent VSOCK could issue a series of CopyFile requests to overwrite security-critical files in the guest or trick the workload into disclosing sensitive data, effectively amounting to a full guest takeover. Users unable to upgrade can apply an equivalent rego policy fix passed to 'contrast generate --policy'. 8 Oct
CVE-2026-40599 8.4 high 0.00% craigjbass, clearancekit ClearanceKit intercepts file-system access events on macOS and enforces per-process access policies. Prior to 5.0.5, ClearanceKit incorrectly treats a process with an empty Team ID and a non-empty Signing ID as an Apple platform binary. This bug allows a malicious software to impersonate an apple process in the global allowlist, and access all protected files. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.0.5. Mon 26 Oct
CVE-2026-47211 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior. In versions prior to 0.39.0, if a user clones a malicious repository and runs Ouroboros commands within that directory, it can lead to arbitrary code execution and potential system takeover. The vulnerability stems from Ouroboros loading the .env file from the current working directory. Execution-affecting environment variables such as OUROBOROS_CLI_PATH, OPENCODE_CLI_PATH, and other backend selectors are accepted directly from this local .env. An attacker can include a malicious script in the repository and point the CLI path variable to it (e.g., OUROBOROS_CLI_PATH=./malicious_script.sh). When the user executes a command like ouroboros init or any command that instantiates the adapter, the malicious script is executed instead of the intended CLI. This issue has been fixed in version 0.39.0. 23 Oct
CVE-2026-66065 8.4 high 0.00% no CPE yet Ouroboros is a local-first runtime for AI coding agents that records their actions and applies user-defined policies to constrain behavior. Versions prior to 0.42.1 have an incomplete denylist. Several execution-routing keys of the same RCE class were omitted, so a malicious cloned repo can still reach arbitrary command execution by shipping a .env (auto-loaded at import, with no review step). The CVE-2026-47211 fix added _UNTRUSTED_ENV_DENYLIST to stop an untrusted project-directory .env from redirecting execution, but it did not account for all keys. The backend config-home and MCP/plugin roots bypass the approval gate by pointing the nested agent, MCP servers, and plugin roster at attacker config. Other variables re-enable blocked local transports, replace sub-agent prompts, switch backends, and lower tool approval classes, further weakening the approval gate. This issue has been fixed in version 0.42.1. 23 Oct
